Ghislaine Maxwell had long been branded a serial liar by Epstein survivors because her public denials repeatedly collided with sworn testimony, documentary evidence and the accounts of women who said she had helped recruit, groom and abuse them....

CS21 sponsored by Chumba Casino High society, especially in New York, seems to have amnesia when it comes to their prior relationship with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. So today we're gonna hop back in time to 2015 and take a look at an article from the Daily Mail that talks about how the rich and the famous and the powerful are all enthralled by of Ghislaine Maxwell. Now remember, this is from 2015 before she was indicted, before she was charged. And listen to the way they all speak so glowingly of her. This is a woman who had serious allegations hanging over her head and the so called elite had no problem not only welcoming her back into their little club, but also singing her praises. So let's get right to this article that was authored by Guy Adams and Tom Leonard. At a recent technology conference outside New York, delegates were introduced to a smartly dressed woman with short dark hair and a cut glass English accent who would be given a keynote speech. According to the event's host, this person was easily one of the smartest and most fascinating people I have ever met. This is proven, he declared, by the fact that she holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Oxford University, is a private helicopter pilot, a trained emt, a deep worker submarine pilot, in addition to being able being fluent in four languages, the name of this remarkable sounding individual, Ghislaine Maxwell. Imagine. And now remember, this is 2015. It's not like they didn't know what Jeffrey Epstein was. It's not like they didn't know that she was a key cog in the machine and yet they're up here singing her praises such as this. And her ensuing speech was one of the series that the 53 year old made last year that to promote the launch of her new marine charity, Terramar, as we all know, that was garbage. Did an episode on that recently yesterday. And we know that all that had to do with was her trying to refurbish her image and use charity as a shield. Citing statistics about pollution and overfishing, Ms. Maxwell urged her audience to become supporters of the nonprofit organization. She explained how Teramar was, which boasts her friends Sir Richard Branson and Lord Mandelson as supporters, runs a jazzy website which carries educational literature, petitions and fundraising tools devoted to campaigning for marine conservation. So I wonder if Richard Branson's ever gonna, you know, offer up any information about his relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell or if he's just gonna continue buying hotels. I I love here in Las Vegas hotels and casinos and ruining them. Because that's what he did with the Hard Rock. He bought it and turned it into the Virgin Hotel. And it's absolutely terrible now. In the old days you'd go to the Hard Rock and there was this center bar right smack dab in the middle of the casino and you couldn't even get to the bar to get a drink. That's how crazy it was back in the day. I would leave my office to go down to the pool to check on another concert and I couldn't even get through the hallways. But this scuzzbag Dick Branson shows up and ruins the whole entire place. Maxwell's speech hinged on a cute, if somewhat rambling personal story. How she, the youngest daughter of press baron Robert Maxwell, had during childhood forged a lifelong obsession with the high seas. I started diving when I was nine, she declared, adding that from a remarkably early age she she then realized I was going to dedicate the rest of my life to taking an involvement with and bringing an education around the ocean. So far so righteous. Yet a cynic might have wondered if Maxwell's uplifting yarn accurately reflected the ups and downs of her real life story. For charity work and marine conservation aren't exactly what she is famed for. But they'll look by that right, the so called elite, the New York society that we're talking about now, they don't care about any of that shit. It's all about what you bring to the table financially and as far as the power structure in general. Instead, the scion of one of Britain's most fabulously corrupt business dynasties, is rather better known for attending glamorous parties and her friendship with some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world. You see, they forget to leave out the Epstein stuff here, huh?
B
That's not.
