So we have a couple of articles tonight. One will be from Fox News and the other is from the Sun. A couple of interesting articles for sure. We have another accuser that has come out and named not only Jeffrey Epstein, but our best friend Lady G. Maxwell, as well as one of her abusers. So we'll read that article and we'll see what they have to say about that, add a little bit more context, some more layers to the story and hopefully peel back some layers. Right. Usually it seems like it's 50, 50. Every time we think we're making some ground and finding out what exactly goes on, there's, you know, another layer to peel back. And that's just the way cases like this go. When there's a trickle of evidence that comes out and not, you know, there's no, there's no big like court case where we're going to get huge discovery as of right now, although we could get a treasure trove of information by the end of the year. The first one from Fox is a criminal defense attorney, why Prince Andrew should just shut up about Jeffrey Epstein. Criminal defense attorney Jana Spilbore argued that Prince Andrew is teetering on being criminally accused following a disastrous recent interview of the British royal and growing calls from Jeffrey Epstein's victims that the prince should meet with the US Investigators as soon as possible. I realize this is a very sensitive case, numerous victims, horrible allegations, said Spillbore on America's Newsroom on Friday. But if I were advising him, he really needs to stop talking. He really needs to shut up. Remember that's. I said the same thing. Look, I'm not a lawyer by any stretch of the imagination, but I know that you got to keep your mouth shut, especially when you're guilty. It's looking the way, Andrew, is you need to have a lawyer with you. You can't just be running at your yap because you're gonna dig your grave. Look what he's doing right now. The Duke of York announced Wednesday that he was retreating from his royal duties for the foreseeable future and what amounted to Buckingham palace firing Queen Elizabeth's second son over his relationship with the convicted sex offender and accused sex trafficker Epstein. In a statement, Andrew said He was willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations if required. On Thursday, Gloria Allred, who was representing several of Epstein's victims, said the prince must tell US Authorities about what he knows regarding an alleged sex trafficking ring run by Epstein and potentially involving Epstein's close friend Ghislaine Maxwell. This is a good lead in to our next story. Like I said, I haven't read this one yet. So it's a nice little lead in there, huh? Perfect. I'm glad that he's willing to speak to law enforcement, although I am not sure what he means by if required, said Allred. Is he insisting that he be served with the subpoena to testify? Look, I think that's the proper thing to do here. I think that they should, they should serve him with the subpoena, bring him in, get him on record, see what he has to say. And look, if he's an innocent man, this is his chance to clear his name. He's going to have access to the highest profile attorneys out there. He's going to have every shot in the world to beat this case if it goes criminal on him. So let's see where the card, let's, let's see your cards. Right. What are you, what are you running from? There gotta be something going on. All of this follows a widely panned interview that Andrew did with the BBC on Monday during which he denied that he had a sexual relationship with an underage girl, Virginia Roberts, at Maxwell's home in London in 2001. Roberts allegations and others are detailed in the Fox Nation documentary the Twisted World of Jeffrey Epstein. I highly suggest you guys watch that. If you haven't, there's a hyperlink here for it. I don't know if it's, you have to pay for it or not. I was able to watch it without paying. I don't know if it's behind a paywall or whatnot. But if you have access to Fox Nation and you want to watch it, the hyperlink will be in this article. One of Jeffrey Epstein's most high profile accusers, Virginia Roberts, accuses Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her when she was just 17, said Fox News national correspondent Brian Lennis in the Fox Nation investigation. There's a pretty damning 2001 photo of Prince Andrew wrapping his hand around Virginia Roberts waist when she was a minor, continued Lennis, who covered the Epstein case for Fox News. And in the background you can see who is widely known as the primary, alleged primary co conspirator and his former ex girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell. He says that he has never seen Jeffrey Epstein take part in the alleged behavior. Yeah, okay, sure. Like I said, the little monkeys see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Maybe we should make some merch. We should do the three little monkeys, but we should have Jeffrey Epstein's face on one, Prince Andrew's face on one, and Ghislaine Maxwell's face on one, because that's how ridiculous all three of these people are. And like I said before, believe me when I tell you, if anyone's ever deserved to die, it's Jeffrey Epstein. But the problem with that is we don't want his secrets to die with him. Right. We