After Jeffrey Epstein’s first reported suicide attempt at MCC New York in July 2019, one of the most important pieces of evidence should have been surveillance footage from outside the cell area where he was being held with former police officer...

And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. The other day we were talking about a article about conspiracy theories surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and how all of the people that are always claiming oh this is a conspiracy theory, that's a conspiracy theory can never answer any of the real questions at the heart of the matter. Such as why doesn't the video of Epstein's alleged suicide to no longer exist? And furthermore, where were the people who were in charge of the chain of custody of that video and how come they haven't been brought up on charges? So all of the anti conspiracy theory knuckleheads in the legacy media, how about you start answering some questions before you run around and start painting people with your big ass broad brush? And instead of looking for conspiracy theories around every bush, how about you use some of those resources to dig into some of these real questions that people have. But instead these outlets would rather spend their time and their resources maligning people who have legitimate questions. Now look, I'm not talking about the crazy conspiracy theories. You know, Jeffrey Epstein's alive on an island with Elvis. All the other weird stuff that we've heard, that's not what I'm talking about. That is all Lululand crazy. No doubt about it. I'm talking about the real heart of the matter here. The real issue at hand. How did all of this go down? And in the aftermath, how is it that this video just disappears without anyone being the wiser? You mean to tell me this doesn't cause more of an uproar? And the real thing that cracks me up about this whole entire thing is we're basically relying on Bill Barr as the only person who has seen the so called video and we're relying on Darth Barr to be honest with us. I think it's been well established at this point that Bill Barr is part of the problem. And I don't care if you're a Republican or a Democrat, I don't know how anyone can look at Bill Barr and be like, ah, you know what, this is a good individual who has our best interest at heart? Let me be clear. Anyone left over from the Bush administration is certainly not somebody we should trust. I've been saying that since Bill Barr became Attorney General, and I'll say it until the cows come home. The guy's smarmy, he's up to something, and he is not trustworthy. And I don't believe a word he has to say when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. If you want to believe him, you're more than welcome to do so. Me, personally, I don't put any stock in what the man has to say. All right, so today we have an article from Fox Business, and this article is from January 10th of 2020. Headline, Epstein's alleged suicide attempt video no longer exists. Oh, that's convenient, huh? How does that happen? I guess. I guess it's just a coincidence. Just another issue that we should chalk up to coincidence. The footage does not exist on the jail's backup video system as a result of technical errors. There sure were a lot of errors that day. A lot of things went wrong. All at the right time, huh? Talk about a perfect storm. Video footage of the area around Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell on a day he survived an apparent suicide attempt no longer exists, federal prosecutors told a judge on Thursday. So it's pretty convenient that he gets put in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni, then all of a sudden he has this quote, unquote suicide attempt, and there's no video of it. The video no longer exists. So again, who is in charge of that video? Who was in charge of making sure that it stayed saved and was put away for later? And did that person face any penalties for being bad at their job? Of course they didn't. Officials at the Metropolitan Correctional center in New York believe they had preserved footage of guards finding Epstein after he appeared to have attempted suicide, but actually saved a video from a different part of the jail. But prosecutors said, you know, just operator error here, folks. Nothing to see here. Just keep moving along. Stop asking questions. How dare you ask questions, you conspiracy theorist. The FBI has also determined that the footage does not exist on the jail's backup video system as a result of technical errors. Assistant US Attorney Maureen Comey and Jason Swergold wrote in a court filing. So the original video doesn't exist. There's no backup footage of it, and, you know, we should just accept that and chalk it up as a failure. Well, that's unacceptable to me. It's been unacceptable since the time it happened, and it remains unacceptable. Is there no accountability for these People, you and I are the only ones that have to be accountable for our behavior. I guess if you get a job at the FBI, it's no big deal, right? I mean, I shouldn't be shocked, considering we had two of the hijackers from 911 living with an FBI informant before 911 happened, and these idiots were none the wiser. So I guess I shouldn't be too shocked here. The revelation came despite assurances prosecutors made that jail officials were preserving the footage at the request of a defense attorney for Nicholas d', artaglioni, a former police officer who shared a cell with Epstein in July when. When the wealthy financier pedophile was discovered with bruises on his neck and then placed on suicide watch. So here's the biggest issue. He was put in this jail cell with Nicholas d', Artaglioni, who was alleged murderer of three, four people. And Epstein was supposed to be one of the most guarded prisoners at this time, yet he's put in general population with Nicholas d', artaglioni, and just magically, the video doesn't work. That's supposed to be recording footage on his jail cell. I mean, there's a whole lot that you want me to accept as coincidence here, folks. And me being a realist, it's very difficult to accept all of it as coincidence. Some of it for sure. Just the technical error, maybe on the backup. All right, I get it. But all of it going wrong at the most opportune time seems like a bit of a stretch. Epstein later hanged himself, allegedly in jail on August 10 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, Officials said. Tartaglioni's defense attorney, Bruce barkett, told the associated press he intends to ask u. S. District judge Kenneth karras to hold a hearing with live testimony to determine what happened to the missing video. Or, and now I'm just guessing here. Was tar Tartaglioni put into that jail cell on purpose, and was that video lost on purpose? You want to talk about coincidences? Well, we have to talk about all scenarios, right? And once again, let's be very clear. The FBI and the department of justice is still being very hesitant in releasing information around this guy's death. There's no ongoing investigation anymore, and Epstein's dead. Maxwell's in jail. What are you guys talking about? And then you wonder why people have questions in the lack of transparency, folks. Conspiracy theory shows up. The various and inconsistent accounts of what happened to that video are deeply troubling. Barkett said in an email. Tartaglioni is charged in what Prosecutors have described as the gangland style killings of four men who disappeared during a cocaine related dispute. So this is the guy you put epstein in the cell, in the cell with. You don't get at one of the jailhouse snitches to go