C
It's not at the forefront. I wonder why that is. Based in Manhattan since the early 1990s, she describes herself as a business consultant in Companies House documents and as a social media marketing expert on LinkedIn, the business networking website. Give me a break. She's a social media marketing genius, huh? Yeah, and I'm the pope. Ghislaine Maxwell's main activity, however, is networking. Ghislaine Maxwell's main, activity, however, is human trafficking. A gregarious woman, she is widely regarded as one of New York's and London's best connected socialites. Widely regarded now as a bipedal serpent, a human trafficker and a scuzz bag, she has inherited her father's slightly bombastic charisma and is one of those people who successfully trades on the fact that that she knows lots of other fancy people, including Clintons, Kennedys and various royals, says one acquaintance. Lately, however, a shadow has been cast across this glamorous existence. I mean, a shadow. How about a fucking eclipse? It stretches back to June 2008. That was when Jeffrey Epstein, mixed Ms. Maxwell's ex, billionaire, boyfriend, pedophile, not billionaire, not, not boyfriend, not benefactor, and almost constant associate for most of her adult life, was sent to prison for child sex offenses in Florida. Prison? He was sent to jail. Okay, first of all. Second of all, benefactor, ex, boyfriend. You mean co conspirator and partner in crime. Ever since, Ms. Maxwell has been a central figure in a string of sensational lawsuits and in which it has been alleged that she acted as a madam. No, human trafficker and procure for the wealthy pedophile, helping to recruit underage girls to work as sex slaves at Epstein's luxury properties in New York, Florida and the Caribbean. Notice how Zorro Ranch is conveniently left out of a lot of these earlier articles. And you notice how a lot of the names that get talked about a lot now are. Are left out of these earlier articles. In court papers, it has been claimed that Maxwell not only trafficked girls to provide erotic massages to Epstein and a host of his famous and influential friends, but that she also took part in the abuse. One lawsuit accuses her in graphic detail of joining the pedophile, financier, pedophile, pedophile, pedophile and sexually assaulting, battery, sexually assaulting, battering, exploiting and abusing a 15 year old girl. Ms. Maxwell, it must be stressed, has always denied each and every allegation. But the scandal has failed to go away. A week ago it returned to the front pages when an American woman named Virginia Roberts said in court papers that Ms. Maxwell had recruited her to Epstein's harem in the late 90s before in 2001 for flying her across the Atlantic to meet Prince Andrew. Roberts, who was 1717 then, claims to have slept with Andrew three times. Ms. Maxwell, who has called her claims obvious lies while the Prince has put out three statements to the same effect. Boy, as how has that all worked out for everybody? Can someone refresh my memory?
B
Let's see.
C
Ghislaine Maxwell going to prison for her whole life and at the pay Ghislaine pay Virginia out. Prince Andrew, the only reason he's not going to prison for the rest of his life is because he is who he is, but him as well paying out a big fat sum of money. So all the denials they want to put out, that's fine and well. But when we go back in time and we look at these origin stories and how all of this came about, it's rather obvious that these people were bullshitting from the very beginning. Intriguingly, the prince, forced amid public outrage to discontinue his friendship with Epstein in 2011, remains on friendly terms with Ghislaine. Now remember this was from 2015, this article, so it shows you that they were still friends. They mention it here when it was still safe to do that right before. Maxwell was a human trafficker. We all knew back then she was indeed. A photograph emerged this week of Ms. Maxwell was wearing a blonde wig, midriff bearing top and gold trousers with her arm draped around Prince Andrew's shoulders at a hookers and pimps Halloween party in New York hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum in 2000. Boy, is that ironic or what? That Ghislaine Maxwell would be at a hookers and hoes party. I mean a hookers and pimps party. I mean the irony here, you just cannot make this stuff up folks. What is more, in 2013 Andrew attended her birthday party at the Dorchester Hotel in London. The starry guest list included Britain's richest mp, Labour's Shawn Woodward and his Sainsbury's heiress wife Camilla, Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason and former it girl Tamara Beckwith. Now we know that the lead singer from Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, his his wife and Ghislaine Maxwell were super close as well. And Waters too. He was hanging around another one of these clowns running around telling everybody about how evil this one is. Or oh, you have to stand up to Israel or whatever it is the message the guy's sending. Ridiculous. Here's an idea, buddy. Why don't you stop hanging out with people like Elaine Maxwell before you tell anybody else what they should be doing? Last year, Ghislaine maintained a near constant presence among New York's smart society and was photographed socializing with actress Juliana Margolis, movie star Josh Lucas, and Jimmy Choo, and entrepreneur, entrepreneur Tamra Mellon. All of these people will tell you they have no idea who she is. And they never hung out with her. It was just in passing. But this is why we do these look back episodes, right? To go and get a look behind the curtain of what was going on at the time. And in 2015, Ghislaine Maxwell was a fixture in New York at all of these social gatherings. All of which invites two questions. First, how exactly does this middle aged woman retain such stratospheric social cachet, untainted by not only her crooked family's fall from grace, but also one of the most tawdry sex scandals of modern times? Second, how was she able to move in the circles of the international super rich, inhabiting multi million pound homes in New York and London despite having no publicly discernible source of income? Well, we all know that Epstein had her hooked up. She had offshore accounts from the money she made working with Epstein. Now, I don't even think anyone's even broached that subject, really, when it comes to her current situation. Have the feds really dug in deep? Have we heard anything about forensic accountants chasing down all of these offshore accounts? Of course not.

