What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. A few months ago, Todd Blanche from the DOJ sat down with Ghislaine Maxwell for what he called a proffer session. And during that conversation, the idea was to get some information from Ghislaine Maxwell about people that were allegedly involved with Jeffrey Epstein's. Well, as we know, she had nothing to say and according to her, everything was just a big misunderstanding and she had nothing to do with any kind of crimes that were committed to by Jeffrey Epstein. And of course, everybody but catch herd libs of Tick Tock, Dan Bongino and the DOJ knew that Glenn Maxwell was lying. And how do we know that she was lying? Well, because in her habeas corpus petition, she says that there is 25 co conspirators, 25 men who paid secret settlements to extricate themselves from any kind of issues related to Jeffrey Epstein. And not only that, but she's bringing up the four unnamed co conspirators who are protected under the npa, basically saying if you can't prosecute them and you didn't prosecute them, you shouldn't have prosecuted me either. That's what the gist of Ghislaine Maxwell's argument is. And considering it doesn't look like she's leaving jail anytime soon, it looks like she's ready to burn the boats. And as much as I despise the wife of Serpentor over here, I would love for her to put some people on blast. That would be great. The problem with Glenn Maxwell giving anybody any sort of intelligence though, is that it's not trustworthy. And if you have to put her in front of a jury to defend the kind of evidence she's giving you, she's going to get absolutely manhandled by whoever the attorney is because the attorney is going to show her no mercy during cross examination. And I don't think I'm taking too big of a leap here when I say that Jerry's really aren't the biggest fans of human traffickers and child abusers. So any kind of story about Glenn Maxwell offering up intelligence that's going to be actionable was always bs and the whole entire idea of moving her to Camp Brian was to keep her quiet. When it comes to that proper session and not to offer up anything that's going to be damaging to the administration. And she played her part perfectly. So now her only hope is to get this habeas across the finish line. And if that fails, all she can hope for is that Donald Trump offers her a pardon or he commutes her sentence. And previously I thought that was just crazy, that it would never happen. But considering Trump doesn't even think that what Epstein was doing was too bad or was even real, I have no doubt that he's thinking about pardoning Glenn Maxwell. What does he have to lose? It's not like he can run for office again. And if you think he cares about the Republican Party, think again. We all know that Donald Trump only cares about himself. Today's article is from the Daily Mail, and the headline stunning Epstein Twist as Glenn Maxwell claims 29 friends cut secret deals with the DOJ. This article was authored by Ross Ibitson. Gain Maxwell has claimed that 29 friends of Jeffrey Epstein were shielded through secret settlements by the Justice Department 100%. We all know that Leon Black bought his way out down in the usvi. That was documented. Well, you don't think other people did the same thing? And I'm sure that there are some suits that we don't even know about. Because you know that these lawyers cooked up some secretive deals. And breaking news. I'm sure those deals weren't beneficial to the girls that were abused. The disgrace, socialite. What I think he means is bipedal serpent, fellow child abuser, general all around scuz bag, an absolute monster. That's what you mean when you say socialite, right? Filed a habeas corpus petition on December 17 seeking to overturn her conviction, arguing that prosecutors cut deals with Epstein's associates while prosecuting her as if no such agreements existed. Well, that's why it should have been charged with rico, right? Everybody would have been caught up from top to bottom. But no, instead they play games. They act the fool and expect all of us to just go along with the charade. Like people haven't been paying attention. Like people have no idea what's going on here. Like Epstein's rich friends buying their way out of trouble was something new that was to be expected. And all these dudes were having These girls sign NPAs, especially if they accuse them of abuse. And then if you go and look at the language with a compensation fund, forget it. If you take money from that fund, you can't go after this one. You can't go after that one, it was a poison pill from the very beginning. And then those women, those girls, they didn't get their fair share. Can somebody please explain to me how the USVI comes out of this with over $200 million, considering that the USVI itself was one of the major bases where Epstein was doing the abusing, where Epstein had his hooks in, where