For decades, the Department of Justice has been criticized for a pattern of decisions in the Jeffrey Epstein matter that consistently narrowed exposure rather than expanded it. The most cited example is the 2007–2008 non-prosecution agreement (NPA)...

talking about the Department of Justice and their piss poor job on their so called internal review. Well today we're going to add some more context to that and we're going to jump into the article from the Miami Herald which is a lot longer than the Daily Mail article that we read yesterday and provides more context as to who the players were, who was being looked at and what the situation overall was. So like you all know I am big on context here. So we're going to use this Miami Herald article and we're going to see what else is going on here with this Department of Justice and their piss poor decision to say it was just bad judgment on Acosta's part. Now I expected this so called internal investigation to turn up exactly what it turned up. Squat. Nothing. Zero. Did we really think that the Justice Department was going to put themselves on blast for the job that they did or the job that they didn't do? I should say, of course not. It's all about saving face. It's all about COVID your ass. It's no different than the royals over in England. These people think that they are the ruling class, they think that they're the aristocracy and they rule and lord over us. But that is not the case. And the scuzz at the Department of Justice led by Darth Barr, I cannot wait for all of them to be gone. But then it'll just be a new wave of meet the new boss, same as the old boss. And the wheel just keeps on spinning. It seems like the only person who was really fired up about this was Senator Ben Sasse from Nebraska, and he went pretty hard in the paint. He had some pretty strong words, and I agree with all of that. But at what point do words turn into action? At what point do these senators start to hold people responsible? So far, I guess we haven't reached that point because nobody has been held responsible. Nobody has lost their jobs. Nobody has even had to face the music when it comes to their shitty job. That they did. And this report just goes to smooth things over. That's what this report is. Let's smooth things over. The Justice Department had nothing to do with this.
Epstein Case Commentator
Are you kidding?
Bobby Capucci
This was just a poor bit of judgment on one man's part. Well, that's not going to fly with me. That's not going to cut it. And there is a much deeper problem here than just Acosta. And it goes all the way to the top. All right, so this article is from the Miami Herald and the authors are Kevin G. Hall J. Weaver and Ben Weider. Former U.S. attorney Alexander Acosta used poor judgment when he chose not to prosecute Palm beach millionaire pedal pedophile Jeffrey Epstein on federal sex trafficking charges and instead let him plead guilty to a state offense of soliciting young girls for sex. The Justice Department said Thursday. You know, the only people that are using poor judgment around here is the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice. It's not only using poor decision making and poor judgment. It is absolutely absurd what is occurring within the Department of Justice right now. It is an absolute dumpster fire of a clown show. And Darth Barr should be embarrassed of himself. You know, I'm always talking about vote out the incumbent. Vote out the incumbent. Well, that goes for these lifelong bureaucrats that infest Washington, D.C. as well, people like Bill Barr. It's time to go, buddy. Your services are no longer needed. The Department's Office of Professional Responsibility concluded that Acosta, who served as Labor Secretary in the Trump administration until the scandal over his mishandling of the Epstein case forced him to resign in July 2019, committed no professional wrongdoing and violated no ethics standards. The non prosecution agreement was signed over 10 years earlier when Acosta was U.S. attorney for South Florida. No professional wrongdoing, huh? And not even an ethics violation. So basically, the double birds to the survivors and to society as a whole.
Epstein Case Commentator
Fu. We don't protect girls.
Bobby Capucci
We don't protect women. We don't protect anyone who's trafficked. And you guys can all go pound sand. We're the Department of Justice and we have spoken. That's how they conduct themselves. And it's no different than when Barr came stumbling in like a drunkard, talking
Epstein Case Commentator
about, I saw the video with Epstein.
Bobby Capucci
You guys don't have anything to worry about. Yeah, okay, sure, buddy. What have you done ever for me to trust you? I'm old enough to remember when I was gaslit by the Bush administration and Bill Barr. Big part of all of that as well. Acosta's decision to decline to initiate a federal prosecution of Epstein was within the scope of his authority. And OPR did not find evidence that his decision was based on corruption or other impermissible considerations such as Epstein's wealth, status or associations. A 13 page executive summary of OPR's report says, it's just complete and utter garbage and trash. How can anyone look at this and say that everything that happened was above board, that everything that happened was legit? Now, the Department of Justice is a waste of time. We know that. They're a waste of space and a waste of air. But like I said last night, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is really where the power is here. And when the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals hears this case and sees all of the nonsense that went into it, I have a. I have a really funny feeling, folks, that we're going to be very pleased with the decision that comes out of the 11th Circuit Court. And I think, like I said last night, that there's a better than good chance that they overturn that non prosecution agreement. And then the wheels come right off of this Department of Justice report. It shows that it's toothless and it shows that the people who were involved in this internal report really didn't do shit. They didn't care. It was all a cover your operation. And I hope beyond hope, that after the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals renders its judgment that we can come back and laugh at these idiots at the Department of Justice once again for their stupidity. After the executive summary was released, Acosta, who had long refused to answer the Miami Herald's questions about his actions, issued a two page statement saying it fully debunks allegations that the United States Attorney's office in South Florida improperly cut Epstein a sweetheart deal or purposefully avoided investigating. Investigating potential wrongdoing by various prominent individuals.
