Tonight we're going to discuss another excerpt from the book Spider by Barry Levine. Yesterday we discussed an excerpt of the book that talked about some of the gossiping going on within the jail in regards to Jeffrey Epstein and his conversations with Bill Mercy and another inmate. Well, today we're going to check out another excerpt of this book about Jeffrey Epstein's final days and how he was whining about bullying. Sounds about right. A guy like that, a real bully. The second you stand up to them, the second you punch them in the nose, they look for easier targets. And it's ironic that the king of the bullies would be crying about being bullied. This article is from the Daily Beast. The author of the article is Barry Levine. On the afternoon of July 6, 2019, a force of NYPD officers and FBI agents were, appropriately enough, in a holding pattern at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Now we know that's where Epstein was arrested. He was coming back from France and they nailed him at Teterboro. Now, why wasn't there a bunch of cameras there set up, ready to go? Why wasn't it as publicized as some of some of the more political type arrests that we've had lately? It makes you wonder, doesn't it?
News Reporter
The high that Saturday was a sweltering 88 degrees. Sweltering 88 degrees.
Bobby Capucci
I live in Las Vegas. We're going on like 175 days without rain. I got your sweltering right here. 115 damn degrees. That's sweltering skies were overcast, and the humidity made the tarmac feel even hotter. A few of the federal agents and New York City detectives were wearing suits and ties. Others perspired in their navy blue windbreakers, known as ray jackets, stamped with the yellow letters FBI. That's the worst possible thing you could imagine, waiting for you or kicking in your door. Dudes wearing them blue jackets with those three letters on it. Yeah, I'll pass on all of that. As the airport's ground crew looked on, the small army of law enforcement, close to 50 in all, assembled near Hangar 1, an area adjacent to a U.S. customs and Border Protection office. They were awaiting the arrival of Jeffrey Epstein. You know, it's great and all that he got arrested when he did, but still, I can't get the taste out of my mouth of all of the decades, of all of the years that this man was able to operate and nobody stepped up to do a thing. And then when they do arrest them, there's no fanfare. We don't have a reporter embedded. We don't have pictures. We don't have none of that stuff. The arrest team had been poised for this moment ever since word came down earlier that Epstein had boarded his Gulfstream G550, tail number N212JE in Paris. Four days earlier, United States Southern District Magistrate Judge Barbara Moses had signed a sealed arrest warrant for Epstein. So while Epstein was in Paris doing whatever the hell he was doing with Shuliak, the prosecutors decided that now was the time. So they had this sealed indictment. And when Epstein was returning home to America, they decided to spring their trap. The operation at Teterboro would be a. Would be a statement of a carefully calibrated confidential effort that Jeffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney in the District, and his team of prosecutors had begun some six months earlier. So before he got arrested, there was six months of legwork done, all sorts of investigative work, I'm sure, interviews and gathering of information, obviously. And then once they had their ducks in a row, they got the sealed indictment. And the second he came back to America, it was time to arrest his bitch ass. The problem, however, was that Epstein wasn't in the country. He was in France. Law enforcement tracked the movements of his private jet. See, that's another thing that's a little golden nugget here, right? I stated earlier that they were doing the same thing with Ghislaine Maxwell. There was no way they. That Ghislaine Maxwell was going to get out of this country using conventional means, and that is why she was in New Hampshire So close to Canada, the Montreal connection. We've discussed all of that and it is obvious that Ghislaine Maxwell would have bounced if she could have. They knew their best chance for a clean apprehension would be right after he touched down in the United States. Trying to arrest someone like Epstein in one of his palatial homes presented challenges and dangers that the FBI and NYPD were keen to avoid. Ah, what, he has armed guards? He has guys with machine guns hanging out in machine gun nests in front of his house? That wasn't going to occur. I, you know, I get it why you want to pick him up at the airport, but there should have been at the same time that he was picked up, every one of his properties should have been raided and we know that Zorro Ranch wasn't. So the second he got picked up, what did his associates do with any documentation at Zorro Ranch? I'm guessing they destroyed it. So that's just a big slap in the face to the survivors, everyone who was abused in New Mexico and justice itself. I've been pretty clear about how I feel about the New Mexico Attorney General and how they have went after this case. I think it's appalling that there's no concurrent state investigation going on. And I also think that it is unimaginable that Zorro Ranch has still not been raided. Epstein had taken off from Paris four other times that year. His last flight in April took him from the French capital to Rabat, Morocco for a nine hour visit. What's he doing in Morocco for nine hours? What the hell's going on in Rabat that he's there for nine flippin hours? Flights to and from Teterboro were routine for him, like taking a car service. He expected to be back in his mansion within an hour or so of the N212JE's crossing into American airspace over Maine. The arrest team waited. I would have loved to see Jeffrey Epstein's face when they nailed him coming off that plane. And I also wonder if he was tipped off while he was in the air. Um, you would think that if he was, he might have had the pilot skirt and head back to where he was going. But I really don't know how all of that would work. Right. Would the government scramble F16s at that point? I have no idea. But I would have loved to see this guy's face when he got off that airplane and there was an army of federal agents and NYPD officers waiting to greet him. That would have been joyful. The police officers and federal agents who made up the arrest force at Teterboro had arrested hundreds of violent felons. Among among them, only seasoned officers and agents with impeccable service records were handpicked for task force work. Well, that's good to know, right? Some impeccable recorded agents on the case. You know, I give the FBI a real hard time, and they deserve it. Same with the CIA. And I believe that there are way too many federal agencies as it is. But when it comes to the rank and file at the FBI, I would say the overwhelming majority of the agents themselves want to do the right thing. It's the bureaucrats that are above them that force shit on them. They force them to eat shit sandwiches, and they force them to jettison cases. So when I talk about the FBI, I don't mean the rank and file. There are good people who work in the agency. I'm sure of that. I mean, let's be honest. But when it comes to the leadership structure, these bureaucrats that have been in these positions, unelected, by the way, have to go. There needs to be a purge, and there needs to be new blood brought into the FBI. And the CIA needs to be completely and utterly destroyed and rebuilt into something different. But the Epstein operation and its secrecy made some nervous. Epstein was rich and had ties to powerful figures in New York media. A source close to the investigation said lawman feared that someone would give the financier pedophile a heads up. Yeah, well, that.
