Well, folks, it's almost here. We are 19 days away from the start of this trial, and I, for one, cannot wait for. For it to commence. All of the bs, all of the talking, all of the back and forth, all of the nonsense is going right out the window because guess what? There's going to be a jury of 12 people. They're going to hear the evidence, and they are going to make the decision. All the talking we have done, all of the conversating we have done, all of. All of the bringing to light we have done. Well, it's all coming down to what occurs in that courtroom starting the 29th. And I have to say, folks, I'm pretty confident that we'll see a conviction at the end of these proceedings. Now, I don't know if it's going to be all charges she's convicted on or. But I have a very hard time wrapping my mind around her not getting convicted, especially when you see what happened with Rainier and you see what happened with R. Kelly. The precedent is there, the will is there. Now all we're waiting for is the prosecution to do their job. I know. It ain't like we're the Patriots, right? Just do your job. Whole different story. We got the prosecution. They're more like the New York Jets.
Epstein Chronicles Host
Yeah.
Bobby Capucci
You know, bumbling around, can't figure out. For the most part. Yeah, that's the SDNY these days, folks, unfortunately. But thankfully, Allison Mo seems to have her head on straight. Allison Mo seems to be like a

very
Bobby Capucci
go get him kind of prosecutor. The kind of prosecutor that if this was my family who was attacked and abused and trafficked by someone like Epstein and Maxwell, that's the kind of prosecutor I'd want on the case. So hopefully when the rubber meets the road and all of this gets underway, we get to a point where there's a nice fat conviction at the end of this. Because I'll tell you what, I have. As much as I enjoy talking to you folks, and I honestly, really, really treasure a lot of the friendships I've made throughout all of this as well, but I can't wait for us to have our last show here, folks, where we, you know, wrapping this up where we're talking about it on a daily basis. Obviously, I'm never going to stop talking about this completely. Obviously, I'm never going to stop talking about the remnants of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. And I'm going to continue to push for the people who were involved to be investigated. But when the trial wraps up and Maxwell is convicted, well, we're gonna come to a point where we're gonna have to say goodbye. And I'm not looking forward to it in one regard, right, Because I really enjoy getting up here and chatting with all you folks and talking to you about this case and all of that. But on the other hand, this has been a serious grind for me, and it's taken its toll on your boy. Every day, this kind of depressing shit, completely immersed in it. And I know it's nothing compared to
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
what the survivors had to deal with,
Bobby Capucci
but from a personal standpoint, it's been a grind. And to be honest, I wasn't ready for it. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I sat down that first day and recorded the first episode.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
Zero idea.
Bobby Capucci
But guess what? I'm here for it. And I don't think I was meant to be anywhere else. I know that sounds kind of cheesy, right? But I believe I am exactly where I'm meant to be right now. And I know some other people out there, you know, they want this story to keep going forever. They want to, you know, continue to talk about it forever and ever and ever and ever. But for me, I want to get some closure as far as Maxwell getting arrested, right? And then with. I mean, with her getting convicted. And then from there, I feel like, you know, we have done a real good job bringing light to what's going on here. And once she is convicted, I feel like we're at a point where it is going to be very difficult for anyone else to get hemmed up, unfortunately. Unless, of course, the government wants to follow through with a RICO case. But short of that, Maxwell is going to be the, you know, the, the big piece, the big game. And once that's all said and done, it's going to be a bittersweet goodbye, folks. And I haven't really ever thought about it, you know, the last episode that we'll have here on the podcast, but the last, I don't know, few days, I have been thinking about it a little bit. And while obviously I'm not going anywhere, I have the other podcast and we'll probably keep it rolling, the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm not gonna delete it or anything like that. It just won't be the constant daily updates anymore. Unless, of course, always the caveat, folks, right? I gotta leave myself the out. Unless, of course, something crazy cracks off, new arrests, new information comes to light, whatever it may be, then I'm here for it. Believe me, I'm not going anywhere. I'll be here yapping away on this podcast. And of course, over on beyond the Horizon, where I do a lot of yapping about other topics. And as you can see, I post a lot of those over here, cross post them for you so that you don't have to go out and look for them anywhere else. But it's getting down to that point now, folks, where all the talking is pretty much done, right? There's really not much more that my fat mouth can provide for you that you do not already know. You're armed, you're ready, and you're willing to go to battle with these people. And I applaud all of you for your show of courage throughout all of this. When it first started, people were calling us conspiracy theorists and trying to paint us as loons and all of that shit. Well, guess what? You hear us now, motherfuckers. It was never a conspiracy theory. It was always a criminal conspiracy. And those of you who have hung in there, those of you who have been around through the ups and the downs, those of you who have never made this something that has been, you know, a joke to you or it's the payoff is coming, folks. And that payoff is going to be this lady getting convicted. And guess what? I couldn't have asked for better role mates than all of you during this entire fiasco. And all the survivors out there, Jeffrey Epstein, survivors and otherwise, you're not alone. Not anymore. Whereas before you were screaming into the wind, now your voice is. Is being magnified by millions who stand shoulder to shoulder with you. And I, for one, am. I'm happy to see it. Because for too long we've ignored this problem