that's odoo.com Tyler Redick here from 2311 Racing, Victory Lane. Yeah, it's even better with Chumba by my side. Race to chumbacasino.com let's Chumba. No purchase necessary VTW Group void where prohibited by law CTNCs21+ Sponsored by Chumba Casino what's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. It's been roughly three years since Jeffrey Epstein allegedly took his own life while he was in the lockup at mcc. And still many, many questions remain about what went down. Now, of course, there's the official narrative that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself, that Jeffrey Epstein was able to hang himself in that jail cell by putting some sheets around his neck and then leaning forward off of the bedpost. That's how he hung himself, according to the official narrative. Now, there's a lot that led up to that point that is still unanswered as well, such as why were the guards so negligent in their duty? Why were the cameras not working? Why was Tartaglioni put in a jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein? Why was Epstein put on the main line in the first place? Why was a camera pointing at the wrong tier instead of pointing at Epstein's cell? So there's a lot of questions that still haven't been answered. And until the officials. I'm using air quotes here. Come forward and start providing some transparency and some legitimate answers for what went down, people are going to have questions, and rightfully so. Well, we should just suck down everything that the. The officials, the authorities tell us. Yeah, because they've been so truthful throughout history, throughout, you know, the past some odd years with the American people, that we should just trust them. And if they tell us that there was nothing amiss, we should just believe that. Well, I'm not willing to do that. I don't trust them. I don't believe their official narratives most of the time, and I certainly don't believe what they're trying to pitch here and now. If, if they can prove all of this, that what they say is true, how Epstein died is how he died, then I'd love to see the evidence because I'm not against changing my opinion about what happened in the cell here. For me, there is just not enough evidence, concrete evidence of it being a 100% open and shut. He killed himself. There's a lot more nuance going on here. And until the the government and the DOJ is upfront and honest with people who are looking for answers about what went down, then the answers are going to continue to swirl and they have no one to blame but themselves about quote unquote conspiracy theories. When you leave a vacuum, people are going to fill that vacuum. And when there's all of these coincidences that add up, well, what do you want people to think? Because it's obvious that something severely broke during this situation. There's something that is not right about what went down. And I don't know how anyone can look at this and say, ah, you know what? Open and shut case, obviously a suicide. There are no other issues at hand here and I can comfortably tell you that this is a suicide. I honestly don't know how that's even a thing. I mean, we had a situation where protocol wasn't followed in the wake of Epstein's death. Protocol wasn't followed leading up to the death, and nothing in the wake of it has been normal. And now all of these years later, there's still an investigation into what went on. You mean to tell me that you folks can't figure it out in roughly three years? So, yeah, people are going to have some questions. Today we have an article from the New York Post and the headline, jeffrey Epstein's death. Three years later, what we know and what's still a mystery. This article was authored by Ben Kesslin. It's been three years since the Post broke the news that convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein killed himself allegedly in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. The well connected creep's sudden demise sparked an avalanche of conspiracy theories and many questions remain about how he died and how he got away with his crimes for so long. Look, what they try and do is muddle the real questions with the conspiracy theories. And that's why I get so agitated at the snake oil salesmen and the grifters out there who are trying to sell you folks a BS bill of goods that they can't prove. If anyone's out here just giving you their opinion and they're not telling you it's their opinion and they're telling you it's fact. Well, you should be asking for some evidence, right? Some receipts. That goes for the government or content creators or journalists or anyone else. And if you can't back up those assertions with facts or with the, at the very least with a trail of evidence that leads somewhere close to the facts, then I really don't have any desire to hear what you have to say about this case. Because there's enough muddied water as it is. Here's what we know and what people are still in the dark about Epstein's Aug. 10, 2019 death. Paramedics frantically tried to revive Epstein, 66, after he was found hanged in his own cell at the Manhattan Correctional Center. Let's remember that before any of this was even publicized, someone posted on Reddit about it about what was going down at the MCC with Epstein, and still nobody has come out and told us who that person was. Again, a lot of merc and nowhere near enough clarity. Photos published by the Post at the time show the sex pest being wheeled into New York Downtown Hospital while still in his orange jumpsuit. What we know the guards assigned to watch Epstein had not done their routine 30 minute checks of the prisoner allegedly sleeping on the job and then falsifying records. The cameras on Epstein's cell also malfunctioned that night, officials said. Yeah, look, it's just the perfect storm of coincidences, right? That's what the government will tell you, and that's what the lap dogs will tell you. You know, the people that just suck up whatever the federal government has to say to them whenever it's convenient for them. Yeah, you know, people who were running around talking about how horrible the FBI was for, for the last, I don't know, six years, now all of a sudden are