Jes Staley’s Epstein narrative was built around distance, professionalism, and minimization: he repeatedly tried to frame Jeffrey Epstein as a former client or business contact from his JPMorgan days rather than a genuinely close personal associate....

What's up everyone? And welcome back to the program. So the lawsuit that Denise George was filing against the banks down in the US Virgin Islands is not something new. Seems to me that a lot of people are under the impression that this information is new information. It is not. Jess Staley has been under fire for quite some time here. In fact, he lost his job at Barclays because of his nonsense. So Denise George and her lawsuit, it's all fine and well. But let me ask you a question. When it comes to Denise George, what exactly has she done to promote justice in this case? Oh, well, she's got some money for the U. S Virgin Islands, no doubt about it. Got a civil penalty awarded to her and the other politicians in the usvi. But what has she done to further justice? Who has she brought to justice here? Who has she even deposed? Nobody. So the whole entire nonsense about Denise George being some kind of hero in this case is. Is laughable at best. She is nothing more than another opportunist who was circling like a vulture around the corpse. She got her 105 million and she figured she'd press the envelope here a little bit and sue the banks as well. You notice there's no criminal charges slapped on anybody. You would think she has all of this evidence that there would have been some criminal charges slapped on people. Nobody got hit with criminal charges. None of the politicians from the Virgin Islands, nobody. So you can miss me with the whole Denise George is some kind of hero. She is not. Today's article is from the Daily Mail headline, lawsuit accuses former Barclays JP Morgan exec of being part of Jeffrey Epstein sex ring who they said he had a profound friendship and they exchanged 1200 emails from his work account. And that's just from his work account. If you really think Jess Staley and Jeffrey Epstein weren't homies and they weren't breaking bread behind the scenes, I don't know what to tell you. This article was authored by Mark Duell, James Robinson and Stephen Lepore. Former Barclays and JP Morgan executive Jess Staley is accused of being an operative and and late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein sex ring. After thousands of emails between the two reveal a profound friendship, a lawsuit claims. Yo, this is like getting in a time machine and going back in time. We've been talking about Jess Staley and his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein for over three years now. Nice of everybody else to finally catch up. The filing was made in an amended complaint Tuesday. But the US Virgin Islands, which had previously sued JP Morgan over the bank's ties to Epstein. Staley worked at J.P. morgan until 2013. Between 2008 and 2012, Staley exchanged approximately 1,200 emails with Epstein from his J.P. morgan email account. The amendment alleges during that time the bank serviced approximately 55 Epstein related accounts to collectively worth hundreds of millions of dollars. That all tracks. That's all a fact. J.P. morgan, Deutsche bank, these were the banks of choice for Jeffrey Epstein. And it was all because he had buddies working in the wealth asset management department that were going to safeguard his transactions, make sure he's not getting, you know, SARD and making sure that the accounting department is looking the other way. Because one thing we know about the financial sector, they don't have any problem making money on the back of scumbag pieces of like Jeffrey Epstein. And from the suffering he causes to people like the survivors. What do the banks care? All they care about is more money. All they care about is consolidating their power. Staley, 66, had quit Barclays in November of 2021 after the bank's board said it was disappointed with the outcome of a report into his links to convicted sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Well, no shit. You guys had one of Jeffrey Epstein's biggest financial enablers running your company. Of course they're gonna find that to be off the cuff. Of course they're going to find that to be disgusting. And of course Jess Staley is going to be shown the door. But not because what he did was wrong. Not because what, what he did was condemnable by his bosses. It was because he was caught. It was because he was called out for it. Everybody at Barclays knew who Jess Staley was before they gave him that job. These communications show a close personal relationship and profound friendship between the two men and even suggest that Staley may have been involved in and Epstein's sex trafficking operation. The amendment continues. They also reveal that Staley corresponded with Epstein while Epstein was incarcerated and visited Epstein's Virgin island residence on multiple occasions. According to the Daily Beast. We've talked about this ad nauseum here. Jess Daly was certainly one of the key cogs in Jeffrey Epstein's financial plans. He visited the island. That's a fact. Now, is there any evidence that he was taking part in the actual abuse of any of these girls? Not to my knowledge. I haven't heard any of that. But he certainly was involved in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. The US Virgin Islands suit also claims that Staley was allowed to remain a decision maker on Epstein's accounts and even asked to discuss the historical sordid sex trafficking and human trafficking