and be his cellmate to try and glean some information from him. Now let's put him in with a. A guy facing four homicides who really could use some clout in jail right now. An ex cop. Imagine getting the cloud of killing epstein. Oh, I killed the child molester. I might be a cop, but let me get my stripes. Barkit said the jailhouse video would have supported his position that tartaglioni acted appropriately on the day in question, Alluding to questions about whether epstein had been attacked. Now let's remember epstein said that he was attacked, okay? That's what he originally said. A spokesman for the bureau of prisons declined to comment, citing an ongoing investigation. It's always an ongoing investigation. Your radar should be up anytime you hear it's an ongoing investigation. And they don't want you, the citizen, to have information. We're not supposed to live in this closed ass society. Now, if it's national security, I understand. This is not national security. This is the FBI trying to whitewash their involvement. One of epstein's attorneys, mark furnich, said the missing video only adds to the unanswered questions and deepens the air of mystery surrounding epstein's death, Feeding the perception that the public will never really know what happened and that the powers that be really aren't interested in finding out. I guess mark furnish is a conspiracy theorist too, because that's really. At the end of the day, we want real answers. And for me anyway, it's about making sure this doesn't happen again. If there's systemic errors, let's fix them. But we just go round and round and round. All these stupid internal reports, all of this dumbass nonsense, and nothing real ever gets done. Nothing about jeffrey epstein's prosecution and death in federal custody surprises or could surprise me at this point, Furnich added. The u. S. Attorney's office in manhattan said in Thursday's court filing that jailhouse officials had preserved the video for the correct date and time but captured the wrong part of the jail. They said the jail's computer system listed a different incorrect cell for tartaglioni. Oh, well, isn't that nice? Does anyone really believe that? I mean, let's be honest. I know there's people out there that'll believe anything the government tells them. But man, oh, man, this is a serious, serious stretch. The government further understands from the federal Federal Bureau of Investigation that it has reviewed that backup system as part of an unrelated investigation and determined that the requested video no longer exists on the backup system and has not since at least August 2019 as a result of technical errors, the prosecutors wrote. Boy, sure is convenient for the federal government that there's some technical errors that go in their favor. Sure seems that happens for them quite a bit, especially in this case. Let me ask you a question. When's the last time a technical error went in your favor? The footage in question involves a July 23 episode in which correctional officers say they found Epstein on the floor of his cell with a strip of bed sheet around his neck. Michael Thomas, one of the officers charged with falsifying records the night Epstein died, was one of the officers who responded to that scene. Oh, isn't that convenient? So the officer responds to the scene of the first suicide, and the same officer is the guy watching Epstein the night he dies.

Nah.

Let's make sure that these guys don't have any charges thrown against them. Do you guys not see what's wrong here? You not see the glaring problem? Epstein was moved out of that cell and placed on suicide watch. He was transferred back to the jail special housing unit July 30, meaning he was less closely monitored, but still supposed to be checked every 30 minutes. He was also required to have a cellmate, but he was left with with none after his cellmate was transferred out of the jail August 9, the day before his death. Authorities have said, and I've said it a million times. Was Tartaglioni there to send a message to Epstein? Look, this is the result, bro. If you don't kill yourself, someone will kill you. So get to get to work. Again, speculation on my part, but who knows? Prosecutors charged the two officers responsible for guarding Epstein the night he died with falsifying prison records to conceal they were sleeping and browsing the Internet during the hours they were supposed to be keeping a close watch on prisoners. So, again, all of this just happens to happen at the same exact time. It's almost a conspiracy theory to think that the narrative that they're pitching to you is real. But there's these stooges out here in the legacy media who refuse to go further than surface deep. And the result is a lot of misinformation gets pumped out there, and a lot of you get misinformation. The falsification of records has been a problem throughout the federal prison system. And here's the whitewash. You notice how they have to add that. Well, it's a problem throughout the system, so it's not really an issue here. And that's what they try to do. And they try and manipulate the way things go, right, by telling you, well, it's a systemic error. And, and this is something that's usually happens here, but they won't tell you is this, that there was only one other suicide at the lockup Epstein was at in like 21 years. So it's not like a common occurrence there like they tried to make it out to be. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, which for years has been plagued by extensive staffing shortages, chronic violence and serious misconduct, has come under increased scrutiny since Epstein's death in August. Here we go again. It's, it's, it's always, oh, well, we have staffing shortages or this, that, the other thing. The Bureau of Prisons has the biggest budget out of all of these agencies. How is it that you have staffing shortages? Staffing shortages within the bureau are so severe that guards are regularly forced to work mandatory overtime, sometimes day after day. And violence leads to regular lockdowns at prison compounds of across the nation. A congressional report also found that bad behavior is ignored or covered up on a regular basis within the bureau. So they find all of this out, they have their meetings, and then Congress does nothing about it. Then you wonder why people look at them holding all of their committees and this, that and the other thing and look at it as bread and circus. After Epstein's death in August, Attorney General William Barr said said the financier pedophile's ability to take his own life inside one of the most secure jails in America raised serious questions that must be answered. Barr removed the agency's acting director in the wake of Epstein's death and named Kathleen Hawk Sawyer, the prison's agency director from 92 until 2003, to replace him. Another retread. Somebody who has already been there and done it and has proved that they don't know what they're doing. So let's just have another retread come through again. It's like the NFL. If you have a team, how many times are you going to have Wade Wilson as your head coach before you figure out the dude sucks? Bill Barr told the AP he had personally reviewed security footage from the night Epstein took his own life, which confirmed that no one entered the area where Epstein was housed on the night he died. I do not believe one word coming out of Bill Barr's mouth. If you want to believe Darth Barr, that's your business. Me, I don't like liars. And I don't like people who have not shot straight from day one. And that most certainly is Bill Barr. This whole entire thing is fubar, folks.