wanted to extract those secrets from him and then throw them in the main line and let the convicts do their work. In addition, Lennis said there is a Daily Mail video, reportedly from December 6, 2010, that shows Prince Andrew sort of peeking out the front door of Jeffrey Epstein's New York City mansion. What makes that look even worse is that a young brunette is seen leaving the house as he's opening that door. And less than an hour before that, Jeffrey Epstein is seen exiting his home with a young blonde. Prince Andrew is Now saying that 2010 visit was about formally breaking his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. That is what he says. All right, let's back up a second here. All right? Who is the young brunette? Has she been identified yet? Have I missed that? Has anybody out there. Can anybody listening identify her? I mean, she was a witness of Andrew being there. This is what I'm talking about. Why isn't this a RICO case yet? And less than an hour before that, Jeffrey Epstein was seen exiting with a young blonde. Well, who's the young blonde? Have we seen? Have we got a name for her yet? Still a lot of questions and still hardly any answers. Right, folks? That's what's so confounding about this whole situation. So we just got to keep digging. We had to keep grinding. It's like being in a championship fight. You know, one round to them, one round to you. Bite down on your mouthpiece, meet him in the middle of the ring, and start throwing bombs, because that's basically what we're in here. These poor victims are in the fight of their life, and all we can do is keep the pressure on by keeping the story out there. Former LAPD homicide detective Mark Furman. Oh, yeah, let's listen to this guy. This guy's definitely a great source, huh? He has no skeletons in his closet. Why would anyone even this. I'm sorry, this is a rant that's a little bit off topic, but why would you hire this guy and bring him onto your network? What does he. What does he bring to the network that somebody else couldn't bring? I mean, if any of you out there like him, hey, that's. That's cool. That's your opinion. This is just happens to be my opinion. I don't feel like he brings anything to the story. He's kind of like a Gloria Allred to me, right? He detracts from whatever he talks about. I see that name and I just roll my eyes. Boy. Former LAPD homicide detective Mark Fuhrman told Fox News that U.S. authorities may use Andrew's cooperation to help build a case against Maxwell. Well, that's definitely a good thing. We've been wanting that forever, and it shouldn't just be. I don't know what's taken so long. Like I said, it has all the hallmarks of a RICO case. First, they want Prince Andrew to admit that he was having sex with his accuser, said Fuhrman. Once that is established, they'll want to know how did Epstein set up the meetings with the girls and what was Maxwell's part? Lastly, who else was at these Epstein parties? Well, we already know who. We know that George Stephanopoulos was at the party. We know Katie Couric was there. We know that Charlie Rose was there, several other people that. I'm skipping my mind right now. But we know that there was a bevy of high profile people there. And these are the same people that will get on their TV and they will talk about for women's rights or whatever their grandstanding, you know, their grandstanding soapbox issue is of the day, whatever they can virtue signal about the most, where they think they can gain a little bit of points. It's just absolutely ridiculous the way the whole entire culture has slid. The investigators need participants to show intent and knowledge. Fuhrman explained the FBI is still looking to indict Maxwell. She is in hiding. But the FBI is trying to develop a case. They want to establish an ongoing sex trafficking ring to work inside the statute of limitations so they can charge Maxwell and others. Look, look, like I said, if they can raid Roger Stone's house and pull him out at gunpoint, they can find Ghislaine Maxwell and they can arrest her. At the very least, all right, look, she's not, she's not royalty. She's all she is, is. Oh yeah, oh yeah, I forgot. Protected by intelligence. They are the most insidious group of people that we ever discuss on this show. They're the people that put all of this stuff into motion. They're the people that make the authorities look the other way because, you know, it serves the greater good. It serves the greater good. Just like their endless wars. In Fox Nation's the Furman Diary special investigation, the 20 year old veteran detective spoke about the people in Epstein's orbit who may have helped enable his behavior. You kind of wonder, how does Jeffrey Epstein get away with this? Furman told Fox Nation. There's been many people that have been described as having hung around him, socialized with him, friended him. We have Prince Andrew, I mean, the heir to the throne of England. Incorrect. He's eighth in line. See, this is what I'm talking about. Furman's no expert on this case. And the people you see on TV talking about the Epstein case, for the most part, they aren't experts either. You guys out there know way more than most of these people. Some of the emails I get, you should I get, I'm blown away by some of