Commentator/Co-host
You know what?
Bobby Capucci
That could have played into them not having the media there. That's definitely a good point that I might have overlooked because we know Epstein had a bunch of friends in the media. Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos. The list goes on. So if the media got wind of this, then they might have tipped Jeffrey Epstein off. I know that's horrible to say, but how long did the legacy media protect Jeffrey Epstein? How long did the legacy media run cover for Jeffrey Epstein? How long did the legacy media kill stories about Jeffrey Epstein? So why should we think that the legacy media would have kept their yap shut in this instance? That's a very good point. Federal officials were afraid if Epstein learned about the planned arrest and flight, he would turn into Roman Polanski and order his pilot to make a detour to a place from where he could not be extradited. Said Lt. Gene White of the NYPD. We didn't want to spook him because they were going to arrest him as soon as he landed and before his pilot could restart the engine. That's crazy. So you Think what? What they're saying here is that they think his pilot was so loyal to him that his pilot was willing to restart that engine and aid and abet a man wanted on felony crimes leaving the country. That shows you the loyalty of the pilot. Again, sometimes we have to read in between the lines and see what they're saying in these sort of conversations.
Commentator/Co-host
Right.
Bobby Capucci
And it definitely is pretty jaw dropping to think that the pilot's loyalty ran that deep. And if that's the case, then you know that the pilot has some intricate, intricate knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein. And I'm not sure if it was Larry Vassoski who was the pilot of that flight. I should. I have to look that up, look into that. But I'm guessing it was. And Larry Vassoski obviously is super loyal to Jeffrey Epstein. The precautions turned out to be unnecessary. As Epstein's aircraft taxied to a stop on the tarmac, it was met by sedans and SUVs with lights and sirens blaring. NYPD detectives and FBI agents swarmed the aircraft. They wore their blue windbreaker raid jackets. Their sidearms were out. Epstein offered no resistance as he was placed in cuffs. It was 5:30pm well, yeah. Why would he offer resistance? He figures he's gonna go, he'll get, you know, into the court, they'll check him in and then he'll be out that same day. That's what he thought. He thought that his contacts were still going to protect him. What he didn't know was that he was already burned as an asset the
Commentator/Co-host
second he was arrested.
Bobby Capucci
The second time his handlers burned him and got rid of all evidence that connected themselves. That I am sure of. That's what happens in these sorts of operations. What, you think intelligence runs assets and then they keep information hanging around that can tie them to that asset? Hell no. Not in black ops like this. Hell no. And that's why I think it's crucial to follow the money. Because we're never going to find the ties that connect these higher upper echelon managers, people, managers in intelligence. We're never gonna find their fingerprints. There's zero chance it's gonna be buried, in my opinion. But when it comes to the money, well, you can't hide that. And that is why I am so adamant about following the money in this case and tying all of these scumbags together financially. No one else on the plane was taken into custody. Some media reports indicated that the 30 year old Corinna Schuliak, a Belarusian emigre and dentist who was one of Epstein's latest romantic interests and a woman with whom he had grown closer of late, had been vacationing with Epstein at his Paris apartment and that she had been on his jet when Epstein was arrested. Law enforcement sources familiar with Epstein's apprehension, however, dispute this and insisting Schuliac was not on the arriving flight. Well, again, another little gem, right? Another little nugget. And of course, we don't, you know, we have to make sure that we're doing our legwork to find out what's what. But in this new book that Barry Levine, Levine, however you want to pronounce his last name, has just dropped. He's offering a different perspective here. Some stuff that, you know, fills in a couple of the cracks, perhaps. And again, it's all about context, right? The more we know, the better off we are.

After clearing U.S. customs, Epstein was turned over to the custody of the U.S. marshals Service and driven some 10 miles south to the Metropolitan Correctional center in Lower Manhattan, a federal jail known as the McCarthy, where prisoners charged with federal crimes are detained while awaiting arraignment or trial. And we know the MCC is a pretty notorious place. I mean, El chapo was there, etc.
Commentator/Co-host
Etc.
Bobby Capucci
Epstein had grown up in modest surroundings, but he never experienced conditions like those in the mcc. For a man who had long since grown accustomed to a pampered life, landing in the MCC was a rude awakening, far harsher than anything he'd experienced years earlier in the county lockup in Florida. It was a long time coming. This dude should have been dropped in a federal cell a long time ago and chemically castrated. The whole entire farce of his first so called arrest is ridiculous, all right? I don't even want to call it an arrest. He had sleepovers, glorified sleepovers in a whole wing of the Palm beach lockup. You want to talk about a stark difference? A federal jail cell. And if anybody has ever deserved to lose their freedom, it's this scumbag here. Robert Boyce had retired from his job as the NYPD's chief of detectives in April 2018 after a 35 career with the department. Even though Boyce was no longer the department's top detective, his gregarious nature and close relationship with top brass within New York's enforcement community made him an inviting go between for someone hoping to assist the beleaguered financier pedophile without so much as leaving a fingerprint. Wow, that's crazy. It's. I mean, the. The connections that Jeffrey Epstein had, all of the people that he was involved with, and all of these people like Boyce, who worked on his behalf to try and get him free. It's just mind blowing to me. Why would anybody associate with this dirt scumbag? Boyce revealed how, in the days following Epstein's July 2019 arrest, a handful of Police foundation benefactors, those he termed one percenters, embarked on what amounted to a stealth lobbying campaign on Epstein's behalf meant to ease his discomfort behind bars. Oh, excuse me. So it wasn't Boyce. It was the other people he was working with, Some of the. The top 1% in people in the Police foundation, et cetera, et cetera. So of course the leadership structure, the bureaucrats, not the officers themselves. Despite the common knowledge that Epstein was a convicted sex offender, these sweet people believed the favor bank was open for business, and each caller importuning him, sought to make a withdrawal on Epstein's behalf. So they were all calling in, trying to get Epstein more favorable conditions. You know, all the stuff we talk about, the stuff that only people in high society, or so called high society are able to gain. People like us? No chance. You really think anyone's calling on our behalf besides our family and a few of our friends? You think the Police foundation is stepping in to try and help you out? Hell no, they're not. But if you're Jeffrey Epstein and you have a pocket full of money and they feel like they can use you as a vehicle to climb up status, the status ladder, well, you're part of the. You're part of the crew.
