They're the third week of the Ghislaine Maxwell trial with the prosecution resting its case last Friday on the back of some really powerful testimony given by Annie Farmer. Now, we heard from four accusers overall during the first two weeks. And the testimony given by those accusers has been very, very powerful and very strong, in my opinion. And when you look at what they had to say, the stories that they told, and you look at the charges that have been brought against Maxwell, it's very obvious that these testimonies are supporting the accusations that have been made. Now is it going to be enough to convince the jury? I would hope so. I would think so. But we'll have to see this week what the defense plans on doing. Now there was a par a point, a point in time when there was discussion that the defense wasn't even going to call any witnesses whatsoever. And now it's looking like they plan on calling 35 defense witnesses. So Maxwell's defense gets underway starting Thursday and according to her lawyers, they expect 35 witnesses. So Thursday, Friday, both of those days, you could almost guarantee that there's going to be witnesses on the stand. But I would think that it's going to bleed into the next week as well, considering we're talking about 35 people that have to come up and give their testimony. So it's going to be pretty interesting to see how quickly these witnesses are moved through as far as the defense goes. Now, it could end up being a drawn out process, right. Who knows how long it's going to take for each one of these witnesses on the stand. And in fact, we don't even know who these witnesses are. So it's gonna be interesting to see who they trot out to try and drum up some support for Ghislaine Maxwell's side of the story. And honestly, I don't know who the hell is going to come out as a character witness for Ghislaine Maxwell. But there are reports that several people are going to give testimony, but anonymously in fear that their lives would be ruined for supporting Ghislaine Maxwell. So that's what's on the agenda as far as the defense and what they're going to cook up as far as with these witnesses, well, that's anyone's guess. Now, one thing we have learned from the defense so far is that they are not afraid to. To stray into scumbag waters. Now, I get it. It's their job, right? They got to do whatever they possibly can to try and get their scumbag client off. I understand that's how it works. I also understand that it's scumbaggery. I also understand that it's gross. Now, that being said, it's up to the prosecution to stamp that shit out. It's up to the prosecution to make sure that they point out that it's scumbag, that it's gross, and then it's up for the jury to decide what they think. Now, so far, the defense of Ghislaine Maxwell, they haven't brought any receipts to the table. All the. They've. They've hinged their whole entire bet on the fact that they can destroy the credibility of, of these accusers. And while they've done the best job that they can to destroy the credibility of these accusers, I keep referring back to the fact that these people weren't drug addicts before they met Maxwell and Epstein. They were just kids. They became drug addicts to deal with the trauma that was put upon them by Maxwell and Epstein. So when they go and attack these accusers credibility and talk about the drug issues and stuff like that, I just shake my head. I know if I was sitting in a jerry box, I would be thinking, well, wait a minute, there were kids when you abused them or when they first came in contact with you. And now all of a sudden, after those events, they have these drug problems. How about causation and effect? And as a juror, I know for sure that I'd be sitting there thinking that to myself, like, wait a minute here, hold on. So you're going to attack the credibility of these people who are accusing you, yet they were children, 13, 14, 15 years old when they were in your clutches, and then they developed drug issues and you hammer it home on them again about the drug issue that quite possibly was caused by the trauma inflicted upon them by your client? Yeah, that's a winning strategy. So I don't really know what else they could possibly have up their sleeve, because you would think that if they had real hard, solid evidence, we, we would have heard or, or seen something about it by now. All they really have, though, is to try and crush the credibility of these accusers. And as much as they've tried to do that as hard as as they have went, I don't think they've done a good enough job as far as the defense goes to sway a juror or jurors to their side of the story. I think they're going to have to do that with evidence. And their. Their chance is going to be, this week, 35 defense witnesses. Let's see what they bring to the table. But you better bring receipts. We don't want any nonsense where I'm not interested in more demeaning of people's character. Let's see the evidence. You got witnesses, you got DNA evidence. What do you guys have that proves to us that that Ghislaine Maxwell is