Prince Andrew went from being a central figure within the British royal family—often representing the monarchy abroad and serving as the UK’s trade envoy—to becoming one of its most damaging liabilities. His longstanding association with Jeffrey...

to save what's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Things are going from bad to worse for Prince Andrew as the days continue to roll by. Now a new poll in the City of York, not New York, by the way, in the City of York, shows that nearly nine out of 10 citizens who were polled want him to relinquish his title as the Duke of York. And can you blame them? This is the guy who is the Duke of your city. This is the guy who is the representative of your city. No thanks, I'll pass. Get rid of your title, go back to Mummy's house. And it would seem that the residents of the UK and of York in particular, have just had enough at this point. And the calls are beginning to mount and rain down upon him, and not only him, but the Royal family, for action to be taken here and for him to be stripped of his titles for good. There is no reason that this man should hold these titles. Just his association with Maxwell and Epstein alone is enough for this man to live in exile and to never be seen on the public stage ever again. Now, in his mind, he thinks that he's going to be able to beat this and make a comeback in the public life. You know, the whole thing. And obviously he is suffering from delusions of grandeur, right? When you're told for your whole life that you're not wrong and everything you do is right, every, every little decision you make is perfect, well, you end up suffering from delusions of grandeur. And my friends, this man certainly is suffering from that. You Just take a look at the way he presents himself. Oh, I'm an honorable guy. I was at the pizza place. That's not even the kit I wear when I'm running around town, whatever that means. This guy is one of the most untrustworthy garbage human beings going at this point. So I don't blame the people of the UK and I don't blame the people of York for demanding that this dude relinquish these titles and for him to be completely back burnered. So we have an article from CBS News and we have an article after that from the New York Post that we're going to get to tonight as well. Considering both are relatively short, the first article is calling for the Duke of York to relinquish these titles. So let's take a look at this article from CBS News and let's see what they have to say about the Duke of York and the Clarion Call from the people of the uk. Now, it doesn't seem to have an author's name on it. I'm guessing it's a staff piece. So the link will be posted in the description box for you to check out. There's a video here on. I suggest you check it out. There are obviously a news person asking questions of people on the street about the Duke of York and him losing his title. Pretty interesting video. It runs for like four minutes. So it'll definitely be in the link if you want to check it out. Headline calls mount for Prince Andrew to lose his Duke of York title over Virginia Roberts sexual abuse allegations. The city of York in Northern England is steeped in more than 2,000 years of history. When CBS News senior foreign correspondent Holly Williams visited recently, a thick fog hung over its medieval streets. The weather was as murky as the scandal now shrouding Prince Andrew, also known as the Duke of York. And that's another thing. Look at the history of the city. I mean, these cities, these places in England have been around forever, thousands of years. And this is a man who's supposed to represent the people of the UK and what they have built and their history. And he's doing an absolutely pathetic job of doing that. So why should he be bestowed with any kind of royal title? Let's be, let's be very clear. The people of the UK make the decision here, not the queen. They've given her that power, but they can take that power away. And if the royal family is not careful, they're gonna find themselves in a position where Prince Andrew is not the only one acting as a Regular citizen, if you get my drift. Many within the ancient city's Roman walls think it's time for York to cut its ties with Queen Elizabeth's second youngest son. I don't think he should be the Duke of York anymore, one woman told Williams on the street. We don't have that affinity that we used to have anymore. And look, that that spoils over time, right? What do they say? You don't ever want to meet your heroes because most times you're going to be depressed. And I always go back to the part in the movie Bronx Tale where, you know, they're talking and, you know, he's telling Cee about Mickey Mantle, and, you know, Mickey Mantle doesn't care about you, and he says to see is Mickey Mantle ever going to pay for your rent? And it kind of dawns on C at that point that, yeah, you know, you're right. Why am I worshiping this guy? What do I get in return? And you see that with the Duke of York, you know, people worshiped him because he was a monarch, he was a prince. And people had this opinion that the royal family or royalty in general cared about them because that's the narrative that they've pitched, right, that they've carefully crafted throughout the decades. But the reality really is these people like Prince Andrew, they don't care about any of us. They don't care about us. We're nothing to them. The Dukedom of York is traditionally held by the British monarch's second son. It was conferred on Prince Andrew by his mother when he was married in 1986. Now, however, with his reputation sullied, there's a social media campaign calling for him to be stripped of his royal title. It shouldn't come down to social media going crazy to get this guy stripped of his title. He should just pay the piper. All of these titles should be given up. All of it should just be turned over back to the Queen, and this guy should just go and live in exile somewhere. That's if there aren't criminal charges at some point. But short of that, nobody wants to see this guy's face. And as punishment, someone should take his teddy bear collection from him. If these allegations are true, he should pay the price and lose his title. Resident Alan Johnson told CBS News. I feel most people from York feel the same. And again, I don't live in the UK and I don't, you know, have a bunch of access to people who live in the UK besides the listeners of my podcast and some people I interact with on social media. But from what I can tell and from what I have heard from people in the uk, they want nothing to do with it anymore. So I don't understand what the Queen is waiting for. Strip this guy of all of his titles, make him the absolute pariah of the family, and show the rest of the world that you actually care about people. The English are famously reserved and the Queen herself remains overwhelmingly popular across the country. But Prince Andrew has some people boiling over with anger. And I get it, right how people would want to give the Queen the benefit of the doubt, her subjects, people who live in England who have an affinity for the monarchy. I understand that. And as an American, it's foreign to me, obviously. And I could never be comfortable calling somebody King or Queen. That doesn't mean that people over in the UK or in England, that's a traditional. And even though we might not understand it, that doesn't mean that, you know, it doesn't mean anything to people. It does. And that's why I think it's such a shame that the royalty aren't living up to their end of the bargain. The people have lived up to their end of the bargain. They've funded the monarchy, they've protected it, they've, you know, harbored its secrets in some cases, and for what? To let this monster run around and just shit on everything. So, yeah, people have had enough. And while the Queen is still experiencing a lot of support, you're seeing it start to crumble a little bit in areas he's got daughters of his own, which makes it even worse. Marie Myers told Williams, she said that along with all the English people, she was simply disgusted. And again, this isn't something that came out of the blue. People have known about Andrew and his behavior for quite some time. And it's not just with Epstein, Peter Nygerd, you have the guy from Kazakhstan, a