what's up everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. All this talk about conspiracy theories around Jeffrey Epstein and all of the shadowy behavior he was engaging in could easily be put to rest. If the FBI would just be transparent. If the Department of Justice would just release everything they have about Jeffrey Epstein, well, we, we could start to unravel what's true and what's not. But instead, they refuse to do it. And inevitably, in the wake of them not being transparent, people try and fill in the gaps for themselves. But it's not like these questions don't have a basis here. This isn't some fantasyland talk. This isn't, oh, there was a Chupacabra in my backyard last night. We're not relying on third person commentary here. We have court documents up the wazoo. And all of those court documents, all of these narratives, and all of the stories that people who are close to Epstein tell us, they all lead to the same place. And that place was Jeffrey Epstein was acting as an informant for the government. Now, don't get it conflated. Some people think that if somebody's working as a CI, they're a part of the government. That's not the case. People like Sammy the Bull Gravano, that's a CI. People like Whitey Bulger, that's a CI as well. They weren't working for the government, but they were being managed by the government. And when we talk about assets for the government here on this podcast, anyway, that's what I mean. I never have sat here and told you that Jeffrey Epstein was some cloak and dagger spy that went to some spy school to learn his trade. That is not the case, and at least not in my opinion. I think Epstein was an asset that was being run by the feds and then perhaps the CIA afterwards. But I don't think there's any debate at this point that Jeffrey Epstein turned snitch and ratted on his buddies over at Baron Stearns and other people during several different financial issues. How else is it that this man gets to walk free? How else is it that Jeffrey Epstein is. Is out here still committing his crimes, conducting rape, involved in human trafficking and money laundering, but Steve Hoffenberg is rotting away in a jail cell? Do you think that just happens in a vacuum? The judge just flipped a coin and was like, all right, well, it's Hoffenberg's day. It's all because Epstein was being massaged. He was being managed. And Techno Frog over on Twitter, who is a fantastic independent researcher, also a lawyer, I believe he has done some good work here. And according to him, the FBI is hiding some explosive records on Jeffrey Epstein. Now, for those of you who have been following this, you know who Techno Frog is. You know that this person has been real good as far as uncovering different issues in this case and is one of the most solid independent researchers going when it comes to Epstein. So his or her research, I don't know if it's a male or a female or whatever, but the research that they do has always held up. And once again, we see the FBI here being resistant to telling us the truth. So don't you think people at, like, NPR or some of these other major outlets would wonder what the FBI is hiding and why they're hiding it, instead of trying to castigate it all and call it all a conspiracy theory? Probably a good idea to take a look at it first before you make that sort of decision. But they refuse to do it. Whether it's they're lazy or they're scared what they'll they'll uncover, they just won't do it. Now, before we get into this article from the Daily Wire, let's take a quick look back at an article from the Daily Beast. Not even an article. A quick excerpt from the daily beast from 2018. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein became a government informant as part of a sweetheart plea deal. Now, I'm giving you two very distinctly different outlets here. Techno Frog, who obviously is not somebody who leans to the left or Daily Beast. And then you have the Daily Beast, which does lean to the left. So you have both of these outlets talking about the same exact thing here. This article was authored, no name for an author here. So we're going to say staff in exchange for a sweetheart plea deal that buried dozens of allegations by underage girls of sexual abuse at his Palm Beach, Florida, mansion. Disgraced hedge fund manager Jeffrey Epstein provided federal investigators with unspecified information, according to records cited in a Tuesday report from the Miami Herald. So, again, we're not talking about just relying on what Mr. Or Mrs. Techno Frog has to say here. We have multiple sources reporting the same thing and multiple sources that aren't, you know, in alignment, if you will. So what that tells me and signals to me is obviously there's some fire where the smoke is. Is anyone going to dig harder here or what? Epstein, who has long faced allegations of coercion and sex trafficking, could have faced life in prison in 2007 when his lawyers met with Miami federal prosecutor Alexander Oosta, who is now President Trump's labor secretary. The pair struck a deal that only required Epstein to serve 13 months in a county jail and shuttered an FBI probe into his alleged crimes. You know, it's so funny here because