The agency dismissed allegations that former state attorney Barry Krisher bowed to pressure from Epstein's high powered legal team to help craft a plea agreement that. That has been widely criticized as the deal of the century. I mean, were the investigators high? And I don't mean on marijuana, right, I'm talking about high. Were they like hitting the K2 maybe? That leaky leak getting a little wet. Because nobody who's sober can come to this conclusion. Nobody with a. A brain that's working at even half capacity. But yet here we are with some of the smartest people in the room, the elected officials and the appointed judges, and all of these jerk offs who make up the political class who think they can lord over us. Frankly, folks, I have had a belly full of these people. Further, investigators said they found no evidence deputies allowed the self described financier to have sex with two young women when he was allowed to leave the county stockade on work release. Well, Denise George begs to differ. And looking at all the stuff in this case and how things were handled in Florida, I have zero confidence in Florida as a law enforcement type of place. Okay? So throw all the shit you hear from Florida out the window. It's all tainted and garbage, especially after this ruling. So it's. Florida is just a shit show, folks. I don't even know what to say about that place. Why anyone would live there is beyond me. If this is the way that the state prosecution is going to conduct itself, and then after they're exposed for obvious wrongdoing, they don't even get baptized for it, yeah, you can miss me with that shit. I'll be avoiding Florida at all costs. While investigators didn't discount the allegations in two ongoing civil lawsuits that Epstein molested two young women in his office in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, they said deputies who were guarding him were unaware of it. So again, their ignorance wasn't their job to make sure that they kept people safe from Jeffrey Epstein? Wasn't that what they were doing? But they weren't aware if he did that.

FDLE agents also said they uncovered no financial intelligence, that any of the 91 deputies who were paid a total of $128,136 to watch Epstein traded money for favors. The money for Epstein's security detail at the Florida Science foundation was paid to the sheriff's office and then distributed to deputies. Investigators said, yeah, I'm sure that there was no little something something on the side, right? Give me a break, man. Guess what? I don't trust the police either, okay? I don't trust any of the institutions in this nation. Can I be any more clear? And I don't know how anyone does. Just take a look at TV for five seconds, just read some articles in the news, and you'll see the way these people conduct themselves. To think that these guys would be above getting a few bucks on the slide from Jeffrey Epstein. Come on, stop it. Oh, well, it wasn't on their taxes. It cautioned that the findings were preliminary, but it said based on its review of available information, no crimes were committed. Further, even if additional evidence is uncovered, given that more than a decade has elapsed, the statute of limitations has long passed. And there it is. The devil's in the details, folks. You know, Ron DeSantis is another one strikes me as a weirdo. I don't trust any of these dudes. I wonder how many parties he was hanging out with with his boy Matt Gaetz. After an extensive investigation, FDLE determined that there was no inappropriate or criminal activity on the part of any PBSO member with respect to their participation in and Epstein's work release or the permit detail, he said in a written statement. His departure came six months after Epstein pleaded guilty to two state prostitution charges, even though Palm beach police said he had lured dozens of teens to his mansion for massages that many said led to sexual assault. He served 12 months of an 18 month sentence and was allowed to leave the stockade for 12 hours a day, six days a week. Imagine that kind of sweetheart deal for some scumbag child molester. damage control, former South Florida U.S. attorney Alex Acosta sought to blame Krisher for a controversial non prosecution agreement. Under the agreement, federal prosecutors agreed to shelve a 53 page indictment they had prepared a against Epstein if he pleaded guilty to state charges. So again, it's all about Acosta, right? Barry Krisher sliding on through. I wonder if this guy has pictures of somebody with a goat or something. How the hell do you avoid this kind of scrutiny, this kind of pressure? Must be nice to be part of the big club. The Palm Beach County State Attorney's office was ready to let Epstein walk free. No jail time, nothing, acosta said during a nationally televised press conference. Prosecutors in my office found this to be completely unacceptable. So you have his story, you have Krisher's story, and then the truth is somewhere in the middle, right? One thing is certain. Both Krisher and DaCosta, both assholes who need to be reprimanded for their role in this, Krisher pushed back. He issued a statement saying Acosta was distorting the facts and misrepresenting how the system works. Boy, talk about an oxymoron. Breaking news Barry Krish, this system does not work, okay? So spare us your nonsense. Mr. Acosta should not be allowed to rewrite history, krisher said in the statement. I can emphatically state that Mr. Acosta's recollection of this matter is completely wrong. So this is what happens, right? The explosive press conference was largely blamed for costing Acosta his cabinet post as U.S. labor secretary under President Donald Trump. Acosta resigned the next day, as he should have. He