allegations against them. In addition, JP Morgan allegedly would make payments to numerous women with Eastern European surnames who were publicly and internally identified as Epstein recruiters, including a $600,000 payment to one Jane Doe, the pedophile purchased when she was just 14 years old. And that person is Nadia Marcinkova. It's unbelievable what this poor woman has went through in her life. When we first started talking about this, she was considered part of the core four, right? One of the top four lieutenants working with Epstein. But as we got more context and we learned more about the story, we all understand now that Nadia Marzinkova was a victim here as well. Imagine your parents selling you for $600,000. And not only just selling you, but selling you to a man like Jeffrey Epstein. Imagine what Nadia's life must have been like. The complaint goes on to say that Hyperion Air, who owned Epstein's infamous Lolita Express private jet, also issued hundreds of thousands of dollars in checks payable to cash or fuel expenses. Many of these cast cash withdrawals either exceeded the ten thousand dollar reporting threshold or were seemingly structured to avoid triggering the reporting requirement. The lawsuit claims this is particularly significant since it is well known that Epstein paid his victims in cash. So the real question is, why did Denise George not file criminal charges? For all the people out there singing her praises, all of a sudden all of these Johnny come lately's who don't know anything about case. Let's just be real out here talking about Denise George like she's some kind of hero, like she is some kind of vigilante in this case who was hell bent on justice, when the reality is something completely different. All she cared about was getting more money for the U.S. virgin Islands. $105 million, huh? Okay, sure. That's what they rate. Now, how they rate that, I have no idea. Considering nobody in the US Virgin Islands, meaning the island itself, or government officials, nobody was abused. It was actual people who were abused. And that $105 million that went into the bank account of the US Virgin island and undoubtedly on through that bank account into the hands of some scumbag politicians, well, they took money directly out of the hands and pockets of these survivors. So if you're cool with that, then great. But me, personally, I'm not cool with it. And I don't think Denise George is somebody that should be celebrated. Epstein is accused of misusing JP Morgan accounts for nonprofit organizations and used it to pay associates like Les Wexner as well as ex girlfriends. Now, if me or you did this, we would already be hit with a RICO case and it would be the worst day of our lives. Meanwhile, all these years later, and we can't get the government to even lift a finger for a RICO case. All we get is this bullshit seco civil version of it. And all it is is a cash grab. You mean to tell me that Jeffrey Epstein and his associates should only be held accountable civilly? They shouldn't be sitting in a prison cell somewhere? Many thought the lawsuit against JP Morgan might go dead after former Attorney General Denise George was fired shortly after the initial suit was filed. Of course not. It had nothing to do with the suit. Why she was fired. She was fired because guess what? Breaking news, folks. She's bad at her job. Imagine that. Somebody losing their gig because they suck at their job. When Staley quit Barclays in 2021, the American Banker intends to contest the findings. He is reportedly shell shocked, angry and upset at the preliminary conclusion of the report. Barclays, meanwhile, pointed out the probe makes no findings that he saw or was aware of any of Epstein's alleged crimes. Yeah, we can believe the internal probe, right? Because they have no skin in the game to make it as less painful as possible for Barclays and Jess Staley. Barclay said last year that UK financial regulators were probing links between Mr. Staley and Epstein, who killed himself, allegedly while awaiting trial on sex trafficking offenses. Staley has previously said his relationship with Epstein, who was also friends with Prince Andrew, ended in late 2015, and that he regretted his relationship with him. What he really means is he regrets that his relationship with Epstein was. Was outed. That's what he really means. The 64 year old, who was married to interior designer Debbie, was replaced today by the bank's head of global markets, Venkat Krishnan, known as Venkat Barclays, said Staley was entitled to 12 months notice and will therefore continue to receive his current fixed annual pay of 2.4 million in cash and Barclays shares, a pension allowance of £120,000 and and other benefits until October 31st of 2022. Imagine this guy got this golden parachute on the way out the door. Imagine sucking at your job that bad, getting fired, embarrassed in the company and still getting hooked up. It must be nice, huh? It must be nice. Staley was born in Boston in 1956. He is one of four children who move frequently with their father Paul, a plant manager for Procter and Gamble. His father later became CEO of PQ Corporation, a chemicals business based outside Philadelphia, where Staley grew up. After graduating with a degree in economics from Bowdine College In Maine in 1979, he joined banking giants J.P. morgan on a training program in New York. He later moved to Brazil to help set up its investment banking venture and in South America, where he met his future wife, Debbie, just days after arriving. He returned to New York in 1989 and quickly