What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. At this point, we know that Prince Andrew and his legal team will literally grab on to whatever kind of debris is in the wreckage area and attempt to cling onto it with this new article we're going to read tonight. It just slams home that fact. Anybody who would think it's a good idea to try and use Kevin Spacey as a character witness or as a witness to, to try and make it seem like he was the one who invited Ghislaine Maxwell on the tour of Buckingham palace is not a winning strategy. It is. It defies reason, folks, that these people that are making this kind of money to defend Prince Andrew would continue on this path. I mean, Kevin Spacey, that's like being a serial killer. Insert serial killer here. And then using like Jeffrey Dahmer or John Wayne Gacy as an example or as, you know, somebody who is a character witness for you, somebody who is supposed to be believable or a good person. I mean, we're talking about Kevin Spacey here. Somebody who is obviously right in the same boat as these other sick bastards. Somebody who has a ton of bad news around them as well. In fact, let's take a look at some of the things that Kevin Spacey is being accused of. Kevin Spacey has been one of Hollywood's biggest stars, but faced scandal after claims he sexually assaulted Star Trek actor Anthony rapp, who was 14 at the time. All right, so this is the guy Prince Andrew is going to call up there so to, to be his witness. Oh, yeah, it was me who brought Ghislaine Maxwell to the Palace. Meanwhile, we know all of the other times that she's been there. We know all of the other times that they've spent together. So this whole narrative here is just, it's, it's almost unbelievable that they try and pitch it to us. The pair were both in Broadway shows and met at a party in 1986 where Rap told Buzzfeed my impression when he came into the room was, he was drunk. He picked me up like a groom picks up a bride over the threshold. But I don't, I don't like squirm away initially because I'm like, what's going on? And then he lays on top of me. He was trying to seduce me. I don't know if I would have used that language, but I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually. 14 years old and this is the guy you're going to call as a character witness, huh? The Queen must be besides herself right now. Can you imagine? I mean again, if this was my mom, forget it. I would have had every wooden spoon in the neighborhood broken over my ass already. She would have dragged me to the FBI to speak to the FBI. And God forbid I brought up some other scuzz bag and tried to use him as an excuse or a witness. I would have never been able to walk again. On the day Rapp made his allegations, Spacey came out as gay and apologized to the actor saying, I honestly do not remember the encounter. It would have been over 30 years ago. But it's cool because it's over 30 years ago and you know, since it's so long ago, your behavior is cool. It's acceptable that you were trying to assault a 14 year old boy. Very acceptable. And also it's funny that he would say that he doesn't remember the encounter. Oh yeah, I'm sure you don't remember. It sounds familiar, doesn't it? Who else doesn't remember their encounter? But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior. But if I did, it's always if this, that, this, that. Dude, you did it. Just admit it, man. And this is the guy, remember, that we're going to talk about in this article that Prince Andrew is going to use as a witness or somebody to say that he's the one who invited Ghislaine Maxwell to the Palace. Just keep this all in mind. Keep this whole outline of who Kevin Spacey is framed in your mind as we continue to dig into this article in a second. Others have since come forward with more claims of sexual misconduct, including Heather Unruh, who alleged her 18 year old son was sexually assaulted by The Star in 2016. A civil lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice after it was revealed Unruh deleted text off her son's phone before giving it to the police, while a criminal assault charge was also dropped. I mean, because it was Kevin Spacey. That's why? It was dropped because the dude has some money. But these. These boys who were abused by him, ah, no big deal. Just get on with your life. Go rub some dirt on it. It's also obscene to me, man. And then the fact that even. We're even here, right, that Prince Andrew would even be thinking about using this guy as a witness or whatever is just.
Commentator/Co-host
It's.
Bobby Capucci
It's disgusting. Documentary filmmaker Tony Montana, that's hilarious. Claims Spacey groped his penis in the Coronet Pub in Los ang Angeles in 2003, while Roberto Cavas, a former actor at the Old Vic Theater, said that he had fended off two unpleasant advances made by the Star in 2008, which bordered on harassment. And just to circle back for a second here, you notice how when he gets busted for this, he comes out and says, oh, I'm gay. Like, that's an excuse. Like, this is the kind of behavior gay people engage in. We know it's not. Gay people are normal, just like the rest of us. They just happen to like somebody or love somebody else.