SpinQuest Advertiser
Now.
Bobby Capucci
I'm making a call on your behalf, and it's all about the money. Always. So all of these people who were calling on his behalf, my suspicion is they all received some sort of money from Jeffrey Epstein at some point, and that as well should be looked into. There were upper crust elites who met Epstein over cocktails and thought he was charming. He won them over, Boyce explained. You know, that's just not an excuse for me. I don't care how charming you are. I don't care how cool you think you are. If you have a conviction as a sex offender the way Jeffrey Epstein did and for the crimes that he was associated with. I mean, I don't care how charming you are. I'm not hanging out with you at any dinner function. And furthermore, I most certainly am not making any phone calls on your behalf. Maybe making a phone call to ask the federal marshals to make your life worse, but to help you.
Commentator/Co-host
What sort of scumbag?
Bobby Capucci
The foundation members making calls on Epstein's behalf had each at one time been generous benefactors of the police foundation. One contributed as much as $50,000. You know, they're calling not to say hello, Bob, but rather we're concerned about a friend of ours who is imprisoned. What are they, the mafia? Yo, yo. Hey, John, look, a friend of ours is in some trouble. I'm gonna need you to take care of it. O. I mean, that's basically how they conduct themselves. At least the mafia is straight up and upfront about what's going on. And furthermore, you'll get a better rate if you borrow money from the mafia than you would from the banksters. They wanted to buy him things, certain comforts while. Comforts while he was in jail, in the jail cell, like a pillow or toiletries. The callers gave Boyce the impression that each was prepared to cut a personal
News Reporter
check on Epstein's behalf on the spot.
Bobby Capucci
Um, Epstein needed money. They needed people to cut checks. I thought he was riiiitch. I thought he was a billionaire.
Commentator/Co-host
None of this.
Bobby Capucci
None of this makes sense. None of this makes sense at all. Why would they be trying to put money on Jeffrey Epstein's books? What does that even mean? Boyce was not inclined to help. By the time the callers reached the former chief of detectives, word had reached him through another former law enforcement official about the nature of the cache of lurid photographs that had been seized from Epstein's townhouse. The trove of photos numbered in the hundreds, and the subjects were suspected survivors of Epstein's predations. And now all of these people knew what Jeffrey Epstein was. They knew about the Pictures. They knew about the video. And yet these ex law enforcement officials are calling on his behalf. And you wonder why I rant and rave about the just US Department on a regular basis. This is why folks. And it's brazen. Right in your face. They're saying, haha, you can't stop me. We have all the power. What are you going to do about it? And well, you know my answer to that. And that is vote every single incumbent out. Enough is enough. They want to play games. They want to literally negotiate with our lives. But yet they don't want to do their jobs. They don't want to go after people who they should be going after. Instead they protect them. Instead they get in bed with them. Meanwhile, you and I continue to struggle. Boyce diplomatically discouraged the caller's misguided impulses. I told them, look, just walk away. This is a bad guy. He is much worse than you ever know. Don't walk, run. They immediately said thank you very much Chief, and hung up. So this Boyce guy, ex Chief of Detectives, has his head on straight, understood what Epstein was and knew the sort of monster he was. He had access to Epstein's files, the Chief of Detective and the detectives in the NYPD for 35 years. Yeah, pretty sure the guy knew what was up, what was what, and it was definitely a good decision on his part to not get involved with Jeffrey Epstein. To not vouch for Jeffrey Epstein, to not co sign for Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's first night inside the MCC was spent in what's referred to as the general population. 90% of MCC population was in gen pop, including most pretrial prisoners who tend to be more agitated and potentially more dangerous than those who have been sentenced and are awaiting for a prison transfer or those due for imminent release. And I mean, sending him to gen pop, right, is just a bad idea. The whole circumstance around his arrest and what transpired after is an absolute shit show. An absolute shit show. And there is no excuse for it by the Department of Corrections. They have a huge budget, A huge budget and they mismanage and misappropriate their funds on a regular basis and then complain that they're stretched so thin. Manage your funds correctly. The tier Epstein was first sent to, 7N, included gang members of Ms. 13 and various Bloods factions. It was a holding home for murderers, narco traffickers and other violent criminals. And jailhouse assaults either to settle a score for hire were common. No doubt about it, if you catch a green light in jail or prison, somebody's gonna have their way with you, you're gonna get shanked, you better be ready to go. And a convicted pedophile, a convicted sex offender, bro, you're priority number one. If you're on the yard, forget it. You are going to get a taste of jailhouse justice if you're in gen pop. So this guy should have never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever been in gen pop. On Epstein's second day behind bars, the Bureau of Prisons administrators transferred Epstein from 7N to the 9th floor unit, or SHOE. It was also known in the MCC vernacular as the hole. Look for his own safety and for the safety of the the, the case. That's where he should have been from the beginning. Now, we all know it was a shit show in there as well, but if he was in general population, I have no doubt that he would have found a shank stuck into his ribs.

