They're basically calling her a money grubber, somebody who's just looking for a payday. Now that's all fine and well to say, but you better have the receipts. Oh, I don't know. Virginia. Oh, I've never met her. Yeah, why are you sending Ghislaine Maxwell emails about her? Why is there a picture with your hand around her waist? With the brazenness at which they attempt to lie to us on a regular basis is unbelievable. And the fact that people still buy this bullshit is just beyond me. I don't know how anyone can look at this situation and not see Prince Andrew for the scoundrel ass mf he is. This dude is just disgusting. You have daughters, bro. What are you doing? How would you feel if the roles were reversed and this was your daughter? Is this what you would tell your lawyers? You want your lawyers to say about her? What's next? Doesn't seem to have an author's name here for this article, so I'm guessing it's a staff article. So there you are. Headline Prince Andrew asked U.S. judge to dismiss lawsuit Alleging sexual Abuse. Of course he does. And I get it, right? I wouldn't want to go to court either. If I was him, I'd be doing everything in the world I possibly could to make sure that I wasn't going to court either. Especially if I knew I did something wrong. And you know, he knows what's up. What do you think? He's sitting there. He has himself fooled. He might have some other people fooled, but he ain't fooling himself. He knows what he did. The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has asked a US Judge to dismiss Virginia Roberts civil lawsuit accusing him of sexually abusing her when she was 17. In a filing with the U.S. district Court in Manhattan on Friday, the Duke of York said the case should be dismissed because Roberts failed to state a claim warranting relief. Again, technicalities and loopholes, this is what they're trying to do. Their whole entire goal is to never be in front of a judge, never to answer any questions, never to give a deposition, and certainly never to go under oath. You've seen the way this moron was stumbling around his words with Emily Maitless, wearing kid gloves with him. Can you imagine if he was sitting down with a real interrogator? Somebody who didn't give a flyin f that he was a prince. Somebody who just wanted to extract answers. Yeah, that's gonna work out well. So of course his team of high profile, shit talking lawyers are gonna do everything they can to keep his repugnant ass away from anything like that. He also said that if dismissal were not granted, Robert should provide a more definitive statement of her allegations. I mean, what exactly is it that you want, Mr. Prince? You want a full accounting of what happened? Why don't we ask Maxwell Why don't we call Ghislaine Maxwell to the stand and see what she has to say? This guy is the biggest ninny in the history of the world. And every time I look at his dumb ass face and the stupid ass expressions on that dumb face, I want to vomit. This man is an absolute sore on the underbelly of the UK and an embarrassment. Oh, we have plenty of embarrassments here in America. Have you? No doubt. But this guy, oh, he's right up there with our best. An absolute piece of garbage. The document signed by lawyer Andrew Bretler said accusing a member of the world's best known royal family of serious misconduct has helped Roberts create a media frenzy online and in the traditional press. It is unfortunate but undeniable that sensationalism and innuendo have prevailed over the truth. What is the truth, Mr. Brettler? We've been trying to get to it forever. Now all of a sudden you come in and you're the arbiter of truth. I got news for you, Hollywood. Not this time around, pal. You're not intimidating nobody. Nobody's scared of you. I'm certainly not scared of any of you clowns. You people are the biggest kinds of bullies on earth. And the people that I can't stand the most to sit here and try and demean her the way you're doing it in the news is exactly what I expected. And that's why I did that whole entire two part episode about Marty Singer and Brettler and this whole entire law firm. This is their M.O. they think that this is the proper way to go about it. Because when you're dealing with Hollywood, this usually is the right way to go about it. But they're making a critical error this time. The ship is sailed. The days of victim blaming are over. Nobody's down with that now except for like some incels and some weirdos. Even people who a few years ago might have looked the other way are not anymore. Everyone's sickened by you, Joe Exotica of the Windsor family. And we're certainly all sickened by your lawyer's attempt here to demean Virginia. And if they thought that this was just gonna pass by the wayside without an absolute evisceration, they have not been paying attention. Roberts has initiated this baseless lawsuit against Joe Exotic of the Windsor family to achieve another payday at his expense and at the expense of those closest to him. Epstein's abuse of Roberts does not justify her public campaign against Prince Andrew. Hey, Brettler, what if it was your daughter? How about that buddy. Would that justify it then? You are an absolute clown, Brettler. Okay? Your whole law firm full of clowns. Do you do all of you drive together in one car and then pile out 11 deep dental and is that your entrance music? Going after somebody who has been through what this poor girl has been through and to try and demean her as a liar like this? There's no other way to go about it. You can't perform your job with a little more decency? Of course you can't. Rattlesnake ass. Serpent. MF. Lawyers for Roberts did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Roberts, 38, who is one of Epstein's most prominent accusers, sued Andrew for unspecified damages in August. And you know what the kicker is? Virginia wouldn't have to sue him for damages if the law enforcement would have just done their job from the get go. You know what kind of different conversation this all is? If law enforcement did their job, if they had some steel in their spine and they slapped him with Rico or her? With Rico. The same way they did with Keith Rainiery. The same way they did with R. Kelly.