again, they're setting it up as like, Acosta had all of this power when he really didn't. He's a junior level employee, basically. He's not making this decision, he's just enforcing it. And the fact that they go so hard on Acosta here is ridiculous. This guy is just a piece of the puzzle. He's not the piece that's going to solve the puzzle, but as part of that deal. According to records cited by the Herald, as Epstein provided valuable consideration, in other words, critical information to federal investigators. He's a snitch. That's what that means. For those of you who don't know what that means, he's a snitch. So here's what I want to know. Where's the 302 agreement between him and the government? And I want to see the proffer. Let's see it. There's no direct evidence of what that information was, but records show that at around the same time as Epstein was considered to be a crucial witness during the trial of two Bear Stearns executives who faced allegations of corporate securities fraud during the 2008 financial crisis. So Epstein, Mr. Child Molester Extraordinaire, is being run as an informant by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the CIA, probably. And it's all right here for you to see. Not me making this up. This isn't one of those podcasts where we just make up. We come up and we show up like an Italian dude shows up to the party, right, with his hands full. But instead of showing up with my hands full of bra Joe, I'm showing up with my hands full of receipts. So with that said, let's get into the article from the Daily Wire and let's see what Techno Frog has come up with. This article was published by Daily Wire. Headline, FBI hiding Potentially Explosive records on Jeffrey Epstein Internet Sleuth Claims after Freedom of Information Access Denial. This article was authored by Greg Wilson, a well followed Internet sleuth believes he has uncovered evidence that the FBI could be sitting on potentially explosive secret records involving dead sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Well, that's a shock to nobody who's been paying attention when we all know the FBI sitting on a mountain of records. They're sitting on all of this evidence like the homie Smog was sitting on his gold in Lord of the Rings. The anonymous Techno Frog, a self described lawyer and writer who has nearly 400,000 followers on Twitter and also writes a popular substat column, says a recent response to a Freedom of Information act request indicates the beleaguered bureau may be hiding something. Techno Frog sought all records relating to any interviews the FBI has done with Epstein. Now let me ask you, why would the FBI be hesitant to give that stuff up? Why wouldn't they turn over their records on Jeffrey Epstein if they've been completely honest with us, if they have been above board the way they need to be and should be, how come we don't have access to these records? And why are they being so difficult when Techno Frog, who is a lawyer, is trying to get them? The records responsive to your request are law enforcement records. There is a pending or prospective law enforcement proceeding relevant to these responsive records and release of the information could reasonably be expected to interfere with the enforcement proceedings was the answer he said he received, which he posted online. I mean, for real, what is this? Nuclear suitcase secrets being stolen? What do we got? Our new biological program being exposed to the world here? We don't have any of that. This is a sick pedophile, a human trafficker who has been dead for a few years. And whatever investigation was put on the books or into this dude should be long be over. So the real question is, why won't they release these records? And that answer that they gave, that's the typical answer that they usually give you. Epstein, the mysterious creep who kept a bevy of underage girls at his Caribbean island compound. That's a little bit far. Okay? It wasn't like he had a dungeon where these girls were kept, but he did have the island populated with young girls anytime he had visitors, that's for damn sure. Who was known to socialize with powerful leaders and luminaries, including Bill Clinton. Let's add everybody else while we do that. Right, but of course, it's the Daily Wire. They want to make their political point. We're talking about Trump, we're talking about Prince Andrew, we're talking about Jeff Bezos. We're talking about all of them. Died under mysterious circumstances in 2019 while being held at the Manhattan Correctional center on sex trafficking charges. Officials ruled his death a suicide at the time. What? And who are these officials? I'd like to speak to these officials that. That are making all of these rulings because they should. The FBI has acknowledged through prior records released that Epstein had been an informant. Epstein has also provided information to the FBI as agreed upon, read a note in a document the Bureau released through its information vault in 2018. That cooperation likely referenced the financier pedophiles help with an investigation in into defunct investment bank Bear Stearns, where he once worked. So look, when you're helping the government out like this as