Host of The Lapsed Fan Podcast
Boss, what's the most dreaded question that you can get when you tell people you host a podcast called the Lapsed Fan? Ugh. It's what is it about and why is that, do you think? Because to like pro wrestling is to lose the respect of others. Now what if we told you there's a podcast that explains exactly why that is and why it's kind of deserved. For over a decade, we've taken fact finding missions through the thicket of half truths that is wrestling history. We watch old matches, call out carnies, laugh at our own jokes, and have so much fun doing it that some people actually can't handle it. Think wrestling is an escape from real life? Think again. Same power games, same office politics, same people lying to your face. Just with entrance music and absolutely no company health insurance under any circumstances. All I offer is opportunity, not benefits. As do we, Vince. The Lapsed Fan Podcast Come for the wrestling history. Stay for the uncomfortable truth about why it used to be better and why you still care.
Host of The Epstein Chronicles
What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Jess Daly is going to appear before the House oversight committee on July 23rd. And considering how tight Jeffrey Epstein and Jeff Staley were, I would think that he'd have some very interesting things to say about that relationship. Especially considering that Jess Staley has admitted admitted himself, by the way, that he had so called consensual relations with one of Epstein's assistants. So which one was it? And if it was Nadia or Sarah Kellen Vickers, which I suspected was one of them, then that would mean that Jess Staley had relations with a traffic girl. Whether those women were involved in the abuse or not, they were also being trafficked. And two things can be true at the same time, right? And if you're Jess Daily, this is really bad news. I mean, what's his defense gonna be? I had no idea she was being trafficked. My friend just brought me a girl and I decided that I was gonna hop in bed with her. What does that even mean, like, how do you defend yourself? And when it comes to Jeff Staley, I just don't think that there is any explanation for why he did what he did. And that's not alleged, by the way. Jess Staley has admitted that he had relations consensual, he says, with one of Epstein's assistants. So that opens up a whole ass other conversation, right? And to the morons out there that want to say Epstein never traffic girls to anybody else, please do everybody a favor and take a seat all the way in the back. This article was published by CNBC and the headline Former Barclays CEO Jess Daly agrees to July 23 interview about Jeffrey Epstein by Oversight Panel. This article was authored by Dan Mangan. Jess Daly, the former JP Morgan Chase executive and ex Barclays CEO, has agreed to be interviewed on about his relationship with notorious ex offender Jeffrey Epstein on July 23 by the House Oversight and Government Reforms Committee. A spokesman for the panel confirmed on Sunday. And this is going to be a significant testimony, as you all know, I believe that the financial sector is the actual boogeyman here. And I think that people like Staley are almost as responsible for what Epstein did as Epstein himself. When you have that kind of power, that kind of ability to move money, you have to take your job seriously. And if you're a banker and you know that somebody's already been hemmed up for what Epstein got hemmed up for, why are you getting into business with them? And then after the fact, don't come to me and tell me you had no idea because that makes you look even dumber than you look now. And boy, Jeff Staley might as well be wearing that dunce hat. The Financial Times first reported that Staley accepted the invitation for a voluntary transcribed interview extended to him three weeks ago by Oversight Chairman James the Gomer comer. Donald Trump's water boy. Donald Trump's errand boy. Certainly not working on behalf of the American people. I mean, if he was really working for the American people, this whole entire committee would have been very different and it would have had teeth. And literally every single person that's been deposed by them has lied to them and nothing's happened. No repercussions, no ramifications, nobody being held accountable. And why would they be? Especially considering that the vast majority of people that pretend they care here are only saying that because they know you care. So, yeah, I question the motivation when it comes to Congress and the members of this committee. The Oversight Panel has been conducting a series of interviews with high profile people about Epstein, including former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. All of them lied, every last one of them. But it's no big deal because it's all about the performance. It's not about the results. All they care about is showing you, hey, look, we're doing something. They're trying to appease you. They're not trying to get to the bottom of this. Certainly not James Comer. And on the other side, all we get is Trump, Trump, Trump, all day, every day. And now, look, like I've told you a million times, Trump is a gigantic part of the story, especially right now. But when it comes to how the machine worked and who protected it, it goes much deeper than Trump. And I think people need to separate the two. And I think that if you want the right results, you're gonna have to take the path that has the most evidence. And for me, it's clearly the COVID up. And if you nail people for the COVID up, then you're gonna get them for the other stuff too. But I know that's not salacious enough for a lot of people out there. They'd rather talk about cannibals and the occult, and I get it, that makes a better story. But I think a lot of people forgot that this isn't about creating a story. It's about getting to the bottom of what happened. And getting to the bottom of a criminal enterprise like Jeffrey Epstein's takes actual work. It's not just one or two allegations. They're going to be able to defend themselves against that. It's when you get digging into the paper trail, when you start digging into the record, when you start wondering, by Leon Black, $160 million. That's when it starts getting a bit dangerous for them. And of course, that's what they can't have. So that's why they steer the conversation towards the most salacious nonsense. And that's because they know they can bundle that all and call it a hoax. And once they painted a hoax, forget it. And you see the result. All these people out here who used to believe that Epstein was literally doing everything he's doing, L. Well, now they don't believe that anymore because Donald Trump called it a hoax. And then people started talking about, you know, cannibalism and the occult, all this other stuff, and people are like, yeah, obviously a hoax. Nothing more than satanic panic. Same kind of nonsense. Why are we wasting our time on this? And that was all part of the COVID up, all part of the psyop. And I recognized that shit right from jump street. And that's why I've been screaming from the rooftops not to fall for it. Unfortunately, a lot of people want to fall for it. And that's because a lot of people have their whole entire identity wrapped up in their political party, which is just crazy. And a whole other conversation for a whole other time. Former Attorney General Pam Bondi was interviewed by the committee on Friday about the Department of Justice handling of the release of its files about Epstein. That went nowhere. Wasted time, just like everybody else. Ah, come on. It wasn't my fault. Todd Blanche was in charge of that. That's the kind of shit we got from Bondi. Allegedly. We haven't seen the transcripts yet, but you know, that's what they were reporting. Microsoft co founder Bill Gates is scheduled to be interviewed by the oversight committee on June 10 about his dealings with Epstein. Another guy that's gonna get up there and lie. Ah, look, I was blackmailed. Jeffrey Epstein lied to me. He told me it was something that he wasn't. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein was already convicted by the time that Bill Gates was over at his house. And Bill Gates, let's not forget your own wife knew it was a bad idea. And all the married men out there, you already know where I'm going with this.