Epstein Case Commentator
No. Okay, we don't believe it.
Bobby Capucci
Again, the internal investigations mean squat. How many times are they gonna have internal investigations and it comes back as a slap on the wrist and it's for both sides of the aisle. The same thing happened with Hillary Clinton. What? Did anyone really think that Hillary Clinton was going to be held accountable for anything that she done? Of course not. These people are never held accountable. And the Attorney General, the Department of justice and all of their good old buddies that they're rubbing elbows and shoulders with on a regular basis are all part of the problem. The Republican senator who requested the review after a Miami Herald investigative series saw it differently. And look, it's, it's nice to see at least one of these clown senators saying something, bringing this to the forefront. But how about some investigations? As far as committees calling people to testify under oath in front of Congress or in front of the Senate, how come there has been none of that? Letting a well connected billionaire get away with child rape and international sex trafficking isn't poor judgment. It is a disgusting failure. Americans ought to be enraged. Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Oversight Committee, said in a statement Thursday afternoon, Jeffrey Epstein should be rotting behind bars today. But the Justice Department failed Epstein survivors at every turn. Now, Ben Sasse is one of the only people who's really been forceful and forthright when it comes to calling these assholes out and the shit job that the Department of Justice did onto the floor. And while I support his enthusiasm here, I'd like to see the words turn into action. And however that has to happen. Let's get it going. Who do we have to write to? Ben Sasse? Let us know. Who do we have to put the pressure on to make sure that there are some hearings? Let us know we're ready and willing. Now, you all know I don't do any nonsensical petition nonsense. That's just not for me. I don't sign petitions. I don't get involved in that nonsense. But if all of us call whoever it is, who's in charge of getting one of these commissions going, well, maybe there'll be some movement. Because we all know that the government and the Department of Justice, et cetera, et cetera, they don't start doing shit until the public outcry becomes so loud that they can ignore it anymore. The DOJ's crooked deal with Epstein effectively shut down investigations into his child sex trafficking ring and protected his co conspirators and other states. Justice has not been served. Sass said the full report needs to be released to the public. OPR might have finished its report, but we have an obligation to make sure this never happens. Again. And he's right. 100%. Release that shit. We want the full report. No redactions. None of your bullshit. None of your fake shucky ducky moves. We want the full report. And I want all of the people involved to testify in front of Congress under oath.

Sasse, who had pressed the Justice Department for more than three years to investigate the handling of Epstein's charges, demanded that the agency release the report. Although the department didn't do so, the Miami Herald and its parent company, McClatchy, obtained a copy on their own, so that report is included in the article. Obviously, when you click on the link, you'll be able to go read this article and follow the hyperlinks to the actual documents so you can check them out for yourself. In the full report, OPR concluded that Acosta exercised poor judgment when he failed to make certain that the state intended to, to and would notify survivors identified through the federal investigation about the state plea hearing and they didn't. The survivors were left to twist in the wind. The survivors were left to find out on their own about this shit. And once again, they were failed by people who were put into these jobs to protect them. Your job is to protect the citizens of the United States at the Department of Justice and to prosecute those who do us wrong. But instead you protect those that do us wrong and prosecute the rest of us.

His decision left victim survivors uninformed about an important proceeding that resolved the federal investigation, an investigation about which the United States Attorney's office had communicated with survivors for months. It also ultimately created the misimpression that the Justice Department intentionally sought to silence the survivors. Misimpression? No, that we got the right impression. And you're not going to change the narrative with your report here and you're not going to be able to spin it. Bill Barr's henchmen. I mean, it's an absolute joke and a travesty that the Department of Justice would put out this shitbag report and not think that the blowback was going to be severe. Maybe they don't care because they're on their way out and this is one last shit they're gonna take on the desk before they move on with their regular lives and go into private practice and make millions and millions of dollars off of the connections that they established while they were not doing the job that we put them in D.C. to do. And yet we keep sending the incumbents back.
Epstein Case Commentator
Woo hoo.
Bobby Capucci
Joe Biden, he's gonna save us all. Give me a break. The report also contains an intriguing mention of former President Billy Clinton and how his friendship with Epstein might have affected the prosecution. It also paints celebrity attorney Alan. I kept my underpants on Dershowitz in unflattering terms. Oh yeah, they have a lot of big words, right, About Bill Clinton and Alan Dershowitz. Definitely. Oh yeah, we have some information and you know, it paints them in a bad light, but nobody ever asked them questions. Where's the Miami Herald? Are they showing up at Bill Clinton's office? Are they pursuing him the way they did Acosta? Every time we turn around, there's a document with Bill Clinton's name in it. But yet nobody is chasing him down to get answers. Nobody's Camping out, waiting for him to
Epstein Case Commentator
come out of Red Robin to have a talk.