innocent of these charges? Because so far all we have is powerful testimony from accusers and a lot of maybe so's from the defense. So that might work if you're looking to gaslight some people, but usually that kind of thing falls flat in the court of law. So I'm not sure what the defense is thinking here, and I'm certainly not sure what they have planned for this week. But one thing you can be certain of, they definitely have something up their sleeve. What it's going to be, if it's going to be impactful, I don't know. But when you're dealing with people like Christian Everdell and Bobby Sternum and Lauren, Laura Menninger and Puglicia and the rest of them, you know that they're going to have at least one more scumbaggery trick up their sleeve come this week. Now, the 30, 35 witnesses, I found that to be pretty interesting considering the. The fact that, like I said earlier, we were being told that they might not bring any witnesses up. Now the question has to be asked, is Maxwell herself going to take the stand? You want to talk about fireworks? Now, I highly doubt that they're going to have Maxwell take the stand, but boy, would that be something. My guess is that she would end up looking like Prince Andrew on that stand when Prince Andrew was doing the interview with Emily Maitlis where he got absolutely rocked by her. Now imagine a real interrogator asking those questions, somebody who does it for a living. So I don't know if the defense is going to test those waters. And my opinion is, and remember, just my opinion, if we do see Ghislaine Maxwell on the stand, it's a Hail Mary attempt by the defense to try and get their client off the hook. Here we have an article this morning that goes into this a little bit. It's from Bloomberg Quint, and it talks about Maxwell's plans for the week and, and how she plans to call 35 defense witnesses. This is an article that was authored by Tina Davis, and we're gonna dive into it real quick and take a quick look at what she has to say is coming up for the week ahead. Glenn Maxwell's defense team has listed 35 witnesses that they plan to call in her defense, according to a court filing. The identities of the witnesses is not public, but prosecutors revealed the number in a letter to the judge on Sunday. So again, 35 defense witnesses. 35. I don't know how they think that that's going to happen in two days, but again, I'm not some kind of court reporter or anything like that. Maybe this is the usual process to roll through these witnesses quick as hell. But if there's 35 witnesses and they want to get done by, say, Friday like they talked about, it's kind of what, 15 witnesses a day, roughly 17 witnesses a day. That's a lot. So I don't know, maybe this bleeds over into the next week. Right. As the defense continues to formulate their strategy, it might end up being a little bit longer. Three of the defense witnesses have asked to testify under their first names or a pseudonym, but the prosecutors opposed this. Maxwell's lawyer, Bobby Sternum, said in a filing late Sunday Maxwell's four accusers were allowed to testify against her over the first two weeks of the trial with pseudonyms or using only their first names. So I think that it would be fair, right, to let people anonymously come here and testify. If that's something that the court usually does and they're not making any special request favors for Maxwell's team, then I, I don't see a problem with that, I guess. I mean, again, look, if there's a procedure that's already in on the books for this sort of thing to happen, then that's something that any defendant should have access to. Right? I'm not in the business of vigilante justice or people not having access to all of their rights. I think that all of us, even the most monstrous amongst us, deserve those sorts of rights if we get into trouble. I think that it's shows what sort of society we live in when we treat the most disgusting amongst us as, you know, human beings for the most part, as far as their punishment. But I don't, I'M not one of these people who is pitchforks and torches at somebody's house for vigilante justice type shit. So if this is something that is done usually for witnesses at a trial, as far as the defense goes, when it's a touchy subject, then fine, if they can work it out and the judge okays it and the. The prosecution's cool with it, whatever. Because really, at the end of the day, it's going to come down to the testimony. Right. And what are these people? What could you possibly say to bolster Ghislaine Maxwell as a human being? Oh, well, we were at the caviar of the caviar party together and, you know, she gave me some extra caviar. I don't. There's really nothing you're going to be able to say about this lady that. That's going to bolster her image. So the court's ruling on this issue may impact the willingness of these witnesses to testify, thereby compromising Ms. Maxwell's right to present her defense, and may affect the witness order. Sternum wrote to the judge. Now, also, what this could do is set it up for some kind of retrial