Hello everyone and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host Bobby Capuchi and this is a morning update. Hey, what's going on everybody? So the Leon Black situation continues to escalate. Now we've already talked about how he has stepped down and how there was a boardroom blow up between him and one of the co founders of Apollo Global, Joshua Harris. And all of that hinged on Leon Black's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and the fact that he was not being truthful about how much money he gave to Jeffrey Epstein, how much money he supposedly paid to Jeffrey Epstein. And he certainly wasn't being truthful about the extent of their relationship and that has now been put on blast. The fact that he was being dishonest about his relationship with Epstein from the very beginning has led him to the point where he is now no longer the CEO of Apollo Global. Now he is still chairman of the board. Right. But the question is for how much longer? And in my estimation, it can't be for much longer. I would think that Leon Black is going to be completely forced out in the foreseeable future by partner Joshua Harris. And as more information becomes available about Leon Black and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, I think that you're going to see the pressure just ramp up and eventually he's going to just be way too toxic to be kept around in any capacity. Sam is like Les Wexner. So I would expect to see Leon Black completely out of the picture at Apollo much sooner than later. Because again, let's remember folks, this isn't about friendships. This isn't about being buddy buddy when we're talking about these sorts of financial institutions. It's about increasing the wealth for their investors and increasing the wealth for those who work for the company. That is their one and only goal. They don't care about morality. They don't care about doing things the right way. They don't care about doing things on the up and up. They care about making money. Point blank, period. And these hedge funds and these financial institutions, they are the last group of people that anyone should ever think cares about them because they do not. You know, from your own personal relationships, how people get funny over money. Now imagine that on our grand scale and imagine all of the backstabbing, conniving, stealing and straight up scumbaggery going on on a daily basis. It's enough to make your head spin. Honestly. You know, we were talking about Leon Black and I said there's no way that Leon Black gave Jeffrey, gave Jeffrey Epstein all of that money for his advice. Zero chance. Now what was that money given to Jeffrey Epstein for? I'm not sure. We don't have anything to lead us one way or the other right now, not even anything circumstantially. But there are big questions, folks. And the article we're going to read this morning from Bloomberg is at. And Bloomberg is asking one of those very same questions that I've been asking. How could Jeffrey Epstein mislead somebody like Leon Black so easily? It just does not make sense. Now, I'm sure most of you have dealt with people like Leon Black in your life. Maybe not as rich, but people that are very powerful, very much a narcissist, and the type of person that would never cede even one little bit of power on their own. Now think about the person that you've met like that in your life or you've worked with and then multiply that by about 5,000. And that's the kind of person Leon Black is. So you mean to tell me that somebody like Jeffrey Epstein was able to lead Leon Black around by the nose to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars and Leon Black was none the wiser, didn't do any legwork on who Jeffrey Epstein was or what he was about, huh? That's what you would have us believe? I'm sorry, but I do not believe that. And neither does Timothy L. O', Brien, who is the author of our article today from bloomberg.com headline could Jeffrey Epstein have played Leon Black so easily. Timothy L. O', Brien, author Leon Black and others close to him apparently had ready advice for anyone weighing financial guidance from the late Jeffrey Epstein. Part of the challenge of working with Epstein was separating the good ideas from the bad ones. Here's a tip, okay? Hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein and taking advice from him was an absolutely terrible idea. And then lying about the extent of that advice and the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein just compounded your terrible idea. That might not have been the only challenge, of course. Epstein, who hanged himself in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019, allegedly after being charged with sex trafficking, had a sordid personal history that included prison time for soliciting prostitution from a minor. Imagine you're Leon Black and Jeffrey Epstein comes into your life, however that may occur. And now you know that he has. He's already been to prison for solicitation for prostitution of a minor. Now, there's a lot there, right? First of all, how can a minor be a prostitute? Second of all, how can Leon Black, look at that charge, shrug his shoulders and say, ah, you know what? This guy rehabilitated himself, right, for his four hours a day in prison. Yeah, you know, he did a. He really, really, really worked on himself while he was leaving jail to stockade every day to continue to abuse girls. So Leon Black would want us, wants us to believe, folks, okay, you and me and everybody else out there, that he had no idea that he's just a doddering old fool and he was led astray by an evil, bad man, Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, everybody in the world knew what Jeffrey Epstein was at this point. But according to Leon Black, one of the richest, most successful hedge funders ever, he had no idea. Along the way, he settled, fended off, or never faced justice for other charges involving horrific sexual abuse and rape with powerless girls, teenagers and young women as the common denominator. So all of that was occurring. All of that had occurred. There were rumors, there was jail time. There were countless numbers of girls who had come forward and spoken about what Jeffrey Epstein had done. And yet Leon Black felt it would be appropriate to be in business with Jeffrey. Epstein felt it would be appropriate to give him the keys to the castle, just like Les Wexner. And these are supposed to be some