Headline Prince Charles former aide denies introducing student to Jeffrey Epstein on a study trip before a billionaire pedophile abused her. And again, this is another person who should be brought in under RICO charges and spoken to about what occurred. How much money did you receive from Jeffrey Epstein? Why was he on the board? Did he have access to any other girls? What were you doing sending girls to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's house? Those are just a few basic questions that I think Guggenheim should have to answer for. And furthermore, by the way, she's not even a real Guggenheim. She's a faux Guggenheim Fougazi. Prince Charles former aide has denied introducing a student to Jeffrey Epstein before the billionaire pedophile went on to abuse her. Eileen Guggenheim, the former Prince's trust vice chair and current dean of the New York Academy of Art, was accused of encouraging a student to flirt with Epstein because he was a big donor. And not only flirt, remember folks, she was also told to sell him her artwork for a pittance, a small price. And now remember, Maria was a young struggling art student at this time. She could have sold that painting for a lot more money and set herself up pretty nicely. But instead she did what a good student would do at one of these academies. I'm going to help the academy out. I'm going to sell this painting for cheap and maybe later on that'll come back in spades to help me out. Well, in reality, it's it was just the beginning of them trying to exploit Maria and her kindness. Ms. Guggenheim has strongly denied the claims. Maria Farmer alleged she flew to Epstein's New Mexico ranch in 1995 for a study trip where she Claims Guggenheim asked me to sit on his lap and flirt with him. Do it for the Academy. Maria reported the Daily News. And again, look, Maria has been very clear about what occurred here on my program, on Whitney, Whitney Webb's program, on Jason Burmese's program, on Sean Atwood's program, etc, etc. By the way, all of those people I mentioned are all quality people as well. Great journalists and great warriors when it comes to sticking up for Maria and defending her. So thank you to all of them as well, by the way. But Maria has been very consistent with her reports. Again, I've been talking to Maria now since January. Her and I have been speaking. And she has never wavered from the truth. She has never wavered from her story. And she has never ever once been anything but honest and truthful. Guggenheim's lawyer said the allegation Ms. Guggenheim encouraged Ms. Farmer to flirt and sit on Epstein's knee is categorically denied and completely baseless. Well, considering Guggenheim lied about ever even being there, why should we believe anything else this vile woman has to say? Or why should we believe anything that the institute that was protecting her has to say? In my opinion, the onus is on you to prove to us that you're telling the truth. Because as far as we can tell here from all the evidence we have seen and from the players who have come forward, well, it is quite obvious that the Academy is trying to do damage control. And Guggenheim, for some reason or another, is still being protected by these other disgusting members of so called polite society. It is vomit inducing. A report by the NYAAA insisted Ms. Guggenheim, 69, played no role in introducing Maria and her younger, younger sister Annie to Epstein, concluding there was no evidence to credibly support the claims. Maria's account of what occurred. That is evidence enough, my friends. Okay, and then you add on the corroborating witness that came out and said, well, Guggenheim's lying.

And then, well, you have the usuals on the other side, the absolute disgusting liars. Maria says both she and her sister were later abused by the pedophile. Another student who went to the Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe the same year said the young women were pressured into games with sexual objects. And remember, we read that story as well. These people are sick. Okay, what you think Guggenheim wasn't running around with Maxwell and Epstein and had no idea what they were doing? And why would anyone think that we should believe anything else she has to say? When Farmer, Ursula Rudenberg and another survivor went public with the claims, Guggenheim said she saw the property under construction but did not visit any home there or have a meal there. I don't believe her for one second. Okay? Point blank period. Why would Ms. Rudenberg come out and lie?

What does she have to gain by lying about this? And furthermore, Maria would never make a story like this up. She reported it to the FBI, she reported it to the police. Nobody listened to her. Those reports are on file. Her lawyer said Ms. Farmer's claims with regard to the ranch are inconsistent and have changed over time. Incorrect. No, they are not. Okay, they are not inconsistent. They have not changed over time. And Maria has been steadfast in what occurred. Ms. Guggenheim's visit was very brief. She took a tour of the grounds with the former students and left shortly thereafter. That explains her initial failure to recollect having ever traveled to the ranch. Okay, so she drove. They went all the way from New York to Zorro Ranch. She took a trip around and that. That was the end of it. Ah, yeah, that's cool. Great property, Jeffrey.

