Jamie Dimon was pulled directly into the U.S. Virgin Islands’ lawsuit against JPMorgan because he had served as the bank’s chief executive during most of the period when Jeffrey Epstein remained a valued client despite his 2008 conviction and repeated...

And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Every night we'll come across and I'll be looking at a story other deposits that just makes me after my new legal document if there is any way by the lawyer we are not living in a simulation Jane today is one of those that they didn't receive there should be no circumstances should have received where a guy like Jamie diamond deposition even with Jim right running for probably because new information certainly not strategists they want to have I think that when you have these sorts of allegations and you do the course Jeffrey Epstein right he doesn't want the right time to talk about political and gave them all the relevant dynam this guy couldn't even manage the bank I don't think that's going under his watch especially we should let him run the whole country Jerry okay can't wait to go and especially if for Jamie diamond didn't receive it today's article today's the New York Post from Headlines Business if Jamie diamond headline wants political lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein Epstein wants to question this article by Charlie Jamie diamond again the author of this JP Morgan Chase diamond he's America's top banker but lawyer also lost one of his country's commander chief wanted second chance JP Morgan Chase after steering the nation's largest bank telling a federal judge through the Friday downs that making tons of money along the way turn over 100 why doesn't he just go for it they could have used he made that money questioned along the way by manipulating the whole entire system obviously common tactic honestly here's the thing where one side you really think Epstein was the only one the other side and the lie JP Morgan take a course any of these other banks that we talked about to get going of course not and that's when you'll see that we're getting over discovery materials these either side is saying and it's not receiving they were also protecting they're saying here executives they didn't have any of the relevant information that they have the buck stops with the guy because it wasn't handed over to them you want all that you want that $500 million revealed or whatever the depositions that have recently taken you're going to shoulder some of those violence as far as I'm the Virgin Islands what everybody else does the lawyers the accuser I'm concerned the relevant information now and they want it From Jamie D0 chance ever in a letter to situation and a no matter if LSD wrote that Morgan's untimely and won't pull the trigger delivery possibly documents because he knows being president requires running back for president in May Michael Bloomberg admonished JP Unsuccessful experience in the 2020 race inexplicably fell through the mud the lawyers wrote on Friday these people said and I'm sure most of you recognize that I'm done with running and running a big multi company can get mess before not to mention of a lot of these out of the mouth of also by the way a lot of as well another there's that likely factoring into his I've said it from the very beginning that is currently ROMs that get involved stuff like infamous finance pedophile for the little guy or the little guy even from his grave it's because they're going to benefit on the back end and as presidential ambition they're going to get a bunch of money collateral guess they're going to get public you reap what you sow so it's a win win feel for Jamie Diana Law because his political life million before it even begins and there's an idea that they're as well don't do business with people Mike Jeff warned that the bank it's like you know the basic principles of waking up in the morning brushing your teeth taking a shower and not doing method clear warning you just do that you're ahead of the game and the same goes for these scumbag billion arguments to hang out key witnesses they're choosing to do it had already could be anywhere else in the whole entire world she continued they choose Jeffrey Epstein weekend prior to the whatever reason so take your indignation when people call you out on it and shove it right up your ch because nobody gives a about how you are because you're naming documents next to some of which came here's an don't break bread with the and nobody will talk about you had long past being his friend so she's saying that they between 19982013 even convicted pedophiles already talked a major client deposition Morgan that had already had best known for the sex trafficking delivered 545 he was considered on Wall street well is one of the most relevant hundreds of millions of dollars because of his own substantial wealth strategically withheld because he was a private financial until can no longer a coter of millionaires like JP AP hall of Fame employee last wax and definitely you don't get bigger hitters like I've said several times we're talking about other most powerful people this is in the world finance and business from high profile lawyers would show up this is what they do armed this is what you're paying with all of these names that he was in control of that these people who are giving him money still haven't explained the court at least in a proper way doctrine what they were doing by giving him all of this money wants to re enter Wesner goes and to other are you giving Jeffrey Epstein the former did you fall and hit your head Morgan are you who eating food and well from a baby food and dairy all of a sudden what's the personal banker Mr. Big Shot Money Bag 2000 I built Abercrombie Victoria's Secret lawyers now gives down these people to the kingdom but how about degenerate for no reason with the F and then later on ask if you want to try and sell us the story other things going on yeah okay sure because it would seem to me as if that wasn't going after people to give you an hour whatever that is in the legacy media call you out but I guess far as minority these days come on man $158 million victim in the case he's