Well, this just reinforces that, right? If he was sympathetic, don't you think he would have said to his lawyers, look, wear some gloves here, guys. Be. Be a little cautious. I don't want victim blaming going on. Defend me, but no. So it just goes to show you that he didn't care then, and he certainly doesn't care now. Just another piece of disinformation about how, you know, he cares so much. Oh, he wore. He's so worried about the survivors. No, he's not. Him or the royal family. They haven't done a thing. Lifted one single finger to try and help these survivors. Not one. Has the royal family made a donation to a human trafficking organization. Well, I mean, why would they do that, considering their family member is part of a human trafficking ring? Never mind the fact that he's hanging out with Nygaard or arms dealers or anyone else. But this is a real good guy. So if we're calling Virginia's character into question, then you better damn well believe that Prince Andrew, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, can count on getting dragged on this podcast on on a regular basis. Run home and tell that. A lawyer for Roberts told the Daily Telegraph the Duke's Newsnight interview, where he discussed the allegations, will form part of the case against him. Oh, yeah, that monstrosity of an interview. Fuck. A car crash. That's the Hindenburg, folks. That's the Titanic hitting an iceberg. This dumb moron gets gets up there drooling all over himself, looking the fool. Then he has the audacity to call somebody else a liar. Oh, okay. Sigrid McCawley was quoted in the paper saying, frankly, it was very helpful for us. I don't know who would have advised him to do that. It was a very wrong move on his part to expose himself in that way. Yeah, it was. Talk about a blunder. Big time blunder. And now his $2,000 an hour lawyers, well, they're here to pick up the pieces. Well, good luck. At a hearing last month, Brettler told the U.S. district Judge Lewis Kaplan, who oversees Roberts case, that he believed the settlement agreement absolves our client from any and all liability. David Boies, one of Robert's lawyers, has said he considered the agreement irrelevant to Robert's case. And I'm pretty sure that this document is irrelevant. I highly doubt it's going to prove to be a big boon for the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, but we'll have to see. The next hearing is scheduled for 3 November. Roberts was sued separately for $20 million on Thursday for allegedly defaming on Twitter and an artist who has said she brought women to Epstein but denied being a recruiter. So you brought women to Epstein as an adult, but you're not a recruiter, huh? Okay, sure, I guess. The artist Rena O Amon, or Amen, whatever, sued over tweets, including that she procured and partook in the abuse of minors. Amen called the tweets maliciously false and said Epstein also abused her. Epstein killed himself allegedly at age 66 in a Manhattan jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Here's an interesting question, and of course this is just me throwing it out there. I have no evidence of this. Pretty interesting that Rena has her lawsuit come right at the same time as Brettler and Marty Singer begin their full frontal assault of Virginia. Pretty odd how these timelines are meeting up, huh? Question is, what's going on there? Is that a coordinated attack? Again, I have no proof of that. Just a question. And when you're dealing with the people we're dealing with, all bets are off, folks. There's nothing that is off the table when you're talking about Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise or, or the remnants of it. And that is exactly what we're talking about. And Prince Andrew, you were part of it. You were there. And according to Virginia, not only were you there, you took part in the abuse. So no matter what your boy Bretler has to say, no matter how many people you can dig up to file lawsuits, it's not gonna be enough. Because at the end of the day, you know what matters? Not your technicalities, not your loopholes, and certainly not your $2,000 an hour lawyer. The truth matters. And when you get in front of that jury, then we'll see who's really the liar. The phone call occurred. Prince Andrew has a high profile Hollywood lawyer on tab to protect him. And according to Prince Andrew and his new lawyer, well, they weren't served properly. Now the judge, Judge Kaplan is not really looking to deal with any bullshit. It seems like in this case he already hammered them yesterday telling them that they were making this way more complicated than it needed to be and basically telling them that they're not going to be able to obfuscate here. They're going to have to come correct and they're going to have to provide some information to the court because these judges, I'm telling you right now, I am telling you, they do not like to feel disrespected. You want to talk about narcissism, you want to talk about narcissists, go ahead and look at the bench and the judges that sit on these benches, and not all of them. Right. You know, I don't deal in absolutes like other people. That's for the sith. But for me, you look at a lot of these judges, and they really, really wield a lot of power. I mean, even you looking like the family courts situation and, and how these judges wield extreme power over situations of children being moved from homes and this, that, the other thing, and there's really not a lot of oversight. So you start messing around with these judges and you think you're gonna pull a fast one on them because you're the Prince of England, well, you're really making a big mistake. Now, if you get in front of these judges and, you know, you give them their proper respect, then whatever's whatever. But I'm talking about if you just try and ignore what a judge is telling you, if you try and ignore a case that you've been summoned, you've received a summons to forget it, these judges are going to go ham on you. I believe the saying used to be, they'll go medieval on that ass. And Judge Kaplan doesn't seem like he's one to want to mess around with these technicalities and this bs, right? And why should he? There has been ample time for the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family to step up to the plate and do the right thing, but he continuously acts like the coward that he is, Hides, ducks behind mommy, and refuses to answer any questions whatsoever. So the talk going into this was that that might have been the strategy that he was going to employ. I told you all here I