What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. We keep hearing about all of these raids of Jeffrey Epstein's properties. Well, not Zorro Ranch, but the other properties. And how they took all of these hard drives and all this other stuff and how they have all this evidence. Well, what happened to all of that evidence? Where is it? And is the public ever gonna know about any of it? Because when we go back in time here and we read articles from 2019, 2020, there's all this talk about all this evidence and we didn't see any of it at the Maxwell trial, did we? So what are they doing with all of it? Why is the FBI sitting on it? Is this evidence ever going to become available? Are they ever going to use that evidence to go after any of these co conspirators? Well, inquiring minds want to know. However, nothing from the FBI as far as what's on those tapes or what they found or what sort of evidence is there. In fact, nobody else has even been arrested. So what are they doing? Why did they take that evidence if they never planned on using it? And where is all of that evidence now? Do they still have it? That's a legitimate question to ask. Considering how they lost the footage from Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell for from the first alleged suicide attempt. That's a legitimate question to ask. Does the FBI still have this information? Do they still have this evidence? And if so, what are they going to do with it? Unfortunately, however, when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and this human trafficking enterprise, the FBI has not been transparent at all. In fact, they've done everything they can to gum things up when people are looking for information. And for me, a little transparency will go a long way if they want to end all the. If Epstein really killed himself and they have that evidence, let's see it. If there's no evidence of high profile figures using Jeffrey Epstein services, then tell us. My suspicion, however, is the stuff that they found on those computers is way too damning and to release into the public square. They know that it will cause absolute chaos and they can't have it. They can't lose face like that. So what they'll do is they'll say it's an ongoing investigation and then that way they don't have to give you any information about it. Even if you apply for a Freedom of Information act, they can say this is an ongoing investigation and we can't divulge any of the details that you're looking for. And they can get away with it, and they'll continue to do that for as long as they can. But at some point, they're going to have to answer where all of this evidence is and what all of these hard drives contained. Today we have an article from CNBC headline FBI seized Computers and raid at Jeffrey Epstein's Virgin Island Home. This article was published on August 13th of 2019 and the authors are Dan Mangan and Kevin Bruninger. FBI agents seized computers from wealthy financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's home in the Virgin Islands during a raid of the private island owned by the late accused sex trafficker, according to drone footage. Now, why wouldn't. Here's the thing. Okay, let me back up real quick. When you're going to raid somebody, you have it as a coordinated effort. You don't just raid one house or one property. Everything gets raided at once so that they can't hide evidence. Well, that didn't happen here. Why wasn't Zorro Ranch raided? Why didn't the FBI kick in the door of Zorro ranch and get any information. Why didn't Baldaris, the Attorney General of New Mexico, have a parallel investigation going on the same time the government had one? See, these are questions I have. Look, I wish I had the answers. And these are pretty basic questions that the FBI and the Fed should be able to answer, but they refuse to do so because they know if they answer those questions, it'll open up Pandora's box. If, if they really had nothing to hide here, if everything was on the up and up, we'd already have transparency here. The footage reviewed by NBC News shows that at least two, two computer desktops and an Apple computer were packaged and marked to be taken away from Little St. James island as part of the FBI probe. On Monday, around the time of the raid of that 70 acre island, Attorney William General Barr vowed in a speech that an investigation into Epstein's alleged conduct would continue, would continue. Any co conspirators should not rest easy, Barr said. The survivors deserve justice and they will get it. Oh, yeah, thanks, Darth Barr. You did such a good job here with Jeffrey Epstein, you scuzzball. Your pops is the one who hired him at Dalton, so please spare me with the bill. Barr, Mr. Policeman of the Age is nonsense. The dude is a retread. He's like the Wade Phillips of attorney generals. And why he was ever even brought back onto the scene, he is mystifying to me. The raid came two days after Epstein, 66, died as a result of a. Of a suspected suicide. So they didn't even raid his house down in the Virgin Islands when he was arrested the second time, the day he was arrested the second time, every single house he owned, every property should have been raided at the same time so they could have collected more evidence. Why is Jeffrey Epstein being treated different than a mafioso? I guarantee you folks, I can promise you this from my own experiences. If he had a vowel at the end of his name, he would have been getting a colonoscopy from the FBI. He was found unresponsive Saturday morning in his cell in a federal jail in Manhattan where he was being held without bond on child sex trafficking charges. Authorities are now investigating. That death was which came two weeks after Epstein, a former friend of Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, was found semiconscious in his cell in a possible suicide bid. Yeah, right. I don't buy it. I don't know how anyone can buy it the first time around. I am almost convinced, folks, that it was not an attempted suicide. You're in a jail cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni, a big juice head. Ask Gorilla a 4 homicide loser who. Who killed cartel members. And you mean to tell me that this is a guy that should be in there with Epstein? And