asking for advice only by the global control how much an investment JP Morgan immediately respond to her if Epstein was such a financial wizard the bank is why not just hire him two losses that's right damage because it wasn't about what was it really about one involved allegations from Epstein's accuser Epstein developed such a vast array of content brought by the US he died in prison jail cell and JP Morgan has tried to after being arrested a second noting that the virgin government of mine has already settled in the weeks leading up to his death for more than 100 career and I think I've been pretty clear how I charges that were much more US Virgin Islands I just want you to know I'm not a pedophile here maybe the only thing worse than being called a pedophile comprehension being called anyone was a good idea he said was a ridiculous there's we've heard about the girl you as virgins then should have received we've heard about dollar you might say multiple things at once my position they should be on the certainly a federal lawsuit and the fact that he didn't like that name the bank was also I love that we form an executive named Jess Daly who has that's right Epstein wanted me to know he wasn't a monster but also to 2000 clients charging trying to make Staley standard you know somebody that was a rogue employee served yeah the rich and the powerful you don't go and work at a company buying etc and he made lots of money not be somebody who's I'm sure that's all he was doing might be somebody who was looked at advisory advice by junior where he just sat around junior employees fired off decisions all day exactly like Oracle of Deli and instead of doing the right thing Jeffrey is just using his position I then asked people like justify the crimes that go a different way according to you didn't really know the girls were underage on his whole ass hand yes he said adding he was guilty of now that he's getting called on the receiving everybody else massages and between the us against him were false daily plaintiff lawyers were looking to cash in I hate to say so crude about it wealth but imagine having like three monkeys to say that to somebody to F A football and for Charlie G that's what it looks like that's how a lot more than me I would have said five and the tape out of his mouth but instead everybody's pointing at everybody else righteousness is a responsibility make you sick how could it do like this part of the and then it just shows you all of the allegations within his none of those truly ran come with one single day to be sure jail time and yet and for me down there of JPM try and recoup some money JPM is now being sued by the government of the U S Virgin Islands government Private resident and there was victimized chunk of that allegedly but not imagine still saying you were somebody after everything with people Charlie Gasparino or helping out one accuser the Hustle also suing JP Morgan how the hell are you going to profit on both ends allegedly facilitated as they continue to profit by allowing him to provide funds and he just out of the bank would be a whole other thing People are going to prison according to my source here but none of that happened at least with any of the people because the deep down in the US version Epstein that were connected to Epstein of course they don't have any nobody nobody puts Reno I know a couple of people on walls There are certainly a few people in the center of the table and they were saying starting to happen there's no way but what are the real people ever let for people far that you know Jeffrey Epstein along the way user to the best minor is what happens that's a whole different ball game because they're never gonna want the documents to one of their communication because that opens them available version if okay it was our fault that just while he was here ordered everybody else out there documents. Being anyway the floodgates haven't opened up like they would in a Manhattan JP Morgan in August 2019 for this while awaiting child you're going to see them go after Staley is dead I've said from the I think that the lawsuit with the whole entire situation out of court in the US monetary payout far from just like we saw with Deutsche bank it's going to get messier JPM began doing reality several years no matter how messy again for several years after his 2000 law enforcement agency out there that is girl injustice diamond is still in CEO going after JPM in 2000 it's all gonna be so it's hard to because you know that everything else on it there's no way at the time that they're gonna go to court against us or the management either against J's concerns about Epstein around 200210 that's a losing property and they know why is supervised with as expensive because there's no way that Epstein could have done this on their own because there were other people at the bank that you'll have other litigation forever who were So I think JPMorgan all of this along with the US Virgin Islands you had people survive you had people suing them legal now where like they thought people were involved that's a different people know what had different animals we saw the email check to settle a bunch of different Anyone sit here and I would like to see about these people at JP Morgan. Oh I had no idea what was going on. I see them settling because that's demonstrably way before the October. Every idea what was going on all right, and they knew it's gonna die was a sick all of the information with them can be found. Those are the facts. How is it that the bank thinks they're not going to be culpable here? For years, the firm investigated money transfers made by Epstein and filed suspicious activity reports with bank regulators when they saw money bouncing from his JPM accounts to places overseas. Epstein was said to have various excuses for the money moves, like fueling his private jet. So what happens is when they send over one of those suspicious activity reports from the bank, it goes to the FinCEN division, the financial Enforcement division, and then they're supposed to look at those SARs, the suspicious activity reports and go from there. Either open an investigation or move it to the next level.