Just like Dirty Dursh wasn't there for an hour either. These people were at Zorro Ranch and they know why they were at Zorro Ranch. It was only after seeing a photograph which depicted Ms. Googan, I, Ms. Farmer and three former students during the daylight on the grounds that she recalled her brief visit. Yeah, she forgot all about it, folks. You know, Selective memory. Why would I remember going to Jeffrey Epstein's ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico? That's not memorable, right? Especially for Guggenheim, who would do anything to be part of so called polite society, even use a false last name. Guggenheim said, had any student expressed to me their personal discomfort over actions by Mr. Epstein, I would have immediately addressed the situation and offered my support. That's a lie. Maria called you directly after it happened and you didn't do shit, okay? Basically told her to get stuffed. So screw you, Eileen Guggenheim, you disgusting human being. An open letter signed by nearly 100 students and alumni last month slammed its victim blaming rhetoric. And we covered that. We read that article and covered the letter and the mass, the massive group of people who resigned their positions on the board. It said the Academy's response was to focus on discrediting farmers testimony rather than delving into Epstein's involvement with the NYAAA board, financial ties to the school, or his relationship to Guggenheim. 100%.

Like I mentioned earlier, if you don't think people like Lisa and Jen are going through this with a fine tooth comb and a magnifying glass, you have not been paying attention. So we don't need the legacy media to do this. We have proven that over and over again. What we need to do is amplify the story of the survivors. And that, my friends, is enough to hammer it home. Their truth is enough to turn the worm. In this case, The Academy's executive committee apologized to Farmer and vowed to give £22,650 to a charity for victims of sexual assault. The board said some conclusions in the report. In the report blamed Ms. Farmer and we regret their work. They were included. No, your whole report was garbage, okay? And furthermore, they never even reached out to Maria to apologize to her directly. They just put out this canned ass apology and were like, all right, this is good enough. People are going to accept it and move on. They're wrong. We're done accepting your bullshit. We're done accepting your boot on our necks and we are most certainly done letting you off the hook. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program? So Jamie Dimon, in his deposition, had the audacity to say that he had no idea who Jeffrey Epstein was before his arrest. And we're not talking about the first arrest. We're talking about the second arrest. Have you heard anything as ludicrous as that in the last, oh, I don't know, 14 centuries? And he was asked these questions while he was under oath. And now Jess Daley, he's gonna sit down for a deposition on June 10, and he's going to be asked the same questions. So somebody has to be lying, right? And if they lie under oath, isn't that a criminal penalty? Shouldn't one of them get charged with perjury if they're caught lying? Now, I doubt they will, but, boy, wouldn't it be nice for some equal justice that they always talk about, you know, whenever they're running their fat yaps about the protection of this, the protection of that, and equal justice for all. Well, how about some equal justice for those at the very top of the levers of power? Because if you or I even lie to an FBI agent, we can get in big trouble for that. But these guys can sit down for depositions, tell absolutely different stories, and nobody's gonna end up in any kind of criminal jeopardy because under normal circumstances, that's the penalty for telling lies when you sit down for a deposition. And in this episode, that's what we're going to talk about a little bit more, the Jamie Dimon deposition and some of the things that he said during that deposition. This article was published by the Guardian. Headline, JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon says that he never heard of Epstein before the arrest. Oh, yeah, nobody ever heard of him before the arrest. Jamie Dimon. Mr. I never watched the news. Huh? The head of the biggest bank in the United States of America, one of the richest, most powerful men in the country, had no idea about one of the biggest clients at your bank and the fact that he was a sexual predator. That's what you want us to believe. And just like everybody else before him, he makes pretend he has amnesia whenever this topic is brought up. Oh, I don't recall. I'm not too sure. I don't remember that conversation. You know, all of that stuff. Never anything definitive, Right? Very sly with his words. And a man that was prepared to sit for this deposition, I'm sure he sat down with the JP Morgan Chase lawyers way in advance of this and had a preparation session where they peppered him with all kinds of questions in preparation for this. So Jamie Dimon certainly had his narrative tightened up and ready to go. And if it was only Jamie Dimon giving this deposition, then I'd say that he's home free. But there's a little wrinkle here. And that wrinkle is Jess Daily giving us a completely different story about not only what J.P. morgan was to Jeffrey Epstein, but the fact that Jamie Dimon also knew about Jeffrey Epstein and Epstein's behavior. So both narratives can't be true. And that means one of them is going to be lying under oath. This article was authored by Edward Hellmore. JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon has said in a court deposition that he did not recall ever hearing about convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein or his sexual abuse crimes against teenage girls until the financier pedophile was arrested in 2019, countering claims that the bank ignored signs of malfeasance, including Epstein's large monthly cash withdrawals. So how do you account for the. The emails? How does Jamie Dimon account for all of those emails that were getting fired back and forth between the executives? Oh, everybody knew but you, huh? The whole entire company went rogue. This guy's an absolute joke. And the more I hear from Jamie Dimon, the more I