later on or basis for appeal. So that's another reason why I think they should just go ahead and, and let these people testify, even if it's anonymously, these three people, because I don't want the. I don't want Maxwell to have any wiggle room when all of this is said and done about how it wasn't done correctly or people were, you know, cutting corners and the prosecution didn't file this piece of paperwork or we didn't get to hear from this witness. I don't want to hear any of that. I want this lady to go to prison, and I wanted that to be the end of her right. None of this drawn out nonsense how the court didn't do things correctly and end up with like a Bill Cosby sit. Prosecutors had complained to the judge that the defense didn't tell them the order in which the witnesses will be called. Sternum wrote that the defense has provided a tentative order, but that it is still trying to make travel arrangements for defense witnesses, many of whom are coming from locations out of the district and. And abroad. So I guess Ghislaine Maxwell has a train full of people that are showing up from abroad and outside of the district to the tune of 35 Witnesses. Now, I'm very interested to see this witness list. I'm very, very interested to see who they have dug up to come out and Play witness for Ghislaine Maxwell because boy, seems like everybody's running from the hills when it comes to Ghislaine Maxwell and their relationship with her previously. And it doesn't seem to be any different now. Right. Have you heard anybody coming out in the press to her defense? Not really. Not for the most part. When she was arrested, you had like a Geraldo Rivera talking about how she should be bailed out, a couple of other Stoo nods. But for the most part, nobody has been here championing Ghislaine Maxwell's cause. So it's interesting to me that they're going to have 35 witnesses. Now how many of those witnesses are going to be paid for professionals? That's another question that's on my mind. I'm guessing a lot of them or at least a, a good number of them are going to be professionals in certain areas. Forensics, memory experts like we know they're talking about calling, you know, a bunch of different things in that vein as well as far as testimony. So they're going to get underway on Thursday and get this whole entire thing kicked off from the defense perspective and it's going to be very, very interesting to see what they come up with.

Also, before we go today, I wanted to touch on another article from Reuters and this article was authored by Luke Cohen and it talks about how the accusers place Ghislaine Maxwell at the center of Epstein's abuse. And it's definitely something we've touched on here as well. The picture that they have painted during the past two weeks by the survivors, by the accusers giving the testimony has been damning. It has placed Ghislaine Maxwell at the center of the nexus. It has made Ghislaine Maxwell not just a bystander or somebody who's along for the ride. It's put her directly in a leadership role where according to these abusers, she's also engaged in the abuse herself as, as, as well as the grooming and as well as the, the whole entire setting up the abuse. So I think that the testimony from the accusers has been absolutely strong and very damning for Ghislaine Maxwell. And it has been certainly the foundationally, the building blocks have been set that Maxwell was there, she paid out money, she was involved, making phone calls, doing introductions, all of it. So when it comes to putting Ghislaine Maxwell at the quote, unquote, scene of the crime, she seems to be there quite a bit when all of this abuse takes place. So let's take a look at this article from Reuters real quick and let's see what they have to say. Two weeks of emotional, explicit testimony at Ghislaine Maxwell sex abuse trial from from four women who said the British socialite co conspirator general all around scuzzbag bipedal serpent, you mean groomed them as teenagers for deceased financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein could largely undercut the defense's argument that prosecutors are using Maxwell as a scapegoat. Legal experts said, yeah, pretty much what I said, too. Look, you don't need to be a legal expert to understand that Maxwell's at the scene of the crime here over and over and over again. You don't have to be a legal expert here to understand that the stories that these girls are telling are heartbreaking. And all of them involve Ghislaine Maxwell and some form of abuser grooming. The women who say they met Maxwell at different times and places as far flung as Florida, New Mexico and London, all portrayed her as central to the sexual encounters they had with Epstein. And there's no doubt about it. And remember, this is just a small handful of people who have accused Maxwell and Epstein of this behavior. A very small scope. So when you think about all of it, the whole entire overall operation that they were running, it is obscene. Obscene that it was able to, a, go on for as long as it did and B, that so