Not only do these people look to take out convicted sex offenders, they're looking for clout with the other homies, with the shot callers, with everybody else on the yard. So they make a move like this, they have automatic credibility. Everybody on the yard knows the deal. Yo, that's the dude that got Epstein. Yo, that's the dude that got Epstein. And all of a sudden he's a superstar. But as we see, even in the shoe, shit goes south. The MCC was a hard place to keep secrets. The nature of Epstein's crimes became rather known inside the building. Rather than harming Epstein physically, several young prisoners in the unit initially sought to intimidate and extort him, according to inmate Michael Miles Tisdale, who ran the Inmate Companion program that had been established to assist at risk prisoners. So we talked a little bit about this on the daily drop last night. He was run out, Tisdale explained, meaning Epstein was ostracized from other prisoners in the housing unit. That's the first step. First you're isolated. Go sit at that table by yourself. Chomo. And that's what they call child molesters in prison. Chomos. So first you're ostracized. Go sit at that table. Stay the f away from us. We don't want your taint on us. You're disgusting, you're blah, blah, blah, etc. Etc. And that's how it all begins. Tisdal said he heard about this effort initially from one of the guards and later from Epstein himself. Other inmates tried to extort him. They tried to control him by selling him commissary items like snacks, sodas, and certain meals for way above what they're supposed to be sold for. Yeah, they saw somebody to exploit a piggy bank, somebody that could not defend themselves. And guess what? I have no sympathy for this bitch ass.
Commentator/Co-host
He spent his whole life bullying.
Bobby Capucci
He spent his whole life in control. The fact that the inmates were dispensing their own justice at his be at. On. On his head. I am totally fine with that. You don't want to end up like that. Stay out of prison. You don't want to get, you know, stalled out. Don't be a punk bitch. And that's what Epstein was at his core, folks.
Commentator/Co-host
A punk ass bitch.
Bobby Capucci
Not even a man, just a straight punk. According to inmate accounts, Epstein did use commissary cells in an effort to secure his safety within the jail. In conversations with another one of his counselors, inmate William Dollar Bill Mercy, Epstein expressed the fear that he would be targeted by black inmates. Epstein did not raise these specific fears with Tisdale, who was black. Well, I got news for Jeffrey Epstein. You don't have any friends in prison, bro. For your crimes. Black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Italian, you have no friends. Every single one of the cars on the yard wants nothing to do with you. Your only hope is to go into protective custody. Down to the shoe and shoe up. That's the only way. You can't run the run on the yard. And the black folk. What do you think? The black shot callers aren't going to greenlight you for sure. Green light the essay. Shot callers. What? They're. They're not green lighting you. Green light the Aryan Brotherhood. Believe it. Green light and forget about it. Don't even attempt to stumble around where the gins alone are hanging out. You're asking for big trouble that way. The Asians and Pacific Islanders, they don't want nothing to do with child molesters. So my point is, it's not just black people Jeffrey Epstein had to worry about. He was such a racist guy and so mentally unstable that he fixated on black folk. Like black people were the biggest of his problems in prison. Breaking news. Jeffrey Epstein. Your problems were much bigger than that. As Mercy understood it, Epstein's worries about his safety were related to his experience and feelings about race. He had mentioned he'd been bullied at school in Coney island by black kids. Not by Italians, not by the Irish, but by black kids, Mercy recalled. It's because you were a dork, bro. Point blank, period. And you weren't bullied. They broke your balls. Stop it. Just because you get your balls broke doesn't mean you're being bullied. If you're not sharp enough, you don't got good enough comebacks. Well, that's what happens. I went to school in the inner city. I know all about merciless ball breaking. Jeffrey Epstein just was not built for that life. In one conversation, Mercy recalled Epstein asking, do I need to. Do I need a big shvar Schwar or schwartz is a, is a pejorative Yiddish term for a black person. So it's, it's like a, a slight for a black person. A not a good word that you want to call black people.
Commentator/Co-host
Okay.
Bobby Capucci
And Jeffrey Epstein was very. Just throw those words around nonchalantly like there's, it's no big deal. Guy showed his colors on a regular basis. Maria told us about his racism and the other survivors talked about it as well. Jeffrey Epstein was an unhinged maniac. Mercy said he tried to admonish Epstein about his insecurity, advising him to look fellow prisoners in the eye and stand his ground. Yeah, that's what you do. That's what men do. All right? Men stand their ground, look other people in the eye when they talk to them and make it very clear, I am not the one that you want to target. Epstein was not a man, though. He was a coward, he was a snake. He was a bully, and he had no heart to deal with the repercussions of his actions. Within a few days of being assigned to the shu, Epstein was put on suicide watch, which meant he was moved to an even grimmer environment. The suicide watch area consists of four cell units on the second floor of the jail that provide some of the most restrictive housing in the facility. Inmates assigned to suicide watch are not permitted to leave their cells. Beds are without sheets. Clothing is more minimal to prevent self harming behaviors. Lights are never turned off, and inmates are supposed to be under 24. Seven watch by both prison guards and staff. Well, we know that that didn't occur. We know that Bill Barr's group of terribly trained correctional officers did not do their job. Their bosses didn't did not do their jobs and their bosses did not do their jobs. So it was just an epic dumpster fire and there's been no fixing it. Has there been any sort of steps put into place to fix this stuff? I haven't heard about them. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the justice system and the Department of Corrections in this country. The question is, which one of these talk a lot, do nothing politicians has the courage to do it? Tisdale remembered seeing Epstein in the unit, citing the distinctive jailhouse mufti worn by inmates on suicide watch, a gown with Velcro straps as proof. Tisdale and Mercy would both assert that Epstein was moved to suicide watch soon after he became an inmate on July 6th. Again, I think it's not a bad idea to have him on suicide watch, right? All things considered. And if we had a competent force here at the MCC to watch him, I think that would have been a good idea. And to keep him there. He should have never been let off suicide watch just to have double protections in place. They would not move him from the shoe to suicide watch unless he indicated to a prison psychologist or someone that he felt a desire to kill himself. Mercy said, you don't go there unless you express intent to hang up. Prison parlance for a desire to take one's life. Or maybe in Jeffrey Epstein's case, he preferred the solitude. Maybe he didn't want anything more to do with the inmates after he was getting sweated, after he got punked out to put money on people's commissaries, after he was paying 20 bucks per soda. Maybe he said, you know what I'm gonna say? I'm gonna hurt myself. I'm gonna get moved to suicide watch, and that's gonna be that. The revelation of this previously unreported first instance of Epstein being placed on suicide watch raises new questions about prison officials efforts to safeguard their high profile inmate.

