Les Wexner was one of the most important people in Jeffrey Epstein’s rise, yet for years he managed to remain far less publicly radioactive than figures like Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, or Leon Black. Wexner gave Epstein...

Everyone. And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. When we talk about Jeffrey Epstein and the way he was able to maneuver and snake his way through the system for so long, there was one person especially who really helped him out along the way. And that person is none other than Les Wexner. Now, this is a man who was extremely rich, extremely powerful, and for whatever reason decided that he's gonna give the keys of the kingdom to Jeffrey Epstein. That sounds like a great idea. Then later on down the road, Wexner tries to pitch to everybody that Jeffrey Epstein stole $37 million from him. I said at the time, and I still believe that that was a baked in defense mechanism for the both of them. If Epstein ever got busted, then Wexner would just say, look, Epstein stole this money from me and I have nothing to do with him. I'm a victim too. And that was all part of the plan. Because if you don't think people like this have fail safes, you have not been paying attention. Today's article is from cincinnati.com headline. What we learned about Les Wexner and Jeffrey Epstein in document release. Nothing we didn't know already. And anybody telling you any different, well, they're BSing. All of these relationships that people are all of a sudden outraged by have been relationships that are well known that Jeffrey Epstein fostered over the years. That's why the whole thing with the Senate has me shaking my head, as if we needed to have this document dump come out for us to know what was going on. Today's article is authored by Mark Williams. The thousands of pages of court documents released over the past week from a New York Lawsuit revealed no fresh allegations about the relationship between between New Albany billionaire and retail magnate Les Wexner and his ties to accused sexual abuser Jeffrey Epstein. Accused, no. Convicted. Okay. Convicted sexual abuser is the legacy media. Okay. Did they fall and collectively hit their head? Because the nonsense that they spew about Jeffrey Epstein and his buddies is pretty sickening. But they do serve as a reminder of just how tight Epstein, Wexner's one time financial manager, and Wexner, the driving force behind well known brands such as Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Bath and Body Works were at one time. We didn't need those court documents to tell us. We all knew Epstein was running around telling everybody he could get them jobs at Victoria's Secret, that he was the man over there. And then Les Wexner, for his part, he gave Jeffrey Epstein power of attorney, so Epstein had control over his whole ass fortune. And ask yourself why. Ask yourself why a guy like Les Wexner, supposedly one of the smartest men in the room, why are they gonna give the keys to Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass? Wexner's name came up more than 45 times in a 2015 civil lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts, who accused Epstein and partner Glenn Maxwell of directing her sexual involvement with prominent men. The case was settled in 2017. Last month, US District Judge Loretta Preska of the Southern District of New York ordered the list of names and related documents to be released because there was no longer a need for them to remain hidden. And this was the final result of the order that Prescott passed a few years ago. And that order stated that all of this documentation was going to be unsealed. So this is the climax, if you will, of that order. None of those who are mentioned in the documents have been charged with any crime. Now read that again and tell me that's not fucked up. How is it that all these people who are mentioned in these documents, from Sarah Kellen on, and nobody's been charged with a crime. Their inclusion on the list only constitutes a possible association as a witness, victim, plaintiff, or having business or social contact with Epstein and or Maxwell, who is serving 20 years in federal prison for her conviction. And there was no list. This isn't about a list. This is about receipts. And what this dump did is provide those receipts. So as far as lists or anything like that, that was never going to occur. Like I told you before, this all happened just like the other dumps. We were aware of all these names. All it does is fill in the blank spaces. Authorities Say Epstein killed himself in August 2019 while awaiting trial on charges that he sexually exploited and abused dozens of underage girls between 2002 and and 2005. He had already been previously convicted of similar crimes. The most salacious allegation about Wexner that came out in the document when Roberts, after being prompted in a deposition, testified that she had sex multiple times with Wexner. A claim that Wexner has strongly denied. Even an attorney who represented Roberts at one time has said he had doubts about the claim about Wexner and some of the others that Roberts claimed she was forced to have sex with. So this article, whoever this author is, is just another worm who has no idea what they're talking about. Just another idiot that's probably getting money from Les Wexner one way or the other. Because we all know that Les Wexner runs Ohio like it's his own little fiefdom. Who is Jeffrey Epstein? Epstein's social circle was filled with the rich and the famous, including former Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as Prince Andrew of England. Epstein was a New York City financial manager when he met Wexner in the 1980s. Their relationship was so tight that Wexner granted Epstein power of attorney. That gave Epstein wide latitude to act on Wexner's behalf. And at one point, Wexner was Epstein's only known client. Yeah, nothing to see here. Virginia's a big old liar. This is just all coincidence. I mean, how could anyone believe that? Like, how could you believe that Les Wexner had no idea what was going