then Epstein has marks on his neck, tells people he was assaulted, and I should believe the official narrative saying that it wasn't assault, it was an attempted suicide? I mean, if everybody else else wants to be on bath salts all day and not understand what they're hearing, then that's fine. But me personally, I'm not buying it. I'm going to need a lot more than that, folks. Epstein was taken off a suicide watch at the Metropolitan Correctional center less than a week after that incident. So again, doesn't seem to me like he was suicidal. Why would he be taken off suicide watch if he was suicidal? His lawyer said not suicidal. His girlfriend at the time, not suicidal. Everybody would talk to him. Not suicidal. The Manhattan U.S. attorney's office and the FBI are also continuing to investigate people who are suspected of having conspired to provide him with dozens of young women to be sexually abused from 2002 through 2005 at his residences on the Upper east side of Manhattan and in Palm Beach, Florida. It's crazy how little they talk about Zorro Ranch. I mean, it's really insane to me that that more isn't made of that ranch. That ranch was a key part in what Epstein had going on, and the reason he chose that place is because he didn't have to register as a sex offender. So you would think that there would be a lot more going on about Zorro Ranch, but again, there isn't. No one other than Epstein had been criminally charged in his case at the time of his death. However, the indictment against him says he conspired with other people, people in trafficking underage girls to be sexually victimized during visits to his home, which he claimed were for massages. So who did he traffic these girls to? That's the real question now, right? Any answers for that? Are any of these newspapers out here or any of these outlets who are calling everyone? Conspiracy theorists digging hard into this to who he trafficked these girls to. Doesn't that matter? So you mean to tell me that the john's using the service? It doesn't matter. Well, I'll help you out. Okay. According to Virginia, here are a few names to start with. George Mitchell, Bill Richardson, Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Alan Dershowitz. Just a few names to start with. Okay? You can start there and work your way, you know, out if you want. But the fact is, Epstein and Maxwell weren't doing this in a bubble. It wasn't just them two doing this. So there are legitimate questions about who they were trafficking these girls to. The indictment said that in order to maintain and increase his supply of SUR survivors, Epstein also paid certain. Made certain of his victims to recruit additional girls to be abused. And that's where we get the sexual Ponzi scheme from, right? He'd bring in these girls, and then they'd bring in other girls to abuse her. That's how it worked. The charging document also said in creating and maintaining this network of minor victims in multiple states to sexually abuse and exploit, Epstein worked and conspired with others, plural, others, including employees plural, and associates, plural, who facilitated his conduct. Can we get some indictments, please? How is this not a rico RICO case? Anyone out there? Can anyone give me a legitimate reason why this is not a RICO case? And I'll tell you what. I haven't really been digging as hard lately on Epstein and what went on here and the corruption, but since the legacy media thinks it's a good idea to start painting people as conspiracy theorists, I figured we'd dive right back in and start going hard in the pain again. And boy, oh, boy, I just get angry once again, all over again, because there is so much misjustice here. And to see these people run around and pop off at the lip all the time about how they care about people, it's just disgusting to me. Here's an idea. There's a mountain of evidence here. Let's go after these co conspirators. Let's get a RICO charge, and who cares who that hurts? Monday's raid on Epstein's island included officials from the New York Police Department who are members of the FBI New York Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. The NYPD is a partner in the task force with the FBI that led to the arrest of Jeffrey Epstein last month. An NYPD spokeswoman told CNBC in an email, yeah, right. They piggybacked off of the reporting by Julie Brown. If Julie Brown didn't get involved in the story because she was trying to nail Acosta, then this would have never even came to light. The SDNY and the federal government were more than happy to sweep this under the rug and forget about Jeffrey Epstein. This is all an inconvenience to them. That's what this is. The case remains an active and ongoing investigation, and the NYPD continues to work alongside the FBI in investigating leads, including at Epstein's estate in the Virgin Islands. The NYPD declines further comment on an ongoing investigation, the spokeswoman said. And again, we declined comment. We don't have anything for you. Go and make up some conspiracy theories. It's basically what they're telling you. Barr said on Monday that there were serious irregular irregularities at the MCC jail where Epstein died. Oh, that's an understatement. That is an understatement. Here. It's like saying, ah, you know, Jeff Bezos has a couple of bucks. We will get to the bottom of what happened, bar vowed at a police event in New Orleans, and there will be accountability. Yeah, three years later, where are we? Bill Barr out here whitewashing no accountability, nobody else in prison? Come on, man, stop lying to us. Both the FBI and the Inspector General's Office of the Justice Department are probing the circumstances of Epstein's death. The Bureau of Prisons is an agency of the Justice Department, which Bar heads. The New York Times, citing prison and law enforcement officials, reported Monday that one of the two people who were supposed to be guarding Epstein and the MCC was was not a full fledged correctional officer, and neither guard had checked on Mr. Epstein for several hours before he was discovered. Hell of a job over there by Mr. Barr's people at the DOJ. I know if I was in charge of a department, the buck would be stopping with me. I guess that's not the case at the FBI or the doj, though.