It stinks to high Evan. And the people out there yapping about conspiracy theories. Well, how about they do some articles and dig a little bit deeper about what went on here? And I don't want to hear about systemic failures anymore. We know. We've known about it for years and years and years. And you continue to let it happen. So at what point do you become culpable for letting it occur? Even right under your nose? And I'd say, folks, we are at that point. It is about time we have some accountability from all of these agencies, the FBI, the Bureau of Prisons and our elected officials. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this episode. And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Nicholas Tartaglioni's lawyer, Bruce Barkett, was demanding to know who destroyed the tape that allegedly had Jeffrey Epstein's first suicide attempt on it. Now, it's pretty convenient that Tartaglioni's lawyer would be demanding this tape when he probably knew it didn't even exist. Typical lawyer stuff, right? Get out there. Be brazen about things. Oh, my client didn't do anything. In fact, he's a hero. But I will say this for Mr. Barkett, he is not wrong when he asks for a list of who is in charge of these tapes. When we talk about the chain of custody, this is exactly what I'm talking about. How is it possible that somebody or bodies could be involved with the chain of custody here?
A
And.
C
And they don't get in trouble. They don't get fired. The guy who's in charge of the technical part of the surveillance, he doesn't get in trouble or she doesn't get in trouble. We just have to accept that there was a systemic failure of epic proportions that all happened at the same time. That's what we should just accept. Well, sorry, I refuse to do so. Today we have an article from Law and Crime, and the headline, lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein's former cellmate, Peter, demands to know who destroyed the suicide attempt video. This article was authored by Matt Naham and was Originally published on January 14, 2020. Last week, the government said that surveillance video from outside of Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell on the night of his first reported suicide attempt is gone forever. A lawyer for Epstein's former cellmate, Nick Nicholas Tartaglioni, is now demanding to know why. And it's funny, because Tartaglioni's family, they own a dog grooming business, and one of the dogs escaped from the dog grooming business, and when asked about it, the brother said, well, there was a skip in the video and the dog just ended up outside. Sure is convenient that this family has all kinds of issues when it comes to surveillance video, huh? Now, obviously, the two aren't connected with, but just pretty ironic if you ask me. But as far as that tape goes, it should have never been destroyed. And then the real clincher for me is the backups destroyed as well. How is that even possible? How is that even possible? Not only is the original destroyed, but the redundancy is broken as well. Oh, okay, sure. Tartaglioni's lawyer, Bruce Barkett, requested in a Monday letter that U.S. district Judge Kenneth Karas conduct an evidentiary hearing to determine how the video was destroyed, who was responsible, and whether the government has acted in bad faith. Now, again, these are all these requests that have been asked for and what has come of it all. So they have all of these investigations. There's never any transparency. And then when anyone tries to get a Freedom of Information act or get any kind of information. Oh, you're a conspiracy theorist. What are you doing? The real conspiracy here is that they're not being transparent. The real conspiracy here is that they're lying to you. I write to request that the court promptly conduct an evidentiary hearing to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the government's failure to preserve the video surveillance footage at the Metropolitan Correctional center, which captured the hallway outside the cell that Mr. Tartaglioni shared, which, with Mr. Jeffrey Epstein at the time Mr. Epstein attempted to commit suicide between the late hours of July 22, 2019, and the early morning hours of July 23, 2019. According to the official narrative, and according to Bruce Barkett and Nicholas Tartaglioni, he came in with the Green Lantern ring and saved Jeffrey Epstein's life. Because he's a superhero. Nicholas Tartaglioni is a real life superhero. That's what they want you to believe. Since the date of the incident, Mr. Tartaglioni has firmly and consistently maintained that he acted appropriately in all respects. And footage of the incident, therefore, would have been exculpatory, as it would have corroborated Mr. Tartaglioni's account of events. Very convenient that it's gone, huh? And it's pretty convenient that he's up here crowing so much. Oh, I'm the good guy. I tried to save Jeffrey Epstein. Did he know that that footage was gone?