cheering them. So it's pretty gross. But the reality is this, how can all of those coincidences happen right at the same time? And if they did? Well, look, you're going to have to show us the evidence. If you want to stop people from spreading misinformation or what you call conspiracy theories, then you're going to have to give people real information. You're going to have to be transparent. And that's just not in the DNA of the DOJ or the federal government. The city medical examiner ruled the death of suicide a claim that was called into question by online conspiracy theorists, as well as famed path pathologist Michael Bodden, who insisted the ex financier Penny Pedophile's death was a homicide. Look, just because the thing is, when you have questions, that doesn't make you a conspiracy theorist. A conspiracy theorist is one of those people running around thinking, you know, JFK Jr. Showing up at some rally, that's a conspiracy theorist. People who are asking questions about serious topics who are painted as conspiracy theorists. Well, people do that because they're scared of the questions that are being asked. Just look what they did to Gary Webb when he came out and he unleashed about the CIA bringing crack into America during the Iran Contra affair. The legacy media absolutely destroyed this man. And then later on, when the truth finally came out and people knew the deal, they had to go back and revisit all of it, but it was too late already. Gary Webb was dead. But they did their job right, the legacy media. They did their job for their buddies over at the CIA, and they continue to be the same group of lap dogs, in my opinion. Mark Epstein, the pedophile's brother, hired Baden to observe the autopsy, and the forensic pathologist insisted that the evidence points towards homicide. So really, it comes down to who do you believe? Barbara Sampson or Michael Baden? Barbara Sampson, she's the chief medical examiner for the state of New York, or was at this time. And Michael Bodden, on the other hand, used to have that same gig, but is famed for what he does now, that doesn't come without some controversy. A lot of people out there that say he's one of these guys that just wants his name out there, just wants the publicity, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Either way, this is a professional who does this for a living, who has a counter opinion of what Mrs. Barbara Sampson said. So if someone wants to believe Dr. Baden over Barbara Sampson, why does that make them a conspiracy theorist? It doesn't, but they try and paint you as such so that they can deride you and make your opinion not worth as much. Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Barbara Sampson said in October 2019 that we stand by our determination that Epstein had killed himself. Epstein's death, though, has been the source of intense scrutiny that even then Mayor Bill de Blasio took part in. I still stand by. Something doesn't fit in there. De Blasio said in response to Baden's report, after saying previously that he had questions about the death. It just doesn't make sense that the highest profile prisoner in America, you know, someone forgot to guard him. He added, and I just forgot to guard him. Remember, the cameras didn't work. He was checked in as not even himself. You know, all of this leads up to people having some legitimate questions and anybody telling you that you shouldn't have legitimate Questions here is trying to gaslight you. For whatever reason the crimes, Epstein had been arrested on July 6th at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey and stood accused of sexually exploiting and abusing scores of women, most of whom were minors, at his properties in Florida, New York and the U. S. Virgin Islands. You notice they don't talk about New Mexico here. Why not? Do the girls in New Mexico not rate? I'm starting to wonder, is it because the girls in New Mexico were indigenous? Some of these young girls, some of these school girls. So nobody cares. Well, I have news for you folks. I care. And I'm going to keep asking questions about New Mexico. I'm going to keep asking questions why there wasn't a parallel investigation being run in concurrence with the federal one. And until I get some answers, I'm gonna keep asking those questions and I don't care what anybody thinks. Federal prosecutors said he ran a highly elaborate sex ring, paying people to recruit young girls, including some of his survivors. Epstein's right hand woman, convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, 60, was sentenced to 20 years in prison in June for her role in the scheme. A jury found the disgraced British socialite. You mean the bipedal serpent, guilty of helping her rich and powerful pedophile partner abuse girls as young as 14. Well, at least they added that he helped abuse, that she helped abuse them here. And she wasn't just a socialite procurer. You know, there's levels to this. And when you engage in the abuse yourself, well that, that puts you on a different level. Right. Epstein had previously pleaded guilty and was convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor in Florida, but was given a sweetheart deal from prosecutors, only serving 13 months in jail with a work release stipulation. Well, it must not be too difficult to get yourself that sweetheart deal when you have a bunch of ex prosecutors working on your team and you got one judge Bruce e. Reinhart, quitting the prosecution one day and then the very next day working for Jeffrey Epstein. I would think that the deck is stacked against the survivors. A bunch of girls from broken homes, no big shot lawyers defending them, nobody stepping up to the plate to help them. But yeah, go ahead and do you, Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and your rich ass friends and the scumbags who have continued to prosper even though the reason they prospered is because they were in your atmosphere. So yeah, that's all fantastic, right, that all of these people are still out here active, living their best life, being judges, being lawyers, being interior decorators Must be nice to run around with the world's most prolific pedophile and not have to answer for it.