dislike him. Just another smug scumbag that never takes self responsibility for anything. In transcripts of the deposition obtained by the Guardian, diamond was asked if he had ever heard the name Jeffrey Epstein before the arrest. Diamond responded, not that I recall. Listen to the words he uses. Not that I recall. How do you challenge that? He's being evasive, but you can't prove that he's lying one way or the other unless you have the receipts to back it up. And so far, we haven't seen any emails with Jamie Dimon's direct name on them, but we do have the direct account from Jess Daley. And I'm guessing there are other people that were working for the company at the time that have some knowledge of what was going down. So hopefully the investigators are talking to them as well. He said the first time that he heard about Epstein was when the story blew wide open. He was arrested and all the stories came out about all the people he knows. And the reason I remember that is I was surprised that I didn't know about it before. So let me get this straight. The head of the biggest bank in America who was doing business with this man, who was under all kinds of investigation, went to jail, went to prison, got out and was notorious for what he did. You mean to tell me that that guy, Jamie Dimon, had no idea what was going on? Where does he live? In a cave in Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban. And the frustrating part is, how do you prove that wrong? Again, unless you have the receipts or eyewitnesses coming forward and saying they were having conversations with him about Jeffrey Epstein, then it's very difficult to prove what somebody remembers or they don't remember. The testimony given during a deposition recorded last week in New York as part of the claim by Epstein victims and by the U. S. Virgin Islands that JP Morgan is financially liable for Epstein's abuse of girls and women because it continued to do business with them for at least six years after he was first charged with sex crimes in Florida. And not just that. It wasn't that. They were just his bank, you know, his local branch. They were intimately involved with the guy going to his house, dunking their nuts in his jacuzzi, having some quote, unquote, white wine. You know, all of that. And these fools over at JP Morgan might be using some revisionist history, but let's not forget who Jess Staley was working for when all of this was happening. If you go and do something stupid while you're working for a company, you're gonna know about it. But Jess Daly, well, he can go have sleepovers at a sex offender's house and his boss, Jamie Dimon, has no idea what's going on. J.P. morgan denies these claims and has sued Jeff Staley, a former senior executive at the bank and later Barclays CEO, saying he hid Epstein's crimes to keep Epstein as a client. JP Morgan has also filed a counterclaim against the U. S. Virgin Islands government, claiming that the sex trafficker maintained a quid pro quo relationship with some of the territory's highest officials over two decades. Those aren't claims. That's fact. That's all documented fact. And the U. S. Virgin Islands has done ungots about it, but somehow they're packing away $105 million. You know how much money that is? How many lives could have that changed amongst these survivors? How about that money going to people who were actually abused by Jeffrey Epstein? I know, novel idea, but wouldn't that be nice? So when you add up the fact that the US government already took the lion's share of the fund because of, you know, taxes, and then you add on top of it the little bit of sprinkle action here that the U. S. Virgin Islands government got on top of it, and like usual, guess who's walking away with a fat ass pocket. That's right, folks, Uncle Sam. And the grossest part about that for me is not only the government of the U S. Virgin Islands, but the negligence shown by the U S. Government itself. So that money that they took in taxes, enjoy it while it lasts. Because I'm guessing that eventually there's going to be a lawsuit against the FBI the same way there was with Larry Nassar. And once that happens, we're looking at another easy 500 million dollar payout. So that's another thing that the American taxpayer is going to be on the hook for because of the incompetence that we see in these agencies. Those claims center on Cecile de Jong, wife of former US Virgin Islands governor John de Jong, who JP Morgan says facilitated Epstein's abuse of women and girls by helping him influence local politicians, dodge the territory's sex offender law and obtain work and visas for his victims. Imagine that. Must be nice to be the man, huh? Show up down there in the U. S. Virgin Islands throwing your money around even though you're a sex predator. No big deal as long as you're going to stuff someone's pocket with a few bucks. In the 416 page deposition, diamond said that an email from Epstein's office that suggested he was scheduled to meet with Epstein and Staley at Epstein's townhouse was inaccurate. I have never had an appointment with Jeff Epstein. I've never met Jeff Epstein. I never knew Jeff Epstein. I never went to Epstein's house. I never had a meal with him. I have no idea what they're referring to here, diamond said. I don't think Jeff ever arranged for me to meet with anybody, to my knowledge. He added, I don't think to my knowledge. Always giving himself a way to weasel out. And this is what happens when you're coached up and your lawyers sit down with you and they start earning that $2,000 an hour that JPMorgan Chase is paying. But Dimon said he regretted that the bank, now the world's largest in terms of assets, had continued to do business with Epstein after he pleaded guilty to the crime he pleaded guilty to. He. We unfortunately continued to bank with them, yes, Dimon said. According to the deposition, Dimon painted a picture in which senior executives at the bank had not discussed one of the bank's most problematic clients and suggested that responsibility for exiting Epstein lay with the bank's general counsel, Steve Cutler. Cutler had warned in a 2011 email that Epstein is not an honorable person in any way. He should not be a client. JP Morgan's asset management chief, Mary Erdos, said in an earlier deposition that she had