the things you guys are talking about. You guys, you know, very informed, a very informed audience out there. And that go, that just goes to show you how interested everybody is in this. And it also goes to show you, what it really goes to show you though, is how little trust that you, you have in the media, the, the legacy media at this point, independent journalists and people that, that create content, that, that's, that's the future. Because these are, these are people that are they without their credibility, they have nothing. Right? They don't have the backing. They, they, if they write a bad story or they come on and they're blowing hot air all the time on their program, nobody wants to hear that. They can go get that from the mainstream media. But in the mainstream media, you're protected by whatever outlet you work for, unless you're a whistleblower. But when you're, you know, an independent operation, you have to, you know, you got to do the right thing. You know, there's a, something, you know, the audience expects you to bring them the right information, right? So you got this guy, Mark Fuhrman on Fox and he doesn't even know the basics of Prince Andrew's, you know, line of succession. All he has to do is read one or two articles from England and he'd know that why would somebody hang around somebody that's a registered sex offender? That's a good question. I gotta agree with him there. So somebody would say, well, he wasn't a registered sex offender when they first associated with them. If you did not know who Jeffrey Epstein was in a very short period of time knowing him, then you're blind, deaf and dumb. He said, hey, what did I just say about the, the merch? I'm telling you, we might be on to something here, folks. That might be a little Christmas type deal. Dress them as like Santa. Santa monkeys, right? Something like that. America's newsroom host Sandra Smith asked Spielbore what may come next for British, for the British royal. He can cooperate willingly or he can be subpoenaed. Would it help this case if he voluntarily communicated and cooperated with authorities? I say no, answered Spielbore. He's got a pictures of himself with a girl who was underage at the time who said that she was forced to have sex with him. That is a crime. If he is subpoenaed, he would be able to plead the fifth because he's, he's teetering on being criminally accused. She concluded, wow, holy smokes. So we're at a point where Prince Andrew is getting advice from a lawyer in America on Fox News. That's how far we've come in this case. She's basically telling him, you're a dumb idiot, keep your yab shut. Because you're gonna just keep burying yourself. So you gotta think that whatever high profile lawyer he gets is gonna, there's no way he's gonna let him talk to the FBI. No way. Even if he subpoenaed, it's gonna be very structured and very safe. Right. I mean, it's not like they're going after their own, their political opponents because we know how that works now in this country and in around the world. Oh yeah, you can use your intelligence agencies and you hammer your political opponents, both sides. So that's where we're at with that kind of nonsense. These dudes just get away with it. You know, he's not going to be pressed by the FBI. The FBI will just, you know, they'll, they'll soft glove it, white glove it, I'm guessing. I really have no faith in the FBI at this point. I mean, when was the last time the FBI has really stood tall before the wagon? I can't even tell you. It's been a very long time. They haven't, you know, they prevent terrorist attacks and this is not an Indictment on the day to day officers, you know, the rank and file FBI officers, the men and women that are serving there, those are good people. Those are people that just want the right thing to be done. It's the bureaucrats above them, the lifelong bureaucrats that just wanna play their political games on both sides of the aisle. And they wanna push and they wanna pull and they don't wanna concede power and they think they. That they are above the law. They aren't. Elected presidents come and go, but they stay. All right, all right, enough of that. The next article is from the sun, and it's about our friend, Lady G. Like I said, another accuser has come forward and claims pedophile and Ghislaine Maxwell sexually assaulted her in the New York mansion. Well, aren't they both pedophiles at this point? It's safe to say that Ghislaine Maxwell is definitely. Her hands are as dirty as could be in this situation. So don't come at me with the accused. Allegedly. Enough. We know what she is. She's a monster. All right? She's a child molesting monster. And she'll be called that on this program. Her lawsuit against the pedophile, which claims she was forced to flee to a homeless shelter after being abused, brings the total number of claims against Epstein's estate to 17. Identifying herself as Jane Doe 1000, the woman is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for the abuse she suffered after meeting the financier pedophile in 1999. According to the suit filed in the Southern District of New York last Thursday, Jane Doe, who now lives in New Jersey, claims she grew up in poverty before Epstein lured her in with a promise of a modeling career