should have never been put in that position in the first place. However, in an investigation in late 2019, the Palm Beach Post Found that only one of Epstein's survivors was called to testify before the grand jury that indicted Epstein. So again, all of those allegations, all of those girls, why only call one to testify before the grand jury? Also, why assail her credibility in that very grand jury room? Why call her a prostitute? Why say that she was drinking, smoking weed? All this other BS that the prosecution should be fighting against, they're joining in on, they're part of the chorus. But no, they did nothing wrong. They really have peoples people best, best wishes at the forefront of their mind. And if you're a parent in Florida, you can feel real safe that the state cares about your children. Said nobody ever further. Rather than treating the teen as a survivor, Krisher's prosecutors focused on her social media postings where she talked about drinking liquor with boys and talking about sex. There you have it, folks. That's exactly what the prosecutors are supposed to do. Boy, I'll tell you what, Lucky, this isn't my daughter. We'll just leave it at that. Because I would be howling. You think I got a big fat yap now, boy, you ain't seen nothing yet. Her post had been provided to Krisher's office by Epstein's top tier lawyers, including Harvard law professor Allen. I kept my underpants on, Dershowitz. Rather than treat her as a victim, she was portrayed as being eager to participate in Epstein's lurid schemes, Sources told the paper. And the jerk offs in the grand jury room. If you, the people who sat on that grand jury. What a bunch of idiots. What a bunch of morons. In his interview with FDLE investigators, Krisher acknowledged that only one teen testified before the grand jury. And even though he said three were summoned, imagine that, only one. So we only have the testimony of one girl, one little girl about this Epstein case. And they could have had a bunch more, but they decided not to. Krisha recalled. One witness was out of town, and the other victim's mother did not want her to testify, investigators wrote. So one was out of town. How about postpone the grand jury till she gets back? What do you say? Former Palm beach police chief Michael Ryder told investigators that Krisher's office told him they wouldn't prosecute Epstein for crimes if the teens were 16 and over, and that involved extraordinary circumstances, meaning intercourse. FDLE agents wrote. You know, I mean, I don't know how many ways I can say this. Okay, now I'm gonna say a bad word here, so might want to cover your ears. The state of Florida and the whole entire justice system down there is absolutely fucked. Disappointed that Krisher wasn't vigorously pursuing the case, Rider asked the FBI to investigate. That ultimate ultimately led to the involvement of federal prosecutors and the infamous non prosecution agreement. Krish acknowledged that he and Ryder were at odds, investigators wrote, with some of the teens scared and giving conflicting statements. Krisher said he didn't believe the case was as strong as Ryder did. I mean, what, you didn't believe the case was as strong as Ryder did? You have a bunch of little girls coming forward and telling you that this happened. But nah, this isn't a strong case. Is there ever going to be a forensic investigation into the finances? Are we going to see if Epstein paid any of these people off or we're not. We're not going to even bother ask those questions. As investigators, Ryder's assessment of the strength of the case did not comport to our assessment of the strength of the case, Krisher told investigators. After interviewing Krisher, prosecutors who were involved in the case, judges and police FDL agents said they found no evidence that any laws were broken. Yeah, okay, sure they didn't. We interviewed all of the lawyers and the prose, all the people that were on the hook to get in trouble. Oh, I'm sure they spun themselves a nice story. They've had plenty of time to concoct one. No evidence was developed to substantiate a criminal predicate that would warrant FDLE to continue a criminal investigation into the matter at this time, it concluded attorney Bradley Edwards, who represented more than a dozen of Epstein survivors and didn't return a phone call or email to comment. Edwards convinced U.S. district Judge Kenneth Mara that federal prosecutors violated the Crime Victim Rights act by not letting them know about the non prosecution agreement until it was too late to change. But he said there was nothing he could do because Epstein was dead. Again, the system is so fubar folks, because he's dead. Let's drop the case. Let's just forget about all of it. As if there were no co conspirators. Here's an idea. Drop a RICO net over all of them and we wouldn't have to have this conversation. Last month, a deeply divided 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta for a second time said federal prosecutors didn't violate the act. It found the law didn't apply because federal prosecutors didn't indict Epstein themselves and instead relied on Krisher to do so. Was that by plan? Did they do that with the intent purpose, knowing that they would be able to concoct this get out of jail free card for themselves if they were ever caught. I know that's a cynical way to look at things, but do we really trust these people? As a state prosecutor, Krisher wasn't bound by federal law. Edwards expressed disappointment on behalf of his clients who have fought for more than a decade to have their voices heard. He vowed to take the fight to Congress and convince lawmakers to close loopholes in the law that kept Epstein's young survivors in the dark.