many people are still shielded by the NPA for the crimes that they obviously committed. Maxwell's attorneys did rattle three of the four accusers during during tough cross examination and scored two favorable rulings from Judge Allison Nathan, who said that two of the four women prosecutors called victims were old enough to consent at the time of the alleged encounters. But as the defense prepares to mount its case, persuading jurors that Maxwell was not involved will be difficult. Some Experts said, well, 100%. And let's remember here, okay? I don't care if you're 14 or 45, if you're being trafficked for sexual purposes, that's not okay. The fact that he, she was 16 in New Mexico is absurd to me. That we would sit here and act like, well, legal, legal age of consent. There was no consent there. It wasn't a 19 year old guy with a 16 year old girlfriend. We're talking about two super powerful people who brought Annie over state lines to New Mexico with the explicit purpose in mind of abusing her because they knew the age of consent in Mexico was 16. Now chew on that for a minute. Tell me it doesn't make you want to vomit because, because that's exactly what they did. Go back to the episode I uploaded of Jeffrey Epstein chose New Mexico for a reason. And it's all right there. The government has done a good job keeping the jury focused on Maxwell, said Sarah Kristoff, a partner at law firm Day Pitney and former federal prosecutor. The government will argue that the fact that each victim has a different story and, and didn't exaggerate Maxwell's role in that story demonstrates the credibility of those accounts. Prosecutors who say Maxwell recruited and groomed four teenage girls for Epstein from 1994 to 2004 rested their case on Friday in Manhattan Federal Court. And look, it was again, powerful testimony. Uh, the article goes on to say when you skip down a little bit and the remarkable, the, the remarkably similar accounts of the accusers could help undermine that argument, experts said. And they're talking about her being a convenient stand in for Epstein. And again, these girls didn't know each other. They didn't all show up together and concoct this story. So you telling me all of these girls, they're all connected with, with telekinesis and they, they figured out the story like that. Here's an idea, here's something to chew on for Maxwell and her team. How about this? How about it's all true? How about all of this really happened? And Ghislaine Maxwell was a central part to all of it. Massages and Maxwell's central role in them came up repeatedly during the women's testimony. Now, we all know that massages for Jeffrey Epstein and his crew was shorthand for sex. That's what they, they call them massages. Oh, Jeffrey needs to have three massages a day. Jane, who said she was 14 in 1994 when Epstein first abused her, testified that Maxwell would sometimes participate when massages later escalated into sexual encounters. Prosecutors said the women's testimony provided them with details which are crucial to prove charges that Maxwell enticed the girls to travel across state lines and, and in some cases, paid them for sexual activity. And here's where I don't get the fact that there's not the man act slapped on her. Why isn't she being smashed with the man act? That's what it was created for, for state lines, for sex. Sex trafficking over state lines. But yet she's not blasted with it. It's absurd. Just like her not being hit with RICO is absurd. So the article just goes on to talk a little bit more about some of the things that occurred over the last couple of weeks. And we're not going to rehash all of that. I just wanted to touch on a few points in this article and it's going to be interesting to see where the defense goes, folks. And as we sit here on Monday waiting for Thursday to roll around, one thing certainly, obviously that the defense is going to actually have to amount some sort of tangible defense that just attacking the credibility of these accusers is not going to be enough. And that strategy has been to go after the memory of the witnesses and as well as go after their credibility as a whole. And what they were hoping was that Dr. Loftus would further those ambitions. Yesterday she did not. In fact, it, it seemed to me that the prosecution had its best day, at least procedurally, since this whole entire thing started. They had a couple of nice one liners. Couple times they got the, the, the room to laugh like when they were doing the cross examination of Kimberly. And when asked if she had ever been to Palm beach, she says no. And then they just, they, you know, they end their cross there. That elicited some chuckles from the courtroom. And besides that, I think that they did a fantastic job punching holes in Dr. Loftus her testimony. That was supposed to be strong testimony for the defense, Ghislaine Maxwell's team, they were hoping that Dr. Loftus would show out and make it seem like all of the stuff they have been talking about, false memory and the rest of it is actually legit. But you know what?