Ms. Maxwell's curious story begins in the 1980s London, where after attending Marlborough College and then Oxford University, she started the Kit Kat Club, which purported to be an alternative to the old school Thai network for high powered women. She then worked for her father's newspaper, the European, and. And was made a director of Oxford United Football Club, which he owned. Imagine playing soccer for Oxford. And Ghislaine Maxwell's your boss. Has she ever even kicked a soccer ball? What would she know about soccer? This happy existence imploded in 1991 when Robert Maxwell drowned after falling off a yacht. Named Lady Ghislaine, after his daughter, it soon emerged that his newspaper empire was built on the proceeds of epic criminality, which had seen him defraud its pension fund of almost half a billion pounds. Vilified in the uk, where Robert Maxwell's victims were angered by the plush lifestyle his family had enjoyed at their expense, Ghislaine relocated to New York, where she took up residence in a small apartment and set about reinventing herself as a socialite. Oh yeah, reinventing herself, more like. Spent some time getting her wits about her, getting. Getting her feet under her so her and Epstein could kick their plan into motion, if that's what you mean about, you know, a small little apartment. It was to prove an inspired move. Was it really? I mean, how did, how did it end up for her? Maybe she should have just stayed in England. Ghislaine was always, has always been a prodigious networker, says one acquaintance. People in New York didn't care about the pension scandal and of course, they are all suckers for an English accent. Maxwell, then 30, quickly met Epstein. Quickly met Epstein. Right, like it wasn't planned. Like her dad didn't know Epstein beforehand. Like this wasn't all put into motion. Come on now. Quickly met Epstein, a billionaire financier. You mean a multi millionaire pedophile almost a decade her senior. Reportedly attracted by his resemblance to her father, she was soon being photographed as his guest at social functions. Oh, yeah, I. I'm sure this was all just, you know, organic how this all came about. He saved her, one friend told Vanity Fair. When her father died, she was a wreck. Inconsolable. And then Jeffrey took her in. She's never forgotten that and never will. Did he take her in? Or was it all Put into motion previously. Again, I'm not here to convince anyone of anything. I'm just telling you what I think. Initial romance soon mellowed into close friendship. However, amid rumors that Epstein wanted to see other women, there was never any real romance. It might have been a front, right? A facade. Oh, yeah, we're. We're a couple. But when it comes to actually really loving each other or being monogamous or anything like that, zero chance. Ghislaine duly became a fixer, calm confidant, helping run Epstein's household's travel and social calendar. A role she would continue for over a decade. She has unbelievable contacts and her thing is introducing people, a friend once said, from a point where she knew no one, no one of importance. She took him into circles in which the Clintons and Kennedys moved. And again, that was part of it. That was her job, her role. Epstein was going to provide the money, the inroads to the financial sector. And it was up to Ghislaine Maxwell to help them climb the social ladder and be accepted. In return, Epstein gave Maxwell a jet set lifestyle far beyond anything she could afford from the reported £80,000 a year trust fund set up for her by her crooked father. She traveled in Epstein's private jets with. With everyone from Bill Clinton to Naomi Campbell and spent time at his outrageously luxurious homes in Florida and his private island in the U.S. virgin Islands. Yet there was a dark side to Jeffrey Epstein laid bare in a string of lawsuits, witness statements and depositions filed in Florida courts by the tycoons survivors. And in 2015, look how they were talking about this. Still.
B
They.
