Ghislaine Maxwell appeared to spend much of her adult life moving from one wealthy benefactor to another, maintaining an extravagant lifestyle while someone else absorbed the cost. As the favored daughter of media tycoon Robert Maxwell, she had grown...

Ghislaine Maxwell is still attempting to sue Jeffrey Epstein's estate in hopes of getting some money so that she can continue to defend herself and move forward with her appeal. Now, we know that she got money from the divorce for the appeal from Scott Borgerson, but we also know that these sorts of situations cost a lot of dough. So Ghislaine Maxwell's plan is to continue with the lawsuit here to try and get money from Epstein's estate so that she can continue on with her defense. And according to her, she's entitled to that money because. You ready for this, folks? Well, she was a victim, too. According to Ghislaine Maxwell, she had nothing to do with the crimes and she was a victim of Epstein just like the rest of these women. However, none of that ever passed the smell test. And considering a jury saw right through her nonsense, I think it's safe to say that all of that posturing by Maxwell and all of her BS has done nothing but fail time and time again. And I have no doubt throughout this appeal process we're going to see that as well. I highly doubt Ghislaine Maxwell is is going to be successful with any sort of appeal here, but she's damn well gonna do everything in her power to try and attempt to get this sentence overturned. And to do that, she's going to need a treasure chest of money. And her sources for money have pretty much dried up. So for Ghislaine Maxwell, having access to another treasure chest of money to help defend herself is a huge deal. And to get there, she's throwing this Hail Mary where she says that she's entitled to a settlement, but from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. So let's dive into this article from Inside Edition, and let's see what Chris Spargo has for us. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell reps Herself in court demanding financial support from Epstein estate after her lawyers quit. Well, her lawyers quit because they weren't getting paid, remember? And I'm sure that her ex lawyers have better charity work to do than donating their time to Ghislaine Maxwell's dis disgusting ass. Ghisne Maxwell returned to court on Friday for a virtual hearing in her lawsuit against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein. Galaine Maxwell is still pursuing her lawsuit against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein despite her attorneys withdrawing from the case back in August of 2022. Well, that's what happens if you don't pay your bills. Lawyers, they have this affinity for, for this thing called money and that's why they went to school for all of those years so they can make a bunch of money when scumbags like you screw up. The British born convicted felon, 61 attended a status conference for that case in the Virgin Islands on Friday, appearing virtually from the Federal Corrections Institution in Tallahassee. Well, at least they were able to find her and pin her down. Remember how they were looking for her to serve her when she was out on the lam and, and it was such a situation that the judge had to do it by mail because nobody could find her, including her lawyers. So at least now that she's in the lockup, they don't have to chase her down to try and get some legal papers served on her or whatever. Maxwell also served as her own lawyer for the proceedings, which lasted a total of four minutes. The conference began promptly and at 10am with the court inquiring if Maxwell wished to proceed with her lawsuit against Epstein's estate or squash it, according to the clerk's notes obtained by Inside Edition Digital. And there's no way she's going to quash it. Like I said, her revenue streams have all dried up for the most part and she's going to be relying on securing a bag here. If she wants to further her ambitions of getting out of prison and all of the rest of the nonsense that that her and her team have been spewing, then she's going to need a treasure chest to do that. And right now she certainly doesn't have that. Maxwell expressed her desire to continue with the suit and then asked the court if there could be a 60 day stay in the proceedings as she attempts to hire a new lawyer. She has been without representation since last year when her lawyers withdrew from the case and filed a lawsuit in in Colorado seeking $878,302.66 from the socialite turned sex Offender in unpaid legal bills. What's with all of these rich people not being able to pay their bills? I mean, you folks have been stealing hand over fist for literally centuries, and all of a sudden you're broke when it's time to pay your bills. By then, she had already been sentenced to 20 years in prison on federal charges. After a much publicized trial in the Southern District of New York, the jury ultimately found Maxwell guilty on five of six counts. Sex trafficking of a minor, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and three related counts of conspiracy. It's weird, right? The conspiracy charges? You would think that if you're getting charged with conspiracy, there would be other people who are charged with you. But only Ghislaine Maxwell got busted here. No Sarah Kellen Vickers, no Leslie Groff, no Adriana Ross, nobody. So who was she engaging in a conspiracy with? And if it was such a grand conspiracy, how come they didn't use. That's right. I'm about to say it. Rico. Maxwell filed her estate lawsuit back in March of 2020, saying in her complaint that the estate failed to provide her with the funds despite the deceased pedophile promising to bankroll her for life. At the time, Maxwell demanded that the estate cover all of her legal and security costs. Now, and moving forward, Maxwell receives regular threats to her life and safety, which have required her to hire personal security services and. And find safe accommodation, reads the complaint. I don't buy any of that. Honestly. Who the hell's out here threatening Ghislaine Maxwell? Stop it. All people wanted was for this lady to be brought to justice just like the rest of these scumbags. And they always have to paint themselves as the victim. It's always, oh, I'm the victim. I'm the one who is being persecuted. Meanwhile, you're the one who was out here diddling little kids, hanging out with your boy Epstein, helping them rape people, stealing money, and we can go on and on and on. So save the crocodile tears. Save the whole entire I'm the victim nonsense for somebody else. This skinny guinea does not want to hear it. That expense should now be significantly reduced given her new residence at an FCI. The complaint claims that Maxwell worked for Epstein until 2004, but really started to transition out of the job three years prior. When she did leave, Maxwell claims in her complaint that Epstein promised to provide for her moving forward, and alleged that he did just that when she was later sued by two of his victims, Sarah Ransom and Virginia Roberts. So you want it to just keep going Forever. Jeffrey Epstein's estate