declined to comment on the allegation. Of course, it's an ongoing investigation. We have no comment. It's such an absolute joke. And Bill Barr is a joke too. The way he can he conducts himself the way he conducts business. This guy is CIA through and through, not a trustworthy individual. And like I always say, he's like the Wade Phillips of bureaucrats. How many times are we gonna drag this guy back in, retread him and have him as the guy in charge?
Commentator/Co-host
I am so tired of that.
Bobby Capucci
You mean to tell me in this country that there's not a better person to Be Attorney General of the United States, a person with more integrity, a person who really wants to see just justice. Because from where I'm sitting, that certainly is not Bill Barr. After several days spent on suicide watch, Epstein was transferred back to the SHU where all seemed okay until the morning of July 23, five days after his request to be remanded to house arrest was denied by a federal judge. On July 18, Epstein was found on the floor of his cell, semi conscious in the fetal position with marks on his neck. Epstein's cellmate, Nicholas Tartaglione, a muscle bound former police officer accused of a drug related quadruple homicide, summoned guards by yelling. Tartaglioni denied any complicity in the incident. Again, I don't believe that one bit. I believe that Tartaglioni did attack him. I believe that Tartaglioni was sending a message. And I believe that the footage that wasn't found or the footage that, oh, we didn't have a camera pointed to the jail cell, I think that's bupkis. I think that's bs and they knew that Tartaglioni was the one who assaulted him. Why would they put him in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni, a former cop who was accused of a quadruple homicide that was related to drugs? Why do you put Jeffrey Epstein in that cell? Why not make them cellmates with that Bill Mercy guy? None of it makes sense and they don't have any logical answers for us. So until we have logical answers that make sense, that connect the pieces here, we're going to keep putting them on blast for the terrible job that they did. I cannot wait for the day that Bill Barr is no longer the Attorney General. The guy is an absolute disaster. Epstein went back to the SHU only six days after his purported suicide attempt. On August 9, Epstein's then cellmate transferred
Commentator/Co-host
out with no immediate replacement.
Bobby Capucci
Epstein had his cell to himself in what would have been the last meal served to Epstein. A database from the Federal Bureau of Prisons shows the dinner that night was likely baked ziti or a tofu pasta alternative. By 10, Epstein and the other inmates were locked in their cells for the night. So prob. I mean, my guess would be that Jeffrey Epstein's last meal was some baked ziti unless he's eating some tofu alternative. And I don't, I never heard anything about him eating like that, but quite possible. Interesting little tidbit though. His last meal. Interesting, interesting, interesting. By morning he would be dead. So there you have it, folks, another excerpt from the book Spider by Barry Levine. Levine. I don't know. I don't know how he pronounces his last name one way or the other. Either way, this is just more information for us to go through. I've started this audio book today. I have a, I'm a little bit into it, not very far. I've been in the studio all morning, since 5am working on obviously this show and working on the first episode of the new podcast that will be premiering on October 30th. So definitely have that to look forward to as well. But as far as this book, Spider, it sure looks that it is pretty comprehensive and it definitely looks like it's been well researched, well thought out, and it seems to have some nuggets of good information. So I'll continue to read it, I'll continue to keep my eye on articles breaking about it and we'll continue to talk about it. The fact of the matter is this, we are very close to having our hands on that deposition, folks. And when that deposition drops, I have a funny feeling that we're going to have a lot of these connections make a lot more sense.

All right, so let's jump into our article for today. The article is from channel4.com over there across the pond in England and they're the ones who put this new expose
Bobby Capucci
together that is, you know, talking about
Commentator/Co-host
this situation over in the UK about the, the allegations about the girls who have come forward. So now they've put together a whole investigative piece and in this article there's a video clip you can check out as well. So this article was authored by the Channel 4 News investigations team. Headline revealed Epstein and Maxwell implicated in multiple UK abuse claims over a decade. I mean,
Bobby Capucci
is that really news though?
Commentator/Co-host
Like, I get it. I'm glad that Channel 4 is doing this. Don't, don't get it twisted. I'm not demeaning Channel four. I think it's great that they're, you know, jumping in here and bringing this question up. But the fact is, we've been asking these questions for how long? What about the unnamed girls? You mean to tell me that when they were in Eastern Europe, they didn't abuse any of these girls in any of those countries? And I know that the justice system is different everywhere, but there has to be some sort of, at the very least, type of situation where these girls who might come from these other countries where they can report what happened to them. Is there some kind of hotline that's been established? I don't think so. Is there some sort of email where they can, you know, reach out? I guess maybe to the FBI, but who's comfortable doing that? So got ourselves a whole situation over here. And I believe that this is just the tip of the iceberg. You know, I've said it a million times. It starts with one lady coming forward, and it's like a crack in a dam, right? You got one little leak that gets sprung and then before you know it, the whole dam is breaking. And we're starting to see that with more and more girls, ladies coming forward and letting people know what Jeffrey Epstein did to them. And finally, the legacy media over in England and here in America are starting to catch on, at least. Serious question raised about Met Police.