thought that was a bad idea. And obviously his legal team did as well, considering they employed Mr. Hollywood. So there's a quick recap of what went on on that phone call yesterday and what we talked about yesterday, I should say. And today we have an article from the sun, and I'm sure there'll be a couple of gold nuggets in here to help add a bit more context and to put a little bit more meat on the bone. So let's jump into this article from the US sun, and let's see what author Neema Kavanaugh has to say. Headline, face up. Prince Andrew could be forced to give evidence if he dodges Virginia Roberts rape claims, says Epstein, victim's lawyer. Let's put a caveat there, right? We're going to be talking about Lisa Bloom in this article. I know I could hear you all sighing and rolling your eyes from there. I agree. But when we're talking about this situation and we're talking about Prince Andrew. Again, every one of these articles will offer up a golden nugget or two. And as much as I dislike Lisa Bloom, a broken clock is right twice a day even. And what she's saying here is correct. So let's jump into this article and let's see what's what. Prince Andrew could be forced to give evidence if he continues to dodge and duck Virginia Roberts rape claims. The lawyer representing Jeffrey Epstein's survivors has said that's kind of a broad statement. Lisa Bloom is representing a few survivors, but to say she's representing the survivors is a bit of a stretch. Right. So when I think of lawyers representing survivors of Jeffrey Epstein, obviously we think about Bradley Edwards, David Boies, Sigrid McCauley, Spencer Kuvan. Right. We don't think about Lisa Bloom. It's not the first person that comes to mind. Right. So again, she is certainly a fame chaser, somebody that likes to insert her name, and somebody who you can almost guarantee is going to be looking to get the spotlight put on them for at least a few seconds in any one of these kinds of cases. Speaking on a BBC Radio 4 show this morning, lawyer Lisa Bloom said that a UK court could get involved if the Duke of York refuses to be questioned willingly. And that's a fact. Right. She's not lying about that. According to the treaty and the agreements between the United States and the uk, that is certainly a possibility. The UK courts most certainly could step in here and force Andrew into, you know, giving this deposition, speaking to the authorities and getting this whole entire thing underway. Again, the question is, just like in America, is there the willpower to go that far? And up until this point, unfortunately, the powers that be, well, they don't seem to have that kind of willpower. No one is above the law. She told today, we have legal cooperation agreement between the US and the uk. We have a system and a process. And especially when it comes to sexual assault cases, Ms. Roberts is entitled to her day in court. He's entitled to present all his defenses. You see, I think we're forgetting a lot about that part. Right. Prince Andrew should be looking at this as an opportunity to clear his name, an opportunity to come forward and say, hey, look, there's been a lot of confusion here. I had nothing to do with any of this. I wasn't part of this. And here's what I know about Jeffrey Epstein. But he can't do that, can he? Because he knows what he did. And a man who is Honest. A man who has integrity, a man who has a set of non negotiable life principles would never ever be caught dead doing what Prince Andrew is doing right now. I mean, if he was to go see Don Corleone, he'd get grabbed by the collar of his shirt, slapped in the face and told to act like a man. And that's the easy route. There are many ordinary cases every day where citizens of the UK are required to answer questions under oath and depositions in US cases and vice versa because we have a friendly agreement between the two countries. With that said, I need to digress a second here. And the lady who ran over that boy in England, the one who claimed diplomatic privilege and all of that shit, she should be extradited to England to face charges for reckless driving and manslaughter or whatever the equivalent is in England. This is a two way street, no pun intended. And we should honor our agreements in America as well. One of the things that really agitates me, one of the many things I should say that agitates me about the government here in America is they talk a big game, but they walk around like they're pigeon footed. Under the Hague Evidence Convention, English courts must assist U.S. courts to obtain oral and documentary evidence from a witness who is a resident in either England or Wales. Yeah, that's a good agreement, right? Look, I don't. I don't know how anyone in America could look at the UK or you know, England and not see are one of our greatest allies or somebody who we should cooperate with on every single level. Our ways of life are very, very similar. Of course there are some differences, but you could take a Brit and put them in America or an American and put them in Britain and they'll get along just fine for the most part, right? Of course there'll be cultural norms that have to be experienced and all of that, but my point is we're very much more alike than we are different. And that goes for probably most people in the world, if you really get down to it. Of course, the loudmouths, they'll always, you know, spotlight the differences, right? Because they don't want you to know that we're all the same. They want you to think that everybody's your enemy, everybody's the fucking boogeyman and all of that nonsense. But we know as citizens, especially now, citizens who are in the public square using the Internet, who coordinate and speak with each other on a regular basis, there's no, you know, drape over the rest of the world anymore. We all understand who everybody is and we all know that we have more in common than we have different. And it's only a handful of agitators around the world that continue to try and stir shit up. Asked who could force the Prince to sit in a US court to face the allegations, Ms. Bloom said, it would be a UK court that would enforce it. Just as in my country, if a witness is needed for a case in England, they are required to cooperate. That is absolutely true. There are severe penalties if you don't cooperate. Look, if you're subpoenaed by your court, especially in your home country, and you don't show up, you're going to be held in contempt. You're going to be held, they're going to have all kinds of charges for you. Once again, these feudal lords that we