a CI or otherwise, there's a reason that that's happening, okay? It's not because you're a good guy and Jeffrey Epstein wanted to do the Lord's work and help the country. It's because he was in trouble and he was up to his neck in his own problems, and the government reached out to him and it was a match made in heaven. Right? A guy with those kind of proclivities with who's already under great financial stress. Sure. Let's bring him into our operation. And then when you look at this with a sober eye, it tells you everything you need to know. Why they didn't pull off a RICO case here and why they didn't go into the financials more. What would they have uncovered? How many direct payments from the FBI went to Jeffrey Epstein? Now, look, I don't know if any did, but if you're an informant, usually you're getting a couple of bucks. And we know that Epstein wasn't leaving any money on the table

In his latest substat column, Techno Frog says he made the Freedom of Information request because he suspects Epstein and the F and the FBI work together on other occasions. He wrote that the bureau's denial of his request is a tacit admission that the bureau indeed has other records, and he cast doubt on the idea that they were being protected as part of an ongoing probe. I don't believe that either. But look, I'm not a lawyer, right? I'm just a guy who has read, oh, I don't know, about 5,000 articles when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. And when you put the pieces together and you act as your own forensic accountant here, there's no doubt that he was tied to so many powerful people when it comes to financials and and otherwise that if you would have went after him from that direction, there is zero doubt in my mind that it would have been a tsunami of arrests. It's more likely the Epstein records might embarrass the FBI, techno Frog wrote. The DOJ and the FBI have been known to abuse the F the Freedom of Information act law enforcement exemption to hide investigative materials from public release. We've seen them do it, and they're doing it again. Now. Look, I've been saying this for how long? And it's rather obvious what they're doing. But my voice only goes so far. My reach is only so big. And when you have someone like techno Frog with 400,000 followers on Twitter amplifying this message, that's a good thing in my opinion. In the wake of Epstein's death, only his longtime consort, Ghislaine Maxwell. You mean co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all around scuz bag and bipedal serpent who procured girls for him, has been charged with any crimes related to his operation. She was convicted of child sex trafficking last year and is serving a 20 year prison sentence. But no one who partook in the bacchanals on Epstein's private jet and island Pleasure Dome has been named by law enforcement or brought to justice or on the Epstein's ranch or out in Paris or up in the cabin or at the chalet in Chicago. I mean in Colorado, we're exceeding that the release of the Epstein records would interfere with enforcement proceedings. Techno Frog writes Ghislaine Maxwell has been convicted and Epstein is dead. The only potential tie might be from a grand jury investigation into other possible co conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein. But that was from the summer of 2020, and we rightly assume no charges were brought against whoever was being investigated. So ask yourselves, how is it that none of these other co conspirators were ever charged? And why is it that the FBI is so reluctant to pass on this information? Why is the FBI so reluctant to let you know what really happened here? And if they were so worried about misinformation and they were so worried about conspiracy theories, they would be on top of this, folks, and they'd be giving you the truth. But instead they continue to play cat and mouse and they continue to hide what really happened and they continue to avoid all questions about their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And now the feds are claiming that the reason behind this is is because they don't want to take the chance of messing up Ghislaine Maxwell's retrial. Now, do I buy that? I do not. They have not wanted to release this information about the FBI and Jeffrey Epstein since Junior Soprano was wearing short pants. So why would they want to release it now? And they're going to continue to do the same stuff that they've been doing since the jump. And that is saying that this is an open investigation, that so they can't provide any more details or any updates on what's going on as far as what they're up to. And that's because it's obvious that the FBI was protecting Jeffrey Epstein. And for that behavior, the FBI is finding itself now being sued by Epstein survivors as well as being sued by Nasser survivors. So at what point do we look at the FBI and have an internal report on the FBI the same way we did on Jeffrey Epstein's death? How many instances do we need to see at the FBI of them not doing the right thing before we start paying attention? Because the institutions that we all relied on to bring justice for so long, well, those institutions are broken and there's no justice that's