Bobby Capucci
Ask yourselves, folks, why is that the case? Every single official document that comes out mentions Bill Clinton, and yet here we are, Bill Clinton getting a free ride once again. The summary said the Office of Professional Responsibility, which investigates allegations of misconduct by federal prosecutors, had reviewed hundreds of thousands of records, including emails, letters, memos, and investigative materials, and conducted more than 60 interviews of witnesses from FBI case agents to former Deputy Attorney General of the Justice Department. Oh, yeah, I'm sure that they all aren't rallying around each other to protect the image of the Department of Justice, to protect themselves, to protect any of their wrongdoing, perhaps. I'm so tired of the government circling the wagons whenever the pressure gets put on. They work for us. It's time we let them know that again. In a statement, the Justice Department said it shared the executive summary of the report with survivors on Thursday and the full report with a congressional committee. Well, isn't that nice? A congressional committee, huh? They're getting the full report. Are they have enough time to do that? Are they too busy infighting still? And not passing stimulus and not helping Americans people? What exactly is it that they're doing in Congress, folks? Can anyone tell me what they're doing? Because they're not doing anything that's benefiting our lives, that's for sure. While OPR did not find that the department attorneys engaged in professional misconduct, OPR concluded that the survivors were not treated with the forthrightness and sensitivity expected by the department. The statement said. It's always the same, right? Oh, well, they. They, they took it. They had a misstep, but they weren't doing it on purpose. They weren't really trying to help Jeffrey Epstein. It was just a misstep. It was just an accident. An accident. Sorry. I don't believe it. Okay? I don't believe it for a second. And an independent agency, independent of the Attorney General's office, the Inspector General, et cetera, et cetera, should really look into what happened in this case. Among the federal prosecutors who avoided being targeted for criticism in the executive summary were Acosta's former top assistant, Jeffrey Sloman, ex criminal Chief Matthew Menschel, former case prosecutor Marie Vilafana, who had prepared a sex trafficking indictment against Epstein that was not filed, and her boss, Andrew Laurie. They and their actions, however, are detailed in the full, unreleased report. Why isn't it released to the public? I'm so tired of this shit. It gets released to who? Our representatives? Do you feel like you're represented in Washington, D.C. folks, by your congressman or your senator that they went there because of for money that came from out of your state anyway. Do they represent you or do they represent the party that they belong to? I certainly don't feel represented by either side. I am pleased that the OPR finally has completed its investigation, but am disappointed that has not released the full report so the survivors and the public can have a fuller accounting of the depth of interference by the U.S. attorney's Office management, Epstein's lawyers, that led to patently unjust outcome in the Epstein case. Vilafana, who resigned as a federal prosecutor last year but had remained silent on the matter, said in a statement, so that's pretty damning, huh? She's blaming the U.S. attorney's office and Epstein's lawyers. Everyone's blaming her and the state lawyers. But I'm sure there's plenty of blame to go around. I blame everybody involved. Vilafana as well. But why didn't the federal government, federal prosecutor, prosecutors, mukase boys really go in for the throat here?
Epstein Case Commentator
Since when does the state tell the
Bobby Capucci
federal government to step aside? That injustice, I believe, was the result of deep, implicit institutional biases that prevented me and the FBI agents who worked diligently on this case from holding Mr. Epstein accountable for his crimes. She's throwing the Department of Justice under the bus here. Here she's saying that it was the Department of Justice's fault that this wasn't prosecuted. And Michael Mukhazi, who was in charge of the Department of Justice at the time, should take the full brunt of this shit, but he won't. Sloman, who served as Acosta's first assistant during the Epstein prosecution, declined to comment. In an op ed piece published last year in the Miami Herald, Sloman acknowledged that Epstein deserved harsher punishment than he ended up getting. Oh, isn't that nice of you, Mr. Sloman? And we're glad that you could find it in your heart to, you know, open your eyes and see that Epstein screwed literally everybody he's ever been around. And the people of the United States are tired of shit like this. And if you won't hold people accountable, then it's going to be up to us to hold you accountable for not doing your job. And I'm here to tell you folks, that is exactly where I'm at right now, right this second. You can call me the Coogin against the Machine, because I am raging, folks, at these people in power. At the time, Sloman defended Acosta's integrity in handling the case. Our priorities were to make sure Epstein could not hurt anyone else and to compensate Epstein's survivors without re traumatizing them. Well, you failed, all right. He got out of jail and he continued to abuse people. If I was abused by this man after you had already sent him to jail and he signed this plush plea agreement, I would sue the United States government for complicity in this. They should have put him in jail. But yet, because of their negligence, he was let free and he continued on committing his crimes. How dare you. Sloman wrote in February 2019, apparently referring to a short term Epstein served in the Palm beach jail and settlements paid to some of Epstein's survivors. The op ed was published months later, before Acosta resigned as Labor Secretary. The OPR investigation was prompted by the 2018 Miami Herald series Perversion of justice, which renewed interest in the non prosecution agreement. And that's for sure it did. But isn't the timing a bit funny to you? Where was this investigation prior to 2016? All of a sudden, it became top priority. The executive summary mentions the Miami Herald's reporting numerous times as the reason for the intense public interest. A little low key flexing right here, huh? They've earned it, though. As much as I break their balls for the motivation behind their investigation, it really doesn't matter. Honestly, when all the chips are down, they're the ones who initiated this and kicked it into gear. And for that I am definitely thankful. But don't, you know, piss on my back and tell me it's raining over here. All right, we know your motivations and we know why the the investigation was initiated by the Miami Herald. It mentioned a breakfast meeting between Acosta and one of Epstein's lawyers, Jay Lefkowitz, in October 2007. That was highlighted in the Herald series. OPR did not find evidence establishing that Acosta's breakfast meeting with one of Epstein's defense counsel in October 2017 led to the NPA, which had been signed weeks earlier, or to any other significant decision that benefited Epstein. Okay, how would you know that? What did you have? An interview with Lefkowitz and an interview with Acosta, and they both said everything was above board. We certainly didn't do anything wrong. We were just catching up over some tea and crumpets. Give me a break. So they met and they didn't have any kind of conversations about the case? Huh. They were talking about their families and the bowling league, I guess. Described the meeting as unusual, was flawed. The Herald series, however, described how in the months after the meeting, Epstein's legal team peppered Acosta and his subordinates with emails demanding modifications to the arrangement, citing assurances given at the meeting. And the evidence is there. Okay, so what I'm doing here now is we're just putting it all into context so you get a nice and plush idea about how effed up the Department of Justice is now and then. All right, now remember, the Department of Justice didn't just automatically overnight become shitty when Barr showed up, okay? It has been shitty forever. It's shitty now, and it's going to get shittier in the next term.