call judges that don't like to be screwed with. And you know, people talk about, oh, I'm scared of the cops, man, I'm scared of judges. That's who I fear the most. And it's a shame because we shouldn't fear anybody as citizens, right? No federal or government official, they work for us. But we have seemed to forgotten that. So these judges, they hold great power over your life and over your well being even. And if you find yourself in front of one of them, you better hope that they're having a good day. She added, you have to jump through some hoops, you have to submit some paperwork and affidavits and so forth. But eventually witnesses and people who are sued need to comply. It comes after a US judge slammed Prince Andrew's lawyer for wasting time after he argued that the case should be dismissed. Yeah, that's probably the result you're going to get if you show up into a judge's courtroom after you've been avoiding shit for so long and talk about, ah, well, this should be a. This should just be ejected out of the court courtroom. We shouldn't even try this case. Judge Kaplan's sitting there like, bro, what are you talking about? I was supposed to be playing golf right now and instead I'm sitting here dealing with your dumbass. Nah. No more technicalities, no more loopholes. Let's get the ball rolling. The Duke of York's hotshot Hollywood lawyer branded it baseless during a 30 minute telephone pre trial hearing on Monday. Funny that Andrew Brettler, by the way, worked for the Southern District of New York, used to be one of the SDNY cats. So he knows what's going on over there. And again, what do I always tell you guys? It's about the influence that you're paying for, not the courtroom behavior. Not. It's like the old days, you know, you watch a movie where the lawyer shows up and he's battering people, right? Well, my cousin Vinnie isn't showing up here, folks. A super lawyer, Andrew Bretler, told the federal court in New York that it was non viable and potentially an unlawful case. And this guy is a super lawyer, there's no doubt about that. He has all sorts of accolades and won all kinds of awards in Hollywood. You know, another one of these big deal hotshot lawyers that you or I would never be able to afford. A lawyer that would never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever take one of our cases pro bono. And you know what the funny thing is? Guess who he clerked for? Remember Richard Berman? Yeah, you remember Judge Berman, right? The Honorable Richard berman of the U.S. district Court of the Southern District of New York. Yeah. Well, this lawyer, Mr. Brettler, he was his clerk. So again, you know, the circle of buddies, they're all friends. They're all, you know, hanging out with each other. They've all worked with each other before. The game's rigged, folks. And unless you pursue your case in

very passionate and aggressive manner, you'll be lucky to ever get some justice in this country. You know, these guys are all running around with each other at, you know, the golf courses and, you know, these parties they go to and all of that jazz. It's like wrestling, right? They act like they dislike each other, then behind the scenes are all boys. He added, he believed in 2009 settlements signed by his accuser with Pedophile Epstein released the Duke and others from any and all potential liability. The judge said, you have a pretty high degree of certainty that he can be served sooner than later. Let's cut out all the technicalities and get to the substance. So basically the judge told them. Right. Judge Kaplan is telling them, stop the bullshit, accept this, this served summons and bring your ass to court. Let's get cracking. Judge Lewis Kaplan ordered a week long delay on proceedings on Monday. So there's another little tidbit. We didn't have that tidbit yesterday in the article that we read. I don't believe. So we have a delay for one week and they're gonna have to come correct in that week, meaning the, the, the team for Andrew is gonna have to bring something to the table. Them showing up and saying, oh, this isn't legit is not going to work. It will allow Virginia Roberts lawyers to make any request to the court for help serving the lawsuit. However, Ms. Bloom suggested that the case is likely to go ahead despite the Prince's lawyer contesting the lawsuit 100%. He can contest it until the cows come home. But if the court feels that it's necessary and the court wants to proceed, that is exactly what's going to happen. Mr. Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. And no amount of royal blood is going to stop that train from leaving the station. Mr. Brettler last night said that Andrew was not properly served with a lawsuit rendering it null and void. Ms. Roberts lawyers insist the royal has been served court papers in accordance with English and international law and according to the parameters. It would certainly seem as that would be the case, right, that the, the process server served this correctly and things should get moving in the right direction. They say a copy of the summons was left with police at the gate of Windsor Royal Lodge on August 27th. However, Andrew's team say correct procedure wasn't followed as the paper should be served through a British court official. And you see what they do here, right? They love to play this game of technicalities. And I know I talk about it a lot, but it's a big, big sticking point here, folks, when we're talking about these people and the behavior they're engaging in. The technicalities are the lifeblood of the ruling class. It is how they are able to move without ever being smacked in the ass when it comes to their crimes or their missteps or their financial malfeasance. Meanwhile, they continuously add laws for you and I and the Biden administration's taping, taking it a step further even and becoming extremely, extremely oppressive when it comes to financials. Gonna talk a little bit more about that over on the other podcast, beyond the Horizon. But they. It's terrifying. Honestly, it's terrifying. Manhattan Federal Court Judge Lewis Kaplan tonight gave Ms. Roberts legal team another week to serve the Prince 61 with the papers. Mr. Roberts claims she was trafficked by Andrew's former friend and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to have sex with the prince. So got this extra week. The judge is telling them don't fuck around is what he. This is basically what Kaplan told Andrew's people. One week. Accept these fucking papers or there's gonna be hell to pay. Basically is what the judge is telling them.