You see folks, there is so much wrong here. So much that is just unanswered for. And then they just expect you to believe whatever narrative that they're pitching without any damn evidence to go along with it. For me, it's all about the evidence in this case. Show me the evidence and that's what I'm going to follow. I don't care about Bill Barr's opinion. I don't care about the opinion of some NPR journalist or some journalist from the Washington Post. I don't care about any of that. Let's see the evidence. And wherever that evidence leads us, that is where we will go on this podcast. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this episode. The link that I discussed can be found in the description box. It is what's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Yesterday we were talking about the Jeffrey Epstein case overall and and the whole conspiracy theory surrounding it and how a lot of people in the legacy media love to throw that word around but never have any quality answers when you ask them real questions, such as why did evidence from Jeffrey Epstein safe go missing after the FBI raid? Well, they'll have no answers for you. And you know why that is? Because there are no answers for it. This evidence should have never went missing. It should have never been out of the Possession of the FBI. And certainly one of Jeffrey Epstein's lawyers should not have been in possession of this at all. But here we are. How is it that after the raid that one of Epstein's lawyers, Richard Khan, can go there, take items from the house, hard drives and other stuff, without the FBI arresting him? You mean to tell me that's normal behavior? That's, you know, regular procedure? So if they raid somebody's house, I can go in there and take whatever I want? Why wasn't that stuff taken with them during the raid? Why wasn't it secured and brought back and given to evidence? You mean to tell me there's no chain of custody? Well, if there's no chain of custody, you certainly don't have a case, because that means that evidence could be corrupted. And that's certainly what we're looking at here, folks. So again, I ask you, who is the conspiracy theorist and who is whitewashing what went down and what motivations do people have for whitewashing this? Why would people in the legacy media continue to try and throw a hat on people and call them conspiracy theorists when they're simply digging for answers? Now, if you want to talk about actual conspiracy theorists, great. But what they try and do is malign everybody who has questions here as a conspiracy theorist. And the only point you can come to is that they're doing it for a reason. Who are they trying to protect and why? So to the journalists and all the people out there who want to run that conspiracy crap to make things more difficult on people, well, here's a question for you. Where's the evidence from Jeffrey Epstein? Safe. Bueller? Bueller, anyone? Exactly. The peanut gallery is certainly silent when they're addressed. And when you bring questions to them that they can't answer, well, they don't have anything to say, do they? So again, take the conspiracy stuff and stuff it. You want to direct it at people who are actually talking conspiracies, great. But don't try and malign a whole ass community. And don't try and malign people who have questions about one of the most prolific sex trafficking rings in history, because it makes you look like the idiot. Really. Today we have an article from the Telegraph. Now, this article is from Ghislaine Maxwell's trial, okay? And the authors of this article are Josie Enzor and Jamie Johnson. Headline Evidence from Jeffrey Epstein Safe went missing after the FBI raid Court hears in Ghislaine Maxwell trial. Now, that's not me telling you. That's not the conspiracy theorists telling you. That? That's not Alex Jones telling you that. That's Agent Kelly McGuire from the FBI who testified at Epstein's trial that CDs and hard drives disappeared as authorities waited on a warrant to seize them. Well, where do you think they went? Why do you think they. They disappeared? It was just magic? They just, you know, conveniently disappeared? Of course not. There was a plan. Jeffrey Epstein's executors, Khan and Indike, at least in my opinion, they knew that there was some seriously bad stuff on there, Got their hands on it, and then did what to it? Who knows? I don't know. But I doubt they were just taking a look at pictures from the last barbecue down on the island. I highly doubt that. An FBI agent testified to a New York court in Ghislaine Maxwell sex trafficking trial on Monday that evidence went missing from Jeffrey Epstein's New York townhouse while authorities were waiting on a warrant. So again, who's the conspiracy theorist? Imagine being a real ass journalist with, like, resources and shit and not chasing this down and figuring out what happened here. Or chasing down the fact that police protocol wasn't followed. In the aftermath of Jeffrey Epstein's death in that jail, Special Agent Kelly McGuire recalled how CDs and other items were recovered by the FBI from a lock safe during an initial search of the Manhattan home on July 6 and July 7, 2019, after Epstein's arrest on sex assault charges. Now, after they raided this place the first time, it was should have been locked down. Nobody should have been allowed in or out unless you're part of the FBI. But no, Epstein's lawyers can come and go as they please, Take whatever they