welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. You know, there's a lot of people out there that think that Jeffrey Epstein and this whole story is just old news and that this has all been investigated and looked at by the DOJ and the FBI multiple times. Well, I'm here to tell you that's a lie. And how do we know? Well, because the receipts are piling up and according to a new report out of Colorado, the feds never contacted them about Epstein's properties in Vail and Beaver Creek. So we're just going to assume that no crimes were ever committed there, that nothing ever happened in Vail or Beaver Creek. So along with Zorro Ranch, we have these two properties that were never raided and the storage units that were never looked at. But sure, we had a robust investigation here and we know everything about everything. No need to talk about this anymore. Haven't you heard, Nick? Shirley, Was that the state of the Union? Let's talk about that. Today's article was published by VAL Daily and the headline local police say Feds never contacted them about Epstein's Veil and Beaver Creek Properties. This article was authored by David O. Williams. Local law enforcement officials on Monday told the Vail Daily they are not aware of any federal investigators ever contacting them over the years regarding two properties in Eagle county previously owned by the late convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein. Because, you know, no crimes were ever committed anywhere besides the island, right? Isn't that where everybody wants to focus and fixate? That should tell you everything you need to know about why you shouldn't focus and fixate on the island. I mean, do you think Epstein had a light switch and it just turned on and off when he went to the island? He was a depraved lunatic and everywhere else. He was a good guy who followed decorum. The guy was abusing people everywhere he went. And I'm sure people were being abused in Colorado as well. Asked about a Beaver Creek home at 282 North Fairway Drive owned by Epstein from 2001 to 2024, a property that's in the jurisdiction of of the Eagle County Sheriff's Office, a spokesperson said the agency looked into it and found no such contact from federal agents over the years. Not even interested. Does that sound like a robust investigation? Does that sound like an investigation that is reaching into every dark corner? Again, I'll bring up the Diddy investigation. It was way more robust, way more thorough. But when it comes to Epstein, we have properties that were never raided, storage units nobody knows about. I mean, what's next? He has a bunch of shit stashed in the Smithsonian as well. I check with the Undersheriff Dan Loya, who has been with our office for over 30 years, and we're not aware of any contact with federal investigators or any matters involving Jeffrey Epstein or related investigatory files in our agency. Police Public Information Officer Karina Toscano wrote in an email. And that's a big problem. And this just goes to show you that this story, this case, has never been taken seriously from the very beginning. And I don't just mean Trump. I'm talking all the way back to Clinton. And the point I'm making is it's all by design. You really think the feds just missed it this many times? They just pooched the punt time and time again. Now, look, there's no doubt that there's a ton of negligence when it comes to the vast majority of our federal agencies. But this goes beyond negligence. This goes right to the point I always make about the narrow scope of the investigation from the very beginning. And once you start to understand things from that perspective, everything else falls into place. Similarly, Vail police officials were asked about a property at 375 Mill Creek Circle that was conveyed to Epstein via a trust set up by the late Elizabeth Johnson, heiress to Johnson and Johnson fortune, for whom Epstein served as a financial advisor. And we certainly need to know more about that. What was he doing for the Johnson family? Was Woody Johnson involved? How about anybody else in the family? And if we had a robust investigation already, wouldn't we know that when all these people have been talked to? But we already know that even Les Wexner wasn't talked to. So you really think that Elizabeth Johnson or any representatives from the Johnson family were talked to? Of course not. God forbid they expand their investigation. We can't get our donors upset. We can't get the family of the former ambassador to the UK under Trump the first time around upset, can we? We have no records or recollection of the feds contacting the town regarding Epstein. Town of Vale spokesperson Chris Widlak wrote after conferring with the Vail Police Department. Well, that's because they don't care. That's because the investigation was always built to fail. And for all these years people have been saying it. But now we have the receipts. I truly have no idea how anyone could deny that the fix was in. It truly boggles the mind. Epstein was convicted on state charges of soliciting prostitute and procuring child for prostitution in Florida in 2008, charges for which he served a little over a year in prison and was required to register as a sex offender. No, not prison. A stockade. A county stockade in Palm beach where he was allowed to leave every day. And not only that, he was out there abusing people while he was supposed to be in jail. Epstein died in jail in 2019 before he could stand trial after being arrested on federal charges of sex trafficking minors. His properties in New York City and Florida were the alleged scenes of the various crimes, according to federal authorities. But there apparently was no investigation into what may have transpired at Epstein's Eagle county properties. When asked for any more publicly available details on either Vail or Beaver Creek properties tied to Epstein, who in death has become the subject of a massive global investigation leading to arrests of high profile individuals in Europe and ongoing scandal in the U. S. Eagle County Assessor Mark Chapin sent the following email. Epstein had two properties in Eagle. R031969 Jeffrey M. Epstein QPR Trust Renee C. Epstein 2009 QPR Trust conveyed in 2024 to Maranello Armario Trust located in Beaver Creek and R009140 Elizabeth Ross Johnson amended and restated revocable Trust care of Epstein Co. Incorporated the Villard House, 457 Madison Avenue, New York. This property was conveyed in 2020 to JCR JS FM LLC and is located on Mill Creek Circle and Vale. That's all we have on our records. It appears Epstein's company managed the Veil property. Like what? Can you imagine if John Gotti had a property somewhere and they were going to arrest him, do you really think they would have left anything unturned? How about El Chapo? How about El Mencho? How about anybody besides Jeffrey Epstein?