of the smartest people on Wall street, huh? It's no wonder that the financial world is in shambles. His personal reading list was stocked with such titles as SM101, A Realistic Introduction, Slave Craft, Roadmaps for Erotic Servitude, and training with Ms. Abernathy a workbook for erotic slaves and their owners. He also made a living as a financial advisor. You know what? I don't even like that term anymore. I'm not even going to call him a financial advisor. I'm going to call him a financial grifter because that's what he was. What was he advising financially for these people to do? I mean, give me a break. Somebody like Leon Black, who has over $440 billion of other people's money that he is in charge of investing, is going to Jeffrey Epstein for financial advice. How could anybody be confident having their money parked with Apollo Global? I mean, are you kidding me right now? Jeffrey Epstein, that was the engine that was making the train go up the hill behind the scenes. Are you kidding me right now? That's what you would have us believe. I'm sorry, but I do not believe that the Coney island hot dog vendor was that smart and was that quick financially that people like Leon Black had to have his services. Black, who stepped down this week as chief executive of the private equity juggernaut he co founded a Apollo Global Management Incorporated, was one of Epstein's clients. Yeah, one of, you know, a few clients that we know about, right? Les Wexner, Leon Black, labet Johnson and you know, that's pretty much it. Now, I'm sure that there were plenty of other people who were involved with Jeffrey Epstein one way or the other that still have not been brought to the forefront. But we know that there are some heavy hitters that were involved with Epstein and we know that there are some very powerful people who brought Jeffrey Epstein directly into their confidence and directly gave him access to not only their wealth, but the means to use that access and that wealth to abuse women and girls.

It's indisputable at this point. He gave up his title after an internal power struggle erupted following the firm's inquiry into his relationship with Epstein. Now remember that that blow up inside of the boardroom is highly significant. That's not something that happens very often and, well, it doesn't happen very often and we hear about it. These kind of things are kept very close to the chest because the last thing anyone wants is there to be instability within the fund. They don't want investors getting spooked and bouncing right. They want people to stick around, invest their money, and feel comfortable knowing that there's stability in the long term. But now you have the Jeffrey Epstein situation hanging over Leon Black and these reports that Joshua Harris and,
Bobby Capucci
and, and
Narrator/Commentator
Mr. Black had themselves a bit of a blow up in the boardroom. And seems like Joshua Harris had a go at Leon Black. That's certainly what it seems like. Reading in between the lines here,

board of directors commissioned an outside law firm to examine the matter and they found that Black hadn't participated in any of Epstein's crimes, but had paid him $158 million for financial machinations that saved at least $1 billion and maybe more than $2 billion in personal tax payments. So I can only imagine what sort of maneuvering and backwards ass financial scumbaggery Jeffrey Epstein was on to get these tax breaks. I think that Leon Black should have a full audit placed on him. And I think that every single one of his financial transactions should be brought to light and looked at because it's obvious that he was really, really, really in bed with Epstein. It's obvious that he was pumping big time into Epstein's bank accounts. What isn't obvious, however, is the reasoning behind any of that. We don't know why he was doing this. Oh, for charity, for his advice. Must be some really good advice, huh? Or was it for something else entirely? Again, we don't know. And that's where we're at. That's, that's the task that we find ourselves with right now trying to figure out what exactly Leon Black's role ultimately was in all of this. Was he a bag man? Was there other things going on? We just don't know. What we do know, though, is that Leon Black has not been truthful. He has not been honest. And the extent of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein is much deeper than he ever let on. There is no disputing that. It's just like the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. If you had nothing to hide, then why are you lying and being deceitful and playing the fool from the very beginning? If these people would have just come out and met this head on, they would have done themselves a lot more of a service. Than trying to hide, trying to obfuscate, trying to act like they don't even know these people or that these relationships weren't as solid as they really were. Because eventually that's all going to come out, right? That's not the kind of stuff that can be hidden forever. Especially when these people start falling off, when they're not as powerful as they once were. And people who might have been scared to speak out of line or speak out of turn or are now willing to spill the tea and talk about these people. And once they start losing power, you see a lot more of that. Paying $158 million to save at least 1 billion seems like a pretty good deal, right? It wasn't enough for Black. He also thought Epstein's $158 million fee could be deducted in its entirety on his tax returns. So, so basically what that's saying is that not only did he have Jeffrey Epstein on retainer to do whatever it is Jeffrey Epstein was doing, he then brazenly, and shoving it in everybody else's face, writes off Jeffrey Epstein's services on his tax returns. So again, if you think this man is above money laundering or above backwards ass deals or sideways ass smarmy ass deals, think again. Just because people are rich like this guy doesn't mean that they stop being greedy. In fact, it seems like the greed only increases and we see that time and time and time again. These dudes don't know when enough is enough. And then eventually the greed gets the best of them and, and they get caught. Hopefully that's what happens with Leon Black. And I really hope beyond hope, that a full forensic financial investigation is underway. Neat trick. Pay someone a boatload to save you a fortune in taxes and then