with Victoria's Secret. Oh, yeah. Who owns Victoria's Secret again? Les Wexner. Les Wexner. You are involved in all of this. Sir, you need to answer questions. Another man that should be subpoenaed if he won't talk willingly, but no, he has a bunch of dough, so it's cool. He'll do whatever he wants while you and I. Oh, don't. You don't pay that traffic ticket jail, you're not paying the IRS garnish wages, jail, etc. Etc. The woman claims she was forced to give Epstein sexual massages at his mansion in New York as well as his Palm beach residence. She claims she finally escaped after being sexually assaulted by both Epstein and Maxwell, who allegedly penetrated her with a sex toy fleeing to a Salvation army facility. According to legal papers filed by law firm Boyes Schiller and Flexner. All right, so we know David Boies from the Virginia Joffrey case, Virginia Roberts case. He was her lawyer, and he had to recuse himself because his ongoing battle with Dershowitz. And now Chuck Cooper slid in, and he's. He's Virginia Roberts lawyer now. All right, everybody's caught up. Back to the article. Jane Doe 1000 claims she came into contact with Epstein after she made a modeling appearance in late 1999, reported Daily Mail. She details how she grew up extremely poor and how at various times throughout her childhood, her mother had been homeless. And we see this as a pattern, right? The most. Ah, boy. The most disgusting possible. The most disgusting. The most disgusting thing possible, right? The most. They have nobody to protect. And people like this. This poor girl, she comes from a broken home. She probably didn't go to too much school. She probably doesn't have much money, obviously. Then this guy flies into her orbit and he has all this money. He shows up. He has, you know, a nice car, he has a helicopter, an island retreat, and he wants to give you some dough to massage him. Hell, yeah. This is good business for these girls, right? These Girls are like 200 bucks. That's a lot of money. And how do I know that? Well, I know that because I grew up in the inner city. I know people that come from broken homes. I know people that, you know. $200 was a huge deal, right? So I understand. I understand how it's easy to. It's easy for these girls to get caught up by a real smooth talker like Epstein. And especially when a woman's involved who thinks that there. A woman's gonna be involved in molesting you. You know, it's. It's. It's very. They had a very elaborate operation going, these two. And if you think these two dunderheads came up with it on their own, I don't know what to tell you. I honestly don't know what to tell you. I got beachfront property in Nevada to sell you, though, if you believe that. The woman was unable to enroll in secondary school because she did not have a home address and often lived without running water or electricity, according to court papers.

The lawsuit reads, upon meeting Jane Doe, Epstein offered her a position modeling with Victoria's Secret. He explained that he was friends with Les Wexner, the chief executive of Victoria's Secret parent company. How many girls were molested with Epstein using that name? I want to know. I can't wait for all of it to come out. So we can compile it and go through all of the papers and see exactly how many girls you have mentioned Wexner before he gets arrested. Because if it was you or I that was mentioned in any of this stuff, we would forget it. We would have got SWAT teamed. We would have been pulled out of our house. Forget about it. Why aren't these people held to the same standard that everybody else is held to? Eventually, Epstein moved Jane Doe into his apartment building on 66th street, where he housed other models and young women that he sexually abused so that he could have complete control over her life. You know, I would really love to all the other models, brunette, the blonde. Let's get some names here. If these girls will go on record. If anybody out there knows how to get any of these girls on record, I'd love to interview them, you know, whatever. But we need to. We. There needs to be. There needs to be some. Some context added to this stuff. These. These articles are good. They give us a baseline, but we have to dig deeper, right, because it's just touching the surface. Her relationship with Epstein quickly turned into one of sexual abuse claims of abuse by Epstein and Maxwell. She also alleges Maxwell and other friends of Epstein would call her and tell her to go to the pedophile's mansion to give him a massage. However, these massages quickly escalated into Epstein forcing himself on Jane Doe against her will and engaging in one or more sex act with her for his own sexual gratification. Court papers state this is just the same MO Right? Every single article we read about this sick scumbag, this is what he did. The woman claimed she became terrified of Epstein, who repeatedly threatened her and made her and made representations about his wealth, power, and connections. Again, all of these rich people that are hanging out with him, all of these powerful people that are hanging out with him enabled him to do what he did because. Because they were so powerful. When he mentioned their names, these girls panicked. And do you blame them? The lawsuit