of Domestic violence. And we've ignored the problem of human trafficking. And it's time to man up and, you know, start working towards ending that. Educating people about how bad these situations are, how prevalent they are, and how brazen these people are who are running these operations. So it has been quite the road, folks. And now we're on the downward portion of this hill. So buckle up. We're still in for a bumpy ride. With that said, let's jump into today's article from ABC News. And the headline is, Ghislaine Maxwell, Prosecutors spar over testimony on false memories. Well, yeah, like I said, again, this is my opinion, right? I'm not a scientist and I'm lucky I can put my socks on correctly in the morning. But this seems like quackery to me. False memories and all of these like, made up mental sciences, all I'm not a big fan of. Now, don't get me wrong, there is certainly a place for therapy, there's certainly a place for psychology, but there's all these other weird pseudosciences that pop up and I look at them like chiropractors, right? All right, you get a little something going on. But really, you're not fixing my ailment, bro. I have a herniated disc. You might crack my back. But guess what? You're not fixing that herniated disc. And that's the same way I look at some of these, I don't know, mental doctors or whatever the. Whatever you want to call them, behavioralists or whatever. Who knows? Either way, I look at it as a bit of quackery. So again, just my opinion, and I might be a bit ignorant there, right? I might not know all of the science or whatever, but it's just ridiculous. Every single time you see a case like this, you have people like these specialists who get brought forward and it's the same cast of characters. There's no other doctors out there that can diagnose this. You got the same people. Oh, well, they worked with Bill. Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
Yeah.
Bobby Capucci
How'd that work out? I'm over here saying, yeah, I'm here for it.
Epstein Chronicles Host
If those are the specialists that you
Bobby Capucci
brought out for Harvey Weinstein and old Dick bag Bill Cosby. Well, yeah, great. Bring them out again because they obviously federal prosecutors are seeking to preclude or limit Ghislaine Maxwell, the alleged accomplice, co conspirator, general all around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser and bipedal serpent of deceased sex offender, child abuser, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein from offering expert testimony about false memories of sexual abuse and about the so called halo effect, a theory suggesting that Epstein used his brilliance to manipulate people to do his bidding and, and serve his needs according to court records. Now you see what I've been talking about this whole time. Now folks, all of this talk that you've seen in the papers about Jeff, Jeffrey Epstein's brilliance, oh, he's such a brilliant man, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, was all groundwork leading up to this point. Now Maxwell and her team can say, look, everyone said he was so brilliant he had the halo effect going on. Maxwell was, you know, Oxford educated and around, you know, the most smartest people in the world, but she's dumb enough to get wrapped up in it. Nobody's buying that shit, okay? I'm not. You're not. The penguins in Antarctica aren't. Nobody's buying it. Bunch of bullshit.

Now, from the prosecution standpoint, what they're trying to do is, you know, have all of the factors on their side and if they can not have these witnesses, these experts testify more to the better, right? The, the, the harder they make it for the defense, the better off it is for them. The government contends that much of Maxwell's proposed expert testimony is unreliable, irrelevant or squarely within the knowledge of the average juror. According to court records in Maxwell's criminal case. Basically, it looks like they're trying to bring these quote unquote experts aboard to, you know, demean the survivors, to destroy their credibility and all of that, the
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
usual stuff that we see here.
Bobby Capucci
And whereas that might have worked before, it's not going to work anymore.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
Everybody's hip to it.
Bobby Capucci
And people who are going to be jurors, jurors, perhaps, they're hip to it, too, and not just from this case, just in general. People are tired of it. They're real tired of people like Maxwell getting away with things. Rather than focus narrowly on reliable opinions that would be relevant to issues in this case, the defendant proposes to have her experts testify broadly about a wide variety of topics, from testimony about various psychological disorders to testimony regarding the generation of false memories in laboratory settings that are not helpful to the jury, prosecutors wrote Monday. So what they're saying here is basically what I just said. This is quackery, okay?
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
You.
Bobby Capucci
You're not going to replicate the results you get in the laboratory, sitting in the courtroom. You've never sat down with any of these survivors. You can only give a very vague opinion about the overall effect. Okay? So basically spitballing, and nobody's buying it. Maxwell's lawyers have indicated in court filings that they intend to call Eliza Elizabeth Loftus, a psychologist and frequent expert witness for defendants, to testify about research showing that false memories can be described with confidence, detail, and emotion, just like true memories, even though a witness may not be deliberately lying. Okay, so what they're saying there is, you're not a liar, but you're a liar. Such a joke. They're trying to set it up to say that the survivors have false memories. They're remembering incorrectly about who abused them. It really was the Boogeyman hanging out
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
with the Chupacabra who was brought over
Bobby Capucci
there by the Wolf Man. But really, Bigfoot was the one doing the grooming. They might as well tell us that. Guess what? Fuck off.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
Okay?
Bobby Capucci
And I really hope that the jury sees through the bullshit. Such opinions would be highly prejudicial and inflammatory, would confuse and mislead the jury, and would invade the fundamental province of the jury in determining witness credibility, prosecutors wrote. So that's really what it comes down to, right?