the searchable US Department of Justice Epstein files website, which was mandated for public release by a bipartisan law passed by Congress and signed by the president. Val appears 163 times and Beaver Creek comes up 33 times. Colorado itself comes up nearly 1500 times in more than 3 million files that were recently released but no investigation needed. Huh? We all just know that Jeffrey Epstein was on his best behavior when he was in Colorado. Perhaps Vale's most notable local linked Epstein host who was friends with Trump in the 80s and 90s but also had a network of political, academic and financial friends ranging from President Bill Clinton to Prince Andrew to former U.S. treasury Secretary Larry Summers, is Leon Black the founder of the company that would become the modern Vail Resorts. Black and Trump took trips to Russia together in the 90s. And now Leon Black's son, Benjamin Black, is a member of the. Of the Trump administration. I think you mean the Epstein administration. Right, but again, nothing to see here. Leon Black's own son, part of the administration. And we're going to get an investigation into Leon Black, huh? Okay, sure, I'll buy that. As previously reported by the Veil Daily, Black's ties to Epstein and the former Apollo private equity chief, whose name once adorned the Beaver Creek ice Rink, has been embroiled in sex scandals of his own, with Epstein recently described by Bloomberg as Black's fixer. But it was Black's funding of Epstein to the tune of 170 million for financial advice that forced him out at Apollo, which divested itself from Val resort stock in 2004. I mean, how much more evidence do we need that there was never a real investigation? And that's the whole point of this article. Once again, just showing you more receipts as to why I think that the whole entire thing has been rigged. And that's why I've been calling for a robust investigation from the beginning. Nothing more, nothing less. And I'm confident if that ever occurred to the level that it should, including rico, what we would see is the whole ass house of cards begin to collapse. And that's because all these dudes were in on it. They all knew everybody was in bed with Epstein one way or the other. They were all involved financially, they were all involved in his business dealings. And the truth is, they all knew at the very least what Jeffrey Epstein was. They just didn't care. And now that all these people that were associated with Epstein are being outed, they want to cry about their reputations. Well, I got bad news for you. I don't care about your reputation. Just like you didn't care about those girls that Jeffrey Epstein abused. I don't give a single flying fuck about your reputation. What did you know? When did you know it? And most importantly, what did you do about it? And shamefully, we all know the answer is nothing. Look, the truth is, we're gonna find out a lot more information about as this all plays out. People are gonna come forward, records are going to emerge, and the people who lied about Jeffrey Epstein and their relationship with him are going to be outed. And not only that, but we continue to see that it wasn't just people, private citizens and friends of Jeffrey Epstein that ignored him. It was also the federal government and at this point, that's undeniable. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: June 11, 2026
In this episode, host Bobby Capucci digs into the baffling lack of federal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s properties in Colorado, specifically in the exclusive areas of Vail and Beaver Creek. Despite the constant claim that Epstein’s activities have been thoroughly scrutinized, new evidence shows local Colorado law enforcement was never contacted regarding these residences. Capucci uses recent reporting to highlight the systemic failures and deliberate narrowing of the Epstein investigation, drawing connections to prominent political and business figures who have escaped meaningful scrutiny.
This episode of The Epstein Chronicles is a blistering exposé on the inertia, incompetence, and suspected complicity that allowed Epstein and his associates to avoid meaningful scrutiny in Colorado—a microcosm of the larger failure of justice in the Epstein saga. Bobby Capucci, armed with new local reporting, publicly available DOJ files, and his signature directness, lays out a convincing argument that the investigation’s failure was systemic and deliberate, leaving powerful elites untouched and survivors unheard. The episode is a fiery call to action for genuine accountability—one that’s likely to resonate with critics of the enduring impunity surrounding the Epstein case.
