What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. One of the biggest issues when it comes to the Jeffrey Epstein case and the so called investigation of his crimes is that the investigation is non existent. Now look, they certainly investigated Jeffrey Epstein, they investigated Ghislaine Maxwell, but that's where it stopped. And it was all by design. The whole entire idea was to make it seem like it was just Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell, nobody else. And now we're hearing from Les Wexner himself, who was under oath, saying that the FBI or the DOJ never even contacted him during their investigation. So how can you tell me that there was a robust investigation if Les Wexner was never even spoken to by the authorities? It's unconscionable. There is no investigation that has ever been launched that didn't go after somebody who was allegedly a co conspirator. They had a markdown in their own documents as a co conspirator and they never even bothered to talk to him. But yeah, the investigation was legit. And everything they tell us about Jeffrey Epstein, you know, just soliciting one girl, that's all true. Imagine being a dumb and actually believing that. Because I promise you, if Les Wexner's last name was Italian and he was caught up in some kind of mafia sting, they would have talked to him. And not only that, he would have ended up getting charged as part of the conspiracy. But not here. They don't even bother going to talk to him. So I think this is the best evidence that we've seen so far, concrete evidence that there was no real investigation kicked off. Now we all knew that, right? But now we have a receipt and all the people out there that say that, well, there was nothing to see, that there is no pedophilia, that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't going after kids. You're wrong. Just straight up you're wrong. All the you're pumping, all the nonsense you're pitching, it's all bs. And all you have to do is dive into the court documents and listen to what the investigators themselves said when they were under oath in front of the grand jury. Was the girl 16? Yep. Was she transported on a plane? Yep. I mean, the evidence is right there. And the people that are acting like this didn't go down, I suspect are just upset that they missed the story for whatever reason, that they weren't on it from the very beginning. And now they have to do everything in their power to make it look like it's no big deal. A lot of People have main character syndrome, and a lot of people just want to be the center of the story, right? Oh, if everybody is talking about this, I'm gonna go the other way. That's a great way to drive engagement. That's a great way to get clicks, Yo. I hate social media. Straight up. It's always the dumbest people who have the most to say. And honestly, we're so far past the point of wondering if this was real or not, if it really happened, if Epstein was evil, that I don't have time to around with people like that. There's no debate to be had. Go and debate the fucking wall, homie. Learn about the topic, then come back, and then maybe we'll talk. But until then, I have zero desire to hear the nonsense that you're pushing. I mean, it just is ridiculous. And I think with this new information about Les Wexner never even being talked to by the DOJ or the FBI, I think that really throws a bunch of cold water on the whole entire narrative that this was a big, robust investigation that spanned decades. No, it wasn't. And anybody telling you that is a liar. Today's article is from Scripps News, and the headline, wexner tells Congress he was never contacted by the FBI about Jeffrey Epstein ties. Now, if he lied about that, he's under oath, right? Then he's in contempt. He perjured himself, so I highly doubt he's lying. Victoria's Secret founder Les Wexner testified under oath Wednesday that federal law enforcement never interviewed him about his relationship with with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, despite their well documented close business ties. During a House Oversight Committee deposition in New Albany, Ohio, Wexner said that he had never been contacted by the FBI or the Department of Justice regarding Epstein's activities or the investigation. Now, chew on that for a minute and tell me that's a robust investigation. And then ask yourself, why should you listen to anybody who's coming from a place of dishonesty? If you can't just be honest about what happened, then why should anyone listen to you? Now, look, there is a place for people to be. Contrarian, as I've said before, when you have people out here talking about cannibalism and other things like that, all of that stuff has to be looked at, right? And it should be looked at with a contrarian eye. What I'm talking about is the nuts and bolts. There's no debate about what happened here. There's no debate about what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. And frankly, one traffic person is too many for me, like, how many people have to be trafficked for it to be a big deal? Because as far as I'm concerned, one person's enough. And if one person was trafficked