on the show, we're going to talk
Bobby Capucci
about the new Ghislaine Maxwell project being put out by Peacock. Now, we've seen a bunch of these kind of documentaries, right? We've seen Netflix get involved, we've seen the ID Channel, a bunch of them, but none of them scratch any deeper than the surface. For the most part. There hasn't been a deep dive documentary done into this topic yet. Now, I don't know if this project from Peacock is going to be any better, but I figured we would add it to the catalog and let you all know that this is in the works and that, you know, there's going
Podcast Host
to be more content for you to dive into. So let's jump into this article from Fox News and let's see what Stephanie
Bobby Capucci
Nalasco has to say about this new project dealing with Ghislaine Maxwell. Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's alleged Madam. Well, they're off to a smashing start over at Fox here, huh? Alleged madam what? Co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all around scuz bag, bipedal serpent. You know all of that stuff. How about we add that to the title? I know, I know. We can't ask for much. It's Fox News. Like I said, this article was authored by Stephanie Nolasco. Ghislaine Maxwell, the alleged madam, co conspirator, general all around scuz bag, bipedal serpent of financier and sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is the subject of a new documentary. Hey, just a quick heads up over there at Fox. All you have to do is tune into the podcast a couple of times and you'll learn how to properly format your articles. Okay, there's no longer called a financier. She's no longer called a madam. All right? Call them what they are. Words matter. Isn't that what we always hear these days? Words matter. Well, if words matter, then label these people what they are. Instead of alleged madam, how about alleged child sex trafficker? What are you trying to do with your play on words there, Fox News? I cannot stand these major outlets, folks. Fox News, msnbc, Rachel Maddow, Sean Hannity, they're all part of the problem. And when you look at these articles and you see the way they, they describe people, the words they use. Well, if you don't know anything about Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell and this is the first article you've ever read, and they're calling her the alleged madam of financier and sex offender, I mean, it doesn't even begin to shine a light on what these people truly were. Blue Ant Studios will produce Epstein Shadow, Ghislaine Maxwell, which will premiere on Peacock on June 24 before landing on UK sky on June 28. Deadline reported on Wednesday. According to the outlet, the special will be titled Ghislaine Epstein, Shadow in the UK And I. Okay, catchy title. And all right, Ghislaine. I mean, Epstein's shadow. And it's pretty fitting, right? I mean, she was always with Jeffrey Epstein. They were always, you know, together. And where you go, your shadow follows. But I wouldn't exactly call her a shadow. I wouldn't call her a follower. I think that lets her off the hook. What she is is somebody who is in a leadership position. And when you have a leadership position in a criminal enterprise, your penalties are more severe. Or at least they should be. Or at least they would be if her name ended in a vowel. You better believe if these people were Italian, that not only the FBI would be at their house, the atf, local law enforcement. Oh, it would be a whole thing if they were Italian. We all know what the FBI stands for, right? Forever bothering Italians. But since it's Ghislaine Maxwell, since it's Jeffrey Epstein. Ah, you know, no big deal.
Podcast Host
All good. The outlet shared that the three hour
Bobby Capucci
special promises to take a deep dive into the powerful, connected and mysterious Maxwell, who was once the heiress to the
Podcast Host
Maxwell fortune, but whose life is rocked
Bobby Capucci
by a series of scandals and accusations when she meets Jeffrey Epstein, the serial sex offender. I mean, what, are you trying to set that up? As like Maxwell wasn't a scumbag until she met Epstein. Like he coerced her into this. Because if that's the narrative, if that's what people are putting down, I'm certainly not picking it up. I mean, for real, for real,
Podcast Host
she
Bobby Capucci
knew what she was doing.
Podcast Host
Remember we always hear about how smart she is, right?
Bobby Capucci
How she is Oxford educated.
Podcast Host
Well, she knew what she was doing.
Bobby Capucci
She knew what Jeffrey Epstein was.
Lapsed Fan Host
She knew.
Bobby Capucci
She, she knew what the deal was.
Podcast Host
In fact, she was partaking in the
Bobby Capucci
abuse of some of these girls herself, according to these girls.
Podcast Host
So let's not act like, you know,
Bobby Capucci
everything happened just because of Epstein. They were equal partners in this. And she's certainly never going to get off the hook on this podcast. My opinion of Ghislaine Maxwell is she's cold, killing, calculating and cunning. And that she was working behind the scenes as a boss to make sure the whole operation ran smoothly. She was in charge of all those lieutenants, the core four. They all checked in with Ghislaine Maxwell, giving Jeffrey Epstein another layer of protection, another layer of plausible deniability. It's the same shit you see in real criminal enterprises. They took that template and they ran with it. But since they're protected, since they're powerful politically, well, it was okay for them to get away with it. For years and years and years. Dozens of new interviews, in addition to unseen footage of the Maxwell family and previously unpublished photos will be featured, Variety reported. Alright, well, look again, I'm not gonna poo poo the project before I watch it. I'm not one of those type of people. I need to see the content before I say if it's good or not. I hope that they're gonna stick with what they're saying here and dig a little deeper than just the surface because that's what's needed in this case. A full on airing out of everything that occurred. And if one of these documentarians would really go hard in the paint. There's a big story here. There's a huge, huge story here. And if one of these people who have the means and the financial ability dove in correctly, they could produce a banger. I'm talking about one of the most impactful documentaries in history. Speak to all of the survivors, let them speak in their own words, speak to everybody involved. I'm talking of full on, Warner Herzog kind of documentary, right? That kind of level of depth. But so far we haven't seen anybody with the courage to do that. We haven't seen anybody with the courage to call out the Glenn Dubins and the Lex Wes, the Les Wexner's and the rest of the scumbags that inhabit that so called rarified air. Oh, everybody wants to dance around on the peripherals, but nobody wants to get on the lawn.