American prosecutors have alleged that the Prince has been unhelpful in their investigation into the Epstein case. The district's former U.S. attorney, Jeffrey Berman had declared in a statement that the Royal provided zero cooperation. And he hasn't provided any cooperation. Right. We don't need Berman to tell us that. We know this dude hasn't provided any cooperation. We know Oldboy hasn't said a goddamn thing to the authorities. And we know he continues to run, duck and dodge like Rip Tornage throwing wrenches at him. Don't you all find this absurd? You got. I'm reading articles of people who got who are getting busted for unemployment fraud for two or three thousand dollars. And now you got people like Prince Andrew still skirting the law. You got the Core four not in prison. You got Indyke and Khan running free. And that's just the beginnings of what's going on out there. Our justice system is absolutely fucked. The priorities are fucked up. The way that they manage things are messed up. And the whole entire situation is nothing more than a dumpster fire. When you look at what's going on with this prosecution, it just makes me shake my head when you compare it to Raynery or R. Kelly. Now don't get me wrong, Maxwell. Looking at 80 years is certainly a good sign and a good thing. But if they would have just went the RICO route, all of this would have been avoided because Prince Andrew would have been under that umbrella of rico, considering his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. But the real sticking point would be the money that was sent to Fergie, that my friends would envelope the both of them under a RICO umbrella and things would be a lot hotter for the prince. Instead, Virginia still has to jump through all of these hoops, has to jump through all of these pitfalls and avoid a game of technicalities and loopholes. Earlier today, Judge Kaplan made a ruling and Prince Andrew is going to have to face these accusations brought against him because by Virginia Roberts in a court of law. Now, he's been trying to get these dismissed for quite some time and he has attempted to use loopholes and technicalities to get it tossed. Thankfully, Judge Kaplan is not having it and Prince Andrew is going to have to answer these accusations in a court of law. Now, of course, this is not a criminal case, right? So it's not like he's going to go to prison because of this, but at the very least, he's being held responsible in some aspect of justice here as opposed to him just sliding underneath the radar and never being held to account. At the very least, the spotlight's being put on him and people who might not have been aware of what was going on are going to become aware of what's going on very quickly. Just like with Epstein and then the Maxwell trial. How many folks out there had no idea what was really going on with these two? I'm guessing a lot of people and I'm guessing a lot of people that found their way to this podcast. I've got a lot of Emails from a lot of listeners who really had no idea the true scope of what was going on here. You know, they heard the rumors and the innuendo. And then of course, some of the more batshit crazy conspiracy theory stuff and you know, that drives people away. They're like, oh, the whole thing's a conspiracy theory. But then they start to get some real information about what went on here, information backed up with sources from the media, such as I do, or with court documentation or whatever. And people start to realize that this was never a conspiracy theory. This was a criminal conspiracy from the very beginning. And somebody like Prince Andrew, of his status, of his wealth, of his power, being involved with someone like Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. It would seem absurd to people who are not following something like this closely, but the reality of the situation is the reality of life. These so called elites, it seems like all of them are wired incorrectly and that all of them are effed up. Once you get a certain amount of money, you automatically become some kind of robber baron, it would seem. Now, when I talk about the rich, I'm not talking about people that are making, you know, a couple of million dollars or anything like that. I'm talking about generational wealth, the kind of wealth you see with these hedge fund type people, with the Maxwell's of the world. Those are the uber elite, the super elite, not what I call the working rich. The working rich are the people who might have accumulated a few million dollars throughout their years of working, but they're not part of the party either. And they're not invited up to the top floor, no more than you or I are welcome. So when I talk about the rich, I'm talking about, you know, the Trumpian class of rich. The billions, when you have that B after your name, even the hundreds of millions, right? These people are, they're all wired funny and then they'll get up there and they'll talk about, oh, I give to this charity or I give to that charity, and then you hear two weeks later that they were involved in a trafficking ring or they were involved in Nexium or whatever it is. The, the truth of the matter is that these people, the so called elite, the robber barons, the people in the financial sector, they don't care about any of us. And if you think someone like Prince Andrew cares about, you know, the most vulnerable amongst us, or the poor or the downtrodden, he doesn't care. All he cares about is enriching himself, increasing his wealth and continuing to, you know, climb that social ladder that all of them are trying to climb. And if anybody thought he was ever gonna take responsibility, what he did here, I mean for what he did here of his own accord, you weren't paying attention.