investigations and lawsuits is that Bradshaw eliminated work release. Many criminal defense lawyers said it helped those who committed non violent offenses by being allowed to leave jail to work, they could make sure they had a job waiting for them after they had served their sentences. Look, I'm not against that, honestly. If we're talking about non violent offenders, right, that doesn't mean sex offenders, okay? We're talking about nonviolent offenders. I'm all about rehabilitation, folks. I don't want people to rot in prison. I want people to be rehabilitated. Those who can be, but those who are a menace to society, those who can hurt the people we love, they need to be locked up. In the wake of the controversy over Epstein's lenient treatment, Bradshaw asked the county's Criminal justice commission to review its merits. After the advisory board found no benefit to the agency, Bradshaw dismantled the program.

doubt at this point that Jeffrey Epstein received special treatment throughout his whole entire life, basically, but especially during that first run for the prosecution. And it wasn't just people on the outside saying it. It was judges, it was police officers, FBI agents. And all of their concerns fell on deaf ears as Jeffrey Epstein was able to just skate right in to the plea deal and do whatever he wanted, basically when he should have been locked away in a state prison, as you all know. Instead he did his time in a stockade where he was basically alone. And not only that, he was able to spend basically every day out at quote, unquote work, which we know is BS considering we've already talked about how police officers tried to hit him with parole violations, and those parole violations were declined by his parole officer. So it's just been a circular layer of shit when it comes to Epstein and the way he's been protected throughout. So today I thought we'd go all the way back to 2008 and talk about his original conviction and what went down in that courtroom. And to do that, we have an article from the New York Post from 2008, right after his conviction. This article was authored by Samuel Goldsmith. Jeffrey Epstein pleads guilty to Prostitution charges. I mean, right off the bat. Prostitution charges, huh? That's all this Guy got prostitution charges. Meanwhile, a child can't be a prostitute. How can a child consent to have sex with a scumbag like this? They cannot. So how can you tell me that there's a child prostitution charge? The fuck does that even mean? Investment banker, science patron, self made billionaire philanthropist and former math teacher, as well as pedophile, scumbag, piece of shit human excrement. You know, all the rest of it. Jeffrey Epstein can add a new title to his impressive resume. Convicted Sex Offender. That's the perfect title for this guy. Convicted sex Offender. The only thing that was a joke is the fact that he didn't have to live up to what people on that registry have to live up to. First of all, he never even had to register as an offender in New Mexico. So right off the bat, you say to yourself, well, what's the point? I thought it was this national registry and it was going to be taken seriously. Well, he didn't check in in New York. Really? Down in Florida, well, they lost paperwork. And in New Mexico, forget it. He wasn't even considered a sex offender. The Manhattan money man pedophile appeared in a Florida courthouse today where he pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage prostitute. How the hell is that even possible? Please, somebody tell me. I hate to digress here, but man, oh, man, there's no such thing as an underage prostitute. Imagine it was your daughter that this dude molested, and the police came to you and said, oh, we're going to hit him with underage prostitution charges. What? What does that mean? You mean you're going to hit them with child molestation charges? Right. He immediately began serving an 18 month jail term, which will be followed