Commentator/Co-host
It's nothing more crazy than that.
Bobby Capucci
It's nothing more deeper than that. Okay, come out and say you're a gay man. To try and use that as a defense. That's gross and offensive to a whole entire community of really good people. Harry Dreyfuss, the son of actor Richard, also claimed Spacey groped him when he was 18 years old. Spacey has also been accused of a number of sexual assaults in England between 1996 and 2013, including one claim he performed a sex act on someone asleep. Police have handed over their investigation to prosecutors, who will decide whether to charge him. Spacey has denied the accusations. Oh, I'm sure he has. And it's funny. They turned it over for the police to investigate. Yeah, I'm sure that's gonna go a long way. I'm sure the police are really gonna investigate this. All the way to the nines, huh? Come on, man. Kevin Spacey as a character witness. What's next? You're gonna bring up. Oh, I don't know. Insert dictator here as the human rights chairman. All right, so I just wanted to touch on the Kevin Spacey outline here real quick before we actually dive into the article. So this is an article from the Daily Mail, and it was authored by Nick Enoch. Prince Andrew wants disgrace actor Kevin Spacey to help him clear his name by telling juror and Virginia Roberts sex assault lawsuit that Ghislaine Maxwell was his guest during guided tour of Buckingham palace in 2002. Prince Andrew allegedly wants disgraced actor Kevin Spacey to help clear his name by telling a jury in the Virginia Roberts sex assault lawsuit that. That Ghislaine Maxwell was Spacey's guest during a guided tour of Buckingham palace in 2002. We know that's BS, we know that's a lie, we know that's garbage, but this guy's gonna sit here and attempt to run this kind of yap on us. A photo taken during the private tour, which was organized by the Duke, shows Maxwell and Spacey smiling as they sit on the Queen's and Prince Philip's coronation thrones. Andrew had invited Spacey for the tour of the palace. Ghislaine Maxwell came with him, not as a guest of Andrews, the source told the Sun. Oh, no. But was she again? This is so hilarious to me, honestly, it's really ridiculous. But he was at your daughter's wedding. He was at the. The 2000 Jubilee. He was at all of these other events. Ghislaine Maxwell had run of the palace, but just on this occasion, she was, you know, she. You want us to believe that she was Kevin Spacey's guest? Kevin Spacey's plus one? What are you doing hanging out with all of these molesters, all of these human traffickers, all of these sick bastards? Andrew? I don't know one person that abuses women or children. You're in a whole room full of them. Every single time you walk into a room, it seems like the tour which showed Maxwell and the American Beauty actor larking around in the throne room, was arranged for former US President Bill Clinton, who was a friend of Spacy and other VIPs. So again, another guy who's accused of being a sexual abuser. I mean, were they going for, like, the Guinness World Book of Records for the most sexual abusers in a room at the same time? Because there has to be some kind of record that they're looking to set with all of this scum together. The Duke of York wants to distance himself from Maxwell, who is set to be sentenced on sex trafficking crimes on June 28. That is not going to happen. We're going to continue to pound home the point that Ghislaine Maxwell was not only great friends with Jeffrey Epstein, she was great friends with Prince Andrew. And in fact, she was greater friends with Prince Andrew than she might have been with Epstein. To start out, her and Andrew were tight, real tight. And we've heard also that they might have been, you know, involved in a bit of a tryst. We've heard the same About Ghislaine Maxwell and Bill Clinton. Kind of a pattern being established here, no? The source added, if Kevin can convince a jury he was the crucial link with Ghislaine rather than Andrew, it distances the Prince from her somewhat, and that's crucial. Boy, again, talk about clinging on to the wreckage around the downed ship. This isn't going to help you. Did you just not hear what I just read about Kevin Spacey? Do you think the court doesn't know that about him? So you're just gonna trot this guy up there and say, hey, look, you know what? Why not? Here's an idea. I got a great idea. Why don't you just get Keith Ray Neary out of jail and R. Kelly out of jail and have them come and be witnesses for you as well, you epic moron. Andrew also believes such a gifted actor and public speaker could be a very compelling asset in front of a jury. Oh, yeah, real compelling asset. As if nobody knows what Kevin Spacey's up to. You mean to tell me if you were sitting on a jury and some fool trotted out Kevin Spacey as a witness or whatever, you wouldn't choke on your peanuts? Give me a break. This guy's another sick bastard, another fellow traveler, and you want us to believe what he has to say about someone's character? Huh? Oh, yeah, sure. I. I'm completely sold. I am on board 100%. Said nobody ever. Other men subsequently came forward alleging Spacey had made unwanted advances and sexually harassed them. Spacey has continued to deny all assault allegations.