coming anytime soon. Today's article is from news Headline exclusive. FBI asked judge to block the release of secret Jeffrey Epstein files. Feds claim it would mess up the jury pool and possible Ghislaine Maxwell retrial. This story was authored by news staff. Prosecutors are gearing up for the retrial in the Ghislaine Maxwell sex trafficking case. In a sign, the Department of Justice expects it will be forced to go head to head with Maxwell and in a courtroom for a second time. They have asked a New York judge to agree to the categorical withholding of the FBI's top secret files on her sex predator pal Jeffrey Epstein. News.com has exclusively learned. So in other words, go get screwed. Hey, taxpayer, we're not giving you any of the information that you deserve or should have. And when I say that, what I mean is Jeffrey Epstein is dead, Okay? I don't want to hear about an ongoing case, especially when we're not seeing any other arrests. What? What do you mean an ongoing case? Who's being investigated? Can we get a report? Are we going to hear about some of the other movement behind the scenes? Of course you're not going to hear about it because it's not happening. The website Radar Online sued the FBI in 2017 and demanded they reveal their entire case against Epstein, the former friend of Presidents Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates and other famous identities who died in his Manhattan jail cell on August 10th that year. Ever since, the FBI and the Department of Just Us have been relentlessly fighting to keep the majority of the documents from RadarOnline.com and out of the public. Now ask yourselves, is there anything that has to do with Epstein that. That should not be released for public consumption? Now, if the man was still alive and he was facing trial, I get it. You don't want to, you know, divulge what you have against this dude as you're waiting to prosecute him. But he's dead. There's no prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. So how about the government finally does the right thing and turns over all the files? Unfortunately, they can't do that because it would reveal just how deeply and. And how firmly they were in bed with this dumb son of a bitch, Jeffrey Epstein. In their latest filing in the near six year lawsuit, Maureen Comey, the lead prosecutor against Maxwell, admitted the FBI is sitting on unreleased information that could impact a jury appeal in any appeal for Maxwell. Now, why is this not something that all of our congressmen and women and senators are, are going crazy over? Why is it that they have to play political theater instead? I mean, where's Stacy Plaskett at? Does she have anything to say about any of this? Probably not, huh? Too busy still counting that money that Jeffrey Epstein gave her? Comey, the daughter of former FBI director James Comey, admitted the Epstein files include exhibits that were not publicly filed at the first trial, specific information about about witnesses who may testify at a new trial, as well as information and documents authored by potential trial witnesses. It's going to be even worse for Ghislaine Maxwell the second time around. Mark my words. They're going to produce more witnesses and it's going to get even hairier for the lady of complain, Ghislaine. And guess what? It should. This lady shouldn't get one single minute to chipped off her sentence. The files include topics and witness statements that go far beyond the issues covered during the first trial, Comey said in a July 11 declaration to the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. The first trial focused primarily on the abuse of six victims. And maybe exhibits were received under seal to protect the privacy of those victims and other third parties. She added. Oh, yeah, you really care about the victims, Maureen Comey. You really care about all of the girls who were molested and raped by Jeffrey Epstein. That's why so many other people are in prison, right? Right. The withheld records include statements from and evidence regarding many more victims of Epstein and numerous witnesses who were not called or referenced during the first trial, including some who the government may elect a call and or reference if this case were to be retried, and then if it doesn't get retried or even after it's done being retried, they'll have another excuse for why this information can't be released. Accordingly, premature release of the records would risk unduly influencing potential jurors for a retrial. Maxwell, 61, appealed her conviction and after a jury found she joined and enabled the sexual abuse that Epstein committed on scores of teenagers and young women for more than a decade. Kudos to news.com here for actually including the fact that Maxwell wasn't just somebody recruiting girls, but somebody also engaging in the abuse. Might be a factoid to add, right? Pretty important to the story, no? She has claimed that she was prosecuted as a proxy for Epstein to satisfy public outrage over the case in the aftermath of his death