Questions still unknown. You? Yeah, we could be here for about 50 hours without with that one. Conspiracy theories about the pedophile abound, some stemming from legitimate questions still unanswered about Epstein. Well, it's nice to throw that in there and look again. It's not a conspiracy theory to ask questions, all right? And they'll try and paint it as such, but the reality is if the legacy media is not going to do their job, which they haven't Then it's up to other people to dig in and try and see what they can come up with. Many continue to call into question how Epstein obtained his personal fortune, wondering if it could have come from blackmailing the elites he was friends with, like former presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump and Britain's Prince Andrew. I don't think that's where Epstein was getting his money from, you know, from having leverage over these guys and making them pay him. But I do believe that he did have leverage on these guys and it was for a different purpose, for whatever the intelligence aspect was from this, whoever he was being run by to gain this information, have these profiles built so that in future instances, if there was an issue that they could go back and tell these targets, look, we have this information on you already, you better play ball. That seems to be the more logical pathway for the compromise. Whereas Epstein, with some of these other characters, such as Les Wexner, Leon Black, I think that he was getting his money from financial malfeasance. The guy knew how to play the financial game and he was involved in all sorts of financial irregularities. Moving money here, stashing money there, laundering here. And that's a big aspect of this case that was never really looked at. Other. A forensic accountant would have had a field day here, folks. If this would have been a RICO case like it should have been. A forensic accountant would have had an absolute field day here. All of the people that are connected to this forget would have been an absolute pig and moment for a forensic accountant. And unfortunately we never saw that. We didn't see the RICO like it should have been. So that's why a lot of these questions have remained unanswered, because the scope of the investigation was, wasn't as big as it should have been. Some have also wondered if he was, if he was about to hand over his contacts to the Feds, revealing in the process which high profile names might have been involved in the sex trafficking scheme. Other online sleuths convinced Epstein is still alive and hiding somewhere secret, although there is no evidence to prove it. Well, I don't know about all that. I mean, look, I'm not going to sit here and tell anybody what to believe. That's just not how I roll. I can only tell you what I think and go from there. And for me, there is still not enough evidence to hop on board of, yeah, 100% this was a suicide. I don't. Look, I'm agnostic and I really can't sit here and tell you one way or the other. With concrete evidence what went down. But my suspicion is we're not getting the real story. My suspicion is the feds, the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons certainly isn't coming correct. So until they do that, these questions are going to swirl. People are going to continue to ask them and they only have themselves to blame. All right, everybody, that's going to do it for this episode. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that@bobby capuchirotonmail.com that's B O B B Y C A P U C c I@protonmail.com youm can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Capucci. The link that we discussed can be found in the description box. Alright, what's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In the wake of the grand jury documents being made available, there has been renewed hope that perhaps some justice is going to be coming as well. Unfortunately, I have my doubts, considering how long justice has been avoided here. Considering how long justice has been willfully ignored, I highly doubt that the grand jury documents are going to change anything. Let's be real, okay? Everybody knew that those grand jury documents were going to be gross. Everybody knew what they were up to, those grand jury documents. For those of us who, who have been following along, they're just receipts, right? So it just proves everything that we've been talking about. And to me anyway, there was no doubt that what happened in that grand jury room was straight garbage. But the sad truth is nobody's going to be held accountable. What? Barry Krisher is going to lose his pension. Bella Hovlick's going to lose hers. None of that's going to happen. Just like with the OIG reports and the rest of it. They're doing this just to placate you. That's it. There's no justice coming. There's nobody else going to jail or prison. I mean, hell, they can't even hold their faves accountable, never mind send their faves to prison. So instead of justice, the hustle just continues. Today we have an article from ABC News and the headline, five years after Jeffrey Epstein's Arrest, A Push for Accountability continues. This article was authored by James Hill. In the five years since sex offender Jeffrey Epstein first walked into a 23rd floor courtroom in Manhattan shackled and dressed in navy blue prison garb. His victims have hastened the public downfalls of a British prince and other prominent men, provided key testimony that led to the imprisonment of two alleged accomplices, and reached out of court settlements totaling more than half a Billion dollars and still all of his buddies running free. Nobody being held to account. In fact, you have people like Stacy Plaskett out here talking all kinds of nonsense about the survivors and the lawsuit and nobody has anything to say about her. Because from my seat over here in the peanut gallery, it sure seems like Stacy Plaskett has some questions that need answering. Yet many of the survivors of Epstein's decade long sex trafficking scheme are pressing on. They continue to push forward in quest for justice, transparency and accountability from institutions and individuals who allegedly aided, enabled and turned a blind eye to the late financier pedophiles criminal behavior. And they should. But the truth is they're going to continue to run into roadblocks. And that's because not enough people care about what really happened. And unless it serves you politically well, you have nothing to say about it if you're in the