Pam Bondi has made the Epstein problem worse because she turned what should have been a sober, victim-centered document process into a rolling credibility disaster. She helped raise expectations with public talk about Epstein material being ready for...

What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. After the debacle that was phase one of the Epstein file release, pal Bondi is now doubling down and saying that more Jeffrey Epstein files are going to be released. And according to her, the reason that this is taking some time is because there is a so called insurrection within the sdny. But I don't buy that for a minute, folks. I know a lot of people out there don't want to hear that, but I don't buy it. There's no way that the SDNY is rebelling against the Attorney General and the head of the FBI. If that was the case, they would send a team down there to arrest whoever was doing this. But instead they're talking about firing people, they're talking about all this other nonsense that doesn't even matter. Here's an idea. You're the Attorney General, right? Well, why don't you reopen the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's death and the investigation into the npa? Let's get to the bottom of that. And then when your so called FBI roadblock is removed, then we can get to those documents. But here's the deal. I have a very, very hard time believing that Pam Bondi is going to be able to deliver. And that's because a lot of these documents unfortunately are probably destroyed. And I don't mean recently. I'm talking about over the years. When you have an asset that gets burned the way Jeffrey Epstein was burned, they yank that chain, right? They get rid of all documentation that's going to lead back to them at the very least. Now they might, you know, leave some kind of breadcrumbs to throw you off the trail. But the truth is, I think the ship is sail, folks. And I don't think we're ever going to see anything of consequence ever again. And I hate to be that kind of contrarian, but I think that history has proved us correct time and time again here as we've all slithered through this muck in this sewer. Every time you turn around, people are promising justice, people are promising this, that, the other thing. And then what we get is some stupid ass stunt with a bunch of goofball influencers and binders. And let's remember it was Pam Bondi out here talking all this nonsense, right? Nobody told her that she had to come out talking about Jeffrey Epstein files, this, that, the other thing, but there she was talking about it. Now you got to be about it. All that big talk is fine and well on the campaign trail, but now that you're in office, it's time to deliver. And that's what I said from the very beginning. If they don't deliver, then I'm going to be critical of them. And there is zero doubt that they haven't delivered. And you better believe I have zero faith in Pam Bondi and what's going on here. And have you noticed everybody stopped talking about the dumbass list? That's because it never existed. They were all dog walking you. And anybody out here telling you about that list lied to you. If there was a list, we would have seen it a long, long time ago. There is no list. There's never going to be a list. And anybody saying there is should not be listened to at all. Today's article is from the Independent, and the headline, attorney General Pam Bondi is insists more Jeffrey Epstein files are being released despite disastrous Phase one. This article was authored by James Liddell. Attorney General Pam Bondi has again proclaimed that America will get the full Jeffrey Epstein files after the highly anticipated first phase contained no major new allegations about the convicted sex offender nor his associates. Well, that's because you're all looking in the wrong place. The files. The files. Stop it. How about the video from the night Jeffrey Epstein allegedly attempted suicide? How about the video from the night that he died? How about a brand new investigation into that NPA that you tried to set Acosta up as the fall guy for? How about that? And folks, let's not cut corners here, okay? Pam Bondi was the Attorney General in Florida from 2011 to 2019. She knows who all the players are. She knows who Jeffrey Epstein is. Bro was running rampant in her backyard. So it's always laughable when people from Florida especially try to tell me they don't know who Jeffrey Epstein is or was. Give me a break. The nation's top law enforcement officer publicly released about 200 pages of files Thursday, including a series of flight logs from Epstein's private jet, a partly redacted contacts list, and a fully blacked out list of masseuses. Later On Thursday, the U.S. department of justice accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of Epstein documents as Bondi wrote a letter to the Bureau's newly confirmed director, Cash Patel, demanding that all material related to the disgraced financier pedophile be turned over to her office by Friday morning. We are getting the absolute dog walk here. No, it's not his fault. No, it's not her fault. I don't have the files. He has the files. She has the files. Joe has the files. Oh, wait, we don't have the files. That's what it's going to end up being. Mark my words. And look, I hope I'm wrong. I would love to come back here and say to you, you know what? Pam Bondi's a hero. She did the right thing and we got the information and now we're going to get justice. But unfortunately, I just don't see that being the case. Later Thursday, the U.S. department of justice accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of Epstein documents as Bondi wrote a new letter to the Bureau's newly confirmed director, Cash Patel, demanding that all material related to the disgraced financier pedophile be turned over to her office by Friday morning. On Saturday, Bondi told Fox News host Mark Levin that Americans will get the full Epstein files thanks to Donald Trump being the most transparent president. You know, they keep talking that they better make