should just in perpetuity be on the hook for Ghisne Maxwell's bullshit. It's so crazy that none of these people ever want to accept self responsibility for what they do. And with Maxwell especially, she sat in that jail cell for how long? Close to a year now and still has no empathy, still doesn't think she did anything wrong and is still out here chirping, talking about how she's being mistreated. She's the one who, who's getting the short end of the stick here. Meanwhile, there are literally hundreds of girls who have been abused. In approximately 2004, Maxwell received a typewritten letter from Epstein with a handwritten note asking Maxwell to remain in Epstein's employ and promising that no matter what Maxwell chose to do, Epstein would always support Maxwell financially. Reads the complaint. He's dead now, okay? That's all over and done with the second he died and his estate was in the crosshair of a bunch of women who were abused. Well, the whole entire Maxwell needs some money thing that should be back burnered. And anybody else who's trying to get some money from this estate, including the US Virgin Islands, should also be back burnered. The women who suffered the most, these girls, especially the unnamed ones that we have never even heard about, these are the women that are really entitled to this money. Unfortunately, they're never going to see it. In the filing, Maxwell states that these lawsuits began to pile up after Epstein's 2007 plea deal in Palm Beach. Maxwell has incurred and will continue to incur significant legal fees, personal security costs and other costs in connection with, with legal suits, proceedings and investigations relating to Epstein, his affiliated businesses and his alleged victims, states the complaint. Alleged victims? That's hilarious. Are you kidding me right now? If they were alleged, would they have been broke off by the estate? Once the estate broke these girls off money and they broke them off a settlement, it's no longer alleged. The estate is taking responsibility for for what Jeffrey Epstein did and that is restitution for his behavior. So throw that whole alleged right out the window. Maxwell writes that the impetus for all of this was an invoice she sent to the estate in November 2019 that got no response. She also names the estate's executors, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn as co defenders. In her filing, the estate and executors moved to have the case dismissed on the grounds that it was without merit soon after her complaint was filed in 2020. Since then the case has largely been stayed and three years in the defense and prosecution have yet to even begin the discovery process, according to court documents. So as of now, it's just a lot of back and forth and sparring. And Ghislaine Maxwell obviously is not even being represented in this matter by an attorney. So there's a long way to go as far as Maxwell clawing some money away from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. But it's certainly been one of her tactics, one of her strategies, and now it looks like her Hail Mary. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Ghislaine Maxwell has enough trouble as it is, but now she's having trouble paying for her appeal because Scott Borgerson, well, he doesn't want to pay the bills. And we know that before she was arrested, before she ended up in prison, she tied all of her finances up with Scott Borgerson, who was her quote, unquote husband. And now that's all coming back to bite her in the ass. And to tell you the truth, it couldn't happen to a better person. I have zero remorse for Ghislaine Maxwell. I don't care if she can pay her bills, if she can't pay her bills, I don't care if she can't afford it. She should be given a public defender like all the rest of the poor people in the country. Today's article is from the Daily Mail. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal is in jeopardy as her estranged husband refuses to pay her $2 million legal bill. This article was authored by Daphne Barack. You know, it's pretty funny that Daphne Barack gets all of these Ghislaine Maxwell interviews and all these stories on Ghislaine Maxwell all of a sudden. I mean, it's almost like Daphne Barack's dad and Ghislaine Maxwell were friends. Oh, wait, they were. Oh, oh, that's right. Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal against her 20 year jail sentence for sexual abuse lies in tatters because her estranged husband has refused to pay her lawyers. And are they, like, in some absurd way trying to make people feel bad for her here? Because I don't think anyone does feel bad for her. Now, there might be some folks out there, right? There's always those, oh, I'm going to go against the grain and be edgy types. But real adults, anyone paying attention, they don't have sympathy for this woman. Especially considering how many people are languishing away in jail right now with no hope of an appeal. Scott Borgerson, 46, who secretly married Maxwell, 60 in 2016, controls her fortune after she transferred up to 20 million pounds into a trust fund before her arrest in 2020. And the whole entire thing was she was trying to hide that money from the survivors. So it's kind of delicious here to see Scott Borgerson coming in for the kill. You know, Maxwell's like an injured hippo here, and the alligator comes in, which is Borgerson, and slaps its jaws right around its throat. But Borgerson ended the relationship with Maxwell during a phone call to the New York prison where she was awaiting trial. Did she think this guy was going to do anything differently? I mean, he. He left his wife and kids for her. Then all of a sudden, Ghislaine Maxwell thinks it's a good idea to transfer all of your money into a trust with this scoundrel. She's getting everything she deserves, folks. Now, he has been accused of failing to pay a $900,000 legal bill to her defense team and provide the $1 million required to challenge the conviction. Until the cash is transferred, her legal team is unlikely to meet a January deadline for forcing her to face the prospect she might die behind bars. Waa. Poor Ghislaine. She might die behind bars. She didn't get enough time. She should have gotten the 35. She only got 20, and she's getting to do it in easy time. They should be happy with that. But no, they're going to keep rocking the boat until they find some sort of chink in the armor. That way they can push through and get her out of the prison. That's. That's their goal, right? That's going to be the goal. Get Ghislaine Maxwell out. Operation Get Ghislaine Out. They'll wait a few years for people not to be paying attention, then they'll make their move. Maxwell's pals fear he is delaying their divorce and her access to money as a negotiating ploy. Well, why wouldn't he? What do you think he's going to play fair with Ghislaine Maxwell? Why should he? In fact, I can almost guarantee that people are happy as hell to see that Ghislaine Maxwell is getting the old okie doke pulled on her by this dude, considering she was doing the same thing to how many people? Lying, conniving, working her way into their good graces, only to