on? Even if you don't believe, Virginia put that to the side. How could you believe that Wexner, who was giving Epstein power of attorney, knew what Epstein was up to? Seen all these girls around, had the reports coming in that Epstein was using Victoria's Secret to lure girls in. But Wexner had no idea what was going on. Huh? Look, if you want to buy that, that's fine. Me, I'm not buying it. In 1998, Epstein was identified as president, along with Wexner, of the New Albany company in Ohio. Business records. Epstein owned land in the New Albany development, including a house on King George Drive amid land owned by a Wexner. Epstein owned the house from 1994 until selling it for $0 to the Wexners. And in December of 2007. Funny. Right after he got nailed, huh? Right after things started to fall apart. All part of that baked in scheme to protect Wexner. That's my speculation. Wexner and Epstein also shared an interest in a Manhattan mansion bought in 1989 for $13.2 million at the time, a record price for a Manhattan townhome by a corporation controlled by Wexner and Epstein, according to the New York Times. Nine years later, Wexner transferred his interest in the property to Epstein for $20 million, the Times reported. Yeah, we've heard $1. So I don't know if I believe the Times over the other sources that we've heard as far as survivors and people close to what happened. Either way, the property was transferred to Epstein eventually. Epstein had lived in the mansion for several years, though Wexner never lived there. Epstein was a longtime trustee of the Wexner foundation, focused on Jewish education and leadership, though the foundation says he participated in name only and was not involved in any of the day to day activities. Oh, I'm sure in name only, because that's the kind of guy that Jeffrey Epstein was. Right. In name only. Who do they think they're kidding? Who is Les Wexner? Wexner is Ohio's richest person with an estimated wealth of 6 billion, according to Forbes. Wexner started the Limited in 1963 with $5,000 on loan from his aunt, beginning a retail empire that would one day include Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Abercrombie and Fitch and other brands. He opened the first limited store in Kingsdale Shopping center in Upper Arlington. He retired in 2020 as CEO and president of Vel Brands, which at the time consisted of Victoria's Secret and and Bath and Body Works. The following year, he and his wife, Abigail Wexner, stepped down from the corporate board and the company split into two companies. Yeah, no shit, he stepped down. He was forced to step down because of all of the attention to his relationship with Epstein. That's the only reason he stepped down. His decision to resign came after he had received criticism for his ties to Epstein and years of sliding sales at Victoria's secret during the MeToo era, as customers offended by the retailers hypersexual emphasis moved on to other brands. So basically what this author would have you believe is that there is nothing to see here, that Wexner was just a guy that was hanging out with Epstein and everything else is just a bunch of talk. Well, Mr. Author, here's an idea. Do your homework, please. Beyond his retail history, Wexner has left his mark across Columbus and many of its buildings. And including a $100 million donation to Ohio State in 2010, a $163 million gift to the Columbus foundation and tens of millions of dollars to other nonprofits and charities. Wexner has said repeatedly that he was not aware of Epstein's activities. Oh, well, in that case, let's just believe him, huh? I think I'll believe Virginia instead. How about that?

happened between Wexner and Epstein? In February 2008, Wexner announced he was replacing Epstein as his investment manager. The move followed Epstein's plea in Florida to charges of soliciting sex from a minor. Epstein paid a settlement, 5.5 million in total, to three of more than two dozen teens who sued him. By 2007, as allegations of sexual misconduct were emerging against Epstein in Florida, it was agreed that he should step back from managing the Wexner family finances. Wexner said in a letter in 2019 to the Wexner foundation, who believes that, sure, that's a nice cover story, but nobody buys it. At least I don't. Maybe other people do, but I certainly don't buy it. And I think that the whole entire thing was baked in as. As protection. So if this ever happened and Epstein was exposed, well, Captain Les Wexner over here could, you know, just plead ignorance. I had no idea what was going on and in fact he was stealing from me. In that process, we discovered that he misappropriated vast sums of money from me and my family, wexner said. Wexner accused Epstein of stealing tens of millions of dollars from the family and 47 million was returned to the family to a new foundation set up by Abigail Wexner in December 2007. The foundation was dissolved three years later. Sounds like money laundering to me. Sounds like a whole lot of that, but what do I know? Wexner has said he didn't know anything about Epstein's alleged sex activities. I would have never guessed that a person I employed more than a decade ago could have caused so much pain to so many people. My heart goes out to each and every person who who has been hurt, wexner said in an email in 2019 to I severed all ties with Mr. Epstein nearly 12 years ago. I would not have continued to work with any individual capable of such egregious, sickening behavior as was reported about him. As you can imagine this past week I have searched my soul, reflected and regretted that my path ever crossed his. Well, you'd have to have a soul for you to reflect on it, sir. And you might call it reflection, but the rest of us call it excuse making. So there's no doubt that Les Wexner and Jeffrey Epstein were super tight, and there's certainly no doubt that he's been accused by Virginia Roberts. But like the rest of Epstein's fellow travelers, looks like Les Wexner is never gonna be held to account. Alright folks, that's gonna do it for this one. What's up everyone and welcome back