want. Who knows what kind of Tom, Dick and Harry were coming and going and where this evidence went. And why wasn't this evidence taken and put in storage the day of? That's a question you should be asking yourselves, Mr. Conspiracy Theorist. The FBI agent said officers broke open the safe with a saw, finding the CDs, jewelry, computer hard drives, loose diamonds, passports, and large amounts of u. S. Currency. So all of that was found but not taken. Why? They sure like to take stuff from other places. Let me tell you what, when the feds raided the people I care about, well, they took everything. They certainly didn't leave stuff and say, oh, you know what? We'll come back for this tomorrow. And they left the place a mess, by the way. They love to do that. They took photographs of the items, but left them at the residence as they did not have warrants to remove them when they returned four days later, on July 11, they were no longer there. I don't buy that they didn't have warrants to remove them. You get a warrant to raid this guy's house, but you don't have a warrant to remove items that are found? What sort of shoddy ass garbage police work is that? Obviously I shouldn't, you know, be surprised considering it's sdny up to, you know, their, their old tricks. But it's really flustering and it's really frustrating when you have this sort of information out there for the general public and certainly for journalists, and they don't seem to find a problem with it. Like, ah, that's just the way it goes. Systemic era, folks. Nothing to see here. Well, I refuse to accept that. How many coincidences have to line up before we say to ourselves, there is something wrong here? And for me, that boat's already sailed. A long time ago. Agent McGuire, a member of an FBI Child Exploitation and human trafficking task force, said she then called Richard Khan, Epstein's lawyer, who now serves as the executor of the late financiers estate pedophile, to ask what happened to the items. Richard Khan is an accountant, by the way. 20 to 30 minutes after the conversation, Richard Khan came to the residence and brought them items back in two suitcases. Agent Maguire said, oh, that's nice. So he had these items, took them home for whatever reason, broke the chain of custody, and now all of that evidence is out the window, no matter what. Because in a court of law, once the chain of custody is broke, forget it. Who knows what Con or IndyJK were doing with those hard drives. Did they erase stuff? Did they add stuff? Who knows? She could not confirm the content on the return CDs was the same as the ones that were taken, but confirmed all the items were accounted for. Oh, that's nice. Hell of a job over there by the FBI letting these guys take this again. And then you wonder why people have questions. You wonder why my big fat bearded yap continues to run. How about a little transparency? Boxes of CDs and hard drives were discovered in several rooms in Epstein's eight story Upper east side apartment in Manhattan, including in a so called massage room some agent McGuire testified had evidence tape sealing them. She told the court the tape had not been put there by police. Wow, wow, wow. I mean, what more do you folks need to know? That everything is FUBAR here. They're gaslighting you with the official narrative and they continue to gaslight us with it. And frankly, I've had my fill. I'm not just going to accept it. I'm not going to sit here and be like, oh yeah? Well, that's what the official narrative says. So we got to roll with it. Especially when the official narrative is filled with so many holes. On the fifth floor, FBI agents also found a shelf full of large black binders. The binders held CDs carefully categorized in plastic slip covers and thumbnails with photos on them. Another FBI agent who took took the stand on on the sixth day of Ms. Maxwell's sex trafficking trial confirmed one CD contained a photograph of the socialite and Epstein. The socialite, huh? You mean the co conspirator all around scuzz bag. Federal prosecutors previously alluded to the contents of the Safe in a July 29. Excuse me, a July 2019 filing when they sought to have the judge deny Epstein's bail application later that month. So really, what you need to ask yourself is why they didn't take this stuff in the first place. That's the real question for this whole entire article. And if anyone has a good answer for that, I'd love to know. According to reports at the time, a trove of lewd photographs of children was found in the safe at the property court. Paper said that alongside photos were compact discs with handwritten labels, including young name miscellaneous nudes one and and girl picks nude. There was also a passport from a foreign country with a picture of Epstein under another name. So let's go back up here a minute, okay? Where are all of these CDs and the handwritten labels and all of that? Where did it all go? We didn't see any of it at the trial. So what's the FBI doing with it? Well, according to Ms. McGuire here, they lost a chain of custody and they don't really know what happened. So how is that acceptable to any of you out there? It's certainly not acceptable to me. And just another reason why I get so fired up when you have these Johnny come lately's who don't know anything about this story besides a surface scratch or whatever their political ideologues tell them to know, show up and try and talk about what's a conspiracy and what's not.