So it was a Failure, not only on the bank's part, but on the regulatory committee's part as well. And FinCEN, we've already seen the FinCEN files and the shit show that goes on at that division. So here, once again, we're getting a live look in at the absolute terrible work done by the FinCEN division. And of course, the financial sector as a whole, when we're talking about regulating scumbags like Epstein. JPM looked and found no evidence that the money was used in sex trafficking. JPM contends people at the bank also said they kept him around in part because he was close to a powerful JP AM executive, Jess Staley. Staley was the bank's head of private and investment banking. Once considered an heir apparent to Dimon, Staley and Epstein were so tight that Staley stayed at Epstein's Virgin Islands lair, known as Pedophile Island. Once Staley Left JPM In 2013, Epstein was gone as well, transferring his money to Deutsche bank, where it remained almost until he died. And that was just a coincidence, right? His boy boogied. So he was like, you know what? I'm done. Of course not. That was his guy as point guy. And once Jess Staley was gone and he was no longer able to pull those levers, well, Epstein wasn't going to trust just anyone to be involved in his. And neither were Epstein's handlers. Don't forget about them. Staley has said he's done nothing wrong. His attorney didn't return an email for comment. And in recent testimony, he has said he wasn't the only JPM honcho aware of Epstein's lurid presence. Epstein's business deals inside JPM were well known to the firm's legal department as well as top wealth management officials, according to depositions taken in JPM lawsuits. But Staley, in one court document, says he specifically discussed matters relating to Epstein with Diamond himself, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter. So how do you explain that? Somebody's lying, and if they're doing it under oath, they should get in trouble for that. It should be perjury, just like it would be for me. Or you go and try and lie to the government or lie under oath and see how quick your ass gets arrested. So why is it not the same standard for ass? Jamie Dimon diamond denies ever speaking to Staley about Epstein. People at the firm say they've scoured around 5 million emails and documents involving Epstein and have found nothing linking diamond with discussions of Epstein. If diamond had conversations about Epstein with Staley, they say it was only in passing. Diamond never met and barely knew who Epstein was until his 2019 arrest and apparent suicide. They add. Who believes that? Like, did you add that on there and you thought it would be more believable? You know, that's when you're like telling your parents a lie as a kid, right? You're like, oh, I'm gonna sauce this up a little bit and I'm gonna add some nice fillers here. I'm gonna make sure they believe me. And then the story becomes so bizarre that your parents are like, okay, nobody's believing this. Okay? You and Joey snuck out last night and you two were drinking beer. Basically the same thing here, right? Who's believing this? It would be like your kid coming to you with a wild story about Bigfoot and kidnapping him and that's why he ditched school. JP Morgan is suing Staley for allegedly ignoring obvious red flags about Epstein. Staley's attorneys have denied the accusation. Yes, pretty messy stuff all playing out in court as this column goes to press. It would also be playing out in a presidential campaign if Dimon chose to run. You can guarantee that more than you've ever guaranteed anything in your life. Because me, my fat mouth and my beard would certainly be yapping about it. And I'm pretty sure most of you would be right behind me doing the same thing. Alright, everybody, that's gonna do it for this episode. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box. What's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Even though Denise George is no longer the attorney General down in the U. S. Virgin Islands, well, their lawsuit is still alive and well. And in fact they're lobbing some bombs at JP Morgan saying that Jamie Dimon knew about Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking and didn't do anything about it. In fact, basically turned the other cheek and just let it occur. Now those are some big allegations against one of the titans of the financial sector. But one of the things that I have said from the very beginning of this whole entire sorted ordeal with Jeffrey Epstein is that it should have been a search into the financials. If they would have dug deep into the financial records of Jeffrey Epstein and all of his buddies forget would have been a wrap. And they had all of the tools right there at their disposal to do so and they chose not to. They had more RICO predicates available to them than the Kardashians have ex boyfriends, but they chose not to go down that path. And if they did, all of these clowns would have been exposed. But you notice the only time any of them ever have to answer for anything is when it's in a civil court. And then what do