Earlier this week, Prince Andrew demanded a trial by jury. What other kind of trial is there? I mean, really, trial by judge? That's not going to happen. I mean, if he was really bout about it and he was really the Prince of England, he would have demanded a trial by combat, like Tyrion did when he was captured by the Starks. But no, of course, trial by jury. Too bad it's not the old days, right? You know, when, like, politicians would have a problem, they'd leave the Senate or Congress and go out back, take 20 steps away from each other, then, you know, have a duel, shoot each other or whatever. I mean, trial by jury. What other kind of trial are you going to get? You Stupid idiot. Trial by Jerry as he hit back of accusations of rape and sexual assault made by Jeffrey Epstein, sex slave, Virginia Roberts. No. How about Jeffrey Epstein, survivor, Virginia Roberts, sex slave? What is this, a harem in the seventh century? In his official response to claims made against him by Mr. Roberts five months ago, the Queen's son issued 41 denials rejecting all allegations of wrongdoing, but said a further 40 times that he lacks sufficient information to admit or deny other claims. I mean, it's not like he was there or anything. Not like he lived through this. How would we expect him to have any information on these claims? He wasn't there. He didn't take the picture. He had nothing to do with this. His fingers are too fat. He can't sweat. He's allergic. I mean, am I the only one that sees the ridiculousness of it all here? Am I the only one that sees what's going on here? This guy is playing big time games with everybody, okay? He's never going to admit to what happened, never going to own up. None of that's ever going to occur.

The guy is.
Bobby Capucci
He talks about, oh, I am an honorable man. I want to do the honorable thing. He doesn't have an honorable bone in his stupid body. He also submitted 11 defenses calling for the case to be dismissed, including that Ms. Roberts claims should be barred by her own wrongful conduct and uncle. And unclean hands. What does that even mean? What they're saying is that Virginia is responsible for helping Jeffrey Epstein, you know, make things happen. You know, she shouldn't be considered a victim here because she has unclean hands. And, you know, the Prince Andrew should get off because of that. Well, we all know that she was a little kid when she was groomed. We all know that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
Commentator/Co-host
molded her into that.