Podcast Host
There are so many unfortunate stories of
Bobby Capucci
crimes committed by men against women. But when a woman like Elaine Maxwell is accused of this activity, it creates many questions.
Podcast Host
Well, that is a fact, right?
Bobby Capucci
Roughly 60% of the people involved in trafficking are men. But let's not discount the fact that roughly 40% of the people involved are women. All right, so it's not just a man problem here, not just a guy problem, it's a human being problem. It's a problem of humans not having enough empathy or not having enough care for their fellow man or woman in their heart. And you can't teach that right? If you don't have empathy, you don't have it. You're just a straight up psychopath. And unfortunately, I feel like that's what we're dealing with. I feel like we're dealing with a bunch of psychopaths. Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, Sarah Kellen, Vickers, the lot of them, they're all crazy, in my opinion. This series sheds light on Maxwell's path from her past to the present to unravel the enigma that she is. And takes us from the highest echelons of society to a Brooklyn jail cell awaiting trial while the world watches. So basically you're going over road that's already been tread. I don't understand what's going on in the, in the project here. We already have, it's established, right, who she is.
Podcast Host
How about we go deeper?
Bobby Capucci
Let's go deeper. And I hope they do again. I haven't seen the project yet. I haven't got like a, you know, a pre screening or anything like that. But from past experiences with these projects, a lot has been left to be desired after watching them. Attorneys for the British socialite. Again with the British socialite. Shit. Are you kidding me? Attorneys for the accused child sex trafficker, General All Around Scuzz Bag and Bipedal Serpent urged the judge to toss out a rewritten indictment against her, saying prosecutors just want to blame her for Epstein's sex crimes. But prosecutors said their complaints aren't true. And it's a fact their complaints aren't true.

Boss, what's the most dreaded question that you can get when you tell people you host a podcast called the Lapsed Fan? Ugh. It's what is it about? And why is that, do you think? Because to like pro wrestling is to lose the respect of others. Now what if we told you there's a podcast that explains exactly why that is and why it's kind of deserved. For over a decade, we've taken fact finding missions through the thicket of half truths that is wrestling history. We watch old matches, call out carnies, laugh at our own jokes, and have so much fun doing it that some people actually can't handle it. Think wrestling is an escape from real life? Think again. Same power games, same office politics, same people lying to your face. Just with entrance music and absolutely no company health insurance under any circumstances. All I offer is opportunity. Not bad benefits. As do we, Vince. The Lapsed Fan podcast. Come for the wrestling history. Stay for the uncomfortable truth about why it used to be better and why you still care.
Bobby Capucci
They're throwing all kinds of shit at the wall. Hoping a little bit sticks, right? Technicalities and loopholes. They can't win this case on on fact. They can't win this case on good courtroom performances by the lawyers. The facts don't line up. And when the truth is not on your side, you're cooked from the very jump. The papers dated May 7 were filed publicly Tuesday in Manhattan federal court. They are among numerous approaches so far unsuccessful, that defense lawyers have taken to try and nullify charges alleging their client recruited Teenage Girls RA from 1994 to 2004 for Epstein to sexually abuse.
Podcast Host
And they should be lucky that this is the only thing that they're dealing with right now.
Bobby Capucci
These are the only charges. She should be looking at about 100 Rico predicates right now. I know people who got nailed for illegal gambling. Folks I know. Talk about an oxymoron, right? Illegal gambling.
Podcast Host
But I know people who did serious
Bobby Capucci
time for illegal gambling. And you know what? They hit them with like a hundred counts of rico, knowing that only one would stick. But they hit you with all of them so that you're up against it. You have to fight against all of these charges. You need to have specialists, you need to have your legal team going out and getting people to recreate crime scene.
Podcast Host
It's a lot. It is a whole lot.
Bobby Capucci
And that's why they blast you with all of these RICO predicates. But somehow Maxwell and her team, they think they're up against it. With this handful of charges they have, they're still catching a break in my opinion here. And I'll say that until the cows come home, this case should have been a RICO case from day one from jump street. But since that, since they're, you know, not Italian, since they're, you know, business people, they're financiers, it's a whole different ball game, right? The FBI ain't, They're not kicking in anyone's door. Where's Sarah Kellen? Getting dragged out of her house at 5:30 in the morning with a group of CNN cameras waiting for her. That shit don't happen to them, folks.
Podcast Host
Only us.