to the program. DailyMail.com filed a Freedom of Information act and received some pretty interesting information. Now it has to do with Les Wexner and it has to do with Jeffrey Epstein lobbying on behalf of Les Wexner to his good pal Bill Clinton. So without any further further ado, why don't we just jump into this article and let's see what Ol Bubba was up to with Jeffrey Epstein. Headline Exclusive When Jeffrey Met Bubba, Epstein lobbied Bill Clinton to change trade laws on behalf of Victoria's Secret boss Les Wexner, but ended up forging a bond with former President, visiting the White House 17 times and flying him on the Lolita Express. Or as I like to call it, the the Plane of Horrors. You imagine how many people were assaulted and abused on those on that plane. But Bill Clinton thinks it's a good idea, you know, to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein and to invite him to the White House 17 times. This article was authored by Daniel Bates. Jeffrey Epstein made his first connection with Bill Clinton by lobbying on behalf of his Associate Les Wexner. DailyMail.com can reveal the late pedophile financier tried to change U.S. trade laws in 1994 in an effort to save the limited Wexner's clothing company $1.2 billion. But while those efforts did not succeed, Epstein made 17 visits to the Clinton White House and forged a bond with the then president that would last more than a decade. Last a lot longer than that if sources are to be believed, and I don't see why they shouldn't be. Then they were friends for a lot longer than that. Now, again, let me be very clear. I'm not saying that Bill Clinton was abusing any women with Jeffrey Epstein. I haven't heard any of those reports or seen any evidence that points me in that direction anyway. But he was one of the biggest enablers. And Jeffrey Epstein without a doubt funded Bill Clinton's philanthropic goals, Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Foundation. Jeffrey Epstein was involved with all kinds of seed money when all of that was first starting. And the source of that, well, the source of that is Jeffrey Epstein's own lawyers. The purpose of those visits was unclear until newly released documents from the Clinton Presidential Library show that Epstein appears to have been attempting to influence the drafting of U.S. law. Well, that's what he always did. He was representing the the interests of his client Les Wexner, and that meant, in this instance, to lobby for him. Among the people Epstein visited was Robert Rubin, Clinton's director of the National Economic Council and later his treasurer, Secretary. Letters related to Epstein's work were put in a file by the Clinton White House Mark Jeffrey Epstein and handed over to the National Archives. Yet yo really? Talk about embarrassing. You would think that this would be all over the news. The only people running this is DailyMail.com where's ABC News? Where's the Post? Where's the New York Times? This isn't worthy of a mention. Even what it shows you is how corrupt even the most highest parts of our power structure are. And if you think any of these elected politicians care about you while you're out there doing their dirty work, hating your neighbor, hating this one, hating that one, I got news for you. It's not the case. These people do not care about you, and they don't have your best interests in mind. Clinton's relationship with Epstein was put back in the public spotlight last week after a journalist asked him about it at a rally in Texas at head of the midterm elections right there. That alone is horrible to even read. How is it that he was even out of the conversation in the first place? Guess where he wasn't out of the conversation? Right here on this podcast. Bill Clinton needs to be held accountable just like everybody else. I don't care that you were a president, and I certainly don't care what political party you're in. That means nothing to me, less than nothing to me. Just another grifter, just another crook. Clinton brushed it off by saying the evidence is clear and walked away in a clip which went viral. Now, where are all of the big time investigative journalists going after Bill Clinton? Not interested in doing that. What's your motivation for not doing it? And as a consumer of the news, you should ask yourself why these big outlets with all of this money are all of this funding aren't going after this story. The Epstein file from the Clinton White House consists of three pages of faxes that were sent to senior White House officials in the summer of 1994, a period which coincided with the peak of Epstein's visits to the White House. The first is dated August 1, 1994, and is from Claude Fontheim, a lobbyist who work for the Limited, whose brands include the lingerie chain Victoria's. Secretary Fontheim objected to proposed changes that were being brought in under the Uruguay round of international trade talks, which at the time was the biggest trade deal in history and paved the way for the creation of the World Trade Organization. Boy, that's all fantastic stuff, huh? That's all worked out well for us. Pfatheim said the changing of the rule of origin laws about clothing, which determines where a garment originated from, had not been done fairly, openly and honestly, and accused the White House of trying to circumvent normal procedures without mentioning Epstein by name. The fact says the Limited has now met with a range of administration officials on the issue, noting that the meetings had been very positive. But there were still some arguments that Fontheim wanted to make, which he explained in the letter. So you see how this all works. When you have the kind of money somebody like Les Wexner does and you run a company like that, you can get access to the president's office. You know why? Because they have another election coming up eventually, right? Well, they're going to need some money, aren't they? And that's how it all works, folks. It's all about the mighty dollar. And these people like Les Wexner, Jeffrey Epstein, they're no different than a bag boy on the corner. The second