Emails examined by the Herald show the lawyers wanted survivors not to be informed of the status of negotiations contrary to the Crime Victim Rights act, apparently to ensure there was no interference in the shaping of the deal. Emails and other communications show they also pushed to have the arrangement sealed by a judge so it could not be examined by by the survivors or the public. Does this sound like something that's on the up and up with you? Or the kind of deal that a pervert, sick ass pedophile like Jeffrey Epstein should get? Of course not. So then you have to accelerate and ask yourself, hmm, why was Jeffrey Epstein getting such a sweetheart deal? What was going on behind the scenes? And they still won't answer those questions. All of that occurred, although the agreement was eventually unsealed. The report also provides answers to who knew about the deal at DOJ headquarters. It outlines how just after the original deal was hammered out, Epstein's attorneys began going over Acosta's head to lobby headquarters. This is what I've been talking about, guys. Don't get so caught up on Acosta. Of course he's part of it, but he is the fall man, the idiots behind the scenes, the higher ups at the Department of Justice, people like Mukase and Mark Philippe. These are the assholes that signed off on this. These are the assholes that could have stopped it, and these are the assholes that did nothing. In May 2008 letter to Deputy Attorney General Mark Phillipe, two of the prominent members of Epstein's legal team, former Solicitor General Kenneth Starr and former U.S. attorney Joe Whitley, suggested that the federal investigation into Epstein was politically motivated because of his close ties to former President Clinton. Again, his close ties to former President Clinton. We had the investigation kicked off by the Miami Herald because Acosta was related to Trump.
Epstein Case Commentator
Now, are we ever going to have
Bobby Capucci
the same sort of investigation kicked into Bill Clinton here? Let's bring them all down, every last one of them. Now that this election's over and Trump is going to be gone, what is the media going to do with itself? Sit around and go back to the old days when they were talking about nonsense? How about the media does something decent here? How about the media looks into Bill Clinton? There's no election ramifications now. There's no worrying about using it the other side, using it politically. Your guy won the race, all right, the presidency. Now it's time to investigate Bill Clinton. Where's the media at? Are they going to show up, the legacy media? How many reports does Slick Willie need to be mentioned in as being close to Jeffrey Epstein? But yet the cognitive dissonance is real. Like Nancy Pelosi's daughter said, some of our faves are gonna be caught up in this. That's as K-H-O-M-E-Y.com. There was little doubt. They wrote that Acosta's office never would have contemplated a prosecution in this case if Mr. Epstein were just another John. Give me a break. If he was just another John, he would have got buried underneath the jail. Starr, ironically, is best known for his dog. His dogged pursuit of Clinton during his impeachment for lying about his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky. Despite those efforts to sway senior Justice Department officials, the report suggests that then Attorney General Mukasey had no role in the Epstein case. No, none at all. Mukasey didn't know. He had no idea what was going on down in Florida with a high profile guy like Jeffrey Epstein, even though his office was being lobbied, he had no idea. You kidding? He's above that. Mr. Mukase would never be involved in that. Give me a break. Dude's a war criminal like the rest of the Bush Administration. The report notes that Mukasey had lunch in Miami with Acosta and other senior managers in the U.S. attorney's office a little over a month before Epstein ultimately pleaded guilty in state court, but that Epstein's case was not discussed at the time. Of course it wasn't. This is why the internal investigation is such a joke. Such bupkis. They didn't talk about it at all, huh? What was it? Just some old friends catching up. And it just happened to coincide with the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was on trial. Ludicrous at best. The Office of Professional Responsibility is a nonpartisan division of the justice department, formed in 1964, 1975, in response to the Watergate scandal and run by career prosecutors. It investigates allegations of professional misconduct by DOJ prosecutors and immigration judges. So it's run by career prosecutors, AKA Friends of Mukase, Friends of the Court, friends of the Department of Justice. It's a. It's a good old boys club, folks. And you're not invited. As the Herald previously reported, and as was acknowledged in its report, the Office of Professional Responsibility previously declined to investigate complaints about the handling of the Epstein case in 2010, citing ongoing litigation involving the survivors. Now, 2010, huh?