stick Uncle Sam with the bill. But Black believed he could squeeze out that extra 158 million because Epstein told him so. As it turned out, he couldn't. Somebody wasn't able to separate Epstein's good ideas from his bad ones. So this guy has all of this money, all of this power, all of this wealth, has built this huge powerful ass company. And then on the advice of bitch ass Jeffrey Epstein thinks that he's going to write off the $158 million supposed fee paid to Epstein. You don't run that by your in house lawyer. You don't run that by your Tom Hagen, your personal Tom Hagen. You don't run that by the law firm that's employed by the company or the legal counsel employed by the company. You just go ahead and go with it. What did your accountant have to say about that? I'm pretty sure that Leon Black isn't sitting around on TurboTax filing his own taxes. Okay, so again, I ask you, what was this money for? And the Wall street tycoon's inability to follow his own advice about Epstein is a curious thing. Black, 69, is worth about $10 billion and is as savvy and hard bitten as they come. He shouldn't be easy to hoodwink. Exactly what I was saying yesterday, and now we're gonna add some context to that in this article, Right? But I was saying yesterday when we were talking about Leon Black, that there's zero chance that this dude's getting dog walked into anything by Jeffrey Epstein. Zero chance. Talk about eyes wide open. After all, he has quite a journey. His father, a Polish immigrant, was a successful investment banker and conglomerateur who leapt to his death from a Manhattan skyscraper during a federal bribery investigation while Black was attending the Harvard Business School. And it all comes back to Harvard again, doesn't it? All of these people, it seems like, went to Harvard. Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, the Harvard crew. And now a ton of the new people in the new administration, the new Biden administration, also have went to Harvard. I don't know about you folks, but I've had a belly full of these Ivy League folks. My father was God to me, and then he committed suicide. Suicides, you know, aren't usually committed by gods. Black told Bloomberg Businessweek last year. It took me years of therapy to get over that and to figure out where he ended and I began. Hey, look, as much as I think Leon Black is a scumbag sob, I don't relish in the fact that the dude's father leapt to his death. That must be brutally hard to lose your dad, especially if you look up to him and you have him in a godlike status, right? It must be terrible. But let's not sugarcoat it here. Leon Black's pops was obviously involved in some fraud in some bad money business, and instead of facing the music, he decided to hop out of a window. So when we're talking about Leon Black and we're talking about the rest of these people, we have to understand that we're dealing with people who have been like this for generations, where the means justifies the end. And they're so full of hubris and they're so narcissistic that they would rather die than face the music. Black's early career took him to Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, where he was junk Bond king Michael Milken's lieutenant, and part of a clan of young toughs who upended finance and helped launch the massive wave of corporate takeovers. Until the firm collapsed amid fraud charges against Milken. Well, more fraud charges. His dad out the window. His mentor, Michael Milken, fraud. And Leon Black, last man standing yet. We're to think that he is squeaky clean, huh? He is just squeaky clean. There's zero chance that he's squeaky clean. Okay, folks, look at the people he's been around. Look at his associates, and the cherry on top is just look at his tight relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Black and other Drexel alums launched Apollo in 1990, the same year their old firm went bankrupt. Black also became friends with Epstein sometime during the 90s and grew steadily impressed, like many titans, by Epstein's sterling connections in the arts, academia and business. So again, another person who was willing to overlook what Jeffrey Epstein was, what he was doing, the kind of person he was, all because justified the means and it justified the ends. And Leon Black and the rest of these people, they are an absolute embarrassment. Okay, for people who are supposed to be so damn smart, how could they possibly think that we're going to believe that they're so stupid? Black said he knew nothing about his friend's abuse of minors and and young women. But he was aware the predator had gone to prison. He believed his friend's excuse that the 14 year old he solicited had lied about her age and believed he deserved a second chance. So they continued to visit with one another in homes scattered around the world. And they continued to talk about money. Yeah, I'm sure that's all they talked about. I'm sure that they were laser focused on money. We know that Jeffrey Epstein was a braggart and a big mouth. You mean to tell me he wasn't talking about his conquests to his buddy Leon Black? Trying to make himself look better, trying to pump his own tires? Of course he was talking about all these young girls and this and that and the other thing. And the fact that Leon Black would believe this lame ass excuse by Epstein tells you everything you need to know about the person Leon Black is. As in all things Epstein, Black appears to have been a model of tolerance when it came to red flags in their financial dealings. According to a nifty story from Bloomberg News, Epstein felt empowered enough to terrorize the highly competent team Black had already put in charge of his personal finances. He laid claim to winning ideas that weren't his promoted financial maneuvers that were easily picked apart and was generally a disruptive and caustic force. So again, please folks, tell me, what was Jeffrey Epstein providing that all of these high profile wonks that were around Leon Black couldn't provide? What was it that Leon Black needed from Jeffrey Epstein? That's the question I'm posing to all of you because it's rather obvious that Leon Black's team, his financial team, knew that Epstein was a faker, knew that he was a blowhard and knew that he was no good for Leon Black or the company. Yet Leon Black ignores all of these top notch advisors that he had brought in and had around him and instead defers to Jeffrey Epstein.