fact was from a month before was addressed to Rubin by Margaret Wigglesworth, executive director of the Coalition of Service Industries Association, a trade group for the service economy. It says that the proposed changes would directly contradict the policies of fair trade and would call into question our credibility as we pursue open markets for American exports in the future. And this is all part of, you know, how we globalized, basically how we became a one world market for good or for ill. Wexner claimed that the proposed changes would have cost the limited 600 million, which in today's money would be 1.2 billion. That's with a b. While Epstein's lobbying initially paid off with a victory and a vote in the Senate Finance Committee, the. The language he opposed did, did make it into the final bill. The hilarious part is that it even made it through the committee. But if anyone thinks that our senators or our congressmen or women have any kind of morality these days, just take a look at their bank accounts before they get into D.C. and then when they leave, and then you tell me that they're not grifting. The documents give new insight into how Epstein represented Wexner, the sole client for his financial management company. By the time Epstein began visiting the White House, Wexner had already signed over power of attorney to Epstein for everything in his life, including his finances. I just want to make a clarification. Leon Black was also a client, or at least that's what he says, right? $158 million for advice sounds like a client to me, unless there was something else going on. White House visitor logs show that Epstein visited Rubin at the White House in February 1993 and visited the White House a dozen times in 1994, with Clinton adviser Mark Middleton signing him in most frequently. Middleton, who was later banned from the White House for abusing his access, was found dead at a ranch in Arkansas earlier this year, having shot himself dead at the age of 59. Now, I won't even dive into that one, but there's a lot of people out there, you know, they'll make that Clinton connection and they'll be running with it. Epstein's efforts were a part of an industry wide effort to oppose the new trade laws. And executives from JCPenney, The Gap, and Kmart also contacted the White House. But the extent of Epstein's access and and his subsequent friendship with Epstein shows it was the start of something more than just a professional relationship. And he means Clinton here, his subsequent friendship with Clinton. Flight logs from Epstein's planes show that after leaving office, Clinton flew at least 26 times on the pedophiles jet known as the Lolita Express and as many as 10 times with no Secret service detail. I'm sure he just left them home because it was an oversight to just a mistake. I. I'm not going to bring high security with me on this trip. Somebody bring me my trombone. The trips included a multi stop tour in Asia in November of 2003 to destinations including Russia, Oslo, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. The log show in 2002, Clinton took a trip to Africa aboard Epstein's plane with the disgraced actor Kevin Spacey and comedian Chris Tucker. Now I highly encourage you to check out what Juliet Bryan has to say about Bill Clinton, the trip to South Africa and everything that followed. Photos previously published by DailyMail.com showed Clinton being given a massage on the trip by Shantae Davies, one of Epstein's survivors. So an ex president getting a massage by a human trafficking victim. Nothing wrong with that picture, right? No more investigations needed there. In 2010, Epstein's Madam Ghisne Maxwell was among the guests at the wedding of Chelsea Clinton, Clinton's daughter. Hm, wonder how that happened. I guess that was an oversight too. Just a mistake. Let's not forget they never add it, but I'll add it for you because that's why you folks come here after all. Alexander de Rossi was also given a job at the State Department. Alexander de Rossi? Well, that's Ghislaine Maxwell's nephew who was running the State Department at the time. He got the job. That would be Hillary Clinton. After Epstein's arrest in 2019 on sex trafficking charges, he hanged himself, allegedly before trial. Clinton's spokesman, Angel Urena said the former president knows nothing about the terrible crimes. Fontein, Breaux and Wigglesworth did not request. Did not return requests for comment. Well, there it is, folks. Just another little look, right? Another little look into the morbid, disgusting, corrupt political class that we're burdened with. And when you're letting people like Jeffrey Epstein come hang out at the White House, what you're really telling me is that you don't care about anything but money. We knew that already, but it's always nice to see it reinforced, right? So I'm really interested to see how Bill Clinton reacts to all of this. He's going to get away with some more canned bs, I'm sure of it. But he shouldn't be able to. And the same way that the Daily Mail was dogged in their pursuit of Prince Andrew. I hope they do the same here. You know, people might not like their tactics, but they have resources and that's what it comes down to, folks. Look, it's all about dollars and cents, right? If you don't have the money to pursue this, well, you're stuck in neutral. And these big outlets, that's supposed to be their job as the fourth estate. So it's nice to see the Daily Mail continue down this path, and I hope they continue to do it. As for me, well, that's gonna do it for this one. Visit your nearby Lowe's. In news that should shock nobody, Les Wexner is trying to avoid a subpoena in the Virgin Islands lawsuit. So he's been using all kinds of bodyguards, all kinds of evasive maneuvers in order to not be served. And if any of these gross ass sons of bitches ever deserve to be served and put under oath, it most certainly is. Les Wexner. Today we have an article from the Columbus Dispatch and the headline, JP Morgan Sues former executive with ties to Epstein. But Wexner rebuffs the subpoena. This article was authored by