Boss, what's the most dreaded question that you can get when you tell people you host a podcast called the Lapsed Fan?
Brad Edwards
Ugh.
Podcast Host
It's. What is it about? And why is that, do you think? Because to like pro wrestling is to lose the respect of others. Now what if we told you there's a podcast that explains exactly why that is and why it's kind of deserved? For over a decade, we've taken fact finding missions through the thicket of half truths that is wrestling history. We watch old matches, call out carnies, laugh at our own jokes, and have so much fun doing it that some people actually can't handle it. Think wrestling is an escape from real life? Think again. Same power games, same office politics, same people lying to your face. Just with entrance music and absolutely no company health insurance under any circumstances. All I offer is opportunity, not benefits. As do we, Vince. The Lapsed Fan Podcast. Come for the wrestling history. Stay for the uncomfortable truth about why it used to be better and why you still care.

What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we left off with Jeffrey Epstein's pilot, Larry Vasoski, and his deposition from 2009. Once again, Brad Edwards asking the questions. Larry Vasoski doing the answering question. Okay, so you remember this flight where President Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Answer yes. Question from JFK to what is this? Lpaz. Lpaz. That is. Question. South Africa or something. Answer no, it's the Azore Islands, Santa Maria. Question do you know the purpose of that trip? Answer it was a fuel stop question. Okay. And do you know why Chris Tucker and Kevin Spacey were on that airplane? Answer no. Question. Did you talk to them? Answer. They came up to the cockpit and said hello. So they conversed, nothing more. Question. Another name that was on here a few times, specifically referring right now to the dates of September 23rd and 24th of 2002 is Ron Burkle. Do you Know who Ron Burkle is? Answer I know what that is. Yes. I didn't realize he was on our airplane. Question Right. Now, that is the first time that you remember Ron Burkle being on the airplane. Yeah. Do you know what purpose for him being on that airplane? No. Granted, I'm seeing this for the first time, so I'm trying. Let me ask you that, because this was given to me at a deposition of Dave Rogers, who I understand was the chief pilot for Mr. Epstein. And now you're the chief pilot, but you always kind of worked in tandem, correct? Sure. We complimented each other. And you both worked for the same company that flies Jeffrey Epstein's airplane, right? Yes. So I was of the presumption, which may have been. I may have been misled here or I may have, you know, misunderstood the purpose behind this book or how it was created. I thought that you had probably seen this before at some point in time. Oh, no. Question did you know that Dave Rogers was keeping this book? Answer no. I know he keeps a pilot log book. Question okay, but you didn't know he was keeping the names of the people who were on the airplane? Answer no, it's not required. So, I mean. Question. So today is the first time that you're learning that the name of the people that are on the airplane was kept by Dave Rogers? Answer yes, in his logbook. Question. Okay. And at times when you would come into the country with passengers. Well, not at times. Didn't you have to also report their date of birth? Answer sure. Question at times, weren't there also people that you would bring in from other countries into the United States that were under the age of 18? Answer yes. Question and at sometimes those were flights that included Jean Luc Brunel and girls that were under the age of 18, right. Mr. Critten objects to form. Vassalski. I don't remember those flights. Okay. You don't remember which flights it would have been where there would have been girls under the age of 18? Objection. By Critten Form. Well, I would have to look at the flight logs. It's not illegal to have somebody under the age of 18 on a flight anyway, right? No, not at all. R. Were you ever aware that you as a pilot were transporting girls under the age of 18 who are supposed to be models? Critten objects to form Vasoski. I had no knowledge. Edwards. Okay. You never knew who the people were on the airplane, that their purpose was their role with Jeffrey Epstein or Jean Luc Brunel? Answer no. Question. All right. Do you know Juliet Bryant Answer no, I don't remember the name. Question Andrea Metrovich Answer I remember the name. Question she flew frequently, at least for a period of time. Do you remember that? Answer yes. Question Is that somebody that you thought was familiar with the modeling industry or related to the modeling industry? Answer no. Question okay, and these people, did Jeffrey Epstein ever tell you how he was