What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. For the last week and a half now, we've heard about Glenn Maxwell and how she's going to blow the doors off what Jeffrey Epstein was up to and provide a bunch of new information to the investigators after all these years. And as I'm sure all of you are aware, I have my doubts about that scenario. And just like I thought, Ghislaine Maxwell is not interested in justice. She's not interested in helping anybody but herself. And now she's demanding that she gets immunity or a pardon before she gives a deposition to Congress. And nobody should be shocked by this. This was always going to be the pathway forward for Ghislaine Maxwell. She wasn't just going to offer this stuff up because she's a nice person, because she cares about survivors and justice. All of a sudden, she wants to get out of jail. She doesn't want to sit in that camp anymore and eat the shitty food that they're serving her. So, yeah, the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell is trying to wheel and deal to try and get herself out of prison here, certainly not shocked. And this was what it was always going to be from the beginning with her. And as far as I'm concerned, you can't trust a word that this lady says. Not one single word. She's had all this time to come forward. She's had ample opportunity to tell everybody what Epstein was up to. After Epstein was arrested the first time, did Ghislaine Maxwell show up talking about, this is what I know. This is where I was. This is what happened? Of course not, because she would have been incriminating herself. So anybody out there who thinks that Ghislaine Maxwell is some kind of arbiter of truth, somebody who's going to tell us the deal, tell us exactly what happened, and do so because she cares about justice. They're fooling themselves because Ghislaine Maxwell cares about one thing. Ghislaine Maxwell. Today's article is from CBS News, and the headline, ghislaine Maxwell Wants Immunity or a Pardon before Congressional Deposition. This article was authored by Jacob Rosen. Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of aiding sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Not just dating. Jesus Christ. Learn the story. All these people have had years and years and years to learn what they're talking about, and they fell miserably every time. Ghisn Maxwell wasn't just somebody that was around, wasn't just somebody that was scheduling girls to come over to Epstein's house as Bad as that is, she was actually taking part in the abuse. Get the story correct. Let people know the kind of serpent that. That they're getting in bed with this. Cafuza is willing to provide information to a congressional committee next month during a deposition, but only if she is granted immunity or is pardoned, according to a letter from her attorney obtained by CBS News. And like we were talking about previously, even if she's pardoned, that doesn't mean the state can't go after her. And we know that there's plenty of evidence in the state of New York. The question is, do they have the stones to do it right? Last week, the GOP led House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Maxwell, who serving a 20 year prison sentence, to sit for a deposition as fallout over the Trump administration's handling of the case continues to intensify. A deposition was scheduled for Aug. 11 at a federal prison in Tallahassee where Maxwell is serving her sentence. However, in a letter Tuesday that was addressed to Oversight Chairman Representative James Comer, Maxwell's attorney, David Marcus said that she's willing to sit before the committee, but only after certain legal appeals are finalized or his client is granted clemency or a pardon by President Trump. Can't you see that you're being played by Glenn Maxwell? And this is why I've been so vocal, calling out the weirdos and influencers who are trying to repackage Glenn Maxwell as anything but what she is. And for what? What do you think you're going to get? Do you really think that Ghis Maxwell is going to absolve your faves, whoever they might be, of having any role within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise? Do you think she's gonna tell you that Oprah was on some list that never existed? Do you think she's gonna tell you that Tom Hanks is drinking Adrenochrome on an island right now? Because none of that stuff's real, and you've been sold a shitty bill of goods for a very long time by a lot of people. The truth is, Glenn Maxwell is a prolific child molester, a groomer, a human trafficker, a bipedal serpent, and she's exactly where she belongs. And anybody telling you anything else is bullshitting you. And to continue backing up my point, I'll continue posting the receipts, will continue going through the court documents, will continue hearing from survivors, and will continue hearing from the people who