i saw someone post earlier on Twitter talking about how it's time for Prince Andrew to hire some lawyers that are going to try and ruin Virginia Roberts. Breaking news, dumbass. He's already done that. What do you think Brettler is? What do you think Marty Singer in the firm that they work at and that Marty Singer owns, does they specialize in this? I uploaded two episodes. One about both about Marty Singer. Excuse me, and Prince Andrew and episode one and two. Episode one will be uploaded at 8:30 and then episode two will come after that. But it's a look back episode of when Prince Andrew first announced that he was hiring Brettler and what my response to it all was. I knew exactly what the strategy was going to be then because that's the kind of lawyers that these dudes are. So there's so many people who have no idea about this case but who like to interject themselves into it. It's so beyond odd to me. Like if you don't know about something, why are you popping off about it? You know, one thing I've Learned in my 41 years on this planet is that I don't know anything. Barely know my name at half the time, never mind, you know, thinking I know everything about everything. But Prince Andrew hiring these lawyers signaled right away what his strategy was going to be. And this ruling today from Judge Kaplan is also signaling that this strategy might not be the best one for him and might not be the way to victory. In fact, honestly, I don't think there is a way to victory for this dude. I think that he's going to have to pay up Civilly here, there's going to be a judgment against him one way or the other. If it ever comes down to if he ever pays it, that's a whole nother matter. But I think the judgment eventually is going to go against him. And as far as criminally speaking, I highly doubt it. But this is, this signals bad news for his civil case here with Judge Kaplan already basically saying, look, this, this getting off on the technicality stuff isn't going to work. You're gonna have to prove it in the court of law and prove the merits of what you're saying here. So let's jump into this article from CNN and let's see what Eric Levinson and Lauren D. Valley have to say. Headline Judge Rules Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Prince Andrew can move ahead. A federal judge in New York on Wednesday denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit against Prince Andrew filed by Virginia Roberts who alleges she was sexually trafficked to the Royal when she was underage. Now all of this alleges and this, that the other thing, that's fine. And well, when we're talking about the situation with Andrew, nothing has been proved. It hasn't been proved in court, right? So of course it's alleged. But when we talk about Jeffrey Epstein, I don't know why they still say one of his accusers. Pretty obvious that Jeffrey Epstein did what these girls are saying to them. It's pretty obvious he did it or the estate wouldn't pay out all that money, he wouldn't have gotten arrested the second time, Maxwell wouldn't be indicted. You pick up what I'm putting down here folks. So there's no alleged when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Come on, that's ridiculous. Ms. Roberts complaint is neither unintelligible nor vague nor ambiguous. Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote in the ruling, it alleges discrete incidents of sexual abuse in particular circumstances at three identifiable locations. It identifies to whom it attributes that sexual abuse. So basically Kaplan is saying there is grounds here, there is grounds here. She is saying that the exact spots where it took place, she's saying that the, the locations are identifiable and she's identifying whom it happened with. So I don't know how anyone who's looking at this from a non biased view like a judge should be could say, ah, yeah, I'm gonna dismiss this. There's nothing there. And the fact that Andrew's $2,000 an hour lawyers thought that this strategy was gonna work is in. It's just crazy to me. It is just crazy to me that they can't re Re read the temperature of the room at this point. Still, Roberts alleged in the lawsuit that the late financier. The late financier, that it's, that's what they're still calling this guy, the late financier. But if it was one of their political opponents, they'd be calling him, you know, himler or some other crazy insert name here. You see what they do, folks? They pick and choose what they want to pour down your throat and they act like attacking their political opponents is more important than, you know, naming Jeffrey Epstein for what he is, the late financier. What are you going to offend Jeffrey Epstein? What's he going to come back from the dead and sue you? Let's just call the guy what he is, okay? A pedophile, a human trafficker, a piece of trash. You know, all of that works. Trafficked her and forced her