D
Look, we're gonna speculate here for a
C
minute, but on July 3, or whatever, right before this happens, he was found with a contraband cell phone in his jail cell. He said it wasn't his. He said another inmate gave it to him. Then fast forward to what happened in the cell with Epstein, and he's a hero. Here again. What is he doing in a cell with Epstein? Got nailed with contraband. Quadruple homicide. And then you put him in this jail cell with Epstein and want me to believe that he stepped up and he tried to save Epstein's life after letting Epstein supposedly put a noose around his neck and choke himself? How does that make sense to anyone? And how is anyone sucking that down? Accordingly, we asked the court to conduct a hearing to determine one, how the video was destroyed, who was responsible for its destruction, and why it was not preserved. Two, were there any witnesses who reviewed the video prior to its destruction who can describe what they observed and in turn, preserve at least some of the video's exculpatory value? And three, where and to what extent the destruction of the video was deliberate or reckless. And whether there was any bad faith on the part of the government in connection in the video's destruction. I mean, for real, how is it that this video gets destroyed in the first place? I can't get over that. I know I keep asking that question, and it's become redundant at this point. But, folks, these are the questions that need to be asked. And so far, besides a few content creators and hard charging investigative journalists, nobody has had the chutzpah to do it. The government's explanation up to now, Barkett wrote, is inadequate as it is non specific, unsworn and untested. Respectfully, the government's fluid account of the of the efforts that were made to preserve this critical mitigating evidence are deeply troubling and demand that an explanation be given via sworn testimony. Barkett continued, again emphasizing the exculpatory value of the video footage for his client. And whenever I see a lawyer going this crazy about something, my spidey senses start to tingle and I say to myself, this lawyer knows what's up. He knows this video doesn't exist and he's pushing hard here because he knows it doesn't exist and he knows that his client will never get smashed for it. So it just looks bad for everybody involved, doesn't it? In case you missed it, prosecutors in New York City previously announced that they were able to locate lost surveillance footage from outside of the deceased pedophile's cell on on December 19, which was one day after prosecutors told a federal court that video from the night of July 22 and early morning of July 23 in 2019 had not been properly preserved by Manhattan MCC authorities. On January 9, prosecutors once again said the video was gone now. Nobody got fired, nobody was sanctioned, nobody got pertwalked out of the building. So it's okay to just go to your job and delete this kind of video. Here's an idea. Go to your job on Monday, screw everything up and see how quickly you get your ass fired. After the first Epstein jail incident, the microscope quickly shifted to Epstein's former cellmate, the aforementioned Nick Tartaglioni. As Lawn Crime previously reported, Tartaglioni claims claims to have saved the elite pedophile's life. On the night in question, the ex cop behind bars on quadruple murder charges reportedly alerted Manhattan MCC officials after Epstein attempted to hang himself Again after Epstein attempted to hang himself. After Epstein attempted to hang himself. Why not before? Why not stop it before you see how big Tartaglioni is? Oh boy, his arms are as big as my torso. After that incident, Epstein was transferred to a different section of the mcc, placed on so called suicide watch, promptly taken off, and then left alone in his cell before eventually dying under somewhat disputed Circumstances during the second week of August 2019, Epstein's death was officially ruled a suicide by hanging. I mean, since that's the official narrative and all, it's obviously he hanged himself with, we should all just pack it up, you conspiracy theorists, barka told the New York Daily News. Why the video matters to him and Tartaglioni. We're not looking to point fingers at anybody. We'd like to have a record of what took place with the video, he said. We want to be able to show that incarcerated, he's still acting appropriately and doing the right thing.

Oh yeah, because you know he's always doing the right thing. Mr. Tartaglioni is a man of honor, a man who does the right thing at every moment. Here's what the government said about the destroyed video last week. The government respectfully submits this letter to provide a further update to the court regarding the defense's request for video footage from outside the defendant's cell at the Metropolitan Correctional center on July 22 July 23, 2019. On or about December 19, 2019, the government informed the court and defense counsel that it had confirmed with MCC staff that the requested video had been preserved and that the government was working to obtain a copy from mcc. As set forth in greater detail below, the government has learned that the MCC inadvertently preserved video from the wrong tier within the MCC and and as a result, video from outside the defendant's cell on July 22, 23, 2019 I. E. The requested video no longer exists. So everything else was preserved, right? It was only this video that wasn't preserved. How isn't that suspect to people? How aren't people going crazy about that? On or about July 23, 2019 at at approximately 1:27am MCC corrections officers responded to the cell that the defendant shared with Jeffrey Epstein on or about July 25, 2019. Defense counsel requested that MCC preserve video footage from outside the Defendant's Cell from July 22, 2019 at 11:00pm through July 23, 2019 at 4:00am from speaking with MCC legal counsel, the government understands that its response that in the response to this request, MCC legal counsel looked up the defendant's cell number and the MCC computer system and thereafter requested that MCC staff preserve video from outside of that cell for the requested time period. An MCC staff member confirmed that the video had been preserved. So that staff member, whoever that is who is it? Oh, a staff member. Oh, an anonymous source. So this person didn't preserve the video, then said they did. And there's nobody who's wanting to look deeper into that again. This is why we need congressional commissions here, Congressional hearings. If your congressmen and women really cared about you, and they really cared about survivors of human trafficking, they'd be all over this shit. Honor. About January 3, 2020, the MCC provided the government with a copy of the video that it had preserved, which the government then converted into a playable format. After reviewing the video, it appeared to the government that the footage contained on the preserved video was for the correct date and time, but captured a different tier than the one where cell one was located. Because of the preserved video, T did not show corrections officers responding to any of the cells seen on the video. So they had it directed at the wrong tier. Even you guys can't even get it correct and have the camera pointing at the right cell. After speaking with MCC legal counsel, the government was informed that the MCC computer system listed a different incorrect cell for Tartaglioni, cell 2. Therefore, when MCC legal counsel asked that the video outside of the defendant cell be preserved, the MCC preserved video outside of cell 2 instead of cell 1. Why isn't it all preserved?