sure they follow through, because you don't have to worry about the ardent loyalists, right? Trump's ardent loyalists. Those people are gonna vote maga. They're gonna vote, you know, Pam Bondi, no matter what. But independents who have jumped on board, they expect action, and they expect something to take place here when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't mean some lip service and some bullshit documents we've all seen 10 years ago. There needs to be real action here, actionable justice. New York City sdny, they're sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein. Thousands and thousands. And of course, you've seen the very strong letters, she said. So if that's the case, remember, all these people work for the government. They can't just sit on information, send a strike team over there, kick in the door and raid them like you would do any other American who's not giving you what you want. But, no, these people get to do whatever they want. Allegedly, they can run the whole entire country from their office in the sdny. Now, look, I am not a fan of the sdny, as you all know, but I find this to be a bit rich. I highly doubt that the SDNY is holding things up here, and I think that they're being used as a scapegoat. That's what I think. Now, is the SDNY probably putting up a few roadblocks or whatever? Sure, I'm sure they are. But to act like Pam Bondi and Cash Patel can't reign that in. It's not a good look. And I don't think that it's the kind of image that they want to project. That they can't even control their own ranks. How are you going to keep the rest of us safe if you can't keep the rank and file doing what they're supposed to do? And if they don't do what they're supposed to do, why aren't they fired? We will get everything. We will have it in our possession. We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses. But the American people have a right to know. And Donald Trump is the most transparent president in our nation's history. Okay, well, let's see it. Keep talking about it. Let's be about it a little bit, right? Let's see these documents that everybody's yapping about. Bondi also promised that documents surrounding the assassination of former President JFK and, and civil rights activist Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Will also be declassified. So not only will America get the full Epstein files, they will get jfk, they will get Martin Luther King. She said. And look, that's all great, right? I'd love to see the files, but what's going to come after that? Are there going to be any arrests? Is there going to be any kind of justice? Well, I wouldn't get my hopes up. The hype declassification of all the Epstein documents was, was met with backlash from conservatives after Bondi teed up their release Wednesday and told Fox News that the details will make you sick. Yeah, the details we've been talking about here for years, right? Nothing in those files that were released. And then you have this douchebag standing here, I don't even know what his name is, holding up this binder with his dumbass stupid grin on his face. Then you got the libs of Tik Tok lady in the back with a big old grin on her face. Has she ever even talked about the Epstein survivors ever? Once? Look, I don't even know who any of these people are. I don't follow influencers. I don't follow people that are trying to pitch me and I certainly don't follow grifters. So I have zero idea who any of these people are or what they talk about or what the they're supposed to be influencing is bananas to me. You got these people on like tick tock and who fire off a few opinions and all of a sudden they're this great geopolitical commentator. I got news for you. Save your TikTok for somebody else. I'm not buying it. You're out here with all this nonsense, all these opinions. That's great. Have all the Opinions you want, but what makes you so special that your opinion should matter? To me, I listen to people that have a track record of being right, not people who have a track record of moving the goal posts every single time their grift is exposed. And unfortunately, a lot of these influencers are exactly that. Much of the material released was previously published material from the prosecution of Glenn Maxwell Epstein's girlfriend. No. Co conspirator, general scumbag, bipedal serpent and fellow child abuser. That's what you mean, right? And close confidant. Two years after the disgraced financier pedophile took his own life, allegedly while in a Manhattan jail cell in August of 2019 while awaiting trial on new charges of trafficking teenage girls. Yo, after all these years, the legacy media still has no idea what they're talking about when it comes to Epstein. It's truly amazing. Over the years, thousands of pages of records have been released through lawsuits, Epstein's criminal dockets, public disclosures, and Freedom of Information act requests. In January 2024, a court unsealed the final batch of documents collected as evidence in a lawsuit filed by Epstein victim Virginia Roberts. And that was just a treasure trove, right? We got a lot of documents in that dump. And when you go through those court documents, you really get a view of what's going on. And I don't think that you can understand the full scope of this case, especially if you haven't looked at those court documents. It was released in an unprofessional manner with paid partisan social media influencers to curate their binders for us. Right wing media pundit and conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer tweeted on Thursday, I can't trust anything in the binder. Neither should you. Well, I don't know about all that, but it's all old, so what does that even mean? We know that it's true, but it's just old and rehashed material like I said it would be. Keep in mind, I've been telling you this for how long now? And lo and behold, here we are. And it's not like I'm the amazing fucking Kreskin. I just know how this all works at this point. I've been on this shit since 2019. So all these Johnny Come latelys that think they're ahead in the race don't even realize that they're so far behind that they're just being lapped at this point. Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna, head of the new Congressional task force to declassify federal secrets, added this is not what we or the American people asked for. And a complete disappointment. Get us the information that we asked for. Agree with that a thousand percent. I don't want bs. Who needs to waste their time? Not me, not you, not anybody, and certainly not their survivors. Let's remember that's what this is about. Justice for those girls who were abused. And while I know that all of you understand that, guess who doesn't? Those douchebag influencers who had to have their moment. They certainly don't understand that. Either that or they don't care. Or maybe even both. The FBI Director took to X and wrote there will be no cover ups, no missing documents and no stone left unturned. And anyone from the prior or current bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued. If there are gaps, we will find them. If records have been hidden, we will uncover them. Just like with aliens, I want to believe. But the truth is they've done nothing to put me in the position where I could sit here and tell you that I have confidence that we're going to get what they're saying we're going to get. So I'm not going to sit here and you, I'm going to not going to pump your tires up and I'm not going to tell you. Oh yeah. Well there's no doubt that Pam Bondi and Cash Patel are going to deliver. Because I've been through this before, I've seen this story unfold and it always seems to have the same ending. And spoiler alert, that ending is we end up with ungots. So let's hope that this is different. Let's hope that Bondi and Patel come through. But I'm certainly not holding my breath. Alright folks, that's going to do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that@bobby capuchirotonmail.com that's b o B-B-Y c a p u c c I@protonmail.com or if you prefer, you can find me on X at B O b dash b dash Y underscore C A P U C C I. All of the links that go with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Pam Bondi sitting in one of the most powerful law enforcement positions in the country. And when it comes to the Epstein Transparency act, the one job that actually matters here, she treats it like it's background noise, like it's optional, like it's something that you circle back to after lunch if you're feeling up to it. Meanwhile, the people who were trafficked, abused, and dragged through hell by Jeffrey Epstein are still waiting, still being told to be patient, still being handled like a scheduling conflict instead of human beings whose lives got detonated while the system looked the other way. And now, years later, that same system is basically saying, hang tight, we're reviewing. Reviewing what? The law already told you what to do. And it's not complicated. The Epstein Transparency act wasn't written in riddles. There's no hidden meaning. It's not some abstract legal puzzle. It says in plain English, release the files, show the work. Stop hiding behind redactions that look like someone spilled ink on every page. That matters. That's it. That was the assignment. But instead, what do we get? Delays, excuses. That same bureaucratic shrug where everything sounds official, but nothing actually happens. And somehow. Somehow, the only people who seem to consistently benefit from all this careful review are the ones who are never supposed to be shielded in the first place. The powerful ones, the connected ones. The ones whose names just keep not showing up. What a coincidence, right? And Bondi. Well, Bondi just keeps going. Press appearances, statements, the whole act, like everything's under control, like justice is right around the corner. If we all just stay calm and trust the process, that line should be retired permanently at this point. Trust the process is what you say when you don't want people asking why the process isn't working. Because, let's be honest, this isn't a delay anymore. Delay is when something takes longer than expected. This. This is avoidance. This is dragging it out until people get tired, until the story cools off, until accountability feels like old news instead of an active demand. And the thing is, people aren't stupid. They can see it. You can only say, we're working on it so many times before it starts sounding like we're not going to do it unless we're forced to. And that's exactly where this is headed. So, yeah, at some point, you have to stop asking politely. At some point, you have to stop pretending that this is just a backlog issue or a paperwork problem. At some point, you look at the Attorney General, someone whose entire job is to enforce the law, and you ask the obvious question. If she won't enforce this one, why is she still there? Because we all know that this isn't just about Epstein anymore. It's about whether anything tied to that case is ever going to be handled right. Whether the people in charge are actually willing to pull the curtain back, or if they're just going to keep standing in front of it, smiling, while everything that matters stays hidden behind them. And if the answer is the second one, and right now it sure looks like it is, then keeping her in that position isn't just a bad look, it's a part of the problem. Today's article is from the Daily Mail and the headline trump Considers Firing Pam Bondi Over Attorney General's Handling of the Epstein Files. This article was authored by Stephen M. Lepore. Pam Bondi should have been fired the day she started her in front of Congress. That's when the hammer should have dropped. She should have been fired right along with that doot da dute Howard Lutnick. Donald Trump has reportedly discussed firing Attorney General Pam Bondi over her handling of the Epstein files. The President has considered replacing Bondi with EPA Administrator and former Congressman Lee Zeldin. However, he has yet to make a final decision, according to