legacy media, right? They've had all this information as long as we have, but yet they chose to gaslight you and and act like all this stuff wasn't real. Act like it's a big conspiracy theory. Meanwhile, literally thousands of women and girls have been abused by these pieces of garbage. And the only person sitting in a jail cell is Ghislaine Maxwell. How is it that Sarah Kellen Vickers isn't in a jail cell? Now look, you can't go after her down in Florida, right? Protected by that npa. But what about elsewhere? You mean to tell me that Sarah Kellen Vickers wasn't into it up to her eyeballs elsewhere? That's a bunch of bs. We know that she was getting down in New Mexico too. But the problem with New Mexico, as we all know, is there was no state investigation. They punted it to the feds so that the feds would have control. Oh, I wonder why. Is it all making sense yet? Does it click yet? Folks, you've been had once again. And it's wild to me that as many times as the legacy media has straight up lied to you, people still take what they have to say as if it's gospel. Now look, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying everything that the legacy media talks about is a bunch of bs. But what I am saying is, after all these years of being duped, shouldn't you trust but verify? Shouldn't you like look deeper into subjects before just taking it for what the author says it is? Considering all the bullshit we've seen, considering all these liars in the legacy media? Because the truth is that they all knew about this for a very long time. And they chose not to say anything. In the first half of 2024 alone, lawsuits on behalf of Epstein's victims have been filed against the Federal Bureau of Investigation, current and former government officials in the U.S. virgin Islands. Epstein's former lawyer, his longtime accountant, and a renowned psychiatrist accused of involvement in the sex trafficking operation. I think that their story is not over, said Sigrid McCauley, a lawyer who has spent over a decade advocating for Epstein's victims. There were so many people involved, and it's remarkable that there was so much facilitation of this trafficking operation by many individuals. What's really crazy is that nobody else has faced any kind of justice. And it's not like we're shooting from the hip here. There's literally mountains of evidence we've had. How many judges now say that Sarah Kellen Vickers was criminally responsible and part of this, but no prosecution, huh? Let me be very, very clear, okay? If it was you, you'd be prosecuted. You'd be underneath a prison by now. So why isn't Sarah Kellen Vickers, all of those accused in the recent litigation, including the USVI officials, the lawyer, the accountant and the psychiatrist, have denied the allegations against them. And why isn't this a bigger story? You would think that down in the US Virgin Islands, the fact that the government is under the microscope for facilitating Jeffrey Epstein sex traff enterprise would be a bigger story. But then again, we have to circle back and, well, what do we run into? That's right. Roadblocks, obfuscation, and all sorts of COVID being run for the legacy media's faves. Oh, they don't want to talk about the USVI because they'd have to put Stacy Plaskett on blast and they don't want to do that, do they? So instead, we'll do their job for them and we'll continue to put the spotlight on the USVI and their Epstein cash grab because that's all it is. If they cared about justice, well, people would be in prison, right? Nobody went to prison. There was no RICO case. It was a SECO case built purposely to go after the finances. And they couldn't even do that correctly. McCauley, along with other victim rights lawyers, has represented hundreds of survivors of Epstein's abuse in both criminal and civil actions over the past decade. Her first client was Virginia Roberts, whose allegations of sexual abuse in 2014 Court filings against Epstein, Ghislaine, Maxwell, Prince Andrew and a host of other well known men ignited a firestorm of news coverage that served as a catalyst to almost everything Epstein related that transpired over the next decade. Well, you would think that, you know, George Mitchell's name would be mentioned, huh? I wonder why George Mitchell's never brought up. And like I've told you folks for a very long time, it's not just the straight up lies. It's the lies of omission when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein that make this so sinister. Because they knew all of this. It's not like people are privy to this information. And the legacy media had no idea what was going on. They all knew. They chose not to report on it. They chose not to lose access to people like Prince Andrew. And, well, here are the results. Suddenly, Epstein's lenient treatment by authorities in Florida years earlier and his proximity to powerful people were under renewed scrutiny by civil attorneys and journalists and law enforcement. When I first sat in a room with Virginia, it was almost an entire day. And I said, what is it that you want me to help you with? How can I help you? And she said, I want Epstein and Maxwell to pay for their crimes. I want them to be in prison, said McCauley, a managing partner at the law firm Boy, Schiller and Flexner. Robert's civil lawsuit against Maxwell, filed in 2015 and settled two years later, served as sort of a dry run for Maxwell's criminal prosecution. In 2021, Roberts alleged that Maxwell, the socialite daughter of British publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell, had for years enabled and participated in Epstein's abuse. Federal prosecutors secretly subpoenaed the sealed records of the case and later called as witnesses at Maxwell's trial several of the women who were set to testify in the civil dispute. And this is exactly why Prince Andrew didn't go through with it. This is why Prince Andrew settled, because he knew that if he gave this testimony, the prosecutors would be able to dive into it and perhaps form a case against him. So that's why ass Prince Andrew, the king of Corgis Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, didn't sit down for a deposition because he knew he was cooked. You think his lawyer, Andrew Brettler, was going to let him get cooked? Zero chance, folks. Zero chance chance. Maxwell was convicted on five of six counts related to the abuse and trafficking of underage girls and sentenced to 20 years in prison. She is currently appealing her conviction.