destroy them and treat them like they were utter garbage. And now the shoes on the other foot as she rots away in prison. And guess what? I have zero empathy for it. He thinks if he drags it out, she will give him most of the money. Said one. She is in jail. Not much he can do from there. But a legal source said he doesn't trust what Maxwell's lawyers are telling him. And honestly, with the players on the stage here, I don't trust any of these people. So I guess they're all lying until proven otherwise. I mean, Borgerson's definitely making a move for the money. That's certainly the kind of person he is. But with Maxwell, zero chance that anybody's out here losing any sleep because Ghislaine Maxwell is getting a scam pulled on her. How many licks did you and Jeffrey Epstein pull on people? How much money did you steal? How many lives did you ruin? Maxwell and Borgerson reportedly met in Iceland in 2013. Her relationship with San Diego billionaire Ted Waite had collapsed, and friends said she was vulnerable. Borgerson was still married to his first wife, Rebecca, mother of his young son and daughter. Can you imagine how they always set this up with Maxwell? Oh, she was vulnerable after every breakup. Oh, her dad. That she was vulnerable. So Jeffrey Epstein got his hooks into her. Like she has no responsibility as an adult here. It's amazing to me that people would continue on that path to try and set her up like some kind of victim. The couple married three years later. But in 2019, after her pal Jeffrey Epstein. You mean co conspirator, fellow child abuser, was found hanged in his jail cell while awaiting trial for sex abuse, Maxwell went into hiding, moving from house to house. I thought that she didn't go into hiding. Remember, she said that the only reason she was moving from house to house was to get away from the media and the paparazzi. Meanwhile, the media was way too busy creating, you know, wedge issues, artificial wedge issues for the populace to deal with. Never mind trying to find gain Maxwell. Up until Julie K. Brown released her article, nobody gave a what was going on with Epstein, what was going on with Maxwell? The fact that they raped and hurt all of those girls. Few knew she and Borgerson had married till it was referenced by her prosecutors at her 2020 trial. That's not true. We knew she was married to him. We talked about it here extensively. And not just us. When I say we, I mean the greater community as a whole. People who follow the case, people who are investigating the case, and people who are covering the case. We all knew that Borgerson and her were married. We. Borgerson did not visit her in the New York jail once, says friends, and failed to attend any of the trial. So what was Borgerson's real plan? Here was the plan always to just get in on the money. I mean, he left his wife and his kids for Ghislaine Maxwell, and then he doesn't even bother going to see Ghislaine Maxwell while she's locked up. Meanwhile, he's moseying around with some yoga instructor that can crack walnuts with her glutes. I mean, that's what they were saying, right? So this is Scott Borgerson. This is who he is. Why would Ghislaine Maxwell think anything different? Folks, when people show you who they are, listen to them. And if some dude leaves his family for you, chances are if something better comes along, he's gonna leave you too. Colorado law firm Hudden, Morgan and Foreman, which acted for Maxwell in the trial, has filed a lawsuit against her and brother Kevin for nearly $900,000. Court documents showed she received tens of millions of dollars from Epstein and had sold her New York home for 15 million. So she should have a bunch of money. But again, that money should have been seized. How is it that this is not a RICO case? I mean, I know you're tired of hearing it by now, but I'm going to continue to say it until my tongue falls out. This is has RICO written all over it. I've seen RICO in my own life with people I care about for way less than this. But here we are with all of these famous people, all of these powerful people, all of these Johns, and nobody goes to prison. Borgerson dismissed the claims as fake news. He pointed to legal testimony from Hudden that he expressed cooperation, transparency, and honesty in the discussions. I highly doubt that Scott Borgerson has ever done any of those things ever in his life. Another sick, disgusting individual. What are you doing marrying Ghislaine Maxwell, bro? You knew what she was. You knew what she was up to, and you knew that this was inevitably going to be the road that had to be traversed. But instead of sticking around for your so called wife, you pillage your loot and you hit the bricks. And while if it was anybody else pretty much under the sun, I'd have some empathy for them, I do not have any empathy for Ghislaine Maxwell. You know why? Because that money, all of that money comes from ill gotten gains anyway. It wasn't like she was out there earning that money. So I don't really care that her stolen money got stolen from her. And these articles by Daphne Barack that try and elicit people to feel bad for Ghis Maxwell are laughable at best. But I guess like they say, you have to consider the source. Alright folks, that's going to do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that@bobby capuchirotonmail.com that's B O B B Y C A P U C c I@protonmail.com youm can also find me on Twitter O B B ycap U C C I. The link that I discussed can be found in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Ghislaine Maxwell, who used to live a life of luxury, a life of reckless abandon, and a life where she basically was able to do whatever she wanted, is now reduced to defending herself from behind bars as she looks to try and get a bunch of dough from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. Now this all goes back to Ghislaine Maxwell saying that Jeffrey Epstein promised to pay her way in perpetuity no matter what happened, considering they were in cahoots. But the estate certainly doesn't see it that way and the estate of Jeffrey Epstein really has no desire to give her any money whatsoever. Now she'll contend that Jeffrey Epstein told her that in person and that he also wrote it on a cocktail napkin that he, you know, take care of her for the rest of her life, blah blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah. But the reality is this old egg dick is gone and any promises that he might have made you, Ghislaine, well, they went up in smoke the day that he died in the mcc. So for the first time in Ghislaine Maxwell's life, she's forced to face problems without a gigantic bankroll for her to use to try to finagle the legal system. So basically, she's reduced to doing what the rest of us would have to do if we found ourselves in this position. And what cracks me up about Ghislaine Maxwell and all of these so called elites, they don't have anything to say about the prison system or jail until they find themselves there. Meanwhile, the rest of us, they don't give a shit. We've talked about the Cleave Browder story here before, but how many stories are out there just like it? Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell and her dumbass is crying about how bad she has it. Maybe, just maybe, she should have tried to pressure her high profile friends back in the day to fix the prison system. But she didn't do that right because she doesn't care. They don't care unless it happens to them. They're so insulated from this shit that it doesn't even matter. I mean, you get nailed for molesting kids and you only get a little slap on the wrist. So they don't expect this ever to happen to them. And when they end up in prison, they end up in jail. It comes as a huge shock. And for Maxwell, she still believes that she didn't do anything wrong. So this lady believes that she's being persecuted and it couldn't be any further from the truth. Today's article is from the Daily Mail, and the headline Penniless Ghislaine Maxwell is seeking to recoup millions from Jeffrey Epstein's estate, acting as her own lawyer and filing legal briefs using a typewriter. I mean, she might as well just use ChatGPT, right? Gonna get out here and write some legal briefs, get that chatgpt going. Or better yet, maybe they could get News Nation's homie Alan Dershowitz to defend her. I mean, he wants to stay relevant, right? He wants to stay involved in this case. Here's your chance there, Durshy Dersh. This article was authored by Daniel Bates. Ghislaine Maxwell is so broke, she is now representing herself in court and filing legal briefs on a typewriter from prison. The disgraced socialite has been left unable to afford a lawyer after her conviction. Divorce and years of litigation from Jeffrey Epstein's survivors left her facing what she calls financial constraints. So basically, what she's saying is she's in the same boat as the rest of us. Well, Ghislaine, how do you enjoy how the other side lives? Filings obtained by DailyMail.com state Maxwell is appearing pro se or representing herself in a case she filed in the US Virgin Islands against Epstein's estate, seeking to recoup her legal fees, but from her 2021 criminal trial. So she has been engaged in this lawsuit with Epstein's estate for quite some time and the estate is just not having it. They had some vicious responses to her, basically saying she's a human trafficker and she belongs where she is and that they have no financial responsibility to her. But Ghislaine Maxwell, we all know, she's like a dog with a bone, and when it comes to money, forget it. She wants to make sure that Epstein's estate is on the hook because in her mind, she feels like she deserves this. She feels like Epstein promised her this and she wants her due. But back here in the real world, none of that's going to occur. Maxwell has been forced to submit legal filings through the mail since she cannot file them electronically from the federal prison in Tallahassee where she is serving 20 years in jail for trafficking minors to Epstein. Yet her years of legal battles appear to have left her with a basic legal competency, with Maxwell citing case law apparently sourced from the prison law books. Hey, good for her. If she wants to defend herself, that is well within the bounds. And if she wants to try and make an argument on her behalf, great, go for it. But I don't want to hear this nonsense and her crying poverty. There's people out there that are probably listening right now that are robbing Peter to pay Paul to keep the power on. So regular folks who are going through it on the daily really don't have any empathy for human traffickers who are rich who are rotting behind bars. In her filings, the 62 year old paints a grim picture of life behind bars and says her prison is a technological black hole that is not equipped with functioning computers, forcing her to use a typewriter instead. And don't get me wrong, the prison system is screwed up and it needs to be fixed, it needs to be adjusted, and it really needs to be looked at. But Ghislaine Maxwell crying here, the crocodile tears after she did what she did. I have no empathy for it. And I'll go out on a limb here and say that most people out there don't have any sympathy for it either. Maxwell's bleak financial condition is a striking fall from grace for the favorite daughter of late media baron Robert Maxwell, a billionaire who died in 1991 under mysterious circumstances. And there's a lot of talk about Robert Maxwell and what happened to him. Did he die because he fell off of the boat named the Ghislaine while he was having a whiz? Or did somebody do something to him, you know, push him off, kill him, whatever. The guy was connected to a lot of intelligence agencies. We know he was connected to Mossad. We know he had connections in Russia. We know he was connected in America. So who knows what kind of games Robert Maxwell was playing. And we also know that he was engaged in a ton of fraud. So there were a lot of people out there who wanted to settle some scores. As far as what happened on that boat, I'm not going to sit here and tell you I know one way or the other. I do not. So for me, all options are on the table. When we're talking about what happened to Bob Maxwell, just Like with Epstein, we don't really know what happened. We have an official narrative, but who's willing to believe that when it comes to the people that we're talking about? She grew up in extraordinary Privilege in a 200 year old mansion in the Oxfordshire countryside in the UK and attended Oxford University. And remember, keep that in mind. We're not talking about people who were from the hood, people who never had a chance. Their only option was was to sell drugs or get into the game. This lady graduated from Oxford. You mean to tell me this was her only choice? To go and run around with Jeffrey Epstein? She did that shit on her own. And guess what? You know the saying, you made your bed, now you gotta lie in it. Well, Ghislaine, you're gonna be making your bed for the next 20 years, and your ass is gonna lie in it. And I don't care about your complaints. I don't care that you have to use a typewriter. I. I won't lose one wink of sleep knowing that your ass is in prison. Her relationship with Epstein allowed her to continue living the high life. But over the past 10 years, her resources have been drained and she had to sell her $16 million New York townhouse and her $2.2 million property in London to pay legal fees. Much of Maxwell's money was transferred over to her ex husband, Scott Borgerson, who divorced her in 2020 and at the height of her legal woes. So she got heisted, basically, by Scott Borgerson. Borgerson was with Maxwell, who he left his family for, by the way. Then he left Maxwell for a yoga instructor. So this is a guy that obviously has no morals and no scruples and doesn't give a flying fuck about anything but himself. Imagine leaving your family for Maxwell. Talk about elevating yourself on the chart of. Of dirt bags. And then for his grand finale, this dude heisted all of Ghislaine's money. Now, as much as I dislike Lane Maxwell, if this dude stole her money, he needs to be charged, he needs to be brought to justice. Now, there's some gray area here, obviously, because they were married, this, that, the other thing, but it sure looks like