C
They were still wearing, you know, kid gloves almost. When we all know that this was much deeper and darker than reported by the legacy media, they were still dancing around the meat and potatoes of it. Many mention Ghislaine by name, although it must be stressed that she denies wrongdoing. In 2010, for example, a woman called Bibi claimed that during the year she was allegedly abused by Epstein. The Maxwell lived at his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. She maintained a wardrobe at Epstein's estate in which she kept sexual toys and outfits. The lawsuit continued, adding that Maxwell, upon her own volition, actively and passively participated in sexual acts with minors, minor girls she recruited. Now, remember, this was all the way back in the day. This is what they were talking about. And nobody cared. Nobody wanted to stop them, nobody wanted to lift a finger. All. All they wanted to do is continue to have Maxwell at their parties. Meanwhile, a police incident report from 2006 filed as evidence in a different case contains a detective's account of an interview with Johanna Shuberg, a girl alleged to have worked for Epstein and who also met Prince Andrew. Schoberg stated she met Epstein three years ago when Ghislaine Maxwell approached her to work around Epstein's house. Maxwell told her they needed some girls to work at the house to answer phones and run errands. Shuberg, a pretty 23 year old student, was allegedly later asked by Epstein to provide erotic massage. And that was it, Right? Come work at the house. It's a great place. You can work here and everything will be fine. Then before you know it, this sick, disgusting bastard is exposing himself to you and demanding sexual contact. In 2009, lawyers preparing a case against Epstein, meanwhile, took a deposition from Alfredo Rodriguez, Epstein's former housekeeper. In it, he claimed that Ms. Maxwell kept an office under the stairs in the Palm beach property, saying her computer contained a list of girls who came to give massages there, along with their phone numbers. Boy, oh boy, imagine having that hard drive. I wonder whatever happened to that hard drive. Is that laptop still laying around somewhere in some dusty ass FBI office? Or did Maxwell take it on one of her submarine trips and leave it at the bottom of the ocean? Rodriguez further claimed that Maxwell kept nude pictures of some of these girls on the device. He believed these photos had been taken without the young women's knowledge. I don't think they knew they were being photographed, he said. Then there are the extraordinary but disputed claims by Roberts, who alleges that she spent four years as Epstein's slave after being introduced to him at the age of 15 by Maxwell, whom she'd met while working at Mar a Lago, a local beauty spa. See in this article, it doesn't even mention where she was met. And it shows you that at this point in time, there were a whole bunch of different names on the table and people that still weren't exposed. So they didn't even bring up that it was at Mar a Lago where she was met. Here in this article, on her first visit to Epstein's home, where she'd been offered work as a masseuse, she was laid. She was led into a bedroom where Epstein was lying naked on a table. After she had rubbed his back for 40 minutes, the tycoon pedophile rolled over, exposing himself, she claims. A legal paper dating back to 2009 claims that Max, that Maxwell then took off her own shirt and left on her underwear and started rubbing the upper part of her body across Epstein's body. Showing Roberts what she was supposed to do. Maxwell then told Roberts to take off her clothes and the encounter escalated. So this is all stuff that we're familiar with as of now, but it builds the profile and, you know, you're starting to get murmurs of this in 2015. People are starting to talk about it, but not to the extent or to the scope that it truly was. Roberts claims to have sub subsequently been kept as a sex slave and paid $200 a time to provide erotic massages to Epstein and his friends, including, she alleges, Prince Andrew, in exclusive locations around the world. Jeffrey loved late, loved the latex outfits Ghislaine had for us girls, reads a 2011 court filing. He had bondage outfits. He had all different kinds of outfits, but his favorite was the schoolgirl. Ghislaine would take me to dress up to surprise Jeffrey. That would include wearing a tiny little skirt with nothing underneath. Now, in the trial, we have heard all of that, right? Looking, looking to the future. We heard all about the schoolgirl dress. They were introduced as evidence, even regarding Robert's claims. Claims. Ms. Maxwell's spokesman said this week each time the story is retold, it changes with new salacious details about public figures. The claims are obvious lies and should be treated as such. Oh yeah, obvious lies, huh? Boy, oh boy, who looks stupid now? Who's the real moron? You're the one sitting in prison. Ghislaine Maxwell. It was claimed in court papers unearthed this week that Ms. Maxwell, to Dodge questions about these allegations, was lied to lawyers, that she had to return to the UK and had no plans to return to the US because her elderly mother was deathly ill. And we've talked about that as well. She used that excuse to get out of the deposition and she thought that that was going to be good enough. She thought they'd be able to obfuscate, kick the can down the road and litigate the shit out of this. But they never expected boys and Schiller to show up and take this case. However, Ms. Maxwell then popped up at Bill Clinton's daughter's wedding in America the following month. Tyler redich here from 2311 Racing. Victory Lane. Despite the scandal, Maxwell certainly owes plenty of plenty to her relationship with the convicted pedophile. Take for example, her