Bobby Capucci
Maxwell, 59, has pleaded not guilty and awaits a November trial from her jail cell where she has remained since her arrest last July. Three efforts to get her freed on bail twice with a 28.5 million dollar bail package have been rejected by a judge. A federal appeals court has also refused to grant bail. Yeah, nobody's granting you bail. You could appeal to Moses, you, you can appeal to Saint Peter or God himself. Nobody is granting you Bell Ghislaine Maxwell. Alright, It's a baloney sandwich bash for you. Enjoy it, because you're not getting out. You're gonna face justice. You're gonna face a jury of your peers. And after all is said and done and all of the evidence has been provided and all of the whingeing has passed us by. In the newly released document, defense lawyers brought up many of the same challenges they raised when she was first indicted, including that a non prosecution agreement Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in Florida in
Podcast Host
the late 2000s protects her as well. Look, I'm not, you know, Robert Kardashian
Bobby Capucci
over here or any of these famous lawyers, but how does an NPA signed in Florida protect you in New York? It doesn't. So that is an absolutely ridiculous argument that they tried to put forward Anyway, again, how long have I been telling you folks that everything that they're up to behind the scenes is garbage? They're spinning their wheels in neutral over here. Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell is pumping out mad dough to these people and they're just running back the same arguments over and over again. You would think for all of that Money Ol Oscar, Marcus and the rest of them could come up with something that would at least get the judge's attention, but they can't even whip that up. That's how bad their client is. That's how terribly guilty, in my opinion, she is. But they said the rewrite of the indictment that adds a fourth accuser and extends the span of the indictment from 1997 through 2004 demonstrates just how far the government is willing to go to get Ms. Maxwell and disingenuously blame her for the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein. Um, ridiculous, okay? Absolutely ridiculous. Basically, what you're trying to say with that statement is your client took no part in any of this, huh? She had no part. She was just a shrinking violet. It was all Jeffrey. I had nothing to do with it. I wasn't a lieutenant. I didn't make some little 15 year old Swedish girl cry. I wasn't involved in any of the abuse. Everyone's a liar, believe me.

They said the woman's allegations were known to prosecutors and after the woman made her accusations more than a decade ago. And yet Maxwell was not charged or named as a co conspirator when authorities in Florida pursued cases against Epstein.

You notice what they did there, right?
Bobby Capucci
They cut off their nose to spite their own face.

So just.
Bobby Capucci
You just said that the, the non pro. The non prosecution agreement protects Maxwell.

Then you say here, well, she's not

Late Tuesday, prosecutors defended their superseding indictment,
Podcast Host
saying they did not get a chance

to speak to the fourth accuser by video. And until last summer and in person until January, this is all stuff we've known already. This has all been out there. The prosecutors have filed this paperwork before and now it's just the defense wasting everybody's time. The defendant's argument that the government acted in bad faith to the extent she is making such an argument is based on no evidence whatsoever and for good reason. It is not true. They wrote in a document dated last Friday. Yeah, of course it's not true. Maxwell and her team, they're out here playing games, throwing all kinds of shit at the wall, hoping some of it sticks. That's all it is, folks, procedural nonsense. They have no chance once this trial starts and they know it,

they said. The woman was interviewed only once by

federal prosecutors in Florida in the 2000s and was not asked any questions about. Maxwell Epstein was arrested in July 2019 on sex trafficking charges. He took his own life a month later, allegedly in a Manhattan federal jail at age 66. All right, folks, well, there you have it. We got ourselves another documentary coming down the pipe. When you talk about Jeffrey Epstein and men behind the curtain, people who supported him, people who helped him get to the point where he was. You have to start with Les Wexner. This is a man who had a lot of power, a lot of ability to maneuver and a lot of money to make things fall in a manner of his choosing. And he certainly did that for quite some time. This is a man who built an empire and then that empire was used and manipulated by Jeffrey Epstein at the very least to abuse girls. All the while, while Les Wexner is sitting there and acting like he has no idea about anything that went down. Which we know according to the survivors, is absolute bs. Just listen to Maria's story about what happened to her when she was in New Albany, her experience with the Wexners. And it goes on and on and on and on. This is a man that somehow has avoided the real spotlight of this story. This is a man who should be directly in the middle of this story, but somehow, some way has been able to avoid real scrutiny within the legacy media. Even when we have articles like the one we're going to talk about today, they just scratched the surface. There's not been a real deep dive into Les Wexner. Where are all of these outlets with all of their resources, sending reporters to Columbus to be on assignment for 6, 8, 10 months to really break this story? We haven't seen that. And it's the same for every other person who has been accused. We have someone like Bill Richardson, who is being credibly accused of taking part in Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of Virginia Roberts. And yet he's still being called upon by the Biden administration to go and negotiate for Brittney Griner. You tell me how that's okay, or how people are running around pulling up Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton and putting them, putting him on his pedestal. Let me be very clear. Anyone who does that with people like Clinton or with Donald Trump, I am automatically suspect of their motivations, especially in this case. Because if you're not stuffing your biases here and your own wants