Borgerson walked here with a gigantic bag. Maxwell filed suit against Epstein's estate in the Virgin Islands in March of 2020, seven months after her former lover and employer committed suicide in his cell in the Metropolitan Correction center in New York. Allegedly, she claimed she had incurred significant legal fees, personal security costs, and other expenses during her work for Epstein's businesses between 1999 and 2006. Maxwell claimed that before Epstein hanged himself In August of 2019, he. He said he would cover her legal fees. And that promise was repeated by Darren Indyke, the pedophile's longtime lawyer, who was an executor of his estate. Maxwell tried to file a motion Pro SE on May 18, but it only made its way to the court on October 3. In a handwritten note filed to the court, Maxwell states, this is a copy of the filing by Ms. Maxwell dated May 18, 2023. She only has access to the U.S. postal Service as an inmate. Respectfully submitted, G. Maxwell. She goes on. Additional research is now conducted through antiquated legal books and the use of a typewriter, pen and paper, taking those incarcerated back in time to a period pre1980s. The lament goes on that Maxwell doesn't have access to relevant USVI law either. Maxwell went so far as to include correspondence from the prison authorities informing her that she would have to purchase a law book on USVI law from outside the institution rather than have them get it in stock. Now that's kind of ridiculous. Just get the book for her, bring it into the library if it's in the system, right? And then let's let her use it. And unfortunately, this is a tactic that the prison system uses with poor people all the time. And Ghislaine Maxwell's just getting a little taste. The letter shows that Maxwell appears to be watching documentaries about the Epstein case, as there is a reference to the Netflix documentary Filthy Rich, in which Epstein says it was really unfair because Maxwell plays no role and was never, ever part of this stuff. Oh, yeah, you know, one co conspirator covering for the other co conspirator. Yeah, that's credible. In a filing dated October 31, IndyKen Khan, the other executor of Epstein's will, accused Maxwell of a perpetual delay in a brutal passage. They her incarceration is the result of her crimes and it does not excuse her from diligently prosecuting her claims in accordance with Virgin Island Rules of Civil procedure. By late December, Maxwell had told the court that her lawyer in the usvi, Kyle Waldner, had withdrawn and she was representing herself. In a filing, she confirmed she will represent herself despite the stringent constraints placed on her by the Bureau of Prisons whilst inside FCI Tallahassee. Wait, I thought it was a country club. Didn't some people out there think that Maxwell was going to a country club? What did I tell you folks then? No such thing. If you're in prison that shit is not a country club. Especially if you're somebody that comes from wealth and and means. You have all of that ripped out from underneath you and now you're eating tofu sandwiches and using a typewriter. Not exactly a country club. Now, could it be worse for her? It most certainly could. She could have went to a medium security or a high security, but it's not a fun time for her, obviously. And the fact that she's going broke. Look, I hate to gloat, right, even against people like Maxwell, but sometimes in life when you make decisions, this is the end result. You end up in a place that you don't want to be. And Ghislaine Maxwell has nobody but herself to blame. Maxwell claimed she only sued Epstein's estate after months of seeking contact. But rather than respond, she felt ignored. In the filing, she claimed that Epstein's non prosecution agreement in 2009 was grounds for her being indemnified from paying legal fees for conduct whilst in his employment. Maxwell says that Indyke and Khan are substantial beneficiaries of Epstein's estate and are having their legal fees paid by the estate, so Maxwell should too. In addition, Maxwell's filings were made on time because they are deemed filed at the time they were delivered to the prison authority, she notes. Citing case law for her point, Maxwell wrote the court should disregard such David and Goliath tactics as the allegations are untrue and baseless. Maxwell has already run into financial troubles with Hadden, Morgan and Foreman, the law firm based in Colorado which represented her for years. In 2022, the company sued her for $878,000 in legal fees and accused her family of making false promises to pay up. Well, that's a shock, huh? The Maxwells aren't being honest. I am absolutely floored considering, you know, Pops was such an honest dude. Hadn't claimed breach of contract fraud and accused Borgeson of tortuous interference with contractual relations for supposedly sheltering Maxwell's assets. The case was settled and the terms were not disclosed publicly. Last July, sources close to Maxwell told the Daily mail that around $1 million worth of her jewelry and has disappeared from a property she owned in New Hampshire. Well, that's not good. If somebody stole her shit like I said before, they should go to prison. A source claimed that there was not a penny left of Maxwell's fortune. Maxwell is currently appealing her criminal conviction and is being represented by New York based lawyer Arthur Idalla, who DailyMail.com approached for comment but did not hear back. The filings come after the release of more than 200 documents related to Epstein the that were part of a defamation case filed against Maxwell by Virginia Roberts, Prince Andrew's accuser. In the documents, Maxwell was described by Epstein survivor Sarah Ransom as the boss of his operation who everyone reported to. Multiple survivors allege that Maxwell took part in the abuse and former staff at Epstein's house have described her as running the operation. While I'm glad they added at the end here that she took part in the abuse, they like to leave that out. And that's why calling her a madam's disgusting too. This lady was out here engaging in the abuse against these children, against these women. So she's more than a madam, she's somebody that was actually actively abusing these girls. She wasn't just a cog in the machine, she was basically the beating heart of the machine. So Ghislaine Maxwell being broke, complaining about how bad she has it in prison, well, she should have thought about that before she was palling around with Epstein and abusing all these girls. Alright, folks, that's gonna do it for this one. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Ghislaine Maxwell and her lawyers have been going at it now for the last couple of months because Ghislaine Maxwell hasn't paid her bills. Well, what do you know? The queen of grifters isn't paying her bills today. We have an article from the Daily Mail and we're gonna dive right in. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell is fired by lawyers representing her in bid to squeeze money out of Jeffrey Epstein's estate in yet another blow to the sex trafficker and after her criminal defense team sued her. So now this is on top of the criminal defense team that has already sued her. We know that Ghisne Maxwell has previously been sued by the people who were representing her in the criminal portion of the case. Well, now this is the people who are representing her in the civil portion of the case. So you know what that means. Ghislaine Maxwell must be out of money or she's hiding it like her buddy Jeffrey Epstein used to. This article was authored by Laura Collins. Glenn Maxwell has been fired by her lawyers for failing to pay her bills. Court documents filed in the US Virgin Islands and obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com show that lawyers representing the convicted sex trafficker in her bid to squeeze money out of Jeffrey Epstein's estate have withdrawn their counsel, the firm Quintaros Prieto Wooden Boyer claimed in the document that despite repeated requests, Maxwell has failed to pay them. Look, her father was a grifter. Her family seems to be grifters. She's certainly a grifter. Why would anyone think that she's going to settle up on her bills and be on point? It's the second blow to the fall. The fallen socialite. Fallen socialite co conspirator. You mean general all around scuzz bag, fellow child abuser and bipedal serpent. Oh, that's what you meant. Ailing fortunes in recent weeks. Currently serving out a 20 year sentence in a low security prison in Tallahassee, Florida, Maxwell is also being sued by her criminal defense team for a pale, failing to pay legal fees of more than $850,000. Now think about how much legal work has to be done for 850 grand to be racked up. And you know, it's not cheap to go and defend yourself in a federal case. That's why they have such a high prosecution rate or a conviction rate, I should say, at the federal level, whenever they bring one of these charges against you, you, even if you have a ton of dough, chances are they're going to come out of it with a conviction. The government, the federal government has all the time in the world and all the resources in the world to go after you. And they certainly utilize that, those resources and that time. Unless of course, you're Goanne Maxwell. Maxwell, 60, filed the suit against Epstein's estate in the Virgin Islands in March of 2020, seven months after her former lover and employer committed suicide. God, there's so much wrong with that. You mean her former co conspirator, right, committed suicide, allegedly in his cell in the Metropolitan Correctional center in New York. The disgraced financier pedophile maintained a home on the Caribbean territories, Little St. James Island, a place that became notorious as pedophile island because of his criminal activities there, as well as owning Greater St. James. And we all know what was going on down there. I don't need to rehash that. But Ghislaine Maxwell was trying to set it up as she was a victim here, as if she should have been covered as far as financial costs for her defense. She said that her and Jeffrey Epstein had this all worked out before his death and he even wrote it down on a napkin. In her suit. Epstein Maxwell claimed that Epstein, 66, had promised identification for an advancement of attorney fees, security costs, cost to find safe accommodations, and all other expenses she has reasonably incurred and will incur by Reason of her prior employment relationship with Jeffrey E. Epstein. You know what that's called? That's called protecting your assets. Protecting your co conspirator. That's why Epstein was willing to pay for her while he was alive. Now that he's dead, the estate has no desire or no reason to give her any dough. Why they gonna break her off any cheddar at this point? That would be absolutely insane. The cost that she envisioned were in connection with any threatened, pending or completed lawsuit in relation to Epstein and his alleged survivors. Maxwell argued that during her relationship with Epstein, he promised that he would support her financially. Her suit states that he made these promises repeatedly, both in writing and in conversation. Well, let's see the receipts. That's really what it comes down to. Let's see the receipts. And then you'll have to battle it out with the estate, because not one single dollar from any of these survivors should be going to Ghislaine Maxwell. So Maxwell should have to have, oh, I don't know, three, four different lawsuits going on at the same time to even attempt to do this. And we know she doesn't have the resources to do that. So how is it possible that she's still trying to pine for this? In 2008, Epstein was convicted of procuring a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute in Palm Beach, Florida, where he had a home. A again, a child can't be a prostitute. That whole entire charge was bogus. That investigation was bogus. And frankly, it's embarrassing what goes on in Palm beach since then. According to Maxwell's case, she incurred legal fees and expenses in connection with various suits, including civil cases brought by Epstein survivors consistent with his repeated promises. The suit states Epstein identified Maxwell and advanced legal fees and settlement costs incurred in relation to his civil suit brought by survivor Sarah Ransom in 2017 and the 2009 suit brought by Virginia Roberts. So basically hush money. Look, I'm gonna pay your lawyer fees. Just be quiet. We'll make sure all of this goes away. You know how we roll. We're not gonna get in trouble. Good old Ghislaine. Come over here and have some caviar, yo. I detest these people. But when Maxwell submitted a claim to the estate on November 22, 2019, it did not honor or even formally respond. It shouldn't have f you. Not one dollar for you, Maxwell. No soup for you. Maxwell, who was by then under criminal investigation, filed her case the following March. She now has 60 days to find new attorneys. But judging from the lawsuits being brought against her by our criminal defense team. It is unclear where she will find the funds to pay them. Well, she better call Saul. She better do something because she's going to be in big trouble. Nobody who's going to want to take on her case. If you were a lawyer, would you. Would you want to take this lady on when she can't pay for. For your services? I certainly wouldn't. You know, lawyers don't do this out of the kindness of their heart, Especially when we're talking about clients like this. According to that suit filed on August 22 by Denver based law firm Haddon Morgan and Foreman, Maxwell is effectively insolvent following a series of suspiciously timed property transfers by estranged husband Scott Borgerson. Yo, this is all one big gigantic shitshow. And. And Scott Borgerson's involvement here is shady as hell. How is it that there's nobody camped out at this dude's house asking him questions? You would think that Ghislaine Maxwell's ex husband would be somebody that you might want to talk to. HMF have brought their suit against Borgerson, Maxwell and her older brother, Kevin Maxwell, 63, who attended his sister's Manhattan trial every day and took the lead among her eight siblings and in talking with her defense. So this was the guy. I was out there in the front, you know, telling us all