associated with any of them? Answer no. Question did you ever wonder how he was associated with any of them? No, never interested. Question and on several of these, well, most of these, the names or initials of the people that are on the flight are listed. Do you know on the occasions where it lists generally 2 females or 3 females or 6 females, do you know why that was done? Just because we didn't know the person's name, we tried to do the best we could to keep the records. Question when you say we tried to do the best that we could, Dave and I. Okay, but the first time that you learned that he kept anybody's names was today, right? Well, I didn't know he kept them in his logbook. He would fill out passenger manifest as where having passengers names in your pilot logbook. He's probably the only person in the world that does that. Okay, so when you were mentioning putting the names down, when you said females or male, you know, I was referring to the passenger manifest. Question for each of these same flights then that we're referring to out of this logbook that was marked as Composite Exhibit 1 in Dave Rogers deposition. Am I understanding you correctly that there would also be a passenger manifest for each of these flights? Answer yes. QUESTION now where would I find the passenger manifest? Who keeps the documentation? Answer Corporate, Our corporate office. Question which is whom? Answer up in New York, Darren Indyk Question at what corporation is that though? Answer NES LLC, I guess Mr. Reinhardt objects. Do you know for sure? VASOSKI I don't know for sure. I mean when you say we would just send them up to New York. EDWARDS did you ever keep a copy of them? VASOSKI no. EDWARDS did you keep a passenger manifest? Basoski Just tracking of to you know, what times and who went where. REINHARDT Can I confer with them one on one thing before you ask a question? EDWARDS yeah, they go off the record for a minute. Reinhardt Mr. Edwards let him amend his prior answer. I think he misunderstood the question. EDWARDS I don't know what question we're amounting the answer to. REINHARDT Let me clarify this way. And as passenger manifests, they are corporate documents of either Je Ge or Hyperion Air, whatever company owns the plane. Mr. Vasockski has physical custody of them. He retains them, but they're not his documents, they're corporate documents. So they're not in New York. Vassalski. Those are the ones that I have at the airport office that I turned into counsel that has the passengers names on them. EDWARDS. Okay. Vassaski. It's called a passenger manifestation. Okay. Reinhardt. Right. Edwards. The passenger manifest, Just so I understand exactly what that is, tell me, tell me in your own words. It's departure time, the city, the landing time. Exactly. And the passengers that would have been on the flight. Question and at times on that passenger manifest, would you also list generically female or male? Answer yes, that was the document I was referring to, stating that if we didn't know a person, we did not go out of our way to find out a name. We just put it in the account for how many people were on the aircraft at the time. Question who is currently in the custody or control. Sorry. Who currently maintains or has possession of the passenger manifest from 1998 through the present through today for those airplanes that you flew related to Jeffrey Epstein? Answer I currently have. Which Counsel has now 2005, I believe, until the present time. And the records previously to that, I believe were turned into counsel with a previous investigation with Jack Goldberger's office, I believe. I believe they maintain those records. Question when you say turned into counsel, there are a lot of counsel involved here. Jack Goldberger's office, I believe. QUESTION when you say the previous investigation, you're talking about the criminal investigation? Answer Exactly. Yes, sir. QUESTION and you're aware in that criminal investigation, obviously, that Jeffrey Epstein pled guilty to certain charges, correct? Answer from what I read, yes. QUESTION well, you did visit him in jail, right? ANSWER yes, we did. We didn't talk about that. QUESTION. Okay. You know, in order to go to jail, though, you have to be convicted of some crime, right? Critten form Argumentative. VASOSKI. Yes. Edwards. It wasn't like he was visiting the jail and you were visiting and you happened to bump into each other. You actually went to see him while he was in an inmate in jail, right? Answer Right? Yes. QUESTION okay, so when we're talking about the criminal investigation, we're talking about the criminal investigation revolving around the allegations of Jeffrey Epstein engaging in sex acts with minors. Critten form. Edwards that's the criminal investigation you're talking about, right? Criton form. I don't know the full definition of really what happened