they do? They buy their way out of it. Once again, rinse and repeat. That is the strategy. So I'm guessing that's what's gonna happen here. When all said and done, J.P. morgan will pay a fine to the U.S. virgin Islands. The U.S. virgin Islands? Well, they'll collect another bag on top of the one they've already pilfered. And meanwhile, nobody from the U. S. Virgin Islands who helped Jeffrey Epstein get all of these tax benefits, set up shop. And all of the rest of it, well, none of them have went to prison or faced any penalties. So, like usual, another cash grab. And it wasn't just Denise George, it's the whole U. S. Virgin Islands. Sure, she was orchestrating it, but they see blood in the water here and they're saying to themselves, we might as well continue down this path and pursue this and see what comes of it. We already got 100 million. Meanwhile, how many countless women and children were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and never had any kind of publicity or restitution? And all of this money is going to the U.S. virgin Islands. And where's it going to go from there? Are you going to try and pitch to me that they're going to make the citizens of the US Virgin Islands lives better? Yeah, that's exactly what all of these politicians plan on doing. Give me a break already. But as far as Jamie Dimon, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to see the dude squirm. As you all know, I'm not a big fan of the financial sector or the scuzzballs who inhabit it. And Jamie Dimon certainly fits the mold. So let's dive into this article from Law and Crime and let's see what Adam Klasfeld has for us. Headline JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon knew about Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking. Virgin Islands tells judge. So, look, it's not an accuser saying that this time. It's the Virgin Islands saying it in open court. Pretty significant. And if you're JP Morgan and you're Jamie Dimon and you already have all of the Jess Staley nonsense hanging over your head, this is probably not the news that you're looking forward to hearing. Skewering JP Morgan's attempt to deflect blame on its former senior executive, Jeff Staley, the Virgin Islands government told a judge on Thursday that the bank's role in Jeffrey Epstein sex Trafficking went straight to the top. Now, that is quite the allegation. And you're going to obviously need the evidence to back that up in court. Because if you don't think that J.P. morgan and Jamie Dimon aren't going to have the best lawyers that money can buy, well, you're not paying attention. That's exactly what they're going to have, and that's exactly what they do have. So they're going to challenge every little thing. And if you're saying that it went right to the top, you're going to have to provide that proof, receipts, maybe somebody giving testimony, whatever it might be. Now, what happens here, though, is it does open up the possibility, even though I find it to be a slight possibility at this point anyway, that Jamie Dimon perhaps has to be deposed. And if that's the case, boy, that would be an enjoyable day to be a roach in the rushes. To watch this dude squirm as he's being deposed about sex trafficking and scumbag Epstein's behavior. Talk about just desserts. If Mr. Staley is a rogue employee, why isn't Jamie Dimon the government's private counsel? Mimi Liu thundered in her closing arguments in August 2008. An internal JP Morgan email discussed the flow of Epstein's assets with a reference to pending diamond review. That's Jamie Dimon, said Lou, an attorney at Motley Rice. And look, those are the kind of receipts that I'm talking about. And when you have at least some of those receipts, at the very least, you should be able to get a deposition. And if that's the case, then who knows what happens from there. All of these so called smartest people in the room don't seem that smart to me. So the chances are this knucklehead will end up perjuring himself if he did something illegal. After that message, she noted, Epstein remained a client for five more years. The remarks provide insight into why the Virgin Islands issued a subpoena to Dimon earlier this year and why senior US Judge Jed Rakoff signed off on it. And for me, this is the most important part of this kind of civil action. When we get to the trial portion of it, where there's hearings and testimony, then we get a lot more information that we don't have right now. And obviously, the more context we have, the better off we all are. JP Morgan, the world's largest bank by market capitalization, was Epstein's bank of choice between 1998 and 2013. Well after Epstein's Florida prosecution for soliciting prostitution with a minor. That relationship has been under newfound spotlight after Epstein survivors and the Virgin Islands sued JPMorgan Chase late last year, claiming that it facilitated, sustained and concealed Epstein's abuse. Earlier this month, JP Morgan launched a counteroffensive against their former senior executive James Edward Jess Staley, claiming he concealed his personal activities with Epstein.