Epstein had all the politicians riding his dick. I mean, somebody please explain it to me, because you have women out here, girls who were abused, who got peanuts when you look at the overall pot. And unfortunately, it was all by design. When you're dealing with people that have this kind of power, this kind of money, you know that the table is going to be tilted in their favor. Maxwell alleges that 25 men reached undisclosed deals, while four alleged co conspirators were known to investigators but never charged. She does not name the individuals. Well, she's holding that in her pocket still. This is a shot across the bow, right? This is to let her boy, baby Billy Blanche, know that she means business now. And she expects the White House and the DOJ to do the right thing and get her out of prison. That's what it's all about. Make no mistake. That's all Glenn Maxwell cares about. Everything else is secondary. This woman wants to get out of prison, and. And she'll say whatever to do, so. But when it comes to the co conspirators, we already knew. Now, we might not know all their names, but every single person that's been caught up with Epstein has paid their way out. And we have a documented down in the USVI when it comes to multiple people. I mean, Jess Staley has paid his way out. We know that Leon Black has paid his way out. We know that Glenn Dubin has paid his way out. And while I understand survivors getting settlements from people like that, why is the USVI settling? Why aren't they going after these people, criminally speaking, if they have all that evidence and they know that they were all involved in this gigantic conspiracy? So if you're going to file a SECO suit, you should also be filing rico, right? Unless, of course, it was just a cash grab, which in my opinion, that's all it ever was down in the usvi when it comes to the USVI government. They ate at both ends of the table. I mean, when Epstein was alive, they were taking money from him hand over fist. And then when he died, they sue the estate for 120something million, 180 million, whatever it came out to. Meanwhile, at the same exact time they were being sued by Epstein survivors, meaning the usvi, for their alleged role in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's. None of the four name co conspirators or the 25 men with secret settlements were indicted, the court filing says. Maxwell argues that the alleged concealment of the deals undermined the fairness of her trial and violated her constitutional rights. New evidence reveals that there were 25 men with which plaintiff lawyers reached secret settlements that could equally be considered as co conspirators. The legal document states none of these men have been prosecuted and none has been revealed to a petitioner. She would have called them as witnesses had she known. In the sprawling court filing, Maxwell mounts multiple lines of attack forming the basis of her habeas corpus argument, including allegations of juror misconduct and suppression of evidence, which is all bs. All of that stuff she's talking about is absolute nonsense. She has been through multiple levels of courts, whether it's district, whether it's the appeals court, whether it's the Supreme Court, and they've all had the same reaction. Sit down, shut up, do your time and be happy you didn't get more. Because my friends, 20 years is not enough in my opinion. Not for what she did, not allegedly did, not might have done, but for what she did. That said, there's other people that should be sitting in jail cells right next to her. So as much as I detest Glenn Maxwell, she's not wrong about that. She alleges that prosecutors violated the terms of Epstein's 2007 non prosecution agreement in Florida, which she claims extended immunity to co conspirators and asserts she was prosecuted for political reasons while others escaped jail. Bunch of bs and the whole entire NPA should be thrown out. I feel like I'm the only one talking about that. While everybody's off on these side quests, talking about, I feel like we should be hammering down on the npa because without that npa, we take away a gigantic shield. And one of the best ways to go after people like this is to leave them exposed, right? Get rid of all the loopholes, get rid of all the technicalities and leave them bare assed. And the best way to do that, obviously is to get rid of the npa, because Jeffrey Epstein wasn't in compliance with that NPA ever. So it should be null and void. And if you do that well, you get rid of one of Glenn Maxwell's strongest arguments or what should be one of her strongest arguments, and even that argument falls short. Not only did the appeals court tell Glenn Maxwell to get stuffed, so did the Supreme Court. So there's precedent for the NPA not protecting her. Right. And that means there's precedent for that npa not to protect other people that thought that they were going to be protected. But