magnificent home in a six story house on New York's East 65th Street. The property was purchased in 2010 by Darren Indyke, a local attorney with long standing links to Epstein. It was promptly split into two apartments, one of which is now Ms. Maxwell's residence. It's unclear from public records who actually owns it. I'm sure she does. I'm sure she was given the deed. But again, Darren Indyke popping up. Nah, no reason to have an investigation into this guy. Let him just roll around and do whatever he wants. But you see those kids over there? I think they're smoking pot. Consider also a correspondence address that Maxwell gives to Companies House. It's a tiny office in a business center next to a dive school in St. Thomas, U.S. virgin Islands. Several Epstein firms are also registered to the same location. Unpicking the rest of Maxwell's financial interests is tricky. Her London home, where Prince Andrew was photographed with Virginia Roberts and Ms. Maxwell, is a 3.7 million pound mews property in Belgravia. The land registry documents list her as the owner care of M.C. grumbridge of Hogarth Group, a company with which runs health clubs in West London. Grumbridge in turn is Malcolm Grumbridge, a lawyer often described as a Maxwell family associate. So Grumbridge is basically their version of Indyke, right? The in house attorney that their go to guy when shit goes south. Then there is Elmax, a company she set up in 2012. Its registered UK address is a cottage in Wiltshire occupied by Catherine Vaughan Edwards, another old friend. Its US base is Maxwell's New York flat via one Dana Burns, which appears to be an alias that Ghislaine uses. All of these people and their hustles, I mean, why not just have a storefront? Why do you need 17 different places with different locations, different addresses in different countries? Unless of course, you're up to some bullshit in the UK? She also has a directorship of Gemma Kid Makeup Ltd. A beauty firm run by the socialite and sister of supermodel Jody, which went into administration in 2012 with debts of £2 million. Fellow directors are Jack Kidd, Gemma's polo player brother Arthur Mornington, the Duke of Wellington's son and Gemma's husband, Great Grace Fodar, a stylist and star of the BBC show Be youe Own Boss, and Mark Crocker, the stepson of the late racehorse breeder Lord Oxy, who is married to Samantha Cameron's personal assistant, Isabelle Spearman. All of these people and all of their weird ass social ties should be exposed. Finally comes the charity Tara Mar, which boasts two other directors, Vaughn Edwards and Lucy Clive, an art director who is also a girlfriend of Ghislaine's brother Kevin Maxwell. Founded in August 2013, it hasn't yet filed accounts with either company's house or the charity's commission. That's because it was never in action. It was only built and put together as a shield for her charitable nonsense. On the personal front, Maxwell has just one reported boyfriend in recent years, he computer billionaire Ted Wait, with whom she stepped out briefly in 2011. Instead, in public at least, she claims to now be devoted to philanthropy, a calling that she doubtless hopes will help rehabilitate her personal image. That is all it's about. Come on, man. Back at the tech conference, Maxwell ended her recent speech by saying that she has finally found her mission in life with Terra Maher, adding, I have discovered that it doesn't matter what age you are, so long as you follow your passion. The audience nodded approvingly, seemingly oblivious to one fact that for a woman accused of cynically aiding a powerful man to prey on vulnerable girls less than half his age, it was at best a deeply unfortunate turn of phrase. I mean, wow, look, it's all you need to know, folks. How long do. How much do we talk about it? That New York society, upper crust society, they were all still hanging out with Maxwell and I thought that instead of just telling you that, I'd actually show you that today. And that's why we're doing this episode. That's why we're adding this one to the catalog. And it just shines a light that Maxwell was still accepted even though people knew the deal, she was still wanted even though people knew the deal and she was still considered a commodity even though she was involved in abusing children. And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Let's all give a standing ovation, shall we? Because once again, the Department of Justice has managed to take what should have been a slam dunk and turn it into a circus. Picture it. Ghislaine Maxwell, convicted predator and professional liar, strolling into a proffer session with the swagger of someone who knows she can spit in the government's face and walk out better off than when she walked in. And there, waiting across the table like an eager altar boy, sits Deputy Director Todd Baby Billy Blanche, our supposed guardian of justice, ready to lap up every lie she feeds him like it's communion bread. And what do we get from this grand performance? Do we get intelligence? Do we get names, leads, or actionable evidence that could dismantle Epstein's rotten empire? Of course not. What we get are lies. Mountains of them. Lies so obvious that the newly released emails make it impossible to deny that she perjured herself over and over again. She didn't just misremember. She didn't just fudge a detail or two. She lied with purpose, with malice, with. With that trademark Maxwell arrogance. And instead of punishing her, instead of adding years to her sentence, the DOJ rewarded her with cushier accommodations, no less. Because apparently, perjury in America isn't a crime. If your name is Maxwell, that shit's a perk. This is what passes for justice now. Survivors defamed, the public mocked, and predators coddled. Maxwell didn't just make a mockery of the survivors.