from what this case is, then you're doing it a great disservice. Because people like Bill Clinton, people like Les Wexner, people like Bill Richardson, you don't think these are big enough names to move the needle? You know, again, everybody talks about names this and names that. And what I've come to believe, believe is most of the people saying that, well, they only want the names of the people they dislike, the names out of out that are out there already. Eh, that's not gonna move the needle for us enough politically. We need more. And while that's fine and, well, I'd love to have every single name exposed, how about we go after these people like Les Wexner, like Bill Clinton, like Glenn Dubin, like Bill Richardson, start there and work our way down. But even like this article today, it just does not go deep enough. So let's dive into this article from the Daily Beast and let's see what they've come up with. Headline, the Mysterious Billionaire Behind Jeffrey Epstein Gets the Documentary Treatment. This article was authored by Marlo Stern. How did Jeffrey Epstein, the notorious child predator and sex trafficker, amass his vast wealth yes, the late money manager rubbed shoulders with everyone from Bill Gates and Bill Clinton to Prince Andrew and Donald Trump. But as the new Hulu docu series, Victoria's Secret, Angels and demons, which premieres July 14, by the way, contends one of the certified creep's biggest money sources was none other than billionaire Les Wexner, the Merlin of the mall. This is all well known knowledge to anyone who has been paying attention for five minutes. Les Wexner was a key component in Epstein's rise. Now, was he where Epstein got all of his money? No. We know that Epstein was in on the grift, right? We know that he was stealing on Wall Street. Of course. That's how he was making his money. So he was a criminal way before he even met Les Wexner as far as financially. But Wexner gave him the credibility that he needed to really make his move. Wexner, a slight man with elfin like features, was hardly a paragon of posh. Despite being the man behind retail behemoth L Brands, whose portfolio at one point included retailers the Limited, Amber, Crombie and Fitch Express, Lane Bryant, Henry Bendel, Bath and Body Works, and Victoria's Secret, Wexner maintained a relatively low profile in his native Ohio, far from the prying lenses of the paparazzi. And now when you look back on that, you know, you say to yourself, well, what was he up to that he was trying to keep such a low profile? Hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein, you're up to something. And there's nobody that's going to convince me of anything different. That all seemed to change around the time Epstein entered his life. In the mid-1980s, the 40something Wexner dyed his hair and upgraded his wardrobe. His soirees were now attended by Epstein's roster of celebrity acquaintances. In 1985, Wexner graced the COVID of New York Magazine, accompanied by the headline the Bachelor billionaire. And in 1989, according to a piece in the Washington Post, a diary entry of Wexner's, dated September 1, 1989, read, I finally like myself. Oh, boohoo. Did little Lessie Wexner have some image problems? Probably. Little twerp never lifted a weight in his life. Probably has never done anything physical in his life, but runs around like he's king shit, right? A few weeks before Epstein died in his prison cell while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, the New York Times published an eye opening expose detailing Wexner's ties to Epstein. The report revealed, among other things, that Wexner was Epstein's only publicly known billionaire client that Epstein had acquired his Manhattan townhouse, private jet, later dubbed the Lolita Express, and other properties from Wexner at a heavy discount. That Wexner allegedly waited 18 months to cut ties with Epstein after he was busted for child prostitution in 2006. Well, that's because Wexner was always Epstein's ace. And, look, there's a lot of talk out there that these two dudes might have been involved romantically as well. I can't confirm that one way or the other. I don't know. But a lot of credible sources have said that, so certainly something to keep in mind. If Wexner was enthralled by this guy, Lord knows why or how that could happen, but here we are. But if that's the case, then that could play a little bit of a role into how Epstein manipulated him. But my real guess is Epstein worked up some sort of blackmail plot to get Wexner in on. And once you got that blackmail, or once you're involved in some sort of criminality with somebody while you're in it for good, is. Isn't that the case? It's like the Mafia. If you want to join the Mafia, you have to clip somebody. So now you have skin in the game. And that. An Oregon Attorney general's investigation said that Victoria's Secret had directly aided Epstein's legal defense in 2016, voluntarily providing intel against one of Epstein's accusers who had worked for Victoria's Secret. A statement from Wexner in the film claims that Wexner cut ties with Epstein in 2008 and was not aware of his abuses. Again, one of the most powerful, richest men in the world doesn't do any. Any research into who he's working with, doesn't have his, you know, intelligence service buddies that protect him, go and do the proper research. Or is it they knew exactly what Epstein was and. And he was a key cog, a key piece in the operation that they wanted to run. After the second arrest, it became increasingly clear that Wexner was one of his biggest clients. And so much of Epstein's wealth came from the work he did for Wexner, says Matt Tiernauer, director of Victoria's Secret Angels and Demons. Then more troubling details emerged, including that he had power of attorney that gave him access to vast amounts of Wexner's wealth. And you know what's interesting to me about Wexner? He is the kind of guy that has no problem suing people, but you notice he hasn't sued anybody for what they have said about him and his relationship with Epstein. Sure doesn't want to go to court over this, huh? Doesn't want to get dragged into discovery, does he? And you would think if people were lying about him like, you know, he says they were and people were telling stories and none of this was true, that somebody would have gotten sued for defamation already. But that hasn't occurred, has it?