Ken Sweet. JPMorgan Chase sued its former executive Jeff Staley on Wednesday, alleging that he aided in hiding Jeffrey Epstein's years long sex abuse and trafficking in order to keep the financier pedophile as a client. Nothing untrue about any of that. That's all factual, okay? And look, I'm not a big fan of the US Virgin Islands. You all know that. I feel like they're in it for a cash grab. But that doesn't mean what they're saying here is incorrect or untrue. It is true. And while I might not be a fan of their motivations, I'm happy to see all of these scumbags get pantsed in the process. The New York bank seeks to hold Jeff Staley personally liable for any financial penalties that JP Morgan may have to pay in two related cases. It is also seeking to force Staley to pay back wages he earned during the time he allegedly was aware of the abuse and personally observed Epstein's behavior on multiple occasions. I highly doubt they're ever going to recoup that money, but it's a good ask on their part. You might as well add it, right? Who knows what'll happen? So add it to your lawsuit. Look, we're going to blame Jeff Staley. That's the strategy meeting, all right? They walked in. It's Jeff Staley's fault. Let's pin it all on him. And let's act like we had no idea what was happening with Epstein. But we know that's not the case. We know about the emails and we know about all of the bankers, all of the big wigs laughing about what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. That's how they really feel about you. When people tell you how they feel, my advice is you should listen. And the financial sector doesn't give one single about you or your children. In light of Staley's intentional and outrageous conduct in failing to disclose pertinent information and abandoning JP Morgan's interests in favor of his own and Epstein's personal interests, the bank is entitled to punitive damages. The bank said in its lawsuit. I mean, for real, how much did the bank make throughout the time that Jeffrey Epstein was there. And what's the bank going to do with that money? Oh, I'm sure they're going to donate it, right? They're gonna give it all back like they want Jeff Staley to. Here's an idea. You were all in on it. You knew what Staley was up to. And now you're backpedaling, trying to do the marathon to create distance between you and your boy. But guess what? Nobody's gonna allow it. Everybody's been paying attention. Everybody knows the players on this stage. And the party is over for these lying ass financial institutions. A lawyer for Staley had no comment on the lawsuit. J.P. morgan's lawsuit was filed after the bank was sued by the government of the U. S. Virgin Islands as well as by a woman identified as Jane Doe who was allegedly abused by Epstein. Those lawsuits claim J.P. morgan should have seen evidence of Epstein sex trafficking and knowingly benefited from it. Same goes for the U. S. Virgin Islands. Let's not act like the US Virgin Islands and the officials on the island had no idea what Epstein was up to or what Epstein was. They did. They knew. It's documented. Hell, people at the airport were talking about it when Epstein would show up with a bunch of young girls. You mean to tell me the politicians in the USVI who were all getting fat at the trough of Jeffrey Epstein had no idea what he was. Stop it already. And for me, that's my biggest beef with the United States Virgin Islands and their nonsense. If they really meant what they were saying and they were truly looking for their pound of flesh, there would be indictments. It wouldn't just be a cash grab, right? If all of this happened. You mean to tell me that there was no criminal activity that's been documented that can be acted upon? I don't believe that. I'm sorry, but I don't believe it. The lawsuit by the US Virgin Islands repeatedly mentions Epstein's close ties and to new Albany billionaire and L Brand's founder, Les Wexner, who was denied knowing of any illegal activity by Epstein. Oh, yeah, you know, Les Wexner is a very believable guy, folks. Okay? I believe everything that this guy has to say because he's been so truthful and so transparent about all of his behavior, said nobody ever. Who the hell believes what Les Wexner has to say about anything? Before Staley, Epstein relied heavily on the massive wealth bestowed upon him, but primarily by one individual, Leslie Les Herbert Wexner to give him the appearance of grand importance while relying on his then madam Nope, you're wrong about that. His co conspirator, partner in crime, and captain of industry, Ghislaine Maxwell to find and groom young women to be abused. The lawsuit states, without Wexner, Epstein sex trafficking operation could never have occurred to the extent that it did, as Epstein needed the appearance of extraordinary wealth to attract his victims and force them to stay silent. Well, it wasn't the appearance. He did have this wealth. We know he pilfered it, and we know that Les Wexner gave him a big fat chunk of change to get things off the ground. Wexner is not a party to the Virgin Islands case, but prosecutors there have sought information from him for the case, including information about a payment or of $124,232 made from an Epstein organization to Wexner. What Wexner will say is, well, Jeffrey Epstein stole $47 million from me, and I don't buy that either. I believe that plan was all in place, and it was a burn after reading type of plan. If Epstein ever got busted, that was the fallback. So Wexner didn't catch blowback. I'll just say that you stole money from me, you're already in trouble. What does it matter? Sounds like a pretty logical idea and a pretty logical plan to me, especially for people who are moving in the hallways of intelligence. And what, you think they don't sit around, plan and plot for the the future? Of course they do. The government seeks documents concerning the transactions and relationship between Wexner and Epstein and communications with JP Morgan regarding Epstein, according to a motion filed last month in U. S. District Court in New York seeking the court's help