C
She.
B
She didn't just make a mockery of the public. She made a mockery of the Department of Justice itself. And Blanche, bless his heart, sat there and let her do it. The newly released emails have blown the roof off whatever flimsy cover Glenn Maxwell had left. These weren't ambiguous notes that could be massaged by a PR team or minor contradictions or attorneys could spin as simple misunderstandings. These were smoking guns. Indisputable evidence that she lied in her proffer session. Lied brazenly, with confidence, with arrogance. And she did it in the one place you're not supposed to even think about lying while sitting across from the deputy director of the doj. Todd baby Billy. Blanche. Now, this isn't the kind of slip up you see in a witness fumbling dates or details. This was perjury, calculated and deliberate. And the doj, instead of doing what any real law enforcement agency would do, slam her with charges and march her back into court, sat there with their arms folded, their heads nodding like clueless extras in a bad play. Instead of calling perjury what it is, instead of taking the mountain of evidence and treating it as the insult to justice it truly was, the DOJ acted as though Maxwell had gifted them the Rosetta stone a of Epstein's network. They elevated her lies to the level of intelligence, as though her words carried the weight of law. But let's get one thing straight. She didn't provide a single piece of actionable intelligence. Not one name, not one document, not one breadcrumb that could lead to an arrest. Zero, zilch, nada, ungots. What she did provide was a meticulously rehearsed script of lies, as if she had been training for the performance ra her whole life. And the DOJ let her shovel that manure directly into their records, smiling as if she had delivered gold. The very emails that have now surfaced, black and white, undeniable proof, show you just how deep this whole entire cover up runs. These aren't just whispers or anonymous sources. These are her own words clashing directly with what she told the DOJ in that room. Clear contradictions, bold as daylight, impossible to explain away. And yet Blanche, the man supposedly guarding the sanctity of the justice process, sat across from her and treated every lie as if it were holy writ. The Department of Justice didn't interrogate her. They didn't confront her. They didn't stop her mid lie. They became her audience, her enablers, her willing accomplices in this disgusting parody of justice. And then there's David Marcus, Maxwell's attorney. You could almost hear the champagne corks popping in his office. His client waltzed into what should have been the most dangerous room of her life, lied with abandon, smeared her victims, and walked out with a more comfortable prison placement. Hey, everybody.

The extraordinary act was Blanche and his DOJ colleagues who handed Marcus the victory on a silver platter. If this is what passes for justice, defense attorneys everywhere are popping popcorn and taking notes. But the real sickness of this entire charade was how Maxwell used her time in that room. She didn't use it to shed light on Epstein's financial network, his political ties, or the enablers who greased the gears of his machine. No, she used it to defame the very survivors who had already endured hell at her hands. Survivors who had fought for years just to be heard, only to be re traumatized by hearing Maxwell weaponize the DOJ itself as a platform to smear them once again. Think about that. The government agency tasked with defending these women sat silently while Maxwell called them liars. That's not a mistake. That's complicity. That's cruelty institutionalized. And instead of punishing her for it, the DOJ rewarded her. Let's make it clear. If an average defendant in a fraud case, a drug case, or even a petty larceny case walked into her proffer and lied, they'd be slapped with perjury charges so fast that their head would spin. The deal would be voided, their sentence extended, and the message would be clear. Lie to us and you'll pay the price. But Maxwell, she didn't get punished. She got promoted to A cushier prison assignment to relative comfort, to the kind of treatment that makes a mockery of the very concept of equal justice under law. And let us not mince words about Blanche's role in all of this as Deputy Director of the DOJ is. His job is to preserve the integrity of the system. His job is to ensure that justice has teeth, that lies have consequences, that predators don't walk into proffers and laugh in the government's face. Instead, he sat there like a man watching a televangelist hawk miracle water, nodding along as if Maxwell's lies were gospel. Blanche isn't the guardian of justice in the room. He was Maxwell's enabler, her audience, her silent partner in crime. If the DOJ still had any shred of credibility, Blanche would be packing his desk this morning. And that's what makes the entire fiasco so disgusting. The DOJ doesn't just look weak. Weakness would be forgivable if they had at least tried. But no, they looked. They compromised. They look bought, bent, and owned. They look like an institution that has been so thoroughly infiltrated by cowardice, or worse, that complicity, that they can no longer tell the difference between truth and performance and the message it