Bobby Capucci
They normalized that. They used the grooming process to get her there. And for Prince Andrew to attempt to act like that is a quality defense. To act like using what she went through as a crutch for his own depravity is a good idea. I don't think it's going to work out so well for him, folks. I really don't. His decision to go ahead with the case puts him in a contravention with the Royal Family, who sources say are desperate. Desperate for him to settle and avoid the spectacle of a trial in New York later this year during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. And we already know that the Royal Family is not happy about this. They've come out and said it, or at least through sources have said that they want him to take a plea deal. They want him to get out of court, settle out of court. And it doesn't look like Andrew's gonna go that route. It looks like this dude really thinks that if he goes to a trial by jury, it's gonna end up well for him. A source said Andrew was on a collision course with the palace over this. Earlier this month, the Queen swiftly and ruthlessly forced Andrew to step down and from his remaining royal patronages and demanded he fight the case as a private citizen. Well, I wouldn't exactly say forcefully. Right. The Queen probably wasn't too happy that she had to make Andrew get rid of those titles. She loves him. That's her favorite son, according to all of the reports. So one would believe, or one would think anyway, that she wasn't happy about this. So the whole ruthlessly and swiftly. Yeah, swiftly. About three years, four years too late, five years too late. So not too swiftly. Okay. Andrew has not officially responded to the 73 point civil claim as his lawyers almost immediately had not officially responded to the 73 point civil claim as his lawyers almost immediately applied to a New York judge for it to be thrown out. That was dismissed earlier this month, meaning he now needs to formally answer the accusations against him, including claims that Ms. Roberts was trafficked to him by his friend, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and forced to have sex with the Duke on three occasions when she was 17. And we all know that he is forcefully denying all of this. And you have to be, you know, reaching at whatever's around you so you don't drown. If you're calling on Kevin Spacey to be a character witness, she says this amounts to rape, sexual assault and battery as she seeks unspecified damages. Thought to be in the millions of pounds, Andrew's aid admissions were limited to information already public, such as he is a US citizen and resides UK citizen and resides at Royal Lodge in Windsor Estate. So again, he didn't give us anything in that response, Right? Nothing. We didn't know. He didn't provide anything new. He admits his walk with Epstein in Central park in 2010 and staying at the pedophile's Manhattan mansion on the same trip, both caught on camera. But in his rebuttal of Ms. Roberts complaint, Andrew denies he ever sexually abused her and refuses to admit or deny his assertion that she was Epstein's victim. I mean, wow, he won't even give her that. He won't even admit that Virginia Roberts was abused by Jeffrey Epstein. Even with all of the evidence that we have, even though she's been paid out by the estate, even though, I mean really, that's the kind of obtuse jerk off we're dealing with when we're talking about the Prince of Nothing. He even quite remarkably given photographic evidence of the relationship over the years, denies being a close friend of Epstein's girlfriend and now convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. Andrew's legal team also reject Ms. Roberts accusations that he refused to cooperate with US authorities in their investigations of Epstein and his co conspirators despite officials claiming he has done just that. And I posted an episode yesterday detailing this. The Department of Justice came out and said this dude wasn't cooperating. I mean, what more do they want? He hasn't cooperated, he hasn't done his honorable duty and that's just where we're at. Those are the facts Andrew makes clear he continues to dispute. Ms. Roberts is a resident in the state of Colorado, which allows her to bring the case in the US now. A 38 year old mother of three, she lives in Perth, Australia and has understood Andrew's legal team is still intent to pursue this. In a bid to get the case thrown out, MailOnline has contacted Kevin Spacey in Buckingham palace for comment. Well, you know that they're gonna try and get it thrown out and it shows you honestly how weak their defense is. This is what they're gonna hang their hats on again, technicalities, loopholes. It's not about innocence because they know if they go that route they're in big trouble. Andrew has no evidence to help him along the way here. All the evidence that we've seen so far is evidence pointing directly against him. So when you're using Kevin Spacey as your life preserver, as somebody that you want to bring in front of a jury, I'm of the opinion that you are good and screwed. All right folks, that's gonna do it for this morning's update. I'll probably, probably be back later on at some point with another episode. We'll see where the day leads us. up in their own self that they don't think it's possible for anybody to ever come after them, never mind file a lawsuit against a royal. A royal's never been sued before, so why would they think that it's going to happen this time? Why would they think anybody would even have the, the courage to attempt doing something like that considering it's such a. Something that's, you know, looked down upon or something that's not ever happened before? No precedent for has to come as a shock to the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and the knuckleheads he has around him, his crisis team. You know, it's funny, you know how you can avoid all of this? How? You don't need a crisis team. Don't be a dick. Don't be engaged in human trafficking, don't hang out with Jeffrey Epstein. Pretty simple. Could have stayed home, rode your horse, played polo, went fishing, took in a ride on one of the planes, went to the British Virgin Islands for vacation, went to India. I could go on and on. You could have done anything. Instead you chose to be an asshole. And instead you chose to be a dick. Instead, according to these allegations, you chose to engage in human trafficking. So now you need to deal with the, the fallout from this, the repercussions of this. And for way too long, this man has been able, and I use the word man loosely, this man has been able to duck, dodge and dip like Rip Torn is teaching him how to play dodgeball with a bag of wrenches. And I'll tell you, I'm tired of it. I'm tired of the dancing around. I'm tired of avoiding justice. And I'm certainly tired of these people in the so called elite looking down at the rest of us like we don't matter. Bitch, we matter. Do you hear us now? I'm sure you hear Virginia.