Epstein Case Commentator
Remind me, who was the president then?
Bobby Capucci
Oh, yeah. Barack Obama. Who was his vice president then?
Epstein Case Commentator
Oh, yeah.
Bobby Capucci
Joe Biden and his Office of Professional Responsibility during the time of Biden as vice president and Obama as president, declined to investigate Jeffrey Epstein. Now, what makes you think that Joe Biden is coming in riding on his white horse and he's gonna prosecute this to.
Epstein Case Commentator
The survivors?
Bobby Capucci
And their attorneys were among those interviewed for the internal investigation, a detail confirmed by one of the lawyers, Spencer Kuvan. The Justice Department's questions, he cautioned, were narrowly focused on the sexual assault in Florida at the time the crimes were committed. It was a time when law. When law did not prescribe serious punishment for those who inappropriately touched victims under the age of consent, which is 18 in Florida. Florida. What a shit show, huh? I mean, beautiful place, lot of great people. Every time I've ever went down there and visited, it's. It's been, you know, fun. But man, oh man, what the hell is wrong with the laws here? Talk about having a set of laws put into place to help the so called members of polite society. Shit on the rest of us. Merely touching was punished differently than full intercourse. Kuvan said. In the case of my clients, there was no penetration. That law has since been changed. Well, thank God. Kuvan also questioned why the FBI did not dig deeper. They had interviewed enough people to know that Epstein was traveling between New York and New Mexico. So any decent investigator would have looked into whether he was doing this in other states, he said, citing two other locales where Epstein maintained homes. I don't believe the FBI didn't do that. I think the U.S. attorney made a conscious decision to shut the investigation down quickly. And that was Acosta's decision. Yeah, I don't believe that, though. I believe that Acosta is the fall guy. And until I have other evidence that Mukase and Mark Philippe weren't involved in this and didn't put pressure on Acosta, I'm sorry, I can't believe that. Let's be honest, folks. A low level federal prosecutor would be able to have the lateral ability to make that move on his own. I am sorry. The facts just don't add up to that. Epstein survivors are mentioned in another passage in the full report concerning Epstein attorney Allen I kept my underpants on Dershowitz. In it, former Palm Beach County State attorney Barry Krisher recalled that Epstein's defense team had brought. Brought material seeking to discredit Epstein's accusers and pushing for the state to allow Epstein to plead no contest rather than guilty to possible sex charges.
Epstein Case Commentator
So we, we've talked about this.
Bobby Capucci
He destroyed the credibility of the, of the, the, the victims, right? Oh, they were, they were sexually promiscuous.
Epstein Case Commentator
They drank, they smoked pot.
Bobby Capucci
Oh, they smoked weed. They're evil. And they brought this whole profile destroying these girls to the prosecutors. And the prosecutors, instead of defending these girls like they should have just jumped on board. Oh, yeah, these girls are incredible. They're bad witnesses. It's such an absolute travesty of justice. Krisher told OPR that he remembered Dershowitz as overly aggressive, adding that Dershowitz had threatened. We're going to destroy your witnesses. Don't go to court because we're going to destroy those girls. Dershowitz and Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts are currently suing each other for defamation. Now think about how evil you have to be as a scuzz bag like Dershowitz. We're going to destroy your witnesses. Don't go to court because we're going to destroy those girls. These girls were 15, 16 years old and that's this bitch ass chump talks. Real tough guy, aren't you, you bully ass punk? Boy, Dershowitz is a real piece of shit. Your podcast sucks. Your life sucks. You can't go to your naked volleyball games anymore. And guess what? We're just getting started with you, Mr. Dershowitz. Mr. Let's destroy these 15 year old girls. That make you feel strong, bro? Make you feel like a tough guy? You're not. Dershowitz didn't deny raising issues about the credibility of Epstein's accusers in conversation with Krisher, but did deny using that language. Yeah, okay, sure. In 55 years of practice, I can say that I have never threatened to destroy a witness, Dershowitz said. I told him that his witnesses were only a handful at the time, had credibility issues, and that it was our duty as defense lawyers to challenge their credibility. I'm almost tongue tied here. Credibility issues because they smoke pot and they had sex. Breaking news. That's what teenagers do. Dershowitz said that he wasn't contacted by the authors of the Justice Department report. Of course not.

