Jeffrey Epstein’s relationship with elements of the Saudi royal family has long hovered in the background of the scandal, rarely explored with the seriousness it deserves. Epstein moved easily within elite Gulf circles during the 1990s and early...

What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. So Jeffrey Epstein was in possession of a fake Saudi Arabian passport when he was arrested, and the questions were swirling at the time about what he was doing with this passport, and I was always under the impression that he was friendly with the ruling family, MBS and the rest of the royals. It makes sense that a billionaire like Jeffrey Epstein would be rubbing shoulders with these guys. But still, after all of these years, we don't have any real concrete answers about his relationship with the royal family of Saudi Arabia or other people in that country. So today we're hopping back in the time machine, going back to 2019, and we're going to talk about why Jeffrey Epstein was in Riyadh on the eve of the 2016 election. This article was published by Insider and it was first published on September 19, 2019. Headline why did Jeffrey Epstein's Private Jet Fly to Riyadh on the eve of the 2016 election? Man, there are so Many questions surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and his relationships and as far as why he was in Saudi Arabia and it could be a multitude of reasons. A multitude of reasons. My guess is some kind of business deal he was engaging in with the royal family, some sort of grift he was engaging in, I should say. In August, Insider reported that Jeffrey Epstein's private jet was spotted over the Arabian Peninsula on the eve of election day 2016. The available flight data was incomplete, however, leaving the Gulf Stream's final destination and an open question. Now we have the answer. According to the journalist Eric Rosenwald, who analyzed aviation data collected by the the flight tracking service plane Finder Epstein's jet landed at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, the capital and largest city of Saudi Arabia at 6:35pm local time on November 7, 2016. The flight pattern provides significant new evidence of Epstein's rumor ties to to the kingdom and its ruling family. There has been a lot of rumors surrounding Jeffrey Epstein having a relationship with Bin Talal, who up until MBS came into power was one of the most rich men in the world, right? This guy was out here, owned a bunch of Twitter, owned this, that, the other thing, MBS comes into power and arrests him and takes a bunch of his dough. So not as much the richest man in the world anymore or, or even amongst them, but there's a lot of talk that him and Epstein had a lot of ties. Insider discovered the flight from Paris to the Arabian Peninsula in a data set maintained by ADS B Exchange, a crowdsource website that aggregates aviation signals from all over the world. ADSB refers to the protocol's technical name, Automatic Dependent Server Surveillance Broadcast. So you can track these different planes and flights and where they're going and all this other stuff with today's technology. And that's what they did here to try and figure out what Epstein was up to. Rosenwald filled the gaps in the ADS B mainly over the Arabian Peninsula by combining them with the plane finder's own data for about six months. I got a notification every, every time that this plane was spotted in Planefinder system and I knew it was in Riyadh on election day, rosenwald told Insider. I didn't know what to do with it and I don't know if there's any significance to it being there on election day per se. I think from my perspective, what I take from it is just the fact that Epstein had such close ties to the Saudi ruling family. It tells you everything you need to know about Epstein and his reach when you're breaking bread with people like that, you know, you're breaking bread with the most powerful, influential people in the world. Epstein's jet in Riyadh at the same time as Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. There isn't enough information to Precisely reconstruct the 48 hours Epstein's jet spent in Riyadh. And Rosenwald's data doesn't show whether Epstein was a passenger on either leg of the flight. Such information likely turned up in a recent subpoena issued to Epstein's pilots, but has not yet been made public. Still, it is reasonable to suppose that Epstein was flying aboard his own private jet. Well, why else would it be going to Saudi Arabia, going over there for a quick day trip, get the pilot some experience? Highly doubt it. Two people of note were in Riyadh at roughly the same time. The first person is Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who at the time served as the kingdom's Minister of defense and second deputy prime minister. On November 8, the state owned Saudi Press Agency reported that Bin Salman, also known as mbs, and his father, the Saudi King, bestowed Chairman of the Joint Chief Staff Joseph F. Dunford Jr. With the order of King Abdul Aziza, a civilian award for distinguished service service to Saudi Arabia. So a bunch of hubbub for, you know, like a civil service award. And the kingdom gave it to an American military man for his service as far as the protection of the kingdom. You know, that's why America was invited to Saudi Arabia in the first place. Up until that point, the thought of an infidel on Saudi land was. Was absurd. And an American base in Saudi Arabia. Yeah, right. Well, the first war with Iraq changed all of that. And ever since then, obviously America has had a huge presence in Saudi Arabia. The second person is Jeff Bezos, the