there. I know that it was something to do with solicitation of prostitution. That's all I read. Edwards. Okay. You were aware that the allegations involved or revolved around underage girls or girls under the age of 18? Critten objects, again, form Vasoski I was aware it revolved around it, yes. Edwards, who first made you aware of that? Answer the newspaper. Question Were you ever questioned by the police? Answer I don't know who questioned me. Actually, I did have a questioning session, but I don't even remember who questioned me. Question where did that take place? Answer I don't remember. Question at your house? Answer no. I'm thinking it was Jack Goldberger's office. It may have been downtown at the Palm Beach County Courthouse or something in that area there. Question okay, so either it happened at an attorney's office that represented. Answer Exactly. Question Jeffrey Epstein or the other side? Answer yeah. Question and during that questioning, is that when you turned over the passenger manifest from prior to 2005? Answer yes. Question and you turn those manifests directly over to Jack Goldberger? Answer yes, actually, I believe Dave Rogers did. I wasn't in possession of those records. Question and for the passenger Manifest prior to 2005, how far do those passenger manifests go back in time? They should go back, I guess, to 91 or whenever we started existence. Question and did you turn them over from 91 all the way through to 2005? I don't know. I didn't turn them in. Dave Rogers did. Are you in possession of a copy of any of those materials? No. I thought that you, you know, 10 minutes ago when we were talking about this, you said that you had them back at the office. That was the office, the airplane office, which I've given to Bruce, which is the current log. He's in possession of them now.

I had possession of them. Okay, what he's in possession of, just so I know what documents are where, he's in possession of the passenger manifest from 2005 through the present. Correct. If I want to obtain the passenger manifest from 98 through 2005, that's something that I would request from whom? Help me out. That's Mr. Reinhardt. If you know, witness, if you don't know who possesses them right now. They were turned into Jack Goldberger's office a year and a half ago or two years ago, Vasoski says. Edwards, you started out by indicating that you sent these passenger manifests or a copy thereof to Darren Indyke or someone at NES llc. Is that correct? Answer Correct. Question if I requested them from nes, that somebody at some point in time in possession of all the passenger manifests? Answer sure. And NES LLC's address is the one you gave me at 301 East 66th Street? I believe so. I don't know what the address they're using for that. I know he's cut off by Edwards. Question But Darren Indykes, the attorney that I would call Answer yes, sir. Question and he could probably steer me in the right direction. Answer yes to that. Criton objects to form all right, we're going to wrap up right here and in the next episode, we're going to pick up where we left off. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Edwards, do you know Amy Taylor Vasoski? Yes. Question how do you know her? Answer she was on the airplane. Question how old is she? Answer I have no idea. Question age range? Answer 28. Question now. Answer yeah, 28. Or maybe if not older now she was probably 28. I guess she was somebody in her late 20s. Question so we're talking about 2003. That's what I'm trying to understand. Answer I'm guessing. Question we're talking 2009. Now we're saying 28. By that, do you mean in 2003 she was 23 or 24 years old? Answer. You're having me guess on her age? Question yeah. Answer I mean, I can't be accurate. Question. Somebody between 18 and 25 to that objection by critten form. Edwards, at the time you were seeing her back in to that he's cut off by Vassalski if you want me to guess. No, I don't want you to guess. I don't know then. Well, if I say between 10 and 50, that's a range. Question if I say between 10 and 50, you're not guessing There anymore. You know she's in there, right? Answer she's in the middle there. Yeah. Question okay, how can we narrow that down? Were talking about somebody in her twenties. Answer in her late twenties. Question at least that's what you believed. Yes. Question all right. I don't remember him being on the airplane, but I know who he is. Okay. He's on the airplane with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Sarah Kellen, and Jean Luc Brunel. Where did we go? Question I'll let you look at it. I'm talking about this line PBI left out of Palm Beach. Answer Palm beach to Nassau. I'm sorry, I don't remember that one. Question when we're saying we're going down to NASA, is that a place that you frequently went with the airplane? No, not at all. And is that a route