states Maxwell was waiting for her and led her upstairs to Epstein's master bedroom, where when they got to the bedroom, sex toys were laid out on the bed. And we've heard this. This whole story before, right? Maxwell's done the same thing with other girls. Why is she not in handcuffs? It's the most maddening part of this case for me. She should definitely be in handcuffs right now. They definitely know where she is. And if they don't know where she is, they all suck at their job and they should all be fired. Epstein and Maxwell proceeded to sexually Assault Jane Doe simultaneously and by forcible compulsion, Maxwell forcibly penetrated Jane Doe with a sex toy. She was horrified and terrified by the experience and knew she had to try to get away from Epstein, even though she risked harm to herself by disobeying Epstein. She proceeded to move out of the 66th street apartment building and having nowhere else to go, found shelter at the Salvation housing facility. It comes after a fresh lawsuit against the late pedophile that was filed by accuser Tila Davies, who claims he groomed her to become completely dependent on him before casting her aside when she told him about her eating disord. So again, just more evidence built up to prove what's going on with this guy and prove that the people around him knew what was going on. All of these people, Sarah Kellen, Vickers, Ghislaine, went Maxwell, these two, especially Leslie Groff, all of these people need to be talked to. Ms. Davies met the billionaire in 2002 through her older sister when she was working as a hairdresser in Los Angeles. She says Epstein fostered her dreams of becoming a translator. According to the complaint filed on Thursday in Manhattan Federal court string of allegations Epstein allegedly arranged for her to study at the University of Madrid and convinced her to give up her apartment and job to spend more time with him. For the next two years, Epstein flew her around the world on his private jets and he repeatedly raped and molested her at his homes in New York, Florida, the US Virgin Islands and Paris, according to court papers filed by the mum of three. After Tila's semester in Madrid, she was left with no home and no job and was drawn in to live a nomadic lifestyle in his close orbit. The lawsuit claims Epstein also shared her with his friends. The lawsuit alleges. Friends? What are. Can we get some names? Can we get a little bit more information with that? I mean, just friends. I know it's all gonna come out, but I really wish it would come out now. And you know, there's leaks everywhere else. Why don't we get some leaks here so we could start putting these people on blast and start doing the proper investigate, you know, proper investigations into them. A proper close up, a closer look. Alright? Just days before Ms. Davies lawsuit, another alleged victim of the financier stepped forward identifying herself as Jane Doe, 15. She said she had been invited to join him on his private island with Prince Andrew. Calling on the Royal to speak to the FBI, the woman claimed the monster Epstein took her sexual innocence at his compound in New Mexico when she was just 15 and invited her to his little St. James, Caribbean island. Her lawsuit claims that Epstein and her met in 2004 during a school class trip to New York City. And she was soon shuttled on Epstein's private plane with numerous other girls to his ranch in New Mexico. Again, numerous other girls. I would love, love, love, love to get a list of who all of these accusers are. You know, I mean, of all the. The accused are. Let's get them, let's get them on record right now so we can start looking into them. And, you know, I think that at the very least, at the very least, some of these people with this rock solid evidence against them need to be called in, like, asap, put out a warrant for Ghislaine Maxwell, and then anybody harboring her is now harboring a fugitive. You know, I don't understand. They use the full power of the federal government for everything else, but not for child molesters and for rapists. I don't understand what's going on here. It's like, though, it's like in 2000, whenever the CERN device was turned on, it's like we entered into an alternate universe where everything's upside down, upside downs down, upside downs up. Everything's all screwed up. I just don't know. I've never in my wildest dreams would I believe that sex traffickers would be getting, you know, cover stories run off, run for them by abc, being protected by intelligence, according to Acosta himself. Yeah, we're talking about the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, folks. Once again, the topic of the conversation for our article this evening. This guy is an absolute moron. And now the house of cards is tumbling in on top of him. You even have an editorial from the Guardian calling on him to do his duty. And I think it's about time that every single legacy media outlet gets on board and calls on him to do his duty. No one's saying he should just show up and admit guilt, but go and answer the questions that these guys want to ask you. Go and cooperate with the authorities that you said you were going to cooperate with. He won't even do that. Nevermind run selflessly into a fire to try and put it