On the other hand, Epstein seemed to have a talent for tax avoidance. When some estate planning miscues threatened to stick Black and his children with billions of dollars in tax payments, Epstein got busy. One sleight of hand lasted nine months and involved a series of loans between Black and some trusts. Epstein said that magic act alone saved black $600 million. According to Bloomberg News on it went from 2012 to 2017 to the tune of $158 million in fees. Then some arguments about fees, fractured trust and the end of a close relationship. Yeah, I don't buy any of that. The, the whole fractured the relationship. More like Leon Black saw what was coming down the pipe, someone tipped him off and he started to distance himself. That's more like what it means to me because I, you know, oh, they
Bobby Capucci
had a, they had a breakup.
Narrator/Commentator
Yeah, right. Give me a break. And all of the money that was being moved through shell companies and trust funds and all of that, again, that all needs to be audited. I am sure that there was some sort of malfeasance occurring. Many of Apollo's clients began distancing themselves from the firm. As more details emerged since 2019 about Black and Epstein's relationship. Perhaps it was only a matter of time before Apollo found it necessary to oust Black, who is staying on as chairman in what may prove to be something more than a ceremonial role. And again, I don't even think he'll stay on in that capacity. I think when all the dust clears and all of the battle lines are drawn, that Joshua Harris is going to have his way and Leon Black is going to be Persona non grata within Apollo Global. If Apollo's board hoped its investigation of the Black Epstein nexus might provide closure, it's wrong. The report raises as many questions as it answers, begs for more transparency, and leaves anybody who can't afford to pay 158 million to save billions, which is almost everybody tuned in to the obvious. Leon Black is not the kind of guy to get so easily played.
Bobby Capucci
So tell us more.
Narrator/Commentator
And Mr. O' Brien hits the nail on the head here. There is a lot more to this story. Leon Black is not the kind of man to get dog walked and he's certainly not the kind of man to get bamboozled by a low end, low level grifter like Jeffrey Epstein.

Catch y' all later. So Leon Black, one of Jeffrey Epstein's BFFs, is now under investigation. Now we have covered the allegations against him by Mrs. Gunieva. But now the report is that those allegations have turned into a criminal investigation. And my comment to that is about time. About time. Leon Black should have been caught up in a RICO investigation in regards to Jeffrey Epstein a long time ago. But unfortunately the Department of Justice is scared. The Department of Justice still doesn't have any backbone and Merrick Garland is no better than Bill Barr. I said what I said. If he was well, we'd see more movement here, wouldn't we? But like I told you during the whole transition of power, meet the new boss, same as the old boss. The only people who think differently are those engaging in tribalism. Folks. Meanwhile over here at the adults table, we want them all to be eviscerated. We want them all to be brought in. And the best way to do that would be rico. But no. And it's funny, you don't see the legacy media pining for Rico either. Why not? They sure were quick to yell about it for R. Kelly or Ray Niri. I wonder what they have to hide. The party's over for all of these people. And you know, the, the. The days of being nice and friendly should be over as well. If you're named in these court documents and you have allegations against you by these survivors, you should be Persona non grata. But that's not how it works, is it? Not if you're one of Jeffrey Epstein's friends. Leon Black should have been smashed with rico. His assets should have been seized, and Apollo Global should have been raided. But that's in a perfect world. That's not the world we live in. The world that we have built. Remember, like George Carlin said, we complain and bitch and moan about these politicians, yet we send them back every single cycle. So whose responsibility is it, really? The responsibility is ours. But unfortunately, people are way too gaslit. People are way too caught up with hating their neighbors. And then scumbags like Leon Black get to slide by. And that's why I talk about this so much, and I try to point it out so much, because we're almost at a point now, folks, where there's no going back with the divide in the country, and that can only lead to bad things. And people like this Leon Black, they take advantage of chaos. They take advantage of the citizenry at war with each other. Basically, just take a look at how they've increased their wealth while the rest of us got poor. And then at the same time, they have the audacity to stand up there and gaslight people into thinking that people who were collecting unemployment were the problem. Well, guess what? That's obviously not the case, right, because there's still a bunch of job openings, aren't there? There's still a bunch of people leaving their jobs, aren't there? So even during the most destructive catastrophes, their goal is to divide us. Oh, you're vaccinated. You're not. Oh, you got unemployment. You didn't. Meanwhile, bitch ass Leon Black is swimming through his money like Scrooge McDuckin laughing at us. And I'm sick of it, folks. I really am. I get onto Twitter and it's an absolute cesspool. So many people who fake the funk, so many people who act like they're really interested in justice about Jeffrey Epstein really aren't interested in justice. They're interested in playing politics like everything else. And most of the time I just ignore all of it and keep it moving. But as a political scientist, I'm starting to get tired of the bullshit. I see it is very annoying when people who obviously never even passed a basic civics class think they know about politics. You do not. You know how the KGB used to talk about useful idiots? Well, that is all of us who are engaging in this nonsense. And it used to be me as well. I used to be right there with the rest of the idiots. Everything changed for me when I started looking into Jeffrey Epstein and I understood the scope of how massive this was, how far ranging it was, and how it involved all of them on both sides of the aisle. And my friends, we have ourselves a problem when we're not paying attention to what the most powerful people in our society are doing. We are setting ourselves up for disaster. And when I talk about rich people, remember, I don't mean people are making $400,000 a year like President Junior Soprano Biden does. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the real rich rich people in this country, in this world, the handful that control everything. And I don't mean sitting in some back room like some conspiracy theorists would talk about. I'm talking the people that pull the levers in the financial sector. Those are the people that run everything. Money makes the whole world go around, doesn't it? These are the people that, that are the issue and these are the people that control our politicians. Can you name me the last president that showed up and didn't bring a fuck ton of bankers with them? I'm waiting. And the whole reason for this rant before we get into the article is because it leads to this. People like Leon Black and Jeffrey Epstein skirting by. And I'm sick of it. I'm not gonna, I'm not standing for it. Obviously. I'm doing everything that I possibly can to bring awareness to the issue. But it's kind of discouraging when you see people who talk out of one side of their mouth how, oh, it's all about justice, but out of the other, other side of their mouth, all they can do is demean one side or the other. That's not how it works. That's not how you build unity. So miss me with all of the bullshit, especially the tribalism and the politics, I'm. I don't care about it. Not in this instance. I've said it once and I'll say it again, full on carpet bombing of anyone involved, Republican, Democrat or anything in between. Because if not if we continue to play games and the pitchforks and the torches are continue to be at each other's throats, then people like Leon Black are going to continue to abuse our children. And folks, look, I don't have any kids. This isn't a fight for my children. This is a fight for your children. So please remember that before you fire off that incendiary. Incendiary message to your friend or your uncle or whatever.

because we we're playing right into their hands. And I really wish more people would wake up to what's going on. All right, now that you've listened to me whinge for 8 minutes and 11 seconds, why don't we jump into this article and talk about bitch ass Leon Black, shall we? Today's article from the Daily Mail. The author is David Aver. Sorry, David. I terrible at pronouncing names, as you all know. His last name is spelled A V E, R R E. So I apologize if I mispronounced your name, pal. Headline. Billionaire financier Leon Black, 70, is being investigated over accusations he raped two Russian models, including one in Jeffrey Epstein's Upper Eastside townhouse in 2002. Hell of a guy, this Leon Black, huh? Certainly the kind of guy that you'd love to send your daughter to go work for. Said nobody.
Narrator/Commentator
Ever.
Bobby Capucci
And again, look, I don't know what happened here, right? I wasn't there. But what I will tell you is this. Anybody who is hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein is suspect, in my opinion. Anybody who's palling around with Jeffrey Epstein, it's reasonable to assume they might be engaging in this sort of behavior as well. So that's why when we got these allegations from Ms. Ganeva, I thought that they were credible. Now, again, that's just my opinion, right? I don't have evidence to prove that her allegations are credible, but. Well, looks like the authorities are taking them a bit serious, huh? Billionaire financier Leon Black is now Believed to be the subject of a Manhattan district Attorney's office investigation into claims that he raped and sexually assaulted two models. Black, 70, a close friend of notorious financier and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was first publicly accused of rape and sexual abuse in March by Guzel ganieva, who was 38. Ganieva alleged black is a violent, sadistic sexual predator who raped and harassed her, then coerced her into signing a non disclosure agreement. She went on to file a lawsuit against Black in June. So again, when these, when this lawsuit was filed, I said it then. If she's not telling the truth, she's gonna be in big trouble because Leon Black is going to employ a team of scumbag lawyers to dig into what she has to say. So she has to be ready to walk through the fire. And it sure seems like she was, doesn't it? And good for her. Ms. Ganieva, if you happen to hear this episode, good for you. Take that shit back from them. That stupid ass non disclosure agreement. Sorry, that doesn't mean anything. Not when it comes to this. To your dignity. To your future. So all you rich scumbags out there, which are non disclosure agreements, take them and shove them. It's a new day, all right? Nobody should have to sign a non disclosure agreement when it comes to a relationship as far as one of sexual nature. Oh, I don't want my wife to find out. Well, here's an idea. Don't cheat on your wife then. The model then amended her lawsuit in September to include the accusations of a second woman, referred to only as Jane Doe, who alleged she was violently raped by Black and Jeffrey Epstein's New York residents in 2002. So it all fits right with the timeline. We know what was going there in 2002. We know the behavior that Jeffrey Epstein and his goon squad were engaging in. So why would anyone think that this doesn't have legs? Why would anyone think that this isn't

going to go anywhere?