You bitch ass chump. In the wake of the Herald series about Acosta's handling of the Epstein case, the U.S. attorney's office in New York filed sex trafficking charges against Epstein and arrested him in July 2019, making the same federal case that Acosta's office could have made a decade earlier against the New Yorker who owned a townhouse mansion in Manhattan. The revived case, however, took a shocking detour when the 66 year old was found hanging in his cell in August 2019 under mysterious circumstances. His death was ruled a suicide. Now, I like how the Miami Herald hasn't bought into that yet here, right? A mysterious. Under mysterious circumstances, that is for sure what his death was. Nobody can tell you one way or the other how he died, all right? And anybody who's trying to pump that shit to you is lying to you. And be aware of that shit. Why waste your time with people that are bullshitting you? The original Investigation, more than 10 years ago, found that Epstein paid dozens of girls, many of them underage cash, to engage in nude massages, masturbation, oral sex and intercourse in his palatial mansion in Palm Beach. The encounters were scheduled by members of his staff, the core four. Are you ready? I hope you're getting all of your business affairs in order because your time is coming. As a result of his plea in state Court Epstein registered as a sex offender in Florida and agreed to pay damages to 40 female victims ranging in age from 13 to 17. 13 to 17. And those are the girls that Dershowitz says he was going to destroy. Now mind you, this is the. We're not, we haven't even gotten to Virginia's and the Courtney's of the world in the Epstein story. These are the young girls from high school that were being brought in through a revolving door in the Palm beach mansion. 13 to 17 years old. How dare these prosecutors, how dare the whole entire government let this occur. As part of the plea agreement negotiated by Acosta's office, Epstein wouldn't be charged in federal court, even though the feds had drawn up a proposed 53 page indictment that carried a potential punishment ranging from a mandatory 10 years in prison to a life sentence. Think about that. If they would have went through with it, if your government officials would have went through with it, Epstein would have never hurt any of those other girls after he was originally charged here. So all of those girls who came in the aftermath, all of those lives that were ruined are directly on the shoulders of the Department of Justice. Acosta's non prosecution agreement was signed by the financier pedophile and his lawyers in September 2006 and amended through the end of that year. The deal, also immune immunized several of his alleged co conspirators from federal prosecution. The DOJ report criticizes the non prosecution agreement as a flawed mechanism that removed federal control over the case to the state authorities. So that's important. I think that'll come into play with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals as well. This report criticizes the npa. Everybody criticizes it and says it's garbage. So now it's time for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn it. That's what needs to happen. That's how we fix this. That's how justice is served in this case. Because obviously the Department of Justice won't do it themselves. So let's get the courts involved and let's force the issue. Epstein ended up serving just over a year in a Palm beach county stockade while local authorities allowed him during his incarceration to go to work or do whatever he wanted for six days out of every week, returning to the stockade only at night. Now imagine having that sort of ability while you're locked up and you're a guest of the federal government. Sure, go ahead, do whatever you want, Mr. Epstein. You can wander around, you can go out, you can abuse girls.

Epstein Case Commentator
What's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the biggest farces in the history of farces is the fact that Jeffrey Epstein received that sweetheart deal that he received that should have never happened, it should have never went down. And everybody involved in that sweetheart deal should lose their pensions, should not have a job working for the federal government and should be looked at for perhaps even losing their law license. And I truly mean that when I say it. That's how big of a travesty this was. To think that any prosecutor anywhere in the country would give this guy this kind of deal is just beyond me. And then for the court system, the government to say that there is no legal basis to invalidate the sweetheart deal is even more absurd. So what you're telling me is there are no levers to pull on if something goes wrong in the legal system, we just have to deal with it, huh? Seems like every time something goes south in the legal system it always ends up going in the favor of the federal government, never in the favor of the people. And once again we're seeing that here. So what you're telling me is your rich buddies like Jeffrey Epstein who get these stupid ass non prosecution deals handed to them by their friends in government, are just allowed to have them and there's no recourse, there's no way to go back and look at one of these deals and say it was done in bad faith and get rid of it. Just another loophole and technicality for the so called elite, huh? Huh? Today we have another article from law and crime, author of this article, Jerry Lam Headline Federal prosecutors say there's no legal basis to invalidate Jeffrey Epstein sweetheart deal. Well I say that needs to be looked at. Then maybe they need to come up with a new solution here where in the future if a deal like this is given, a panel can be put together and the panel can look at it and say, you know what, this is not a deal that we're comfortable with with because this is unacceptable and it can never happen again. The Department of Justice on Monday rejected efforts by the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein to get a sweetheart non prosecution deal thrown out so that Epstein can be prosecuted for alleged abuse of dozens of underage girls. Now imagine being the the judge who denies this. In a 35 page motion first reported by the Miami Herald, federal prosecutors claim that Jeffrey Epstein's survivors have no legal basis to invalidate the non prosecution agreement. The same agreement the judge in the case previously said broke the law. So you see what's going on here. You have judges saying that this agreement broke the law. Then you have a court saying, oh well, no, there's no recourse here for this because there's nothing that was invalid. So they can't even figure it out as far as the legal system itself, what's right or wrong here. And then they expect us just to stomach it and suck it down and be okay with it. No way. There is no chance that this legal agreement should have stood. There is no chance that it should stand at all. And in fact, it's ridiculous that anyone