that you would take for the ultimate destination to be Little St. James? No. Question. If the ultimate destination was Little St. James, show me a flight where the ultimate destination was little St. James. Yeah, right here. T, I, S, T. That's St. Thomas. Question okay, so now that flight you just pointed out, March 27, 2003, we have Jeffrey Epstein, Sarah Kellen, Cindy Lopez again, and Brent Tindall. Do you know who Brent Tindall is? Yes. Question and do you know her to be a friend of Ghislaine Maxwell or Nadia Marcinkova or Jeffrey Epstein? Critten objects to form I have no idea who she was friends with. Edwards. All right. Do you know what role she ever played, if she played one in Jeffrey Epstein's life? Answer no Question all right, how about Glenn Dubin? Are you familiar with him? Answer yes. Question how do you know Glenn Dubin? Answer I met him on the airplane. Question Outside of the airplane, have you ever seen him around Jeffrey Epstein? Answer no Question all right. You're having me make the phone call. I don't know why I would call her. Question have you called her? Answer I think yes, I've called her. Sure. Question why? What would be the reason that you would call her? Somebody told you to call her here, call this number. Answer I may have called her maybe to find out if we had a departure time for. Critten objective form. You said these people. Edwards. I'm talking about Sarah Kellen. That's somebody you called before, right? Answer is sure. And what reason would you call Sarah? Kellan Critton objects to form. Probably the same reason he said so two hours ago for scheduling purposes. But you've covered that. Go ahead and answer it again. The witness for scheduling purposes would be my only reason to call her. Edwards. That's funny that you use the exact same words that Mr. Critten wants you to use. Critton. It's what he said two hours ago. Edwards, what would the reason be why you would call Ms. Maxwell? Ghislaine Maxwell? Same reason. That's somebody you call these days though, right? I haven't seen her in some time. What made you stop calling Ghislaine Maxwell where you thought at one point in time you thought she was a person to call related to your job just was no reason to question. Is that somebody you think is still affiliated or associated with Jeffrey Epstein? I'd only be speculating. I don't know. All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up right here. And in the next episode, dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we left off. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up where we left off with the Larry Vasoski deposition. Once again, Brad Edwards is asking the questions and Larry Vasaski is doing the answering. EDWARDS all right, I'm going to show you two documents here or pieces of paper. We'll mark them as Exhibit 2 and Exhibit 3. The first ones dated March 5, 2005. Do you remember making this telephone call? And just for the record, this looks like a message that's being taken relative to a phone call that you made and to this, Bruce Reinhart objects. So the question is, does he remember making that call? EDWARDS do you remember making that call? After reading the message, Let me look at the date here. Okay, MARCH Reinhart once again interjects the question is, do you remember making the call? Okay, let me person for the car will be here 15 minutes to drop off foam and papers. I don't know. BRAD EDWARDS that doesn't mean anything to you? That doesn't. I mean, you're talking four years ago. I can't answer that accurately. I mean. REINHART so the answer is you don't recall. Yeah, I don't recall. BRAD EDWARDS if you don't remember, that's fine. EDWARDS so I'll show you Exhibit 3, the same type of document, and I can make the representation that this was a message pad provided by the state attorney's office relative to the criminal investigation revolving around Jeffrey Epstein. So that's how I have these documents. I'm not trying to pull out old documents. And here Critten interjects once again, what's the date? Brad Edwards, March 19th. Reinhardt the question is, do you remember the call? VASOSKI Tom from Midnight Express is at Help Me Out Convention center with new boat. They are two points, two parts of this EDWARDS question Show, answer, show up the water. REINHARDT on the water. On the water and at the center. BRAD Edwards, do you remember making that call? ANSWER no, I mean, Tom from Midnight Express is at the convention center with new boat. There are two port parts of I mean, and to that he's cut off by Edwards But As Jeffrey Epstein's pilot, why would you be leaving such a message to Tom from Midnight Express relative to boats in a boat show? Answer. I help out with boat purchases or, you know, anything to do with, you know, that moves. So I mean, I to that he's cut off by Edwards once again. Okay, when you say you help out