D
Why are you getting rid of it?
C
What is this? Surveillance footage over at the bodega, where you only have one VHS tape for the whole month? The government understands from speaking with MCC legal counsel that there was a backup system in place that that housed all video for special housing unit, including the video requested by defense counsel. The government further understands from the Federal Bureau of Investigation that it has reviewed that backup system as part of an unrelated investigation and determined that the requested video no longer exists on the backup system and has not since at leave August of 2019 as a result of technical errors. So how many other videos were destroyed? Just that one. Nobody else finds this a little bit suspect? I'm the only one over here. Maybe I ate some mescaline before I. When I woke up this morning, maybe there was some mescaline in my coffee and I'm just on some kind of, you know, trip, some kind of psychedelic trip right now. But it sure seems to me that this is all bad. And the fact that nobody was ever held accountable makes it even worse. The government will make the video of the tier containing cell 2 available for defense counsel's review at the United States Attorney's office. Boy, isn't that nice of them. Let's see a video of the wrong tier. The wrong cell Block because you guys do such a great job. But it's just a perfect storm, folks. Nothing to see here. No more investigations needed. Bill Barr told you what happened. The state told you what happened. The government told you what happened. Now sit down, shut up and and accept their narrative. What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of of the Epstein Chronicles. As the nuclear fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein debacle continues to rain down around the doj, the FBI and the country as a whole, we're now learning that metadata shows that the FBI's raw Jeffrey Epstein prison video wasn't so raw after all. And according to metadata, that video was modified. So why are they modifying the video? That's not what anybody asked for. Nobody asked you to curate the truth. We just want the truth, whatever it is. And if that means powerful people have to fall, then so be it. I don't think anybody cares about these so called elite at this point. Well, besides the people that are still on their payroll. But at this point I have zero confidence in the doj, certainly have no confidence in the FBI. But we have to be honest when we're talking about this subject. This is above the head of the DOJ or the FBI. If you think the FBI or the DOJ has access to the videos and the information we all want, you're crazy. This information is stashed somewhere in a CIA black vault in some location not known to anybody but the people involved. You see, I'm not one of these people that thinks that Epstein was being run on the books. I think that Jeffrey Epstein was a black project. I think he was being run off the books. That way there's no ties leading back to them when it comes to Epstein. And the whole entire idea was to cause a bunch of misinformation and disinformation to hit the scene. That way when people start talking crazy, they could have their inserted shields come out and say, look, look at the kind of nonsense people are talking. This is nothing more than a conspiracy theory. And all these morons out here that talk about crazy stuff when we're talking about Epstein, stuff that's not even close to being provable are part of the problem. Now, look, you can say, hey, I believe this, this, this or that, but that's not what a lot of these people are doing. Instead, you have people out here talking about crazy and saying that it's 100% factually true. And then you have other people believing them because they don't really know what's true or what's not or what to believe or who to follow. So a lot of times, people follow wherever their bias leads them. But like I've told you a million times, if you're following somebody that is covering this story and they've never even bothered to read you a court document or talk about the actual facts of the case, that's somebody that's probably grifting and somebody that probably doesn't even care about real justice. Because the truth is, a lot of people have co opted this story to fit into whatever kind of weird ass narrative that they're building. And unfortunately, these are the cats that get platformed. They're the ones that get pushed. And ask yourself why, if they were really over the target, if they were really on point, do you really think they'd be getting that push by the algorithm? Or do you think the algorithm would be trying to bury everything they're saying? Instead, it promotes it and pushes it forward. So you don't need to be a genius to figure out why. It's all part of the psyop, all part of the disinformation campaign that they've been waging now for over six years. Today's article is from Wired, and the headline metadata shows the FBI's raw Jeffrey Epstein prison video was likely modified. Oh, no. That's a shock, huh? This article was authored by Drew Morota. The United States Department of Justice this week released nearly 11 hours of what it described as full raw surveillance footage from a camera positioned near Jeffrey Epstein's prison cell the night before he was found dead. The release was intended to address conspiracy theories about Epstein's apparent suicide in federal custody. But instead of putting those suspicions to rest, it may fuel them further. Yeah, no, they really stepped in it here, folks. I told you, I told you from the very beginning of this nonsense with the white binders, the idiot influencers, that this was nothing more than an opinion. And now here we are. And unlike a lot of these other clowns out here, I have a catalog with like 15, 000 episodes. The things that they're talking about now. Oh, this is breaking news. Or that's breaking news. We covered like three years ago on the podcast. So all of this Stuff is basically a rehash. For those of you who have been around for years and for those of you who have been following the story,