both CNN and and New York Times. Look, it's a long time coming, but let's not act like Trump is having some come to Jesus moment. Trump is looking for a scapegoat. And if this war in Iran is wrapping up like Trump said it was debatable. But if it is, they know that the Epstein files are gonna pop right back up and they're gonna have to, you know, have some kind of strategy to deal with it. And it looks like the strategy is gonna be to throw Pam Bondi under the bus. And I am a okay with her losing her job, but let's not act like this wasn't directed by the President. He hasn't been shy about telling us that he's directing the DOJ to do this or to do that. And he's certainly been pretty vocal about using the DOJ to go after people that might be his political enemies who are connected to Epstein. But short of that, Trump and this doj, they have no desire to really chase this story. They have all the evidence they need. They have everything they need. They choose not to pursue it. And one of the best examples of this is the emails that we're going through right now from Marie Vilafana to the other lawyers that were involved in the first arrest and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. Just take a look at what Marie Vilafana says in those emails and take a look at how the game was played and how it was Epstein's team leading the dance. And there's explicit language in that MPA that makes that NPA null and void. If Jeffrey Epstein is in dereliction of it, and he most Certainly was. So the NPA could be thrown away tomorrow, and that's something Pam Bondi and the Trump administration could do basically on their own. They just have to petition the court and show the court that Epstein was in dereliction of that npa, and then that protection that's been issued to everybody goes away. Notice nobody's talking about that, and that's because they know how devastating it would be. They understand that there's no narrative that gets them out of that. Right. They understand that there is no, oh, well, we can't do that because the court won't let us. That's not the case. The court most certainly will let them. They choose not to. In a statement to the Daily Mail, Trump issued praise for Bondi. He did not deny the report. Attorney General Pam Bondi is a wonderful person and she's doing a good job. Well, yeah, if he means protecting Epstein's friends, she's doing a fantastic job. I mean, if that's the case, she should be promoted and she shouldn't be losing a gig. Right. Because she's doing a fantastic job protecting those people. Meanwhile, the Epstein survivors, well, that's a whole different story. The Daily Mails reached out to Attorney General Bondi for comment, though the Justice Department referred both CNN and the New York Times to the president's statement. The Times reporting was based on four people from familiar with the discussions. Now, how does the Times keep getting all this access to Trump and his Cabinet when supposedly Trump and his Cabinet hate the New York Times? Seems to me somebody's trying to stir the pot. I wonder who that somebody is. People connected to Bondi told the paper that are accompanying the president on his visit to the Supreme Court Wednesday prove Bondi still had Trump support. Trump brought Bondi and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick to hear his administration's defense of his executive order to overturn the constitutional and statutory protection of birthright citizenship. You know what? I have my doubts about this story. If I'm being real, I have my doubts. And if he does end up firing her, it's going to be in a scapegoat type of a way, because the Epstein files are so damaging. And he knows that, and he knows that he has to have somebody to blame. He can't take the heat, so he has to have somebody to blame. Right. And who better than Pam Bondi? A source close to CNN said that their relationship was business as usual in recent days. Those close to the president said, however, that Bondi has made Epstein a political liability for Trump even among his fervent MAGA base. That's BS Trump has has made it a political liability. Now, Bondi has certainly helped out and if she brought the matches, well, I'll accept that. But Trump certainly brought the gasoline and boy, did he set fire to it. We're talking a three alarm blaze. Right? And even though he was caught with the matches, somebody else has to be responsible. Right. And that somebody, unfortunately, is going to be Pam Bondi. He has also allegedly been critical of her communication skill and reticence to attack the President's enemies. The Attorney General would be the second major figure to depart the second Trump administration after Kristi Noem was replaced by Mark Wayne Mullen as DHS secretary in early March. Bondi faces a congressional subpoena over the Epstein scandal after the committee passed a motion by Republican Nancy Mace in March amid concerns the Justice Department had failed to turn over all Epstein related documents. Well, I don't think that's a concern. It's an absolute fact. They have no desire to turn over the evidence. None. And they had to be forced to do it kicking and screaming. And even then they missed the mark. And it's Pam Bondi who's going to be left holding the bag, not Donald Trump. Republican Chairman James Comer wrote in the COVID letter of the subpoena on Tuesday that the committee still had questions over the Justice Department's handling of the investigation into Epstein and his associates. Oh, James Comer, huh? Finally getting busy. Performative, nonsensical. The guy's a moron. As Attorney General, you're directly responsible for overseeing the department's collection, review and determination regarding the release of files pursuant to the Epstein Files Transparency Act. And the committee therefore believes that you possess valuable insight into these efforts, Comer wrote. Well, she's just going to get up there and do another performance, right? You think she's going to be honest, truthful and forthcoming? Now, does that sound like the Pam Bondi