So Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Epstein, does not believe that the note that was found, allegedly by Nicholas Tartaglioni is real. And neither do I. And if that letter was written by Jeffrey Epstein, my guess is that Nicholas Tartaglioni made him write the letter first. How long have I been telling you my theory that Tartaglioni was sent to that cell with a mission and who gave him them orders? I don't know. But if Epstein did kill himself, he did so after Tartaglione attacked him and passed on the message that we could reach you whenever we want. And isn't it convenient that there's no camera on the cell, that the camera wasn't working, that the video is gone? And not only that, wouldn't a suicide note be very helpful to the narrative that's being pitched by the government? Boy, that seems pretty convenient. Just like everything else that seems to break in the favor of the doj, the government and the COVID up. Today's article is from Business Insider, and the headline Jeffrey Epstein's Brother says He thinks Newly Surfaced Suicide Note is a Forgery. This article was authored by Jacob Shamsian. When Jeffrey Epstein's brother saw the purported suicide note left by the now dead financier, he didn't believe it was real. Neither did I. And I still don't. And if this letter, this note that Tartaglioni found was such a big deal, why was it hidden all this time? Why didn't Tartaglioni produce it? Mark Epstein, who has long maintained that his brother was murdered, told Business Insider the note, which was unsealed by a judge this week, is a forgery. It wouldn't be hard to get some pro forger to forge a note. Mark Epstein told bi that's the easiest thing in the world to do. I'll take it a step further. You don't need a pro forger when you're being threatened. I mean, is it really too far of a leap that Tartaglioni told Epstein, look, you better write that note. If you don't write it, it's going to be even worse for you. And then, considering what we've learned about the MCC through the depositions and all the information that we're learning about how lax, if you will, the security was around Jeffrey Epstein, how can anyone look at this and say, you know what? I don't think Dartaglioni had anything to do with it. Jeffrey Epstein obviously just killed himself. That is just crazy. And I think that's the conspiracy theory, if you want the truth. Jeffrey Epstein left a note in a Manhattan jail cell after a suicide attempt. According to Nicholas d', Artaglioni, his former cellmate, who claims to have found it, the note surfaced on Wednesday through a convoluted series of events. All of a sudden, it just pops up, huh? All of a sudden, there's a note. Did they find it in the alien files? And speaking of the alien files, would anyone be shocked to find out that Epstein was molesting them, too? The note was not written immediately before Epstein's death on August 10, 2019, but during an earlier suicide attempt in July, according to Tartaglioni. I mean, if you want to call it a suicide attempt, cool. I'm not going to call it that. I don't believe it was, and I don't think that the evidence backs that up. And again, that's why we do the painstaking task of going through those court documents that way. These disinformation campaigns and these journalists who have motivations can't dog walk you, because where do you think they're getting their information from? They don't have some secret portal. They're reading the court documents like anybody else. Tartaglioni, a former police officer who kidnapped and killed four people before burying them on his upstate New York property, said Epstein left the note in a book when he transferred to a different cell following the July 23 suicide attempt while he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. So Tartaglioni found it, huh? Not the guards. Nobody tossed the cell. Nobody came in and looked at it as a crime scene. Started an investigation? Well, of course not, because the whole entire plan was for Tartaglioni to do what he did. That is my theory, and I'm sorry, but I believe the evidence backs it up. Tartaglioni's lawyer entered the note into his criminal case, where it was sealed in a dispute over his legal representation. U. S. District Judge Kenneth Karras, who presided over the case, unsealed it this week, nearly six years after Tartaglioni says he found it. Oh yeah, let's believe a four time murderer. What are we even doing here? And the fact that people are out here running with this narrative tells me everything I need to know about those people. Just another part of the COVID up, folks. That's all it is as far as I'm concerned. They investigated me for a month, found nothing, the note reads. So 15 year old charges resulted. It's a treat to be able to choose one's times to say goodbye. It continues. Whatcha want me to do? Bust out cryin' Jeffrey Epstein has used variations of the last line, what you want me to do? Bust out cryin in emails to Mark Epstein and friends that were made public by the Justice Department. It appears to be a reference to the 1931 comedy video Little Daddy from the show Little Rascals. Okay, so like I said, Tartaglioni could have easily made Epstein write that letter. Now look, if that letter was found right away when this all went down and it was in the possession of the doj, all of that, okay, maybe a little bit different, but none of it makes