the. The BS about Maxwell, how she was innocent, this, that, the other thing. Well, now they can't even come up with the dough to pay for his sister's legal bills. Yeah, that's a real good look. But it is Borgerson who is singled out for blame when it comes to their frustrated efforts to recoup a bill that stood. And at $878,302.66 as of June 27, not including interest, according to HMF. Mr. Maxwell and the family lawyer repeatedly told HMF that Mr. Borgerson controlled Ms. Maxwell's money and was responsible for delaying payments to the firm. So Borgerson, it looks like, was on the grift here as well. Everybody's stealing from each other. They all run around like they're the Mafia. You know how in the Mafia it's your best friend that's gonna clip you? And they're all stealing from each other either way, if they're friends or not. It's the same with these super elite. They all have the same mindset. How much more can I stuff in my fat fucking face? Borgerson, a former U.S. coast Guard and current douchebag lieutenant commander, is believed to have met Maxwell nine years ago through speaking engagements connected to ocean preservation, a subject on which they shared a passion. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They were pictured together at the Arctic Circle assembly in reykjavik, Iceland, in October 2013. At the time, Borgerson was married to Rebecca, the mother of his two children, a 14 year old boy and an 11 year old girl. Imagine having this conversation with your kids, especially when they get older and they find out who Ghislaine Maxwell was. Sorry, son. You know, I was dating one of the most prolific human traffickers. And not only that, I left Mommie Dearest for him. I mean, for real, for real. Talk about shattering relationships with your kids. I know. If this was my dad, forget it. I'd be training every single day, 10 hours a day at the local MMA gym so that when I was 18 years old, I could bust Pop's ass for disrespecting my mom. Rebecca discovered the affair when Borgerson told her he was going to give a speech in London, but was instead rumbled to be with Maxwell in Miami. DailyMail.com has been unable to find evidence of Borgerson and Maxwell's marriage, an event so secret that not even their own family members were aware of it. But according to HMF's suit, and it took place in 2015, again, more mysteries here, Right folks, there's a lot of mystery here. Four years later, in December of 2019, while Maxwell was under criminal investigation and the loom the looming likelihood of incurring significant liabilities, the pair allegedly set about shielding her assets from future creditors. Where do you think she learned this from? Do you think that Ghis Maxwell woke up one day and and learned how to do the hustle? Absolutely not. She learned from Jeffrey Epstein. He was the king of this. I break his balls about all kinds of things and call him an absolute because he was. But he knew how to game the system, he knew how to manipulate the financial system, and he knew how to hide money. So my guess is Ghisne Maxwell has a bunch of money stashed offshore somewhere and if you want to get to it, well, drop a RICO case right in her and Scott Borgerson's lap. Foreign lawsuit states that Borgers informed Granite Realty, a company of which he was a sole member. He then used Granite and the second company, Tidewood, to purchase a portfolio of properties using Maxwell's assets, either directly or through a trust. HMF alleges Granite, Mr. Borgerson and other entities associated with Mr. Borgerson and including Tidewood LLC, acquired several high end properties, including two condominiums in Boston, an estate in Manchester, Massachusetts, and an estate in Bradford, New Hampshire. That's where she was eventually nailed. But they also saw her over there in Manchester, Right? She was seen on the beach. Manchester by the sea or whatever the hell. Leftovers. The couple's neighbors in the small seaside town of Manchester were so disgusted when they learned that an accused sex trafficker with links to Epstein was living among them that they tried to harass her into leaving. Now those are my kind of folks, you know, I'm not about harassment. I don't think it's a good idea to, you know, camp out in front of people's houses and like that. Not really the best idea. But when it comes to Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, or any of their friends. Yup, great idea. As exclusively reported by DailyMail.com it led to a court case where Borgerson successfully fought the neighbor's decision to prevent them from using paths and a beach near their oceanfront property. Part of the 40 acre estate shared by other owners. So the neighbors didn't even want them to use, like communal property. Right. I don't even want you on the sidewalk. Sounds like my kind of neighbor. But by the time the decision was handed down, Maxwell and Borgerson had already fled to their New Hampshire property on a secluded estate named Tucked Away. And this is where she ended up getting nailed. Eventually, it was on this luxurious four bedroom property set in lush New Hampshire woodland that FBI agents swooped. On July 2, 2020, they led Maxwell from her home in handcuffs, charging her as a sex trafficker and and Epstein's co conspirator. You know, it would be nice if they had some more raids. What about the other folks? The other people involved, the people that were involved in the moving of this operation. Those people all need to be held responsible before the month was out. HMF's lawsuit notes. On July 30, 2020, Borgerson transferred one of the Boston condominiums to himself for just 100 bucks. Now remember, Epstein used this same exact hustle when. When he transferred the townhouse to himself from les Wexner for $1. It was reported that Maxwell and Borgerson discussed a divorce of convenience following her arrest and ahead of her trial in November of 2021. She had been held in custody since her arrest, having been denied bail. Maxwell told the court that she had wanted to shield her husband from negative publicity. Oh yeah, that's going to work out here. Here's a way to shield yourself from negative publicity. Don't be with Ghislaine Maxwell. Pretty simple, right? Ultimately, DailyMail.com exclusively reported that Borgerson dumped Maxwell during a confrontational prison phone call following her conviction in December of 2021. Imagine getting dumped in prison on the phone by a scuzz bag like Borgerson. Talk about rock bottom for Ghislaine Maxwell. He allegedly told her that he had moved on and met someone else in the figure of Manchester yoga teacher and local journalist Chris McGinn. Yet according to the HMF filings, both Maxwell and Borgerson maintained a mutual interest in shielding her assets. In May of 2022, Borgerson sold the Boston condominium that he had transferred to himself for $21.5 million. He also listed the Bradford property for sale for 7.295 million, claiming that Maxwell had no ownership interest in it. So they hid all of these assets and Borgerson now is reaping the rewards. And my guess is a lot of that money is going to find its way to some sort of offshore bank for Ghislaine