that we know? She's going to be evasive, combative and an absolute nightmare when her job really is to get up there and let Congress know what's going on. But instead, everything has to be a circus, right? Everything has to be a circus, confrontational, combative and straight up stupid. And at this point, it's all performative. All these people are looking for clicks and I you not we're being governed by influencers. These aren't even serious people at this point. Hardline Republicans, Tim Burchett, Lauren Boebert, Michael Cloud and Scott Perry broke ranks to vote with Democrats to compel Bondi to appear. So much courage, so much brave. The Attorney General is the latest big name to be snared by the committee, which in February grilled Bill and Hillary Clinton over their relationship with pedophile and his co conspirator Glenn Maxwell. Bondi has faced fury from across the political spectrum over her botch release of the Epstein files, including leaving victims names unredacted while keeping secret the names of alleged abusers. And they'll tell you that's just a big accident, but I think it's by design. I'm sorry to be so cynical, but at this point, why should I give them any kind of trust? Why should I, you know, give them the nod of approval? I don't care how you got the answer. I want to see the work. She clashed with lawmakers at a tense House Judiciary Committee hearing in February, deflecting questions about the administration's performance by pointing to the dow soaring past 50,000 points. Maybe the next time that the Secretary of Defense or Secretary of War or whatever we're calling them nowadays is in front of Congress, the they can tell us about how many Labubus were sold. Like, who gives a fuck about the dao? In the context of the conversation that was occurring. Holy deflection. Bondi promised to release the file shortly after taking up leadership of the doj. But the first tranche, a document she disclosed, was already widely circulated. Pressure on Trump to release the full files ratcheted up last year, eventually culminating in the Epstein Transparency Act, a bipartisan bill that forced Justice Department to publish the remaining files. What did they follow that, law or no? And the answer is they didn't. So I don't even know what this talk about, oh, they released the files is even about, because they most certainly did not. More than 3 million Epstein related documents were finally released at the end of January, including new mentions of Trump as well as Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. Lutnick agreed to testify after a new photo emerged showing him with Epstein on the pedophile's private island, Comer announced earlier this month. Trump, meanwhile, declared Ludnick a very innocent guy. He was ultimately subpoenaed after Mace threatened to force a formal vote. Well, it would seem to me that the writing's on the wall for Pam Bondi and that she's going to be served up as a sacrifice and the scapegoat as soon as this Iran conflict comes to an end. And that'll be their next move in trying to keep this cover up going. And I'm not really in the prediction game. But that is my prediction when it comes to Bondi, because I think that Trump always needs that fall guy, or in this case, that fall gal. And that's exactly what Bondi is set up as. So, like usual, we'll see where it all goes. And when we have some more information about what the deal is, we'll get that added to the catalog. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Yesterday, Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche had a closed door meeting with the committee overseeing the Epstein scandal. And of course, it evolved into an absolute shit show. Just as expected, we don't have a serious person in the whole last room. Congress, Blanche, Bondi, none of these people are serious. And they're turning this whole entire thing into nothing more than a circus. All they care about is a gotcha moment. And it's unfortunate, but that is the way our political structure is set up at this point. All these people want to be influencers. They spend more time on Twitter than they do writing bills. So we shouldn't be shocked to see that it devolved into an absolute circus. You have one side saying that there's a gigantic cover up, which I do agree with. And then of course, you have Bondi and Blanch saying that this whole entire thing's nothing more than a hit job and that the whole motivation is to take down Donald Trump. That's the counter narrative, right? And it's effective. It has been an effective message to the base. And when you have the Democrats get up and walk out of one of these meetings, it looks like it's performative. Your job is to sit in there and listen and hold people accountable, not get up and walk out and protest. I'm so tired of it. And this is why I was against it being a closed door meeting in the first place. Why do we have a closed door meeting? This should be public so the American people, hell, the world, can see what's going on. That way we can't be gaslit or lied to by either side because that's what's going on. Both sides are trying to control the narrative. Both sides are trying to wield the narrative as a cudgel against their opponents. Meanwhile, the survivors are stuck in the middle, once again being forgotten about. But why should that matter as long as these politicians get the grandstand and act like they care? Today's article is from CBS News and the headline, house Democrats Walk out of Tents Briefing with Bondi Over Epstein Files calling it a fake hearing. This article was authored by Joe Walsh. A group of House Democrats walked out of a closed door briefing with Attorney General Pam Bondi on the Jeffrey Epstein probe late Wednesday as tensions over Justice Department's handling of the Epstein case continue to simmer. The face off took place one day after the Chair of the House Oversight Committee, Republican Representative James Comer of Kentucky, subpoenaed Bondi to testify about Epstein next month. Long time coming. But do you really think it's going