And really what it comes down to is everyone's scared of Leon Black. I remember when I worked in the financial sector, the talk about Leon Black was everyone was fearful. And I worked for Kanner Gaming, Howard Lutnick, and they were very powerful as well. But nobody was moving the needle like Leon Black when it comes to fear or people not wanting to step on his toes. So of course the media is scared shitless of him. The guy's banging off at Apollo Global. I don't think people understand the scope of Apollo Global's reach. These are very powerful People, we are talking some of the most powerful people in the history of finance. So we know the legacy media is scared of him, and they don't want to go hard against him. So it's up to independent content creators, independent journalists, and guess what? I'm here for it. Not one of these people ticks off any bit of fear in my heart. Not at all. What are they going to do? Show up and follow me around like Ronan Farrow? I got news for you. I'm not Ronan Farrow. I'll just leave it at that. You come to the inner city where I live and you want to follow me around? Okay, sounds like fun. But you better have a badge. None of these people elicit one bit of fear from me, and I'll continue talking about them until my beard grows to my feet and it's as white as snow and they ain't gonna do shit about it. How about that? Run home and tell that. It's too bad the legacy media. Well, it's too bad they don't have a backbone. A legal spokesperson for Black has thus far denied any knowledge of the investigation, while the man himself has steadfastly denied accusations. The lawsuit and resulting investigation comes after Black, once one of New York City's most powerful executives, as the former CEO of Apollo Global Management, denied any knowledge of Epstein's wrongdoing when his heinous crimes were exposed. Oh, yeah, he knew nothing. You know, you just give $158 million to people you don't know shit about. And, hey, here you go, bro. Here's a quick hundred. 58 million. I don't need to know shit about you, though. Can I get some advice? Wha. What does that even mean? What does any of this even mean? And if you can't tell, I'm fired up this morning. I've had enough of people like Leon Black, and I've certainly had enough of their apologists, too. This dude is obviously somebody who was deeply, deeply connected to Jeffrey Epstein. $158 million worth. And still somehow, there was no investigation into him and his ties with Jeffrey Epstein. But, oh, let's all just stop everything we're doing and let's go and investigate the Washington football team. That's your Congress, folks. That's what you voted for. And if it's not, my suggestion is remember that you in 2022. The investigation into Black has reportedly been launched after Ganieva and Jane Doe met with prosecutors to discuss their claims. According to sources cited by Vanity Fair. It comes just one week after Black made his first high profile public appearance in months at the Beverly Hilton when he attended a conference on finance of which his son Ben, a private equity executive, was, was a part. And that's the thing with these people. It doesn't matter the allegations against you. The only crime when you're part of the so called elite is to not have money. That's it. You can rape, you can traffic, you can steal. Whatever it is, doesn't matter. You'll be welcomed with open arms. Don't be poor though. The saga began in March when Ganieva first went public with her accusations about Blacks long standing history of of sexual abuse and coercive behavior. Black resigned from his position as head of the massive investment firm Apollo Global on March 22, just days after Ganieva posted a series of tweets claiming that her abuse at the hands of Black started in 2008 and continued until 2015. But it's okay folks. She signed a non prosecution agreement, or I mean a non disclosure agreement. And you know, she wore a short skirt, so it's okay. The thought pattern of these people makes me fucking crazy. And it's up to other alpha males, other dudes who aren't punk bitches to step up and say something about it. And I see a lack of that as well. She went on to file a lawsuit against the billionaire financier in June in which she branded him a violent and sadistic sexual predator who raped and harassed her before alleging that the former CEO of Apollo Global Management forced her to fly to Florida to satisfy the sex needs of Jeffrey Epstein at his Palm beach villa. Black had previously admitted to having a six year affair with Ganieva, which he claims was consensual, and said he paid Ganieva 100 grand a month for 15 years, not to discuss the relationship. Imagine, 100 grand a month sounds like a lot of money, right? Not really. Not when you're giving Jeffrey Epstein $158 million. Again I ask you, what is 100 if you're only giving her $100,000 a month, $1.2 million a year to keep quiet, what could Jeffrey Epstein be worth at 158 million? Go ahead and chew on that for a little while folks. Put that shit in your pipe and smoke it because I can't make heads or tails of it. Lawyers for Ganieva