in a Manhattan jail the former British socialite is is serving a 20 year jail sentence at a federal facility in Tallahassee. RadarOnline.com represented by noted First Amendment lawyer Dan Novak, filed suit in 2017 and alleged the FBI stonewalled its Freedom of Information act request. And that's just par for the course when we're talking about anything Epstein, anything Maxwell. It's always going to be a stonewall type of situation because they understand meaning the government, the FBI, the doj, how bad they're all going to look if this is ever truly exposed to the public for what it is. The website demanded the production of the Bureau's records concerning the agency's investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Edward Epstein for sexually trafficking underage women. Defendant FBI has withheld these records despite a properly filed Freedom of Information act request. Jeffrey Epstein is a billionaire, financier, pedophile, millionaire philanthropist, scumbag and sex offender. In 2001, Epstein became the subject of an undercover sex trafficking investigation by Palm Beach, Florida police and the FBI. Dozens of underage women were trafficked by Epstein to perform sexual acts on him and as well as his friends, the website said in its initial filing. Despite that, the suit said, Epstein was allowed to plead guilty to a single count of soliciting prostitution from a minor under Florida state law and serve only 13 months in prison. He would die later in the midst of the radar online FBI battle while in his Manhattan holding cell in 2019, where he was awaiting trial for several sex trafficking charges. RadarOnline.com has been attempting to get its hands on the contents of the FBI files ever since. Now ask yourselves, why is it Radar Online trying to do this and not the New York Post or the New York Times or insert legacy media outlet here. Is this not a big story? Is this story not worth covering? Is the information that's being hidden by the FBI not a big deal? I thought everybody was. Me too. What happened to that, huh? Oh, that's right. It's only me too when it's convenient politically, right? Besides that, to hell with it. Because guess what? Where were all of the MeToo folks out there during the Ghislaine Maxwell trial? Where have all of the MeToo folks been this whole entire time? What, the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein aren't worthy of your support? Because your actions tell us the that that's how you feel. And for anybody out there that might get upset at that criticism, well, it sounds like a you problem, right? Not me. I was the one here the whole entire time. For how many years? I'm waiting for the rest of these people who supposedly care about women, who supposedly care about what's going on to catch up.

In a 2019 search of Epstein's Manhattan mansion, FBI agents seized a shelf full of black binders which included CDs filled with photos. A passport from a foreign country with a picture of Epstein under another name. Saudi Arabian passport and an Austrian one, and other documents. They also sought open a safe and found diamonds, jewelry, CDs and hard drives inside which we've never seen one single bit of. You would think that all these people that are so up in arms about documents here and documents there would be real curious about what was found in Jeffrey Epstein safes? What was on those hard drives? Where are those pictures at? Who was represented in those pictures? None of those questions have ever been answered. In a similar raid, FBI and NYPD officers ransacked the Caribbean home of Epstein in the U. S. Virgin Islands and were seen on video carting away evidence, including a number of computers. Funny how that never happened at Zorro Ranch, huh? I wonder what they're hiding out in New Mexico that is keeping them from raiding the Jeffrey Epstein property, that is, you know, snuggled away in desolation. Probably the first place I would have raided. Much of that evidence has never been released, nor has details about Epstein's role as an FBI informant, as was first detailed in this exclusive news.com report. Look, we've all known Epstein was working with the FBI forever. How do you think he got off with Bears and Sterns the first time around? Just listen to what people have to say about him. Just listen to what Steve Hoffenberg had to say about him and then ask yourself, how is it that somebody like Epstein is always slipping the dragnet? Does that happen because he's this grand criminal and he knows how to cover his tracks, or is he being protected by somebody in the FBI? Oh, come on, Bobby. That never happens. Yeah, Go ahead and look up Lynn Del Vecchio. But in her declaration, Comey, who also helped lead the case against Epstein, argued premature public disclosure could reasonably be expected to influence potential jurors perception of the witnesses and the evidence to be presented at trial. Previously, Comey told the judge the release of the FBI's records relating to the investigation and prosecution of Epstein would provide Maxwell with greater access to the agency's investigatory files than she would otherwise have through the criminal discovery process. Contravene the protective order entered by Judge Nathan in the criminal case against Maxwell. Risk influence by the media upon witnesses and the jury potentially influence witnesses to trial testimony by providing