At Arizona State University, we're bringing world class education from our globally acclaimed faculty to you. Earn your degree from the nation's most innovative university online. That's a degree. Better learn more at ASU Online. ASU.edu the mansion had 40 rooms and Ms. McGuire testified on Monday that it took about 12 hours for her team to fully search. So I just wanted to go back to this article on the heels of that whole conspiracy garbage we read yesterday and show you folks what the deal really is. And until all of these questions are answered, you better believe people are going to have legitimate questions. Now, are there people out there that have some wild ass weird conspiracy theories about Epstein and what went on here? Hell yeah, 100%. But to paint a whole ass community of people as conspiracy theorists is ridiculous. But it's just typical for the legacy media who feels themselves losing their grip. Who, who knows that their viewership's down and who knows that the that they're pumping to you is no longer just being accepted and swallowed. And they're panicking. So they have to lash out, right? But in lashing out, a lot of times they're exposing themselves for what they really are. And let's be very clear, the legacy media enabled Jeffrey Epstein for decades. And to all of those blue check marks out there and authors and journalists who don't like it, I don't care. Go home, put it in your pipe and smoke it. The legacy media enabled Jeffrey Epstein, protected Jeffrey Epstein, and in some circles continues to do so. Well, guess what? That shit'll never happen here, folks. the time machine today. And we're going to read an article from July 11th of 2019. And the article is talking about how the Department of Justice had a ton of evidence in regards to the Jeffrey Epstein case and they sat on it. They didn't go after the co conspirators, they didn't go after any of the other people involved. They sat on the evidence and it took an investigation from the Miami Herald to spur them into action. How pathetic, how inept do you have to be if it takes an investigation from a newspaper outlet to spur you into action and to make you do your job? If Berman and Comey and the rest of them at the SDNY are not capable of doing their job correctly, well, perhaps somebody else should do it for them. Because what we have seen thus far from the sdny, the vaunted sdny, the historically so great sdny, we have seen absolutely nothing, no movement. What we saw was Berman get up there in front of everybody and act like he does not even know who Jeffrey Epstein is, begging for people to come forward with information. Bitch, we know that you know who Jeffrey Epstein is. How are you gonna get up there and lie to us with your little pointer and your stupid little slideshow? Nobody's buying it, Mr. Berman, okay? And frankly, nobody's holding you responsible. Ever. Nobody's ever calling you out for a poorly done job. And guess what? I'm here to tell you. You're doing a piss poor job. You work for the people. Remember that, sir. And one day the people of New York are going to wake up from their trance and there is going to be hell to pay for all of you corrupt Tammany hall ass politicians that reside there. This article is from the Epoch Times, and the headline is Justice Department Sat on Mountain of Epstein evidence for 10 years. The author, Wilson Miller, at the press conference announcing the indictment of Jeffrey Epstein, A reporter asked U.S. attorney Jeffrey Berman if new evidence played any role. Berman gave a hat tip to investigative journalists who followed the case after Epstein was handed a sweetheart plea deal when he was prosecuted for sex crimes more than a decade ago. We were assisted from some excellent investigative journalism, Berman said. Now, while I agree that journalism should play a huge part in cases like this, if the FBI and Berman are relying on journalists to do their job for them, then what in the world f are they doing hanging out, taking up space in their offices? You morons should be doing the job. You idiots should be investigating these crimes. But no, you're too busy playing grab ass all the time. Too busy playing politics. Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, who was involved in Epstein's plea deal as a federal prosecutor, referenced new evidence in a Twitter message. The following day. The crimes committed by Epstein are horrific. And I am pleased that New York prosecutors are moving forward with a, with a case based on new evidence, Acosta wrote. Now that new evidence and additional testimony is available, the New York prosecution offers an important opportunity to more fully bring him to justice. Acosta is another one that just makes me sick. Another one of these guys that refuses to stand up and do the right thing. When he was pressured from whoever he was pressured from to make sure Epstein got this sweetheart deal, he should have never bent his back to do it. He should have stood up to whoever was making those requests and brought it to the public, brought it to the inspector general. Whatever it is he should have done, he should have done that. But he should not bend over backwards and help Jeffrey Epstein get out of this jam. Now, of course, you all know how I feel. I don't feel like Acosta was the motivating factor here. There was a lot of people a lot higher than Acosta. All right, Michael Mukase's office, you know, et cetera, et cetera. So there's a lot of, a lot of moving parts here when it comes to Acosta with this plea deal. But at the same time, Acosta needs to be held accountable for not having the courage to stand up to these people. How dare you get steamrolled