sense. None of it lines up, and none of it passes the old sniff test as far as I'm concerned. Mark Epstein told Business Insider he does not recall those emails, but he would not be surprised if his brother referenced the show. He compared the show in the 60s to SpongeBob SquarePants in its ubiquity. Who wouldn't watch the Little rascals in the 60s when we were kids? He said. I mean, everybody watched that. Mark Epstein said whoever forged the suicide note would have adopted his brother's voice from the emails included in the Epstein files to make it seem real. And that's certainly possible. But I think the most likely outcome here, the most likely scenario, is the one that I've been speculating. And I think that Nicholas Tartaglioni knows a whole lot more than he has ever let on. And this note only fuels that fire. It's public knowledge, he said. It's in the emails. So they stole it from me to make it sound like it was from him. According to Karras unsealing order, the note was originally sealed in May of 2021, well before Epstein's emails with the Little Rascals reference became public earlier this year. A timeline included in the Epstein files shows that it passed through the hands of multiple people who tried to authenticate it in 2019 and 2020. Tartaglioni also described the note in a podcast interview with the influencer Jessica Reed Krause last year, also before the release of the Epstein files. Oh well, isn't that cute? So I fell in love with a murderer. How is Nicholas Tartaglioni doing a podcast from prison? Can somebody explain that to me? 4 time murderer out here doing podcasts? How about Beneath the Jail? How about that for somebody who kills four people, probably a good place for him. The note itself is not included in the Justice Department Epstein files, NOR in its 128 page Justice Department inspector general report that followed four years of investigation into Epstein's death. Fugazi that note. Fugazi. That's it. I'm calling it for what it is. I don't believe it for a second. Sorry. Not for one single second. Epstein first reported suicide attempt is itself a subject of dispute. He was found in the cell with a homemade fashion noose around his neck with According to an internal report from the Bureau of Prisons, Tartaglioni's lawyers said it was a suicide attempt. Epstein first told jail officials that Tartaglioni tried to kill him, but a week later said he was extremely tired the day of the incident and did not remember it well, according to a jail report. Yeah, being a snitch on top of being a child molester in jail? Not the greatest look.

Not some big secret, not some big mystery. The Inspector general's report ultimately characterized it as a first suicide attempt that preceded a successful one three weeks later. Oh, well. Convenient, isn't it? And considering the OIG interviews and how non combative they were with the guards and the people working when Epstein was killed, well, I have my doubts. Now, if people want to run with whatever narrative the government serves, upgrade. I don't care. I don't know how many times I have to tell you, I am not here to convince anybody of anything. Here's the evidence, here's what I believe, and here's why I believe that evidence backs it up. Mark Epstein said his brother recanted his claim that Tartaglioni roughed him up because he did not want to be seen as a snitch. Well, what do you know that's shocking? Anybody that knows anything about jail knows that the reason that he changed his tune is because he was afraid of retaliation. Mark Epstein said it's one thing to be a pedophile in prison. It's another thing to be a pedophile and a snitch in prison. That's no fun for anybody. Well, that's true, and that's exactly right. And I'm sure for Epstein, it set in pretty quickly. Yo, they got me this time. They can get me again. I better recant. I better tell the jail that that never happened. Seems like a very, very likely scenario to me, Karras. Has indicated he would later unseal additional court documents related to the note, but which could shed additional light on its authenticity. Mark Epstein remained skeptical. I don't know if Tartaglioni had this note. I doubt that. I doubt he found this. He said there was no attempted suicide, so there was no suicide note. He says that the most likely explanation of Jeffrey Epstein's death is that another person near his cell, out of the view of the cameras, killed him and that the Justice Department is perpetuating a cover up by not treating the death as a murder investigation. And I agree with all of that. I'm sorry. I agree with it. Mark Epstein said that if his brother chose to kill himself, he wouldn't write a note at all if he was going to commit suicide. He doesn't have to explain it to anybody, he said. And I think that's true, too. I don't think Jeffrey Epstein's the kind of guy that's gonna leave some little snarky ass note like the one that was found in that jail cell. So I just don't believe the whole narrative and I don't believe that that note is authentic, not in the way that it's being pitched. So we'll see what Mark Epstein has to say moving forward and he's going to be releasing his own report on the autopsy and we'll see how it all ends up. But I think it's going to be very, very interesting to see what he presents because as far as I'm concerned, until there's evidence proving otherwise, Epstein didn't kill himself.