whole bunch of other gun runners and undesirables. So people have been hip to Prince Andrew's shit for a while, but when it was just stealing before and grifting, people are willing to not pay so much attention or not throw him under the bus. This is a whole different story. Of all the people CBS spoke to in York, only one person sounded somewhat sympathetic to the Prince. He is not squeaky clean for sure, but you have some proof. But you have to have some proof. The woman told Williams, she's probably a fortune hunter, in my opinion. But, you know, there's no smoke without a fire. So this is the one person that obviously hasn't watched the news and doesn't understand what's going on here. A fortune hunter. She already made a bunch of money suing Epstein and company. You know how much money she can make if she decided to sell the rights of her story to a movie, Netflix or something? Much easier than going through a whole court battle here. This is about justice and the whole defense of, oh, she's a gold digger. That doesn't resonate with me in this case. Now that doesn't mean that in other instances there aren't people who do that. There are. I've said it from the beginning. I don't just believe all women. I don't believe all anyone. I think everybody's a gray character. Everyone's capable of great evil and great good circumstances permitting. The she the woman was referring to is Virginia Roberts, who claims that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked her to Prince Andrew and is suing the prince in a New York court alleging he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions when she was a teenager. Andrew denies the allegations. He has not been charged with any crime and says he has no recollection of ever meeting Roberts, despite a photo showing them together with with convicted sex trafficker Galaine Maxwell. I like how the Post calls her what she is here, a convicted sex trafficker. And then right back to the picture. You still have people who don't think that picture is real. It is just absurd to me. Honestly. I would love to see the proof of, of what you're looking at when you think that this picture is not real or that it's been forged or it's been tampered with or messed with. I'd love to see a professional break it all down because I've heard from two people who have seen the picture, who are professionals who have said the opposite. In an interview with BBC, Andrew claimed the photograph might have been doctored. That is what I would describe as me in that, in that picture. But I can't, we can't be certain as to whether or not that's my hand on her, whatever it is, left side. Because I have no recollection of the photograph ever being taken. Well, maybe Dr. Elizabeth Loftus can give you some help with your false memories. But pal, how can you not remember chided resident Kathy Berry on a street, New York. The photographs there, the evidence is there. Everybody's seeing that.

Yeah, Carrie is just resonating what we're all thinking. We all saw the photo, we've seen all of the evidence, we've seen what has been brought forward. It's your turn to pony up bro. Words or wind the Queen stripped Prince Andrew of all of his honorary military titles last week and he's no longer allowed to call himself His Royal Highness. But for many, especially in York, that's not enough for the monarchy to survive this. She has got to remove his official titles or else. I can see the monarchy itself being under serious question, rachel Maskell, who represents York in the British Parliament, told Williams. And that's my opinion as well. I think there's enough support that's going to be eroded from the royal family that throughout this whole thing that it it's going to pro prove disastrous for them if they don't get ahead of it, if they don't jettison Prince Andrew and try and fix the damage that's been done here. She said that if the prince loses his court case and refuses to give up his dukedom, the government needs to act. This isn't about the court case itself, the lawmaker told CBS News, but the insight into his associations. Ghislaine Maxwell, J. Jeffrey Epstein and we know his history, it's all come out. Maskell said that Andrew's royal title drags us into that story and as a proud city, we don't want to go there. His legal battle in the US is far from over, but already the verdict on the Duke of York in the Ancient city that shares his name isn't favorable. Well, he hasn't lost these titles yet, folks, but he has lost something. And we're gonna get to that right now in this next article. This next article is from the New York Post. The author, Lee Brown. Prince Andrew now stripped of his royal Twitter handle. 2. Boy, oh boy. I could think of a lot of people that would do themselves a big favor getting rid of Twitter. But it's funny to see that they stripped His Royal Highness title on Twitter. But still, he's the Duke of York. Anyway, I guess we can't have all of our cake and eat it too at once. We'll get a bellyache. So let's savor this one. Him losing his Twitter handle. And then maybe tomorrow, or the next day or the week after, maybe we'll be able to feast upon the fact that he lost his royal titles too. Until then, humiliated Prince Andrew has lost another royal privilege, his official Twitter handle. Oh, my Lord, he is no longer a blue check mark. He is really a regular average citizen now. The scandal scarred Royals page. The Duke of York had been completely deleted by Wednesday, with a message now saying, this account doesn't exist. His whole entire existence needs to be erased from history. At this point, I'm not big on canceling anybody, but if anybody's ever deserved to be cancelled, it's the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. The bio used to read the official Twitter account for the Duke of York. Tweets sent by HRH are signed Ay. Oh, isn't that so special? I'll sign my tweets. Ay. Ha ha ha ha ha. Laughs in scumbag. It was deleted by Buckingham palace in a move to overhaul the Prince's online presence. According to the Telegraph, With Andrew's bio on the Royal family's website also reflecting his new status as a private citizen. How about as an absolute moron? You should probably add that as well if we're keeping with the facts. While still listed as a member of the family, his page now focuses on the historic announcement last week by Andrew's mother, Queen Elizabeth ii, to strip her middle son of his titles and patronages. The Duke will continue to not carry out public duties. The sight stresses. Oh, well, isn't that great? Glad that you guys can inform us that he's no longer carrying out his public duties. Good. Like I said, mucking stables, greeting people at Walmart, whatever it may be. Crash test, dummy. Certainly not the Prince of York and certainly not in any position that is representing the fine people of the uk. The blunt about page ends with just one sentence on achievements prior to stepping back from public life, saying he undertook a wide range of public work with a strong economic and business focus. No, he jet settled around the world, hung out with people like Jeffrey Epstein, grifted, who knows, probably sold some state secrets. I can't prove that, but probably. And who knows what else sorts of scumbaggery this man was up to. I'm guessing there was a few transactions, financial transactions that were not accounted for, thrown into the mix. Moral of the story, the guy's a scumbag and his achievements being two sentences long tells you everything you need to know. Under the heading Supporting the Queen. Andrew's officials official duties are listed in the past tense, saying an important part of the Duke of York's role was to support the Queen's work as Head of State. Yeah, you did a fine job there. Handsy ansy, uncle touchy, the diddler on the roof. What a fine job you've done helping your mother. How embarrassing. How embarrassing to drag your 95 year old mother through this. What sort of animal does that? It's like when Carmela Soprano tells Anthony Jr. What sort of animal gets high at their confirmation. Same kind of story. What sort of guy does this to their mother, never mind if she's the Queen. He was however listed as 9th in line for the throne, a birthright. Yeah, well disinherit him and that goes away as well. He follows Prince Harry, who also lost the right to his HRH title