What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Well, folks, Alan Dershowitz has come out and told us that Jeffrey Epstein was not CIA or Mossad and that he wasn't a pedophile. And now that Alan Dershowitz has spoken, maybe we should all just, you know, get in line. Maybe we should all just move on. Then again, maybe all of us should tell Alan Dershowitz to shut his yap, because that's probably what he should do, because everything he says about Epstein, in my opinion, is a bunch of BS and the fact that these outlets let Dershowitz distance himself from Epstein and make himself out as just his lawyer is ridiculous. They were a lot closer than that. And they were a lot closer than just a attorney and client type of relationship. But now Alan Dershowitz is out here rewriting history, saying whatever he wants. Epstein was an evil man. He was this, he was that. But what he wasn't? Oh, no. He wasn't part of intelligence. He had no friends in high places. He was just a guy with some proclivities, a lone wolf. And all the stuff you heard about him, that was all exaggerated. And you should believe me when I say that. Don't believe the court documents that you've read. Don't believe the accounts of the girls who have been abused. Believe me, Alan Dershowitz. Well, sorry, Mr. Dershowitz, I don't believe you. Today's article is from the New York Post, and the headline, epstein had dirt on only one person, but didn't have ties to the CIA or Mossad and wasn't a pedophile. Dershowitz says this article was authored by Ryan King. Contrary to popular conjecture, late sex predator Jeffrey Epstein had solid dirt on only one person and strenuously denied any connection to Mossad or the CIA. His former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz told POD Force One. Well, in that case, let's pack it all in. And you notice how Ryan King, the author of this article, plays ball like a little coward. The late sex predator. Nah, he's a pedophile. Just call him what he is. What are you scared of, Alan Dershowitz? This Crypt keeper looking. You're scared of him? Shit's wild to me. Dershowitz, 87, who was part of the legal team that helped the late financier, the pedophile, win a controversial non prosecution deal with the justice department in the 2006 case, argued that there's a plethora of unproven claims out there on his former client that are widely accepted as Fact. Well, if he was just your client and you weren't that close, do you know, because he told you. I don't know if Allen, I kept my underpants on. Dershowitz thought this one through. And honestly, does anyone believe anything Dershowitz has to say about Jeffrey Epstein at this point? I mean, especially considering what we've seen in the emails since then. Oh, everything was on the up and up. The non prosecution deal, that was all legit. No, it wasn't. And your client was in dereliction of it. He violated that agreement. So how about we go and unwind the NPA and see what kind of fingerprints Alan Dershowitz has all over it. Special counsel, it is time. And Alan Dershowitz, well, he should be subpoenaed. He should be brought before the special counsel, put under oath and asked some very, very hard questions. Jeffrey Epstein, obviously I regret defending Dershowitz. Told the Post Miranda Devine when asked about clients. He regrets having lies. He only regrets that we're talking about it just like the rest of them. Do you really think that Alan Dershowitz gives a damn that he represented Jeffrey Epstein? Of course he doesn't. They were real friends, real buddies, real pals, real chums. And the only reason that Alan Dershowitz is talking sideways about Epstein is because Epstein's gone. If Epstein was alive, you know, Dershowitz would be bending himself in a pretzel to defend his buddy. But Dershowitz, like the rest of these people at his heart, is a coward. I wish I had never met him. He was a terrible, terrible, evil man. But even in that case, many of his crimes are exaggerated, wrong lies. Don't believe you. You're bullshitting. What Mr. Dershi Dersh leaves out is that there was no real investigation because of Dershowitz himself. I know, hard pill to swallow. But the truth, Dershowitz, Ken Starr, that whole entire legal team and the pressure they exerted is the reason that that NPA ended up being what it was. And the fact that Alan Dershowitz still defends it like it's a great deal, like, like Epstein was upset about it is ridiculous. And I'm telling you right now, if that MPA was ever unwound, my guess is that Alan Dershowitz fingerprints are going to be all over it. And I wonder what kind of pressure was exerted. Were any favors traded? Was there any quid pro quo? Were any promises made by the law firms to these prosecutors, you know, the ones that jump? These are all questions that should be asked, and they should be asked By a special counsel. The vast majority of women who claim to be victims either came back over and over again to get the 250 to give them a massage or themselves became recruiters of other people. Or never met Epstein and just made it up. The famed lawyer added, there are real victims, too. What a piece of. Hey, Alan Dershowitz, you're a scumbag, you're a coward, and you're a garbage human being. And that goes for anybody who thinks the same way as Dershowitz. And I don't give a flying. I don't know how many times I got to tell you, I'm not here to make friends. That's why I don't collaborate with people. That's why I don't work with people. And that's why I don't go on their stupid ass shows. A bunch of duplicitous