the opportunity for them to shape their testimony by conforming it with other evidence gathered during the investigation and be reasonably expected to impair the ability to seat a fair and impartial trial. She's already been convicted. All of this information that's damning already is out there. This other stuff is just more layers to it. Right. And what it would do is slam home everything that we know already. And the reasoning by Maureen Comey as to why this stuff shouldn't be released, it just doesn't sit with me. I don't think that it's even in the realm of reality considering all of the information that's already out there about Ghislaine Maxwell. And considering, you know, she's already been convicted of being a sex trafficker, I think that all of this is just more narrative control by the FBI and the doj. While the trial of Maxwell has since concluded and sunk into a life behind bars, the FBI via the Justice Department said the release of its Epstein case file could likely interfere with the prosecution of Maxwell regarding the remaining records. Releasing the entirety of the FBI's records relating to its investigation of Epstein in this FOIA litigation would interfere with any new trial of Maxwell in several ways, Comey said. First, it would allow Maxwell the to have earlier and greater access to the investigatory files that she would otherwise not have through the criminal discovery process. She did not have access to all the FBI files relating to the investigation and prosecution of Epstein. If there were a new trial, the court would presumably set a deadline for release of any additional records relating to the new trial. Release of all FBI records pertaining to the FBI's investigation and and prosecution of Epstein, therefore would provide Maxwell with earlier and greater access to records than she would otherwise have at any new trial. So that's pretty slick by Comey, right? Wrap it all up in the whole entire fear that Maxwell might get the upper hand. But the reality is they just don't want to turn this information over to the public and I am convinced of that. Comey also claimed if there were a new trial, there would likely be significant coverage by the media which would be adversely impact on a jury. Media coverage of a new trial may impact potential witnesses and jurors, she said. As such, the parties in the Maxwell matter remain subject to protective order prohibiting the defense from disseminating government productions to the public or the press. Comey added premature release of the withheld records, particularly if the records are released in part or without full context, may influence the perception of jurors who have been exposed to media coverage containing speculation and theories relating to Maxwell. There's no more speculating, there's no more theories. She was convicted of sex trafficking. I don't know what else a potential jury would have to know that would pollute them besides that. But I guess Maureen Comey knows better than Everybody else. On July 7, 2022, Maxwell appealed the criminal judgment to the United States Court of Appeals for for the Second Circuit. Maxwell's appeal is said to focus on five points raising issues pertaining to statute of limitations, a non prosecution agreement, juror misconduct, and a post verdict hearing and sentence notice. All of that is technicalities and loopholes, like I've been telling you for how long, pay very close attention to the people who rely on loopholes and technicalities. The vast majority of those people are guilty. The government breached a non prosecution agreement that immunized Ms. Maxwell for these offenses, said Arthur Idella, Maxwell's latest attorney. That agreement was entered into by the government Nebstein in 2007 and by its terms unambiguously barred this prosecution in the first instance. No, that's not the truth. It barred it down in Florida. The prosecution agreement wasn't something that was binding nationwide. It was before what happened down in Florida. Well, here we are. And the charges that were brought against Maxwell were brought separately. So the whole entire idea of trying to use that non prosecution agreement as some sort of shield or armor is just ridiculous. And I'm glad that Judge Nathan felt that way and I'm glad that the courts felt that way because that whole entire prosecution agreement should have never even been entered into. But it was. And now here we are. And as far as Maxwell and the information that Radar Online's trying to get, I doubt that they're going to be successful. And even after this all wraps up and Maxwell has her retrial, I guarantee you that these clowns in the doj, they're going to come up with another excuse as to why this information should. Should not be released to the public. And you can damn well count on that. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one. He continued on his path of destruction and he ruined countless lives. Yet the FBI had everything they needed and didn't make their move. So again, the question is, why was the FBI so gung ho on protecting Jeffrey Epstein? What was he giving them? What sort of information was he pumping them that they deemed so worthwhile that they were willing to look the other way? And has he engaged in sex trafficking? Well, that's the question we've all been trying to get to, isn't it? And obviously I have a few opinions, but today we're going to dive into an article from Law and Crime and it's going to talk about that very thing. How the FBI had the dirt on the whole network, the whole entire criminal enterprise, and they let them off the hook. This article is from Law and Crime headline, FBI had dirt that could have unraveled Jeffrey Epstein's entire network more than a decade ago. This article was authored by Colin Kalmbacher and it was Originally published on February 20th of 2020. The Federal Bureau of Investigation had dirt on Jeffrey Epstein more than a decade ago, but he was bailed out by federal prosecutors in Florida before authority authorities had the chance to act on that information. So again, we come back to Florida. It's inescapable. Florida is a huge problem when we're talking about Jeffrey Epstein. And what went on in Palm beach is legitimately one of the biggest travesties when it comes to injustices that I have ever seen. And we continue to see Palm beach be an absolute shit show. Is anyone ever going to demand that the people who run Palm beach are not corrupt? Because it sure seems to me that from judges to prosecutors to everyone in between, there is a ton of corruption in Palm Beach. According to ABC News, Epstein recruited a 14 year old to give him massages in his upper east side mansion in 2002. The woman claims that Epstein gradually came to sexually abuser. The dead pedophile's assistants allegedly scheduled several appointments with the girl who accepted cash from the elite predator because her family was suffering through poverty. Huh. We've heard that story before, haven't we? Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein. This was their go to move, right? Find girls from broken homes, vulnerable girls, girls that don't have money, and then entice them with a little bit of cash. The woman's identity is currently being shrouded out of respect for privacy, but she was identified in 2019 by the Southern district of New York in Epstein's indictment as minor victim number one. Spencer Kuvan, an attorney who represented three Epstein survivors, told abc the FBI could have unraveled the entire network from New York to Paris to New Mexico, and they didn't. And again, my question has to be, why didn't they? Why were they so interested in letting Jeffrey Epstein continue with this? What did the FBI have to gain from it? Well, I'll tell you what. Society had nothing to gain from it, and these survivors certainly had nothing to gain from it. So what exactly was the FBI getting here that was so indisposable that they had to continue to protect somebody like Jeffrey Epstein? Enter. About 2002, minor victim number one was recruited to engage in sex acts with Epstein and was repeatedly sexually abused by Epstein at the New York residence over a period of years and was paid hundreds of dollars for each encounter. The SDNY filing notes Epstein also encouraged and enticed minor victim number one to recruit other girls to engage in paid sex acts, when which she did. Epstein asked minor number one how old she was, and minor victim number one answered truthfully. So we know that Epstein wanted these girls as young as possible. And when the girls were going in to meet Epstein, we also know that they were told to lie about their age that way to give him another level of protection. What they were trying to do is insulate themselves the same way a mafia boss does, to insulate themselves from the ground level crimes. That's exactly what Epstein was trying to do here. The man whose child sex abuse empire was allegedly enjoyed by several of the world's most powerful, most popular and powerful men in art, politics, and finance was of course, pronounced dead by suicide in August of 2019 under extremely suspicious circumstances, soon after being apprehended by New York authorities. Justice, it seems, had eluded his dozens of survivors for the final time. And now remember this is law and crime okay, not exactly what you would call a conspiratorial website, talking about how suspicious the circumstances around Jeffrey Epstein's death was and are, and they'll remain to be so until we get some real information one way or the other. The woman, however, recently filed a lawsuit against Epstein's estate, where which offers several details about her abuse and exploitation. Her experience with Epstein fit within what is what is now known to have been a common pattern for the abuser, the lawsuit reads. He would find vulnerable young girls who needed money and slowly test their boundaries, first asking them to remove their own clothes and massage him, and then over time, he would escalate his conduct, touching them in ways and that would become more invasive, violent and painful. As these children grew to rely financially on Epstein, he would only cause them more and more harm. As you got deeper into his web, his claws were sunk deeper into you. And I don't think people really appreciate the mind wash that is going on while you're here with all of these people who are telling you this is the way to live your life.