shot up the ladder at J.P. morgan. In 1990, he was asked by then CEO Sandy Warner to manage the group's private banking division. And the private banking division and all of these banks is set up basically for people like Epstein. Believe me, you and I, we are not invited to be part of that bank. In 2001, he was promoted to CEO of J.P. morgan Asset Management and ran the division until 2009. After 34 years with J.P. morgan, he left for Blue Mountain Capital Management, now Assured Investment Management, in 2013 before joining Barclays in 2015. So Barclays already knew what he was, who he was and who he was breaking bread with and they hired him anyway. He is also credited as a key supporter of the LGBTQ community within the US Banking sector, having been inspired by work of his younger brother Peter, who was diagnosed with AIDS related complex. In 1985, Peter founded Act Up, a New York based AIDS activist group and would go on to serve as a member of President Bill Clinton's National Task Force on AIDS Drug Development. Hey, look great. All of that stuff fine and well, but that doesn't absolve you of the bullshit you were up to with Epstein. It doesn't absolve you of the fact that you were financially enabling this man to continue on with his human trafficking and abuse of women and girls. In addition to his connections to former President Clinton, Staley has held Democrat Party fundraisers at his plush New York apartment said to be a short distance from the Guggenheim Museum. Staley's relationship with Epstein been under the microscope since revelations about the financier pedophile's sex trafficking came to light. He embarked on a professional relationship with Epstein in 2000, when he became head of JP Morgan's private bank, of which Epstein was a client. So, look, he's been around for long enough. He's smart enough to know who Epstein was and who Epstein always had been. Yet he chose, like all these other people, to follow his greed instead and work with Epstein, all because he wanted to make more money. Pretty pathetic, isn't it? Epstein had been charged with sex crimes and pleaded guilty in 2008 to solicitation of prostitution. A report by the New York Times in 2019 revealed how compliance officers at JP Morgan Chase conducted a sweep of their wealthy clients in 2009. However, he remained a JP Morgan client until 2013. Well, that's because they didn't care. It's all about appearances, right? Oh, we'll make pretend we're going to sweep these clients out. We're going to make pretend we're going to come in here and get rid of all of our scumbags. But the reality is this, those scumbag criminals are such a huge cog in the machine that they can't get rid of them because they can't purge them. Staley also admitted he maintained contact with Epstein, who died in a New York prison cell in 2019, for seven years after his 2008 conviction. He said his last contact with Epstein was fall of 2015, when he and his wife sailed to Epstein's private island for lunch. Imagine, let me sail to this child molester's private island and let's have a bologna sandwich. That trip occurred shortly before he joined Barclays. He said he had no contact with Epstein once he joined the bank in December of 2015. I don't believe that. Not for one second. Barclays say the Financial Conduct Authority probe into Staley's links to Epstein makes no finding that he saw or was aware of any of Epstein's alleged crimes. Speaking in February last year, Stale Staley said, for sure, with hindsight, with what we know now, I deeply regret having any relationship with Jeffrey. You deeply regret now, huh? You knew back then what you regret like everybody else, is that you were caught, that you were called out. That's what you really regret. A wealthy financier, pedophile, Epstein was found dead in a New York prison in August of 2019. While awaiting trial on allegations that he trafficked girls as young as 14 for sex. All right, folks, well, there it is. The update on Jess Staley. What's going on down in the Virgin Islands, and some odds and ends surrounding the whole situation. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that@bobby capuchirotonmail.com that's B O B B Y C a p u cci protonmail.com you can also find me on Twitter @bo bby cap ucci. The link that I discussed can be found in the description box Chronicles. One of the more ridiculous claims in the new legal filings by Prince Andrew. Is him actually trying to tell us that him and Ghislaine Maxwell weren't homies? It is one of the most absurd claims I've heard in quite some time. And, folks, we've heard them all since we've been following this case. But Prince Andrew is adamant in these court filings that him and Ghislaine Maxwell, you know, they were just casual friends, you know, pass you by in the bar, give you a nod of the head as you're going to get a pint and keep it moving type friends, I guess. Meanwhile, the facts tell a completely different story. Tonight we're going to talk about an article from the Mirror that points to nine different times. Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew, who are looking pretty chummy. But we're also going to discuss an article from the New York Post about Jess Staley before we even dive in, about Prince Andrew and his cozy relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell. Now, Jess Staley is, well, I guess I should say was one of the most powerful men in the financial world. This dude was the gatekeeper over at JP Morgan for a very, very long time. He ran the investment banking division over at J.P. morgan. And that is where all of the big shots come, you know, to do their wheeling and dealing with their money. They come in and, you know, these guys manage the money for them, make transactions, whatever it may be. This is what the division is there for. And Jess Staley was the guy who was the big shot over there, Mr. Head Honcho, Mr. Dude in Charge. And him and Jeffrey Epstein were really close. Another one of those relationships that doesn't get the kind of spotlight that it deserves. And it certainly does deserve a whole lot of spotlight. Just like the situation with Leon Black. When you have somebody like Jeffrey Epstein and he has access to movers and shakers like this in the financial world, what are we supposed to think when these people are Lobbying for him when these people are giving him $158 million for. I'm using air quotes right now, folks, advice. What are we supposed to think? That it's. It's all on the up and up? That these guys are just, you know, chums, and they're hanging out, having a chat like the rest of us over, you know, crispy taco night? Nobody's buying it. Nobody believes that bs. And I'm not going to sit here and tell you that, you know, there's a room full of six people who are sitting around, you know, controlling the world or anything like that. I'll leave that to other people. That's out of my lane. But what I will tell you is this. People like Jess Staley, people like Leon Black, those people really hold the keys. If you're in control of the financial world, if you're in the. In control of the way, you know, the money is moving through the banking system, that would give you a lot of power, wouldn't it? And when you have some of the biggest people in the world, in this industry, hanging out with Epstein and facilitating his financial malfeasance, what are we supposed to say? Are we just supposed to just say, forget it? Turn our heads and say, ah, no big deal? Usually that's what we would do, right, if it was just the usual stealing and evading taxes and all of that jazz. Shrug our shoulders and move on? We have bigger problems. All of us gotta feed our families and we gotta continue to pay the poor people's tax, right? But they messed up. They really messed up when they thought that they were gonna get over on us with this one. When they thought that the Jeffrey Epstein stuff was just gonna blow over and everybody was gonna forget about it. That's not the case. Nobody's forgetting about it. People want answers. And people like this, who were connected to Epstein, who were lobbying for him at a huge firm like JP Morgan, should be held to account. And I know he lost his job at Barclays, right? That's a good first step. But why haven't we had a real look into the financials here? You mean to tell me all of the financial transactions Epstein was moving through this bank? We're on the up and up. We already know that's not the case. We've already seen the fines that these banks have got slapped with for their malfeasance for not respecting the FinCEN process. But none of these bankers, the men in charge of the women in charge, the people at the top, when do any of them get held accountable. Nobody goes to prison. None of these people ever go to prison. And that's because they're the ones that are holding the bag. And we all know what happens when a president gets elected in America. Inevitably, his whole entire cabinet transition staff, all of it is filled with people from the financial sector. And then you wonder why the wheel just continues to go round and round. All right, so we're gonna talk about this article real quick from the New York Post and Jess Daily. It's a relatively short article. That's why we're doing it at the top end here of this episode and not doing an episode for this article alone. I don't think there's any point in doing an 11 minute episode. So we'll just tack it on here and then we'll add the other article right here to the back end. This article was authored by Lydia Moynihan and it was posted in the New York Post headline Ousted Barclays CEO Jess Staley reportedly backed Epstein at JP Morgan. I mean, it's just crazy. JP Morgan's like this gigantic house, you know, big time financial institution. And this is the sort of stuff they're really getting up to when all of the nonsense and, you know, the curtains are pulled back and you peel their face off when they're talking about how woke they are or whatever. Really what they're doing is they're trying to refocus all of our energy and all of our, you know, rage, if you will, at each other as opposed to them. And they got a good glimpse of what was going on during Occupy Wall street and they understood that there was a groundswell coming against them, so they changed their tactics. Meaning corporate America, right? And places like JP Morgan and these banking institutions, let's put on a friendlier face. But just because they say that that's what they are, just because they say that they're, you know, hip to the times. We all know that BS walks, right? It's a lot of BS from these companies because when you look at the way they conduct business, it's the same old or even worse than usual. Recently ousted Barclays CEO Jess Staley went to bat for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein when he ran the investment banking division at J.P. morgan. According to a J.P. morgan was examining whether to boot Epstein as a client because of his 13 month prison sentence tied to soliciting sex from a minor. Meaning having sex with an underage girl. Soliciting sex from a minor. What an absolutely ridiculous charge. An absolutely ridiculous charge. There's