then in September filed an amended complaint detailing the horrific experiences of a Jane Doe who says she was violently raped by Black in 2002. The legal team said Jane Doe's experiences show that contrary to Black's version of the events that he knew nothing about Epstein's sexual wrongdoing as alleged. Black was perpetrating his own sexual crimes at Epstein's home as far back as 2002. Again, where is the SDNY? Where is Allison Mo and Maureen Comey and the rest of them? Why is this not a RICO case? I really wish somebody would answer that question for me. I really, really do. And when I'm in New York, I'm going to try and get that question answered by these prosecutors. I'm going to ask them and we're going to see what they have to say. And I don't care if I have to go to the prosecutor's office. That's what'll happen. I have had enough at this point, folks. I am as fed up as I have ever been. Going a step further, the motion alleges that Black had a long standing relationship with Epstein for years that involved arranged massages with women for money at Epstein's home. How is he not part of the criminal conspiracy? You're at his house. You're getting massages from trafficked girls. You, you're moving money around with him. How is this not everything that we talk about on a daily basis? Oh, that's right, it is. But there is a two tiered justice system in this country and I don't need to keep telling you that. Just take a look for yourself.

Jane Doe alleged that a short while into her association with Epstein, she was violently assaulted by Black after he instructed her to give him a massage at Epstein's home. The suit claims that a huge black, a huge black standing more than 6 foot 4 inch and weighing more than 300 pounds, brutally raped her before paying her off. Imagine this disgusting son of a bitch and it's multiple girls saying this now. Multiple women. According to Black, he provided substantial documentary evidence in legal filings, including text messages and recordings that show Ms. Gaeva's claims to be completely false. Well, I'd like to see all of that and I certain like to see where all of this goes. The point of the matter is this, for me anyway, not so much as what we know about this unfolding situation. For me, it's everything else. The profile that's built of Leon Black, previously, his relationship with Epstein, his behavior with Epstein, the money, and now this. How is he not part of this investigation? How are there not indictments for Khan and Indyke and the Core 4? How is it that it's only Ghislaine Maxwell sitting in that jail cell right now? Now, don't get me wrong, she belongs there. But all of this other stuff needs to occur as well or it's a failure on the part of the authorities. And frankly, I'm tired of it. I'm tired of all of their big talk. I'm tired of all. We're gonna go after the most powerful to only again go after the most vulnerable. And there was all kinds of excitement when Trump was leaving and Biden was coming in. And I was told by so many people how different things were gonna be.

Host: Bobby Capucci
Air Date: June 11, 2026
This provocative episode delivers a deep dive into the escalating fallout surrounding billionaire financier Leon Black’s long-standing ties with Jeffrey Epstein. Host Bobby Capucci scrutinizes Black’s attempts to distance himself from Epstein in light of internal turmoil at Apollo Global, mounting legal allegations—including rape claims—and a broader pattern of elite impunity. Throughout, Capucci’s trademark no-holds-barred tone challenges the official narratives, demanding transparency, accountability, and justice for Epstein’s survivors.
Boardroom Blowup and Departure:
Black, Apollo Global co-founder, has been forced to step down as CEO amidst scandal over his connection to Epstein. He remains chairman for the moment, but Capucci doubts this will last.
Quote:
“I would expect to see Leon Black completely out of the picture at Apollo much sooner than later, because, again, let’s remember folks… [these companies] don’t care about morality. They care about making money.” (03:56)
Joshua Harris’ Role:
Internal disputes, especially with partner Joshua Harris, precipitated Black’s downfall, as both Apollo and its investors grapple with reputational risk.
Key Point:
This is not about personal relationships—it's about investor confidence and financial interests within Apollo. Black’s continued presence is seen as toxic.
Massive Payments—For “Advice”?
Black allegedly paid Epstein $158 million for “tax advice” that purportedly saved him over $1 billion. Capucci and Bloomberg’s Timothy L. O’Brien find this explanation implausible and question the true nature of these transactions.
Quote:
“Leon Black gave Jeffrey Epstein all of that money for his advice? Zero chance.” (05:29)
“Somebody like Leon Black…is going to Jeffrey Epstein for financial advice? How could anybody be confident having their money parked with Apollo Global?” (09:11)
Suspicious Write-Offs:
Black attempted to write off Epstein’s $158 million fee as a tax deduction, suggesting boldness or recklessness in flaunting financial norms.