Epstein Chronicles Host
And we could skip all of it,
Bobby Capucci
and I could just go directly to the end there and tell you that's what it's all about. They're trying to destroy the credibility of these survivors, these girls who were abused and trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein, some of them allegedly by Ghislaine Maxwell, and they're trying to absolutely destroy them once again. That's their goal. Maxwell's defense team has also proposed that Park Dietz, a forensic psychiatrist Most famous for testifying for the prosecution at the trial of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Offer expert opinion to counter assertions of the government and its proposed expert, who claimed Maxwell's alleged grooming of vulnerable minor girls was a key component and and Epstein's scheme of abuse. Okay. The word grooming has acquired meaning beyond an objective description of behaviors. It imputes motive and intent without adequate evidence of either. Maxwell's lawyers wrote to the court in a preview of Dietz's anticipated testimony. So Dietz and Watson over here is gonna get up there and say that she wasn't grooming anybody? That's not really what the word means. Meanwhile, we have firsthand reports of Ghislaine Maxwell talking about going to find nubiles.
Epstein Chronicles Host
Fuck.
Bobby Capucci
You think we're gonna ignore that? We're gonna forget about that. So you could bring on Parker Dietz, Parker brothers, Parker McShnobble, and it's not gonna matter because the facts are the facts in this case. None of your bs, none of your experts, and none of the nonsense that they're gonna bring to the table is going to change the facts. Dietz argues that there is no settled definition of the term grooming in the litigation context. When grooming is applied to such common and desirable behaviors as being kind or attentive or helpful or caring, there is considerable risk of misleading the fact finder into believing that these latter behaviors are well established predictors of child sexual abuse when they are not. He added. Um, what breaking news. Okay, if you don't know my kid, stay the fuck away from him. I don't need you to be nice to him.
Epstein Chronicles Host
I don't need you to talk to
Bobby Capucci
them or offer them a massage job.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
Okay?
Bobby Capucci
That's exactly what they were doing. Grooming and Parker brothers over here. Mr. Numbnut's head. Another one of these so called doctors. Such a joke. Such a joke. Federal prosecutors have taken particular exception to part of Dietz's proposed testimony that focuses on the so called halo effect, which is described by Dietz as a cognitive bias where a positive evaluation of one characteristic has a radiating effect on how other non related characteristics of the individual are evaluated. Basically what they're saying is that Epstein is the reason we're here. It has nothing to do with Ghislaine Maxwell. We're all missing the boat. She's just another victim of Jeffrey Epstein's. It's not the case. Now you might be able to get over on that with people who don't know what's going on here. People who have not followed this case, but with people who have followed this case. Zero chance that's gonna work. In a letter submitted to the court by Maxwell's lawyers, Dietzsch suggested that Epstein exploited the halo effect, which allowed him to use his brilliance to manipulate people, to do his bidding and to compartmentalize people into isolated cells in which none had complete information about his activities. Such bullshit. So right there, their whole entire defense is out the window. We know he wasn't brilliant, okay? When you talk to talk about Jeffrey Epstein to the scientists around him, he wasn't brilliant. He was just another dumb fuck, okay? The only reason that he was able
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
to do what he did is because
Bobby Capucci
he had handlers in the government helping him. Jeffrey Epstein is not some fucking genius. But the government is seeking to exclude Dietz's testimony on the so called halo effect, arguing that it appears designed to engender sympathy for Maxwell. That is exactly what it does. That's the whole point of the defense. Dr. Dietz and Watson has absolutely no basis to make such broad and sweeping factual claims about Epstein or his relationships with anyone, much less anyone in this case.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
Prosecutors wrote.
Bobby Capucci
For sure he doesn't know Epstein. I'm sure he doesn't even know much about this case. He's making a general statement here. And while that might be the general way things go, there's nothing general about this case. Everything about it is unique. And Mr. Dietz, you're about to learn that. And it is no basis at all for Mr. Dietz to suggest to the jury that anyone involved in this case did anything because of Epstein's halo.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
They added.
Bobby Capucci
US District Judge Allison Nathan, who is overseeing Maxwell's criminal trial, will hold a hearing Wednesday to settle the party's disputes over the expert witnesses. Maxwell, 59, has pleaded not guilty to allegations that she conspired with and aided Epstein's abuse of Minor Girls between 1994 and 2004. Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
All we have heard is how unfair Porgylaine has been treated. There's psychologists watching her every move. She has to wear paper clothes even she's been put on suicide watch and she's in solitary confinement. These are just a few of the complaints we have heard from her and her legal team since she's been in the clink. Well, all of that stuff, a bunch of bupkis like we knew it was. And in reality, of course, Ghislaine Maxwell is going to get favorable treatment. Now we find out today that Ghislaine Maxwell is the first inmate at her facility in six months to get a face to face with her lawyer.
Bubba Wallace
What?