billionaire co founder and CEO of Amazon. On November 9, the day Epstein's jet returned to Paris, N.B. nBS held an unrelated meeting with Bezos, several Amazon executives and two Saudi ministers. The Saudi Press Agency said they discuss fields of cooperation and investment opportunities available according to the kingdom's Vision 2030, the crown prince's signature economic initiative. Now, just in a nutshell, the 2030 vision is Saudi Arabia moving away from being oil dependent and they want to get more into the world of tourism, more into the world of technology. And this 2030 vision is MBS's plan to get them there. And obviously, if you have investment opportunity, why not have Jeff Bezos there? And of course, well, why not Jeffrey Epstein? Because the precise timing of the MBS meeting is uncertain. I cannot determine whether Epstein's jet and Bezos were in Riyadh at precisely the same time. The Saudi Press Agency said it took place on November 9, but not at which hour. Yet an overlap seems far more likely than not. A direct flight from Seattle to riyadh takes about 14 hours and 30 minutes. And if you and a small group of your close colleagues, all based in Seattle, plan to meet a dignitary in Riyadh on a Wednesday, you would likely schedule the flight there for Monday or Tuesday. Now look, I'm not saying that he was meeting with Bezos while he was there. I don't know that for a fact. But we know that he has met with Bezos. We know that Maxwell was still being invited to Bezos's stupid little adventures. So the dog definitely hunts. Epstein claimed to be longtime friends with mbs, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Last year Epstein told a New York Times reporter that he personally knew and routinely played host to mbs. The same reporter encountered a full length portrait of the Saudi Arabian prince on a wall in Epstein's New York City mansion. And Bezos has broken bread with Epstein at least twice in 2004 and again in 2011 at the so called Billionaires Dinner hosted by the Edge Foundation. The now why would Epstein be invited to that or Bezos even go to anything with with Epstein after he was a convicted sex offender? You need to ask yourself that question and really ask yourself why all of these people thought it would be okay. One noteworthy attribute that Epstein and his apparent friend MBS share is a history of being accused of blackmail. In January, Bezos, chief of security accused the Saudi kingdom of gaining unauthorized access to Bezos personal messages and photos. According to the Daily Beast, the Saudis plan to blackmail Bezos, who purchased the Washington Post in 2013 as punishment for its paper's aggressive coverage of their own columnist Jamal Khashoggi, whom Saudi agents assassinated in Istanbul last year. Certainly well within the purview of MBS and the Saudi Special Services. These guys are smarmy. But remember, they learn from the best. The CIA. The Saudis denied the blackmail operation and others blame the brother of Bezos's girlfriend for obtaining and selling their correspondence to the National Enquirer, whose publisher, American Media Incorporated, has its own murky ties to Saudi Arabia. But the allegations closely match a certain thread of speculation about the source of Epstein's titanic wealth. His case is laden with indications, some more obvious than others, that that he engaged or attempted to engage in high stakes blackmail. Well no shit. It was all about Kompromat. And when he was providing girls for these men, it was about getting information from them. And that fits right in with what the Saudis were up to, right? So talk about perfect bedfellows. And then you add in the fact that Epstein had that Saudi passport. And it certainly looks like Epstein had some pretty deep ties to Saudi Arabia and. And some pretty deep friendships built within the monarchy. Did Epstein encounter MBS or Bezos and Riyadh? These circumstances raise an obvious question. If Epstein was indeed in the Saudi capital, did he meet with MBS or Bezos on November 7th, 8th or 9th of 2016? Good question. Did he? Of course, we'll never get a real answer here, but it's a good question. Insider asked Amazon, the Saudi government and Epstein's estate whether any of the men crossed paths in Riyadh. We also asked the Saudis and the estate if Epstein and MBS personally knew each other. A spokesperson for Amazon declined to answer detailed questions sent via email. Of course not. They'll never answer unless they think that it'll give them a little buzz, right? Oh, yeah, we'll answer a question that'll give us some shine, but we'll just ignore questions about Jeff Bezos and Galan Maxwell, his relationship with Epstein and what he was doing with Epstein. An unnamed spokesperson for the center for International Communication, a state owned agency that coordinates media coverage of the Saudi government, said they would pass our questions to the proper entities. We did not receive a response by press time, and I don't even know what that means. Proper entities. You mean it's just gonna get killed on the vine over there in Saudi Arabia? Right by the government. You see, the government of Saudi Arabia, they don't play games, folks. It's not like these other governments out here. They'll snatch you right off the street and that'll be the end of it. Epstein's attorney, Reed Weingarten, did not acknowledge requests for comment. The flight to Riyadh is the latest piece of evidence concerning Epstein's connections to Saudi Arabia. The trip to Riyadh offers some of the most significant evidence to date of Epstein's ties to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a