But maybe I would find some specialists that aren't involved in people losing. You know, there gotta be a couple out there, right? But what it really comes down to, and I know this is going to be groundbreaking, what I'm about to say, but here's a. An idea. Don't traffic children, don't abuse children, don't hurt other people, and don't commit crimes. And you won't have to worry about any of this shit. But Maxwell, her and her friends, you know, they were able to get away with it for so long that it was normalized to them. So when they get caught and they find out they have no friends left to protect them, well, it's a big shock to the system. Meanwhile, the rest of us are sitting around looking at each other like, how weren't these people arrested when Maria told the FBI about them in 96? How weren't they arrested? Insert a million times here. But now that Maxwell is finally facing a jury of her peers, it's not looking good in my opinion, for her. Now obviously they still have today to go. And remember, they said they had a witness list of 35 people, so who knows what's coming down the old the old chute here. But they would have to have something earth shaking, like ground rattling earth shaking, existential world elimination event. Because what has been provided so far as testimony in defense of Glenn Maxwell, I haven't seen anything that would make the testimony of what those survivors had to say look any less impactful or make me question myself saying, oh, man, you know, maybe none of that. There has been no material witnesses, just a bunch of what ifs, right? That's all that Maxwell's defense has provided us. What ifs? Well, what if the memory is faulty? What if this, what if that. Meanwhile the survivors are sitting there across the table from Ghislaine Maxwell and saying, this is what you did to me. So I have found that to be way, way, way more impactful than the honestly nonsensical witness list that was brought forward yesterday. Now, there might be something more to it, right? Some of the other witnesses that they brought up yesterday, the guy from the, the supply company, and they might be setting all of that up for some sort of closing that they have prepared. But as of now, it just doesn't really make all that much sense. Their witness list so far. If you're going to try and, you know, prove that your client is innocent, shouldn't you have a couple of actual, like, character witnesses and people who are like, there's no way this happened. I was there at the time. But really what you have, when it comes down to it, is four women who were girls or young ladies when they were in the clutches of Maxwell and Epstein who are now saying, look, this is what happened to us. This is what she did. And to me, that is way more powerful than some quote unquote expert coming up there and telling me some what ifs or hypotheticals or about studies. I don't need to see any studies, to be honest with you. I've read what happened here. I have seen the evidence. I have heard what the police department in Palm beach has had to say about this from the very beginning. So I don't need Ms. Loftus to tell me about false memories. And I think that the jury is going to see it that way as well. Whereas the jury just got done listening to the testimony from the survivors, which was absolutely horrible and gut wrenching to listen to. And then that, anchored by the testimony that Annie gave, you would think that the defense is going to have to come correct. Because what the jury has seen so far, as far as a picture being painted, is that Ghislaine Maxwell was at the nexus of all of this. She had her dirty little fingers on the controls and she was right there with Jeffrey Epstein for the whole entire thing. And as far as the defenses go, go so far we haven't seen anything from them that would make me or I would think the jury take a step back and say, oh, maybe we've looked at this the wrong way. Maybe we've missed something throughout this whole entire thing. And this has been the key piece of evidence that proves that Maxwell had nothing to do with this. I've been waiting for that piece of evidence for, oh, I don't know, three years now, and I certainly haven't seen it yet. So I really wonder what the plan's going to be for the defense today. And if they don't have something monumental, I honestly don't see how Maxwell's going to get off here. The mountain of evidence is that high, folks. And remember, we're only talking about this small scope. If this was the actual full scope of what went on, forget it. Absolutely forget it. This would be the trial of trials with all of the people that would be wrapped up in it, even just on the fringes. Right. And I think a lot of people were hoping that that's what this was going to be. And I've tried to tamper down those expectations because I knew exactly what we were getting into here. This was never going to be the Full Monty, the full exposure of Jeffrey Epstein and his cohorts. That was never going to occur unless there was a RICO case. Now the only other way that this can happen, where we can really get to the bottom of all of this, is if that non prosecution agreement is thrown out