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
All those people that have been in jail longer than her don't deserve that face to face. First, all of these people that have been arrested waiting to talk to their legal counsel shouldn't be given the same opportunity. Why does Ghislaine Maxwell get to be the first inmate in this facility who gets to see her legal counsel face to face? It's absurd. It is absolutely absurd. Especially considering the barrage of bullshit her legal team was throwing around about her being treated unfairly. So you see now, right here in front of your face, in front of your eyes, how it unfolds. Complain, complain, complain, complain. When it's obvious the conditions are not what they say they are. And in reality, we know that eventually Ghislaine Maxwell would get some favorable treatment.
Bobby Capucci
And here we are.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
So I would be pissed if I was a lawyer for one of these other inmates or if I was one of these other inmates. I would be furious that this lady, this high society, so called member of polite society, gets to see her lawyer before I do. What makes her any better than any of those other people waiting either to go to prison, to be sentenced to prison, or those who have been sentenced, whatever it may be. What makes her have the right to see her attorneys face to face before them?

tonight is from the Daily Mail. The author of this article is Karen Ruiz. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell becomes first federal inmate in NYC Allowed an in person visit since the pandemic started after the British socialite, co conspirator, fellow child abuser, attorneys were spotted arriving at the prison for a four hour meeting.

Two members of Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team were spotted visiting her in prison on Friday, making her the first federal inmates in New York City to be granted an in person visit since the start of the pandemic. Wow. So Ghislaine Maxwell gets arrested. It's only been in there since July, but all of a sudden she skips to the front of the line to get her lawyers in there to talk to her after we were just fed that whole line of bullshit about how poorly she has been treated. Nobody's buying that, first of all. Second of all, she should not be seeing her lawyers if other people are not. Here's what I've said from the beginning. Equal treatment for everybody under the law. Maxwell, 58, has been held at the Metropolitan Detention center in Brooklyn since early July when she was denied bail after pleading not guilty to child sex trafficking charges.

And she's the first one granted an in person sit down with her lawyers. I don't even know what to say about that. I mean, these lawyers are going to
Bobby Capucci
have a field day that their clients
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
were left in the dark while Ghislaine Maxwell was able to get that top notch treatment. Must be nice to have a couple of bucks. Must be nice to have a few political connections that are still active, huh? Until today, prisoners had not been allowed to meet with their attorneys or other visitors in person due to the coronavirus restrictions. Defense attorney Christian Everdell, Harvard alum, was seen arriving at the prison Friday morning alongside another female member of Maxwell's legal team. The New York Daily News reported both. Both wore masks as they entered the facility.
Epstein Chronicles Host
Well, that's nice. It's a good thing that they wore masks.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
I mean, you know, that protects everybody from what's going on now that they have their masks on. Well, it's all. It's all okay. Unless you're one of the other countless numbers of prisoners in the New York Detention center system and rotting away, waiting for your chance to speak to your lawyers, to formulate your defense. Meanwhile, you pick up the news, read the news the next day, and this is what your family sees, that this monster gets to speak to her representation and they don't. Sources told the paper it was the first time an inmate had received a legal visit since the pandemic started and that the visit lasted nearly four hours. I mean, wow, this is a case that has been riddled with privilege for the upper crust of society, for the rich, for the powerful. And Ghislaine Maxwell is still getting dealt those cards. She's still getting called to the front of the line. How is that even possible? Attorney Sean Hecker, who has filed a lawsuit seeking to grant defense attorneys access to their clients again slammed the visit as absurd and unjust. Yeah, I'll tell you what, Mr. Shawn Hecker, I agree with you there, sir. Absolutely ridiculous. And like I said before I started the article, I'm sure that there are some lawyers that are insane over this. If I was a lawyer for one of the inmates in New York that I've been trying to see my client or my client has requested to see me, and I have not been able to do so due to the Corona virus restrictions, and I wake up and I find out that Maxwell, of all people, gets to go and talk to her legal representation for four hours. Yeah, I'd be pretty. Never mind if I was this attorney Shawn Hecker, who. Who had a lawsuit already filed seeking to grant the defense attorneys access to their clients. So, yeah, I'm pretty sure this guy's fired up. We've been litigating for the Federal Defenders of New York to obtain a safe, in person visiting option for many months. MDC detainees have been waiting up to six months for such visits. And BOP MDC decides that the first such visit should go to a wealthy British social socialite. Absurd and unjust, he said on Twitter. And I just like to say, not a socialite, I'd like to say coconspirator and, you know, child abuser. But besides that, that's a quality rant from Mr. Sean Hecker here who has a lawsuit going cuz he wants to be able to talk to his clients in person.
Epstein Chronicles Host
Is that too much to ask?
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
I mean, you would think that if you were an inmate in one of these jails that you'd be dying at this point to see your legal representation? Imagine being in here since the pandemic has started and not being able to talk to your lawyer face to face. Buck Elaine Maxwell. Well, she shows up and all of a sudden the person who's crying that she's being treated so unjustly automatically gets a four hour face to face. The Bureau of Prisons refused to confirm whether Maxwell was the first inmate to receive an in person visit, but said coronavirus protocols reported remain in place. So wait a minute here, hold on now. You mean to tell me, according to this article anyway, that these protocols remain in place so none of these other inmates are going to be able to see their representation after knowing that Ghislaine Maxwell was able to see hers? Is that what you're telling me right now? Is that what this article is trying to tell us? Because I have to say.