I think the best way to go about this is to just get rid of the NPA altogether and the DOJ and Pam Bondi, they don't need anybody else to make that happen. The 64 year old is serving a 20 year sentence at federal prison Camp Brian, a minimum security federal women's prison in Bryan, Texas. She was convicted in New York in December of 2021 of sex trafficking over her role in recruiting and grooming underage girls for abuse by Epstein between 94 and 2004. The Justice Department said on Tuesday in a court filing submitted in New York that it expects to release the Epstein files in the near term, whatever that means. Never a date, right? Just arbitrary man. Whenever we decide to release them. Who cares about the law? Attorney General Pam Bondi said that her lawyers are redacting several million pages of documents from the files of the DOJ, FBI and U.S. attorney's office. The Epstein File Transparency act, signed into law by Donald Trump in November after a civil war in the Republican Party required the DOJ to release the files by December 19th. They have no desire to release them at all. Never mind. By the deadline, no less than 200 lawyers in the U.S. attorney's office for the Southern District of New York are involved in the review. Even prosecutors assigned to Nicholas Medoros high profile case have been requisitioned as part of the effort, according to the New York Times. Okay, so that Maduro case is going to take forever. What, you think they're just going to walk in and litigate that case? No way. That's going to be a crazy case. So that could be back burnered. And they don't have to worry about sending an army of lawyers to deal with that. How about we deal with something that's been backburnered for decades, unfortunately, Nicolas Madero and the political theater surrounding him. Well, that's gonna have to wait. And furthermore, Nicolas Madero is not even the biggest drug dealer in custody. That would be El Milo. Have we forgotten about him? You want to talk about fentanyl? We want to talk about Americans dying. Let's start the conversation with the Los Chapitos, the Sinaloa Cartel and cjng. Never mind Venezuela and Nicolas Maduro. Talk about a deflection. Talk about a distraction. But the delay has sparked fury on Capitol Hill. Republican Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Democrat Ro Khanna of California accused the DOJ of a flagrant violation of the law. Massie and Khanna wrote to Judge Paul Engelmeier, who oversaw Maxwell's trial in New York. No, he didn't. Requesting that the appoint that they appoint an independent monitor to ensure the DOJ's compliance. Engelmeier took the case over after Nathan moved to the Second Circuit. Engelmeier denied the request last week, stating that he does not have the authority to supervise the Justice Department. He added that he received letters from Epstein's victims supporting the representative's request, which he said were undeniably important and timely. The judge noted that Massey and Khanna could initiate a separate lawsuit or use the tools available to Congress to seek DOJ oversight. And that's all true. They can. And unfortunately, the judge is right. You have to have standing to be an intervener. So it's up to Massie and Khanna now to make sure that they get the right standing and they follow through and file suit. The Supreme Court last year declined to hear Maxwell's appeal, leaving her conviction intact. She has now turned to what lawyers describe as extraordinary relief via a habeas corpus petition filed in the Southern District of New York seeking to vacate, set aside, or correct her sentence based on alleged constitutional violations. Imagine being Glenn Maxwell and crying that your constitutional rights were stepped on after what she did to those girls. Talk about hubris. The petition is a rare collateral attack, permitted only after appeals fell and typically requiring proof of no evidence or fundamental flaws. Such challenges only succeed in exceptional cases. Well, we know that it's not going to work here and that Glenn Maxwell, unless her buddy Donald Trump cuts her a deal, is going to be sitting in prison for the next 15 years or so. And my guess is, and again, this is just my guess, speculation that all of this is theater. Glenn Maxwell's going through the motions, and then when Trump's terms about to be up, she'll probably get a pardon. At this point, the way Trump has been acting, the way Trump doesn't give a about Epstein or the survivors, it would be the ultimate fu. And if he's on his way out the door, nothing anyone can do about it, right? So at this point, I fully expect that to happen. Do I expect that to happen before the end of his term? I don't. But you know what? With as much of a wild card as this dude is, nothing's off the table. So like usual, we'll keep an eye on things and we'll see if these 25 co conspirators or alleged co conspirators are named anytime soon.