no such thing as soliciting. Sex from a minor you're committing, you know, if it's under a certain age, you're committing rape. Statutory rape at the very least. But Staley, who ran the Giants investment bank, argued that Epstein had paid his debt to society and should remain a client, according to the report Wednesday in the Financial Times. I mean, yeah, he really paid his debt to society, huh, folks? Had to check into the jail for a couple hours a day, was able to run around, still conduct business, go to his office, and according to some survivors, continue to abuse people who, while there was a sheriff on duty. But nah, nothing, nothing was amiss down there in Palm beach either. I mean, really, he paid his debt to society, huh? There's not enough punishment on this planet for this dude to repay his debt to society and forget that his debt to these survivors. Staley's efforts came after Epstein was convicted in 2008. According to the FT, JP Morgan eventually severed its relationship with Epstein in 2013, the same year Staley departed the the JPM for a new job at the hedge fund. At a hedge fund before rising to run Barclays in 2015. Now, I guess it's just another coincidence, right? That's what people want to. That's what they'll tell you. Oh, it's just another coincidence. Me, I. I don't know what to call it. Sure are a lot of coincidences in this case. Camera's not pointing at the jail cell he happens to leave in 2013, right when the relationship with Epstein ends. You know, just a coincidence I guess, folks. But really what's going on here is you see the correlation. The relationship with Epstein and Jess Staley, it was a tight one and Staley was a huge, huge deal when it comes to making the money move. Staley's support for Epstein at JP Morgan underscores his long standing ties to the disgraced financier pedophile and how he advocated on Epstein's behalf well before it resulted in Staley's exit from Barclays, leaving late last year. In November, reports surfaced that Staley and Epstein had exchanged around 1200 emails during Staley's 30 year tenure at JP Morgan. Some emails revealed questionable and unexplained phrases like Snow White, according to the ft. And we talked about this too. Snow White. I mean, look, you can delve into a lot of different things when you're talking about code words and find yourself down a lot of rabbit holes, but they're obviously using some kind of code here. Okay, now I'm not one of the wind talkers. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you, oh, I've. I got my little decoder ring out of the Cheerio box and I figured it all out. But they're obviously up to something. Staley stepped down from Barclays in November after he reviewed initial findings from a probe by UK regulators into whether he had mischaracterized his relationship with Epstein as purely professional. According to the ft, Staley is contesting the findings. JP Morgan declined to comment to the ft. A spokesman for Staley also declined to comment. Shocking, right? And they'll get away with it. Nobody will hound these people. No way. They're too busy covering the Stormy Daniels case. Staley has stated his relationship with Epstein fizzled following the Banker's departure from J.P. morgan. And that's an ongoing theme too, right? Oh, our relationship fizzled. Our relationship ended. Shocking. But even after he left the bank, helmed by Jamie Dimon, he visited Epstein at his private island in the Caribbean, Little St. James, according to reports. And I, you know, Jamie Dimon will never get called on the carpet for this either. Never. He's, you know, one of the golden boys for all of the political class. Remember, folks, who's holding the bag here? It ain't you. Well, you think your hundred $200 donation to insert politician here is moving the needle? They're not accepting your call when you call their office, are they? You're getting a staffer. You think Jamie Dimon gets a staffer if he calls the office of whatever politician he's looking to talk to? Staley worked at Blue Mountain Capital from 2013 to 2015 before nabbing the top job at Barclays in 2015. Meanwhile, Epstein began working with Deutsche bank in 2013, according to the FT, after being cut off by JP Morgan following Staley's departure from JP Morgan. Epstein died in 2019 in prison as he awaited trial on charges he sex trafficked minors. Now Deutsche bank is just a den of scum and villainy. And they've been slapped with so many fines that it's not even funny. And now my question is, how many people have they hit with the poor people tax? And what I mean by the poor people tax is the inflated rates of borrowing, the finance rates. How many people have they absolutely hammered with a 20% rate on a car for a piece of garbage car that's hardly going to last? These people are just gross. Honestly, at this level, when we're talking about this level of banker and the way they conduct themselves, you think they care about the survivors or that Jeffrey Epstein was A convicted sex offender? No way. He brought more money to their pockets, more prestige, opened some more doors, had some more relationships built for them. And like I always say, with people like this, the means always justifies the ends. And to the rest of us, we look around and we just shake our heads like, really? When's enough, enough? Don't you people have enough money? Don't you have enough power? But for them, the answer is always no. Now, Jess Daley is somebody I've been talking about for a long time, and before the pandemic, I said that he. He was in big trouble back then, and it took a little while. Obviously, Barclays was trying to write the ship, if you will, during the pandemic and didn't want to upset the apple cart. But the writing was on the wall. And it's no shock to me that he's out, especially considering we know how much deeper his relationship with Epstein went than they even let on. So that's where we're at with Jess Staley and the situation he finds himself in currently. Now, on to our next article from the Mirror. This article was authored by Alana Kindred. Headline nine Times. Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell looked like good pals as he denies closeness. Now, we talked about this a little bit earlier. What a ridiculous claim. How are you going to say to anybody that you and Ghislaine Maxwell weren't close? It's. It's so ridiculous that his lawyers would even add this. I just don't even know what to say about it, honestly. Prince strongly as. Excuse me, Prince Andrew has strongly denied he was close friends with now convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. At least I got it right. And called her a convicted sex trafficker here. That's a good start. The Duke of York's reported attempt to distance himself from Maxwell comes as he has demanded a trial by combat. I mean, a trial by jury, denying to a New York court a catalog of sex abuse allegations brought by his accuser, Virginia Roberts. So obviously, that was the first salvo for him answering these accusations and giving us this ridiculousness that we're talking about. Still tonight, on December 29, Maxwell, 60, was found guilty of offenses relating to her work as a fixer for the Duke's associate, Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile and billionaire, she faces up to 65 years in prison. So, couple things. Duke's associate, Jeffrey Epstein, they were both the Duke's associates. Okay. And I would say that he was probably closer to Ghislaine Maxwell than he was to Epstein even, let's remember Ghislaine Maxwell was the gatekeeper to the social. Roberts claims that Epstein and Maxwell made her have sex with the Duke three times when she was 17, including once in London. Prince Andrew has always strongly denied the allegations, but up until now it was a very generic version of denial. Right? Well, he dropped his formal denial and I guess you can see why he kept it generic for so long because he has nothing to go on. In an 11 page response to Ms. Roberts lawsuit yesterday, Andrew denied wrongdoing, but he did say in this document that he met Epstein in or around 1999. The prince refuted her major claims while admitting to befriending Epstein, but but denied he was ever a close pal of British socialite Maxwell. Trafficker Maxwell, you mean. And again, absolutely ridiculous, ludicrous, moronic, stupid, gaslighting, whatever you want to call it, it's all of that because we know it's not the case. We've seen the pictures. The Duke 61 said it was not true and he was a free. That it was not true that he was a frequent guest of Epstein's various homes around the world and including New York City, where he sexually abused Virginia Roberts at Epstein and Maxwell's invitation when she was a minor. Andrew's strenuous denials of not being close with Maxwell comes years after the pair have been photographed together on multiple occasions. Around the world. I mean, yeah, around the world. Everywhere you can imagine, these two have been photographed together. They had a long history together, folks. And you don't have access to the palace the way she did or to the property the way she did if you're not close to somebody. Epstein and Maxwell at Balmoral. The photo of Epstein and Maxwell sitting in the Queen's log cabin in Glenbeg, Balmoral, was taken in the late summer or early autumn of 1999. So there's one for you. You know, you got the picture of these two at Balmoral. Certainly not a good look for them. The next instance. Andrew Maxwell, Donald Trump and Epstein in Mar A Lago, February 2000. Andrew was photographed with Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump. In the background you see Epstein looking directly at the camera and Maxwell's face is seen peering into the frame on the right hand side. I mean, we all know that these people were all palling around together. It's not even a debate at this point. Now we don't know exactly the specific roles of every single person involved, but we do know anyone that was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein knew what he was about knew that he was not a normal guy and if you were hanging out with him after the first conviction, you knew he was a convicted sex offender. Andrew and Maxwell at Ascot. Prince Andrew and Maxwell attended the royal Ascot in June 2000. They were photographed with Epstein, another one of the Duke's former girlfriends, Carolyn Neville and her husband Edward Stanley. Andrew and Maxwell leaving the wedding of a former girlfriend. September 2000. The Duke attended the wedding of his former girlfriend Aurelia Cecile with Maxwell. The pair arrived together but walked in separately according to reports at the time. I mean look, all of these different examples are just more evidence of the BS he was trying to run on us. The next one. Andrew and Maxwell partying at a Halloween party. The pair were photographed together at supermodel Heidi Klums Halloween party in October of 2000. Now remember how close they were at this point in time and now Andrew will tell you, oh well we weren't close. So what are you doing at the Hookers and pit? The, the, the pimps and hoes party? Hookers and Pimps theme bash at the Hudson Hotel. Because