only met Epstein twice. The second of those was to dismiss him after Staley had left the bank. Diamond also said he thought Cutler and Erdos were trying to do the right thing. Oh, yeah, of course they were. Everyone was doing the right thing but Jeff Staley. He was the one bad apple in the bunch. The rest of us over here at J.P. morgan, well, you know, we're all great people, and we'd never, ever do business with undesirable pieces of shit. I mean, the financial sector historically has never done that. Right? Right. Staley's deposition has not been taken by plaintiffs in the case, but could come as soon as next week. He has claimed in legal papers that he spoke with diamond about keeping Epstein as a client. So this is where it's going to get messy for all these parties involved. They're going to have to figure out who's lying here. Is Jess Staley telling the truth? Is Jamie Dimon fabricating history so that JP Morgan comes out of this looking bad but not absolutely terrible? Probably a little bit of both, but I have a hard time believing that Jess Daley and Jamie Dimon never sat down for a conversation about one of their biggest clients and a guy with a checkered past. You would think that that would be something that diamond would be interested in. Diamond was asked that if he had known in 2010 that Epstein was a sex trafficker and client of the bank withdrawing large amounts of cash each month between 1998 and 2013, would he and general counsel have acted to drop Epstein? I think everyone involved, had they known then, what is known today, including me, would have taken that position. He said, well, Jeff Staley knew and who else knew? How many of these other bankers thought it was funny? What, they never sat around and talked about what they did over at Jeffy's house? Give me a break already. In one exchange, diamond was asked if he knew about a transfer of funds from Epstein's account to Ghislaine Maxwell, who also banked with JP Morgan, and those funds were used to purchase a helicopter to transport girls to his private island. Diamond responded, I didn't know then, and I don't really know now. Of course you don't. I don't know anything. Richest man in the world, most powerful man in banking. But he doesn't know. In response to Diamond's deposition, Brad Edwards, lawyer for the unnamed victim or Jane Doe in the USVI suit, said it had become clear that Epstein could not have run his sex trafficking operation without the help of JP Morgan. Conveniently, each banker points a finger at the other, claiming the hot potato was someone else's fault. Regardless how unbelievable the finger pointing or a purported lack of knowledge is, responsibility rests with the bank 100%. At the end of the day, all of these people were employed by the bank, so the bank holds responsibility for what went on. Doesn't seem like it's that difficult. But when you're dealing with people like JP Morgan, Jamie Dimon, Jess Staley, and the bags of money that they're throwing around, everything becomes difficult. All the waters get muddy. So all you can do is continue to swim through those muddy waters looking for clarity. And that's what we'll continue to do each and every day here on the podcast. Today we go back to 2015 and an article from Newsweek. The headline of the article is, Jeffrey Epstein, the Sex Offender who Mixes with Princes and Premieres. We're going to dive right into this article this afternoon. We're not going to waste any time with long monologues or any of that jazz. We're just going to dive right in. An American woman named Virginia Roberts, Now a married 31 year old mother of three, has filed an affidavit in a Florida federal court in which she swears in gruesome detail that the late press baron and pension fiddler Robert Maxwell's daughter Ghislaine recruited her to satisfy the sexual needs of billionaire financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. Those friends, according to Roberts, included the Duke of York aw handsy Andy, now the fifth in line to the throne, I think ninth now, and celebrity lawyer Alan the cryptkeeper Dershowitz. Buckingham palace have denied everything more than once. Dershowitz is suing. From 1999 onward, when she was just 15, Virginia spent much of her time on Epstein's Boeing 727, nicknamed the Lolita Express, on an unsavory kind of world tour that included, she says, an orgy with Andrew on Epstein's private island of Little St. James, or Little St. Jeff's as it's become known, or Orgy island as we call it. One of the main. One of the many extraordinary things about this sordid story that Jackie Collins would blush to create, aside from the fact that Andrew chose to refer to it all over the World Economic Forum in Davos of all places, but then was unable to keep his cool when asked if he would making a statement under oath, he walked out of the room without answering, is that Andrew would be friends with Jeffrey Epstein in the first place. Isn't that what I've been saying? Why would you be friends with this man in the first place? And that's interesting to know that in Davos he walked out when asked if he was going to make a statement under oath. I thought that he was willing to help. Boy, four years sure change everything, don't they? But then again, as both Bill Clinton and Stephen Hawking have been to little St. James as part of Epstein's circle, he was hardly alone. Around Epstein, the question hovers who exactly is this man who makes such powerful friends and how does he do it? The 62 year old registered sex offender comes from a gritty background in Brooklyn with no university degree and no clear explanation for his many millions. As he mixes with princes and premiers and lives in multiple mansions, his web runs wide and Deep in politics, science, academia and business, well as royalty. And while we've seen that right in the four years since this article has a. Five years since this article has. Excuse me, four years since this article has been produced. We have seen all of the people involved. We have seen the scumbaggery. And we all know that every one of these people who denied it, oh, I've never hung out with them or we're not friends. We know that the evidence proves that they did. We know that the evidence is there saying that you were friendly with this man. Just come out and admit it.