relationship that could propel further speculation about his potential role in the world of intelligence. Can somebody answer how he has all of these ties, all of these passports, all of this other stuff? Can somebody please answer that question? Former U.S. attorney Alexander Acosta reportedly told members of the Trump administration that he declined to press federal sex trafficking charges against Epstein after being told. It's unclear. Unclear by whom that Epstein belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone. My guess is that offer came from high. The mukes of the world. And it's amazing that nobody likes to bring up mukezi. Whenever I hear people talk about this case and they just bring up Acosta, it makes my eyes glaze over because I realize they have no grasp on what really went on. That is only a surface level understanding of how the Justice Department works. Acosta has mocked coverage of these remarks, which were first reported by Vicky Ward of the Daily Beast, but has never denied making them. He did, however, resign as the Secretary of Labor over his handling of the Epstein case. So making mockery of things, joking about things, that's one thing, but he's never denied it. And let's remember, he's the one who originally made the statement. So to backtrack now on a walk it back, it just makes it look like somebody got to you. After his arrest in July, prosecutors revealed that Epstein possessed a counterfeit Austrian passport bearing Epstein's photo, but a different name whose stamp show traveled to and from Saudi Arabia along with France, Spain, the United Kingdom. The passport listed Epstein's residence as Saudi Arabia, too. And they said that Epstein got these passports because it was at a time when, you know, Palestinians were hijacking planes and taking Jewish hostages. Give me an effing break. Shortly after Epstein's death in August, a friend and attorney for Ghislaine Maxwell, his longtime companion and accused co conspirator, child sex abuser, fellow abuser, fellow scumbag, you know, bipedal Serpent, staged a photograph of Maxwell reading the Book of Honor, the Secret Lives and Deaths of CIA Operatives, at a Los Angeles In N Out burger. So we always forget about that. We don't talk about that. But why was that picture posted? What were they pointing to? And late last week, journalist Edward J. Epstein recounted an April 2013 meeting with the financier pedophile, who was unrelated, at his Upper east side mansion. In the anteroom, I had seen photos of Epstein with Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirate Prince Mohammed bin Zayed, some in beach water and with snorkel gear. I asked, are these clients in the Middle East? He answered that some were and that he was planning to buy a house in Riyadh since that was becoming the new center of international finance. Now, I don't know why anyone would be shocked to see Epstein hanging out with these dudes. These guys are right in his, you know, world view. We've all heard the disgusting stories about what happens with Royalty in this part of the world and these, these Instagram models that go there. I'm not going to get into the details, but, man, it's a pretty gross environment. So Epstein would feel right at home here. We asked several Emirati agencies whether Mohammed bin Zayed, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, was friends with or had connections to Jeffrey Epstein. None of those agencies, including the UAE embassy in Washington, acknowledged our request for comment. Well, that's a shock, huh? What do you know? They don't want to talk about their crown prince's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. But look, there's obviously something here. You don't just get a passport. You don't just get the access to Saudi Arabia for nothing. So the question is, what was that access for? And how did he come across that passport? We're gonna keep digging, folks, and until we get to the bottom of it, you can guarantee that we'll be here every day talking about it. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this look Back episode, we're going to talk about Jeffrey Epstein and the fake Saudi Arabian passport. Now, how does a man get his hands on a fake passport? And not only that, but a fake passport to Saudi Arabia? Now, it's one thing to have it in your possession, right? It's a whole different story to actually use this passport to gain entrance into the country. Now, obviously we know that there's corruption in Saudi Arabia like every everywhere else, but my question is, where is the robust investigation you into Jeffrey Epstein and his ties to Saudi Arabia? In this article today from NBC News, we're going to talk about this foreign passport and how Jeffrey Epstein used it to get into Saudi Arabia. This article was authored by Tom Winter and Rich Shapiro. Headline, jeffrey Epstein used foreign passport with fake name to enter Saudi Arabia. Jeffrey Epstein used a foreign passport with a fake name to enter several countries in the 1980s, including the United Kingdom, Spain and Saudi Arabia. Federal prosecutors said on Wednesday, you know, imagine having the access that this guy has already and then saying to yourself,
Bobby Capucci
well, on top of that, I'm going
Co-host or Guest Analyst
to need me a fake Saudi passport to go along with all of this so I can make my moves around the world. Yeah, without Anyone being the wiser. The real question is, where the hell did this guy get the passport? Who hooked him up? Who was his contact? We know this just doesn't happen in a vacuum. And we know that it doesn't just, you know, one day pop up in the mail. Oh, you won the.