that's what you were doing at the Halloween party with, at Heidi Klum's Halloween party. So you're there with Maxwell but you're not close. You don't know her. You just go to hookers and pimps party. Pimps and hoes party. I mean when I worked in the joint here in Las Vegas, those parties were wild. Absolutely insane types of parties invited on a shooting weekend at sandringham. Photos from December 2000 have shown Maxwell and Epstein on a pheasant shoot with Andrew. They spent the weekend in Norfolk at the Sandringham estate. Andrew spoke to the BBC Newsnight in 2019 about his links to Epstein and when he was asked about that weekend he said it was a straight straightforward shooting weekend, whatever that means. Anyone want to explain to the rest of us what that means? A straightforward shooting weekend. What? You have bent shooting weekends, Crooked shooting weekends. What is a straightforward shooting weekend? Andrew photographed with Roberts and Maxwell in London. Now we all know about this photograph. I'm not even going to go into it. Maxwell and Kevin Spacey's tour of the palace. So we know Kevin Spacey and Maxwell had a tour of the palace. Got the pictures, the whole line. So again, how are you going to tell us that you're not close with Ghislaine Maxwell? And then finally for this article, but certainly not the last time they were hanging out. Andrew Maxwell, Epstein and Harvey Weinstein at Andrew's daughter Beatrice's birthday in 2006, Beatrice's 18th birthday party was held at Windsor Castle. Photos published in the sun on Sunday shows now convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein. With Epstein and Maxwell talk about the Three Stooges, the three gross, disgusting morons. Maxwell wore a feathered mask as she smiled in photos taken at the bash that was attended by some 400 guests. Epstein was being investigated by US authorities at the time he attended the party. Two months later, he was issued a warrant for sexual assault of a minor. You mean to tell me that nobody warned the prince? Nobody in the Foreign affairs office called over and said, hey, look, dude, Jeffrey Epstein's a sick fuck. Boys, what are you guys doing? Maybe they didn't. But I'll tell you what, either way, what's Prince Andrew doing? I mean, here's an idea. Why don't you Google the people you're hanging out with? During a Newsnight interview in 2019, Andrew claimed he didn't know about the proceedings and that Epstein had attended because he had invited Maxwell. So again, he says in the interview he invited Maxwell, but all of a sudden, him and Epstein were the close ones. None of it makes sense. All right? The whole story he's pitching and this whole entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be what sinks him here. And that's why I wanted to focus on this again tonight. Pretty sure Judge Kaplan's gonna take a look at this and say the same thing I'm saying. What are you talking about, buddy? I see the evidence here. You were obviously close to her. And if you can't be truthful about the very basics, the. The small little nuance, then you're definitely not being truthful about the overall story either. So that's where it's at with Prince Andrew. And when you look at the. The rebuttal he put forward here, it is absolutely ridiculous. And for him and his legal team, I mean, maybe they were excited when they put that together. They all had a toast, maybe clanked a couple of glasses, thought they did a good job. But, boys, tell you what, barely getting a C grade here and lucky to get that because this whole entire response was not the right way to go about it, in my opinion. Anyway. I guess we'll have to see. We'll come back and we'll check this episode after all is said and done, and we'll see if I was close to the mark or not. But so far, when we're talking about these people and the way they've gone about defending themselves, this has not been the right way to do it. They've all failed. And I would expect to see Prince Andrew fail as well if he keeps this up especially. So tomorrow morning we'll pick back up and we'll see what's going on with Maxwell and Epstein and Andrew and the rest of them. And you know that we're gonna have a couple of curves in the road, if you will, and some more bumps before we get to the end here because there is so much more we do not know. For everything that we do know, there's a ton more that we don't know. And every day more becomes available. And as we get more document dumps and more things are unsealed, hopefully we'll get more information and the picture will become more clear. All right, everybody, that's gonna do it for tonight. I will be back tomorrow morning with a morning update. Obviously some context episodes coming your way in the meantime. And we'll be off and running. Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: June 4, 2026
This mega-edition episode investigates the newly-revealed contents of lawsuits and files surrounding Jes Staley, the former Barclays and JP Morgan executive, and his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Bobby Capucci dissects recent legal filings and media reports, highlighting the entrenched financial enablers of Epstein, the failures of the justice system (particularly regarding Denise George, former USVI Attorney General), and the continued pattern of powerful individuals—and institutions—evading accountability. The show also exposes the implausibility of Prince Andrew’s denial of closeness with Ghislaine Maxwell, illustrating the pervasiveness of denial and obfuscation among the elite implicated in Epstein’s orbit.