Bobby Capucci
Now.
Commentator/Co-host
Remember when you thought she didn't matter. Remember when you thought that you were just going to abuse this girl and get away with it? Well, surprise, bitch. That's not how any of this is going to work. Much to your dismay and much to the dismay of the royal family, I'm sure now it's all fine and well to have your daughters there showing some support. This, that and the other thing. You guys know how I feel. I'm not going to talk about this dude's kids. His kids didn't do anything in this Regard. They're not involved in this. Not me. I have. I have no beef with this guy's kids. And they're doing the right thing by showing up and showing support for their dad. Who would want to believe that their dad is a molester? Who would want to believe that their dad's involved in human trafficking? Who would want to believe that their dad's hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein? But he was, at the very least, hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. So the kids are there, everyone's there to, you know, show a strong family presence. You know, we're rallying around the. The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Fine. Could have avoided all of this Joe Exotic of the Windsor family by speaking to the authorities in a forthright manner, coming forward, speaking to the authorities and being a man. I know it's hard for you to be a man, but you had your chance and you blew it. So now don't cry crocodile tears. Don't act like you had no idea this was coming. You knew this was coming. Your team knew this was coming. And the whole world should have known that this was coming. These people have been allowed to skate clean for way too long, folks. Way too long. And I don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of being treated like shit by the upper crust, by the so called elite while they're running off to the Hamptons and you're dying in Manhattan while they're running off to their bunker in New Zealand while the rest of us are living this dystopian, unbelievable life that we've been thrusted into. So forgive me if I'm tired of their bullshit. Forgive me if I'm tired of them using us as pieces on a chessboard. So when somebody stands up to these people and somebody fights back the way Virginia is, you better believe I'm going to stand shoulder to shoulder or honestly, hard to stand shoulder to shoulder with a titan like that, right? Stand behind them and offer what little support you can. Because if it's one of us, they can ignore it, right? Who cares? People are crazy when there's 10 million of us, whole different ball game. And these so called elite are starting to learn that. They're starting to learn real quick that people are fed up, people are tired of it. And locking Everybody down for 19 months gave everybody time to reflect on what's important to them. And the writings on the wall. For Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and people like him, your days are numbered. The party is over. 2020 was the year that the predator turned into the prey. And 2021 is the year that that prey. And it all starts with things like this. Virginia standing up. Maria coming forward when she did, Courtney coming forward when she did. All of these ladies coming forward and facing off against some of the most powerful people in the world. That's how you move things in the right direction. That's how you get a story with some legs. And the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and his team, they should have been expecting it. But according to this article that we're about to read from the Express, they were not. So let's jump into this article from the express.uk and let's see what's up. Headline Prince Andrew absolutely blindsided by lawsuit with every option high risk for the Duke. This article was authored by Holly Evans. Prince Andrew and his legal team did not expect Virginia Roberts to pursue a civil case and are currently dealing with a behind the scenes crisis as they assess their options. According to an expert. That doesn't sound like very much fun. Enjoying your Sunday morning, are you there, princely boy? Oh, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, the prince of punk asses sitting around. Bet you you're sweating as well. How's that sweating condition treating you? Oh, let me guess. You couldn't, you couldn't even answer these charges because you were getting pizza and woking again. Fucking clown.