Host of The Epstein Chronicles
Billionaire Leon Black is reportedly scheduled to be interviewed by the panel on June 26th. And Goldman Sachs general counsel Katherine Rummler is reportedly scheduled to be interviewed on July 15th. They're touching all them bases, huh? The problem is what's come of it. No. No investigations. Nobody on the dock, Nobody coming out and saying, hold up. We need the FBI to review this information. And unfortunately, it's all by design. And if it wasn't for that discharge petition, forget it. They would have buried this so deep that nobody would have ever found any remnants of it. Staley was a friend of Epstein who had been a major client of JP Morgan's private wealth and asset management division when Staley ran them. Epstein, a former friend of President Donald Trump died from a jailhouse suicide, allegedly in New York In August of 2019, weeks after being arrested on federal sex trafficking charges. Well, yeah, he was a friend of Trump, but a friend of a lot of people. And that's the kind of that turns people off when they're following the story. And this is why I was telling you from the beginning, it needs to be all of us together against these people. And if not, forget it. We have no chance. And unfortunately, people would rather fight over wedge issues then actually get together and hold these people accountable. And until that changes, we're just going to be in the same place we've always been and our tires are going to be spinning while we're in neutral. JP Morgan in 2023 agreed to pay victims of Epstein 290 million to settle a lawsuit that the bank had facilitated sex trafficking by Epstein, who was a client who of JP Morgan. That same year, the bank agreed to pay 75 million to settle a similar lawsuit by the Government of the U.S. virgin Islands and separately agreed to a confidential settlement with Staley to resolve the bank's claims that he was responsible for any civil damages and costs associated with Epstein related litigation. Everybody was getting paid hand over fist except the survivors. Keep that in mind when people are out here telling you they're chasing a bag. The vast majority of these women got less than a million dollars. Now, I know a million dollars sounds like a lot of money, but in the grand scheme of things, is it if you've had these repressed feelings, if you've been abused back in say, 94, 95, 96, whatever, and you've been carrying this with you that whole time, is a million dollars enough? Especially considering the US Virgin Islands themselves walked away with over 200 million? Please, somebody explain that to me. In both public settlements, JP Morgan did not admit wrongdoing in its dealings with Epstein. No, not at all. Just paying out hundreds of millions because you know, that's what they. Staley served as CEO of Barclays from October 2015 until his resignation in late 2021. His departure came after a probe by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority into how he characterized his relationship with Epstein to Barclays and the subsequent description of that relationship and Barclays response to the FCA. That regulator fined scaley more than 2 million and permanently banned them from holding a management role in the sector in 2023. But Staley had no idea what was going on, folks. None. Just another guy that was manipulated by the all knowing, all powerful Jeffrey Epstein. Barclays noted at the time that the investigation makes no findings that Mr. Staley saw or was aware of any of Mr. Epstein's alleged crimes, which was the central question underpinning Barclay's support for Mr. Staley following the arrest of Mr. Epstein in the summer of 2019. Staley said, In 2020, obviously I thought I knew him well, and I didn't for sure. With hindsight, with what we know now, I deeply regret having any relationship with Jeffrey. Yeah, well, how about the relationship you had with one of his quote unquote assistants? Furthermore, who's Beauty and the Beast? And who is Snow White? And what else were you doing when you were on that island? Those are just a few of the questions that I have for Jess Daley and it's going to be real interesting to see how many of those questions are asked and just how hard they go on Jess Daily. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

This fiery episode from Bobby Capucci underscores not just the next big name entering the public spotlight (Jes Staley), but the larger systemic and institutional failures that have allowed Epstein’s crimes to go largely unpunished at the highest levels. Capucci’s tone remains uncompromising: he is skeptical of elite, performative oversight and clear that the financial industry’s enablers are as culpable as Epstein himself.