in serving Wexner with a subpoena. It noted multiple efforts made to subpoena Wexner in February were rebuffed, including when security guards at Wexner's home prevented the person with the subpoena to communicate with Wexner. Must be nice, huh? How many of you have some big burly ass ex massage goon protecting your door? Pretty sure most of us do not have that benefit. And. And if somebody's trying to serve us, guess what? We get served. And then we have to go through the process. But if you have a big, gigantic mansion and a bunch of goons protecting you, you're dancing to your own tune. The motion also says the efforts to serve the subpoena through the Columbus law firm Zeger, Tigis and Little, which has represented Wexner, were also unsuccessful. A spokesman for Wexner declined to comment. He you would think that Les Wexner would want to help out here, right? Help out all of these girls who are abused and all of that stuff. But no, he doesn't, because he's a scumbag who took part in all of it. So if you're waiting for Les Wexner to help out here and have a conversation, you're going to be waiting for quite some time. Previous lawsuits have shown Staley and Epstein exchanged hundreds of emails and text messages over the years, and they were seen to have a close relationship with that went beyond the professional relationship a banker would have with a wealthy client. Unless, of course, that client had something to offer the banker. And we all know what Epstein was offering. The bank continues to deny allegations in its lawsuit. However, it appears to allege that Staley may have committed sexual assault. It notes in its lawsuit that the anonymous DOE described a powerful financial executive could use his clout with JP Morgan to make Epstein untouchable. The bank says that the financial executive was Staley. Well, it was. It's not just the bank saying that. It's. It's a fact. Jess Daley was one of Jeffrey Epstein's top supporters, one of his most powerful brokers, and somebody who, certainly, according to these allegations anyway, has a little bit more to answer for than just having a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Remember, there's layers to this shit. You have the enablers, you have the hangers on, and then you have the most vile of all the people who actually took part in the abuse. Epstein was arrested in 2019 on federal charges accusing him of paying underage girls hundreds of dollars in cash for massages and then molesting them at his homes in Florida and New York. He was found dead in jail on August 10th of that year, and at age 66, a medical examiner ruled his death a suicide. Yeah, okay. I guess if that's what you want to call it. Staley left JP Morgan in 2013 to become CEO of London based bank Barclays. He resigned last year following a report by British regulators into his past links with Epstein. The dude should have never been hired at Barclays in the first place. And then Barclays keeps them on throughout all of the financial turmoil for one reason and one reason only. Like I said back then, so they could secure that bag. Besides that, the second that it became a good idea to jettison Staley, that's exactly what Barclays did. They got rid of the dude. And now Staley finds himself bearing the brunt of all of this fallout. And guess what? His ass deserves it all Right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Today we're going to talk a little bit more about Les Wexner and what's going on down in the United States Virgin Islands. We know that Les Wexner has been subpoenaed and he tried to dodge those subpoenas by having his security run interference when the process server showed up. Well, the judge decided after a request from the prosecutors that Les Wexner could be subpoenaed via mail. And that's something that we don't see all that often. Usually when you're getting served, you have to have the process server hand you those papers. But when you're playing games like Les Wexner or the way Ghislaine Maxwell was, these judges, they're not going to let you get away with it. Eventually it's gonna come to the point where they've had enough and they'll take it to the next step and let you get subpoenaed via mail. We've seen it before and I'm sure we're going to see it again. So let's get into this article from Inside Edition, and let's see what Chris Spargo has for us. Jeffrey Epstein staff who say pedophile had underage girl on island and Les Wexner subpoenaed in the J.P. morgan case. And the staff that they're talking about here are the island managers and their names are Miles and Kathy Alexander. All right, on to the article. And this article was Originally published on February 21st of 2023 in a civil lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase Bank. Lawyers for the Virgin Islands have also issued a subpoena for Les Wexner requesting information directly related to the billionaire businessman's work with Epstein. Les Wexner may finally be forced to reveal new details about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. I highly doubt it. I'm sure he's going to have to release some information, but it's going to be curated. You really think that Les Wexner, the king of Columbus, Ohio, is going to come into this ill prepared with without a billion dollar legal team? You already know that they're working behind the scenes to mitigate the fallout for their client, Les Wexner in a civil lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase Bank. Lawyers for the government of the US Virgin Islands have issued a subpoena for Wexner requesting information directly related to the Billionaire businessman's work with Epstein and why he ended his professional relationship with the convicted pedophile. Well, he'll tell you it has to do with Epstein stealing money from him. But I've always said that was the COVID that was put in place from the very beginning. Alright? So if you ever get nailed, we'll say that you stole money from me and that'll be my cover. Pretty simple, right? But effective. Obviously. Effective, considering Les Wexner has not been called to the carpet yet.

