What's up everyone? And welcome back to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. It's been four months since Donald Trump was elected and the only thing Epstein related we have to show for it are a bunch of jerk off influencers who don't know the first thing about Jeffrey Epstein and some lame ass white binders. And unfortunately for everybody out there that thought change was coming. I hate to say it, but I told you so. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. The people who are in charge here, and believe me, it's not the Mossad like the morons want to tell you, the real people who are in charge here are the people who are in charge of the purse strings. That means the financial sector. And whatever the financial sector says goes. Are you not paying attention yet? I'm not exactly what you would call a super religious guy, but if you read the Bible, who did Jesus get mad at? The only people, basically. Yeah, that's right. The bankers. So all the people out here that want to talk their nonsense about dancing Jews, the Israelis, Mossad. And there's no doubt that all of those folks I just mentioned certainly played a little bit of a part. But anyone who wants to pitch the bullshit that they were the ones running Epstein, that they were the ones in charge of Epstein, well, those people that are pumping that shit, they're part of the psyop and they're a part of the misdirection. And I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but neither party gives a shit about justice when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein because all of their leashes are being held by the banks. So you can save all the other bullshit for somebody else who doesn't know this story. But around these parts, the whole entire misdirection part of the psyop is not going to get any traction. There's no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was farmed out to the Mossad 100%. But to act like Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad creation is absolutely insane and completely wrong. But some people want to feed into their bias, right? Some people need that part of the story to be the glue that connects the rest of their together. But the truth is, the real boogeyman isn't the intelligence networks themselves. It's the people that are funding these intelligence networks. And to find out who those people are, look no further than the hedge funds and, and the financial sector itself, people like Jamie Dimon, etc. So you can get as mad as you want and you can throw a fit, have a temper tantrum and think that your boy Ian Carroll knows what he's talking about. But ask yourselves why dudes like that are being platformed while people that are telling the real story about the CIA and the FBI being involved here and creating Epstein are being shadow banned and deplatformed. Because that's what's happening to real truth tellers. Do you really think if the Mossad was this all knowing force, this all knowing power, that they'd let this sort of narrative be out there? Of course they wouldn't, they'd kill that shit on arrival. But it helps the overall story, right? It's all part of the COVID And that cover is being provided for our very own intelligence agencies that are being dog walked by the financial sector. And if you were wondering why those files haven't been turned over, that's one of the biggest reasons why. Today we have an article from Law and Crime and the headline Public Demands for Transparency under Law. DOJ violating FOIA by refusing to release Jeffrey Epstein Files. Conservative watchdog says this article was authored by Colin Kalmbacher. The Trump administration is violating a Freedom of Information act by refusing to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein. A lawsuit filed this week in Washington D.C. alleges well at least Judicial Watch is taking a proactive approach. Is anybody going to do the same about Stacy Plasket? Anybody going to show any sort of rage or remorse on the left about that or. No, we just gonna make pretend that it's not happening. Seems to me that a lot of people would just like to believe and make pretend that Stacy Plasket, a sitting congressional delegate from from the usvi is not being sued currently over her alleged role in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. Especially considering the big ass mouth that Stacy Plaskett has, you'd think that that would be a bigger story, but I guess not. I guess people are way too busy talking some stupid about Tom Hanks going to Jeffrey Epstein's island and eating children because that really gets the story going, huh? That really gets things over the hump and gets people to pay attention. And at this point I'm convinced that all the people out here talking that kind of shit are a part of the psyop at this point. If you aren't on target, you're doing it willfully. Either that or you're ignorant as fuck. There is no excuse not to have the whole entire story here before you start piping off about it and running your mouth. But then again, considering the current environment where everybody with the Internet is an expert on everything, I guess we shouldn't be too shocked. And the allegations are coming from perhaps an unlikely source. In a six page filing, conservative government accountability group Judicial watch accuses the U.S. department of justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi of violating FOIA law a number of occasions over the past few months concerning several distinct requests. Well, welcome to the party, pal. That's all I can say. The amount of times I've been stonewalled over the years covering this case is, is almost hard to quantify. Just about every time you turn around where you're trying to get some official help, you're getting stonewalled. And the justification has always been, well, this is an ongoing investigation, which is absolute horseshit. They're trying to tell us that there's a decades long investigation and only two arrests. That's what they're trying to tell you. The reality is, what they're trying to do is bury it under the veil of secrecy by saying that it's national security or an ongoing investigation, which when it's none of those things. Simply put, the Justice Department needs to respond to public demands for transparency under law and release the Epstein files under foia, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a press release announcing the litigation. And good for them, like them or not, at least they're doing something here to try and get the public this information. The lawsuit stems from a Feb. 21 request to the DOJ's Office of Information Policy, a sub agency dedicated to facilitating Freedom of Information act requests and government compliance with the statute. According to the lawsuit, that FOIA request sought all records of communication between Attorney General Bondi and any other individual or entity regarding any lists or other records depicting the identities of clients or associates of Jeffrey Epstein. This request includes, but is not limited to, all records related to the Department's compliance, distribution, handling and the potential public release of any such record or the information contained therein. To help DOJ staff understand the salience of the request, Judicial Watch cited a Fox News article published the day before which mused Trump's return to the Oval Office came with a prospect of the public finally being able to see Epstein's long awaited black book amid inquiries into the deceased financier, pedophile and sex trafficker. We already had the black book. What are