The civil lawsuit filed against Prince Andrew has left the Queen's son in a dangerous position. According to a royal expert, Virginia Roberts, a former survivor of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has alleged the Duke sexually abused her on three occasions, leaving his legal team with a number of high risk options, which includes having details of his sexual history relayed in court. Prince Andrew has consistently denied all allegations. Yeah, there's no doubt that there's no damn good options for this guy. Right? We've discussed this quite a bit in the last few days and I, I said from the jump that absentia was the worst thing that could possibly happen here. Now, the fact that they talk about how they can go after this, like divorce assets, that's an interesting aspect that I didn't even think about previously, but it makes sense and I know that any bit of asset that he has tied to him outside of the uk, maybe even in the uk, who knows? But certainly anywhere within the sphere of influence of the United States would be freezed and then that money would be seized. That's how it works. What, you think the, the federal government needs your permission to take your money? Bro, there are no rules for the federal government. Have you not been paying attention? Royal commentator Rebecca English said, Andrew and his legal team have been absolutely blindsided by this. I mean, maybe he needs a new legal team. If, if you're blindsided by this, if you didn't know this was coming, I mean, what else are you not going to expect? This is kind of a earmarked shot here. Everybody knew that this was coming or something like this was going to come eventually. Did you really think that Virginia was just whinging? Did you think that she was just pumping air? This woman has had enough, folks. All you gotta do is listen to the interview she gives for all of these past years. She's fed up. And his legal team should have understood that David Boyes, Sigrid McCauley and the rest of them were not playing games. And they're gonna learn that real quick. One of my favorite sayings is fuck around and find out. And that's exactly what Prince Andrew and his legal team just did. They done fucked around. Now they're about to find out. They did not expect Virginia Roberts and her attorney to go down this route of a civil lawsuit. And as a result, there is a lot of behind the scenes crisis of trying to work out and what to do about it. So again, how didn't you expect this? You know, that she had no recourse criminally really. So you would have to expect that she would seek to get justice one way or the other. If you're the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's lawyers, no, you wouldn't have that strategy mapped out already in case this was what the outcome was. So he might want to reevaluate who's defending him. And again, look, I don't have any evidence of this, but I would not be surprised to end up seeing Dershowitz and Star and Lefkowitz and the whole pedophile protector dream team show up. As my colleague Steven Wright has explained, it is a very dangerous time for him. Every option available to them is high risk. He could try to try and ignore it completely. But then of course, he risks having a court finding against him in his absence and being branded a sex abuser in America and being subject to a multi million dollar claim against him. So you got to think logically, right? That The Prince is not going to ignore this. You got to think his legal team saying to him, look, bro, you cannot ignore this. We're going to have to come up with a strategy to meet this head on. Because if they render a decision in absentia without him around, if they render a decision and he's not part of it, he's not in the courtroom, any of that stuff, it's going to look really bad. I mean, really bad. You don't even show up to defend yourself when you're being called a sex offender, a child sex offender. I think if there's any kind of charge to get up against, to get fired up by, would be that one. No, but now I'm just gonna ignore it like it's a small claims court summons. Probably not the best idea. And if his legal team gives him that advice, I would fire them immediately. She continued, he could come out fighting, but if he does that, he's got to be prepared to have every dealing he has had with Jeffrey Epstein scrutinized. Every aspect of his life opened up to the public, including even his own sexual history. So what if you're innocent? That's what you gotta do. Again, you wouldn't be in this situation if you weren't hanging out with Epstein in the first place. You couldn't control yourself. You needed more power, you needed more prestige. You needed to climb the ladder as the Prince of England. You needed this fucking guy to help you. You that do whatever you want. You're the Prince of England. Call the fucking Yankees. Hey, can I come hang out in the clubhouse?

Yeah, sure.