when he fled as a senior royal, and Harry's two children with Meghan Markle, Archie and Lilibet. I hope that Harry and Meghan Markle's kid. I hope that somehow one of those kids ends up on the throne at some point. Both Andrew's Facebook and Instagram pages remained in place as of Wednesday morning, although the latter was now private. In the latest humiliation for Andrew, he was booted from royal duties in late 2019 over his ties to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and convicted Madam Human trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. So this guy, this has been a long time coming and we've been talking about it, but it's nice to see it all in action. It's nice to see it all take place because nobody deserves it more than this man. He had everything, the world at his fingertips, folks, and he squandered it all. How can anyone have any empathy for that? The Queen stripped him of his remaining titles last week so that he would be a private citizen while fighting a Manhattan lawsuit filed by his longtime accuser, Virginia Roberts. Andrew has always denied her allegations. Well, that's all fine and well, and that's great. I'm happy for him. Now he's going to have to prove that though, right? It's all great if you're denying this, denying that, denying the other thing. But now shit's getting real. And you know, for a long time you effed around. And now you're going to find out, Andrew, you are going to find out, my friend, that everything that you've thought with your narrative that you created and your silly ass stupid head, none of it was real. And you, my friend, are the prince of nothing. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that@bobby capuchirotonmail.com that's B O B B Y C A P U C c I@protonmail.com youm can also find me on Twitter. O B B Y CAP U use cci. You can't find Prince Andrew there. All of the articles that we discussed this today are in the description box. All right, folks, you know the deal. I'll be back tomorrow morning. We'll pick back up, we'll catch in on, we'll catch up. I mean, on Guilt Eagle Lane. We'll see where we're at. And we will be off and running for the day. Hope that all of you have a good one. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Things are really heating up for Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew and all of the people who were associating with them. Now, Virginia Roberts is demanding that eight names be unsealed and released to the public. These are names that were uncovered, if you will, during the lawsuit with Ghislaine Maxwell, during the civil lawsuit. And Virginia Roberts. Lawyers want these names to be brought to the public light. And me personally, you all know how I feel about transparency. Let it all out. All of these people, and I'm guessing the people who are named here, the eight are all of the people that have been directly accused by Virginia Roberts. You know, George Mitchell, Bill Richardson, Les Wexner, Jeffrey Epstein, Glenn Dubin, you know, and I'm guessing she wants to continue to put a spotlight on the fact that these people were not only enablers, but they were also participants in the abuse. And I think that's a big deal, right? Because a lot of people seem to be confused. A lot of people seem to not understand the scope of what went on here. And I've seen people say, well, who, who are the people that these girls were trafficked to. If you've been following the, the case, then, you know, a lot of the names, George Mitchell, Glenn Dubin, Bill Richardson, the names I just named a bunch of other people. So for those who are like, well, nobody's naming names. People are naming names. It's just not, you know, in a court of law setting yet. The deposition, however, was in a court of law. So what was said during this deposition will carry a lot more weight with certain people, for sure. And when we're talking about this case especially, we need as much transparency as possible because people don't believe the official narrative. And that's because the official narrative has been bogus pretty much the whole entire time. So now that the band aid has been completely pulled off and people are getting a good look at what's really going on, people are no longer going to just accept, oh, it was just Epstein and Maxwell and that was the end of it. People aren't going to accept that. And the sooner that these prosecutors and our politicians realize that, the better off they're going to be. This is going to become an issue. This is going to become a hint hinge voting issue in the future, mark my words. Stuff like this, because people are fed up. Nobody wants to look at these gross, disgusting, crusty old men and think about them molesting kids and trafficking children. Nobody wants to deal with it. So all of these names need to be released. We need to put all of these dudes on blast. And then they should have a, the, the chance to answer what the accusations are against them. But the problem is, and here's where my big problem comes up with all of these people, they don't want to answer for it because they know they don't have a good answer. They know that they don't have an alibi, so they try to avoid it. They try to act like it never happened. And then they're not pursued by the legacy media or they're called a socialite. You know, they still give them cover. But all of these people who have been named and pointed to by Virginia and other survivors, they should all be put on blast. So let's hope that Judge Preska continues her streak of releasing information in this case, and let's hope that she unseals all of this and we get ourselves a huge tranche of information to go through. Until we get to that point, however, why don't we dive into this article from the Daily Mail and this is an article that was authored by Daniel Bates. Headline, Prince Andrew Accuser Virginia Roberts demands identities of eight High profile John does named in civil lawsuit she filed against Ghislaine Maxwell be unsealed. Now, I don't see why they wouldn't unseal it. Maxwell's case is over. She's convicted. She can't cry that this is going to, you know, you know, be detrimental to her at this point. So let's get these names out there and let's put all these dudes on blast. And then what you can do is go back and listen to some of the older episodes and see that we've been miles ahead of the legacy media the whole entire time here. Lawyers for Prince Andrew's accuser have asked a judge to unseal documents and vast swaths of information about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking operation. Attorneys for Virginia Roberts said Judge Loretta Presca should publicly release material from the civil lawsuit she filed against Maxwell containing references to 8 anonymous John Does. Absolutely no more anonymous in this case. Enough is enough. They haven't earned the right to be anonymous. These people are, again, just wielding influence, wielding power, and that's why they're able to keep this stuff sealed. Do you think if it was you or me, that it would be sealed? Do you think if it was you or me that our names wouldn't be all over the media? But because these people are business tycoons or politicians or whatever it might be, they should be protected. Their image is more important than anybody else's. Huh? It's all a joke. And all of the pearl clutching blue check marks that cry on Twitter about how terrible journalism is now for us. Oh, we don't get paid enough money. Well, that's because your work is garbage. Point blank, period. If you're not good at your job, you're not going to make any money. All right? So stop with the tribalism as a journalist. I don't want to click on somebody's profile on Twitter and see who your political affiliations are. How about just giving us the news? Is that too difficult for you? Because if it is, you're going to be a dinosaur, a relic, and you're already starting to move that way, meaning the legacy media. But they'll continue to cry about it and then at the same time they won't do their jobs to dig deeper in cases such as this to give you folks the information you deserve. So whose fault is it when they aren't profitable anymore? Whose fault is it when newsrooms are getting fired? Enough with the activism. Enough with the political tribalism as a journalist. And how about you start digging into the stories.