Of particular interest to prosecutors is a payment JP Morgan allegedly processed from an Epstein charitable organization, enhanced education to Wexner in the amount of $124,232, according to a recent court motion filed by the lawyer for the government of the Virgin Islands. Inside Edition obtained a copy of that motion and the subpoena prosecutors issued for Wexner, the Les Wexner subpoena. Lawyers for the government submitted the motion in hopes of getting the judge to issue an order allowing service of the subpoena to Wexner by certified mail after his staff members allegedly blocked a court server from delivering the document to Wexner on multiple occasions. And this is a tactic that's used by rich people the world over. If they don't want to get served, they'll just retreat back into their mansion. It's private property. They'll have their guards patrol the grounds, and they won't let anybody on the grounds. And you'll have to play a game of cat and mouse, and hopefully you catch them when they're going to Starbucks or maybe when they're headed out for their alfalfa sandwich or whatever the hell these weirdos eat. The filing claims that attempts to serve Wexner in person on February 8 and February 11 at his home in Ohio failed after a court server was allegedly refused access to the 85 year old founder of L Brands. A security guard allegedly would not allow the server to access or communicate with Wexner on the first attempt, says the filing. And the security guard allegedly prevented service again during that second visit, according to the motion. Motion to serve Les Wexner by certified mail. An attempt to serve Wexner at the offices of his charitable foundation also failed on February 8, says the court document, after the server was blocked from physical entry and was told via intercom that Wexner was not present and only came into the foundation two or three times per year. Now, why would somebody like Les Wexner be trying to avoid this? Why wouldn't he just go and handle his business like any of us would have to? Oh, that's right. Special treatment. I forgot. Wexner is being asked in the subpoena to provide the prosecutors with all documents reflecting all communications with or concerning Epstein, including, but not limited to all communications regarding services or advice provided to you by Epstein and your termination of Epstein. All documents reflecting or concerning all communications with JPMorgan Chase regarding Epstein, all documents reflecting concerning Epstein and introductions or payments to women from massages or for modeling services or regarding trafficking or sexual abuse of women by Epstein. Lawyers for the government are also hoping to get more information about communications between Wexner and JP Morgan from 2008, the year that Wexner ended his professional relationship with Epstein, according to the motion. And again, that whole entire thing was a cover. The whole he stole money from me the whole entire. Oh, I had no idea what Epstein was up to. All of that was bull. You don't give somebody the keys to the kingdom the way Les Wexner gave Jeffrey Epstein the keys to the kingdom, if you don't know what's going on. And not only that, but Epstein used those keys to the kingdom to further his criminal enterprise and. And to abuse women, all under the pretext that they're gonna get a job working for Victoria's Secret. It's frustrating because this is all common knowledge to those of us who have been following this for all of these years, because something should have been done about this a very long time ago. After being unable to serve Wexner, prosecutors attempted to facilitate service through his attorneys, says the motion. But those efforts failed. And as well, according to Singer, lawyers for Wexner at the Ohio firm of Zeger, Tigis and Little did not respond to requests for comment. I mean, why would they. They have nothing to say here if they just keep silent and keep it moving. Nothing's ever going to happen to Les Wexner. Wexner told members of his foundation that Epstein agreed to step back from the management out of our personal finances. In 2007, shortly after, prosecutors in Palm Beach county drafted a 53 page indictment following an investigation into claims that Epstein solicited underage girls for prostitution. That indictment was never filed in court, and Epstein ultimately agreed to plead guilty to one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of solicitation of a minor for prostitution. In 2008, as part of a deal with prosecutors, Wexner wrote in a 2019 letter to members of the foundation obtained by Inside Edition Digital, that after Epstein stepped down, we discovered that he had misappropriated vast sums of money from me and my family at that time. With his credibility and our trust in him destroyed, Wexner said that he immediately severed ties with Epstein. It's very convenient that they found that money right at the time where Epstein was under the microscope. Does anybody believe that, honestly? Do any of you believe that out there? It's all a cover story, and I don't hear anybody else even talking about that. The fact that he gave Epstein this money with the intent of saying that the money was pilfered if shit went south is a pretty standard move when you're talking about people like this. It's all about plausible deniability, right? Oh, yeah, we were friends. Oh, he worked for me, but that's as far as it went. But the reality is we know that's not the truth. Wexner is not the only one of Epstein's former associates being asked to provide documents to lawyers for the Virgin Islands. Miles and Kathy Alexander, the couple who managed Epstein's private island, Little St James from 1999 to to 2007, have also been subpoenaed in the case and asked to sit for a deposition. According to subpoenas obtained by Inside Edition