Commentator/Co-host
Come on down, Prince. Call any casino head. Hey, can I come in and get some markers and hang out? Yeah, come on down, Prince. Just his presence alone, his profile for these places. And they would have loved to have him, but instead he wants to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein. So, no, I don't give a. I don't have any empathy for him. I don't care, okay? This dude made his bed. He needs to lie in it just like anybody else would. He could try to get it, struck out, but if he fails, he's back to square one. So there's a lot of think. There's a lot of thinking going on in the Andrew camp at the moment. Virginia Roberts filed the civil case on Tuesday. Under the New York Child's Victims act, she wishes to receive damages for the significant emotional and psychological distress and harm caused by the Duke of York. You blame her. I'd be looking for everything this dude had. I want even your golden spurs, homie. Every last thing you have, if it's not nailed down, I want it in this lawsuit. How about that? You're not gonna go to prison. Fine. I'm gonna get you this way then. And I hope that Virginia gets a rendering to towards her in the scope of millions and millions of dollars. Even if the guy doesn't pay it, getting the ruling alone is vindication enough. The case claims that Prince Andrew Sexually abused Ms. Roberts on three occasions. Twice in the US and once in London. She has alleged that he did so in full awareness that she was 17 years old. The age of consent in the US Virgin Islands where he allegedly had a sexual interaction with Ms. Roberts is 18 years old. Yeah, it's kind of an important fact, huh? And again, look, I'm not talking about, you know, a 20 year old and a 17 year old here, folks, okay? You know, Romeo and Juliet laws and all of that stuff. We all know men at 19 years old might as well be 12. This isn't what we're talking about here. There's no gray area here. We're talking about rich, powerful men using that power, that wealth to groom and normalize abuse amongst the most vulnerable amongst us. These people are sick. And the Prince, he's sick too. Her lawyer said 20 years ago, Prince Andrew's wealth, power, position and connections enabled him to abuse a frightened, vulnerable child. With no one there to protect her. It is long past the time for him to be held to account. And it is. That's. Look, for all of the jawing and the mockery and all of that I engage in. The one thing that really is the most important part is these people stand trial and go through the process like anybody else. That is what I've been crying from the rooftops. Why is it that everybody else gets picked up, gets indicted, has to go to trial, but these people don't equal justice under the law. Isn't that what it says? Well, how about we start fucking putting a little bit of that into play. The Duke of York has denied the allegations and told BBC journalist Emily Maitlis in 2019 it didn't happen. I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened. I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady. None whatsoever. Yeah, well, what about the picture there, princely boy? What about the picture of you in the Belgravia home with your arm around her? Okay, And Ghislaine Maxwell in the picture. So you're hanging out with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein and a 17 year old girl at Ghislaine Maxwell's house. What in the world could you possibly be doing that for? What were you guys discussing her prom plans for that year? Maybe her senior trip? Maybe what she has going on in her anatomy physiology class. The fuck are you guys doing hanging out with a 17 year old girl? There's no good excuse. No excuse you can come up with. There's not one in the playbook. I don't want to hear about the pizza place. I don't want to hear you were with your daughters. I want receipts. And short of that you can get right fucked. Joe Exotic of the Windsor family.

And take the rest of these scumbags right with you. As a vulnerable teenager, Ms. Roberts says she had been groomed by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who was running a sex trafficking ring with underage girls. She says no, he admitted to it. Okay, Paid out. The estate admits fault. Why else would they pay out 125 million smackaroonies? So no more alleged by Jeffrey Epstein's name, okay? These things that these girls are saying Epstein did to them specifically. I'm not using the word alleged. How about that? Epstein did all of that. That's what I believe. That's what the evidence points to. So why are we gonna say alleged? Still trying to put a little, little shine on the facade there, boys. That dude was a pedophile. Prolific pedophile. Molested girls from the age of 11 all the way up to grown ass women. And his estate paid out hundreds of millions of dollars in admission of that. So let's drop the alleged and move on, please. Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, was a close friend of Epstein after being introduced in the 90s through their mutual friend, British socialite, co conspirator, general all around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell. He remained friends with Epstein after his first conviction in 2008 for soliciting a child for prostitution. Oh, that's it? Just for soliciting a child for prostitution? No big deal. That's all right, Jeffrey. Soliciting kids, no big deal? It's not that big of a charge. The fuck are you talking about? First thing that anyone should have said is, wait a minute, how is a child considered a prostitute? Second of all, the fuck is wrong with you, sticky ass? Jeffrey Epstein, you disgusting bum. That should have been the response. Prince Andrew should have flown to America not to break up with Prince and with Jeffrey Epstein, but to punch him in the mouth. That's what he should have done. Following public backlash, he terminated the friendship. In 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was re arrested after a number of survivors came forward to reveal the extent of his sexual abuse. And he later committed suicide in his prison cell. Allegedly. So you were there, you saw what happened in that jail cell, huh? Everybody knows he committed suicide. Why? Because the government told you so? The government also told you there was weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. The government also told you. Insert lie here, folks. Okay, so we're just gonna believe them because that's what the government said without any evidence. I mean, if that's the way you want to go about your life, hey, God bless. I'm not here to tell anybody what what to do but me. That's not how my brain works. I'm skeptical of everything at this point. Ghislaine Maxwell is currently awaiting trial on allegations of procuring and sexually trafficking young girls, a claim she denies. Prince Andrew conducted an interview in November 2019 with BBC Newsnight in an attempt to save his reputation and quiet the media controversy. Yeah, how did that work out? That wasn't such a great idea, huh, jackass? God, I remember that interview like it was yesterday. What a moron. He came off so bad in that interview that I don't blame his legal team for keeping this dude sequestered. At this point, the last thing you want is him opening his mouth. The interview was deemed a disaster and the prince shortly withdrew from public duties and has ceased to represent the Queen in formal engagements. Yeah, that's. That's an understatement. Not only is he not formal engagements, as far as his brother is concerned, this dude's Persona non grata. This dude might as well be the man in the iron mask at this point. There is no coming back from this. Especially when his crazy ass brother gets in charge. You know that his brother is just gonna go hard in the paint and try and bury this as much as possible. If his brother really wanted to be a superstar, if his brother really wanted to build some good faith, he'd reach out to these lawyers and offer a donation towards some sort of human trafficking fund or something like that. In a later statement he said, I continue to unequivocally regret my ill judged association with Jeffrey Epstein. No, no, you regret getting caught. Okay, let's not conflate the two issues. His suicide has left many unanswered questions Alleged suicide, particularly for his survivors and I deeply sympathize with everyone who has been affected and wants some sort of closure. I can only hope that in time they will be able to rebuild their lives. Of course I am willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigation if required. All right, well it's required. It's one of those requirements, right? Non negotiable show up, speak to the authorities or or get subpoenaed and be forced compelled to speak to the authorities. Any way you slice it, no matter which way you go, use a Ginsu knife or a butter knife, the fact remains Prince Andrew, you're on the clock. This episode dives deep into new and developing legal troubles for Prince Andrew as he faces a civil lawsuit brought by Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Host Bobby Capucci critically examines Prince Andrew’s legal strategies—particularly the bizarre move to involve disgraced actor Kevin Spacey as a character witness—and the broader context of elite impunity in the Epstein case. The episode is marked by Capucci's unfiltered, satirical style and sharp critique of the high-profile individuals caught up in Epstein’s orbit.
On Kevin Spacey as Defense Witness:
“Kevin Spacey, that's like being a serial killer … and then using like Jeffrey Dahmer … as a character witness for you.” (01:22)
On Denials and Deflections:
“His fingers are too fat. He can't sweat. He's allergic. I mean, am I the only one that sees the ridiculousness of it all here?” (12:34)
On Blindsiding the Elite:
“You got these people, they're so caught up in their own self that they don't think it's possible for anybody to ever come after them, never mind file a lawsuit against a royal.” (21:28)
On Standing with Survivors:
“You better believe I'm going to stand shoulder to shoulder … with a titan like that … somebody stands up to these people and somebody fights back the way Virginia is … that’s how you move things in the right direction.” (23:01)
On Systemic Injustice:
“Equal justice under the law. Isn't that what it says? Well, how about we start fucking putting a little bit of that into play.” (36:34)
Bobby Capucci brings an irreverent, incisive style, mixing dark humor, sarcasm, and passionate advocacy for accountability. He refuses to sanitize the language surrounding abuse and repeatedly calls out the hypocrisy and decadence of the elites involved.
This episode exemplifies Capucci’s full-throttle approach to the Epstein case, shining a harsh light on Prince Andrew’s precarious position and the broader rot exposed among the “elite.” The host sharply criticizes not just individuals but the structures that shield them, celebrating the courage of survivors and demanding real consequences for perpetrators.
For listeners seeking clear context, sharp analysis, and no-nonsense commentary on Epstein's fallout—this episode delivers.