over such an important matter. When you're elected and put into an office such as Attorney General, it comes with a lot of responsibility. And that responsibility is not only to the state, that responsibility is to the people. Okay? The people first. And all of these people have lost focus of that. Perhaps in an effort to control the damage, Acosta conducted a press conference at which he repeated his claim that they've brought these charges on new evidence. New evidence and assist from journalists. Don't believe it. And that's a fact. It has nothing to do with that. The, the, the, the SDNY and the prosecutor's office had all of this evidence, all of it. And the only reason that they were spurred into action is because of Julie Brown's investigation. And I'll give her, her props for that. Without that investigation and her bringing some of this stuff to light, the SDNY would have just continued to sit on it and continue to protect their boy, Jeffrey Epstein. How many of these prosecutors have rubbed elbows with Jeffrey Epstein? How many of these DAs, how many of these judges, the New York prosecutors didn't take action after reading a newspaper article about a game changing piece of evidence. Compare the 2007 non prosecution agreement with the new indictment. Both Address sex trafficking of children. The Department of Justice has been sitting on mountains of evidence confirming Epstein's abuse of young girls for more than 10 years. Point blank period. That's a fact. So again, I ask you, how is Bill Barr doing his job if the Department of Justice is sitting on this mountain of evidence? I heard from so many people that Bill Barr was going to come in and be a game changer and he was going to clean things up. It's more of the same, folks, okay? It does not matter what side of the aisle these people are on. Bill Barr is just another retread. He's like Wade, Wade Phillips in football. Another one of these coaches that keeps getting these jobs in the league even though they've been in the league for 100 years. Enough already with people like Bill Barr. I am so tired of these retread bureaucrats jumping from administration to administration and wreaking havoc within the justice system. Enough is enough. The assist was instead a wave of public outrage upon the discovery of how the Justice Department and Florida prosecutors protected a child sex offender with a lenient plea deal, hid the details from the victims and the public, and failed to prosecute the women who helped Epstein find, groom and exploit children. 100%. That's really what it was, right? The Miami Herald's work, that was a vehicle for people to take a ride into Jeffrey Epstein's world. And when they took a little look behind the curtain, well, they were outraged. And therefore the prosecutor's office knew that they had to act. It had nothing to do with new evidence that came about or with new evidence uncovered by the investigation. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. It was the interest that the. The investor. The new investigation drummed up and then the public pressure that was coming on Berman and friends. You see, that's the only thing that gets these guys moving, folks. Public pressure. When they're at fear of losing their job or when they're at. When the. When they're fear that they're fearing. Fearful of having to lose some of that power that they have consolidated throughout their despicable lives. Well, that's when they're spurred into motion. That's when they act. That's when they come out with their canned ass statements. What did the Justice Department have on Epstein? The answers can be found in a 2008 lawsuit in which two of Epstein's alleged survivors in Doe vs sued the United States for violating their rights under the Federal Crimes Victims Rights Act. In particular, they claim the government violated their right to confer during the negotiation of the non prosecution agreement and failed to inform the survivors that Epstein's state plea would end the federal case. The survivors also claimed the government violated their right to be treated with fairness by concealing the non prosecution agreement 100%. That is the case. And we see that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals when they had the three person panel, we know how that turned out. Two of the judges, a 90 year old octogenarian and Harvard judge, sided with the government while Judge Hull, a female judge, sided with the survivors. And we know that it's going to go to the full 11th Circuit Court of Appeals at this point because the dissent was so hot and heavy and and because of the amicus briefs filed by the three people who co signed the bill into law. So we know that this is going to go before the whole entire empaneled court and they are going to hear it as the full 11th Circuit Court. And when that occurs, folks, I guarantee you, unless there is something really, really, really crazy that happens, I can almost guarantee that that they're going to rule in the favor of the survivors when the whole entire court is impaneled. Judge Kenneth Mara sided with the survivors on February 21st ruling that the Justice Department violated the survivors rights under the Crimes Victims Rights Act. The opinion set forth the DOJ's conspiracy with Epstein's lawyers to deceive the victims. Some of those who participated in the plea deal at the local level have offered justifications. As the Miami Herald's Julie Brown reported. Assistant U.S. attorney Marie Vilafana in court papers said that prosecutors used their best efforts to comply with the Crime Victims Rights act, but exercised their prosecutorial discretion when they chose not to notify the victims. The