to matter? Do you think Pam Bondi is going to tell us anything or do you think she's going to play the same games that she played before? I think that she's going to play the same games and that's because I don't think she can tell the truth at this point because it would out them and it would destroy their cover up. So you just have to keep doubling down. And I think for Pam Bondi, that's going to prove disastrous later on down the road. Do these people really think they're going to get away with all of this? That they're going to cover this all up and nobody's going to dig deeper later on down the road? Because that's definitely going to happen. And honestly at this point, I doubt any of the perpetrators, as far as the people that were with Epstein doing the most heinous crimes are ever going to be held accountable. But the people that engaged in the COVID up, the paper trail people, well, you can't depend on the statute of limitations to protect you. You can't depend on the evidence going away and you certainly can't count on the fact that we're going to forget because we are not going to forget. This is the ultimate betrayal. What's happening with Jeffrey Epstein, as far as I'm concerned, is the ultimate betrayal. These people have one job, to protect the most vulnerable amongst us and they can't even do that. But sure, let's engage in some war halfway across the world. Sounds like a great idea. Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch went to Capitol Hill on Wednesday, meet with members of the panel. Less than an hour later, Democrats left the room. Look, that's not the right way to do it. Storming out of the room, throwing a fit, a tantrum, not a good look. And I understand it's frustrating, right? Nobody wants to sit there and be lied to. But as a lawmaker, you have to push back against that. Could you imagine Benjamin Franklin walking out of a congressional meeting? Never happen. You have to push back. You have to Be firm, push back, and demand accountability. That's your job. And if you're not capable of doing it, then you should be voted out. But for whatever crazy reason, we keep sending these incumbents back to D.C. and we keep getting the same results. What, did you think they were going to change because they told you that on the campaign trail? Oh, this time's going to be different. I'm a different guy. I heard you. I'm listening to you. And we're gonna do better. Get elected. Does the same shit. The committee's top Democrat, Representative Robert Garcia of California, told reporters that Bondi did not commit to honoring the panel's subpoena. He called Wednesday's session a fake hearing, adding that Bondi wasn't under oath and did not give an opening statement. Wow. You know, I am inclined to believe them, as shocking as that may be, because Pam Bondi has shown us who she is in public already. So if she's not under oath and she's at this hearing, do you really think she's going to be forthcoming? She's going to all of a sudden be helpful and care about what's going on? Zero chance. So as far as it being a quote, unquote, fake hearing, I agree with that. If she's not under oath, then forget it. She's not going to tell you the truth. Even when she was under oath, she was out here playing games. So what makes you think when she's not under oath, she's gonna be forthcoming and tell the truth? It's outrageous, it's infuriating. And it continues. This White House cover up of the Epstein files. Garcia said we're not going to take that anymore. Well, what is it exactly that you plan on doing, Mr. Garcia? Have you even talked about a special counsel yet? What? Or maybe a tribunal of some sort? How about the DoJ getting rid of the NPA? Have we had that conversation? So what exactly is it that you're not going to take anymore? And is this a Twisted Sister video now? We're not going to take it, only to turn around and take it. These people talk a big game, all of them. Very few of them ever come through. Another Democrat, Representative Maxwell Frost of Florida, called it a fake deposition where no one can see what's going on, noting the lack of C SPAN cameras for the closed door meeting. Well, I don't think there should be a closed door meeting unless it has to do with national security. Like, what are we doing here? Why are my tax dollars being used for closed door meetings? Maybe I should learn A different language and say this in a different language. I do not trust the Department of Justice or Congress to tell us the truth. Everything has to be open door. Everything has to be transparent, completely and fully. They have lost the benefit of the doubt, at least as far as I'm concerned. Now, if you want to trust them, you want to believe them, that's up to you, but the days of me being dog walked by politicians are long over. Comer, meanwhile, suggested the walkout was premeditated and, and part of a political game. And that's why I would have never walked out if I was one of the Democrats. Because you take away that narrative, then, oh, the Democrats stormed out. Stay there for the whole thing and then leave and say, well, that was ridiculous. I just wasted X amount of time in my life to be lied to once again by Pam Bondi. But if you storm out in the middle of it, you give them a narrative. They came out clutching their pearls, complaining that she wasn't answering questions. He said the first three people to ask questions, all they did was complain. Comer is such a clown. And it's amazing to me how many of these people are willing to burn their political careers in order to further this cover up. Like, it's unbelievable to me because make no mistake, this is attached to them for the rest of their political careers. What do you think? Comer is just going to fade into oblivion? He's going to run again and wait and see the ads that are put up against him. James Comer, protecting pedophiles and not your children. I can hear the ads now. At one point during the hearing, there was a verbal argument between Comer and Democratic Representative Summer Lee of Pennsylvania. Both