Bobby Capucci
Why? Excuse me?
Commentator/Co-host
Serious questions raised about why Met Police chose not to investigate alleged offenses. Police said today they will review the information reported by this program. Again, the police need the media to show them how to do their job. It's like the commercials you see for Big Pharma on tv, right? And they tell you, for instance, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Well, how am I supposed to know if I have a parasitic infection? Isn't the doctor supposed to tell me that same thing here? Why does the news media, the little bit of work that they're doing, by the way, why do they have to dog walk the authorities into investigating this case? You mean to tell me, as an authority figure over in England at the Met, you don't see the boatload of evidence here? You don't see that Virginia has said she was abused in your country by Prince Andrew at Ghislaine Maxwell's house. You don't see any of that stuff? How can you say that? Oh, well, now that the Channel 4 investigation is kicked off, well, now we're gonna review things. You Dumb morons. You should have been reviewing things this whole entire time. What exactly is it that you've been doing arresting people for breaking COVID lockdown restrictions? I mean, come on. I find it almost galling at this point that they would actually act like,
Bobby Capucci
oh, well, now this has been brought
Commentator/Co-host
to our attention, so we're gonna investigate, you know, breaking news. We've been screaming about this from the mountaintops. And when I say we, I'm talking about everybody following this story. I don't just mean us on this podcast. I'm talking about everybody following this story. Now all of a sudden you have an investigation going? Well, great. I'm glad that there's finally an investigation. But let's hope it's not bs. Let's hope these smarmy sobs do the right thing.

A Channel 4 News investigation has found more than half a dozen claims that young women and girls are alleged to have been targeted, trafficked, groomed or abused in the UK by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell over a period spanning more than a decade. Yeah, should that come as a shock to anybody? Anytime these two disgusting feral animals got together and went to any other country, they were abusing people. That is basically where I'm at at this point. I think there's more evidence that points in that direction than then counters it. And we know that people like this can't stop themselves. They can't help themselves. It's like a serial killer. They have to abuse people. Jeffrey Epstein had to have, what, three or four girls a day? Isn't that what they were talking about? So everywhere they went, you know they were abusing girls. New Mexico had a bunch of massage therapists, names on, on tap. Not to digress, but has anybody found out who those massage therapists are? And if anybody's listening out there and you know those massage therapists who worked on Jeffrey Epstein in New Mexico, I am keenly interested in speaking with you. Please shoot me an email and I'm willing to go down to New Mexico to speak with you face to Face if, if that's how you want to do it. Because I think that those five massage therapists whose names names were in that book can open a whole doorway into what was occurring down there. That's for sure. And you know, the same things were occurring over in England. What? He went over there to England, to the UK and he just stopped being a predator when he had all of those powerful friends over there to protect him. When he had the Prince of England for f sake rolling around with him. Yeah, he just stopped abusing people because he was over in England. He just decided that, you know, I'm not going to do this over here. Yeah, right. This dude was abusing people everywhere he went, in the planes, on the ground, you name it. Some of those survivors have provided detailed accounts of their experiences. The evidence comes from a combination of publicly available documentation, including court papers, witness accounts and interviews. The alleged offenses detailed in the accounts include serious sexual assault and rape. Yeah, that's. Look, the unfortunate truth and the cold heart facts of this case are when you get right down to it, that's what Jeffrey Epstein was. A disgusting rapist. You can argue about labeling him however you want to label him, but the fact of the matter is the dude was a rapist and, and he was a predator. All the other verbiage really doesn't matter. Right. Sure, you want to use some, some type of, you know, some words that get to the heart of it. Right. But at the end of the day, the dude was a rapist. The dude was a predator and he was a sick bastard. So all of these girls that have come forward to the Channel 4 investigation in England, how many of them have come forward previously to the police and they've had this story, but they swept it under the rug. Now obviously I don't live in the uk, I don't have my finger on the pulse of how things work over there. I have a rudimentary knowledge at this point considering my coverage of the Epstein case. But I'm guessing it's just like any other major police department and any other major metro area. You know, you got the guys at the top, the bureaucracy, the corrupt sons of who are out there to protect themselves, the agency and their friends. So my guess is, oh, they knew about all of these allegations. They knew that these girls were being abused and they simply didn't act on it. Because why go after their buddies in the so called realm of the elite when they have minor league drug dealers to put in prison for the rest of their lives?
News Reporter
The Channel 4 News investigation reveals that despite this, the Met police chose not to carry out a full criminal investigation into these alleged offenses, despite many of these claims being in the public domain, a direct approach from at least one

survivor, and widespread evidence that Epstein had abused young women through a global criminal enterprise. I mean, look, folks, again, I'm not Sherlock Holmes, right? Not even Larry Holmes, okay? But it's not too difficult to put all the pieces together from the circumstantial evidence. We have court documents and interviews. I don't know how, as an investigator who is working on this case, you can act like there's not enough out there for you to do your job, for you to get busy, for you to get indictments, and for you ultimately to help get convictions. If you cannot get convictions in this case, you probably should find a different job. I hear that Costco's hiring.
News Reporter
Serious questions have been raised about why the force failed to carry out a full criminal investigation, including whether Prince Andrew's involvement with Maxwell and Epstein had any bearing on their decision not to fully investigate, and whether the Metropolitan Police faces a conflict of interest due to its role of its officers serving in proximity as Royal Protection Officers.
Commentator/Co-host

And you know, of course they're going to try and rewrite history with their scoundrel ass buddies in the legacy media, but we're not going to let that occur. And the Met and the sdny, the New Mexico law enforcement agencies, all of you already have egg on your face. So the best route going forward is transparency and being open with the people. Stop the bs. And if you really want to show everybody that you mean business, how about you unveil some nice shiny RICO charges for the whole lot of these sons of.