lion snakes. One of the more popular conspiracy theories about Epstein is that he was running a sex related blackmail operation backed by some sort of intelligence apparatus. So. Such as the CIA or the Mossad. Dershowitz poured cold water on that theory. Well, Mr. Ryan King, hell of an article you're writing here. Propaganda is what it really is. But that's cool. As long as daddy Murdoch pays those bills, right? No problem running that propaganda. And honestly, the New York Post in general has completely flipped the script. Oh, they love to talk about Epstein previously, but now they have all these articles. Oh, it's a hoax. Oh, Alan Dershowitz says. Well, Alex Acosta told us. Cool. You believe that? Great. Awesome. Enjoy yourselves, you bunch of morons. I know for a categorical fact that that isn't the case. He said about allegations that Epstein has ties to intelligence. I asked him specifically, I said, if you had any connection to any intelligence agency, I can get you a better deal. Stop lying, Dershowitz. Okay, quit lying. There's no better deal that you could have gotten than the one he received. I'm so tired of it. I'm so tired of being lied to. And I'm so tired of these people trying to dog walk us. And you know what else? I'm really tired of people falling for it. It's wild how many people keep falling for the same bullshit over and over again, pumped out by the same people. And he said, allen, I had no connection. What intelligence agency would ever hire me or rely on me? All. All of them. Is he for real with that statement? He thinks you're stupid. He thinks that everybody out there is just dumb and that the CIA doesn't run people Like Jeffrey Epstein. What an absolute joke. And the absolute disrespect this man has for you is crazy. Alan Dershowitz, the guy that got a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's house, but he kept his underwear on, wants to tell you that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't a spy and that you got it all wrong with zero evidence. The evidence he has is that Epstein told him, meanwhile, why don't you take a look at the evidence that I've provided for you? Fueling the theory in part was a 2018 Daily Beast article that cited an anonymous source asserting that former U.S. attorney Alexander Acosta, who cut the controversial 2008 plea deal, claimed that he was told to back off being Epstein belonged to. To intelligence. And of course, Acosta denied he ever said that. No, I never said that. Wasn't me. Come on. I would never say that. And then they'll say, well, he came back and said that that wasn't the case. Yeah, like he wasn't pressured. What planet do you people live on? Do you think that people just roll around and they don't get pressured when they're in a position like Acosta? Bro is a middle manager. He wasn't making any real decisions. Acosta later demurred on the question at a press conference, but Acosta later privately told the DOJ's Office of Professional Responsibility that he had no knowledge of the media reports that Epstein had been an intelligence asset. You mean the OIG report? That was bullshit. How much do you want to bet that Mr. King here, the author of this article, has never read it? Not once. Dershowitz also concluded that Epstein likely committed suicide in his prison cell because he was a hedonist and downplayed the notion that he was running a massive blackmail scheme. Just a lone predator. Boy, it sure fits nicely with Donald Trump and his narrative, doesn't it? And I'm sure that Alan Dershowitz would be above that, though, right? Running propaganda for his buddy Donald Trump. He would never do that. I mean, when he has time. Because we all know that he would prefer to yell at pierogi salesmen in Martha's Vineyard. I don't think he was blackmailing people, though. I think he was interested in collecting information about people, and maybe he would have used it to defend himself. But I don't think he ever affirmatively blackmailed people. Dershowitz said, well, what does he know about that? How would you know, Dershowitz? I thought you were just his lawyer and you weren't his friend. Do you think he tells you everything? Dumb. Dumb is there anyone more reprehensible than Alan Dershowitz and that dumbass face of his? And the amount of disrespect he has for people out there is just wild. So what do you folks think? Do you think that Alan Dershowitz is shooting you straight? Or do you think that Alan Dershowitz is nothing more than part of the COVID up? And in my opinion, it's rather obvious that this interview is nothing more than reputation management to try and move the ball, to try and get people to think that everything they're hearing is overblown. That way people will be more willing to move on. The problem is though, nobody's buying what Alan Dershowitz is selling and nobody is moving on. Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: May 7, 2026
In this fiery episode, host Bobby Capucci dives into the latest media efforts by Alan Dershowitz, Epstein's former lawyer, to rewrite the narrative around Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, alleged intelligence ties, and the scope of his blackmail operations. Using a recent New York Post article as a springboard, Capucci delivers pointed commentary on Dershowitz’s claims, the failures of the media, and persistent conspiracy theories surrounding the case. With raw candor and unabashed skepticism, Capucci breaks down how powerful figures have attempted to distance themselves from Epstein while shaping public perception.