you guys even talking about? This is what I mean. You got people that just interject themselves into this conversation and they don't have the first idea what they're talking about. Then all of a sudden they're platformed as some kind of expert breaking news, dumbass. You're not an expert, okay? You don't even know what you're talking about. And it's very apparent at this point who has read the court documents and who hasn't. And if you haven't read them, kindly shut the up, because you have no idea what you're talking about. All you're doing is regurgitating things that you heard other people say or that you've read in an article. Well, where do you think they get all of that information from? What do you think they have a magical tree where they just pull all this stuff out of. No, they go to the docket, they read the court documents, that then they write an article. So if you want to really be hip to what's going on, you go to the source material. Right. Not very difficult to understand how this works. But people are lazy. Instead of putting in the time to get themselves hip to what's going on, they'll just be afflicted with Dunning Kruger syndrome and think they know everything about everything. Those hopes, however, have not been borne out. And neither have any of the resulting Freedom of Information act requests. While the DOJ acknowledged the first request on February 27, assigned it a tracking number, and cited unusual circumstances to justify a 10 day extension, judicial Watch has received no further response from the government. The lawsuit says you're not gonna get any response, bro. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter who is in office. And for all the people out there that were wringing their hands and telling me that we were gonna get all these files now that Trump was elected. Come on, man, really? Pipe dream. Because everybody who's been paying attention understands that the real bosses were never gonna release this information and never allow it to hit the public. Can you imagine? There's zero chance now. Whatever you do get, if you get anything, will be completely sterilized and useless. They're never gonna release anything here and they're never gonna give you the real story. The non profit watchdog had no luck with follow up requests either. On February 27, Judicial Watch submitted two identical requests to the DOJ's Criminal Division and the FBI. According to the complaint, those requests asked for all records related to Jeffrey Edward Epstein, born in New York City on January 20, 1953 and died on August 10, 2019 in New York City. Epstein died in federal custody while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. His cause of death was officially ruled to suicide. He had repeatedly been placed on suicide watch prior to dying. Oh, yeah, Colin Kalmbacher, run a little cover for your buddies over at the doj, huh? Epstein was not suicidal. Point blank Period. And the reason that he was put on suicide watch is because all high level inmates are just like Diddy was just like Elaine Maxwell. So stop The Colin Kalmbacher, Mr. Law Reporter. I mean you would think a dude that's talking about the law would actually like understand it. Judicial Watch says that both the February 27 FOIA requests were acknowledged by the government, but in different ways. In early March, the request from the Criminal Division was deemed duplicative of an earlier request submitted in 2019 and closed out. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs do not express any opinion on on this development except to say the 2019 request was still being processed because they have not yet received a determination. In mid March, the request to the FBI was acknowledged again pushed back 10 days due to unusual circumstances and again seemingly shelved, with the plaintiffs having received no further response from the FBI, according to the lawsuit. On February 28, Judicial Watch upped the ante was with an FOIA request explicitly tying their inquiry to FBI Director Kash Patel. Patel is a longtime Trump stalwart whose confirmation push included pledges of transparency specifically regarding Epstein. The Patel focused FOIA request seeks all records of communication between Director Patel and any other individual or entity regarding any lists or other records depicting the identities of clients or associates of Jeffrey Epstein. This request includes, but is not limited to, all records related to the Department's compilation, distribution, handling and potential public release of any such record or the information contained herein. Once again, Judicial Watch says the FBI acknowledged the request, gave itself an extension and then went radio silent because that's what they do. There is no accountability and anybody who thought Mr. Kash Patel was was going to restore that, well, you were out to lunch. None of these people care about you. None of them. Once again, Judicial Watch says the FBI acknowledged the request, gave itself an extension, then went radio silent. The lawsuit says the DOJ is in violation of Freedom of Information act and claims irreparable harm has occurred and will continue to occur unless defendant is compelled to comply with FOIA's requirements. The complaint seeks a court order directing the DOJ to conduct searches for any and all records responsive to Plaintiff's FOIA requests and to demonstrate that the DOJ employed search methods reasonably likely to lead to the discovery of records responsive to the requests. Judicial Watch also wants the court to force the DOJ to release all relevant records covered by the FOIA requests and or a list outlining any exemptions claimed by the agency. To that end, the plaintiffs are asking DOJ to be enjoined from continuing to withhold any and all non exempt records responsive to the request. Let me translate that. You're screwed. You're never going to get these records. We're never going to see them. And the DOJ is going to continue doing what the DOJ does, and that is ignoring any requests for information about Jeffrey Epstein. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. The Epstein Chronicles
Host: Bobby Capucci
Episode: Judicial Watch And The Epstein Related FOIA
Date: May 28, 2026
In this episode, Bobby Capucci discusses the latest developments in the ongoing fight for transparency regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case. The main focus centers around Judicial Watch’s new lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ), alleging violations of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws by refusing to release files related to Epstein’s activities and associates. Capucci critiques both the mainstream narrative and the continual obfuscation by the authorities, offering a candid, hard-hitting assessment of the political and financial powers at play.
Bobby Capucci’s episode presents a blunt, uncompromising look at the entrenched secrecy and institutional failures around the Epstein case. He credits Judicial Watch, regardless of politics, for taking action, but expresses deep skepticism that their FOIA lawsuit—or any shift in political power—will force meaningful transparency. Capucci’s frustration is palpable, and he calls out both governmental agencies and public commentators for maintaining a cycle of distraction, obfuscation, and misinformation.
For those seeking clarity or closure on the Epstein case, Capucci’s assessment is simple and sobering: The powers that be do not want the truth out, and unless something fundamental changes, the public is unlikely to ever see the full picture.