would refer to this and try and use it as a defense. As we found out in the previous article, it holds no water unless you're down in Florida. Many of Epstein's survivors were middle school and high school girls between the ages of 13 and 16 who were recruited from the local South Florida area, according to prosecutors. Despite a judge's earlier ruling that the plea deal violated the Crime Victims Rights Act, Epstein survivors cannot demand that the government take any additional action because the CVRA did not enumerate any mandatory criminal penalties at the time of its passing. So basically what they're doing is using legalese loopholes and technicalities in the law itself that the Congress that, you know, Congress passed, that Congress wrote to get their buddies off once again. And this is how they do it, right? They put these loopholes in these technicalities and these laws that you or I would never be able to exploit because we don't have the money, we don't have the legal power and the backing to really go toe to toe with the federal government. But somebody like Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, they certainly do. And when you have those resources, well, the world is your oyster. In Monday's DOJ filing by attorney Byung Pak, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, the government admits that the survivors were treated unfairly, but says that prosecutors were within their rights to do so real nice by biang pack, huh? Hell of a guy, Hell of a attorney here. I mean, this guy's defending. Just think about this for a minute, okay, folks, this man is defending this prosecution agreement all because he doesn't want the government to have some dirt on their face instead of just admitting that this, this deal was bad, it was garbage, and the government, the bed, they'll fight it to the very end. Well, at the same time telling you, oh, we're looking for justice for these survivors. Yeah, right. In the filing, federal. Federal prosecutors did concede that the U. S. Attorney's office in South Florida failed to treat Epstein survivors, most of whom were 13 to 16 years old when. When they were abused fairly. But they said the law gives prosecutors discretion in deciding how to dispose of a case. Case survivors have a right to confer with prosecutors, but no rights beyond that. It's not. So basically, let's just re victimize these people and let's make it so nobody wants to come forward ever again because there's no justice. Oh, so I come forward and then what happens? These people are protected by their non prosecution agreement. Then they can hire their private investigators to come bother me again like they did to all of the people involved. Let me be very clear with you. If I walk out of my home and anyone's rummaging through my trash, we're gonna have a big problem. If I'm sitting in the street and somebody's following me around and you don't have a badge, once again, we're gonna have a big problem. These people have gotten way too comfortable thinking that they can bully people. They have gotten way too comfortable thinking that when they walk in the room, they're the only ones with big dick energy. But the reality is people have had enough. And just normal, average, everyday folks like you are the backbone of that. And if they think that we're gonna stop demanding justice here or for other victims of violent crimes, they are sorely mistaken. Pack also warned the judge overseeing the case, Kenneth Mera, against taking action to overrule Acosta's original decision not to prosecute. Prosecute Epstein. So who is this Byung park guy and why is he out here trying to defend Jeffrey Epstein? Pretty interesting, right? Wasn't that one of Bill Barr's guys? Oh, it was, wasn't it? Good old Darth Barr. One of the most unreliable, untrustworthy people to ever plant their lazy, do nothing asses in Washington D.C. courts are not to interfere with the free exercise of the discretionary powers of the United States attorneys in their control over criminal prosecutions. Poxet. The decision whether to prosecute Epstein lies solely within exec, within the executive branch. And any order today by this court as to what the government must do in the future would be wholly inappropriate. So that just gives you a little bit of an idea of how the Justice Department has felt about Epstein and these survivors throughout time. And it doesn't matter who the president is, every single one of these attorney generals has been an impediment for justice going all the way back to Clinton. We're talking since Clinton. That's how many presidents Jeffrey Epstein has been active under and how many attorney generals stepped up and did something about it. So I don't want to hear anything about how, you know, Bill Barr was appointed by Donald Trump to get rid of human trafficking. That's a bunch of meet the new boss, same as the old boss, over and over again on repeat. The Herald did note, however, that PAC said Epstein survivors would be given the chance to meet with prosecutors in private and if they desired to be heard at a public hearing. He also said he would agree to give federal prosecutors additional training on dealing with survivors of crimes of this nature. Basically just, just, you know, shoving it under the rug. And this is why I've been so critical of the Department of Justice, of the FBI and their handling of the Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise. And for all the people out there that want to continuously play politics about this, folks, I hate to tell you, how much more evidence do you need to see that it's both sides of the aisle here that have, you know, chips in the game. They don't want this to be out there. They don't want, want the whole entire scope of what Epstein was up to to be released to the public. Because it's going to be damning for all of these people

as previously reported by law and crime. The controversy surrounding Epstein's plea deal dates back to 2007, when federal prosecutors in Florida under the leadership of current u. S. Secretary of labor Alexander acosta, who was then the u. S. Attorney of the for the southern district of florida, Acosta's prosecutors quietly entered to a secretive non prosecution agreement with the billionaire pedophile which ensured that epstein and his co conspirators would not be prosecuted federally. In exchange for epstein's guilty plea to much less serious state prostitution charges. Epstein served only 13 months in a county jail and the prostitutes prostitution charges were made up. You see folks, you can't have a prostitute who's underage, right? So how do you have prostitution charges at all? It was child molestation, child grooming, and child trafficking. Point blank period. Additionally, acosta's deal ensured that Epstein's co conspirators were all shielded from prosecution under what is now viewed as an extraordinarily unprecedented agreement and was followed by the FBI's ongoing probe being shut down. So the probe was shut down too.
Bobby Capucci
By the way.