with boat purchases, what do you mean? Answer. I give my opinion whether or not to buy a certain boat. It's just a hobby. I have knowledge on boats, not only just airplanes, but, you know. Question. You give your opinion to whom? Answer To Jeffrey. Question. Okay. And Jeffrey, obviously, at least in your mind, you believe he wants your opinion. Answer. Yes. Question. Okay, so boat is another thing that the two of you have discussed. Answer. Yes. Question. All right. And so this conversation, or at least some evidence that a conversation existed between yourself and Jeffrey Epstein relative to a boat or a boat show. Answer. Correct. Do you remember having that conversation? We've had many conversations about boats and different boat shows. If you're referring to this one in 05, I don't recall this one. Okay. So aside from being a pilot, which throughout this entire deposition, I believe your testimony has been, you know, you're just the pilot for him. It looks like there's some other role that you're playing here in his life. I'm not suggesting that you are or are not. I'm just saying from the appearance of this, it looks that way. Is there anything else that you want to tell me that you want to clarify in terms of the role that you play in Jeffrey Epstein's life outside of being just his pilot? To that Reinhardt objects? Let me object to form. He also told you he installs the audio and video equipment before Mr. Edwards, correct? Vassalski. I have an interest in boats. You know, with the island, I. I don't think I bought any boats, you know, for the company. But he appreciates my opinion on boat purchases. Brad Edwards. Okay. Having the knowledge of aviation and things that move quite fast. So I have consulted with him on boat items. Question. How many boat purchases are you aware of Jeffrey Epstein making in the time period that you have known him? Two or three. Question. And he consulted with you on each of those purchases? Not every one of them, no. Question. Does he own any boats now that you're aware of? I don't know if he owns them or not. Question. Okay. Do you know how many boats that he controls or maintains? Answer himself or question. How about this? I'll ask you this. I don't want to split hairs with you here. I know, we've been talking about corporations and things like that. Answer yes. Do you know of any boats that he is in person with the most control over? Yes. Okay, where would those boats be located and what kind of boats are we talking about? St. Thomas is the location. It would be a 34 foot inflatable boat. I know that one specifically. Okay, do you know when he made that purchase? Eight years ago. Seven years ago was a while ago. Question Is that something you had input on? Answer not on that one specifically. No. Question Is there another boat that you know of, Jeffrey Epstein being the primary user or the primary controller of? Answer. I mean, there's boats in St. Thomas. I mean, it's not part of my job. You know, what goes on with the boats or who controlled them. It's more of an opinion of what horsepower should be on the back of the boat or hull designs. It's out of my area. Question. But your sole responsibility or your sole obligation that you ever had with Jeffrey Epstein relative to boats is just giving some opinions about the boat? Answer. Yep. Question Is that a yes? Answer. Yes. Question okay, all right. Has he ever given you his opinions about boats? Answer sure, we've discussed it back and forth. Question Other than boat conversations, have you ever talked other conversations such as he's interrupted at meeting Edwards by Vasoski. Answer cars. Question okay, how about such as, have you known Jeffrey Epstein to have a girlfriend? Somebody you consider a girlfriend? Answer no. In the 18 years and all the travels you had with them, do you know anything about Jeffrey Epstein's sex life? Answer no. Question. Do you know who he has sex with? No. Question. Do you know if he has sex with anybody? I don't know. Do you know if he's ever had sex on the airplane while you've been piloting? I have no idea. That's something that you just wouldn't know because you're in the cockpit. That's correct. Could I take a two minute bathroom break just to lose my coffee? Edward? Sure. So he comes back. All right, we're back on the record. Over the years, you've indicated that any gifts or other items or things given to you by Jeffrey Epstein exclusively are the pool heater, the 40 acre land, and the use of the company car. Answer yes. Question. Is that it, Bassi? Yes. Question okay, and the flight to Miami that was recently taken, other than Jeffrey Epstein and Nadia Marsenkova, was there anybody else on that flight? No. How long did you fly them back from Miami to Palm Beach? No, he drove back. When you say drove back, who Drove back? Well, I assume he drove back. I didn't fly him