Ghislaine Maxwell hurt the most. Public reports, including her own statements, indicate that the committee intends to question Ms. Maxwell in prison. And without granting immunity, those are non starters. Ms. Maxwell cannot risk further criminal exposure in a politically charged environment without formal immunity. Marcus wrote, as if politics have anything to do with the fact that your client was molesting little girls, that your client was bringing these little girls to Jeffrey Epstein for him to molest and God knows who else, at the very least, Jean Luc Brunel. I mean, that's somebody we don't talk about. Nowhere near enough. And everybody talks about Glenn Maxwell like she's a missing link. I have news for you. The real missing link was Jean Luc Brunel. And just so happens that he also expired in a jail cell. I know. Just a coincidence, right? Nothing to see here whatsoever. Meanwhile, it was Jean Luc Brunel who was the one who was the pipeline. Jean Luc Brunel was Jeffrey Epstein's lock when it comes to bringing models over here. And not only that, but they were engaged in all kinds of fraudulent immigration activity, all sorts of money laundering, and all kinds of wire transfer issues that should have been looked at. And when I talk about the Jeffrey Epstein files, that's what I'm talking about. Who signed off on all this stuff, who signed off on all the deals, who was involved in signing off on probation, you know, all that stuff is very important to figure out what's going on here and how it all happened. But one of the key cogs is. Is MC2MC squared, the modeling agency that was put into play to act as a pipeline for Epstein via Jean Luc Brunel. So if you want to talk about people that were a key to what's going on, it's Jean Luc Brunel, not Gholaine Maxwell. I've said this from the jump and I truly believe it. Now don't get me wrong. Glenn Maxwell knows the who's whys, the winds. But the actual operational part of it, she wasn't part of that. When we're talking about the building of the pipeline, we're talking about Jean Luc Brunel. And when we're talking about feeding the monster, oh yeah, Jean Luc Brunel's bitch ass is the one. Marcus wrote that any questions to Maxwell would have to be given to her in advance to ensure accuracy and fairness. And that conducting the deposition in prison would create security risks and undermine the integrity of the process. No, we should just, you know, drag her up to Congress and make a big thing out of it, right? Give your client all the pomp and circumstance she wants. Because make no mistake, this has always been about Ghislaine Maxwell. It's not about justice. It's about what Maxwell can do for Maxwell. And just keep in mind, this woman still won't take responsibility for what she was convicted for. So if you want to trust her, hey, that's on you. Me? Never going to happen. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever. Maxwell was convicted in 2021 for her role in helping Epstein recruit, groom, and abuse underage girls. Well, you finally said it. Huh? They usually just say recruit girls to bring to Epstein. And while that's true, it doesn't show you the true deviancy of Glenn Maxwell. It's one thing to groom girls and bring them to the belly of the beast. You should go to prison forever for that anyway. But when you're actually taking part in the abuse yourself, well, that makes you a different kind of monster. And that's the kind of monster that I have zero desire to have any kind of talk with, any kind of deal with, and certainly the kind of monster that I don't believe for a minute. And you can see the full narcissism of Glenn Maxwell on display here. She thinks she's still calling the plays and. And that everybody should run the routes that she wants them to run. But what she doesn't understand, I guess, is that she's an incarcerated child molester and she's not in control of. And all these clowns out here that have been pushing for Glenn Maxwell to be refurbished, they're going to end up looking stupid as hell. Marcus wrote that because Maxwell's ongoing appeal to the Supreme Court to overturn her conviction and other legal issues are currently pending, any testimony she provides now could compromise her constitutional rights, prejudice her legal claims, and potentially taint a future jury pool. Oh, yeah, because jury pools aren't tainted when it comes to Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted child molester, as it is. Enough with the jury pool taint. If you think I had a lot to say about the whole jury tainted nonsense when it comes to Coburger. Where do you get a load of these rants that are coming if that's the argument they're going to make? There's not a jury in the land that hasn't heard that your client was molesting little girls. Okay, off. However, Marcus wrote, if President Trump were to pardon Maxwell or commuter sentence, she would be willing and eager