The Zebra Insurance Advertiser
Wow.
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
While in general legal visits are suspended, case by case accommodations will be accomplished at the local level and confidential legal calls will be allowed in order to ensure inmates maintain access to counsel. A spokesperson told the paper, we are facilitating attorney client visitation as well as judicial proceedings via video conference, primarily at our detention centers. So it's a case by case basis. Who decides? The Bureau of Prisons. And how many other waivers have they granted since. Since the pandemic has started, that would be a good place for us to start, no? If they haven't granted any other waivers and all of a sudden Ghislaine Maxwell gets the waiver, well, what does that tell you? What does that say about this fine two tiered justice system that lords over us? Just more evidence about how corrupt and ancient it is. Hecker said he learned Maxwell was the first prisoner to be granted access to her legal team in person from another source. It is outrageous that the first person visit would be granted to a well heeled British socialite who the President of the United States that he wished well.

But the fact of the matter is, if she's getting these visits and nobody else is, and there's no other waivers that have been granted, the question is, why did she get a waiver and nobody else has gotten one. It's not like nobody else has asked. According to this lawyer. Again, he has filed a suit because he is not granted access to his clients.

Hecker said officials have been discussing allowing inmates visits from their lawyers again, but they are likely to be limited to a one hour session from one lawyer. Maxwell, however, was visited by two people for over three hours. So again, whatever Maxwell gets, the rest of the inmates should get as well. I don't understand how they think that something like this is just going to be ignored. With all of the spotlight that is on this case, you would think that people would have all of their ducks in a row and would be conducting themselves in a correct and and proper fashion if you're Again, there is no way that Ghislaine Maxwell should be getting visits from her lawyers while nobody else does. It comes days after the British socialite co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all around scumbag was denied her request to be transferred out of solitary confinement after lawyers argued she was unable to properly prepare for trial under 24 hour surveillance. So I guess she's gonna be able to properly prepare now, right? We won't have to hear that anymore. On the bright side, her lawyers can go and get stuffed now with their stupid ass ridiculous comments about how she's being treated so poorly. No, she's not being treated poorly. In fact, she's being treated like a

high profile prisoner should be treated.

And from what we're reading here, she's getting some special privileges. Even so. So please save it. She had previously complained about conditions inside the jail where she is to remain until her trial next July. Maxwell has been taken off suicide watch earlier this month, but is being searched

multiple times each day and is under

constant watch of the guards, her lawyers said. In a letter protesting about the uniquely onerous conditions of her confinement, her legal team claimed that she has been kept under constant surveillance with. Without her consent.

It's time to take a shower. And when it's time for you to eat your baloney sandwich for dinner, guess what? You're gonna eat it. And you're gonna like it. Maxwell was arrested on July 2 on charges that she assisted her former boyfriend, co conspirator, fellow child abuser, convicted pedophile, and late financier Jeffrey Epstein in the sexual abuse of minors between 1994 and 1997. And, and lying under oath, she has pleaded not guilty. Look, it's a farce that Ghislaine Maxwell is given any sort of special privileges that other inmates are not receiving.
Bobby Capucci
I don't know how much more clearer
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
I can be about that. And in fact, I really would like to see where this story ends up going. Does this open the floodgates for other prisoners now to have one on ones with their lawyers? It should.