That, the Times reported, enabled Mr. Epstein to hire people, sign checks, buy and sell properties, and borrow money on Wexner's behalf, and that Epstein was granted full power and authority to do and perform every act necessary for him. Wexner also told vanity fair in 2003 that Epstein was very smart, with a combination of excellent judgment and unusually high standards. Also, he is always a most loyal friend. Aw, gushing about your child molester buddy, are you there, Ol? Lessie Wexner? This guy truly believes that he's avoided all sorts of flack here, all sorts of fallout, but the reality is, he hasn't. You know why, folks? Because we're just getting started. We are just getting started, at least here on this podcast. And guys like Les Wexner are directly in the crosshairs when it comes to co conspirators, people that should be brought in and put under oath. You have to put Les Wexner right at the top of that list. As Victoria's Secret Angels and Demons reveals, Epstein was deeply entangled in Wexner's life, serving as trustee of his charitable foundation, going so far as pushing his mother out of it, and was even tasked with procuring a nanny for him following his marriage to Abigail Copple. Imagine. Yeah, I'm gonna have Epstein, notorious child predator, find me a nanny. Imagine being the au pair that calls and gets that gig and has to deal with Epstein further. I wonder if any of those people, any of those au pairs or nannies that he was supposed to find, how many of them were them, were Abused by. By Epstein. Now, I don't know if they were, but it's a question we have to ask, right? Anyone who has come into this guy's orbit is someone who is potentially a. A victim. At one point, Epstein lived in a guest mansion adjacent to Wexner in New Albany, Ohio, a tiny town of Georgian style homes that Wexner had designed to his specifications. Epstein had reportedly purchased the home from Wexner for three and a half million. And in that home is where Maria Farmer, a young artist from New York, alleges she was assaulted by both Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, the latter recently sentenced to 20 years behind bars for sex trafficking girls to Epstein. And we all know what Maria has had to say about what happened to her in New Albany at the hands of Les Wexner. We've all heard about the security agent Bowie, you know, all of the things that she talked about and her experiences with Wexner, Maxwell and Epstein. It all tracks. Victoria's Secret. Angels and Demons asserts that Farmer was imprisoned in a room in Epstein's New Albany home and was so frightened that she stacked furniture up against the door to prevent Epstein and Maxwell from entering the room. The film says she tried to report it to local police at the time who had a relationship with the Wexner family since they basically ran the town as well as the FBI. The to no avail. And it's the truth. That's what Maria says. She called the police department. They told her, look, you know who runs runs things around here. Maria went to the FBI. No dice. Nypd, no dice. Nobody was willing to step up and stop these people. But now they'll all get up and wax poetic about how they've been the one to step up to stop Jeffrey Epstein. So tired of the bs, Epstein is living next door to Wexner, and one of his most sinister crimes appears to take place behind the very dignified Georgian facade of this massive guest house. Explains Tiernauer, that scene is very telling. It's almost like a David lynch movie where things are striving to be too perfect. And when you look more closely, you see that the grass is not greener. And in this case, bad things were happening with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in this house that's been featured in Architectural Digest as this super luxurious, luxurious mansion on the plains of Ohio. And that's how sick it all is. These people are still accepted in so called polite society. They're still accepted at all of these soirees and functions because you know why? I said it once and I'll say it again. The only crime to the so called elite is, is being poor. Epstein is also alleged to have exploited his ties to Wexner by posing as a recruiter for Victoria's Secret models. Cindy Fetus Fields, former CEO of Victoria's Secret Direct, says in the film, in the spring of. In the spring or summer of 1993, it was reported to Les that a man was going around New York City portraying himself as a recruiter for Victoria's Secret catalog models. It was Jeffrey Epstein and Les said he would stop it. I don't believe the behavior stopped. I believe it continued. Wexner's lawyer claimed Wexner forbid Epstein from acting in such a fashion. Of course he did. And how are you going to counter that, that, that truth right there? Right. How are you going to dispute that Epstein's dead? Wexner's going to say, well, this is what I told him. So it's very hard to prove that. Alicia Arden, an actress who appeared on Baywatch and in Playboy, claims that the behavior did not stop. She says in an interview in the film that she met Epstein in 1997 at the Hotel shutters in Santa Monica for what she thought was a Victoria's Secret audition, only to have him request that she pose in a bra and panties before groping her butt and. And attempting to give her a hundred dollars. She alleges that she felt like a prostitute and that she then filed sexual battery report against him. When Epstein died in 2019, he left behind an estimated 600 million dollar fortune. Only 215 million of which has been distributed to his survivors. And we know it was a lot more than that. We know that there's money offshore. We can't account for it.