to testify openly and honestly in public before Congress in Washington, D.C. let me translate that for you from bipedal serpent to a human being. You're not getting shit unless I get what I want. Go yourself if those conditions are not agreed to, Marcus wrote Maxwell will have no choice but to invoke her fifth Amendment rights. Good and honestly, the only people that want to hear from Galan Maxwell are people that don't know the story. All these Johnny come lately that have just shown up and they think Maxwell is going to hold the key to blow the doors off this. Unfortunately, that's never going to occur. And if you think that Ghislaine Maxwell is going to end up being some kind of hero, you have not been paying attention. A spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee said in a statement that the committee will respond to Marcus letter soon, but said it will not consider granting congressional immunity for her testimony. In a letter to Maxwell informing her of the subpoena, Comer wrote that the committee is seeking Maxwell's testimony to inform the consideration of potential legislative solutions to improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non prosecution agreements and or plea agreements in sex crime investigations. Look, the NPA should be done away with. There has to be a remedy for that, right? There has to be something that could be done. And if you really want to get down to it and you really want to blow the doors off this, you don't need Glenn Maxwell. You need to get rid of that npa. Point blank period. Todd Blanche, the second highest ranking Justice Department official, met with Maxwell and Tallahassee on July 24th and 25th to discuss Epstein. After the questioning had ended. Marcus declined to comment on the substance of the meeting, but told reporters outside the office that there were a lot of questions. And we went all day. Yeah, I got some questions. Namely why were you sitting down with Glenn Maxwell in the first place? There's a lot they could be doing, like, you know, unredacting and releasing the full OIG report and then going after the NPA itself. Probably a good idea, right? But instead we get more of this. More of this, oh, we're going to talk to Glenn Maxwell. We're going to get grand jury documents unsealed and given to the public in 10 years. Meanwhile, nobody's asking for that. What we're asking for are the real documents that tell the story. And as far as I'm concerned, that story is told when you follow the money. So let's see the money trail. Neither President Trump nor Marcus have ruled out the possibility of a pardon for Maxwell. But on Monday, Mr. Trump said he is allowed to pardon Maxwell, but nobody asked him to issue one yet. Well, yeah, not yet, but it's coming. There's no doubt about it. Is he going to Give her one. I don't know. Certainly a possibility when we're talking about Donald Trump. All bets are off, right? I don't know what this dude's going to do from day to day. And considering how many times his story's changed about Jeffrey Epstein and how they had their falling out, who the hell knows what's what? And speaking of that, Trump says that Epstein stole employees from him, possibly including Virginia Roberts. There's a whole lot to unpack there. What does that even mean? Jeffrey Epstein was poaching girls from the spa to go and work for him and that's what led to their falling out. I thought it had to do with the business deal. I thought it had to do with Jeffrey Epstein being a creep. We've heard three different stories now. Which one's the true story? I'm guessing he's going with this one for now, so we'll see what he has to say. Separately, Mr. Trump told reporters Tuesday he cut ties with Epstein in the early 2000s because the financier stole employees from his business, reiterating his comments from a day earlier. So Donald Trump's aware of what's going on in the spa. Every single employee he knows, if they leave or get fired or they quit or they go work somewhere else. I'm just asking the question. I don't know, maybe he does, but considering how many properties he owns, that would be quite the feat knowing every single employee. And when a minor employee, like a spa attendant leaves your property, you know that that's happening. You know that they're getting poached. Furthermore, if you knew that Jeffrey Epstein was a sick like you say you did, this didn't raise any concerns that he's pulling a 16 year old girl from your spa? I don't know about you, but I'd have some questions. The President said the workers in question were young women who worked in the spa at Mar a Lago. Asked whether Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts was one of the employees, Trump said, I think that was one of the people. So you knew this was happening and you knew that Epstein was a sick, but you didn't go to the authorities and say, look, hey, this Dude's taking girls, 