that they were even friends with them, it automatically casts a shadow of doubt on everything else they talk about. Some presidents and princes, having acquired a taste for the trappings of high office or monarchy, find it hard to resist the allure of the private jet. Oh, okay, so you got a private jet. Doesn't matter if you're a pedophile or you're diddling kids or anything. Hop on my private jet and all is forgiven, folks. We'll jet set around the world. We'll go take care of whatever your causes are. We'll fly to Africa, Asia, whatever you want, buddy. There were obviously other attractions for Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton. The private island in the Caribbean, described by former staff as like a five star hotel where nobody paid the pretty girls offering massages, quote, unquote, the on top chat about theoretical physics. But with his 600 flying hours a year to play with, usually with guests on board, Epstein had a lot of flight leverage. Which is why in this unseemly saga, just as Prince Andrew is being forced to issue what feel like daily denials about accusations of having sex with an underage girl at Mr. Epstein's many houses, eye popping names surface in the Caribbean Sea. So. So for the last five years, he's been just hounded by these questions and just, finally, just after the second arrest, he steps back from public life. What did he know? What did Ghislaine Maxwell tell him? My assumption, here's my guess. Ghislaine told him that they were no longer being protected by the intelligence agencies. Once Prince Andrew found that out and knew that he was no longer going to get that protection, as well as being a royal, he had to step back and try and get some of the, some of the attention off of himself. And the, the, the kicker, the kicker, everybody knew what Epstein was. These scientists knew what he was. Epstein mixes with the elite of the science world because he was a calculus and physics teacher. Okay? Born and raised in Coney island, he attended some classes in physics and mathematical physiology of the heart, though he never grad from anywhere when he taught at Dalton School, a private school in New York, between 73 and 75. Part of the Epstein mythology goes a parent was so impressed with his Dead Poets Society type, enthusiasm, mathematical ability and imagination that he suggested he moved to Wall Street. Sorry, folks, I never bought that from the beginning. I never bought that from the beginning, okay? He was strategically placed there, and this is the COVID story. So after his stint at Bear Stearns, he became a financial advisor to the extremely rich. It was said that only billionaires needed an apply, though only one client. Les Wexner, owner of Victoria's Secret, was known by name. His friends would always insist he was incredibly clever and free thinking, while others find him arrogant and awkward. And then others of us find him repugnant, disgusting and gross. That would be where I am at. Disgusting, gross, repugnant. Get rid of him. I'm glad he's dead, but not like that. I didn't want him to die before he answered questions, right? Within a matter of years, the schoolteacher turned tycoon was living the life of the American billionaire with a villa in Palm Beach, a ranch in New Mexico, an apartment in Paris, as well as Little St. James, and what looks like the largest private house in New York. Boy, what a. What a rise to the sun, huh? What a rise up from obscurity, all on his own, no college degree, no degrees in physics, never worked on Wall street, none of that. But all of a sudden, Jeffrey Epstein just shows up and he's the man, huh? He's the one that's getting all these clients. He's the one that's getting all of these business deals. Why? There's no answer for why. He didn't have the track record that would. You would think that somebody who is cultivating these huge, huge, huge, huge, huge Financial whizzes. He didn't have anything that would say, hey, come throw your money over here with me. Put your money with me and trust me to make money for you. There was nothing in his past that said that. Nothing. Last time I walked past it in the snow, the pavement was covered with ice everywhere. Apart from outside his house, the pavement is heated to make sure they never freeze over. But even amongst this extreme wealth and luxury, the financier, pedophile in casual clothes, he never wears a suit, was never a high profile socialite or keen on much interaction. Leaving aside the question of whether she served as his madam and joined in the underage sex herself, as has been alleged, she certainly oiled in the social wheels for him. No, it's not alleged. We know that she did that. All right, I'm sorry. The alleged stuff, I'm not buying it. If she, if. If she wasn't guilty of this, don't you think she would be standing from every mountaintop saying that she's not guilty instead of hiding? So in Little St James, Lord Mandelson and his boyfriend Ronaldo came to visit. Other friends included Donald Trump and Kevin Spacey. For years, the court of Jeffrey Epstein's, courtesy of Ghislaine Maxwell, was thriving with the power brokers, thinkers and players. But as one who knew them both for years says, Ghislaine used the fact she knew other people to seduce powerful people. But it boils down to this. What exactly did these men see in this private jet, private island owning weirdo? They didn't want to play Scrabble. So what do you think? And that is exactly what it boils down to, folks. But what I do think we'll see are more building blocks for the foundation. And what I mean by that is more evidence, right? That you can refer back to more evidence that might fill in a gap here or there and certainly