by one year of community confinement, which is essentially house arrest. And he didn't adhere to any of these rules. We just did an article. We just talked about how he was walking down the street in Palm beach and a cop rolled up on him, tried to hit him with a parole violation and was stopped at every turn. As a result of the plea deal, Epstein, 55, will be placed on the National Sex Offender Registry. Sounds like a good idea and sounds like a good move. But then we come to find out all these years later that it didn't do anything. He was still molesting girls, still raping girls, and still abusing people all the way up to his second arrest. According to multiple reports, and according to the Attorney General of at least the Virgin Islands, they will be tracking you for the rest of your life. Circuit Court Deborah Del Puchio said for the Period of his home confinement, Epstein cannot view or possess any pornography relevant to his deviant behavior patterns, Puchillo said before deciding to bar him from looking at any porn at all. Well, that's kind of difficult considering his whole entire house is covered with it. All of his decor is naked girls and young girls topless. Did you guys go in there and pull all those pictures down? Did anyone ever show up and chin check them over it? Oh, of course not. You see, this is what I'm talking about with platitudes and flowery words. It's all fine and well, and it sounds great and feels great when they're telling us this, but the reality is they don't ever follow through. And the federal government lets people like Epstein slide all the time. Epstein, dressed in South Florida formal wear, Jeans, white sneakers, a button down shirt, and blue blazer, refused to talk to reporters on his way into the courthouse and made no statement in court. You know, it's not very often that we can look back and see a situation unfold the way the Epstein situation unfolded right before our eyes. And while it's all happening, it's easy to just get caught up and say, oh, this is a coincidence.

But really, when you look at the big picture here, how can anyone look at this and say that Epstein didn't catch a sweetheart deal, that there wasn't all sorts of negligent behavior by the government from the DOJ to the state level? How can you look at this and say that? His spokesman, Howard Rubenstein, said Mr. Epstein accepted responsibility for the charges relating to conduct that occurred several years ago and fully resolved his case. Yeah, he fully resolved his case, huh? Everything's all good. Howard Rubenstein. Your guy is not an absolute monster. Prolific sex predator. That never happened. Under the terms of the plea deal, Epstein will have to undergo an HIV test by Wednesday, with the results being handed over to his survivor identify, identified in court papers as Jane Doe. So this sick, dirty bastard had to take an HIV test as well and hand it over. Now, we all know that Epstein was a sick, disgusting, disturbed individual. And we know that the things he was doing and making these children do are literally some of the most disgusting acts that you can imagine. And yet he was able to get away with all of this and barely get slapped on the wrist when he was caught. So you take a look at how things went down, and you tell me what you think, because personally, I have zero faith in any of these institutions at this point. And the scariest part is, even when this has been brought to their attention. They haven't done anything to go back and resolve this or fix it. Instead they tell us, ah, screw it, the plea deal's gonna stand. And that's just the end of it. Doe was a 14 year old high school student when Epstein paid her $200 for a massage at his Palm beach mansion in early 2005. In court papers, she said he used a vibrator on her while he masturbated. So, 14 years old and this guy gets the slap on the wrist that he got. And again, it wasn't one 14 year old. It wasn't, you know, someone provided him this girl.