by one of the higher courts, which would have to be the Supreme Court at this point. Now if that happens and all of those protections go away, then it will be a brand new day, if you will, in the world of bringing down the scumbags hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. But that non prosecution agreement, it was put in place for a reason. They knew what they were doing and they were looking to provide themselves protection in the future as well. And here we are all these years later and that non prosecution agreement still looming large. When they were going through the process to try and get that thing done away with, it was I was very hopeful that they'd be able to do that. But unfortunately the panel ruled 7 to 4 not to do it. What I'm gonna do later is I'm gonna post an episode of about that, that whole entire situation with the NPA and what occurred because it's a big deal and it's a big part of the overall story. Right. But when we move back to what we saw yesterday and what we're expecting to see today, I would hope that the prosecution keeps up their, their good work, that they really dove into yesterday with a procedure. Anyway, it was nice to see them handle business from their end. Short and sweet. They didn't get into any kind of like, long, drawn out, nonsensical BS and they just hammered home their points. And getting Dr. Loftus to agree about the memory stuff at the end, that was a master stroke. Very, very good work. And just about everybody that I've talked to who is hip to how these things happen in the courtroom has said the same thing about what the prosecution did yesterday and how well things went for the prosecution. So I hope that we can see some of that today as well. I hope that carries over. But before we get there, let's take a look at some of the headlines from overnight that have to do with what we should see today. Now.

One of the first headlines we're going to look at is from ABC News, and it's about how the judge, Judge Nathan, she denied the request for anonymity for the witnesses for Maxwell. Let's jump in here and see what's what. Defense attorneys for Ghislaine Maxwell, the longtime associate of serial sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, began to present their case on Thursday after a judge denied their request to allow three of their anticipated witnesses to testify under a pseudonym or using only their first names. Now, when this was all first talked about, I said, hey, whatever, who cares? If that's the way the court rolls, then fine. You know, look, I, I don't want to reinvent the wheel here, right? And I don't want Ghislaine Maxwell having any kind of out because of procedurals. But it is a very odd request when you talk to people who are in the know here. And I'm certainly not a court reporter, folks. I'm not even a journalist. But when you speak to people who follow this thing, this is a, this kind of thing. I mean, this is a very odd request, I guess, and not something that is granted very often by the court. So you could see why Judge Nathan wouldn't allow it. This article goes on to say in her decision, Judge Allison Nathan of the U.S. district Court for the Southern District of New York wrote that the court, after significant independent research, could not identify a single case in which a court has previously granted the use of pseudonyms to defense witnesses, leading her to believe that the request was unprecedented. So there you have it, right? If it's never happened before, certainly not bending any rules for Ghislaine Maxwell. Why would anyone want to do that? The rules have been bent for her for way too long anyway. So that's why Judge Nathan denied that request. And that's why we're not going to see any of any of these people come and give their testimony anonymously. That's not going to happen. So let's see, what else do we got here? We have about Ghislaine Maxwell's ex assistant, Kimberly Kim, Kimberly Espinosa, and how she was called up and how she was gushing about Maxwell and this, that the other thing, you know, out of all of the people that have worked with Maxwell and Epstein, this is the only one that they have found that could come up there as a character witness. So Kimberly Espinosa, she was the first witness called yesterday, and she told the jury about her time working side by side with with Maxwell from 96 to 2002. And like we talked about yesterday, she at first thought Maxwell and Epstein were a couple, according to Espinosa's testimony. And then she worked at the Madison Avenue office with Epstein, and then she worked as Maxwell's assistant. Right Now, Espinosa claimed that Epstein asked her to send flowers to another woman, Selina Middelfart, during that time behind Maxwell's back. What that does, what that goes to show you, and why I'm bringing that up is to just to punch home the fact Maxwell and Epstein were never an exclusive couple. Right. Like you or I would be you and your significant other, where you would never think about being with somebody else or hurting them or anything like that. That wasn't what Epstein and Maxwell were. It was a business arrangement. And I know the official narrative