Digital, Cathy and Miles are both being asked to provide lawyers with documents, communications and agreements related to your employment by Jeffrey Epstein, including, but not limited to one, employment and severance agreement, two, non disclosure agreements, three, all payments in any form received from or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein. Four, all communications with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Bella Klein, Daphne Wallace, Harry Beller, Leslie Groff, Sarah Kellen, Sarah Kensington or Sarah Vickers. All the same person, by the way. Erica Keller Halls, Richard D. Khan and or Darren K. Indyke. And that's basically the inner circle right there. And all of the people that were helping him make moves, financially or otherwise. Miles Alexander subpoena Kathy said in a 2011 interview with Daily Mail that she had been suspicious about the ages of the girls who arrived on the island. From the start, I saw some girls who I thought were very young, looking about 16 or 17, easily. And it bugged me because I have a daughter, and although she was in her 20s, I didn't like the idea that another woman's child was in that situation. I didn't feel comfortable about it. Kathy said in that interview. Yeah, but you kept working for him, right? You didn't do anything to stop it, did you? They looked like they had stepped out of an underwear catalog. They walked around with very few clothes on or lounged around by the pool with nothing on. It was like that. Most of the time I was concerned about their ages. A few of them looked very young, and I couldn't help but wonder if their mothers knew where they were. Now, keep this in mind, folks, when we're talking about all of the people who visited this island. This was commonplace on the island. These girls lounging around topless, no clothes on, scantily clad. And if everybody else is recognizing that these girls are very young looking, you mean to tell me that none of these bozos who went to the island were hip to it? Of course they were. But guess what? They didn't care. And the only time they ever care is when they get exposed. Her husband, Miles, said in the same interview that he had actual proof of one underage girl being on the island. One was definitely underage, but she had a letter of consent from her parents and was under the guardianship of a model agency, said Miles. Folks, I don't know how much more I can stress the fact that these modeling agencies are not good for your children. There is not enough gold on this planet that you could give me to leave my child in the care of any modeling agency anywhere in the world. He also said in the interview that this underage girl arrived on the island during his first day working as the manager of the little St. James property. Now, if that's your first day, why did you stick around? If I show up to work and there's an underage girl running around with a bunch of other scantily clad women, your boy's getting on the first boat off the island and getting out of Dodge and reporting what he saw. The attorneys for the Virgin Islands are suing JP Morgan, arguing in court papers that the bank helped fund and conceal Epstein's alleged sex trafficking ring. JP Morgan knew, including at the highest level of the bank, that Epstein was an extremely high risk client. Between 2005 and 2013, there were reports that Epstein sexually abused women and girls, reads the filing. In 2008, Epstein pled guilty to sexual offenses and registered as a sex offender, despite JP Morgan's acknowledgment that it needed to closely monitor Epstein. And JP Morgan ignored numerous red flags and failed to comply with federal banking regulations until years later. After J.P. morgan was no longer benefiting from Epstein's business, J.P. morgan has moved to have the case dismissed. In court papers, the bank cut ties with Epstein in 2013 and we know that that failed. They weren't able to dismiss the case and the case is moving forward. But this gives you a little bit more of a look at into the games that these fuckers are playing and all the dancing around, all the avoidance. This is what's been going on for decades. And finally, at least some of them are getting called to the carpet. The question is, when's it going to be time for Les Wexner to dance to the tune the prosecutors are playing? All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box.

Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: June 29, 2026
Episode Theme:
A deep-dive into the shadowy role of billionaire Les Wexner in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, his evasive maneuvers amidst legal scrutiny, and the ongoing failure of elites and institutions to hold major players accountable.
Bobby Capucci takes listeners through a detailed examination of Les Wexner’s connections to Jeffrey Epstein, highlighting newly unsealed court documents, Wexner’s alleged strategies for plausible deniability, and his ongoing efforts to avoid subpoenas and deeper scrutiny. The episode explores how Wexner avoided major consequences while remaining a key enabler and benefactor to Epstein, with pointed commentary on the failures of legacy media, law enforcement, and the banking sector. Capucci weaves coverage of recent investigative reporting, legal actions, and firsthand accounts, demanding accountability for all involved.
This MEGA edition episode drives home the disturbing reality that, despite mountains of documentary evidence and eyewitness accounts, the web of enablers around Jeffrey Epstein—especially Les Wexner—have largely avoided legal or public accountability. Capucci’s analysis doesn't let listeners forget how power, money, and institutional complicity have allowed Wexner (and others) to "fly under the Epstein radar," and continues to agitate for justice where legal, political, and media systems have so far failed.