a whole entire shit show of Maxwell bending the truth according to prosecutors. But as far as gigantic bombshells, I would rein in all expectations for that, folks. Now I'm getting ready to go through all of these documents. I haven't done that yet. I figured I'd hop in the studio real quick, we'd get the update out, and then I'd try and power through those documents and see what's what. But before we do that, we'll do a bit of an overview here and we'll see what the Daily Mail is talking about. This article is from the Daily Mail. Headline, ghislaine Maxwell is mocked by Virginia Roberts lawyers for having total amnesia after claiming she couldn't recall taking flight with Epstein's accuser even though log showed they flew 23 times together. Newly unsealed documents show. I mean, you Gotta have one hell of a case of amnesia, huh? I'm talking. Got hit on your head, got a concussion, fell asleep, woke up, thought you were somebody else. Like Goldie Hawn and Overboard. I mean, it defies the imagination that anyone could possibly believe the bullshit she's spinning. If she can't even be honest about meeting Virginia, what makes you think she's going to be honest about any part of the whole entire sordid relationship? I'm not giving her the benefit of the doubt. And that's another thing these depositions expose. It exposes how loose they all are with the truth, even under oath. And Ghislaine Maxwell, well, that's not just me assuming that. That's the prosecutors believing that, so much so that they nailed her with perjury charges. So I think it's safe to assume that you're not the only one looking at Ghislaine Maxwell's deposition and saying to yourself as you read it, God damn, she's lying. The prosecutors also feel the same way. Obviously, this article was authored by Emily Crane and Daniel Bates. I mean, I know I've mentioned this before, but the Daily Mail is the undisputed champ for headlines. I mean, have you ever seen another outlet that runs headlines this long? It tells you basically the whole entire story, but just the headline and then the bullet points. I mean, we could do a quick fire on just the headline and the bullet points for these Daily Mail stories. It's insane. Ghislaine Maxwell was mocked for having total amnesia after claiming in a deposition that she couldn't recall taking a single flight with Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts, even though the flight logs show Maxwell traveling with Roberts more than 23 times on the pedophile's private jet. Newly unsealed court documents reveal dozens of files were unsealed overnight by a federal judge in New York in relation to Maxwell's ongoing sex trafficking case. Now, we all know that Presca's been on quite the schedule here. Judge Presco has said that this stuff was getting unsealed. She gave a timeline for it, and it's been pretty steadfast with the way she stuck to this timeline. We've gotten tranche after tranche, dump after dump, and it's happened every, I don't know, other month or so. But again, the more documents that are out there, the more court documents that are out there, the more unassailable the narrative becomes, Right? Because here's the thing. When you're someone like Ghislaine Maxwell or Jeffrey Epstein or anyone involved with their criminal enterprise, they have to come up with a narrative, right? They have to make one up. But when you have the truth, well, the truth is the narrative. And when that's the case, you send these people scurrying for their holes. You notice it's not about innocence or guilt. It's always the technicality. It's always the loophole. It's always this, that or the other thing. It's never, well, I'll see you in court. Because they don't want that. They don't want to go to court to argue their case. They don't want to go to court to try and, and prove that Ghislaine Maxwell's innocent. It's like climbing Mount Everest with no shoes on, folks, at this point. So they're gonna work for that technicality, they're gonna work for that loophole, and you better believe they're in overdrive looking for it. The majority of the 52 files are related to a long settled defamation lawsuit filed in 2016 by Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts, after Maxwell called her a liar. Boy, that was a big mistake. Han Galane thought you were gonna flex, thought you were gonna come out in public and try and defend yourself. And you thought all of your little buddies in the media who make sure that your reputation stays nice and untarnished would run with it, didn't ya? So let's go out and call her a liar. Page Six will call her a liar for me. Oh, well, maybe Vicky Ward will do it. You know, obviously that's a little tongue in cheek. That's, you know, she didn't employ Vicky Ward to do that. But you get the gist, right? With the way the media is, and the media was. Ghislaine Maxwell felt emboldened to call Virginia a liar. She thought nothing would ever come of it. She thought she was untouchable. Well, you thought wrong. Roberts, who is now 37, has long claimed that Maxwell and Epstein recruited and then trafficked her when she was just 17. Among the documents that Ron sealed overnight was Maxwell's efforts to quash requests from Robert's attorneys to obtain her financial records after Robert sued her for $50 million. Well, hell, yeah, they're gonna try and make sure nobody has access to those financials. They don't want to pay one single red cent more than they have to, right? So if they can stash all that money offshore, if they can stash all that money in St. Crow, well, why should they tell anyone what she's worth or what she has? They'll just give you a little running total, right? A little touch of what she's working with.