so like usual, everybody's in a rush to throw everybody else under the bus, when in reality it was a systemic problem. And not just at JP Morgan. We're talking about Deutsche bank and everywhere else this disgusting animal Jeffrey Epstein was doing business. The Virgin Islands, however, says that their knowledge of Staley's actions came from JP Morgan's internal files. These were JP Morgan documents, liu said. Everything we knew JP Morgan knew. During his time at JP Morgan, Staley cultivated deep personal and business ties with Jeffrey Epstein at a time when the executive led the bank's asset management and investment division, Staley exchanged upwards of 1,200 messages with Epstein. He sent one of those messages from Epstein's private island, Little Saint Jeff's, while his client was in a Florida prison. In their lawsuit, the Virgin Islands provided glimpses of those exchanges culled from the bank's internal files. Now, if they weren't close, like Staley likes to say, then what are you doing hanging out on his island while old boy is in the clink? Does that sound like just a stranger type of activity? Oh, yeah. I really don't know this guy, but I'm gonna go soak my boys in his hot tub while he rots away in a jail over child solicitation and basically child molestation. Does that sound like a good idea to anyone out here, never mind the dude who's supposed to be running the asset management division of the biggest bank and not just the United States, but the whole ass world. Does that sound like the behavior of somebody who should be in any position of power? Bro's out here lounging at a diddler's house and then talking about, oh, I didn't have any idea what he was up to. Stop it. So when all hell breaks loose and the world is crumbling, I will come here and be at peace. Staley wrote to Epstein from the Virgin Islands on November 1, 2009, during Epstein's incarceration. Presently, I'm in the hot tub with a glass of white wine. This is an amazing place. Truly amazing. Next time we're here together. I owe you much, and I deeply appreciate our friendship. I have few so profound. But remember, he has no idea who Jeffrey Epstein is or what Epstein was up to or anything like that. That's what Jess Staley, what Jamie Dimon, what all of these scoundrels will have you believe. But if you really just pay attention to the real facts and what's really going on on the ground, it's no mystery to understand that all of these people were super close to Jeffrey Epstein. All of them were very close to him. They all broke bread with them. They all went to his island. They went to his New York house. Let's not forget that they all went to Zorro Ranch as well.

We still don't have any kind of real investigation there. Not to digress too much and go off on a tangent, but look at the shitshow that we see with Alec Baldwin. You mean to tell me that the people in charge in New Mexico are capable of dealing with a guy like Epstein or what he was up to? Come on. So there certainly was a reason that he chose New Mexico in the first place. And all of these People that we talk about, for the most part, they were making trips out to New Mexico as well. That was only one of Staley's visits to Epstein's Island. The Virgin Islands alleges that they trace payments from Epstein's accounts at JP Morgan to women with Eastern European surnames timed near Staley's visits to be the sex offenders properties in London and Palm beach. Everything that Mr. Staley did was in the scope of his employment and thus imputed to J.P. morgan. Lou argued earlier this week, attorneys for Epstein survivors accused Staley of participating in Epstein's crimes. That hearing referenced unspecified allegations that one Jane Doe survivor made against Staley during a deposition. The deposition came up again on Thursday as J.P. morgan's lawyer John Butts said it's why the bank came down hard on Staley. What happened at that deposition fundamentally changed things. Butts said. Oh, that's going to be their excuse. Oh well, we finally got our hands on that deposition and that fundamentally changed things. We realized then that Jess Daley was, you know, a lot closer to Epstein than we knew before. And that's the same tired ass nonsense that we've heard time and time again. And I don't know about all of you, but I've had my fill. The Virgin Islands lawsuit alleges that J.P. morgan violated the Trafficking Victims Protection act, the first comprehensive federal law to address trafficking in persons. The Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations act, the territory's analogue of federal anti racketeering law, violating the Bank Secrecy act and