Bobby Capucci
The serial giveaway. Here's your passport.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
Tomorrow you get your decoder ring. We know that none of that happened. So can we get a real investigation,
Bobby Capucci
please, digging into this stuff? But of course, we won't.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
I think the ship has sailed, folks. Unfortunately, when we look back, in hindsight,
Bobby Capucci
they had a real chance to really
Co-host or Guest Analyst
go after these people, a real chance to do something good for once.
Bobby Capucci
But did they?
Co-host or Guest Analyst
They sure didn't. Instead, we got what we got. We got Jeffrey Epstein, who dies in custody. We got Maxwell sitting in a jail cell, which is great, but she didn't spill any names. So we're basically at the very beginning when it comes to finding out answers and getting to the bottom of the mysteries surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and how he was able to facilitate all of these incredibly hard to get things, such as an Austrian passport and a passport from Saudi Arabia. The questionable travel document was found inside a Safe, along with $70,000 in cash and 48 loose diamonds in the New York City home of the wealthy financier and sex trafficker. It contained a photo of Epstein with a different name and listed his place of residence as Saudi Arabia, according to prosecutors. Now, why in the world would Jeffrey Epstein want to say he's from Saudi Arabia? Well, his lawyer goes on here in a second to give us an explanation of why Epstein had this passport. But, I mean, come on, if you or I were found with a fake passport, pretty sure we'd be in gigantic trouble. But Jeffrey Epstein, Ah, just part of the. The other crimes that we won't look at. We'll just arrest him for this crime, and then we won't look at these other ones, especially anything that's financial. Epstein's lawyers filed court papers Tuesday claiming he obtained the Austrian passport in 1982 for personal protection to be presented to potential kidnappers, hijackers, or terrorists.
Bobby Capucci
The lawyers said Epstein's Jewish faith and
Co-host or Guest Analyst
substantial wealth made him a target while traveling in the Middle East. Wow. These people have no shame, right? So every person who is of Jewish faith should have themselves a fake passport? Is that what you're trying to say here?
Bobby Capucci
How.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
Honestly, how can a court even take that seriously? If I was the judge and somebody turned that kind of nonsense into me,
Bobby Capucci
it would be like, you know, when
Co-host or Guest Analyst
you turn in a bunk paper to your teacher that they take one look at it and hand it back to you. That's how it would be for me if it was. If I was the judge here.
Bobby Capucci
You're gonna hand me this bullshit? What is.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
What are you crazy?
Bobby Capucci
Nobody believes you, bro.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
There's no way that you got that fake passport because you were worried about hijackings and terrorism. Give me a break already. But Wednesday, prosecutors did just that. In fact, the passport contains numerous ingress and egress stamps, including stamps that reflect use of the passport to enter France, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia in the 1980s. So we're not talking about a knockoff passport here that you got down at the swap meet, okay? Jeffrey Epstein got this passport from somebody who knows what they're doing, somebody who knows how to make these sorts of things, somebody who knows how to make these things at work. And my guess is it was done with actual material from the passport people. Wherever the hell you get that from, the Secret Service or whoever administers that over in Saudi Arabia, whoever they are. So my guess is that's where Epstein got that from. Prosecutors added that Epstein's lawyers have yet to explain some of the basic questions concerning the passport, including how he obtained it and whether he's a citizen of another country. Now, during the bail phase for Jeffrey Epstein, that was very important, right? They were trying to figure out if he was a threat to run, a threat to go somewhere. And if you're a citizen of another country or you have a passport from another country, makes it a lot easier for you to slip the noose and hit the bricks, right? And that was one of the major reason. Reasons why Ghislaine Maxwell was forced to stay in prison while she was awaiting sentencing. They thought that she was a flight risk, and with all of that money, well, they were not wrong. Epstein's lawyers did not immediately return a request for comment. The travel document has become a key component of the government's argument for keeping Epstein locked up on charges alleging he sexually abused dozens of underage girls in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005. Look, I find it gross anyway that that was the scope. 2002 and 2005. That's it. You guys could have went all the way back to 1993, but you only go back to 2002.