This is the money in. In the banks. Meanwhile, we know that there's a fortune stored offshore. I mean, all right, I shouldn't say we know because I don't have the direct financials pointing to that. Receipts and whatnot. But considering who we're dealing with and considering how they conducted business, I think it's safe to say that Ghislaine Maxwell was not left holding the bag if you were. And that Ghislaine Maxwell probably has a nest egg stashed away somewhere. Robert's attorneys argued that obtaining Maxwell's records were relevant to show a financial link to Epstein. Yeah, that would be nice, huh? Imagine if the Feds would do that. Imagine if they'd established that financial link and then we'd get some RICO charges. You would think that the predicates are littering this whole entire case. You would think that maybe, just maybe, the government would want to go hard in the paint on human traffickers who are, you know, abusing children. You would think that maybe the government would want to make an example of these people for once. But then you get slapped back into reality and you say to yourself, oh, yeah, that's right. The government, Epstein, all one in the same. I know that's sad to say, but the evidence is there, right? Look, you have to be naive if you think Epstein was not being run as an asset by the intelligence services. You even have the article out in Rolling Stone. I know it's done by Vicky Ward, but what it does is it shoots it out there into the legacy media. It just mainline that shit right into the vein of the unsullied. All of the stuff that we've talked about, you know, him being an asset, this, that, the other thing, and then you have the other narrative being pushed by you know who. Oh, that's conspiracy theory stuff.

I think a lot of these people who want to run around and talk about conspiracy theories, I think a lot of them, the news people, have lost their ability to do so by peddling conspiracy theories themselves. By using circular reporting, by not going after their own sources and validating it and just relying on other people's work, That's the cycle. That's the BS that we get caught up in. And the legacy media should be ashamed of itself. In court documents, Roberts attorney said Maxwell was malicious due to an extraordinary lack of memory about her involvement in the abuse. For instance, Maxwell cannot even recall a single flight on Epstein's private jet with Ms. Roberts, even though flight logs show that Maxwell had 23 flights with Ms. Roberts while Ms. Roberts was underage, the attorney said, according to the court documents. So again, I don't know how anyone can try and set it up as if Maxwell isn't a devious scumbag. And to try and go and run with a technicality or a loophole and trying to hold the Bill Cosby situation next to it as a comparison is just one of the most ludicrous things I've ever seen. The only similarities the case even shares is the fact that it has to do with sexual assault. But they'll use anything, right? Maxwell's team and her now former lawyer, Oscar David Marcus. Now former lawyer, Right. That's funny how that works. Dude gets his ass slapped by the prosecutors and then all of a sudden he's a former lawyer for Maxwell. So what? Now you could be a mouthpiece for her. Guess what, bro, Breaking news. You're just a surrogate for Maxwell. That's all you've ever been. The thing that you cry about, the thing that you bitch and moan about, oh, Maxwell's being dragged in the media. You're same thing, homie. You're a surrogate just on the other side. We all know that this is a war. A battle for information, a battle for control of the narrative. And what you clowns can't stand is that people have finally had enough and they've decided to take to the center of the octagon, bite down on their mouthpiece and swing back. And you bullies can't stand it. You bullies have had free reign for way too long, had run of the roost bullying whoever you wanted, however you wanted, with the clowns in the media helping you. Her attorneys also went on to argue that Maxwell could not recall the circumstances under which a photo was taken of her, Roberts and another person whose name was redacted from court documents. Based on Maxwell's convenient and near total amnesia about documented incriminating events alone, a reasonable jury could find that she acted deliberately and maliciously when she arranged for false and defamatory statements about Ms. Roberts to be transmitted literally around the globe, the lawyers argued, according to court documents. So Ghislaine Maxwell's out here spinning all sorts of tales about Virginia. Meanwhile, she's lying about the very basics of the whole entire encounter. So how in the hell do you expect me to believe the bipedal serpent? It's just not gonna happen. I've been on this earth long enough to understand that most people are bullshitting you. It's an unfortunate fact in life, folks, alright? Most people are tossing you the line. And when you're dealing with people like Maxwell, you can times that by about a million. Again, you mean nothing to people like this. Building on decades of research, you're not even a piece on a chessboard. You are literally. You know the saying cannon fodder. That's exactly what you are. The court documents were among those unsealed overnight in New York after Judge Loretta Preska ruled last month that files, some of which included Maxwell's personal affairs, should be made public. Because Judge Presca is not messing around. One of the few judges