He was looking for girls this age. This is what he wanted. This is what his thing was, his kink. The guilty plea came after protracted negotiations and a lengthy investigation by palm beach police, who were investigating the virtual conga line of young women that Epstein had going in and out of his 13,000 square foot mansion. So they're saying in the article here, a conga line of women, okay, Young women. What. What you really should be saying is a conga line of children. Because that's what it was. Epstein, who's rubbed elbows with the likes of Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and Donald Trump over the years, could have faced up to five years in prison if convicted at trial. Five years, huh? Meanwhile, my loved one went and did 84 months over some illegal gambling. Give me a fucking break, okay? You tell me the justice system isn't absolutely broken. A guy like this is only staring at five. You're only going to hang a five piece on Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass. How about a few zeros after that? Five, please. The judge was critical of two of the deal's conditions, indicating she thought he was getting special treatment by being allowed private counseling for his sex offender treatment and to serve his time in county jail instead of state prison. Huh? So another judge thinks he was getting special treatment here, huh? Not just me and you. You feel this fancy pantsy private psychiatrist is inadequate in lieu of a sex offender treatment program? She asked prosecutor Lana Bella. Jesus. Lana Bella Holavic. Yes, your honor. Yes, your honor. Bella Halavik said. As for sending him to jail, Puchillo said there's significant budget cuts in the county already, and sending him to the county jail and not the department of corrections is a significant cost to the taxpayer and the county. Are you sure that's what you want to do? I mean, really. And remember this. This name, okay? Lana bella Holavic. When asked if she thought that it was appropriate for him to be part of this program, she says yes, your honor. Of course, the prosecution failed. The prosecution could have sent old boy up the river. They did not. Both Bella Hovic and Epstein lawyer Jeffrey Goldberg said yes, and the judge rolled her eyes as she granted the request. Why would she grant the request? Why would judge Puchillo grant the request here? Just say no, he's going to the lockup. That's the end of it. Pacio barred Epstein or anyone on his behalf from trying to reach out to the survivor and order that he stay away from schools and playgrounds. After his release, he'll also have to submit to warrantless searches of his home, car, body, and computer. On his way to court, Epstein was served with a copy of a big buck lawsuit by Doe, who since moved to another state. And obviously, now, in retrospect, we know that that Doe was Virginia. The sex assault suit was filed months ago, but Epstein had been evading service. At Doe's lawyer, Theodore Leopold. He said his client respects what the prosecutor's office has done and is doing the best she can under the circumstances. Well, I wonder if she'd feel the same now, because I'm guessing not. Considering all we know about the prosecution, their negligence, and their willingness to help a guy like Epstein, I don't know how anyone could be confident here. And all kidding aside, if I was one of these survivors, I'd sue the federal government the same way that Larry Nassar's survivors are suing the FBI. I would do the same thing here. Epstein's legal team had tried to paint the girl as an untrustworthy and troubled scam artist from a troubled family. But doesn't today sort of say it all? Leopold said he's going to be deemed sex offender and pedophile for the rest of his life. And that speaks volumes about what really happened here. And it was just to the. The scratch of the surface, right? The tip of the iceberg. This man was up to such devious that later on, when we all found out, it was so disgusting that we're still talking about it now every day three years later. That's how significant his disgusting behavior was. And that's what the federal courts continue to let him do, basically. While the civil deal brought an end to the federal investigation into. Excuse me. While the plea deal brought an end to the federal investigation into Epstein, he's still facing a string of civil suits from Doe and other young women who claim he took advantage of what they thought would be innocent massages. Jeffrey Herman, who's representing two other survivors, said the guilty plea is a very positive development for the civil cases and in some measure of justice for these girls. And we know it's not though really when it comes down to it. Epstein was paying out a few bucks, but he wasn't facing real justice. Epstein maintains he thought all the girls who were brought over to his house were 18 or over and that they knew the massages would be erotic. Oh, yeah, erotic. Yeah, they knew. 13, 14 year old girls knew that, huh? Jeffrey, a newly released inmate from the stockade, the jail where Epstein will live for the next 18 months, said he's very lucky not to be going to state prison. No shit. He would have got tooled up if he went to state prison. He's probably better off here. The man said if there's someone who did something with kids or any sex crimes, they get fucked up there, he probably would get killed over there for messing with a little girl. And look, we all know that's how the jails go. But Epstein lucked out once again, was able to go to the stockade and have all of this special treatment. So once again, folks, just another spotlight on how it all went down and a quick trip back in the time machine to the actual sentencing to where we hear another judge yet again say Epstein caught a sweetheart deal, yet the government refuses to do anything about it. And in fact, just like the article we talked about yesterday, well, they say that there is no redress and that the plea deal will stand. I say that's a bunch of bullshit.