to anybody else, my friends, they're all human traffickers. Has the FBI or DOJ ever directly contacted you or spoken to you about Epstein? Wexner was asked. Never, wexner said, during the recorded testimony that aired on C Span. Yo, so there's a big problem here, right? There's a big ass problem here, because there's no way you can say that there was an investigation if you never even spoke to somebody that was considered a potential co conspirator. I mean, what are we even doing here? And I can't even believe that I have to have this conversation, that I even have to talk about this. This is wholly unacceptable. And this is the kind of that we should be bringing up. Not the side quests, not the most salacious stuff. We can get to that, right? But first, let's lock these dudes in. Let's lock them in with the crimes they committed, even if they're procedural. And then from there, you get to work. So somebody needs to explain at the FBI and the DOJ why Les Wexner was never spoken to, and what was the thought process behind that? Let's see the emails, let's see the documentation, and whatever paper trail might exist because something screwed up here, right? We've been told that there was a full investigation and there was nothing left to see, but that's obviously a lie, just like everything else they've been telling us. When asked if he spoke to any law enforcement agency about Epstein's 2019 investigation in New York, Wexner again responded, never. I don't remember ever talking to any law enforcement agency. The deposition comes after recently released FBI files allege that Wexner interacted with young women in Epstein's presence. Well, we've heard that from multiple people, but I guess it doesn't matter, right? And according to James Comer and the fantastic GOP members of the committee, there's no more investigation needed into Les Wexner. Bro, there's never been an investigation into Wexner. Isn't that what your committee is supposed to be doing? So, once again, I'm calling for a special counsel. Enough is enough. The time is now. If you think that James Comer is going to get to the bottom of this, if you think that any of these people give a flying about these girls or about us, you're crazy. They don't and they're straight up lying to you right now. Brazenly, too. They don't give a. They know that there's no repercussions. What are they going to do? Get a strongly worded letter from Congress? The deposition comes after recently released FBI files allege Wexner interacted with young women in Epstein's presence. Only Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee participated in the questioning, with some Republican staff members present. Like, why? What is wrong with the Republicans? And I won't even call them Republicans anymore. What's wrong with maga? Because Republicans, real Republicans, conservatives, Ron Paul Republicans, Reagan Republicans, they're all evacuating the party at a gigantic rate of speed. Nobody wants to be associated with this bullshit. And then the Republicans have the audacity not even to show up. Okay, cool. Enjoy those midterms, boys. Enjoy them. You've earned it. If you've earned anything, you've earned what's coming. And I don't want to hear a single word about the investigations that kick off after you lose the House, because there's investigations that are coming. Believe it. And they're going to have all kinds of excuses for why it happened, but this is the reason right here, right now. They have lost so much support from independence, and I just don't think they understand that that's what got them over the hump in the first place. It wasn't the MAGA base. It was the people who thought that they were going to get accountability. The people who actually might have believed what Donald Trump and his surrogates were pitching on the campaign trail about going after people like Jeffrey Epstein. And a huge part of that support has eroded away. And I'm pretty sure that a lot of people are going to be sitting out the midterms, Certainly not enthusiastic about them. Now, look, I'm not saying there's going to be a mass exodus and people are going to vote Democrat. What I'm talking about is people staying home and just saying, you know what? What does it matter? We voted for this, this, and the other thing, and we got nada. We got screwed. Once again. We got called traitors. Why should we even bother? And with the way the country currently is, you're not winning an election unless you get the independent vote. And can you imagine some of these midterm commercials about how the Republicans didn't even bother going down to Ohio for this deposition? It's going to be brutal. Wait, I'm telling you right now, it's going to be brutal. Democrats expressed dissatisfaction with Wexner's responses, saying they felt he was not being sufficiently forthcoming during the closed door session. The committee also used the opportunity to criticize the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files Transparency Act. Democrats claim over 50% of Epstein related documents have not been released to the public or Congress. Donald Trump and Pam Bondi are leading a White House cover up to