back. When's the next time you saw him again? I would only be guessing a week later. I mean. Okay. And that was in the Palm beach county when you saw him the next time? Yes, sir. Do you know of him leaving Palm beach county in the last two years on any other occasions? No. Did he ever fly anywhere with you, either by helicopter or airplane in the last two years? We flew one time to the Sikorsky plant. What's the Sikorsky plant? That's where they build Sikorsky helicopters. It's in Palm Beach County. Question. And when was that? Probably a month ago. I'm guessing. For what purpose? They gave us a tour of the facility. Who's they? Sikorsky. And who requested the tour of the facility? They offered it to our flight department. And who went? Jeffrey, myself, Nadia and Igor. And if I want the documentation of either of those trips, the trip to Miami or the trip to the Sikorsky plant, who would have that documentation? Vasoski answers. I would. Question. So I could request it from your attorney and get it from you. Reinhardt interjects. Let me just check they go off the record. Reinhardt. Okay. He's in custody of it, but there are corporate documents, so you'd have to request it from Mr. Critten, who I understand represents all the corporations. Yes, Edwards, what's the corporation that the document was prepared for by Vassalski? Meaning who? What, like Eric Ghulaine, the owner of the helicopter? Yes. Eric Ghislaine. Eric Ghulaine. That's the helicopter. And the name Ghislaine is obviously not that typical of a name. Is that reference or related to Ghislaine Maxwell, I would assume. I have no knowledge. Nobody's ever told you that? Nobody's brought it up. Okay. And how long were you at the Sikorsky facility? Three hours, Four hours. And what time of day was this? Nine. In the morning? Nine, I think. And we returned at one? Something like that. And what was the purpose? To buy or purchase anything? They have a new helicopter being developed there, so they're trying to look for investors in it, so they're just kind of pushing their product. Question, do you know what Jeffrey Epstein does for a living for business today these days? Answer no. Question. Do you know or have you ever been to the Florida Science Foundation? Answer yes, sir. Question. And do you know what the Florida Science foundation does? Answer. Not exactly. Well, generally, no, I don't. I mean, really, I don't.

Question okay, is it your understanding that Jeffrey Epstein is somehow affiliated with the Florida Science Foundation? Answer it's my understanding that yes. Question I mean, did you just happenstance stumble into the Florida Science foundation or was it related to your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer I've heard that's where his office was. I mean, I have no other. Question why did you go there? Answer to talk about planes. Question. Talk to who? Answer Jeffrey. Question Jeffrey just happened to be at the Florida Science Foundation. Yes. How do you know he was going to be at the Florida Science Foundation? He called me and told me question and he said, come to the Florida Science foundation to talk to me about what? Maintenance on the airplane's upcoming. It's an ongoing situation. And did he have an officer? Yes. So this is when you walked in. This is the place right next to Jack Goldberger's office. Critten form Vasoski. Yes, Edwards. And you walk in and there's a reception desk right there, right? Answer yes. Question Is that where you talked or did you talk somewhere behind the reception desk? Answer behind the reception area. Question Back in his office. Answer yes, sir. Question what was the conversation? Answer Give me a time frame. I mean, I've been there several times. Okay, how many times do you think you've been to the Florida Science Foundation? 20, 30. I mean, well, the Florida Science foundation only been around since late 2007. Is that right? Critten Form Edwards Something around there I don't know exactly. Alright, so in the last 20 years, in the last couple of years, you've been there 20 or 30 times? Approximately? Yes sir. Podcast: The Epstein Chronicles
Host: Bobby Capucci
Guest/Deposition: Larry Visoski (Epstein’s Chief Pilot), with Attorney Brad Edwards questioning
Date: April 4, 2026
This mega-edition episode continues in-depth coverage of Larry Visoski’s 2009 deposition, concentrating on his time as Jeffrey Epstein’s chief pilot. Attorney Brad Edwards leads the questioning, probing Visoski’s knowledge of high-profile passengers, passenger manifests, relationships among Epstein’s inner circle, and the logistics behind Epstein’s private jet operations. The episode offers detailed insight into the logistics of Epstein’s travels, who flew with him, and Visoski’s own role in Epstein’s organization—while raising lingering questions about the extent of his knowledge regarding the criminal enterprise.