Bobby Capucci
I know if I was an inmate
Commentator on Maxwell's Prison Treatment
or if I was one of these lawyers, that's what I would be pining for. And I think they have a good case. Right. If you bring this before a judge, I think a judge would probably side with the plaintiff here because it's, it's a legitimate case. If it's good for Ghislaine, why is it not good for Joe Bob? And this is just another example of what this case has held from the very beginning. We keep seeing instances of the very most privileged amongst us getting special, special circumstances provided for them, no matter the situation. So next time you hear Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers crying foul, the next time you hear them complaining about her so called terrible conditions inside of the jail, just remember that she got a four hour one on one with her lawyers while the rest of those inmates were told to rot. Epstein Chronicles Host
What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So Ghislaine Maxwell spent a whole bunch of time telling us how innocent she is. And recently she had a proffer session, if you want to call it that, with the doj. And I pointed out as we went through the transcripts that she was perjuring herself. Well, now we have a bunch of new emails that have been released that were never before seen. And guess what? Everything Elaine Maxwell was pitching during that interview was a bunch of bs. All of it. Every last bit of it. And these emails prove that she played an integral role when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein's operation. And she certainly wasn't just somebody on the sideline, wasn't just, you know, an ASHOK girl who decided that Jeffrey Epstein was her best way to get to the top or whatever. That's a bunch of bs. That narrative has always been a bunch of bs. Ghin Maxwell was always in the thick of it. She was always somebody. That was an operational must for Jeffrey Epstein. When we're talking about the ground level of the operation. Maxwell was indispensable. It's not even disputable. And what these emails do is they throw water on anybody thinking that Ghislaine Maxwell was just, you know, an innocent bystander who got arrested and ended up going to prison for somebody else's crimes. As we've been telling you for years, Ghislaine Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. This article was published by Firstpost.com and the headline epstein Emails Reveal Deep Secrets. Maxwell Knew what He did. Trump Figures three Times says Report. This article was authored by FP News Desk. Glenn Maxwell has spent years trying to minimize her role in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. She's insisted that she was merely a one time girlfriend who later acted as his household manager, arranging decorators and hiring staff for as many properties. Even after her 2021 conviction for sex trafficking, she has maintained that her involvement was strictly peripheral. But thousands of emails from Epstein's yahoo account, some 18,000 messages in total, paint a different picture. Obtained by Bloomberg, they show Maxwell was not only deeply involved in Epstein's business and personal dealings, but also an active participant in his legal strategies and his attempts to discredit victims. The same she lied about during that session, if you want to call it that. The fireside chat with Todd Blanch. And I pointed it out then. And the sad part is nothing's going to come of it. She's not going to be held accountable. And all the people out there that were talking about, oh, Ghin Maxwell's misunderstood. They're not going to come back to the table and say, ah, you know what, we were bamboozled, we were hustled. They'll just move on to the next bit of outrage that they hope they can profit from. Far from stepping away in 2003, as she claimed, Maxwell was still exchanging near daily messages with Epstein years later, including the months leading up to his 2008 plea deal. Well, yeah, we knew this. We've seen some emails previously, but now with this trove, 18,000 emails. Yeah, I'd say that that is going to open some eyes. And I think it's important that, that we get a look at all of those emails with no redactions, by the way. Unless, of course, they're talking about victims and survivors. But besides that, let's see it all. I don't care who gets embarrassed. The correspondence documents an enduring partnership built on logistics, strategy, intimacy and secrecy. Now, the emails show that Maxwell opened at least one foreign bank account using Epstein's address, served as a director of of one of his key companies, and traded stock in a business they both invested in. She managed his homes, organized his staff, and even reminded him about assistants, birthdays and Christmas bonuses. Now, remember, Ghisne, Maxwell told us none of that stuff was going on, right? She was just the woman in charge of the properties. Oh, I was there to make sure that everything was decorated correctly. I don't even know what you're talking about. And Todd Blanch, boy, he looks really bad right now, doesn't he? And unfortunately for Mr. Blanch and the administration and anyone who is trying to cover this up, it's only going to get worse. Because if you think people are going to stop looking into this, if you think people are going to stop digging, you're absolutely out of your mind. I mean, remember when Glenn Maxwell told us she didn't know how all that money got deposited in her account? Imagine somebody deposited $30 million in your account, and you had the audacity to tell people you have no idea where it came from. You never seen it, you never touched it. Stop it. I didn't believe you then, and I certainly don't believe you now. Maxwell also acted as A social coordinator ensuring Epstein stayed plugged in to elite networks. She offered high profile contact seats on his jet or visits to his private island, maintained ties with politicians and celebrities, and nurtured connections with billionaires. She was not just decorating Epstein's homes. She was helping him maintain the image of a man at the center of global power. Exactly what I've been telling you for years. And not just me, obviously. A bunch of other people. But sure, let's go with the narrative that's being built that Ghislaine Maxwell is misunderstood. Stop that shit right away. If you want to be taken serious when it comes to this conversation, stop that shit immediately. Perhaps the most damning exchange came in May of 2008 as Epstein's legal team negotiated a plea deal in Florida. He wrote Maxwell asking her opinion on which charge sounded better, lewd and lascivious conduct or procuring minors for prostitution. Her reply was blunt. I suppose. Lewd and lascivious conduct. I would prefer lewd and lascivious conduct with a prostitute if possible. 14 year old girl. This is how Glenn Maxwell thought. Oh, I had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. He never did anything untowards around me. Everybody was just on the up and up. Everything Ghislaine Maxwell says is a fucking lie. And if you believe it, well, I hate to be that guy, but you're stupid.