Maxwell. Now do I have proof of that? I do not. But the federal government sure could have that proof if they do a RICO investigation. The transfers effectively rendered Maxwell insolvent, according to hmf. Yet the suit states Kevin Maxwell was busily making false promises that there was ample cash and assets to cover the total sums that are either due for payment and are budgeted to become due in the coming months. So why would anyone believe these people? Honestly, you would think that these lawyers would know better. But here we are. When it became clear that there was no such funds were forthcoming, with Kevin only paying $143,500 of the bill that stood at 956, $671, the older Maxwell blamed Borgerson for holding up the payments. So it's a game of blame everybody else, right? Let's point our fingers in every direction. We're gonna blame everybody else and. And hopefully it gets lost in the sauce. In fact, HMF goes at. Goes as far as to characterize Kevin Maxwell's conduct with frequent promises of imminent cash as fraud. Oh, a fraudster out here committing fraud, huh? Well, I'm of the opinion that they got away with it over in England. I think that their, their pops and them should have all been guilty. It is a word that has stalked the Maxwell family down through the years and, and is forever associated with the family's late patriarch, Robert Maxwell, who was 68 when he died. Nor is it the first time that Kevin has been roped into trying to salvage family members financial fortunes. Notorious former British newspaper mogul Robert had many nefarious dealings and was accused of being a double, even triple agent for foreign regimes, including Israel and Russia. And. And we all know that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. We all know that Ghislaine Maxwell has the same designs, and we all know the circles in the company that she kept. But he is perhaps the most infamous for plundering the pension fund of Mirror Group, the newspaper company he owned to the tune of millions. Robert disappeared off his yacht, named the Lady Ghislaine after his daughter, in the early hours of November 5, 1991. 24 hours earlier, he had argued with Kevin in a telephone call about a scheduled meeting with the bank of England over Maxwell's default on a staggering £50 million. 56.63 million in loans. So him and his dad have this argument, then 24 hours later, his pops is dead. Okay, sure. Sounds good to me. Kevin and his brother Ian, now 66 20, tried to prop up their late father's business interests. But the company soon collapsed. Kevin was declared bankrupt with debts of $400 million. He, Ian and two other company directors went on trial for conspiracy to defraud, but were acquitted in 1995. Now Kevin has once again found himself the target of allegations of fraud a bit in a civil suit over his mishandling of his sister's huge legal fees. What do they say about leopards and spots, folks? Or zebras and stripes? According to the suit, Kevin knew that his promises regarding the payment were false when he made them. It states HMF relied on Mr. Maxwell's promises to its detriment. HMF is seeking damages for one and a half times the value of the assets transferred by Borgerson, or one and a half times of their legal fees, whichever is less so. Even behind bars, Ghislaine Maxwell is still on the grift. Even behind bars, she's still out here playing games and not paying her fair share. So hopefully there's no lawyers out there that are willing to take her case. Now, hopefully she's stuck with a public defender like all of the poor people she hates so much. Imagine the crybaby carrying on if Ghislaine Maxwell had a public defender. Boy, oh, boy, I'd love to see it. Anyway, folks, there you go, the latest update. Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: August 5, 2026
This “mega edition” episode of The Epstein Chronicles, hosted by Bobby Capucci, dives into the tangled legal, financial, and personal aftermath of Ghislaine Maxwell’s conviction. The focus is on Maxwell’s relentless attempts to secure money from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate to fund her ongoing legal appeals, the web of benefactors (and betrayers) she’d relied on, and the ever-expanding legal drama with her former husband Scott Borgerson, her attorneys, and her family. Capucci’s tone is unsparing, sarcastic, and deeply skeptical toward Maxwell, her enablers, and anyone expressing sympathy for her plight.
“You ready for this, folks? Well, she was a victim, too. According to Ghislaine Maxwell, she had nothing to do with the crimes and she was a victim of Epstein just like the rest of these women. However, none of that ever passed the smell test.” [03:10, Capucci]
“What’s with all of these rich people not being able to pay their bills? I mean, you folks have been stealing hand over fist for literally centuries, and all of a sudden you’re broke when it’s time to pay your bills.” [07:10, Capucci]
“Are they, like, in some absurd way trying to make people feel bad for her? Because I don’t think anyone does feel bad for her... But real adults, anyone paying attention, they don’t have sympathy for this woman.” [17:45, Capucci]
“Maxwell’s like an injured hippo here, and the alligator comes in, which is Borgerson, and slaps its jaws right around its throat.” [20:05, Capucci]
“There’s people out there that are probably listening right now that are robbing Peter to pay Paul to keep the power on. So regular folks who are going through it on the daily really don’t have any empathy for human traffickers who are rich who are rotting behind bars.” [32:44, Capucci]
“He’s dead now, okay? That’s all over and done with the second he died and his estate was in the crosshair of a bunch of women who were abused. Well, the whole entire Maxwell needs some money thing – that should be back-burnered!” [11:01, Capucci]
“How is it that this is not a RICO case?...This has RICO written all over it. I’ve seen RICO in my own life with people I care about for way less than this... But here we are with all of these famous people, all of these powerful people, all of these Johns, and nobody goes to prison.” [28:30, Capucci]
“It’s a game of blame everybody else, right? Let’s point our fingers in every direction. We’re gonna blame everybody else and hopefully it gets lost in the sauce. In fact, HMF goes as far as to characterize Kevin Maxwell’s conduct with frequent promises of imminent cash as fraud. Oh, a fraudster out here committing fraud, huh?” [1:09:41, Capucci]

This episode paints a vivid portrait of Ghislaine Maxwell reduced from international luxury to prison pauper—scrambling to fund appeals, alienating lawyers, betrayed by her own “benefactors,” relentlessly fighting for scraps from Epstein’s estate. Capucci takes aim at the wider system of privilege, legal loopholes, and elite denial, keeping the focus squarely on justice for Epstein’s survivors and transparency about the powerful circles that enabled degradation to go unpunished for decades.
If you want the raw, unfiltered truth behind the headlines—the scheming, the betrayals, and the unanswered questions—this episode tells it all in Capucci’s signature, gloves-off style.