consumer fraud. Judge Rakoff set down a brisk roadmap for a trial. The survivor's lawsuit against Deutsche bank, which did business with Epstein after J.P. morgan has been set for August 8th. J.P. morgan Chase will face off against the Epstein survivors and the Virgin Islands government at trial on October 23rd. Rakoff moved the latter trial date in light of JP Morgan's lawsuit against Staley. So as you can see, things are continuing to heat up down in the Virgin Islands and I hope that they continue to escalate and we continue to hear more about people like Jamie Dimon possibly having to sit for a deposition. Because it's long beyond time that all of these people who were facilitating this nonsense financially were called out for the gigantic role that they played in this ongoing abuse that lasted literally decades. Alright folks, that's gonna do it for this one. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box. What's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Jamie Dimon, big shot from JP Morgan, is sitting for A deposition today, and he's going to be deposed for lawsuits that accuse the bank of facilitating and profiting from sex trafficking by their longtime customer, Jeffrey Epstein. This comes as the battle royale down in the U. S. Virgin Islands between JP Morgan, unnamed accusers Jess Staley and the U. S. Virgin island government continues to mosh its way through the court. So today we're going to talk a little bit more about Jamie Dimon and him sitting for this deposition. To do that, we have an article from cnbc, and the author of this article is Dan Mangan. Headline, JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon faces deposition in Jeffrey Epstein lawsuits. I'm honestly shocked that this guy is even giving these depositions. I figured he'd find a way to weasel himself out and not have to deal with sitting down like a commoner and talking about what his bank might have been up to. Guys like Jamie Dimon usually find a way to wiggle out. Oh, my mom is sick. I have a gopher who has an ingrown hair. You know every excuse under the sun. JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon was set to be deposed Friday at his bank's New York headquarters for lawsuits that accused the company of facilitating and profiting from sex trafficking by its longtime customer Jeffrey Epstein diamond. And J.P. morgan, which denies any wrongdoing and liability in the cases, earlier, lost an effort to dismiss the suits by the plaintiffs, the government of the U. S. Virgin Islands, and an anonymous Epstein accuser. So they tried their damnedest to get this thrown out without a jury or a judge ever getting a real look at what was going on. And that's always the best course of action if you're somebody like J.P. morgan. Right? Last thing you want to do is have to answer for this in court. So if you can get it thrown out, find a judge that's favorable to your cause, then so much the better. But that didn't happen this time. And Judge Rakoff has decided that they're gonna have to answer for their bullshit. Now, how far that goes, once we get into the courtroom, we all know the deal. It's gonna be a couple of wink, wink, nudge nudges, and there's gonna be a bunch of payoffs. Besides that, there's not gonna be any kind of real punishment for anybody. What do you think Jamie Dimon is going to sit in the jail cell ever? Zero chance. What do you think Jess Staley is, even though he's being accused of heinous crimes? If that was any of us. Being accused of what Jess Daley is being accused of forget it. We'd be getting tarred and feathered and dragged down to the local police station on just allegations. But it's not good enough when it's Jeff Staley or Glenn Dubin or or George Mitchell or Bill Richardson. The suits claim that JP Morgan, the biggest bank in the United States, kept Epstein as a customer even after learning he was being investigated for sexually abusing underage girls in Florida, and after he pleaded guilty in a state charged there in 2008 to paying for sex from a minor. And we all know what that paying was. That was the hush money. What do you think these little girls were walking around on whatever the blade is down there in Palm beach and they were women of the night. That wasn't how this worked. This dude recruited little girls to go and recruit other little girls for him, and it was all managed by some elder women like Ghislaine Maxwell and Sarah Kellen Vickers, who were really at the controls. Everybody else was just a a pawn, right? A piece to be moved on the chessboard for Epstein's desires and to advance whatever disgusting weird ass plot he had cooking.