Bobby Capucci
Why? Who are you guys protecting?
Co-host or Guest Analyst
And don't you want to blow the doors off of this thing and really
Bobby Capucci
find out who was involved?
Co-host or Guest Analyst
And I don't just mean Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell and all of the enablers,
Bobby Capucci
who are they giving these girls to? Where were these girls going?
Co-host or Guest Analyst
Who was the purchaser of these girls or on the receiving end? We don't talk nowhere near enough about that, do we? Very uncomfortable for the federal government.
Bobby Capucci
And I wish it was a pathway
Co-host or Guest Analyst
that the legacy media was more willing
Bobby Capucci
to tread upon, because I gotta tell you, folks, it's a very, very serious part of all of this.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
Prosecutors say it demonstrates Epstein's ability to obtain false travel documents and underscores his ser risk of flight. They also pointed to his extraordinary wealth, access to private planes, and limited family ties.
Bobby Capucci
That's a fact, too.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
When you don't have as much family or no family, it's easier for you to kick rocks and head out on the lam, isn't it? If you have nobody to come back to, no mom, no dad, no family that loves you, and the alternative of being on the run is going to prison, then, yeah, I think you would definitely choose taking your fortune and trying your luck. Because he knew that the time was over for him.
Bobby Capucci
Jeffrey Epstein knew that he was all out of get out of jail free cards.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
And as an asset, he knows that he had been burned a long time ago. So there was no more. Let me leverage my friendships. There was no more. I better call me Alan Dershowitz. All Epstein had left to him was going scorched earth and ratting out everybody who was involved with him. So you can see why people are skeptical when you say, oh, well, Epstein killed himself, especially considering everything that we know leading up to that. So while I'm not going to sit here and argue to my death that Epstein was murdered, I am more than willing to keep that option open and see where we go. Because anyone who says that it's cut and dry what happened in that jail cell probably has some kind of agenda that they're pushing. Defense lawyers have asked the judge to allow Epstein to remain at his $77 million Manhattan mansion with. With electronic monitoring as the case played out. Yeah, we know how that worked out for him. Zero chance. Dude was getting out of jail. Zero chance, okay? Because guess what? Everybody knew what he was. And the judge knew that he was
Bobby Capucci
a flight risk and that he was gonna bounce.
Co-host or Guest Analyst
We all know he was gonna bounce.
Bobby Capucci
You think he was gonna sit around and take it? All that power, all those connections, he was just going to sit there and not use one of these passports and try and get out of Dodge?
Co-host or Guest Analyst
I'm sorry, I am not comfortable saying that he wouldn't do that. This was a man that was willing to go to any length to not only chase down his proclivities, but to also make sure that he did what he could to stay out of prison while doing it. A judge is expected to issue a ruling on the bail request on Thursday. Epstein, who is being held at a federal prison in New York City, faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted on charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy. That's it, folks. 45 whole years. Maxwell facing 80, but Epstein only 45. Ask yourself why, with all of the years that we have had, all of the evidence that has been piled up as high as Everest, you mean to tell me that all you could get is a measly 45 for this scumbag? I don't buy it. And again, this is the reason why I have no faith in places like the SDNY and the prosecutor's office. Sure, they'll go after people who don't have money to defend themselves, people like Kalief Browder, but they won't go after people like Jeffrey Epstein, not the way they should. And one of these days, I hope beyond hope, that the federal government throws the gauntlet down and really pursues these people. But unfortunately, I won't be holding my breath. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that@bobby capuchirotonmail.com that's B O B B Y C A P u c c I@protonmail.com you can also find me on Twitter Obby Capucci. The article that we discussed can be found in the description box. All right, everybody, have a great day.