protect billionaires, wealthy benefactors, whether it's Mr. Wexner or whether it's anybody else, said Representative Robert Garcia, ranking member of the committee. Look, this can't all just be about Trump, though. That's one of the big problems. When you just make it about Trump, you're forgetting about everything else. And like I always tell you dudes, a symptom of the problem, the real problem is the system that allows them. And that's something that we haven't begun to grapple with yet. And here's another hard truth. At some point we have to look in the mirror and say to ourselves, why do we keep electing these stupid ass people that don't care about us? Because we have to take some responsibility for that. You have these incumbents who have been in office for, for what, 30 years, 40 years? Really, go get a real job and stop stealing from the American people. Because the truth is the vast majority of these people are thieves. I mean, how many lawyers and doctors do we need in Congress? Is that how it was supposed to be? No, it was supposed to be your neighbor, the guy that's, you know, a pig farmer or the guy that owns a shoe store. That's how it was supposed to be. But the whole entire thing's tilted. The whole entire thing is corrupt. And if you don't think that bleeds down into the DOJ and the FBI, you got another thing coming. This system was not set up for you. And I, like George Carlin loves to say, and like I love to quote, it's a big ass club and you weren't invited. Wexner's testimony is part of an ongoing congressional investigation into Epstein's network of associates. The committee has scheduled depositions with Bill and Hillary Clinton for next week at their New York home. So I wonder if the Democrats are going to sit that one out because, you know, we have to play politics with everything. I'm so tired of it. I am sick of it. Straight up, sick of it. The Epstein controversy continues to generate headlines as New Mexico's attorney general has reopened an investigation into Epstein's former Zorro ranch after reviewing recently released FBI files. The ranch was allegedly used for sex trafficking of underage girls and all kinds of wild nobody even knows about. And look, you know me, I'm not very conspiracy theory minded, but there's no conspiracy here. There was something very weird, very creepy and very odd going on at Zorro Ranch. And according to a lot of people that got caught up, a lot of people that were there, a lot of it had to do with transhumanism, genetics and weird ass DNA type experiments. And then when you look at where Zorro Ranch is located, it all makes sense, right? I mean, you got La Salle, you got the Santa Fe Institute right there. You got White Sands. There's a lot going on. And I don't think people have even begun to scratch the surface of what Jeffrey Epstein was up to when it comes to science, because he certainly was up to something. And the question is, where was he sending all the information that he was gathering about these scientists and about the projects they were working on? But that's a story for another time. As far as this one goes, we're gonna wrap it up here. And like usual, all of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

This episode of The Epstein Chronicles centers on the recent revelation that Les Wexner—the billionaire founder of Victoria’s Secret and a central associate of Jeffrey Epstein—testified under oath that neither the FBI nor the DOJ ever contacted him regarding his ties to Epstein. Host Bobby Capucci uses this admission to question the legitimacy of authorities’ investigation into Epstein's criminal enterprise, arguing it proves there was never a true effort to bring all co-conspirators to light. Capucci critiques both law enforcement and political figures for what he sees as a shallow, scripted response to Epstein’s crimes and the systemic corruption that enabled them.
“...Les Wexner himself, who was under oath, saying that the FBI or the DOJ never even contacted him during their investigation.” (00:41)
“If Les Wexner’s last name was Italian and he was caught up in some kind of mafia sting, they would have talked to him.” (02:02)
He believes a true co-conspirator in any other criminal context would have been thoroughly investigated or even charged.
“The whole entire idea was to make it seem like it was just Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell, nobody else. And now we're hearing...the FBI or the DOJ never even contacted [Wexner]. So how can you tell me that there was a robust investigation...?” (00:14)

In this fiery and unsparing episode, Bobby Capucci leverages Les Wexner’s under-oath denial of FBI/DOJ contact to challenge the entire legitimacy of official Epstein investigations. He dismantles media narratives, attacks bipartisan inaction, and frames the entire system as irreparably corrupt—arguing the full truth remains deliberately buried. Through pointed commentary, memorable analogies, and references to both current events and historical context, Capucci positions this revelation as a pivotal turning point that galvanizes listeners to demand real accountability and transparency in the Epstein saga.