Quote:
“Neat trick. Pay someone a boatload to save you a fortune in taxes, and then stick Uncle Sam with the bill.” (16:23)
Calls for a Forensic Audit:
Capucci insists on a thorough investigation into Black’s finances and his tangled business with Epstein, suspecting money laundering and broader misconduct.
Skepticism Toward Victimhood Claims:
Capucci questions the idea that Black—an infamously shrewd and powerful operator—could have been misled by Epstein.
Quote:
“Leon Black is not the kind of guy to get so easily played.” (29:14)
Elite Culture of Tolerance:
Despite Epstein’s documented criminal history, Black continued the association, allegedly excusing Epstein’s behavior as misunderstood or forgivable—an indictment of elite moral standards.
Quote:
“Leon Black wants us to believe that he had no idea—just a doddering old fool led astray by an evil, bad man, Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, everybody in the world knew what Jeffrey Epstein was at this point.” (07:43)
Pattern Among Elites:
Black’s trajectory mirrors other powerful figures (e.g., Les Wexner), all eager to reap benefits from connections to Epstein, regardless of the risks or costs.
Allegations of Rape & Assault:
Drawing from recent Daily Mail and Vanity Fair reports, Capucci outlines criminal allegations against Black—including accusations by Guzel Ganieva and a Jane Doe, who claims she was raped by Black at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2002.
Quote:
“Billionaire financier Leon Black, 70, is being investigated over accusations he raped two Russian models, including one in Jeffrey Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse in 2002. Hell of a guy, this Leon Black, huh?” (39:41)
“Anybody who is hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein is suspect, in my opinion.” (40:07)
Legal Machinations and NDAs:
Ganieva claims Black coerced her into signing an NDA, detailing extended abuse from 2008–2015. Black, for his part, admits to an affair and says the relationship was consensual.
Prosecutorial Inaction:
Capucci castigates authorities for failing to pursue RICO charges against Black and other Epstein associates, calling out DOJ and SDNY for their lack of backbone.
Quote:
“Leon Black should have been caught up in a RICO investigation in regards to Jeffrey Epstein a long time ago…But unfortunately the Department of Justice is scared.” (31:03)
Media’s Reluctance to Pursue Black:
Capucci argues that fear of Black’s influence shields him from harder scrutiny—contrasting it with media’s zeal in other cases.
Quote:
“Of course the media is scared shitless of him…It’s up to independent content creators, independent journalists, and guess what? I’m here for it. Not one of these people ticks off any bit of fear in my heart.” (43:12)
Elite Impunity and Public Accountability:
Capucci decries a system where wealth insulates the powerful from prosecution—contrasting the harsh treatment of the vulnerable with the protection given to elite wrongdoers.
Quote:
“The only crime when you’re part of the so-called elite is to not have money… Don’t be poor though. You can rape, you can traffic, you can steal…You’ll be welcomed with open arms.” (45:31)
Critique of Tribalism and Political Distraction:
Bobby urges listeners not to be sidetracked by partisan politics, which only serves to protect elites like Black.
On the Farce of Financial Advice:
“I don’t even like that term anymore. I’m not even going to call him a financial advisor. I’m going to call him a financial grifter because that’s what he was.” (10:29)
On Institutional Rot:
“It’s no wonder that the financial world is in shambles.” (08:56)
On the Broader Stakes:
“When we’re not paying attention to what the most powerful people in our society are doing, we are setting ourselves up for disaster.” (36:21)
On Ongoing Investigations:
“How is he not part of the criminal conspiracy? You’re at his house. You’re getting massages from trafficked girls. You…are moving money around with him. How is this not everything that we talk about on a daily basis?” (50:00)
Bobby Capucci’s tone is passionate, combative, and direct—often using blunt, irreverent language (“bitch ass Leon Black”, “I said what I said”) to laser in on perceived hypocrisy and injustice among the financial elite and connected media-political class. He repeatedly urges listeners to focus on unity, facts, and pressure on institutions—rather than falling into political tribalism or the resignation induced by elite impunity.
In this jam-packed “Mega Edition,” Bobby Capucci spares no one as he deconstructs the financial, criminal, and sociopolitical layers of Leon Black’s epic fall from grace. He eviscerates attempts to minimize Black’s Epstein ties, highlights the unanswered questions and festering lack of legal accountability, and excoriates the systems—media, financial, judicial—that allow such figures to evade justice. For listeners, this episode is an unfiltered guide through the ugly underbelly of elite privilege, reminding us of the urgent need to demand and enforce real consequences for those who operate above the law.