up over in England and starts yelling from the rooftops again. I'm just some knucklehead, right? Not a journalist, nothing like that. I'm just some content creator. But the writing was on the wall and you have to be fully engaged in cognitive dissonance at this point to think that what's going on in the Jeffrey Epstein case is some sort of conspiracy theory. There's no theory here, folks. This is a global intercontinental criminal conspiracy. They tried to set it up as a conspiracy theory so that they could continue to sweep it under the rug, but boy, oh boy, did they make a crucial error in judgment. Nazir Afzal Obe, the former chief Crown Prosecutor for Northwest England at the CPS who led landmark cases against grooming gangs in Northern England, said, from what I've seen, there is clearly enough evidence for the police to investigate more thoroughly than they have done up to now.
News Reporter
100%.
Bobby Capucci
And again, look, it's one thing for

me to be telling you that, right?
Commentator/Co-host
Some knucklehead guy, no law degree. Most certainly not a law degree.
Bobby Capucci
Not a journalist, nothing like that.
Commentator/Co-host
But I've been telling you this for how long? And now you have the ex prosecutor coming out and saying the same thing. Because folks, look, there's only one way that this should go and that should be everybody involved has to come in, go under oath and get the party started. Because there's no way that any prosecutor in their right mind with all of this evidence can look at this.
Bobby Capucci
It's concerning because we've got potentially survivors
Commentator/Co-host
here and maybe other survivors or alleged victims who may, if an investigation follows its course, be identified. There's definitely more girls, okay? 100% without a question. I don't have any doubt about it. Now, can I provide you a spreadsheet naming them all or pointing you to them? No, I cannot. But it's my gut feeling. And one thing I will say throughout this whole entire case is my gut has been pretty spot on when it comes to this kind of thing. You get all of this evidence, you have all of this testimony, all of these girls making allegations. It's hard to think that there aren't a bunch of other women and ladies and girls who have been abused by this man who we have not heard from yet. A spokesperson for the. For the Met Police told this program, it would review the information put to them by Channel 4 News. You know, it's a bunch of BS, right? Oh, we're gonna review the information. Okay, sure. Because we can trust you because you haven't had this information all these years and just sit. And you just sat on it. Right. So now we should trust that the Met not, sorry, they're going to be under scrutiny, at least from me, the same way the SDNY is. Now again, I can't really speak on the Met and you know, their behavior on a day to day basis, but I am very familiar with the sdny. I am very familiar with the way they conduct themselves and the way they handle business and the way historically they've went after criminal enterprises. And up till now with the Jeffrey Epstein case, I am not very impressed.
Bobby Capucci
Folks.
Commentator/Co-host
You should see the way the SDNY pursues a low level mafia associate. We're not even talking about a dude who's made his bones. We're not talking about a made man. We're talking about an associate. And they will go after that person like he's Al Capone. But yet all of these people in this criminal enterprise, they're still walking around, hanging out, chilling in their beautiful million dollar apartments. And you wonder why nobody trusts the process. And you wonder why nobody has faith in what's going on with all of these institutions that are supposed to provide stability and stay neutral. When asked if Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were treated differently by the MPS because of their connection with Prince, Andrew Afzal warned. The perception here is a different approach
News Reporter
was taken in relation to these alleged

offenses than there would be than if
Bobby Capucci
it was some brown guy in Rochdale

or some sex offender in London who

Commentator/Co-host
If these weren't rich people and they
Bobby Capucci
were just normal, you know, say people who are running a school or something, they would have been put in prison
Commentator/Co-host
for a bazillion years already because the
Bobby Capucci
prosecutors would have tried to make a point, right? They want to get that feather in their cab.
Commentator/Co-host
We're here to protect the kids. It's about the kids. It's about the kids.
Bobby Capucci
That's what we always hear.
Commentator/Co-host
So they, the prosecutors would be looking
Bobby Capucci
for that feather in their cap.
Commentator/Co-host
But now all of a sudden you got these rich people, these people of means. And now it's not a situation where
Bobby Capucci
you're going to go for the gusto. It's a situation where you're going to sit on the information,
Commentator/Co-host
it's just such a bad look. And anybody coming in from the outside and taking a unbiased look at what's going on here has to arrive at the same place. Why has the method not pursued these allegations, these claims with the gusto that they would a poor person under the same sort of allegations? Channel 4 News was also able to identify potential witnesses by tracing name and telephone numbers from a publicly available contacts directory known as the Black Book, which openly details associates and workers, including drivers, pilots and masseuses in the UK in a similar pattern to those seen in other countries that have launched investigations, including the US and France. None of the people we called told us they have received any contact from the UK police. Now imagine that bs.
Bobby Capucci
You report Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and these knuckleheads to the police, right? And then you don't hear anything back from the police. Police are too busy doing whatever it
Commentator/Co-host
is the police are doing. Too busy to help you, that's for sure. What exactly is going on here, folks? That's the real question that needs to be asked. None of the other bs, none of the other nonsense, none of the other muddying the waters crap, all right? What the hell is really going on here? And who is involved with not investigating this? Whoever the, the, the boss man is who made the decision not to investigate this, that person needs to be reprimanded and fired
Bobby Capucci
publicly.
Commentator/Co-host
Available flight records from this period show Epstein and Maxwell were frequent visitors to the uk. Our analysis shows Epstein's private planes, a Gulfstream jet and the luxury Boeing 727, dubbed the Lolita Express, flew in and out of UK airports at least 51 times, including into RAF Marham and Norfolk. The pair were also visitors at Royal Residences including Balmoral, Windsor and Sandringham. Imagine that, huh?
Bobby Capucci
People like me and you, we ain't invited to the gate of Windsor, okay? We're not wanted within a hundred mile radius of these people.

Bobby Capucci
Let's hang out with the Queen.
Commentator/Co-host
You want to pet the corgi? How about you come over here and sit in the Queen's chair?
Bobby Capucci
What in the is going on, folks?