A big Spiraling Ride among the witnesses against Maxwell was Annie Farmer, who said she was lured by Maxwell and Epstein and sexually abused at his New Mexico ranch when she was just 16 years old. Farmer was also one of just two of Epstein victims to have the opportunity to confront them at his detention hearing in July of 2019. Less than a month later, Epstein was dead. His death was ruled by the New York City medical examiner as a suicide by hanging, but widespread skepticism of the official account abounds to this day. Well, that's because the official narrative is straight Gahbage, dirty hot gahhhage and all you have to do is take a look at the OIG report into the death of Jeffrey Epstein and you see the kind of nonsense that took place from Tartaglioni being in that cell, to the cameras not working, to the actual investigation of his death. None of it makes sense. And we haven't had any answers by anyone in power unless you're going to listen to what Bill Barr has to say. And I'll tell you what, there's about as much chance of me joining the Taliban as there is of me listening to Bill Barr. I think I've been pretty clear when I've said that Darth Barr is corrupt as the day is long and is somebody that should not be trusted. Farmer said in an interview this month that attending Epstein's hearing five years ago was like beginning of a big spiraling ride. And you could see that, right? I mean, imagine going through what these girls went through and then having to relive it all over again. And I feel like I haven't gotten off, she said. I didn't anticipate that it would mean to speak at the hearing in terms of the attention that would come with that. And I don't think that anyone can really anticipate the way that the news story would take off and. And take on a life of its own. Farmer's older sister Maria, was the first person to report Epstein and Maxwell to law enforcement authorities in 1996, but no action was taken. Both sisters also spoke to the FBI in 2006 when federal prosecutors identified at least three dozen alleged victims of Epstein's sexual abuse. But then the government made the infamous sweetheart deal with Epstein that allowed him to plead to two relatively minor charges. And in state court, he served just 13 months of an 18 month sentence with liberal work release privileges that allowed him to spend up to 16 hours a day at his office in West Palm Beach. Now, how would you feel if you were Annie, knowing all of that and knowing that still justice hasn't been served. And frankly, everything that happened around Epstein was a straight up travesty. This man should have been in prison the first time around for about 5,000 years. I have friends who have done longer stints for possession beefs than Jeffrey Epstein did for molesting over a hundred girls. Maria Farmer has been pressing for years for the FBI to release records of her initial contact with the agency in 1996. They just won't do it. They have no desire to do anything like that. They want to keep everything under wraps. They want to say there's a Big investigation still ongoing. That way nobody knows the deal and that way nobody knows the that they were truly up to. And this is how they roll. So what you're going to see is they're going to settle with the Epstein survivors just like they did with Nassar Epstein's 1953 trust. Epstein's death in 2019 set off a frenzy of activity by victims advocates in courts from New York to Florida to the U.S. virgin Islands, where Epstein owned a private island estate. Two days before his death, Epstein amended his will, transferring all the assets of his estate valued at more than 650 million to a cryptic entity called the 1953 Trust, apparently named after the year he was born. The beneficiaries of the trust have not been identified. And you notice everything was moved to the US Virgin Islands, right? Oh, and by the way, the whole ass trust was set up in the Virgin Islands by these government officials who are now being looked at as far as this lawsuit. So you want to talk about enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit? Like I've told you from the very beginning, before anybody else was saying it, by the way, the USVI government is right smack dab in the middle. And anybody who doesn't understand that truly just doesn't get it. Because this was never about justice. This was about securing a bag. This was about making some money and also providing themselves some cover later on down the road. And before they were able to do that, thankfully, these survivors sued them. And now the USVI finds themselves in the position that JP Morgan found itself in while the USVI was going after them. So talk about shoe on the other foot. Epstein named as co executors of his estate Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn, his longtime attorney and accountant. Lawyers for the pair hashed out an agreement with attorneys for the victims to create the Epstein Victim Compensation Fund, a voluntary restitution program modeled after similar complex claims for Multiple victims of 9, 11 and clergy abuse in the Catholic Church. The program ended its operations in August 2021, having paid out more than $120 million to 136 survivors of Epstein's sex trafficking network. Another 52 women filed and privately settled claims outside of the compensation fund, according to court records. And the USVI got more money than the compensation fund paid out. How is that even possible? How is that okay? And how is that not more of an issue here with the overall story? And I need somebody to explain to me how the US Virgin Islands getting money makes it better for these survivors who actually were abused. Can somebody please explain that to me to fund the claims program and to pay other creditors. The co executors of the estate, the sold most of Epstein's assets, including the Gulfstream jet that carried him from Paris to Teterboro Airport, New Jersey on the day of his arrest. They also sold his multi million dollar mansions in Florida and New York, his apartment in central Paris and his two private islands off the east coast of St Thomas, where much of the alleged abuse of children and young women is alleged to have taken place. Epstein's New Mexico ranch, the last of the estate's major real estate assets was was sold in August. Well, I wouldn't say the majority of it. I would say some of it, a lot of it. But what about Florida? What about New York? What about New Mexico that nobody ever even talks about? Epstein's estate is still under probate court supervision in the US Virgin Islands. None of the unknown beneficiaries of the 1953 trust can receive benefits until all creditors are paid. And all claims against the estate have been exhausted, with just a handful of lawsuits still active. And the estate still holds assets of more than $84 million with liabilities of about 30 million, according to most recent accounting statement filed in Court in St. Thomas. This dude should add every dollar taken from him and given to the