out to save people's property or their lives. This dude won't even speak to the authorities about a human trafficking operation that he's wrapped up in. Not only just wrapped up in, it's not just innuendo anymore. There's a lawsuit, my friend. So now everything's laid bare. This lawsuit is in the courts. The ball is in your court now, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. What are you going to do? Are you going to continue to be a Stunard? Are you going to continue to be a coward? Are you going to continue to scurry off to Balmoral to hide with your mom and even have your two daughters have to show up to try and show support? Or are you gonna man up, step up to the plate and speak to the authorities about what you might have seen and what you might have done? I highly doubt this is the last we're going to hear from people coming out with stories about him. Now you know how this works. Once there's a little crack in the dam and a little water comes out, it's not long before the whole dam breaks open and all of the tea comes rushing out.

when they were being protected by the legacy media. Not so easy when you have an editorial in the Guardian calling on you to do the right thing. And with the new investigation or review of the investigation, I should say from the Met, while I don't think he's in too much jeopardy of a criminal case, who knows? Who knows? Yeah. The way things are going right now when it comes to these guys. And as far as who's gonna get in trouble for all of this, who's gonna end up, you know, with a criminal charge or if it's just gonna end up civil, there's just so much that has to be unpacked still. The only thing that is for certain is that there is a civil suit coming his way. And from what we know of previous civil suits, a lot of times it does lead to these criminal type of investigations. On the heels of that, in regards to the Jeffrey Epstein case, I mean, I'm not talking about always, but both with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, they were both sued civilly first.

And then they both were charged criminally by the feds. So that seems to be the way these sort of things mature over time. That seems to be the way these things start to fold over time. And I'm sure, I'm sure that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and his legal team are well aware of that fact. They know that he's not capable of sitting down with a seasoned interrogator and not getting his lunch handed to him because we've already seen his performance, right? It's like having somebody that, you know, you know, the dude can't fight and there's about to be a throwdown and you know, you know your boy's about to get whooped. So you don't even let him, you don't even bother letting him do it. You're just like, nah, don't even worry about it. We got this one. And that's basically what his legal team has to do here. He's such a limp wristed coward, such a chump. He can't step up to the plate and answer questions. He can't sit down with a few investigators, the Prince of England, mind you. So he'll continue to obfuscate, he'll continue to kick the can down the road and hope all of this goes away. Well, not this time. And I think you see a turn in the way people feel in general over all of this. I think, and we know that his brother is not having it. His brother wants nothing to do with this guy's nonsense. He has his own nonsense. People are already sick thinking about Charles as the king, never mind Prince Andrew, you know, lurking around the property. So yeah, this guy's finished. He has no hope. The only question now is how big is of a nuclear blast. Is this when all is said and done? Let's jump into this article from the Guardian and let's see what their editorial board has to say. The Guardian view on Prince Andrew. He should do his duty. There should be no disputing that if they are true. The sexual abuse allegations made by Virginia Roberts against Prince Andrew, the Queen second son, are serious. Nor can there be any denying that the seriousness, if it is established, would be both personal and also more widely political. Yeah, that's what I was talking about earlier. Right again, look, I'm not an expert on the affairs of the Crown or what goes on in English politics or any of that stuff. I'll never profess to be, but geopolitics, or geopolitics, wherever you put them, right? And at the end of the day, when it comes to a radioactive situation like this, of course it's going to be political as well. When you have the royal family, who's representing the people of England, and you have the. The Queen's son charged with such serious allegations, of course it's a political nightmare. Of course it's the equivalent of a political Fukushima. And sometimes there's no coming back from that. Ms. Roberts alleges that Prince Andrew had sex with her in London in 2001 when she was 17 and was thus still a minor under US though not English law. And that the prince knew she had been trafficked by his friend, the financier and convicted sex offender, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Ms. Roberts also claims that Epstein paid her $15,000 for the encounter. Oh, and that's the rub with some people, right? Some people will latch right on to that shit. Oh, she got paid 15 grand.