Commentator/Co-host
It's so obvious that the Met has
Bobby Capucci
done everything in their power not to
Commentator/Co-host
investigate this the way it should be investigated. And up until this point, the focus really was on the piss poor job done in The United States and especially in a place like New Mexico. Focus here on the podcast anyway. But not really so much on what's going on in England and with the Met now. I hope that this spurs them into activity. I hope that the Met and their investigators go all out here, but somehow I feel like they're just gonna blow smoke up our ass again. In 2015, the Met Police chose not to open a full criminal investigation into an incident involving Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew in 2001, despite a complaint from a third party who passed on evidence of serious criminal activity involving the exploitation of a vulnerable young woman. In 2019, the Met Police carried out a review of that decision and concluded that no further action was required. I mean, what did they get on the phone with Florida? Talk to the guys from the FDLE report? Oh yeah. So nobody did anything wrong here either. Everybody's alright, everybody did the right thing. Meanwhile, nobody did the right thing. Not in Florida, not in New York and not in London. These allegations should have been pursued as they came in and they should have been taken as seriously as they would have been taken if they were against,
Bobby Capucci
you know, Random Joe
Commentator/Co-host
and the gall of Maxwell and her friends to think that they aren't getting special treatment here. One of the alleged UK survivors and her legal team spoke directly with Met police officers in 2016 and urged them to investigate. When Channel 4 News has previously asked questions about this direct approach, the Met Police has not provided any answers and ignored the questions. The Met Police has never publicly acknowledged
News Reporter
this direct approach, instead providing public statements
Commentator/Co-host
referring only to the third party complaint in 2015.
Bobby Capucci
Boy,
Commentator/Co-host
see what happens when you try
Bobby Capucci
to avoid the old egg on the face and you're one of these agencies.
Commentator/Co-host
Eventually it's all going to come out. Eventually people are going to find out what sort of bullshit you're up to. And now, folks, it's all starting to become crystal clear. The authorities in the UK were in on it.
Bobby Capucci
The people at the Met, whoever the
Commentator/Co-host
bosses were, they knew the stakes, just like Mukase knew the stakes in America and still signed off on the non prosecution agreement. Once again, how much more evidence do you need that this is an intercontinental conspiracy of the criminal sort? A spokesperson for the met told Channel 4 News it would review the information put to them by this program. However, they said they stand by their decision not to open a full investigation.
Bobby Capucci
Oh, I'm sure they do.
Commentator/Co-host
I'm sure they do. I bet that they're gonna close ranks now, right? Oh yeah. Well, we gotta make sure that we don't look bad. Whatever we can do to make sure we look good in this. It's not about justice. It's not about the girls and the women who were abused, about them getting their reparations or getting made whole by these people. It's all about covering your ass and making sure your agency doesn't look bad. Well, guess what? There's no amount of ass covering available in the universe to make you people not look bad at this point. So you might as well just have your come to Jesus moment and be honest with us for once. In a statement, the force said the NPS always takes allegations of sexual offenses and exploitation seriously. All officers, no matter what their role, are duty bound to uphold the law and conduct themselves with integrity. The NPS is clear that it will investigate allegations where there is sufficient evidence of an offense having taken place, where it is the appropriate authority to do so, and where those against whom the allegations are made are alive. The NPS stands by the statement made by Commander Alex Murray issued at the end of 2019. Oh, well, that's glad that you. I'm glad that you stand by it. It's gonna make you look even more ridiculous when all of this comes out, though. I hope you guys understand that.
Bobby Capucci
Right, because nobody's going away.
Commentator/Co-host
This is just gaining steam as the trial draws near. This is going to be an explosion of interest in this case. So if the Met is hoping that
Bobby Capucci
people are going to just forget it
Commentator/Co-host
and move on with their lives, they're sorely mistaken. There needs to be a reckoning. This confirmed that the NPS had received an allegation of non recent trafficking for sexual exploitation against the US national Jeffrey Epstein and a British woman in a 2015 relating to events outside of the UK and an allegation of trafficking to central London in March of 2001. Officers assessed the available evidence, interviewed the complaint, and obtained early investigative advice from the Crown Prosecution Service. However, following the legal advice, it was clear that any investigation into human trafficking would be largely focused on activities and relationships outside the uk. So, translation, let's kick the ball down the road. We don't want anything to do with this. This is outside of our boundaries. So let the United States and France deal with it. The UK wants nothing. There's nothing happening in the uk. Prince Andrew didn't hurt nobody in the uk. He didn't abuse Virginia here.
Bobby Capucci
Come on.
Commentator/Co-host
We don't have an investigation to do here. It's tea time, folks. I mean, really, that's basically what the Met's saying. Officers therefore concluded that the NPS was not the appropriate authority to conduct inquiries in these circumstances. End In November 2016, a decision was made that this matter would not proceed to a full criminal investigation. Bad decision. That should be fixed. Go back and do the right thing. Stop trying to protect Prince Andrew. That's what this all comes down to, right? Maybe not him directly, but they're trying to protect the Royal Family and I find it offensive, I find it absurd and I certainly find it disgusting. The NPS has continued to speak and offer assistance with other law enforcement agencies who lead the investigation into matters related to Jeffrey Epstein, but is unable to comment on individuals with whom they may or may not have interacted with in regard to any allegations of crime. We will always consider any new information and we will review the information sent to us from Channel 4. I mean, could you have any more of a non committal from the law enforcement agency here? Come on folks, get your shit together over there, guys. Open a criminal investigation, do the right thing and put these people where they belong, in prison. Bobby Capucci’s Mega Edition provides a relentlessly critical look at the systemic protection of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell by media, police, and powerful elites on both sides of the Atlantic. Using new literature and investigative journalism as touchpoints, Capucci demands transparency, accountability, and—above all—a full reckoning for the many survivors whose stories have not yet been heard.