16 year old girls from my spa. And I think he's up to no good with being as prominent as you are. I'm sure people would have listened. So I don't really know what Trump thinks he's doing here, but, but I don't know if this is the version of the story that he should be going with. I mean, remember, we have three different versions, so I guess this one's the best fitting when it comes to the narrative, at least in their opinion. Roberts has alleged in civil court that she was a 16 year old employee at Mar A Lago when Maxwell first met her and recruited her into Epstein's sex trafficking activities. Roberts, who died by suicide earlier this year, was among the most prominent people to accuse Epstein of sexual abuse. Mr. Trump noted Tuesday that Roberts had no complaints about U.S. president Trump was friends with Epstein for years before their relationship ended in the 2000s. In the past, the White House has said the president kicked Epstein out of his club for being a creep. Asked Tuesday about whether Epstein was cut off for being a creep or for stealing employees, Mr. Trump said, maybe they're the same thing. Oh, okay, I guess they're the same thing. So you did nothing about it. You just cut off ties with them and said, you know what, we'll let those girls fend for themselves. No big deal. Seems to track. He took people and because he took people, I said don't do it anymore. You know, they work for me, Mr. Trump said Tuesday while flying back to the US on Air Force One after a trip to Scotland. So the owner of Mar A Lago was mad because spa employees were being taken, low level line employees. And we're not talking about a masseuse, we're talking about a towel girl. She wasn't old enough to be a masseuse. Epstein and Maxwell knew that. They recruited her anyway, they kidnapped her anyway, and they forced her into servitude anyway. And I find it hard to believe that somebody that's in a position like Donald Trump, somebody that's, you know, very busy man, has a lot of properties, a lot of businesses to run, knows that low level employees, line level employees are leaving the business. How many were taken? There would have to be a large amount of people that were being poached for you to take note, right? Because you can get a towel girl quickly. How many people are looking for summer jobs? A whole lot, right? We're not talking about train masseuse here. We're talking about somebody serving up towels. So as far as I'm concerned, I have my doubts about somebody like Donald Trump or anyone who runs a big ass company for that matter, knowing or caring about anything like this. That's what you have the manager of the department for, right? They're going to take care of the hiring. People leave, there's a turnover rate happens. But I'm supposed to believe that that's the reason that Epstein and Trump had this big falling out now because girls from the spa, towel girls, were being poached to go work for Jeffrey Epstein. And it's not like he came out and said, oh, they were being taken and he was doing disgusting things to him. No, it was because he was losing workers to Epstein. Does that seem logical to anybody out there, or does it sound like more of a story being pitched as a narrative continues to be weaved? The question is, does anyone buy it? Episode Title: Ghislaine Maxwell Demands Immunity From Congress Before Appearing Before Them
Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: May 10, 2026
In this episode, Bobby Capucci delves into the latest developments regarding Ghislaine Maxwell, specifically her demand for immunity or a presidential pardon before agreeing to provide testimony to Congress about her and Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal network. Capucci critically analyzes Maxwell’s motives, the legal maneuvers of her defense, and the responses from Congress and public figures, bringing his signature no-nonsense approach and skepticism to the discussion. He also critiques media narratives and debunks conspiracy theories that mischaracterize Maxwell’s role.
Capucci remains deeply skeptical of Maxwell’s motives and the likelihood of her bringing any real disclosure to light through congressional testimony, especially as she strategically demands immunity. He urges listeners not to fall for narratives casting Maxwell as a potential whistleblower or peripheral player, re-centering her as an active and responsible participant in the abuse. Capucci also highlights how key conspirators such as Jean Luc Brunel have been overlooked. For Capucci, the focus should shift from expecting revelations from Maxwell to demanding legislative changes (like eliminating non-prosecution agreements) and following the money to expose the criminal network. He closes by challenging the often contradictory public statements of figures like Donald Trump and dismissing myth-laden discourse from conspiracy theorists and apologist pundits.