the bank is accused in the complaints in the U.S. district Court in Manhattan of doing so in order to keep Epstein, who kept tens of millions of dollars in accounts there despite internal concerns about his slimy reputation. Remember, they don't care about your reputation. The only thing that you can possibly do that is bad for business is be broke. Everything else, it's game on. You want to abuse children, you want to beat on your wife, you want to be an arms dealer? Hell, everybody's welcomed in the elite circles that these scumbags run in the Virgin Islands. Says Epstein used frequent cash withdrawals he made from those accounts to pay for young women to travel to the American territory so that he and others could abuse them at his residence on a private island that he owned. So where are the others? Everybody wants to talk about the others in all of these articles. How come these journalists don't go deeper? Okay, so they say others. Let's dig a little deeper. Who are these others? And when you start digging, it's rather obvious that a bunch of people have already been named. And that's why I find it laughable when you have people out here on Twitter and elsewhere talking about how they're going to expose this one or that one, bro. When you have guys like George Mitchell and Bill Richardson being completely exposed in this and nothing happening, I find it so bizarre that people would rather talk about folks like Tom Hanks and other people in Hollywood while simply ignoring people like Ehud Barack or ignoring people like Bill Richardson or ignoring people like George Mitchell. It makes me wonder what their real intentions are when they're covering or talking about this case. Because the real meat and potatoes here, folks, are not the jesters that get dressed up and dance for our shekels. That means the jerk offs in Hollywood. The real problem here are these degenerates that were at the levers of power and still hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. People out here are acting like we should be shocked that Hollywood's full of degenerates. We already knew that this isn't breaking news. So I'm always skeptical of these people out here banging the drum about this name or that name when the names of importance that have already been dropped are out there and none of these people that are supposedly going to expose everything have done a damn thing and they'll continue to just be feckless grifters, but somehow that generates buzz. People want that kind of stuff, I guess. Me personally I don't care about all the salacious rumor. I don't care about Tom Hanks. I don't care about none of that. You know what I care about? The facts right here in front of my face. Things that have been in court documents that people in the legacy media even can't dispute. Those are the things that we should be pushing forward. That's the ball that should be carried over the goal line. But the sad truth is this space, like just about any other, is populated with a bunch of charlatans, grifters, liars and con artists. I have this secret information. And if you subscribe to my newsletter, for the mere price of $4.99 a month, that information can be yours, too. Every time I see garbage like that, I want to reach for the Drano and drink it. Human trafficking was the principal business of the accounts Epstein maintained at J.P. morgan. The Virgin Islands suit says Dimon's deposition is being taken in private. The questions he is asked and the answers he gives would only become public if they are used in court filings and proceedings or if they are leaked. And I would never rule that out. You never know. When we're talking about court transcripts here, we're not talking about grand jury transcripts. So there's always a chance. Miniscule, but there's always a chance that this stuff does get dumped. JP Morgan didn't immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment. In addition to questioning diamond under oath, the Virgin Islands has issued a flurry of subpoenas seeking documents related to Epstein and JP Morgan from a number of high profile people the government suspects Epstein tried to recruit as fellow clients of the bank. And as great as it is to see the US Virgin Islands calling out the bank here for their role in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, do you really think they'd be doing that if hundreds of millions of dollars weren't on the line? I highly doubt they would be. Because remember, it's never been about justice. Here they had ample opportunity to meet some justice out. And they chose not to. Instead, they chose to wet their beak out of Jeffrey Epstein's palm. They include Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Google co founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, former Disney executive Michael Ovitz, Hyatt hotel's executive chairman Thomas Pritzker and Mort Zuckerman, the billionaire real estate investor. Diamond's deposition comes more than a week after Deutsche bank agreed to pay $75 million to Epstein's survivors to settle a would be class action lawsuit by one of his accusers, Deutsche bank, had taken on Epstein as a customer after JP Morgan had severed ties with them in 2013, after keeping him on as a client for 15 years. So imagine they have the audacity to look anybody in the face and say they did the right thing. Here you were in bed with a absolute serpent for all those years, and now it's all Jeff Staley's fault, huh? You guys had nothing to do with it. Deutsche bank had taken on Epstein as a customer after JP Morgan severed ties with him in 2013, after keeping him as a client for 15 years. JP Morgan has said Dimon had not reviewed Epstein's accounts when he was a client there from 1998 through 