We can't prove it, but we certainly know that it's there. And the fact that Jeffrey Epstein survivors only got a little chunk of this is always going to go down as one of the biggest black eyes of that weak ass compensation fund. And following the Times piece about his ties to Epstein, Wexner came forward and in a letter to Wexner foundation broke his relative silence about his Epstein ties by saying that the late sex criminal had misappropriated vast sums of money from him totaling around $46 million. Funny how that only hits afterwards, right after Epstein's dead. You know, the whole entire thing. Now you're going to expose the ties that you had with Epstein and how he was a scumbag after you supported him for all these years after you were a co conspirator with him for all these years. That's right. I said it. I think Les Wexner is a co conspirator. Certainly my opinion, but that's where I'm at. Meanwhile, Sarah Ellison, a Washington Post reporter interviewed in Victoria's Secret, Angels and Demons, estimates that Wexner paid Epstein around $400 million over the course of their business relationship. Wexner is known as being litigate Litigus. And yet he won't pursue Epstein for stealing millions upon millions of dollars. Asks Ellison in the film. To allow that level of betrayal, dishonesty to happen unpunished is entirely unexplained. Unless, of course, there was no theft, there was no stealing of money, which is what I speculate. This was always the plan. And again, folks, my speculation here just want to be clear about that. My guess is this was always the plan. If Epstein was ever nailed, then Wexner could say, oh, he stole this money from me, giving Wexner the COVID that he needed. But it didn't work out like that, did it? We're all on to you, you little elfin looking mfer. Tiernauer is still confused as to how Epstein, a former high school math teacher who was dismissed from Bear Stearns over finance violations and was then connected to Tower Financial Corp. Ponzi scheme, was able to gain the trust of Wexner to the point where he had power of attorney and control over large sums of his wealth. Well, a lot, A lot of that has to do with the people that put them into connection. You know, the people that were running this whole entire compromise scheme. Those were the people who connected all these folks. I think there are three great con men of the last hundred years. Roy Cohn, the subject of a previous film of mine, his mentee Donald Trump. And Epstein offers Tier an hour. The con was so epic and went down right under everyone's nose. Well, there are a bunch of con artists that have been around since. Those three are certainly three of them, though, no doubt about it. We all know Roy Cohn was a straight up criminal scumbag. He was always up to some scumbaggery. There's a cool documentary about Roy Cohn that's on hbo. I forget the name of it, but it was a really interesting watch. And if you're interested, obviously, in the Wexner aspect of this or just the. The whole underlying ties that Epstein or Cohen had to all of this, you can definitely check that out and see for a little bit of context. Anyway, who Roy Cohn was, but certainly a good documentary as far as Les Wexner goes. Look, folks, we've been beating on this drum for how long? And, and I'm going to continue to beat on this drum. What this dude was allegedly involved in and what happened with Maria is just completely unacceptable. And this man needs to be put under oath and he needs to be held accountable if it's found that he committed crimes. Because there certainly is enough evidence there, at the very least, to bring to a grand jury and, and have the grand jury indict him, financially or otherwise. It really just comes down to, once again, do the authorities have the backbone to go after all of these people like Les Wexner? That's the question. And unfortunately, at least up until this point, the answer has been a resounding no. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this episode. And it asks the question, how did she become such a monster? Well, of course, like every one of these documentaries, it's only a scratch of the surface. It doesn't go deep enough. It's not large enough in scope and doesn't draw enough people into the web. But at least the producer of this documentary is asking some pretty poignant questions that are important, such as, where are the rest of the prosecutions? Today we have an article from Newsweek and the headline, ghislaine Maxwell's Stars Document Aims to Embarrass Police into Charging Others. The author of this article is Molly Mitchell. And look, that's really the goal, right? When we get down to it, it's why I mock them so badly. They should be shamed. They should be embarrassed. And if that's what it takes to kick them and spur them into action, then that's what we need to do. Because the people who were involved with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, they all need to be brought to justice. In this article, it's a little off base. They talk about how all the men need to be brought to justice. Well, I agree with that. But let's not forget that 39%, roughly of all human traffickers are women. And when we're talking about Epstein, how many women played a key part in what he was doing. Now, of course, the Johns who are taking part in abusing these girls, every single one of them needs to be brought in and indicted. But when people try and set this up as a man versus woman story, I think they're doing it a disservice. I think that kind of rhetoric does more to split people up than bring people together. And for me, it's more than just man versus woman here. It's literally evil versus good. And I'm not talking about God versus the devil. As I've said a million times, I'm agnostic. I don't have any idea about God or the devil. But I know what evil is and it certainly is. Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Sarah Kellen Vickers, Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff, Darren Endyke, Richard Khan and the rest of them. That's what evil is to me. And personally, I. I don't care what sack of skin it's wearing, man or woman, if you're an evil, disgusting scumbag, you are on my radar. And as I've said a million times now here on the podcast, I'm in the business of bringing folks together, the whole division, shit, I'll leave that up to the grifters, you know, the people that are out there playing up on people's emotions and shit. I'll leave that to other people. I'm not here to divide folks. I'm here to bring people together for a common cause. And that common cause is seeing all of these scumbags, man, woman, everything in between, put in prison forever. Hey everybody.

Visit spinquest.com for more details. Who is Glenn Maxwell? Is the gripping documentary series on stars about the rise and fall of of British socialist. They meant social. A socialite. They called her a socialist in the article. That's pretty funny. What they really mean though is scuzzbag general all around scuzzbag, child molester, abuser, human trafficker and bipedal serpent Ghislaine Maxwell. In December 2021, Maxwell was convicted of recruiting and grooming teenage girls to have sexual encounters with Epstein. But between 1994 and 2004, from her early years growing up with a father like Robert Maxwell to her Oxford days and high flying days as part of London's Elite, the three part documentary series asks the question, who really is Ghislaine Maxwell and how did she end up where she did? Pretty simple. A rich girl from a family of thieves, from a family of criminals who lost daddy and ended up going south because she couldn't stand on her own. Right, Another one of these so called elite who can't stand on their own, they need to be propped up by somebody else. And that was certainly Ghislaine Maxwell. First it was Daddy, then it was running around with Epstein and his buddies. Although the documentary is mainly focused on Maxwell and her crimes, the final episode of the show hopes to embarrass the authorities into investigating other men involved in the sex scandal. Executive producer Dorothy Byrne told Newsweek. And Ms. Byrne, I appreciate your work on the documentary, but it's not just men that were involved here. There were a lot of people involved here. Why don't we say perpetrators? Why don't we say co conspirators? It sounds a little bit better than just saying all the men. Let's what about all the women? What about Eva Dubin? What about Sarah Kellen Vickers and Leslie Groff and Adriana Ross and I can go on. The final episode will air Sunday, July 10th at 9pm on Starz and will explore her criminal trial and conviction. Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in June. She appealed her sentence and conviction on July 7th and is currently awaiting consideration by the US Court of Appeals. Yeah, she's going to be waiting for quite some time. There's going to be no consideration for Ghislaine Maxwell. At least I don't think there will be. Speaking to Newsweek, who is Ghislaine Maxwell? Executive producer Dorothy Byrne described how Maxwell worked at an extraordinary level to procure young women and girls for, for Epstein, 100% what she did. But that was only part of it. People seem to forget that this was a well oiled machine and while procuring girls and bringing in girls for Epstein to molest was certainly part of it, a lot of people forget that there was other things going on. Kompromat building, dossiers, getting information. All of this Underlying theme was occurring while all this other stuff was going on. On the surface. Byrne also shared that after working on the series for two years, she felt very surprised, shocked and horrified that no man has been taken to court for their involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein case, considering the magnitude of their crimes. After all, Epstein had connections to some of the most powerful and most famous people in the world. Well, you just answered your own question right there. When you have connections with the most powerful and famous people in the world, you really think you're going to be held to account? Of course you're not going to be held to account. And it's telling. If you look at the non prosecution agreement that was signed by Epstein, it was Epstein and four women who it protected. So that shows you who the key co conspirators in the actual functioning of this enterprise were now of course, the people who were utilizing the services, those were all disgusting. Ass, gross ass. Can never get a woman in high school ass dudes. 100%, without a doubt. But it's not just men here, all right? There's a lot of sick people involved. His survivors also spoke of not only being sexually abused by Epstein, but by others at his private island, Little St. James, and in the U.S. virgin Islands and elsewhere. See what I mean when I say that these documentaries, they never hit the scope that it should? If I had the money, I swear I'd put together a wide ranging documentary, multiple parts about this story. And maybe someday I still will because none of these really scratch the itch to truly tell people what went on here. Byrne even referred to one of the lawyers in who is Ghislaine Maxwell? Who described Epstein and Maxwell's abuse as a pyramid sex scheme and the island of Little St. James as a sex trafficking factory. Byrne told Newsweek. I hope that this film, along with other work by journalists will embarrass the authorities into investigating the other men. I mean, what is going on here? Why is it that no men have been pulled in and charged?
Bobby Capucci
Men, Men, Men.
Podcast Host
How come other. What do you mean no men? How about just co conspirators? Because these girls and young women, they state that they were passed around to other men as well. Where are the other men? Why is it that it's only a woman who has been prosecuted? And it is right that she was prosecuted. But where are the men I love when they add the caveat? See for me, I don't care how you were born, what you're, you're a man or a woman. If you were involved here, you're a Piece of scumbag.
Bobby Capucci

And I want you hemmed up, man or woman. And setting it up like this. I'm not a big fan, I'm not a big fan of divisionary tactics and I see right through it, honestly. How much more of this are we going to plop into society to try and set people up against each other, when in reality, man or woman, anyone who's decent should be absolutely disgusted by what went on here. The lack of prosecution of men is an absolute scandal and a shame on the face of the United States of America. So far, nobody else has been charged in connection with Epstein and Maxwell. Prince Andrew settled out of court with Epstein's accuser, Virginia Roberts, in a civil sex case. And this is just patently wrong. Jean Luc Brunel was also charged. We're going to forget, we're going to forget about that. The whole leadership structure was taken down. Maxwell Epstein and Jean Luke Brunel. Of course it is not good enough, but I don't think, I know it's
Bobby Capucci
going to sound kind of, kind of

bad, but unfortunately, I don't think that Ms. Burn truly has a grip of what this case is or the, the scope of what this case is. Roberts alleged she was sexually abused by Prince Andrew in three locations. The first at Maxwell's London home, the then Epstein's Manhattan townhouse, and in the Virgin Islands. Andrew has denied these allegations and insisted he has no recollection of meeting Roberts. No, not at all. No, I never met him. Byrne said. I'm very, very surprised, shocked and horrified that no man has been taken to court. All right, we get it, Ms. Byrne. No man has been taken to court. Is that, is that the whole point of what you're talking about here? Because really the problem is, man or woman, justice has not been served. That's the real problem. And I think it's absolutely right that Ghislaine Maxwell will be taken into court and that she was sentenced to 20 years because what she did was utterly wicked. But I'm amazed that in the United States, which has extraordinary police forces, they have not managed to bring a single man to justice. I'm surprised that they were so flagrant about what they did and yet people didn't really realize what was going on. Well, you're wrong. People did realize what was going on. People didn't care. Point blank, period. People knew what was going on and they didn't care. Men and women both. Some of it was hiding in plain sight. She talked about collecting girls for Jeffrey, as she puts it, and I'VE done a lot of films about sex crimes but it was the industrial scale of what they did. She was providing him with three girls or young women a day. I mean that's absolutely extraordinary. And she was going out in the street in our car, just picking them up on the street. Yeah, we all, we, we know all of this already. So what exactly is this documentary going to provide that the other ones haven't? Not much if I'm being honest. It really didn't provide much. Sure. It's a good watch if you're looking for a little more content but some more context, sure, definitely worth the watch. But it really doesn't kick down any doors. It's the huge scale of it. And the scale was only made possible because Ghislaine Maxwell, because she knew how to win the trust of these young girls. She was middle aged. A number of them thought that she was actually married to Epstein. She had a top class accent, she was beautifully crafted. So she didn't look like a sleazily a sleazy procures. She looked like a highly respectable woman and that's how she went about doing it. But the scale of it is astonishing. Alright, so what is a sleazy procura supposed to look like as opposed to a highly respectable woman? I don't even know what that means. So there's different levels of what it looks like. If you look like a respectable person then automatically I should just think you're respectable. Yeah, right. Respect is earned. And as for how Maxwell ended up in the position she is in today, Byrne said it would be impossible to know. However, by exploring her past you may come to some understanding. She reflected. I think it's impossible to know exactly why she committed the crimes but I think by looking at her life in detail you start to get some understanding of her. Well, she did it because she's a sick fuck. Pretty simple. She has the same proclivities that Epstein does. Why are people so scared to just say that?