Epstein Chronicles Host
A month later, Epstein pleaded guilty to two state charges, solicitation of prostitution and procurement of minors, and avoided federal prosecution. Maxwell's casual involvement in such a decision shows her awareness of the gravity of the case and the reality of his crimes. Yeah, no shit. That's exactly what it shows. A 2007 spreadsheet prepared by Epstein's accountants offers a chilling look at how he used money and gifts to manipulate both allies and victims. Nearly 2,000 entries totaling 1.8 million, including everything from luxury cars and watches, the lingerie and chocolates. A $71,000 Lexus for lawyer Alan Dershowitz. Locked as part of his legal fees. An $11,000 Rolex for real estate investor Tom Barack. A close Trump associate. A $35,000 Aud Morris watch intended for Clinton aid, Doug Band. Dozens of entries marked gifts for the girls with annotations ranging from Victoria's Secret lingerie to Western Union transfers. One victim alone was logged as receiving more than 75,000 in gifts in cash, including a laptop, study abroad tuition and Thai massage lessons. Well, we all know who that was. That's Virginia Roberts. And a $71,000 Lexus for Alan Dershowitz. Yeah, I don't want cash. How about Alexis instead? $11,000 Rolex for one of Trump's homies, Tom Barack. That sounds about right. And a $35,000 watch for Doug Band, who was Clinton's fixer for all those years. Nah, nothing to see here, folks. Just a big conspiracy theory. We should all just move on. The initials GM appear more than 250 times, showing Maxwell's involvement in distributing the gifts. Victims later testified that these payments were part of Epstein's manipulation, isolating them, fostering dependency and maintaining control. Yo, don't you love the smell of receipts in the morning? All the bullshit Galayan Maxwell was up to recently. All that's on fire now. Now, despite long standing speculation, Trump's name only appears three times in the emails. In September of 2006, Maxwell circulated a list of 51 politicians and business leaders for Epstein's review. Remove Trump, he instructed. His name surfaced again in 2007 when Maxwell flagged him as a figure. Reporters my contact during their coverage of Epstein's legal troubles. And in another exchange, Epstein's network referenced Trump in the context of Palm beach society ties. Maxwell later told the Justice Department that Donald Trump was cordial and kind and that she never saw him behave inappropriately. Trump himself has said his friendship with Epstein ended after a dispute reportedly over a Mar A Lago employee. Well, one of many excuses, honestly. While the emails do not tie Trump to Epstein's abuse, they show his presence on the margins of Epstein's social world. And there's going to be a lot of that. There's no doubt that these two had ties for a very long time. And I've told you once, and I'll tell you again, I haven't seen any sort of evidence that Donald Trump was engaged in, in any kind of abuse of girls with Jeffrey Epstein. Now look, that's not to say that there's not evidence out there somewhere, but I can only work with what I've seen. My problem with Donald Trump with this situation as of now is the COVID up. Who are you protecting and why? And think about how terrifying that is for a minute. Forces out there that are so powerful, so strong that they can force an American president's hand. Pretty terrifying, though, because of course, that leaves us with the question, who the fuck's in charge? Other powerful figures appear more prominently. Maxwell was photographed with Prince Andrew at parties, and victims have testified that he groped them in Epstein's townhouse. The emails do not prove such allegations, but they confirm Maxwell's role as a bridge between Epstein and British royalty. Clinton and his circle also figure in the correspondence. Maxwell arranged flights for Clinton aide Doug band, offered him $35,000 watch, and promoted her ocean conservation nonprofit Terramar Project through the Clinton Global Initiative. Clinton's spokesperson has said that the former president knew nothing about Epstein's crimes. Oh, had no idea. Slick Willie, one of the most political people in the history of political people, had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. That's the story you're gonna go with? Okay, I guess don't get mad when that story gets absolutely savaged. When Virginia Roberts accused Epstein and Maxwell of abuse, Maxwell went on the offensive. In 2015, she asked Epstein for any files his lawyers had on Roberts. She circulated an old police report that painted Roberts as unreliable and told Epstein she planned to distribute it. Weeks later, the New York Daily News published a story casting doubt on Robert's credibility, citing sealed juvenile records. Roberts later sued Maxwell for defamation, a case that was settled. The emails show that Maxwell not only knew about Robert's allegations, but actively sought to underminer even as the evidence mounted. But yeah, let's go have another fireside chat with her, you disingenuous. And all you people out there that supported that, really, go give yourself a smack, bro. Strikingly, even as Epstein faced indictment, Maxwell discussed undergoing fertility procedures that required his sperm donations. In one 2006 email, she reminded him to collect all the ejaculate for her procedure within 90 minutes. Such exchanges contradict Maxwell's claim that her relationship with Epstein had diminished by 2003. Instead, the emails show emotional and physical entanglement stretching well into his legal crisis. Look, folks, I know it's going to shock you, but Ghislaine Maxwell's a liar. Back to our schedule Programming. The inbox also reveals Epstein's eccentric consumerism. More than 600Amazon purchases, including an FBI agent costume, teeth, whitener leather bullwhip, size 12 crocs, and a schoolgirl uniform. In one email chain, Maxwell and Epstein discussed whether a 19 year old woman was cute enough for sex acts. Epstein dismissed another young woman as fat and Asian. Sorry. These details, mundane on the surface, expose a man who mixed ordinary consumption with predatory fixations and a network of women, including Maxwell, who facilitated it. Even as Epstein's world collapsed after his 2006 arrest, Maxwell continued to leverage her social connections on his behalf. She name dropped fashion designer, Hollywood