Who says renting can't feel like home? Make your rental feel like yours. It all starts with one scroll. Download TikTok to discover easy home decor ideas. The individuals are identified in court documents Only as non parties 17, 53, 54, 55, 56, 73, 93 and and 151. It is not clear if one of them is the Duke of York. I'm guessing it is. Like I said, I'm guessing all of those people are the people that have been pointed to by Virginia Roberts as to people who took part in her abuse. And that certainly seems the likeliest scenario for me. Obviously we won't know until it's unsealed, but that's my guess. When and if it's unsealed, we'll come back to this episode and will revisit if my prognostication here was right, all eight parties have objected to the unsealing. According to the filings, John Doe 17 complained that being associated with the case would cause him annoyance and embarrassment. Imagine. Imagine not being able to read the room and think that your annoyance and your embarrassment is worth more than justice, is worth more than these ladies getting the justice they deserve. Imagine being this John Doe 17 jerk off. I really hope that these people are outed and when they are, we're gonna do an episode on each of them. Considering all of them want to keep their anonymity so much, we're gonna help them air themselves out. That's what we're gonna do when these names are released. Another John Doe number 151 claimed that they were trying to live a private life. And that disclosure meant they would be hounded by the media. Well, I'm pretty sure that the survivors were just trying to live a nice young teenage life, too. How'd that work out for them? Now you think we should respect your privacy? You're a public figure, homie. You have no expectation of private life. And if you were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein and you were partaking in the abuse, especially zero chance you're ever going to be left alone. From here on out, if law enforcement won't hold you accountable, it's up to society to make sure you are not welcome ever again. The request came on the day that Judge Lewis Kaplan ruled out that Robert's battery lawsuit against Andrew, a separate case also filed at the federal court in New York, can move forward. If Judge Prescott decides to unseal the documents in Robert's case, they could shed new light on the Duke's dealings with Maxwell and Epstein. Look, why would anyone be against transparency at this point unless you have something to hide? And, well, we all know that Uncle Touchy has something to hide. But Ghislaine Maxwell? What does she have to care at this point? Let it loose. Let it go. Tell your lawyers you don't care if it's unsealed. What more embarrassment can you possibly suffer? Ghislaine Maxwell, you are a human trafficker. So let's hope that she doesn't dispute them trying to get this unsealed. Presca is the judge who presided over a defamation lawsuit that Roberts filed against Maxwell in 2016 for calling her a liar. The case was settled with confidential terms, but the judge has slowly been approving the release of hundreds of documents in the case after applications from media organizations. Well, what do you know? The legacy media finally doing something. If they would have covered this from the beginning, they wouldn't have to file these. These applications to get things unsealed, because they would have already known what was going on. But Judge Presca has been very consistent with releasing documentation in this case, and I don't expect her to deviate from that course moving forward here. I would expect, and again, this is just my guess, folks, that this documentation is going to see the light of day. In her letter to the judge, Roberts lawyer Sigrid McCauley said that they were following the court's instructions to streamline the process of making the documents public. The numerous parties mentioned in the documents met in October and agreed to split the objecting non parties into groups and address the objections of the eight John does first. But upon review, McCauley said, it is apparent that their objections essentially mirror objections to unsealing that this court has already rejected. That unsealing certain documents might be embarrassing, would expose non parties to media attention, and could result in some unfortunate association between the non parties and Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. See, that's how it always starts out, right? Oh, it's a non party. Oh, he's just a person of interest in the case. He's not a suspect. Yeah. Okay. So again, non parties. We know what that means. We just mean that it means that they're not indicted. Right. They're not under criminal investigation. But we know that Virginia has named names, and she has done it many times. And even in court, in the face of extensive prior briefing on objections just like these, the court's unsealing process has been quite consistent. With the exception of a narrow set of circumstances which are generally not present here, the documents have been unsealed. And that's for sure. Judge Preska has been very consistent, like I said, with unsealing this documentation. She has really wanted to get to the bottom of this, it seems like. And she's not the type, it would seem, that wants to mess around and play games. Get this information out there, let the people see it. The people deserve to have transparency. Macaulay added that generalized aversion to embarrassment and negativity from being associated with the case. It was not enough to keep the documents private. That was especially true given the great public interest in the fact that Maxwell's trial for recruiting and trafficking underage girls has now finished. She was found guilty and faces 65 years in jail. McCauley wrote, now that Maxwell's criminal trial has come and gone, there is little reason to retain protection over the vast amounts of information about Epstein and Maxwell's sex trafficking operation that were originally filed under seal in this case. And she's 100% right. What purpose does it serve to keep things sealed at this point? Unless you're trying to protect the reputation of some of your friends or something. But personally, I don't really care about any of these people. I want an absolute neutron bomb, Right, dropped on all of them, Meaning they all have to come in, they all have to sit down for interrogations. Just how's it so different than what happened at the Capitol? They sure went out and rounded up all those people quick enough, didn't they? But they can't bring in Ghislaine Maxwell's associates, huh? It shows you where the priorities are at. The letter stated that people testified in court about matters which are under seal in the case at issue, the defamation matter. McCauley wrote that the abundance of public information now widely available about Epstein and Maxwell's scheme through the thousands of pages of publicly available trial transcripts cuts against any continued ceiling in this case. Turning to each of the John does, the letter states that John Doe 17 is mentioned in four documents and objects to his name being made public. She's not wrong. All of this stuff, for the most part, is out there already. It's just cataloging it and putting it in a manner that is digestible because a lot of people don't know where to start, right? There's so much that goes on here. Finding a jump off point is very difficult, but the information is out there and all of this needs to be unsealed. McCauley wrote that his objection is that if the material is allowed to be made public, it will cause them, to say the least, annoyance and embarrassment. Again, I don't care about your annoyance or your embarrassment. I care about justice being fulfilled. I. I care about these survivors being able to wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and say, you know what? Things haven't been great. You know, there's been all this trauma that I've suffered earlier in my life, but