What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Recently, we were talking about Jeffrey Epstein and the fake Saudi Arabian passport or falsified Saudi Arabian passport. And I figured we'd add a little more context today with an article from Law and Crime. So let's dive into this article by Matt Nahum, and let's see just exactly what was going on with this passport. Headline, Investigative journalist explains why Jeffrey Epstein might have needed a fake passport. Why did wealthy and connected accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein have a fake passport that listed his address as Saudi Arabia? Good question. I mean, it. It's really a relevant question. How was he able to acquire a passport from Saudi Arabia? And what was he doing with one? Who did he know over there? And who is he so tight with that he'd be able to get this passport? Well, we know that his plane was over there the day before the election in the United States, as we talked about, and we know he had A meeting with nbs, or at least that's what we hear. So if he's friends with nbs, that would lead me to believe that he has been friends with the royal family for quite some time. And then you look at Uncle Bin Talal, don't you? Now, Bin Talal was a very powerful man for a very long time. Owned a big chunk of Twitter, owned a lot of the Four Seasons, and was a very rich dude. Well, mbs, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, did a gigantic crackdown and arrested a bunch of people in the country of Saudi Arabia. And Bin Talal was one of them. And he had a lot of his wealth taken by mbs. And there's a lot of talk that Jeffrey Epstein and Bin Talal were buddies. Now, I don't know for sure one way or the other if that's the case, but it would make sense. We also know that Jeffrey Epstein was palling around with a lot of gun runners and a lot of arms dealers. The detail came out in on Monday in a federal courtroom where federal prosecutors said they had been made aware that a safe in Epstein's Upper east side townhouse contained a passport. The passport had a photo that appeared to be of Epstein, but it had a different name. While it was not initially specified which country issued the passport, it's since been identified as an Austrian passport. Eyebrows were raised when Saudi Arabia was listed as Epstein's home address. The passport was issued in the 80s and is currently expired. So he's had several different passports. Right. And they found several different passports. And again, you have to ask yourself, how is he able to get his hands on stuff like that? You have to have some really high connections to get a fake passport or know somebody who is good at doctoring this sort of paperwork. Vicky Ward, an investigative journalist who recently said that she was silenced back in 2002 and 2003 when attempting to expose Epstein as a sexual abuser of young girls. In a Vanity Fair profile, the talented Mr. Epstein. Ah, well, we all know that that article didn't go far enough. And we all know that the survivors themselves say that that article didn't go far enough. And Vicki Ward, she says that she was harassed and threatened and all sorts of other things. But I say with something like this, then don't write, write the article at all. Why write a puff piece? You have to add everything to that article, all of the bad, all of the stuff that, that, that people have alleged that he has done, especially when you're getting it from solid sources. In a Twitter thread on Monday, Ward discussed what Epstein reportedly said he was up to in the 80s to explain how he might have come to possess a fake passport with a home address in Saudi Arabia. Now, this is from the Twitter thread. One more thing about the passport the feds found in a safe in Epstein's apartment with his photo, but a different name and his country of residence listed as Saudi Arabia. In the 1980s, Jeffrey Epstein used to tell people he was kind of a financial bounty hunter whose job it was to find lost or stolen money for the government or the very rich. Ward said a former Epstein friend reported in at Salon last week that Epstein claimed he worked for governments to recover money looted by African dictators. Other times, those dictators hired him to help them hide their stolen money. That is exactly what Epstein was doing. Okay, not only was he somebody who understood the offshore financial system and the way money laundering works, he was somebody who was actively participating in it himself. And nobody makes enough of that. That should be a ongoing conversation, a big theme that these so called journalists are looking into. But I'd hate to get in the way of them telling you to hate your neighbor. I mean, who am I to presume that Jeffrey Epstein and his crimes are much more important than gaslighting people into thinking that their neighbor is their enemy? The salon piece Ward was referring to indeed made such claims. Jeffrey Epstein didn't abuse underage girls in a vacuum. He had enablers and friends. For a few years in the 80s, I was one of his friends in the transactional Manhattan meaning of that word. And I got a preview of his sickness when we met in 1986. Epstein's double identity intrigued me. He said he didn't just manage money for clients with mega fortunes. He was also a high level bounty hunter. Sometimes he told me he worked for governments to recover money looted by African dictators. Other times, those dictators hired him to help them hide their stolen money. And anyone who thinks that this isn't going on with dictators all over the world, hell, our own politicians in the West. I don't know what to tell you because these people. How do you come into office? Get a job where you're making, oh, I don't know, 165 grand a year, be in that job for 40 years and leave being 100. 