Q: "Do you know the purpose of that trip?"
A: "It was a fuel stop." (01:46)
Q: "Do you know why Chris Tucker and Kevin Spacey were on that airplane?"
A: "No." (01:51)
"He would fill out passenger manifest as where having passengers names in your pilot logbook—he's probably the only person in the world that does that." (05:34)
Q: "Were you ever aware that you, as a pilot, were transporting girls under the age of 18 who are supposed to be models?"
A: "I had no knowledge." (05:28)
Q: "When you say you help out with boat purchases, what do you mean?"
A: "I give my opinion whether or not to buy a certain boat…He appreciates my opinion on boat purchases." (30:43)
Q: "Why would you choose to call Leslie Groff?"
A: "I may have called her maybe to find out if we had a departure time for…for a specific trip." (24:30)
Q: "You were aware that the allegations involved or revolved around underage girls or girls under the age of 18?"
A: "I was aware it revolved around it, yes." (11:08)
On the anonymity of passengers:
"If we didn't know a person, we did not go out of our way to find out a name. We just put it in the account for how many people were on the aircraft at the time." (07:25)
On Epstein’s criminal case:
"I know that it was something to do with solicitation of prostitution. That's all I read." (11:24)
On his involvement with Epstein outside piloting:
"With the island…I don't think I bought any boats, you know, for the company. But he appreciates my opinion on boat purchases." (30:50)
On gifts from Epstein:
"Any gifts or other items or things given to you by Jeffrey Epstein exclusively are the pool heater, the 40 acre land, and the use of the company car." (33:00)
| Timestamp | Segment/Topic | |-----------|----------------------------------------------------------| | 01:30 | Introduction to deposition, high-profile passenger flights| | 04:10 | Passenger logs, manifests, and record-keeping | | 09:00 | Discovery of logbooks and criminal investigation context | | 13:08 | Clarification of document custody | | 16:40 | Review of recurring passenger names | | 22:00 | Unfamiliar names and roles in Epstein’s circle | | 24:30 | Discussion about purpose of calls to staff/associates | | 30:43 | Relationship with Epstein—boats, gifts, and consulting | | 32:00 | Corporate structures owning planes, helicopters | | 33:00 | Gifts from Epstein, flying after criminal conviction | | 38:15 | Florida Science Foundation office visits, lack of discussion of legal issues |
The deposition is methodical and procedural, reflecting both the legal context and the cautious, sometimes evasive, testimony of Larry Visoski. Brad Edwards presses for details, attempting to clarify the extent of Visoski’s involvement and knowledge, often to limited effect as Visoski emphasizes adherence to professional boundaries (“just the pilot”) and professes ignorance regarding Epstein’s criminal activities or the specific roles of staff and frequent passengers.
The episode offers a granular, sometimes frustratingly opaque look into the logistics and enablers around Jeffrey Epstein, raising further questions about what support staff did or did not know. The ongoing ambiguity surrounding flight records, passenger manifests, and the underage travelers underscores the complexity of establishing the full scope of Epstein’s operations.
For further research or documentation details, listeners are encouraged to review the episode’s description box and catch the next installment for more from the deposition.