And for those of you who haven't, I'm sure it's eye opening because it sounds like this is nothing more than a fairy tale, like something out of a movie. But I assure you it's reality. And that reality has destroyed countless lives. Metadata embedded in the video and analyzed by wire and independent video forensic experts show that rather than being a direct export from the prison surveillance system, the footage was modified, likely using the professional editing tool Adobe Premiere Pro. The file appears to have been assembled from at least two source clips, saved multiple times, exported, and then uploaded to the DOJ's website where it was presented as raw footage. Why lie? Why not just say this is stitched together video and we put it together from the initial videos that we had. But no, they can't do that, right? Oh, this is the raw video. This is the video that tells us the whole story. Nobody believes you. I didn't believe Bill Barr and I don't believe you. Okay? At this point, I don't think there's anything that they could do to fix this. The damage is already done and their credibility is absolutely fried. Especially these people that were out here talking all this nonsense leading up to the election, only to get elected to take power and then drop this doozy on us. Especially when in the same memoir you say that there's over a thousand victims. We only had a trial for a couple of those victims, that only a few people had their say. What about the other girls? What about the girls with no names? Should we just move on from them too? I mean, I guess it's what they want us to do. Unfortunately for them, there will be no backing down. There will only be moving forward. Experts caution that it's unclear what exactly was changed and, and that the metadata does not prove deceptive manipulation. That's not the point. Don't call it raw data. Just say you have a video that you mesh together. Be absolutely transparent. That's the problem here. The big problem is we have no truth, no transparency, and nobody has anyone they can rely on who's in a position of power. Look, if you don't want to take out Epstein's associates, who the do you want to take out? Oh, that's right. People for selling drugs. Drug addicts, people who might be engaged in illegal gambling. Forget them. They're going to prison forever. But if you were running around with Jeffrey Epstein, providing him with women, setting it up, facilitating it, enabling it. Yeah, I'm looking at you, Sarah Kellen Vickers. You're going to have a nice life. Nobody's coming after you. You can go and live in your mansion in your nice little condo while these unnamed survivors are left to pick up the pieces. And we're talking about real people. We're not talking about people that are just, you know, names on a page, or in this case, no names on a page. But these are real people with people who love them. Fathers, mothers, brothers, children. And they deserve justice. They don't deserve to be told to move on, especially when nobody has been held to account. The video may have simply been processed for public release using available software, with no modifications beyond stitching together the two clips. But the absence of a clear explanation for the processing of the file using professional editing software complicates the Justice Department's narrative. In a case already clouded by suspicion, the ambiguity surrounding how the file was processed is likely to provide fresh fodder for conspiracy theories. Well, they did it to themselves again. Now, look, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that this video was completely edited. That's well beyond my level of expertise. But I will tell you this. They weren't upfront with us. They weren't transparent. And when you call a video raw, I expect that video to be untouched. Is that too much to ask? You said it was raw, not me. So now that I'm holding you accountable for your own words, I'm the sorry, buddy, it's a you problem.
C
Not enough problem.
D
You're the ones who said all this. You're the ones who, you know, said, we're gonna have this raw video and then provide a video that's stitched together. So if you have anyone to blame, once again, it's the doj. They're the ones that are stepping in it every step of the way. Any aspect of the official story that isn't fully explained will be co opted by conspiracy theorists, says Mike Rothschild, an author who writes about conspiracy theories and extremists. So whatever your favorite of Epstein conspiracy is, the video will Help bolster it. Oh, another expert. Is it all these experts out here that have a lot to say. Now, where have you been for the last six years, Mr. Mike Rothschild? And that name alone is going to get people fired up. I can already see the emails. Oh, this guy's in the Rothschilds. He's Illuminati. He might be. I don't know. I have no idea. But I will tell you, this bro's a bullshitter.
C
Whatever your favorite conspiracy theory is.
D
Yeah, like this is a big conspiracy. It's so gross. And that's why I get so mad at the misinformation peddlers and the disinformation jerk offs that are out there talking about the case. People that have no idea what they're talking about. They cause great damage, they have great reach. A lot of people listen to them, and before you know it, everybody has Dunning Kruger syndrome and they're running around like they're a expert. Breaking news. This is not the topic to show up to and act like you're an expert right away. You got to put in the work, homie. Start with the court documents and go from there. And if you haven't read all the core documents, and I mean all of them, then you're operating from a place of speculation. You have to have a strong foundation before you even get started, right? And then from there, of course, you jump down rabbit holes. But there's a lot of people that don't even have a strong foundation of the basics of the case. They don't know the players, they don't know what happened. They don't know about Palm Beach. All. All they talk about's the island. They don't realize that Epstein was active multiple continents. They have no idea.