100 million air? How's that even possible? Can somebody explain that? Well, without any kind of stealing or theft going on. Oh, I'm sure you're just making investments, investments that you don't have any insider knowledge of. The writer of the piece, Jesse Kornbluth went on to describe how Epstein became dead to him. My wife to be was then a military historian with a book about to be published. Interview magazine photographed her in a button up military shirt with a taught khaki tie. A witty photo of an attractive woman, but not a sexy look. Jeffrey Epstein had chatted her up at a few parties. The military look fooled him not at all. The night before our marriage, Epstein called. It's your last free night. He told. He told my wife to be, why don't you come over and f me? That was how In June of 1987, Jeffrey Epstein became dead to me. Yo, imagine someone calling your wife to be and saying some like that. I would have saved everybody a whole lot of trouble if I was this Kornbluth character. And Epstein would have called me with that bullshit. I'm showing up. If you call me at 8, I'm on your porch at 9 talking about bitch, this porch is now mine. Are you kidding me right now? Who has the audacity? What sort of brazen hubris do you think you possess that you can call another man and talk like that? Ward, citing her own source, said that one of the rich people for whom Jeffrey Epstein chased down money was Adnan Khashoggi, a powerful Saudi businessman who also happened to be the uncle of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who later was shockingly murdered by agents of the Saudi Arabian government in October of 2018. Jamal's uncle Adnan died in 2017. Look, it's not a shock to me and it shouldn't be a shock to anyone who follows this sort of news. K Shogi was working as a double agent, basically. And the Saudi Arabian government and the prince of Saudi Arabia, especially mbs, he's not playing these games. Now. Should have they done what they did? Absolutely not. But we all know that Adnan Kogi was a gun runner, an arms trafficker in bed with some seriously depraved and bad people. And what happened with Jamal Khashoggi, well, that should never have gone down. But it would be naive to think that he wasn't delving in territory where he was really risking his life. Khashoggi, now deceased, was very powerful in Saudi Arabia and may well have been in a position to have helped Epstein procure documentation in that country. Ward continued, there is more on that yet to come. Look, there is no doubt that he could have gotten that documentation from Khashoggi. Khashoggi was a very big deal in the world of running arms for a very, very long Time. And he was one of the most rich and successful men going. You know, this guy was palling around with the best of them. And if anybody could have, you know, walked into the, the King's office and asked for some documentation, I pretty sure that Khashoggi was up there on that list. Ward has said that her former editor at Vanity Fair, Graydon Carter, was not telling the truth when he said her story simply didn't have the goods. In the end, we didn't have confidence in Ward's reporting. Carter said of the story. We were not in the habit of running away from a fight. Now, it's been a lot of he said, she said, over here at Vanity Fair. But I'm over here saying it's both of your fault as the editor and as the journalist. As a journalist, if your editor doesn't run it, quit your job, show some courage, go and bring your story. If you're confident and strong in your story, bring it to somebody else. There's somebody out there that'll pick it up and run it. It's just not true. Ward responded, these women were on the record, as was their mother, and they had character witnesses. Carter has disputed this as well. They can dispute it all they want. There aren't very many things in this, this story, this case. I'm sure of. I'm sure of this. I've. I've had conversations with Maria directly about this specific topic, so I'm pretty sure about this. I respected the work Vicki Ward did at Vanity Fair, but unfortunately, her accounting of the facts around the Epstein article is inaccurate. There were not three sources on the record, and therefore this aspect of the story did not meet our legal and editorial standards. He told the Hollywood Reporter. That's a lie. Maria, her mom and Annie were all on the record. But Ward said there was an inappropriate meeting between Carter and Epstein that happened after the article was fact checked and legally vetted. What's important to remember here is that Graydon Carter cut the women from the story after Jeffrey Epstein met with him, which itself is extraordinarily inappropriate. She said, when you're the subject of a piece, you don't go and then negotiate with the editor of a magazine. Why not? He went and