it's a new start for me because justice is being pursued because Maxwell's in prison. That's what I want. But it doesn't stop there, right? All of these co conspirators, again, just listen to what the survivors are saying themselves and then that's where the playbook should be. We should be following that playbook. Meaning if the survivors say that there's still people out there that were involved, what are we waiting for? Indict them and let's get some trials going. It would also cause the individual severe anxiety and distress and extreme personal, physical and reputational harm. Severe anxiety and distress, huh? Try being poor, homie. Try waking up every morning and not knowing where your next meal is coming from or how you're going to buy your kid that pair of Jordans so he can, you know, be part of the in crowd and tell me about severe anxiety and distress as you're swimming around in your vault like Scrooge McDuck. McCauley said that Doe did not cite any legal authority and the documents should be unsealed. Those 53 and 54 do not oppose unsealing the documents relating to them. And they should be released the later the letter stated. Those 55 and 56 object to their names being made public because they claim a deposition in which they are mentioned is unreliable. The letter states. Yeah, you know, court documents really unreliable because nobody's ever been arrested for perjury, for lying during a deposition. Is that what you're saying here? Is that what you're putting forth, that this is gonna be a lie? Because if that's the case, then the person who was giving the deposition, meaning Virginia, well, then she should get arrested for perjury like Maxwell. Right, but we know that's not going to happen because Virginia's telling the truth. McCauley argued this was not grounds to keep the material private. John Doe 73 argues against unsealing because of a general aversion to being associated with Maxwell and Epstein, and disclosure could cause substantial embarrassment. Well, here's an idea. Don't associate with Epstein and Maxwell, and then you don't have to worry about being aired out by the media or when the walls close in. Are these people for real? Like, I mean, really? Well, I was friends with them, but I don't want you to know that's basically what he's saying. Doe 93 claims that the documents which mention them have no relevance to the matters at hand and could be seen as salacious. Doe 141 is mentioned the most of all and appears in 47 documents. According to McCauley's letter, Doe claims they are trying to live a private life and. And do not want any attention stemming from disclosure. Aw, you know, that's pretty, pretty sad that you don't want any attention. But guess what? You're gonna get it. Mark my words, folks, the second these names are released, expect a closer look episode on all of these people. Obviously, we've already covered all of them at some point, but we'll dive right back in and we'll get an updated version going because enough is enough with the secrecy of enough is enough with the transparency. Haven't we had enough of that in this case? In fact, haven't we had enough of that overall from our government? They claim they will be hounded and pursued by the media for comment and elaboration. McCauley says this is not grounds for keeping the documents sealed and notes that the material has already been widely reported in the media and part has been unsealed. The individual's involvement in the case has also been reported already, and they have already been contacted by the media and declined to comment. Oh, I'm sure it's one of those lovely folks that Virginia has pointed to. Maybe it's a George Mitchell, maybe it's a Glenn Dubin. You know, who knows? One of them types in her battery lawsuit against Andrew Roberts claims that she was forced to have sex with him, meaning Prince, meaning the individual three times when she was 17 after Epstein told her to do so. So it's obviously Andrew. Andrew is strongly and repeatedly denied the claims, calling them baseless in his response and that they are designed to get a payday from him. So how about if Virginia foregoes the payday, what then? What, what's everybody going to attach their horse and cart to at that point? Oh, well, she's a money hungry person. Well, no, she's not trying to get paid here. So what is it then? What are you going to say then? Detractors in his ruling allowing the case to continue, Judge Kaplan rejected Andrew's argument that a settlement Robert signed with Epstein in 2009 to settle a civil case against him should be grounds for dismissal. The case now moves into the discovery phase, where each side exchanges documents and depositions are taken, including that of the Duke himself. And this is what we always talk about, discovery phase. These people are terrified of it, of airing themselves out, of having to expose themselves to the public. Now obviously I'm sure a lot of it'll be sealed like they love to do in the courts, but the fact that this clown is going to have to get up there and be deposed is making me almost giddy at this point.

Judge Presca has been unsealing such material in the defamation case and it gives an insight into what is in store for the Duke in the coming months. The documents include a deposition from Roberts and Joanna Schuberg, who claimed she was in the room when Andrew groped Roberts breast at Epstein's New York mansion in 2001. The documents have also included emails that Andrew sent to Maxwell in January 2015 after Roberts claimed for the first time that she had sex with him. The Duke messaged Maxwell, let me know when we can talk. Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts. Referring to Virginia, Maxwell responded, hey, have some info. Call me when you have a moment. So can we get those phone records? We know the emails here and this is the email that I've talked about in the past that establishes that he knew who Virginia was. He says he has no idea who she was, but she's. He's emailing Ghislaine Maxwell and asking her by name. Come on now, who's gonna believe that bs? Not me, not you. I don't know who's buying it. Maybe mummy, but the rest of us are sitting here like, bro, come on. So we're looking at some really interesting information possibly coming down the pipe, folks. And this is going to be a lot of context for people who might not really have a full grasp of what's going on yet. And if you know anything about me yet, you should know I love context. Prince Andrew is up against it. All of his friends are about to get outed. Nobody wants him in the public eye. And all that's left now is for the justice train to pull up to the station. That's gonna do it for me tonight, folks. Obviously, some more context episodes coming your way tomorrow. Same schedule as usual. Hope that all you folks have a great day today. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. This morning we're going to continue talking about the Prince of Nothing, Prince Andrew and His absurd claims that he can't sweat. Especially considering we have seen pictures of him doing exactly that. Now yesterday we heard from Alan Starkey, who was very close to Prince Andrew and Fergie for a time before they had a falling out. He wrote a book about them, the whole nine. Well, this man, an ex American intelligence officer, says that he never saw Prince Andrew sweat either. Even when he was wearing full wool suits. By the way, who the hell's wearing a full wool suit to a club? I don't buy that for a minute. Anyway, then again, we are talking about the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. I mean, if anyone is suffering from lingering effects of the Habsburg dynasty, it's certainly this idiot. So maybe he was wearing a full on a wool suit to the club. I guess it wouldn't shock me at this point. But all we have heard so far is Mr. Starkey and his account in the favor of Prince Andrew. Meanwhile, my eyes have told me something different. Now he could clear this all up, meaning Prince Andrew, by just releasing his medical record that talks about his issue here. And if there is a medical issue, then that's something that needs to be discussed. Because it would be a big deal, right? It would account for his assertion that he cannot sweat. Anyone could say anything, right? I could say, you know, I never go to the bathroom. While you might obviously know that I'm lying, how are you going to prove it till you sit there and watch? Until, you know, until you see me go to the bathroom? It's the same with this guy. He could sit here and tell us till he's blue in the face, oh, I don't sweat. But the reality is we've actually seen pictures of him leaving clubs, leaving certain events while he was sweating. Now, maybe he had this condition for a period of time and it went away. Maybe he took some medicine and it went away. Or it clears up on its own, whatever it may be. But he could easily end this whole entire line of pursuit if he just releases medical records. Not all of them, obviously, just the ones that pertain to this specific condition. I know that if it was me fighting for my innocence, fighting for my reputation, the reputation of my family, I'd be willing to provide whatever sort of evidence that's going to prove my claims. You know, nobody's asking this guy for his DNA chart or anything like that, but if you have some sort of medical condition that makes it that you can't sweat, it should be easy to provide that documentation, right? Especially considering like we're going to go over in this article, we've seen this dude sweat several times. This article brings up five, five times that we've seen it. But if, if, if you're pictured leaving clubs or wherever it might be and you're all sweaty, how are you gonna sit there and try and tell us you can't sweat? It is absurd and it is obviously false. Now again, if you had some sort of medical condition and you know you weren't able to sweat, wouldn't that mean you weren't able to sweat ever? That's selective. He could turn it on and off on. It's like a superpower. This guy has been nothing but lying from the beginning, in my opinion. He has done nothing but the dishonorable thing from the beginning, in my opinion. And he continues to do just that. I mean, the whole I can't sweat thing is just literally one of the more odd claims that I have ever heard when somebody is trying to set up an alibi and set up a defense for their alleged behavior. Oh, I can't sweat. Can't be me. And then hearing from Alan Starkey yesterday, more bizarreness in my opinion. How is it that you're gonna sit here and tell me that this dude's at a club in a full on wool suit? Oh, everybody else was drenched and sweating all over the place, but not Prince Andrew. Oh yeah, okay, whatever. So we know that this guy obviously doesn't have any sort of condition. We've seen the pictures, we've heard the accounts from other people. And today in this article we're going to talk about some of this stuff. So why don't we go ahead and do that and jump into this article from the sun and let's see what author Anthony Blair has to say. No sweat Five times Prince Andrew was seen sweating as rape accuser demands proof he can't after Duke's bizarre defense. And just take a step back for a minute and look at this in perspective. The Prince of England is using a so called sweating or non being able to sweat disease as a defense for rape. Now let that settle in for a minute. That's his, that's his alibi, the pizza shop. And I can't sweat. You mean to tell me that that would fly for anybody else? Somebody shows up at your house, some accusations against you, you tell him, I was at the pizza shop, but nobody can confirm that I can't sweat, but I'm sweating right now. How do you think the investigators would react to that if it was a normal person? But because it's Prince Andrew, he's been able to get away with it for all this time. Scotland Yard has nothing to say about it. Nobody cares. Ah, no big deal. He's just Prince Andrew being Prince Andrew. It was one of the most bizarre parts of The Duke of York's car crash. Interview with BBC Newsnight's Emily Maitlis in November of 2019. Questioned about his accuser, Virginia Roberts claims, and he was sweating profusely when they allegedly danced together in Tramp nightclub in London. Prince Andrew famously said he was unable to sweat. And it's just, you know, you look at these claims made by people like him, you look at the absurdity of it all and it's because they were able to get away with it for so long and lie to everybody, right? And they were provided cover by they're buddies in the media, their friends in the entertainment industry, and we all know what happened at abc. Even that's just one example. They killed that whole entire Amy Robach story because they didn't want to lose access to the Royal Family. Think about that for a minute. ABC News, owned by Disney, would rather have access to the Royal Family than give Virginia Roberts time on their network. And then after all of that, not only are they non repentant, not only do they not bring anybody on to their program, they go ahead and fire the person who they think is responsible for the leaked audio. And it turns out this young lady wasn't even the one responsible for it, according to her.

so These people have been protected for so long and they have never had to answer for anything that they have done. And they've been able to say absurd and ridiculous things to defend their actions because they're never called out on it. But we all know that the tide has turned. And we all know that there are way too many independent journalists, way too many independent content creators, and way too many people who used to be part of the legacy media who have dropped out now and who have, you know, pretty big voices. You know, people are using substack and things are changing. The whole entire landscape of the media is changing. I don't know anyone that when I talk to them says that they have confidence in what they're even reading in the newspaper anymore. The Washington Post or the New York Times. Everyone is, you know, thinking it's politically slanted one way or the other, or there's, you know, lies of omission. It's just, there's no trust. And the legacy media, they'll tell you that, oh, it's conspiracy theorists who have. It's your own fault if you've been, if you were providing unbiased news and you were just providing the news. I mean, you're more than welcome to give your opinion, but you got to let people know it's your opinion, right? People would trust you more. But when you have all kinds of motivations tied on to what you're reporting, or I go onto your Twitter page and it's filled with Maga this or Biden Harris 2020, I don't want to see that from a reporter. That's not what I'm looking for. Now obviously we all have our own biases, right? But good reporters, good journalists, good people covering the news, they stuff those biases and we just don't have enough of that. And we've, we saw it especially at the very top when it comes to people like Prince Andrew, these executives are the ones that were protecting Andrew. Wasn't Amy Robach who didn't want the interview, believe me. On the night of March 10, 2001, Roberts, who says she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to have sex with Prince Andrew, claimed she danced with the Duke before they went back to Ghislaine's house. It was there that the notorious photo of the Queen's favorite son with his arm around the 17 year old Virginia was taken as Ghislaine watched on. And I posted an episode yesterday or last night dealing with that picture. There was the, the Kiwi photographer who was interviewed about the picture, and he dimed a little bit of his expertise about the authenticity of it and all of that jazz. I know there's been some questions surrounding it. Some people have brought up, oh, the picture is fake, or it's been tampered with, or, look, certainly doesn't seem to be tampered