C
And a lot of that blame falls
D
on the legacy media and the jerk offs who have decided to try and co op this story recently, who only wanna talk about the salacious bullshit. For months leading up to the joint memo the DOJ and FBI published Monday, Attorney General Pam Bondi had promised the release of records related to Epstein, raising expectations that new, potentially incriminating details might surface about the disgraced financier's death and his ties to powerful individuals. However, rather than revealing new information, the memo largely confirmed conclusions reached years earlier that Epstein was found in a Manhattan prison cell on August 10, 2019, and died by suicide while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Do you really think that's what happened? We just went through the OIG report. What about all the issues that were at the jail at the time? That he died. What about all the coincidences? I mean, I guess you can write them off and say, look, I believe the doj. They have never steered me wrong. The government always tells me the truth. And I'm going to go with what Cash and Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi said. And if that's who you are, I'm not here to change your mind. I feel like my job is to open the door. And if you decide to walk through that door, then that's on you. If you don't walk through that door, well, hey, good luck. Have fun. Being peddled a bunch of bullshit and not knowing the real story. To support its conclusions, the FBI reviewed surveillance footage overlooking the common area of the Special Housing Unit at the Metropolitan Correctional center where Epstein was held. The FBI enhanced the footage by adjusting contrast, color and sharpness and released both the enhanced and what it described as the raw version. Both versions of the video appear to have been processed using Premiere and include much of the same metadata. According to the FBI, anyone entering the area containing Epstein's cell during the relevant time frame would have been visible on that camera. Yeah, what about Tartaglioni? During the first attempt. And the message I think he passed on to Epstein. You know, people want to speculate about a bunch of crazy stuff, but nobody ever wants to talk about that part of the story. Why was a man who was facing four homicides put in a cell with Jeffrey Epstein? Nobody's been able to answer that for me yet. And who made that decision at the jail? Can we get the paperwork on who signed off on that? I'm guessing we're never going to see that either, you know, national security or whatever. Working with two independent video forensic experts, Wired examined the 21GB files released by the DOJ. Using a metadata tool, reporters analyze both exchangeable image file format and extensible metadata platform data to identify signs of post processing. The RAW file shows clear signs of having been processed using an Adobe product, most likely Premiere, based on metadata that specifically references file extensions used by the video editing software. All of this stuff is above my head, so I really don't have much to add when it comes to metadata or video editing. I'm not going to you and act like I know what I'm talking about. I have no idea. My biggest beef here is don't tell me something's raw if it's not. I know what RAW means. And if you've edited the video, well, it's not raw, right? According to experts, Adobe software, including Premiere and Photoshop, leaves traces in exported files, often embedding metadata that logs which assets were used and what actions were taken during editing. In this case, the metadata indicates the file was saved at least four times over a 23 minute span on May 23, 2025 by a Windows user account called mjcole1. The metadata does not show whether the footage was modified before each time it was saved. So again, a lot to break down there and I'll leave that to the experts. My big beef, just to be clear, is that you're telling me it's raw data when it's not. Why another self inflicted wound? Why open this can of worms for people to look at this and say ah, you know what? Things aren't on the up and up again. The embedded data suggests the video is not continuous unaltered export from a surveillance system, but a composite assembled from at least two separate MP4 files. The metadata includes references to premiere project files and two specific source 2025, 5 22, 21, 1248 MP4 and 2025 5, 22, 16 35, 21 MP4 hanging out

These entries appear under a metadata section labeled Ingredients, part of Adobe's internal schema for tracking source material used in edited exports. The metadata does not make clear where in the video the two clips were spliced together. Hani Farid, a professor at UC Berkeley whose research focuses on digital forensics and misinformation, reviewed the metadata at Wired's request. Farid is recognized expert in the analysis of digital images and and detection of manipulated media, including deepfakes. He has testified at numerous court cases involving digital evidence. Farid says that metadata raises immediate concerns about chain of custody, the documented handling of digital evidence from collection to presentation in a courtroom. Just like physical evidence, he explains, digital evidence must be handled in a way that preserves its integrity. Metadata, while not always precise, can provide important clues about whether that integrity has been compromised. If a lawyer brought me this file and asked if it was suitable for court, I'd say no. Go back to the source. Do it right, fareed says. Do a direct export from the original system. No monkey business Is that too much to ask? Like I'm the asshole for asking them to just do the right thing? Or at the very least, don't lie to us. Don't tell us that it's a raw video clip when it's obviously not. Freed points to another anomaly. The video's aspect ratio shifts noticeably at several points. Why am I suddenly seeing a different aspect ratio? He asks. Freed cautions that while the metadata clearly shows the video was modified, the changes could be benign. For example, converting footage from a proprietary surveillance format to a standard MP4. While there may be uncontroversial explanations for the metadata artifacts, such as stitching together multiple days of footage during compilation, or the routine export of surveillance footage to an MP4 format, the FBI did not respond to specific questions about the file's processing, instead referring Wired to the doj. The doj, in turn, referred inquiries back to the FBI and the Bureau of Prisons. The BOP did not respond to a request for comment. So not only are they bullshitting us, they're stonewalling us as well. We're not going to get any information here. I'm telling you folks. Now get ready. Nothing's on the way. According to a 2023 report from the DOJ Office of the Inspector General. You know the one I just posted? The one we've been talking about? Yeah, that report.