lawmakers acknowledged, of course there was, because it's about them. It's almost hard to quantify the amount of ego that was in that room. Lee told reporters that she asked Comer if he will compel Bondi to comply with the subpoena and initiate proceedings to hold her in contempt of Congress if she doesn't show up. And instead of answering as an adult, he said that I was bitching. Well, it's a good question. Will you hold her in contempt or not? The answer is probably no, because Donald Trump would lose his shit and none of these Republicans can have that right. Last thing they want to do is turn into the new Joe Kent and have every MAGA person in the world call you a traitor. And look, I don't know if Joe Kent leaked information or not. Nobody does besides Joe Kent and maybe the investigators. But my Point is how quickly people will turn and all of a sudden you go From Hero to 0 in 0.3 seconds. Just ask Marjorie Taylor Greene. And if there's not complete compliance, forget it. You're going to be the next one up. And these members of the committee that are also in the gop, they know that. And instead of having the courage like Marjorie Taylor Greene or Thomas Massie, they just go along to get along. But I think deep in their guts, they know that what they're doing is wrong and what they're doing is disgusting. Comer confirmed that interaction, saying Lee was just complaining about the format. He later wrote on X I said Democrats were bitching and wasting everyone's time because Democrats were bitching and wasting everyone's time. Sort of like this bogus ass investigation that you're heading up here, Mr. Comer. You know, a waste of everybody's time. Asked whether she will comply with the subpoena, Bondi said after the briefing that she made it crystal clear I will follow the law. A response that Garcia called inadequate. Bondi also criticized Democrats walkout. But did she talk about the Dow? That's what everybody needs to know about, right? The dao, the dao, the dao. One congresswoman screamed C SPAN wasn't in there, so she didn't want to ask questions yet. All day long they've been on social media saying they had all these questions. Bondi said. Is Pam Bondi for real? As if she'd answer any of the questions anyway. It's all a big game to these people, I'm telling you right now. Bondi has been in the middle of this Epstein shit since Florida, so she can save the BS for somebody else. CBS News has reached out to the Justice Department for comment. The incident underscores how caustic the Epstein issue has become. The Justice Department has faced years of intense questions over its handling of the disgraced financier who avoided federal charges for child sex crimes until 2019, when he was indicted for sex trafficking but died by suicide, allegedly in jail, drawing public fascination and conspiracy theories. Well, keep that in mind, okay? Up until recently, outlets like CBS call this whole thing a conspiracy theory. And they still haven't learned their lesson. The department has released millions of government files on Epstein in recent months, so spanning multiple federal investigations into him and his convicted associate. You mean co conspirator, right? Fellow child abuser, general scumbag and bipedal serpent. That's what you mean, right? Glenn Maxwell. After Congress passed a law late last year requiring it to publish its files on Epstein. Members of both parties have criticized the Justice Department's handling of the files release, arguing that some files were were inappropriately withheld or excessively redacted. Some sexual abuse survivors also say their personal information was exposed. The department has defended its release process, saying that hundreds of lawyers poured through the files to check for survivors names and have taken documents down when there are redaction mistakes. Oh yeah, they've done a fantastic job. They should all get raises. In fact, they should all get bus made and they should be put in the Smithsonian. Are they for real right now patting themselves on the back for this piss poor job? Democrats have accused Bondi of engaging in a cover up. Well, I'm not a Democrat, I can promise you that. And I'm telling you they're engaging in a cover up. We want her under oath because we don't trust her, frost said Wednesday evening. Comer said that Republicans are committed to carrying out a serious investigation and want to work with the Justice Department to get answers. Does it look like a cover up? He said the Attorney General, Blanche and all the top brass at the DOJ were in here to answer questions and yet they don't ask a single question. Comer is such a clown. Holy cow. I honestly don't know if there's a bigger moron than James Comer. So look, the whole entire thing, like I've told you from the jump, is a gigantic circus. And unfortunately it's all by design. And if it wasn't for the discharge petition, forget it. They would have killed this story so quick that it would have made your head spin. But thankfully we're in a place now where James Comer can't really do that. Now he can muck things up like he's been doing and be an absolute tool, but at the end of the day, the law is the law. And if the DOJ doesn't abide by that law, absolutely. At some point that bill is going to come due. And folks, your boy will be here for it. All right, that's gonna do it for this one. Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: June 9, 2026
In this mega-edition episode, host Bobby Capucci offers a scathing critique of Attorney General Pam Bondi’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files and the ongoing federal investigations. Capucci dissects recent developments, including the botched release of case files, the political theater surrounding congressional investigations, and Bondi's public promises about transparency and accountability. He draws extensively from recent news articles and policy statements, offering contextual analysis and passionate commentary on what he sees as systemic failures, distractions, and outright avoidance by those in power.