with, in my opinion. Obviously, I'm not some kind of, you know, it guy or Photoshop expert, but according to the experts who have seen it, it certainly is not a Photoshopped picture. Afterwards, Virginia says the pair had sex, and Epstein paid her $10,000, around £8,000. But when questioned about the claims, Andrew said he was at Pizza Express in Woking, Surrey. He also cast doubt on Virginia's recollection of the night. And this is where it gets real bad for Andrew, in my opinion. If you can't even admit to meeting this young lady, if you can't even admit to taking that picture, how can anyone believe anything you have to say when that evidence is right there? In our own view, we can see it for ourselves. We don't have to rely on a reporter telling us about it. We don't have to rely on a source saying, oh, I was there, I saw it. I. Because it's right there in front of our faces for all of us to see. In the interview, Andrew said, there's a slight problem with the sweating claim because I have a peculiar medical condition, which is that I don't sweat, or I didn't sweat at the time. Or I didn't sweat at the time. Very vague, right? Very vague. The way he explains it doesn't lock himself into anything there. He added, I didn't sweat at the time because I had suffered what I would describe as an overdose of adrenaline in the Falklands War when I was shot at. So he would describe it as that. What did you go on to Reddit and ask some Redditors what your medical condition is? What does your doctor describe it as? You clown, you prince of nothing. This guy's an epic moron, folks. Andrew went on to say that his condition has since cleared up. However, there are at least five occasions from around this time where the Duke was either photographed apparently sweating or was recorded as perspiring by witnesses. And this is where the rubber meets the road, right? We can make whatever claims we want. I could get on here and tell you that I am the descendant of Julius Caesar. Right? Doesn't make it real, and it doesn't make Prince Andrew's account of what occurred here or him saying he can't sweat any more real either, especially when we have the evidence. Photograph evidence, video evidence of the country. China White nightclub, London 2000. Pictures from July 2000 show Prince Andrew leaving China White nightclub in London Soho the late at night. He has a blue shirt unbuttoned and appears sweaty and disoriented. The legendary London nightclub, a favorite haunt of celebrities over the years. And his own nephew, Prince Harry, played Host to the 40 year old Duke of York. So it's the picture of him got the blue shirt nice and unbuttoned and he's sweating in the picture. So obviously you can click on the link here and you should do that with all of these links and you'll be able to check these pictures out. But it's absurd. The whole claim's absurd. I've said it was absurd from the beginning. His buddy coming out yesterday to try and co sign for him. I mean, could that be any more planned? All of a sudden everyone's abandoned Prince Andrew and now somebody he had a falling out with decides to show up and white knight him. Yeah, that's not suspect or anything. Tramp London 2001. Undoubtedly the most damaging picture for Prince Andrew is the one allegedly taken of him after leaving Tramp nightclub in London with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and Virginia Roberts. Virginia claimed in an interview with the BBC's Panorama that Andrew was the most hideous dancer I've ever seen in my life. Well, I'll tell you what, you have not seen me on the dance floor. I look like I'm having an absolute seizure, grandma. 100% clownish. So I don't do the whole dancing thing. She added, it was horrible. And this guy was sweating all over me. His sweat was raining basically everywhere. I was grossed out from it. But I knew I had to keep him happy because that's what Jeffrey and Ghislaine would have expected from me. So this is the night that Virginia and Andrew ended up back at Ghislaine Maxwell's house, her muse house over in Belgrave. And this is where the assault occurred. According to Virginia, In the notorious photo taken after that night, Andrew appears to be wearing a near identical blue shirt to the to the one worn when leaving China White months earlier. Andrew has denied ever meeting Roberts and has maintained his innocence. So again, how are you going to lie to me and say you've never met this girl when we have seen the picture and then to have the audacity to think anyone's gonna buy into it, that anyone's gonna believe what you have to say? Is borderline absurd. Now, obviously he thinks he can control the narrative still, or used to think he can control the narrative. That's the only reason he even did that interview with Emily Maitlis. In a picture from a party in July 2007, a shiny faced, wide eyed and grinning Andrew is seen receiving a hug from American socialite Chris Von Aspen as she tries to lick him. I mean, really with the whole socialite? How is that even a class of people? I'm not trying to digress too much here folks, but really, socialite? How about go get a real job, Go do something with your life. Oh, my job is to go to parties and hang out with people like Epstein. No wonder society is teetering on the edge of no wondering. No wonder we're about to go the same way as Rome. Other pictures taken on the same night show the prince with his arms around Von Aspen's waist and neck as she dances in a white mini dress. Hey, look, if she's an adult, I don't care Again, what people do in their personal life. I don't care. Whatever you do with consenting adults in your bedroom or your living room or your garage or whatever the hell, wherever the hell you are, that's your business. And anybody who's wanting to be involved in what people are doing in their private lives, I find it to be very odd. But this is a whole different ball game, right? This dude is accused of some heinous shit and the second you're accused again of crimes against women and children and a whole nother category of scumbag is where you belong. Billionaires Party San Tropez, 2007. Another set of snaps from the same year show the Duke dancing with Canadian socialite Pascal Borubo at a party thrown by billionaire Toni Murray in the French resort. He appears sweaty and wild eyed as he poses with his daughter Princess Beatrice, who would have been around 18 or 19 at the time. A former St. Tropez partygoer told the Mail, these were really crazy years for Andrew. He was clearly having a full blown midlife crisis. He would have been 47 or 48 at the time, divorced from Sarah Ferguson and basking in the attention he got from young women. He's probably on some Molly or something too. Look at the pictures. Dude looks like he is gassed out of his brain. I've seen many people look like that leaving the club late at night here in Las Vegas. Folks growing up in Las Vegas, one thing you learned to recognize is and when is when somebody is lit the f up playing Golf in Buckingham Palace, Former Royal Protection Officer Paul Page claimed he saw Prince the prince sweating while he practiced his golf swing in the garden at Buckingham Palace. Page, who was later convicted for his part in a 3 million. A 3 million pound fraud, also said Andrew made officers collect his golf balls while they were supposed to be guarding him. So this dude's out there, you know, practicing his golf swing and sending the guards to go and collect his balls in typical Andrew fashion after we heard about the teddy bears. Does this shock you? And I'm pretty sure you were sweating if you're out there playing golf. Probably a good sweat being broken. However, Andrew's claims that he couldn't be couldn't sweat have been backed up by someone who knew him at the time. Former US intelligence officer Alan Starkey recalled a night in 1992 when the Duke and Duchess of York visited Annabelle's nightclub in Mayfair, central London, just weeks before they announced their separation.