It's a wrap. No, it's not. So children are for sale 15 grand to a prince. Never mind the fact that she was under mental duress. Never mind the fact that she was a little girl when she was groomed. Never mind the fact that they normalized all of this shit. The whole thing with the money was a buffer for Epstein, so this very defense could be used. Is it not transparent enough for some people? I mean, come on. The days of dog walking people through the easy parts of this are long over, folks. It's rather obvious. The reason the money was involved, the reason any money was spread around. More of a buffer zone. More of a. You're involved now as well. That's how these people roll. That's how these operations are conducted. The Joe Exotica of the Windsor family has emphatically denied these and other allegations. He says he has no recollection of meeting Ms. Roberts. But the allegations refuse to go away, in part because of the prince's sometimes inept efforts to clear his name and to maintain his distance from the case. Well, you would think the Guardian would mention that. There's a picture of the Joe Exotic. Of the Windsor family with Virginia in the Belgravia home of Ghislaine Maxwell. Probably an important part, right? You know, we always say here, a little more meat on the bone, some more context. The more context the better. Why leave that part out? Two years ago, after his disastrous BBC Newsnight interview, he was compelled to step back from his public royal appearances and from his royal patronages. Aww, poor dude. You gotta step back from your royal patronages. Imagine. Imagine someone's like, hey, John, I'm gonna need you. Show up to my event and just show up, shake some hands, you know, we'll throw you a cool 50 GS for it. That's the kind of life these motherfuckers have. Like the kind of life this dude had. And it wasn't good enough for him. He had to have more. He had to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein because he needed more. More. Whatever. More money, more girls, more fame, more power, whatever it may be. He needed more. No self control. Imagine having everything, literally the world at your fingertips, and this is what you choose to do with it. Since then, the Prince has nursed unrealistic hopes of an early return to public life. These have now been dashed because Ms. Roberts has brought a US civil lawsuit against him, alleging sexual assault and battery, causing severe and lasting damage, along with a legal summons to respond within 21 days. Prince Andrew has reacted by heading to the hills, to Balmoral, where the Queen is on holiday. Must be nice, huh? Shit goes south. Run away to the the palace. Nobody's gonna serve you there, right? That's for sure. Go hide out with Momsy for a little while. Call in your team of crisis negotiators. Probably should get on the phone with Ken Starr, Dershowitz and the rest of the boys just to get it out of the way. We know that's the. The route that you probably want to go, fellow travelers and all, right, who would understand your predicament more? Who would have more empathy for you than the naked volleyball player of Martha's Vineyard? Now, again, I don't know if he's really gonna call those guys, but it would be poetic justice in a sense, wouldn't it? On Thursday, however, the Metropolitan Police announced is conducting a third review of the case, which may open the possibility of a UK criminal referral. Again, I won't, you know, hold my breath waiting on that to occur. That would be great. I think there should be an investigation in England. I think there should be an investigation in France. I think there should be an investigation in America. And of course, in each state where this allegedly all took place. Let's get to the fucking bottom of it. That's all I've been saying from the jump. I'm not living in fantasy land like some other people might be. I don't. You know, there's no chupacabras in my story, right? There's none of that nonsense. I want to get to the bottom of it. Let's see the facts. Let's see what really happened. Let's see the evidence. The case matters for two different reasons, but they are umbilically connected because of who Prince Andrew is. The first and the more immediately serious, is that the behavior alleged against him would be an abuse requiring a remedy, as either the civil case or any criminal case may yet confirm. Well, yeah, these are serious charges. There needs to be a remedy one way or the other, and the only way for that to happen is for this dude to show up and speak to the authorities. Ignoring it certainly isn't going to make that happen. In fact, like I said, absentia is the worst choice for him. And if he goes that route, I would not be shocked to see a criminal referral posted against him. If he chooses to ignore this fully. Oh, yeah, that's gonna ignite some serious, serious ire. So I have a feeling we'll be seeing some heavy negotiations from the Prince of York and his team trying to get him out of this before it goes to court. As the Met Commissioner, Cressida Dick emphasized on