2013, the year that JP Morgan severed its relationship with him. So they also want you to believe that the boss of the whole ass company had no idea about this big time player Jeffrey Epstein and never once took a look at his file. I can say that's absolute bs. When I was managing a sportsbook, forget it. I was going through files all the time of our players, what their tendency was, how much money they usually deposited or forwarded over, how much money they took out when they left so I could be prepared. And as you all know, I'm certainly no financial genius. All right? Just some dumbass. And if I was doing it, you mean to tell me that Jamie Dimon never once cracked open the books for a look? If so, he's negligent. What else did he miss? And should JP Morgan even keep him on board? Or should they find somebody that's going to take their job a little more serious when it comes to compliance. Epstein died six years later from suicide, allegedly in a New York jail a month after federal authorities charged him with trafficking girls for sexual. You know what's so crazy? All the people that are, like, gung ho to believe the official narrative about Jeffrey Epstein dying of suicide. Like you see in these articles, when they say it definitively, and then they'll say, well, you know, that's what the county coroner said. That's what the medical advisor said. Until the next time there's a situation and it doesn't run with their bias, and then all of a sudden, oh, well, what are you going to believe? The government. So it's either you believe what these people are telling you, meaning the government, or you're skeptical of just about everything they have to say. And I know where I fall at this point. And I'm sure you all know where I fall at this point. Enough with the bs. Enough with no Transparency. It's about time that they just step up and show everybody everything they have. And let's see what's what. Let the chips fall where they may, because covering things up, obfuscating and acting like nothing bad happened in that jail cell or in that jailhouse is absolutely absurd and truly is cognitive dissonance. J.P. morgan pushes back. J.P. morgan, in a related complaint, has said that any civil liability it would have from Epstein's conduct is the responsibility of its former executive Jeff Staley, who is a friend of Epstein and his main business contact at the bank. Staley, who also denies any wrongdoing, earlier this week lost a bid to dismiss JP Morgan's complaint against him, which among other things, seeks to recoup $80 million in compensation from him. So that's just the first firing shot by them. They also want him to be on the line for any sort of penalty they might incur because of the bank's relationship with Epstein. So remember, the whole entire plan from JP Morgan is not us. It's everybody else's fault but ours. And while that may be true, everybody else might have been involved. So were they. In addition to trying to shift blame to Staley, JP Morgan this week in a court filing accused the Virgin Islands of being complicit in in the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein. The filing said the Virgin Islands looked the other way as Epstein trafficked young women because he was given high ranking officials there money, advice and favors. The filing specifically says that Epstein paid tuition for the children of John De Jong and his wife Cecile when John served as Virgin Islands governor and when Cecile worked for Epstein managing his companies in the territory. None of this is disputable. And I remember catching some flack for my position when it comes to the United States Virgin Islands. Denise, George and what they were up to. And it was all based on the fact that they helped Jeffrey Epstein put this whole entire thing in motion. They helped keep it going. And then the fact that they had the audacity to try to get some money, all of a sudden I'm the huh? Well, I guess I'm the but that doesn't change the fact that the U. S. Virgin Islands was on one here and what they were up to is basically a lick. They basically took this money, in my opinion. And the fact that it was so easy for them to do so they figured they might as well let it rip one more time, throw the dice and see what happens here. Another $105 million, well, that can really go a long way to promoting and propagating our corruption right? Cecile also allegedly made efforts to secure student visas for young women connected to Epstein and was his primary conduit for spreading money and influence throughout the USVI government. The Washington Post on Friday published details of a deposition earlier taken by Mary Erdos, who runs JP Morgan's Asset and Wealth management division. Oh boy, erdos wrote in a 2011 email to another bank executive after she found out Epstein's status as a sex offender as a result of his Florida conviction had been affirmed.

The newspaper said that was at least the sixth time Erdos had been alerted to Epstein's criminal or civil legal trouble for sex crimes. So there's the culpability right there for JP Morgan, them trying to weasel their way out. It's not going to work, but I do appreciate the attempt to go down swinging and take down some other scumbags with you. I'm on board for that 100% because the U S Virgin Islands setting themselves up here like they're the hero is one of the biggest jokes that, honestly, I've ever seen. These people are no heroes. If they were heroes, we wouldn't have civil suits out the wazoo. We'd have criminal complaints making their way through the court with Rico attached to it. But instead, what we see? Just another cash grab. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for me. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