in this whole entire ordeal who has slapped Maxwell and her team over and over and over again repeatedly in the courtroom and told them to kick rocks. Like to see a lot more of that. Too many times, people like Maxwell and other so called elites are able to dog walk the whole entire situation in the courtroom, in control of everything. Just look at. Just look at how Epstein was able to control everything down in Florida. The judge ruled that unsealing the documents would not impact Maxwell's right to a fair trial in November, as her lawyers have claimed. Maxwell's lawyers, well, they were opposed to the move. They've been opposed to everything this whole entire time. And again, I don't mean to be a broken record here, but it's because they're looking for loopholes and technicalities. There is no way in hell they want to face the jury. You really think they want Annie Farmer sitting on the. In the testifying against them or any of these other girls that are going to come forward? They understand the extreme jeopardy that their client is in, and that's why they'll try and proclaim extreme prejudice of the jury pool. We've seen this dance before. We've seen this episode of this show before. And folks, I'm tired of reruns. A number of the unsealed court documents related to Robert's attempts to obtain emails that Maxwell had exchanged with the likes of Epstein and his attorney and friend Allen. I kept my underpants on, Dershowitz. Robert's attorneys accused Maxwell of refusing to hand over the emails. Yeah, that shouldn't shock anybody. And furthermore, how many email handles does Maxwell have? You know, she has some hidden emails that nobody knows about. Stop it. See, I don't put anything past people like this. This is a sinister ass woman, in my opinion here, folks. People can try and set her up however they want, but for me, she's cold, calculating, and had a leadership role in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal organization. And if you have a leadership role, say in a crew connected to the Mafia, you get an enhanced sentence. So I want to see an enhanced sentence for Ghislaine Maxwell as well, for her leadership role. How about that? I am not happy with the charges that are that that have been slapped on her. I want more.

In court documents, they noted that Maxwell had previously claimed that she had a practice of deleting emails after have been read. Yeah, no shit. Practice. You learned from your handlers, I bet. I bet you you also had a little bucket next to your bed where you could light papers on fire, too. I mean, that's what people do, right, that are in her position. That's what assets do when they want to get rid of information.

The attorneys alleged that Maxwell had intentionally deleted emails from Epstein and requested permission to forensically examine Maxwell's computers and emails to access any relevant data. Responding to those requests, Maxwell's lawyers argued in a separate court document that some of the email were protected under attorney client privilege because they also included their legal teams and discussions about the defamation lawsuit. Maxwell's attorneys argued the arguments. To forensically search your computer and emails was meritless. And while I'd usually defer and say that I agree with that, honestly. But in this case, where Maxwell has been so devious and such A fork tongued serpent. You have to have the court order things like that or else you're not going to be sure what the real what the hell really happened here. Because we all know that Maxwell has been playing loose with the truth forever. So when you hear about these unsealed documents and you hear about these emails that were supposedly deleted, I think it's only proper and only right that a forensic team comes in and takes a look. Maxwell's attorney argued the argument to forensically search her computer and emails was meritless. The documents are part of a tranche of material that has been gradually released since the start of the year. The British socialite co conspirator, general all around scuzbag, fellow child abuser and bipedal serpent is charged with procuring four teenage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse between 1994 and 2004. She is also charged with perjury over testimony she gave during a July 2016 deposition in the defamation case involving Roberts. Roberts claims Maxwell recruited her when she was just 16 and took her to Epstein to be repeatedly raped and abused, including by Prince Andrew, AKA the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Which he denies. Oh yeah, he denies it. The question is, do you believe his denial? Though I don't know anybody who does. Maybe four or five people on Twitter or something like that. But for the most part, everybody understands that this dude's a scoundrel. The defamation case was settled in 2017, but after a request from the media organization, the documents are gradually being unsealed. Maxwell was arrested in July last year and has pleaded guilty to the charges. So there you have it folks. The documents are being unsealed in a timely manner like Prescott promised. They're starting to roll in and they provide more building blocks moving forward. I'm gonna dive into all of those later on, see what they have, what they hold for us. See what's in there, what kind of gems are in there, what sort of building blocks are in there, and then we'll discuss whatever, you know, I find that is interesting or is a little golden nugget that we might have missed.