Tone: Direct, irreverent, and unfiltered.
Central Theme: Continued failures and excuses by authorities in delivering justice and transparency on the Epstein case, with specific focus on Pam Bondi’s role.
[00:00-09:30]
Pam Bondi’s Public Promises:
Capucci opens with skepticism about Bondi's declaration that more Epstein files will be released, questioning her credibility and intent.
Excuses and Shifting Blame:
He dismisses Bondi’s claim of an “insurrection” within the SDNY as an implausible excuse, arguing that if federal prosecutors were truly defying the Attorney General or FBI, decisive action would have been taken.
Missing or Destroyed Documents:
Capucci posits that critical evidence may never be released because it was likely destroyed long ago to protect powerful interests tied to Epstein.
Public Expectation vs. Political Reality:
He warns listeners not to expect significant disclosures or justice: “Every time you turn around, people are promising justice... and then what we get is some stupid ass stunt with a bunch of goofball influencers and binders.” (A, 03:30)
[09:30-17:00]
Distrust of Social Media Influencers:
Sharp criticism for online personalities participating in press events about the files (“dumbass list”) and for those using the case for internet clout:
False Hope and Recycled Evidence:
He highlights how the recent “file releases” only contain old or heavily redacted information, offering nothing new or actionable.
Victims Still Sidelined:
Focus remains on how survivors are being ignored as officials and media figures generate headlines.
[17:00-43:00]
Bondi as a Lightning Rod:
Capucci reviews articles from both the Independent and Daily Mail about Bondi facing political blowback; President Trump reportedly considers firing her over the handling of the files.
Congressional Hearings Become “Circus”:
Closed-door meetings between Bondi, her deputy Todd Blanche, and lawmakers devolve into shouting matches and walkouts, confirming Capucci’s view that neither party is seriously pursuing justice.
Blaming Bureaucracy & Paperwork:
Both Democrats and Republicans avoid substantive action, instead performing outrage and using hearings as platforms to score points and further political narratives.
Survivor Voices Lost in the Noise:
Again, Capucci laments that survivors are used as props, their demands for accountability sacrificed for partisan performance.
[43:00-55:00]
The “Backlog” Excuse:
Capucci rejects repeated bureaucratic explanations for file release delays as willful avoidance aimed at exhausting public interest.
Failure to Follow the Law:
Despite the Epstein Transparency Act’s clear requirements, Capucci says neither the DOJ nor Congress have actually released all relevant files or enforced any meaningful consequences for noncompliance.
Redactions and “Mistakes” Protecting Abusers:
Bondi and the DOJ face bipartisan criticism for unredacting survivor names while blacking out those of abusers—a move Capucci suspects may be deliberate.
Capucci’s episode doubles as both a detailed news digest and a fiery editorial, warning listeners not to trust official narratives about “transparency” or “justice” in the Epstein case. He observes a pattern of deflection and non-accountability spanning not just Bondi, but the entire political and legal system responsible for handling the files—a system he believes is fundamentally designed to stall and ultimately protect the powerful.
The host closes with a commitment to keep following the scandal and to hold all involved accountable, inviting listeners to stay engaged and not accept bureaucratic delay as anything less than a calculated cover-up.