reasons went like the non prosecution deal had a restitution clause that provided the girls a chance to seek compensation from Epstein. Had the deal fallen through, necessitating a trial and Epstein's lawyers might have used this, the prior restitution clause to undermine the girl's credibility as witnesses by claiming they had exaggerated Epstein's behavior in hopes of cashing in. Okay, so basically that's just a bunch of bullshit, right? Maria Vilafana is definitely one of the the bad actors in this whole entire situation that unfolded the first time around. And her reasoning here is just straight garbage. It's just more excuses to try and cover her ass when in reality we know that every single right of the survivors was stepped on, chewed up and spit out by these disgusting excuses. For prosecutors in Florida and at the federal level. I am absolutely disgusted by all of them. All of Their actions. And every single one of these prosecutors who were involved in the first prosecution, they should all, all of them should have their law degrees looked at by the bar. The bar. And they should all face stiff penalties for what they have done. Because this is just lo. Ludicrous. These excuses fall flat. The volume of evidence that the DOJ had on Epstein and his criminal enterprise was extensive. For example, privilege logs filed by the prosecutors in the docay show they had records covering every part of Epstein's life, including his finances, corporate records, flight logs, and phone calls with conspirators. And they talk like they have no evidence. Right? Berman acts like he has nothing. Berman acts like he needs people to come forward and point out Epstein's crimes to him. Bro, you're not fooling anybody, okay? Nobody's buying your narrative. And nobody's going to be gaslit by you people no more. Do your job. Pretty simple. When it came to the survivors, the evidence was overwhelming. The Department of Justice had an FBI file entitled Summary of Sexual Activity containing an analysis of victim specific information. This included a chart showing phone calls, travel and grand jury evidence relevant to possible charges. Records show this involved at least nine potential victims. The dart. The Department of Justice was also in possession of FBI reports of interviews of victims and witnesses in New York back in March of 2008. But no, they didn't have enough evidence to prosecute. Folks, they need. They need you to come forward and help them out a little bit more. They needed Julie K. Brown's article to come out so that they could, you know, learn a little something. And this is supposedly the best prosecutorial department in the United States. These are the people that you're relying on to bring down these evil scumbags. Boy, we're setting ourselves up for a big disappointment if the SDNY is our go to in this case. Court records also revealed the Department of Justice had jury transcripts, witness and victim interviews, investigative files from the State of Florida and the Palm Beach Police Department, and records on potential co conspirators. You see what I'm talking about? All the time now, folks. You see what I mean when I tell you that the evidence is there in abundance and not just circumstantial? That's what we might have in the public sphere, right? The things that we put together, those are the breadcrumbs that lead us to the prize at the end. But the government itself, they have dossiers on all of these people. They know intimately what these people were up to, what they were engaging in, who they were involved with. They don't need the help of Julie K. Brown or of Bobby or anybody else. This is the federal government we're talking about here. With every bit of power that you could possibly imagine at their fingertips. The evidence was there. What was missing was the institutional desire to prosecute child sex abuse. Let me read that again for those of you in the back that might not have heard it. The evidence was there. What was missing was the institutional desire to prosecute child sex abuse. The institutions failed the survivors and the media has failed the public by not demanding those in power answer a simple question, why? And again, folks, that is the sole reason that you hear my fat yap on this podcast on a regular basis. Nobody's asking the hard questions. The legacy media has abandoned the survivors. And yet if you dig deep enough, you find out that all of the evidence is already there. Everything that is needed to prosecute them is already there. The only thing that is missing is the desire to of those in power. The answer to that question lies with the Department of Justice headquarters, also known as Main Justice. They knew. Epstein's criminal defense lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, has stated that the plea deal went through numerous levels of approval at Main Justice. The involvement of Main justice was confirmed in the court's February 21st opinion, which states any requirement that Epstein carry out his obligations under the non prosecution agreement was delayed while he sought higher level review within the Justice Department. Boy, isn't that nice, huh? And that's what I'm talking about with Michael Mukase. Okay? Remember that name because I'm going to have a lot more on that coming soon. Because to get to the end, we must start at the beginning. Further corroboration was provided by Acosta in his July 10 press conference where he stated that people from the Main justice were involved early in the development of the Epstein case and were aware of its progression. Acosta declined to state who at Main justice was involved in the Epstein case. I have names, guys.