to have sex with his friends, including the Princess, and that Andrew was aware she was underage, 17 in the US at the time. She alleges the prince sexually abused her at Epstein's private island in the U.S. virgin Islands, at his mansion in Manhattan, and at his former girlfriend, co conspirator, fellow human trafficker, general all around scuzz bag and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell's home in London. Prince Andrew has denied the allegations and had moved and had moved to dismiss the suit. CNN has reached out to his attorneys for further comment. You know they're not gonna comment. They have nothing to say. They don't want to say anything because they know the deal. What can they possibly say at this point that is going to help their cause? Everything they say they've said in the courtroom already. And it's not good. They're not, they're not out here to try and win the PR battle anymore. It's a hatchet job. That's why Brettler was hired. The ruling sets up a dramatic series of legal proceedings for Queen Elizabeth II's third child that could have major ramifications for Buckingham Palace. The long running allegations against Andrew, 61 have already dramatically tarnished his public standing and he stepped back from royal duties in late 2019. Or did he? They gave that perception, but it sure seems to me like he was still, you know, hanging out around Balmoral, hanging out with mom. What did he really have taken from him? Some of those patronages still can come up with enough money to spend two grand an hour for lawyers, right? Oh, yeah, I know, I know. Mom's not paying for that, right? Stop it. You know that the Queen is paying for his legal fees one way or the other. And you know that if there was a settlement here, she'd be paying for that as well. Andrew has until July 14th to potentially answer questions about the case under oath following a ruling made by Kaplan last year. If the case is not settled, Prince Andrew could face a trial date between September and December of 2022. So obviously not anytime soon, soon, but it is on the horizon. And you know it's going to be keeping Uncle Touchy up at night, sweating, even though he says he can't. This guy is really dug himself a hole, hasn't he? Going on to that Emily Maitlis interview was one of the worst decisions of this man's life. Well, besides, you know, hanging out with Epstein and abusing trafficked girls. But going on to Emily Maitlis show just made it so much worse for him because he can't even fall back on the I don't knows anymore or anything like that, because he was completely exposed in that interview. And anyone who watches it can tell the dude's lyin. It's not like he's up there being truthful with anybody providing receipts pointing to this or that to say, hey, look, I'm innocent. You can talk to so and so. Has he ever done any of that? And you would think that if Buckingham palace had evidence that would help exonerate him, they would bring it forward. I'm guessing none of that exists because when he was going to hang out with Epstein, I'm sure it was a wink, wink, nudge, nudge to whatever the security detail is to. You know, how about we keep this one off the books, boys? Let's keep this one off the record. Now, do I have evidence of that? No. But you don't think that happens? You don't think these guys are buddy, buddy with the prince? You don't think his security detail wants to be boys with the prince? Of course they do. Buckingham palace declined comments saying we would not comment on what is an ongoing legal matter. And that's been their approach pretty much throughout this whole thing, to not comment. But you would think that they'd come out and they'd show empathy towards the survivors, but they don't really care about that. It's all about protecting the firm, making sure the monarchy is protected, making sure the Queen isn't tarnished. Who cares about the girls that were abused by Jeffrey Epstein's BFFs? I mean, by Prince Andrew's BFFs. I mean, it's absurd, right? You would think that the monarchy, the queen, they'd be coming forward and they'd be saying, look, we have a lot of empathy for what happened to these girls. We're gonna let this legal process play out. And, you know, we want everyone to understand that, you know something. But no, it's, oh, we have no idea. No comment. It's crazy. You people represent England and that's the best you can do, huh? Robert's attorney, Sigrid McCauley said the judge's ruling is another important step in Virginia's heroic and determined pursuit of justice. And as a survivor of sex trafficking. The civil suit stems from the sprawling and disturbing allegations against Epstein, the wealthy sex offender pedophile who befriended a series of powerful men despite a sketchy history. A group of powerful women as well. Let's not forget all of those powerful women that were around Jeffrey Epstein as well.