Host’s Take on Denise George’s Actions:
"Denise George and her lawsuit, it's all fine and well. But let me ask you a question. When it comes to Denise George, what exactly has she done to promote justice in this case?...Who has she brought to justice here? Who has she even deposed? Nobody." [03:00]
Financial vs. Criminal Penalties:
Staley is implicated as an active participant and key enabler within Epstein’s financial operations—exchanging ca. 1,200 emails from his JP Morgan account between 2008-2012, visiting Epstein’s properties including his private island, and corresponding with him during Epstein’s incarceration.
"If you really think Jes Staley and Jeffrey Epstein weren't homies and they weren't breaking bread behind the scenes, I don't know what to tell you." [06:00]
Capucci emphasizes: "Jess Daly was certainly one of the key cogs in Jeffrey Epstein's financial plans. He visited the island. That's a fact...Was he taking part in the actual abuse? Not to my knowledge...but he certainly was involved in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit." [09:35]
JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank consistently enabled suspicious transactions for Epstein—including payments to known victims and alleged recruiters.
On Corporate Culture:
Recap of Staley’s career: decades at JP Morgan, then to Blue Mountain Capital, then Barclays, despite knowledge of his close Epstein ties.
"Imagine this guy got this golden parachute on the way out the door. Imagine sucking at your job that bad, getting fired, embarrassed in the company and still getting hooked up. It must be nice, huh?" [19:30]
Reputational Damage Management:
Host expresses anger about absence of criminal consequences or RICO prosecutions, given the magnitude of financial crimes and abuse.
"You and I, we would already be hit with a RICO case and it would be the worst day of our lives. Meanwhile...we can't get the government to even lift a finger for a RICO case." [13:40]
"He’s, you know, one of the golden boys for all of the political class. Remember, folks, who's holding the bag here? It ain't you." [1:10:30]
Staley’s public “regret” over his Epstein ties is dismissed as meaningless PR (“What he really means is he regrets that his relationship with Epstein was outed. That's what he really means.” [22:50])
Host transitions to discussing Prince Andrew’s court filings, where he denies being close to Ghislaine Maxwell.
"Is him actually trying to tell us that him and Ghislaine Maxwell weren't homies? It is one of the most absurd claims I've heard in quite some time." [51:25]
Host methodically rebuts this with a list of nine separate high-profile public occasions (detailed from Mirror article) where Andrew and Maxwell are photographed together—spanning private royal residences, society parties, and mutual travel with Epstein.
Balmoral (late summer/early autumn 1999)
Mar-a-Lago with Donald and Melania Trump (February 2000)
Royal Ascot (June 2000)
Wedding of Aurelia Cecile (September 2000)
Halloween party at Hudson Hotel, NYC (October 2000)
Pheasant shoot at Sandringham (December 2000)
Iconic London photograph with Virginia Roberts and Maxwell
Kevin Spacey and Maxwell in Buckingham Palace
Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday at Windsor Castle (2006, with Epstein, Maxwell, Weinstein present)
Host notes Andrew gave multiple contradictory statements on these events in public and under oath.
"The whole story he's pitching and this whole entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be what sinks him here." [59:57]
On Denise George’s role:
"She is nothing more than another opportunist who was circling like a vulture around the corpse. She got her $105 million, and she figured she'd press the envelope..." [03:25]
On Staley-Barclays relationship:
"Of course Jess Staley is going to be shown the door. But not because what he did was wrong…It was because he was caught. It was because he was called out for it...They all knew who Jess Staley was before they gave him that job." [08:53]
On banking sector complicity:
"We already know that's not the case. We've already seen the fines that these banks have got slapped with...But none of these bankers...when do any of them get held accountable?" [1:05:25]
On Andrew & Maxwell’s denials:
"We've seen the pictures. The Duke 61 said it was not true and he was a free...that it was not true that he was a frequent guest of Epstein's various homes..." [56:25]
"If you can't be truthful about the very basics...you're definitely not being truthful about the overall story either." [1:01:20]
On survivor justice and systems of power:
"They took money directly out of the hands and pockets of these survivors. So if you're cool with that, then great. But me, personally, I'm not cool with it." [12:23]
"Don't you people have enough money? Don't you have enough power? But for them, the answer is always no." [1:12:08]
In this mega-edition, Bobby Capucci emphatically dismantles both the lazy historical narrative that minimizes Jes Staley’s—and institutional—culpability, and the self-serving defenses of figures like Denise George and Prince Andrew. Through careful review of timelines, transactional data, and media coverage, Capucci demonstrates the crucial role the financial world played in enabling Epstein’s crimes, and how authorities, politicians, and bankers continue to evade meaningful consequences. The episode is both a detailed exposé and a call for true justice—beyond payouts and empty regrets—aimed at the everyday audience still seeking accountability.