Again, this is what Starkey says, but my eyes tell me a different thing. So you could tell me whatever you want. If I have photographic evidence or video evidence that is telling me something different, I'm gonna go with what I see because I don't even know you. How can you even for a minute think that an ex army intelligence guy, US Intelligence officer is not out here playing games? Gotta be cynical about people like that. It was extremely warm at Annabelle's at night and Andrew was wearing a blue suit of heavy wool. I Don't buy it. Starkey recalled last week. Heavy wool at the club, huh? The evening featured almost constant dancing, and I watched with amazement as he returned from each dance escorting rather moist partners, yet always bone dry himself. It was extraordinary. The rest of us were perspiring madly, but he didn't seem to have a bead of sweat on him. Earlier this month, Robert's lawyers announced they were demanding the Prince hand over his medical records to prove that he had a medical condition preventing him from sweating. His legal team have rejected the request on the grounds it was harassing and seeks confidential and private information and documents that are irrelevant. Meanwhile, the Duke and his team are over here asking for psychiatric records for from Virginia. I mean, really, bro, you want to know what her and her psychiatrist talked about, but you won't even pony up evidence and some receipts about your stupid ass non sweating disease. Get out of here, bro. In 2019, a former aide claimed it was actually hair loss treatment that the Duke was undergoing which prevented him from sweating. Despite the aide's claims, Dr. Sarah Jarvis, GP and clinical director at Patient Info, told the sun online there were a limited number of medications that could stop sweating. She said, there is a long list of drugs that can cause anhidrosis, an inability to sweat. These include treatments used to manage the side effects of medication for severe mental illness. Well, he might have that. I mean, obviously some, some kind of traumatic brain injury to be hanging out with who he hung out with, acting the way he did, along with the treatments for epilepsy, high blood pressure, glaucoma, osteoporosis, and mountain sickness. But on the whole, very few people taking these drugs develop anhidrosis. There are only a couple of medications licensed in the UK for managing male pattern hair loss. One is a tablet and one is a topical lotion. Neither of them have anhidrosis as a side effect, to my knowledge. And Dr. Hilary Jones added, I cannot think of any reason whatsoever why treatment of hair loss, whether it involved medications or transplants, would interfere with the normal ability to. To sweat. So again, it comes down to what you folks believe. Do you believe what Alan Starkey and Prince Andrew's team tells you, or do you believe the pictures and what you can see for yourself? Me, I'm gonna go with the visual evidence. Evidence. I'm gonna go with the evidence that I can see, with the evidence that I can look at, and with the evidence that I can digest. Host: Bobby Capucci
Release Date: May 6, 2026
In this extended “Mega Edition,” Bobby Capucci delivers a no-holds-barred update on the escalating fallout surrounding Prince Andrew amid the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, with a particular focus on mounting public and legal pressure for the Prince to relinquish his Duke of York title. The episode dissects British public sentiment, official responses, and persistent media coverage, while also addressing broader implications for the monarchy and a new legal push for unsealing confidential names tied to the Epstein/Maxwell network. Capucci maintains his signature direct, irreverent tone throughout, questioning legacy media’s failures, calling for full transparency, and skewering elite double standards.
[00:59] – [13:52]
York Residents Want Change:
Capucci kicks off with fresh polling from York, showing “nearly nine out of ten citizens” want Andrew stripped of his title.
“This is the guy who is the Duke of your city. No thanks, I’ll pass. Get rid of your title, go back to Mummy’s house.” (Capucci, [01:11])
Historical & Cultural Significance:
The Duke of York title carries immense weight due to York’s 2,000-year history. Host slams Andrew for disrespecting this legacy.
“Why should he be bestowed with any kind of royal title? … The people of the UK make the decision here, not the queen.” (Capucci, [03:17])
Public Sentiment: Disgust and Betrayal:
Citizens’ quotes highlight loss of trust and anger at perceived royal indifference, with Capucci referencing parallels to pop culture (“Bronx Tale,” Mickey Mantle) to question celebrity-worship.
“What do I get in return? … These people like Prince Andrew, they don’t care about any of us. They don’t care about us. We’re nothing to them.” (Capucci, [05:46])
Social Media and the Erosion of Royal Support:
Social media campaigns are a driving force. Capucci warns, “If the royal family is not careful, they’re gonna find themselves in a position where Prince Andrew is not the only one acting as a regular citizen.” ([04:15])
[13:52] – [30:18]
Public Responses & Denials:
The allegations center on Virginia Roberts (Giuffre)'s claims that she was trafficked to Prince Andrew by Epstein and Maxwell. Andrew denies ever meeting her, despite the widely circulated photo.
Host Dismisses Andrew’s Defense:
“In an interview with BBC, Andrew claimed the photograph might have been doctored. … How can you not remember, chided resident Kathy Berry on a street in York. The photograph’s there, the evidence is there. Everybody’s seeing that.” (Capucci quoting residents, [12:07])
Royal Family’s (Insufficient) Action:
Queen strips Andrew of honorary military titles and “HRH” status. For Capucci and many Brits, this is “not enough.”
“She has got to remove his official titles or else I can see the monarchy itself being under serious question.” (Rachel Maskell, MP, quoted at [13:50])
[30:18] – [44:44]
Legacy Media Under Fire:
Capucci lambasts the elite press for years of ignoring or soft-pedaling accusations, calling them “garbage” and blaming activism and bias for plummeting public trust.
“All the pearl clutching blue check marks that cry on Twitter about how terrible journalism is now… your work is garbage. Point blank, period.” ([31:55])
Digital Evidence, Social Media, and Growing Transparency Demands:
Host pushes the need for more transparency, pointing to persistent public demands for media to name names and dig deeper.
[44:44] – [56:05]
Virginia Roberts’ Lawsuit Against Maxwell:
Roberts' attorneys pressing Judge Preska to publicly unseal documents listing eight anonymous “John Does” tied to the Epstein/Maxwell operation. Capucci suspects these are powerful, well-known figures and predicts further fallout once names become public.
“Absolutely no more anonymous in this case. Enough is enough. They haven’t earned the right to be anonymous.” ([44:49])
Arguments Against Unsealing:
Various John Does claim disclosure would cause “annoyance and embarrassment,” “media attention,” and harm to privacy—rationales Capucci ridicules as feeble compared to the survivors’ trauma.
Legal Momentum:
Judge Preska described as “very consistent with releasing documentation.” Capucci expects, “this documentation is going to see the light of day.” ([44:55])
[56:05] – [68:34]
Absurdity of the Defense:
Capucci lampoons Prince Andrew’s infamous claim of being unable to sweat due to a medical condition. Cites photographic evidence, witness accounts, and medical experts to debunk the story:
“You could sit here and tell us till you’re blue in the face, ‘oh, I don’t sweat.’ But the reality is we’ve actually seen pictures of him…sweating.” ([56:40])
Reviewing Public Incidents:
Expert Opinion:
Doctors cited discount any plausible link between hair loss treatments and anhidrosis (inability to sweat). Capucci mocks the ever-shifting rationalizations:
“He could turn it on and off — it’s like a superpower. This guy has been nothing but lying from the beginning.” ([58:35])
[68:34] – [End]
Media and Elite Accountability:
Capucci underscores the failure of elites and institutions to impose accountability. Expresses hope that independent journalism and grassroots public pressure will force further change.
A Call for Transparency:
Host concludes with the need for all evidence and names to be brought to light, both for justice and to restore faith in public institutions.
“Let’s hope Judge Preska continues her streak of releasing information…[this] will be a lot of context for people who might not have a full grasp of what’s going on.” ([44:44])
This summary provides all essential themes, key discussions, standout quotes, and a roadmap for understanding the ongoing Prince Andrew-Epstein-royals saga as amplified by Bobby Capucci in the “Mega Edition.”