remember folks, these everyone's a gray character, men and women alike. And Jeffrey Epstein sure had his collection of both, didn't he? Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 to state prostitution charges and July 2019 was indicted on federal sex trafficking charges. Prosecutors accused him of carrying out a decades long scheme of sexual abuse of underage girls, flying them on private planes to his properties in Florida, New York, New Mexico and the US Virgin Islands. He died by suicide, allegedly in prison before he could face trial. And it wasn't just him, obviously, right? How about those pilots that were flying all those girls around? They just get carte blanche. They just get off because they go and give a few words at the trial. I want did they get an agreement? What kind of agreement did they get? Did they get clemency? Did they get immunity for their testimony? Or did they just do it out of the kindness of their souls? Where were they after the first arrest? So what about all of the other people that were involved here? You know, you have sex trafficking and Epstein wasn't flying the plane, right? So everybody who was involved needs to be caught up in this net. Maxwell, his former girlfriend, a co conspirator, general all around scuzz bag and human trafficker, was arrested in 2020 and accused of facilitating the abuse scheme. A federal jury convicted her in December on five federal counts, including sex trafficking, a minor and conspiracy. Roberts was not one of the four women who testified Maxwell's trial that they had been abused. Still, she was mentioned in the trial when Carolyn, one of the survivors, testified that Roberts had recruited her to become to come to Epstein's home in Palm Beach, Florida. So again, I don't know how Virginia wasn't called at this trial. I don't know how some of the other survivors weren't called at this trial, but hopefully at the sentencing portion they will be called for those witness impact statements. Kaplan's ruling Wednesday allowed the lawsuit to continue, but he did not determine the facts or validity of the case. So he's letting it continue, meaning he wants to see more. He didn't determine one way or the other what's true or what's not true yet, but there is enough there for him to want to see more and to get this ball rolling. The prince's attorneys had argued that Robert's lawsuit violated the terms of her 2009 settlement agreement with Epstein and Florida Florida, in which she agreed to a general release of claims against Epstein and others. That settlement, which was released to the public last week, shows that Epstein paid Roberts $500,000 to drop the case without any admission of liability or fault. The prince's name does not explicitly appear as a party, so again, very vague. It goes against everything that Andrew was saying previously. So I'm glad that Kaplan recognized it as the BS that it is. However, Robert's attorney, David Boies, argued the settlement is irrelevant to her claims against the prince, noting Andrew did not know about it at the time and it didn't apply to him. In the ruling, Kaplan wrote that both sides put forth reasonable interpretations of the settlement's meaning. So what that means is he wants to see more. He wants both sides to argue in front of him their case so he can get to the bottom of it. That's basically what Judge Kaplan is saying here. The agreement therefore, is ambiguous. Accordingly, the determination of the meaning of the release language in the 2009 agreement must await further proceedings, he wrote. Roberts brought her case under the Child Victims Act, a New York State law enacted in 2019 that temporarily expanded the statute of limitations and Child Sex abuse cases to give survivors more opportunities to seek justice. Prince Andrew's attorneys argued that the law is unconstitutional, but the judge rejected the argument, citing another judge's analysis that this line of argument was creative but without merit. So again, loopholes and technicalities. Oh, the law is wrong. Oh, the law is unconstitutional. Not that I'm gonna defend myself with evidence at trial. None of that. What Roberts alleges. In claims made prior to filing her lawsuit, Roberts alleged that in 2001, Epstein brought her to London, where she was introduced to Prince Andrew and went dancing at a nightclub with Epstein, Maxwell and the Prince. In a BBC interview broadcast in 2019, Roberts said she had been taken to the Tramp nightclub, where Roberts alleged Andrew asked her to dance and was sweating all over me. And now, you know, Andrew says he can't sweat. He, you know, he's not a sweater. He has a condition that makes it so he can't sweat. Who's ever heard of something so absurd? I know there's cases out there, right? But all of a sudden, Andrew's one of these people as well, right? He hits the lottery for genetics as far as being born a royal, and he just happens to have this condition too, huh? The only one in the family with it. After Andrew has denied the claims, telling the BBC in 2019, it didn't happen, I can absolutely, categorically tell you it never happened. I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady. None whatsoever. Yeah, see how the story has changed, huh? Now it's. Wait, it's unconstitutional. Wait, wait a minute. Hold on a minute. I had no idea. Here I'm protected. Oh, it's not that I don't know her. Because now at the trial when he goes under oath, is he going to say the same thing? He claimed in that same interview that he could not sweat due to a rare medical condition and that on the night he is alleged to have had sex, assaulted. You mean with Roberts. He was in fact taking his daughter to a party at a Pizza Express restaurant in Woking, southwest of London. Imagine all of these scumbags using their kids and their families as some kind of alibi or a crutch. Oh, I was taking my daughter to get pizza. Meanwhile, he's out molesting people and abusing people. Absolutely disgusting. Robert's lawyers asked Andrew in court filings to provide documents proving both of those claims. Andrew's team responded that he was unable to do so because he has no documents proving a medical condition that prevents sweating and could not identify anyone he encountered at the Peach restaurant. Now remember, he's super famous, right? If you were at the pizza restaurant that night, you would remember. If you know the Queen's son was there, it would be like us going to a pizza shop, I don't know, a Pizza Hut. And the Obamas are hanging out. You're gonna remember that. You mean to tell me not one person remembers you at this party? You can't get one person to corroborate your story, huh? Oh yeah. We should all just believe you though. There should never be a trial here. You should never be deposed. Not you, Prince Andrew. Give me a break already. And thankfully, finally, after all this time, that's gonna change. And it looks like this dude's going to have to sit down under oath and answer questions. And we all know how well Andrew does when he's being interviewed.