doesn't state that, but the official narrative doesn't state a lot of things that have been proven to be correct. And I would think that after all of these years that people would be hip to the fact that the legacy media is being lapped when it comes to this story. The stuff that they Bring up the stuff that they talk about, we have literally talked about years ago, for instance, Shelly Ann Lewis, Gwendolyn Beck, those episodes. I uploaded those episodes year and a half, two years ago in some cases. So we've been talking about these people for a very, very long time. And to see that some of them are being brought up here in the proceedings, it's certainly a step in the right direction, but they need to go further because there are so many other people that were involved in this that it's insane to me that we're not seeing people like Sarah Kellen Vickers or Adriana Ross or Leslie Groff. It's just almost impossible for me to understand how. How people who had such a huge role in what went on here and people who have actually been fingered by survivors have been able to stay out of the firing line. And again, it goes back to the scope, right? But at the very least, these people should have been called up by the prosecution, should have been hit with some kind of indictment or pressure to come up and speak. Now, that's not what this turned into, though. This is, you know, this is very specific when it comes to the crimes that they're talking about. And the fact that it is just being brought up now, the fact that Galan Maxwell was able to avoid prosecution for so long is really one of the biggest issues with all of this and one of the biggest issues that has to be discussed even after this case ends, this trial's over, because the implications of for what.

What occurred here are gigantic. The fact that there were so many people who were hip to what's going on here and people that are in positions of power, the fact that Acosta was left holding the bag when there are so many people above him that should have been clipped as well. The fact that the prosecutors in Florida, the first time around worked with the defense attorneys to undercut the testimony and the credibility of the witnesses. This is the kind of thing that has been happening in this case since the very beginning. So when people are worried that things are going to continue to go that way, it's a. It's a legit concern. Right? But what I will say is this, folks, so far, when it comes to this specific trial, this specific case, I don't think Maxwell has done enough as far as her defense team and the legal arguments that they have brought forward. I think that what they have so far is really nothing. They're hoping that the playbook from the early 2000s is going to be relevant now. But just like Urban Meyer found out down in Jacksonville, these are the pros. This isn't college anymore. And it's the same for Maxwell. Things have changed. The whole landscape has changed. The way people look at these kinds of crimes has changed. And whenever there is a woman involved in a manner such as this, people are not very happy about it. Right. And people are not willing to look the other way. It becomes even more heinous when a woman is involved. And a lot of times when the jury sees that, they go hard in the paint. So I'm expecting, unless there's some sort of super bombshell, that we can't anticipate that we're gonna get a little bit more of the same today and that the prosecution is going to set themselves up for another great day. I just don't see how any of these witnesses that Maxwell's going to call are going to be enough or have enough knowledge of what went on here to punch holes in the argument of the four survivors and the testimony that they've brought forward. Their stories are all locked in together and everything that they talk about. You can see the pattern in each separate case, how it lines up. You could see how Maxwell and Epstein groomed them. You can see how they brought them into their orbit. And those are those foundational blocks that have been built over the first two weeks of testimony. And I think that as we get closer to a judgment on Ghislaine Maxwell's future, I'm getting a little bit more confident as these days go by. Now. I'll tell you what, I really wasn't all that confident last week when the defense. I mean, when the prosecution rested their case, I really, you know, it. It took some time for. For me to sit down and really say, all right, well, we'll see what's gonna happen here. But now, after yesterday and seeing how Dr. Loftus's testimony really didn't play well, I don't see how they're going to be able to bring anyone forward to punch holes in the memory argument here. If their doctor, their. Their big shot professional couldn't do it, I doubt any of these other witnesses are going to be able to do it. So today we're going to see what's up. We know we have three witnesses that the defense is talking about calling. One of them is Eva, another Michelle, and I believe one is Kelly. And for me, the most interesting out of those names is Eva. I'm wondering if it's Eva Dubin, but I highly doubt it. So we'll see in a little while, I guess.