Okay. Court records show that post plea deal decisions went up to Deputy Attorney General Mark Philippe, who, according to one former Department of Justice official, has a stellar reputation. Philippe was informed of reasons to approve the continued prosecution of Epstein if he didn't comply with the non prosecution agreement. Judge Mara noted that Phillipe reviewed the Epstein matter and determined that the federal prosecution of Epstein was appropriate if he did not comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Boy, isn't that nice. The George Bush Justice Department sure was a dumpster fire, wasn't it? Alberto Gonzalez and the rest of them, a Whole lot of war criminals letting off child sex offenders. Shouldn't be shocked, but I am. Another high level Department of Justice official who had his fingerprints on the. On the case is Andrew Oosterbahn, then Chief of the Child Exploitation and Obscenity section. A privileged log filed on June 23, 2015 referenced several emails from 2007 between the Florida Federal prosecutors and Oosterbahn regarding an Epstein meeting and changes to the draft indictment and status of plea negotiations. So basically what you had here was the state and federal prosecutors working hand in hand to make sure Jeffrey Epstein got off. I want to see all of those emails unredacted and for the public to consume because I've. I'll tell you right now, the George Bush administration was run by criminals and worse. And anything that those scumbags put their fingers on should be reviewed and a full review because I don't trust anything about the George Bush administration. Not a thing. Additionally, these records appear to show Epstein's attorneys reached out to andy Laurie in May 2007 to arrange a meeting to discuss the Epstein investigation. Laurie was the Acting Chief of the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division in Washington in 2006 before before becoming the Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Chief of Staff to the criminal division by 2007. In 2007, he was also an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of Florida. Laura Laurie was kept in the loop on possible federal coercion and enticement charges, proposed changes to the indictment, finalizing details with the State's Attorney's office, and final revisions to indictment packages. Folks, remember I told you there were other names that needed to be talked about in this case. Well, here are some of them. And for those of you who are covering this case and doing research in this case, well, there are your breadcrumbs. You now have your homework assignment. Start digging folks. There are also notations of a 2007 email from Florida Federal prosecutors to Myesha Braden, who was serving as a trial attorney for the Child Exploitation and Obscenity section of the Department of Justice Criminal Division regarding securing a pre indictment consolation contract. This correspondence took place before Epstein signed the non prosecution agreement. In other words, Main justice was well informed with the investigation and status of the case. And I'll take it a step further. I don't have the evidence proving this as of yet, but I'll say this. Main justice was directing the whole entire shebang. Acosta was the fall guy. Acosta was the useful idiot. But this was being run from Main Justice. This was being run by Mark Du Philippe. This was being run by Mukase and the rest of them, okay? The whole entire Bush administration should be imprisoned as war criminals. The involvement of Main justice raises the question of who made the ultimate decision on Epstein. Sweetheart deal was a cost of following orders from Main Justice. If so, who issued the orders and how high did it go? Who did Philip Philippe and Oosterbahn report to? And why did Main justice have such an interest in South Florida child sex offenders? This quote from Acosta cited in July 9, 2019 Daily Beast article, may provide the answer. I was told Epstein belonged to Intelligence and to leave it alone, folks. The evidence is all right there in our face. The question is when is the legacy media going to stop their bullshit and start doing their job? This case has spanned over

four administrations now and yet there are no arrests in this case.

Besides the two guards, all sorts of money laundering, child sex trafficking, etc. Etc. Etc. This is not normal, okay? This is not how these cases are normally handled. This is not how even people like Weinstein were treated.

you have to read between the lines. If you ever want to pull that shade back and expose what is really going on, you must read between the lines. Trust nothing that they say. In this mega edition of The Epstein Chronicles, host Bobby Capucci takes a deep dive into persistent questions and controversies surrounding the evidence gathered in the Jeffrey Epstein case. He scrutinizes the FBI’s handling (and alleged mishandling) of raids, missing evidence, chain-of-custody failures, and the broader pattern of official stonewalling as it relates to prosecutions (or lack thereof) of Epstein’s powerful co-conspirators. Drawing heavily from reporting and court documents, Capucci maintains his no-nonsense, direct tone throughout, often expressing sharp criticism toward both government agencies and legacy media for their roles in what he views as a systemic failure to deliver transparency and justice.

Bobby Capucci provides an impassioned and heavily sourced critique of how the Epstein case’s evidence has been (mis)handled by the authorities, and how this failure has been abetted by the media’s unwillingness to confront the story’s full implications. He maintains that asking “where is the evidence, and why isn’t it being used?” is not conspiracy theorizing but due diligence in the face of overwhelming official and institutional failure.