The lawsuit continues. On a personal note, she never received a high school education. She suffers from post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety and depression. Her severe emotional injuries manifest in a myriad of ways. She often finds herself crying. She is unable to form healthy emotional relationships with men. She Often cannot sleep through the night or fall asleep at all. She has panic attacks and she is constantly afraid for her young daughter. All because of the abuse suffered by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. And the FBI could have stopped it. Keep that in mind. And that's why I'm driving this point home. Because guess what folks, it's not just a pile on. We have to hold them accountable. Meaning the FBI and the department of justice in if we don't want this thing to ever happen again. ABC news notes that the woman was scheduled to testify before a grand jury during the summer of 2008. As the date drew near, Epstein scheduled a hearing and entity entered his guilty plea mysteriously securing unheard of preferential treatment from local law enforcement and federal authorities alike. The woman's testimony was was abruptly cancelled. Now remember, we had all of these women who were abused by Epstein and only one woman gave her testimony to the grand jury. One girl FBI agents who had interviewed her earlier that year were left with legally useless information about an avowed and wealthy pedophile with friends in the highest places of several governments. Marie Vilafana is the one time Florida federal prosecutor who who oversaw the U. S. Attorney's office initial investigation of Epstein. The same investigation that was ultimately shut down by then U. S. Attorney for the southern district of Florida Alex Acosta and his bosses as he reacted to pressure from those close to the intelligence community to give the well connected pedophile a sweetheart deal and a slap on the wrist. Folks, this is law and crime talking about this, okay? Telling you that he was close to the intelligence community clo telling you that he got a slap on the wrist for that reason. So again, here I show up with receipts. I'm not just going to get here and pump your tires and tell you all kinds of fantastical. If we want to talk about fantasy worlds, we'll talk about Westeros and house of the dragon when we're talking about Epstein. Oh, believe me when I tell you we are grounded directly in reality. Her attorney Ty Kelly issued the following statement on her behalf. Because the department of justice has declined to waive privilege over the Epstein matter, Ms. Vilafana is prohibited from discussing this matter and her opinions on the outcome in greater detail. If the department were to waive that privilege, she believes it would provide a fuller and more accurate picture of how she handled this matter and how she advocated for survivors at every turn. It's always the government is not releasing information, right? How many times do we have to shine a spotlight on this? Are you paying attention yet to what they're doing and how they're doing it. They're the ones pitching conspiracy theories, folks. So you want to talk about misinformation, might as well just take a look at the government and look at them as Baghdad Bob when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, because that's what they are. Nah, there's no Americans in this city as fast as 5 million tanks come rolling down Baghdad Boulevard. The former's pro. The former prosecutor's words, however, are likely to ring somewhat hollow in light of of the known historical record as law and crime previously reported. Villafano was reprimanded by a federal judge in 2007 for an intentional and or serious lapse in judgment because she held back information. And in another sex crimes case that also included an underage female survivor. And this is why when people try and tell me about how Vilafauna was a champion here, I just laugh at them. It is absolutely absurd to try and say that anyone in Florida who was involved in this prosecution did the right thing. And the FBI, they should be ashamed of themselves as well. They had this information, married Maria and Annie Farmer, gave it to him, many people gave it to them and they didn't act on it. And then when they do act on it, all they do is give us the low hanging fruit that is Ghislaine Maxwell and expect us to be happy about it. What about the co conspirators?