survivors. But that's not how it works. Oh, you thought that's what was going to happen? Sorry, you're wrong. All these other people have to get rich on the backs of these girls being abused. Survivors of Epstein sex trafficking have also sought accountability from the financial institutions that held Epstein's vast fortunes and and allegedly ignored red flags that should have alerted the banks and government authorities of criminal activity. JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche bank each settled lawsuits brought by survivors for $290 million and $75 million respectively, with no admission of wrongdoing. JPMorgan Chase paid another $75 million to the USVI government and Deutsche bank agreed to pay $150 million in penalties following an investigation by New York state financial regulators. It really woke up the financial institutions to the fact that they can no longer turn a blind eye when they're seeing these red flags in their institutions. McCauley said. Oh, yeah, right, sure. The financial sector, they're just gonna clean it all up now, folks. That's it. We're never gonna see this again. They're never gonna be involved in any kind of bullshit ever again. I mean, for real. Save it, Sigrid McCauley. Okay. Private settlement with a prince perhaps no ripple effect of Epstein's sex trafficking network has received more attention than the allegations leveled by Roberts against Prince Andrew, who lost his military titles and royal patronages after his failed attempt to have Roberts lawsuit against him dismissed. The prince's 2019 BBC interview, in which he claimed not to recall ever meeting Roberts, was widely assailed as tone deaf and ineffectual. The prince privately settled the lawsuit in 2022 for an undisclosed sum. As part of the agreement, the prince said he would make a substantial donation to Ms. Roberts Charity in support of victims rights, according to a letter filed with the court. Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Roberts character and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks, the letter said. It's known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young women over the years. Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein and commends the bravery of Ms. Roberts and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others. Yeah, not enough to bring the dough to the charity, though. Not enough to talk to the FBI. Save the canned ass responses, please, for somebody who cares. Expressing regret for ever meeting or associating with Epstein became a common refrain for many whose names appeared in his address book or on flight logs of his private jet or. Or whose business or academic dealings with Epstein were disclosed by journalists and victims lawyers. See, what they really mean by that is that they regret that they were caught. Not that, you know, they had associations with Epstein, but that they were caught. That's what they really mean. Because guess what? They all knew what Epstein was and they chose to be around them anyway. The long list of remorseful includes prominent figures like Leslie Wexner, the founder of the limited company, billionaire private equity investor Leon Black, and many more, all denied any knowledge or participation in Epstein's illicit activities. Oh, no participation at all. And look, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that everybody was taking part in the abuse. I've told you a million times that that's not the case. There were levels to this and layers to it, and these dudes were all involved one way or the other, either enabling Epstein, financing Epstein, or in the worst cases, actually taking part in the abuse. Several prestigious universities, including Harvard and mit, issued scathing reports on their associations with Epstein and acceptance of his financial gifts, even after his 2008 guilty plea in Florida for solicitation of a minor into prostitution. Going forward, hopefully we will be in a position where trafficking victims will have some more protections, more people looking out for them, and more people doing the right thing. Finally, McCauley said. Annie Farmer said that the widespread recognition of the evils of Epstein trafficking has made her feel like it was worthwhile to use my voice to speak out against this. But the constant stories in the news and on social media over the past five years, she said, have made it very difficult to escape a painful feeling that invariably surfaces wherever she hears his name. It's a cycle where you'll sort of feel like you're moving through it and kind of putting it in the past, but then something new comes up and you feel a little bit of deja vu in terms of having to look backward, annie Farmer said. It's also just really draining. She said that for all of the investigations and examinations of Epstein's operation, there is still so much missing. It's not clear to me how he was able to be in the position he was in financially. I think that opened up a lot of doors for him to commit these crimes, she told ABC News. And I still don't feel like there's a satisfying answer yet, but about why my sister's original complaint wasn't followed up on and what happened in 2006 when they recognized it was more of a systemic situation. Some of those answers could lie in still undisclosed records of the FBI, but the government has resisted calls from the victims, members of Congress and the press to make the documents public.

Today, prosecutors cite the potential impact exposure of the records could have on the retrial of Maxwell if her appeal is successful. And as soon as the Maxwell situation is dealt with, the FBI better turn these records over or it's going to be a bad day for them. Because once they don't have that protection of saying they have an ongoing investigation, then it's going to be game time. You know that there's going to be some sort of senator or congressman or woman who's ready to go to town, whether it's for political purposes or otherwise. I don't really care at this point as long as these documents get released, right? Because as usual, I don't care who was involved. Everybody who was involved gets it. There's no faves on this podcast. I don't like any of these people. Last week, a federal judge in New York agreed that the FBI files could be withheld by the agency and dismissed a Freedom of Information act case first filed in 2017. And look, I wish I could sit here and tell you that I'm confident that justice is on the way and all these people are going to be held accountable and everybody's going to be exposed. But that's not going to happen. Unfortunately, that's just not going to happen. And you see it right here with the FBI. If they have all this information and all of these details and all this evidence, why hasn't anybody else been arrested? Why hasn't anybody else been prosecuted? And unfortunately, up until now, there are no good answers to any of those questions. And unfortunately, I don't think any answers are coming anytime soon. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Keeping with the theme for the day, let's talk some more about Jeffrey Epstein's death. While he was in custody, the judge who was overseeing everything, he actually called the death of Jeffrey Epstein within the jail unthinkable, and he called for prison reform. Have we seen any of that prison reform, though? Have we seen any steps taken to fix what's going on here? Of course we haven't. It's all lip service. All of these elected officials who are in charge of administering the Federal Bureau of Prisons have a lot of answering to do. And it's not just people like me who are saying it. When you have a federal judge like Judge Berman coming out and saying the same exact thing, it's pretty damning for the Bureau of Prisons. But they, they don't care. They just can continue on the path they've been on, doing whatever they want, not fixing the obviously broken system. And we continue to have big time issues. But there is no way in hell that Jeffrey Epstein should ever have been left alone, should have ever been in a cell with Tartaglioni, and should have ever been able to take his own life. So let's see what Judge Berman has to say about this. This article was published by CNBC and this article was originally published in 2019. Headline, Judge in Jeffrey Epstein Case says Jail Death Was Unthinkable Calls for Prison Reform. Now, Remember, this is 2019, and this is a judge who has been dealing with the prison system obviously every day of his life. And he knows it's broken. He knows things aren't working right. He knows it's not being administered correctly, but he can't do anything. All he could do is call for investigations. And if the federal government doesn't go through with that, well, it's on them, right? This article was authored by Dan Mangan. The federal judge who oversaw Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking case says it's unthinkable that any jail inmate, let alone one with such a high profile as Epstein, would die in custody as the wealthy investor pedophile did this summer. And he's not wrong. If you're in prison or you're in jail, there should be at least a certain level of security. I mean, it can't be a free for all in there where inmates are, you know, running the asylum. What is this, El Salvador? Judge Berman also is calling Reforms to be carried out in the U. S. Prison system in light of Epstein's death in a Manhattan federal jail which authorities have ruled was a suicide by hanging. And again, they sure ruled that quickly, huh? Yeah, that is a hanging. Come on. What are you guys, crazy? There's no way. The most secure jail in the world. And Bill Barr told us that nobody could have gotten into this jail. Okay, sure. Berman, in a letter to the New York Times, said the indictment last week of two guards. Two guards there for allegedly covering up their failure to check on Epstein in his cell in the hours before he died Aug. 10 is not the full accounting to which Mr. Epstein's family, his alleged survivors and the public are entitled. 100%. Judge Berman was calling for the same things. I'm calling for more transparency. And how is it that these guards got off with a slap on the wrist? And it's not even just them I'm concerned with. What about their supervisor? Who is the supervising sergeant on duty at the time? And why hasn't that person been brought up and put under oath? Why haven't these two been put under oath? Furthermore, where are all of these people that were involved? Anyone hear anything about these people lately? Probably off enjoying their new dough on some island somewhere. It would be a tragic and costly missed opportunity for the Bureau of Prisons and the United States Attorney General William Barr to fail to undertake and to make public an in depth evaluation of prison conditions not only at MCC and to carry out appropriate reforms, wrote Berman, who serves in U. S. District Court in Manhattan. So again, relying on William Barr to fix this is like relying on a crack addict to keep an eye on your crack stash. It's not gonna happen. William Barr is honestly one of the most devious players on the stage. I remember when he was brought on by Trump and all of Trump's supporters were going batshit thinking that they had the right guy. Finally. Well, I told them then that this dude was no good. And I continue to believe that. Just another cog in the system, right? Just another Borg who's part of the hive mind. And furthermore, anyone who was involved with the Bush regime, I have serious questions about. We all agree that it is unthinkable that any detainee, let alone a high profile detainee like Mr. Epstein would die unnoticed at the Metropolitan Correctional center, wrote Berman in his letter to the Times. It is the job of the Bureau of Prisons to ensure the safety and security of federal inmates. Pretty basic stuff. Right now. They can't guarantee everybody's safety in lockup that's crazy. But somebody like Epstein, he shouldn't be left alone. He shouldn't be put in a cell with Tartaglioni. And I don't want to hear, oh, the video's gone. If something happens, berman added, there is that. There is the very least anecdotal evidence that chronic understaffing, subpar living conditions, violence, gang activity, racial tension and the prevalence of drugs and contraband are the norms in many of our prisons. Well, that's never going to change. You put a bunch of people who are up to no good in a confined space like that, and you're going to have people who want to fight. People are going to sell drugs and it's going to be its own society. Basically, all you can do is manage that and maintain it and make sure logistically, you're not putting inmates in harm's way if you can help it. These conditions are worsened by the absence of necessary services, including mental health and drug rehabilitation, not to mention adequate heat and hot water, he wrote. So you got a jail cell where things are bad. There is no denying that things at the MCC are horrible. These lockups are roach infested, rat infested dumps. But guess what? If you're messing around and you're in custody, this should be all the motivation you need to never come back. At least. Berman's office said the judge was unavailable to talk to CNBC on Tuesday about his letter. A spokeswoman for the Justice Department, which is headed by Barr, did not immediately respond to request for comment. Now we're going all the way back to 2009, folks. I mean, 2019, where this judge is basically demanding accountability and he's being ignored as well. Is Judge Burman a conspiracy theorist as well? That's my question to all of these blue check mark loud mouths running around like they know what they're talking about. Meanwhile, all of their publications are crashing, all of them are crying about how little money they're making. And I'm over here playing the world's smallest violin saying, you shouldn't have been lying to people forever. And remember, lies of omission are still lies. A Bureau of