Thursday, no one is above the law. Older men who sexually abuse women, especially underage women, are not above it either. Even The Queen's son, Ms. Roberts, has made her allegations. Now Prince Andrew should respond fully and properly within the processes of the law. That's exactly all I've ever said from the jump. All of my needling, my shit talking, all of that is because these dudes are cowards. You go ahead and go and speak to the authorities, bro. What are you waiting for? You deserve to be mocked. You deserve to be made fun of. You deserve to have the court of public opinion laugh at you. You're the one that's making this bed for yourself, the Lion. Nobody told you to chill out with Jeffrey Epstein. Nobody told you to keep your mouth shut, and nobody told you to abuse any girls. So it's on you. The onus is on you, bro. Where is your evidence? What do you have to bring to the table besides more silence, besides more BSing around the topic? The other reason why the case matters is that it affects the reputation of the monarchy and the UK State. This will only increase if the civil case continues for the expected two years, a period covering the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in 2022. You know, it's always about the Queen's this or the Queen's that or the Monarchy's this. It's gonna be a black eye for the monarchy. Well, I'll tell you what. From my perspective, the monarchy is a black eye to the great English people. The Queen is not just a mother and not just a sovereign. She is also the living embodiment of a constitutional state governed by the rule of law, which includes its reciprocal arrangements with foreign states. Basically, what they're saying there is. There's treaties that have to be abided by, right? There's treaties that have to be abided by with their allies, with their partners around the world. And just being the Queen's son is not enough for them to ignore. That. Prince Andrew's inadequate responses. Examples including the apparently minimalist stonewalling of his lawyer's cooperation, the insensitivity of his Newsnight interview, and the bad look of this week's escape to Balmoral. Risk reputational damage to this country, its governing institutions, and its judicial relations with a key ally, the. The U.S. well, I don't know about all of that, as far as, you know. It's a lot to unpack, right? But the essence of it is. Is pretty spot on. There's a lot at stake here, politically speaking. And if it's, you know, somebody's protecting Andrew because he's, you know, a prince, that. That's not going to sit well, and not just with people in the United States. I'm pretty confident that the people in England and the other places under the Crown, they'll want to have their say as well. The Royal Family has faced difficult and embarrassing challenges in the past, including the departure of the Sussexes. This, though, is much more serious. It will not be survived by pulling the duvet cover over the collective royal head. As well as the essential issue of justice, there are issues of state involved, issues of institutional credibility and international confidence. And that's definitely a fact, too, because, say, they protect him here, right? And they're not willing to cooperate with our partners abroad. Now, what happens when the shoe is on the other foot? What happens when they're expecting cooperation from their partners abroad, and then their partners abroad say, you know what? Go get fucked. So it's definitely a situation that behooves them on top of the fact that the Brexit situation went down and all of that. You know, they want to make sure that they have all of their allies and they're especially their friendship with the United States, ironclad. The Prince of Wales is right to suspect there will be no way back into public life for his brother from all of this. Now he must also use his influence to ensure that Prince Andrew faces his accuser. He must do the thing that royals most pride themselves on doing his duty. And I'll tell you what, that would be something, huh? Imagine hearing the story that Charles Carl calls Andrew in and forces him to go and speak to the authorities. That would make for a very interesting writing, huh? But who the hell knows what's going to happen? Like I said, I'm not an official on the Royal House. I don't know much about them besides what we've covered with Jeffrey Epstein. Right. You know, I don't know. Are they going to protect him? Are they not going to protect him? I know for one thing, the brand is what they're really worried about protecting, protecting. Not so much Andrew himself, but the brand. So we'll see how all of this goes and we'll see what happens with the Joe Exotica of the Windsor family. And if he's going to talk to the authorities or not, I think that will be the most telling sign in the coming weeks or months or whatever it may be, is if he speaks with the authorities. If not, then I think the pain is going to be even worse for him. If you can imagine that at this point, a ruling in absentia labels him a child abuser.