directors and Silicon Valley leaders. She urged Epstein to treat Anne Wojcicki, co founder of 23andMe and the partner of Sergey Brin, with special care, calling her key to DNA research. At the same time, political requests flowed in. The office of Bill Richardson, then governor of New York, inquired whether he could use Epstein's jet for a peace mission. Epstein told Maxwell to have Richardson call him directly. The emails reveal how Epstein's money, planes and access to luxury were currency for building and maintaining influence. Maxwell was often the broker. And look, the whole Bill Richardson angle, Nobody wants to talk about that, huh? Bill Richardson was deep and so was George Mitchell. And we're going to be talking about them a little bit more moving forward. As Epstein's plea deal neared in 2007, Maxwell stayed closely involved. Epstein updated her on negotiations. Did not go well. Two years. And she agonized in the response. I'm sad, scared and depressed. I can't shake it. Well, you should have been all of those things because guess what, Ghislaine, you're guilty. She also helped wind down his empire, deciding whether to sell his Bentley fire staff or unload his helicopter. She even sought advice on Bear Stearn stock as the financial crisis loomed. The level of coordination shows Maxwell was not distancing herself, but doubling down, ensuring Epstein's world would keep functioning even as he went behind bars. So in other words, Glenn Maxwell lied to us. Who the hell would have ever called that? I thought that she was the, you know, the peak and the pinnacle of honesty. Epstein died in a New York jail cell in 2019. His death was ruled a suicide. Maxwell was arrested the following year, convicted of sex trafficking in 21, and sentenced to 20 years in prison. She is now appealing her case to, to the Supreme Court. And I would say that the prosecution, the doj, would love to get their hands on these emails and use them against Maxwell. But we know that's not gonna happen. I mean, they already cut her a cushy deal. So what next? They're not gonna pursue it, right? The investigation's over. That's what they told us. Meanwhile, anyone with half a brain in their head knows that they've been lied to and that this investigation is far from over. So until we get some transparency so, and we get some answers, we're going to be here every single day beating this drum and keeping these flags of discontent waving. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

The Epstein Chronicles
Host: Bobby Capucci
Episode: Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And The Narratives That Never Stuck (8/2/26)
Date: August 2, 2026
This "Mega Edition" episode of The Epstein Chronicles digs deeply into the enduring myths and debunked narratives surrounding Ghislaine Maxwell’s involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise. Host Bobby Capucci walks listeners through the latest legal maneuvers, new evidence—specifically the release of a trove of emails—and the broader implications for the justice system, survivors, and the elite figures entangled in Epstein’s orbit. Capucci’s signature blend of skepticism, blunt language, and empathy for survivors lays out why the "Maxwell as innocent bystander" defense never held up and what recent revelations mean for public understanding and future accountability.
"It was never a conspiracy theory. It was always a criminal conspiracy. And those of you who have hung in there...the payoff is coming, folks. And that payoff is going to be this lady getting convicted."
– Bobby Capucci (06:23)
"They're trying to set it up to say that the survivors have false memories. They're remembering incorrectly about who abused them. It really was the Boogeyman...but really, Bigfoot was the one doing the grooming. They might as well tell us that. Guess what? Fuck off."
– Bobby Capucci (16:30)
"It's a farce that Ghislaine Maxwell is given any sort of special privileges that other inmates are not receiving. I don't know how much more clearer I can be about that."
– Bobby Capucci (39:12)
"Everything Ghislaine Maxwell was pitching during that interview was a bunch of BS. All of it. Every last bit of it. And these emails prove that she played an integral role when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein’s operation. And she certainly wasn’t just somebody on the sideline..."
– Bobby Capucci (43:42)
"Perhaps the most damning exchange came in May of 2008 as Epstein’s legal team negotiated a plea deal in Florida. He wrote Maxwell asking her opinion on which charge sounded better...Her reply was blunt. 'I suppose...lewd and lascivious conduct...with a prostitute if possible. 14 year old girl.' This is how Ghislaine Maxwell thought."
– Bobby Capucci citing uncovered emails (45:41)
On the prosecution’s challenges:
"The government contends that much of Maxwell’s proposed expert testimony is unreliable, irrelevant or squarely within the knowledge of the average juror...this is quackery, okay?"
– Bobby Capucci (14:30)
On the two-tier system:
"What makes her have the right to see her attorneys face to face before them? Must be nice to have a couple bucks. Must be nice to have a few political connections that are still active, huh?"
– Commentary on Maxwell’s privilege (25:30)
On public advocacy:
"All the survivors out there...you’re not alone. Not anymore. Whereas before you were screaming into the wind, now your voice is being magnified by millions who stand shoulder to shoulder with you."
– Bobby Capucci (07:32)
Bobby Capucci balances righteous outrage, direct language, investigative rigor, and moments of bleak humor. He’s sharply critical of elite privilege and the legal maneuvers of Maxwell’s defense team, displaying deep empathy for survivors and righteous impatience for institutional cover-ups. Capucci is unflinching in exposing hypocrisy, defending evidence over narrative, and calling out both the media and legal system when they fall short.
This episode cuts through public relations spin, legal theatrics, and media deflections to clarify Ghislaine Maxwell’s central, active role in Epstein’s crimes—bolstered by new, irrefutable evidence. Capucci dismantles the self-serving narratives of Maxwell’s defense and the injustices of her privileged treatment, all while highlighting why this case reverberates so loudly for justice, survivor support, and the fight against entrenched elite impunity.