negotiated with the United States government and got himself a sweetheart deal. You think he ain't walking into some editor's office and trying to have that BDE in there? Come on, stop it. Ward recently described this in the Daily Beast as well. I spent many months on his trail in 2002 for Vanity Fair and discovered that not only he was not who he claimed to be professionally, but also that he allegedly assaulted two young sisters, one of whom had been underage at the time. Very bravely. They were prepared to go on record. They were afraid he'd use all of his influence to discredit them. And their fear turned out to be legitimate. He's talking. They're talking about Maria and Annie right there. And nobody wanted to listen. Maria told people, Annie told people, people ignored them. And then they show up after the fact like they wanted to do something and like they were involved from the beginning. When it comes to justice, you were not. As the article was being ready for publication, Epstein made a visit to the office of Vanity Fair's then editor, Graydon Carter. And suddenly the women and their allegations were removed from the article. He's sensitive about the young women, carter told me at the time. Editors note Carter has previously denied this allegation. He has also mentioned he finagled the photograph of Epstein in a swimsuit out of the encounter. Who the hell would want to see Jeffrey Epstein's gross ass in a swimsuit, Mr. Mashed Potato Head? Nobody wants to see that. And there was also some feeble excuse about the article being stronger as a business story. Epstein had also leaned heavily on my ex husband's uncle, Conrad Black, to try and exert his influence on me, which was particularly unwelcome given that Black happened to be my ex husband's boss at the time. Here's an idea. Any aspiring journalists out there tell everybody to get effed. Nobody's pressuring me. Nobody's gonna make me tell any story. But. But the truth, wherever the evidence leads. I know it's a novel idea for our journalism to be directed in that direction, but that's where they should be going. In the same piece, Ward claimed that soon to be former Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, whose former U.S. attorney's office cut a sweetheart non prosecution agreement with Epstein in 2007, said before confirmation hearings that he was told Epstein belonged to Intelligence and. And to leave it alone. The claim has gained some traction among conservative radio hosts and again with the conservative radio hosts, as if they're the only people who have paid. Who are paying attention here. And obviously people who are, you know, using it as a political cudgel, they're in the way. And that goes for anyone, conservative or otherwise. But to try and posit this as some sort of conspiracy theory, when these words were said, that this was reported, and we have all of the background now, especially in hindsight, considering Jeffrey Epstein was on paper as a government informant. I mean, come on. How is that a conspiracy theory? When Acosta gave a press conference last week, the one preceding his eventual resignation, he was asked about whether Epstein being an intelligence asset had something to do with the sweetheart deal. Acosta acknowledged the reporting on this and did not outright deny it as completely untrue and said guidelines prohibited him from addressing it directly. So why would there be guidelines to prohibit him from addressing that directly? Why wouldn't the government just wave it and say, no, he wasn't? Here's the proof. Stop with the nonsense. They haven't done that yet, have they? Ask yourselves why. Why are they being hesitant with Freedom of Information act requests? Why have they not come forward with all of the information I about what happened the night Epstein died? And why have they not been forthright telling you that Jeffrey Epstein signed the 302, was on a proffer, and was working as an informant for the government? All of that fact, by the way. So there's been reporting to that effect. And let me say there's been report to a lot of effects in this case, not just now, but over the years. And again, I would, I would hesitate to take this reporting as fact. He said, this was a case that was brought by our office. This, this was a case that was brought based on the facts. And I look at the reporting and others, I can't address it directly because of our guidelines. So dumb. Change the guidelines then. You know all those people that you're getting up there and arguing about politically, they're the ones who put these guidelines into place. They can change them, right? They haven't. Ask yourselves why? Is it to protect you or is it to protect them? In this "Mega Edition," Bobby Capucci delves into Jeffrey Epstein's mysterious and surprisingly robust ties to Saudi Arabia—focusing specifically on evidence linking Epstein to the Kingdom around the time of the 2016 U.S. presidential election. The discussion explores high-profile meetings, the discovery of forged Saudi passports, and deeper questions about the protection and global networks that allowed Epstein to operate. Capucci and his analysts also examine the lack of transparency and accountability following Epstein’s death and the implications of these international connections on the search for justice.