Epstein Case Commentator
Imagine you're one of these FBI agents who's working on this and some jerk off suit bureaucrat walks in and says, well, that's a wrap, boy. Shut it all down. And again, that's why my criticism is mainly directed at the bureaucrats of the FBI. Folks, please don't get that confused. The rank and file agents that are out there doing their job, I don't have any beef with them. People are out there doing their job. I get it. My problem is with the bureaucrats out here playing games. They'll act like they don't give a damn about what's going on here. But God forbid you get on the wrong side of them politically and they're going to come after you full bore. Jack scarola, a former prosecutor representing one of Epstein's survivors, Told the herald that a prosecutor's discretion in granting plea deals, while broad, is far from unlimited. He specifically noted that a defendant's victims have the right to appeal a plea deal at sentencing. This was not the case here as epstein and acosta's office reached their plea deal without conferring with any of Epstein's survivors. And then you wonder why people again are saying this deal was corrupt. The whole thing is garbage. It's all gross. Well, this is why. And that's why we're going back and going over some of these articles and laying the groundwork again. You know, that stupid ass article from NPR talking about conspiracy theories when they should be digging into what went on here really launched me into orbit and sent your boy on basically a crusade where we're going to go back and cover all of this again for all of the new listeners, all of the people who might not have heard it the first time around, and with a fresh eye. Because if there's anything that's absurd here, if there's anything that's disgusting, it's this sweetheart deal. Courts reject plea deals when they find them to be unjustifiable and unreasonable, especially if they are not told the full scope of the agreement, scarola said. He also said separately that Congress did not contemplate the extraordinary circumstances of this conspiracy between the government and a serial child molester. I I disagree with that. I'm sure they did and they don't care. Point blank. How many times has the government hopped into bed with some disgusting animal? Scarola previously predicted the Epstein deal would be revoked. Pac, who took over Epstein's case in March, was joined in submitting Monday's brief by U. S. Attorney Jill E. Steinberg and Nathan P. Kitchens. Once again, folks, you see what's going on here. You see that this is absurd, and you see why people are fired up about it. Yet we have no answers. We don't have any allies in Congress. Do we have any allies in Congress or the Senate that want justice here? We sure do not. Nobody calling for hearings, nobody calling for subpoenas, nobody getting their phone record seized. Not a damn thing. And the ban just plays on. So it's left to us to continue to demand justice. And the best way to do that, the best way to get people to act when they're being inactive, is to embarrass them. So that's what we'll continue to do. We'll shine a spotlight on the piss poor job done by the Department of Justice until they get off their do nothing asses and get some justice. All right folks, that's going to do it for this episode. In this “Mega Edition,” host Bobby Capucci dives deep into the Department of Justice’s long-term failures in the Jeffrey Epstein case, focusing on the recent internal review of their conduct. Capucci methodically examines the newly surfaced Miami Herald article and the DOJ’s internal investigation, sharply criticizing the DOJ’s “bad judgment” excuse, the lack of accountability for involved officials, and the wider system of privilege shielding Epstein and his co-conspirators. He pairs detailed breakdowns of institutional rot with searing commentary on politicians, prosecutors, and media complicity, all while demanding real transparency and accountability.
“Did we really think that the Justice Department was going to put themselves on blast for the job that they did or the job that they didn’t do? Of course not. It’s all about saving face.” (03:03)
“Letting a well-connected billionaire get away with child rape and international sex trafficking isn’t poor judgment. It is a disgusting failure. Americans ought to be enraged. Jeffrey Epstein should be rotting behind bars today. But the Justice Department failed Epstein survivors at every turn.” – Sen. Ben Sasse, (08:35)
“Every single official document that comes out mentions Bill Clinton, and yet here we are, Bill Clinton getting a free ride once again.” (16:59)
“Krisher told OPR that he remembered Dershowitz as overly aggressive, adding that Dershowitz had threatened, ‘We’re going to destroy your witnesses. Don’t go to court because we’re going to destroy those girls.’” (36:08)
“If they won’t hold people accountable, then it’s going to be up to us to hold you accountable for not doing your job.” (21:20)
“It is an absolute dumpster fire of a clown show. And Darth Barr should be embarrassed of himself.” – Bobby Capucci ([03:39])
“At what point do words turn into action? At what point do these senators start to hold people responsible?” ([01:03])
“It’s time to go, buddy. Your services are no longer needed. The Department’s Office of Professional Responsibility concluded…committed no professional wrongdoing and violated no ethics standards. …Basically, the double birds to the survivors and to society as a whole.” ([04:00])
“If he was just another John, he would have got buried underneath the jail.” (29:26)
“Krisher told OPR that he remembered Dershowitz as overly aggressive, adding that Dershowitz had threatened, ‘We’re going to destroy your witnesses. Don’t go to court because we’re going to destroy those girls.’”
Capucci’s reaction: “Think about how evil you have to be as a scuzz bag like Dershowitz…” ([36:08])
“Just another loophole and technicality for the so called elite, huh?” ([44:34])
“It’s a good old boys club, folks. And you’re not invited.” ([32:33])
“The best way to get people to act when they’re being inactive is to embarrass them. So that’s what we’ll continue to do.” ([57:50])