Prison spokeswoman declined to comment, but pointed to testimony that Bureau of Prisons Director Kathleen Hawk Sawyer gave last week to the Senate Judiciary Committee, which detailed the agency's efforts to address problems in the prison system. And that's worked out so well. Look at how many of those issues have been addressed, folks, in the three years since. Oh wait, none of them have been addressed. Oh, that's right, we still have inmates breaking out. We still have all kinds of chaos and bedlam and no accountability. Epstein, 66, was arrested in July on charges of trafficking dozens of underage girls from 2002 through 2005 so that he could sexually abuse them at his residences in Manhattan and Palm Beach. You know, the same places where all of his friends went to hang out. Guys like, you know, guys like George Stepanopoulos, people like Katie Couric, you know, all the loud mouths in the. In the journalism world who think they're better than you. Yeah, those folks. The case made international headlines due to Epstein's past friendships with Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton and Britain's Prince Andrew, Epstein's vast wealth, and a previous sex crimes case involving a minor girl in Florida, where He served just 13 months in jail beginning in 2008. It's been a travesty since day one, and people wonder why everyone's upset and demanding accountability here. Berman denied Epstein Bell following his most recent arrest, saying he represented a potential danger to new victims from what seemed to be his uncontrollable sexual fixation on young girls, as well as the flight risk that he posed days after that bell denial. On July 23, Epstein found semi unconscious on the floor of his cell at MCC with marks around his neck. He was briefly placed on suicide watch and then placed on psychological watch for several days. So we just previously talked about this in another episode about what happened in that jail cell without the footage. This is what. This is exactly what Judge Berman is talking about in this article. But within a week, he was restored to what was supposed to be routine monitoring, with other inmates being held in a special unit for prisoners who either are at risk from the general jail population or who pose a risk to others. Seems to me those type of oil and water there, right? You shouldn't have those people in the same unit. Different wing for people who are at risk. Federal prosecutors last week said that two MCC guards, Michael Thomas and Tova Noel, failed to conduct schedule headcounts on all inmates in that special housing unit or do other required rounds for up to eight hours before Epstein was found dead. Instead, prosecutors charged Thomas and Noel, browsed the Internet, strolled around the common area in the unit, and appeared to sleep for about two hours. Yeah, nothing shady there. No more investigations needed. We'll just drop the charges against them and let them take a plea agreement. The more I think about that, the more shady it becomes. In fact, this whole thing is as shady as anything has ever been, and we still have no answers. All we have is people out here in the legacy media doing everyone a disservice by not going hard in the paint against the people they should be going against. That means the people in power. Instead, they spend their time calling you conspiracy theorists and then they'll come and beg for you to give them five bucks a month or whatever to subscribe to their stupid ass rag where they're demeaning you. Sounds like a good business model to me. Don't you think those resources would be better spent trying to figure out what happened here during Jeffrey Epstein's death? Sure seems like the better way to spend your money and the better way to spend your resources.

Episode Summary
In this episode, Bobby Capucci examines the enduring mysteries around Jeffrey Epstein’s death in federal custody, scrutinizes the chronic lack of transparency and accountability from officials and institutions, and highlights Judge Richard Berman’s public calls for reform. The theme centers around the continued search for clarity and justice in the sprawling Epstein case—even years after his death and Ghislaine Maxwell’s conviction. Capucci pulls no punches as he dissects official narratives, media complicity, the failure to prosecute enablers, and the institutional obstacles faced by survivors seeking justice.
"Until the government and the DOJ is upfront and honest with people who are looking for answers...then the answers are going to continue to swirl and they have no one to blame but themselves about quote-unquote conspiracy theories." ([03:02])
"When you have questions, that doesn't make you a conspiracy theorist." ([09:40])
"How is it that Sarah Kellen Vickers isn't in a jail cell?...If it was you, you'd be prosecuted. You'd be underneath a prison by now." ([20:45])
"I do believe that he did have leverage on these guys...for whatever the intelligence aspect was from this, whoever he was being run by..." ([17:40])
"There were so many people involved, and it's remarkable that there was so much facilitation of this trafficking operation by many individuals." (via ABC News, quoted [21:45])
"The USVI got more money than the compensation fund paid out. How is that even possible? How is that okay?" ([33:00])
"We all agree that it is unthinkable that any detainee, let alone a high-profile detainee like Mr. Epstein, would die unnoticed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center..." – Judge Berman ([50:45], via Capucci quoting CNBC)
"I wish I could sit here and tell you that I'm confident that justice is on the way…but that's not going to happen." ([57:45])
On institutional inaction:
"Instead of justice, the hustle just continues." ([18:50])
On survivor frustration:
"It's a cycle where you'll sort of feel like you're moving through it and kind of putting it in the past, but then something new comes up and you feel a little bit of déjà vu..." – Annie Farmer ([39:45])
On media complicity:
"Lies of omission are still lies." ([53:47])
On the official suicide narrative:
"Dirty hot gahhhage and all you have to do is take a look at the OIG report into the death of Jeffrey Epstein and you see the kind of nonsense that took place..." ([31:25])
On the need for transparency:
"If you want to stop people from spreading misinformation or what you call conspiracy theories, then you’re going to have to give people real information." ([08:45])
Bobby Capucci’s tone is relentless and direct, marked by skepticism of officialdom, empathy for survivors, and deep frustration with both media and institutional evasions. He continuously demands facts, transparency, and accountability, refusing to let the subject slip into obscurity or be sanitized by corporate or governmental interests.
This episode is essential listening for anyone who wants a sharp, unvarnished wrap-up of the Epstein case’s enduring mysteries, especially regarding the failures and potential cover-ups that still obscure the truth.