The detention facility was where Epstein was found hanged. Had around 150 analog surveillance cameras. But starting on July 29, 2019, a technical error prevented roughly half of them from recording, including most inside the shu. Just a glitch. Just another coincidence. The guards happened to be sleeping too, when this all happened. The system was scheduled for repairs on August 9, the night before Epstein was found dead. But the technician assigned to fix it couldn't access the necessary equipment because the Corrections officer required to escort him was nearing the end of their shift. Can you imagine? This is what we have to deal with. This is the excuse he was changing his shift. There's no boss there. Where's the Lieutenant? Where is his supervisor? As a result, only two cameras were operational near the SHU at the time. MCC staff found Epstein hanging in his cell. One covering the common area and stairwells near the entrance to the adjacent 10 south unit, and another monitoring the 9th floor elevator bay. Neither captured Epstein's cell door. But yeah, the video tells us the whole story, right? We know exactly what was going on. According to the DOJ's memo, the footage confirms that from the time Epstein was locked in his cell at approximately 8pm on August 9, 2019 and between around 10:40pm and 6:30am the next morning, no one entered the tier where his cell was located. However, the recording includes a notable gap. Approximately one minute of footage is missing from 11:58:58pm to 12:00am and the video resumes immediately afterward. The OIG's report found no evidence of a conspiracy to kill Epstein. Instead, it documented years of of chronic staffing failures and system breakdowns at MCC. The facility was temporarily closed in 2021 after the DOJ essentially deemed conditions unfit for incarceration. That is the excuse after this DOJ report, the OIG report was filed. Nothing was changed. Everything's still the same. So the whole entire idea of the OIG report was to get you to think that everything's on the up and up. But when you read that report like we have, you know that that's not the case, that there is so much more going on there. The big problem is we're never gonna be able to get the court documents or any of the documents from the BOP to prove it. And that's all part of the COVID up, unfortunately. At a press conference on Tuesday, Bondi attributed the missing minute to a flaw in the surveillance system's daily cycle, claiming that one minute is missing from every night's recording. Given the years of high profile conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein, any perceived inconsistency in the official narrative is likely to draw intense scrutiny. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones called the DOJ memo sickening. Next, the DOJ will say, actually Jeffrey Epstein never existed. He wrote in a post on X. In the world of conspiracy theories, evidence that disproves something happened becomes proof that something happened, says Rothschild. He explains that the case of Epstein's death is a good example of this phenomenon. Every piece of evidence points to him taking his own life, the negligence of the prison staff, the disrepair of the cameras. The coroner's report is turned into evidence that he was killed by powerful figures who weren't competent enough to cover up the crime correctly. Or they just let it happen. And they knew that the disinformation would take hold when people like Mr. Rothschild came out here and massaged their story. And that's the whole point. Have just enough confusion, just enough disinformation out there to make everybody say to themselves, well, what's true and what's not. But when you really get down to it, I guess if you believe in all those coincidences, fine. But for me, there seems to be a lot more going on here. And until I have all the truth, all the evidence, all the court documents. And I know who signed off on Jeffrey Epstein being in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglione. None of your bullshit gaslighting is gonna work. The apparent gaps in the video, Rothschild says, will naturally inflame these suspicions. One media forensic expert who reviewed the metadata and agreed with Wired's analysis, but requested anonymity due to privacy concerns and a desire to avoid having their name publicly associated with anything related to the Epstein case, put it bluntly, it looks suspicious, but not as suspicious as the DOJ refusing to answer basic questions about it. And that's really where I'm at. Why won't they answer basic questions about the story? But instead you act like nothing's wrong, like nothing's going on, and like no one should have any questions. And you know what that does? It makes people ask even more questions. And if they think that we're going away and that we're going to stop asking questions, but that's not going to happen. In fact, they've really opened Pandora's box here. And not only that, but when they open Pandora's box, they lost control of the narrative and now they're scrambling to try and regain control. But I think at this point they've lost the narrative so completely that they're not going to be able to do it now. Of course they're going to have their disinformation merchants out there spreading all kinds of. But I think people are hip and I think people are now focused on what's going on. And I don't think a simple case closed is gonna cut it at this point. And guess what? Even if everybody else shuts up and moves on to the next shiny object, we'll still be here raising the flags of discontent every single day. Because the storms, they come and go. The big fish eat the little fish, and I keep on paddling. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

Host: Bobby Capucci
Release Date: July 6, 2026
This episode delves into the persistent mysteries and controversies surrounding the disappearance and manipulation of prison surveillance video from Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell—particularly footage of his first alleged suicide attempt and the night of his death. Host Bobby Capucci takes a combative stance against what he deems the deliberate obfuscation and lack of accountability by federal authorities, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the FBI. Throughout, Bobby critiques the "legacy media" for dismissing valid questions as mere conspiracy theories, and unpacks the latest reporting, metadata analysis, and legal disputes that suggest systemic failures—or worse.

The host’s approach is passionate, adversarial, and loaded with darkly comic skepticism. Bobby Capucci’s tone is direct, irreverent, and occasionally profane, making his frustration with official explanations and institutional behavior abundantly clear.
This “Mega Edition” of The Epstein Chronicles delivers an exhaustive critique of the official stories surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s time at MCC, particularly the many failures in surveillance and evidence handling. Capucci spotlights how every official explanation—technical errors, staff shortages, systemic failures—is both plausible and wildly convenient, and how each fuels suspicions of a deeper cover-up. Backed by forensic video analysis and legal maneuvering, as well as a thorough grounding in case facts, the episode calls for a higher standard of justice and transparency, insisting that the real conspiracy lies in the ongoing lack of answers and accountability.