Spin Quest Advertiser
Why?
Podcast Host
What are people so scared of? Undoubtedly she got used to great wealth when she was young and she loved being the center of attention. And when she lost all of her money with the death of her father, she was very unhappy and some people say quite at a loss. But then she met another very rich man who, who then gave the potential path for her to gain great wealth, be the center of attention and live an extraordinary lifestyle in the the way that she had before. And you see again it's very obvious that Maxwell and Epstein met before Robert Maxwell died. But people Keep running with the same narrative. And then you wonder why nobody wants to listen to the legacy media or these producers who just jumped into this story to try and get rich. Let's be real. What we discovered was that she really tried her best to get. Get him to marry her. And, and when that didn't work, she stayed with him. He gave her great wealth. She worked for that wealth. And the way in which she worked for that wealth was to procure young women and girls at an extraordinary level. So she is saying here, Ms. Byrne, that this was all about money and wealth and it wasn't. Not one mention of compromise, huh? Not one mention of things being wired up and dossiers. One of the lawyers who was in Ghislaine Max, who is Ghislaine Maxwell, called the Pyramid sec, called it a pyramid sex scheme and called the island, which Epstein owned a sex trafficking factory. Yeah, no, again, look, I'm not saying that she's missing the boat completely here, but she's only reading a few chapters. And you can't just read the Cliff Notes to this and think you understand what's going on. So that's big. It's probably my biggest problem with all of the documentaries and shows and, you know, movies that come out about this story. They all rehash the same information, basically, and they don't go any deeper. So that's where I'm at with this one. And while I've watched the first few episodes, I haven't been blown away by it and honestly didn't even plan on talking about it until I saw this article where I think that Ms. Burns a little bit off the script here, talking about just men. And when this is much more than that, we all know how much more it is than that. And we all know that there were some evil ass women involved here too. That said, every single one of these johns needs to be brought in. Every single person who was engaging in sexual activity with a girl who was being forced into that activity against her will needs to be brought in and indicted. But let's not cause more division where it's not needed. Pretty sure every decent human being is upset and disgusted by what went on here. Man, woman, or anyone else. Episode Focus:
An in-depth critique and analysis of recent and upcoming streaming documentaries about Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Epstein’s network—examining their depth, blind spots, and the troubling reluctance of mainstream media and law enforcement to go beyond the surface.
Bobby Capucci breaks down the wave of streaming service documentaries covering the Jeffrey Epstein case, with a particular focus on the new Ghislaine Maxwell projects from Peacock ("Epstein's Shadow: Ghislaine Maxwell") and Starz ("Who Is Ghislaine Maxwell?"), as well as Hulu’s "Victoria’s Secret: Angels and Demons"—which centers billionaire Les Wexner’s ties to Epstein. The episode critiques how these productions have largely failed to do real investigative “deep dives,” often tiptoeing around the most powerful enablers and reframing the crimes in sanitized language. Capucci calls out the legacy media, legal system, and documentary filmmakers for not fully confronting the network of co-conspirators behind Epstein’s abuse.
"There hasn't been a deep dive documentary done into this topic yet. ...None of them scratch any deeper than the surface for the most part." (Bobby Capucci — 01:07)
"How about we add that to the title? ...General all around scuz bag, bipedal serpent. You know, all of that stuff. ...If words matter, then label these people what they are."
(Bobby Capucci — 01:54)
"She was working behind the scenes as a boss to make sure the whole operation ran smoothly. ...They were equal partners in this."
(Bobby Capucci — 06:35)
"It’s not just a man problem here... it’s a human being problem. ... There’s a lot of sick people involved here too."
(Bobby Capucci — 09:20, 54:09)
"He is the kind of guy that has no problem suing people, but you notice he hasn't sued anybody for what they've said about him and his relationship with Epstein."
(Bobby Capucci — 31:49)
"You better believe if these people were Italian, the FBI would be at their house... But since it’s Ghislaine Maxwell... no big deal."
(Bobby Capucci — 04:10)
"These are the only charges. She should be looking at about 100 RICO predicates right now... that case should have been a RICO case from day one."
(Bobby Capucci — 13:50)
"If I had the money, I swear I'd put together a wide ranging documentary... None of these really scratch the itch to truly tell people what went on here."
(Bobby Capucci — 52:18)
For listeners seeking an unvarnished, relentless push for accountability in the Epstein/Maxwell saga, this episode lays out just how much remains unsaid by streaming services and the establishment—and what true justice would require.