sends to the public is devastating. If you're rich, connected, and audacious enough, you can walk into the Department of Justice itself and lie with impunity. And, of course, the survivors once again pay the price. Imagine being one of those women sitting at home reading the headlines and realizing that the very institution you trusted to defend you has turned into Maxwell's stage. Imagine watching her perjury not only go unpunished, but being effectively endorsed by the doj. It's like being assaulted twice. Once by Maxwell and Epstein, and again by the very system that swore to protect you and the public. That's you and me. We've been conned on a grand scale. We were promised accountability. We were promised transparency. We were told that there would be no sacred cows, no, no untouchables. What we got instead was a magic trick where Maxwell turned lies into perks and Blanche acted as her assistant on stage. Justice wasn't served. Justice was mocked, gutted, humiliated. The DOJ didn't just fail. They insulted everyone who still believed in the possibility of fairness. And what about DOJ leadership? Where is the righteous fury? Where are the press conferences declaring that perjury will not stand? Where the announcements of fresh indictments, of new charges? Of a system correcting its own mistakes? Nowhere. And that silence is deafening. And that silence screams complicity. It screams Cowardice. It screams at. The DOJ would rather be mocked by Maxwell than confront the ugly truths of her lies that they were designed to obscure. And let's not pretend that that was difficult calculation for the doj. This wasn't a close call. This. This wasn't gray area. The emails make it clear she lied. She perjured herself. The law is explicit about what happens when someone perjures themselves in a proffer session. And yet the DOJ did the exact opposite of what the law demands. They didn't punish her. They rewarded her. They showed us that in America, justice isn't blind. It's selective. And let's talk about those cushy new accommodations, because every day Maxwell spends enjoying her reassignment is another day the system

screams that it doesn't care.

She should be rotting under a prison, stripped of every perk and privilege she conned her way into. Instead, she's lounging in relative comfort, no doubt smirking at how easy it was to bend the DOJ to her will. For the survivors, we're not talking about just another betrayal. It's a cruel joke. And the tragedy of all of this is how preventable this was. The DOJ had every tool it needed to hold Maxwell accountable. They had the emails. They had the contradictions. They had the law on their side. All they needed was the courage to act. And they chose silence instead. Silence that tells survivors their pain is negotiable. Silence that tells the public that perjury is fine if you're rich enough. Silence that tells predators everywhere that justice is a game you can win if you play dirty enough. It's humiliating for the Department of Justice. Blanche and his team didn't just fail. They became complicit. They didn't just let Maxwell off the hook. They tied the noose around Justice's neck and handed her the lever. Survivors once again are left to pick up the pieces. The public is left disillusioned. And Maxwell gets to laugh behind prison walls that feel more like country club gates. At this point, the DOJ has officially become Maxwell stage manager. They set up the lights. They handed her the script. They let her perform uninterrupted and then clapped at the end. And now they expect the rest of us, the survivors, the public, the people who still naively believed in accountability, to applaud as well. But no one is clapping. No one is fooled. We see this charade for what it is. Justice bent until it broke. And the real tragedy is that justice could have been served. Maxwell could have been held accountable, not just for her role in Epstein's crimes, but for lying under oath to the DOJ itself. The survivors could have finally seen the scales of justice tip in their favor. The public could have been reassured that no one's above the law. Instead, the DOJ once again chose the path of least resistance. Coddle the liar, ignore the survivors, and betray the public. So once again, we're left with an ugly reality. Maxwell lied. Blanche enabled it. The DOJ rewarded it. The survivors once again were betrayed, mocked, and humiliated. The public once again was conned, misled, and discarded. And justice once again was trampled underfoot, sacrificed at the altar of cowardice and corruption. Because every single day that Maxwell spends in cushy confinement is another reminder that justice in America isn't about truth. It isn't about accountability. It isn't about protecting survivors. It's about protecting power, about shielding the connected, about bending the rules until they snap. And until Maxwell is held accountable for perjury, until Blanche is held accountable for enabling it, the Department of Justice will remain what it has become. A hollow shell, a stage for lies, a mockery of its own name. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

In this "Mega Edition," Bobby Capucci scrutinizes the enduring duplicity of Ghislaine Maxwell, her manipulation of elite society, and her brazen dishonesty during Department of Justice interviews.
