What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So here we are again. Another chapter in the long, bitter saga of Jeffrey Epstein and his global web of power, silence and rot. And wouldn't you know it? Just when you think the final insult has already been delivered, the Department of Justice steps up to give the story the burial it never earned. They officially announced that they're closing the federal probe into Epstein's co conspirators. That's right. Case closed, curtains drawn. No more charges, no more names. No more justice. It's over. A quiet, bureaucratic shrug at the end of one of the most horrific criminal enterprises of the 21st century. And as you all know, we're not talking about some boutique scandal. We're talking about a multinational human trafficking operation that spanned decades and continents involving underage girls, elite institutions, intelligence communities, and billionaires who flew private while feeding off the powerless. And after all the headlines, all the leaks, all the survivor testimony, the DOJ's final answer is we're done here. No one else will be held accountable. And everyone not already in prison, which is basically no one or dead, gets to slip quietly back into their penthouses, their boardrooms, and their diplomatic immunity. And in the vacuum, in that perfect government sanctioned silence, here come the Maxwell's, dragging their legacy back into the light. The family of Ghislaine Maxwell has issued a new statement in response to the DOJ's announcement. And just like that, the campaign to rewrite history is on. With the ink on Epstein's case barely dry. They want you to believe that Ghislaine is some kind of scapegoat and that she paid a price that was far beyond what was fair. That she, too, is a victim in all of this. Not a predator, not an enabler, but a misunderstood woman caught in the undertow of a corrupt system. Yo, let's stop that bullshit right there. Glenn Maxwell wasn't framed. She wasn't persecuted. She wasn't the fall gal for Epstein's sins. She was his co conspirator. She recruited Girls. She groomed them. She participated. A jury heard the evidence. Multiple judges reviewed it. And she was convicted of sex trafficking. Minors. Not by rumor, not by Twitter, by fact. That conviction wasn't the witch hunt. It was a mirror held up to her actions. And that sentence was earned. But the Maxwells, descendants of empire of dynastic wealth and media power, don't take kindly to accountability. They have spent years trying to ban public perception, fighting her conviction in court and in the press. And now that the DOJ has hung up its gloves, they're making their move. Their statement doesn't just push for leniency. They're trying to re litigate the past, to repaint Ghislaine as someone who suffered by proximity, not someone who orchestrated from within. And yo, it's grotesque, but it's also revealing. Because what we're witnessing isn't just the arrogance of one family. It's the rot at the heart of the elite community. It's the same rot that let Epstein operate for years with impunity. The same rot that handed him a sweetheart deal in Florida. The same rot that left the cameras off and the guards asleep the night he died. And now it's working overtime to sandblast Ghislaine Maxwell's name clean. But not here. Not today. Not ever. The DOJ may have decided to walk away from the story, but we haven't. The survivors haven't. And you shouldn't either. Because justice doesn't come with a press release. It's a reckoning. And the reckoning isn't done. So lets begin. This article was published by the Daily Mail and the headline G. Maxwell's Family Break Their Silence with Bombshell Claim as Trump Decision to Close Epstein Case Triggers MAGA Civil War and Cover Up Claims. And I keep hearing about a MAGA civil war. And while that's certainly true, what about the fact that the Democrats are also trying to jump onto the dog pile and utilize this as some kind of political cudgel? I don't think they understand what they're stepping into though. I think a lot of people are under the impression that their so called faves aren't going to get caught up in this. But unfortunately for my left leaning friends, that's a trap. Because if you think the left doesn't have their own problems when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, you have not been paying attention. Those problems have mostly been swept under the rug. But now with this hyper focus that we see, I don't know if I'd be doing any victory dances on the left. Yet we haven't got to George Mitchell. We haven't got to Bill Richardson. We haven't got to Stacy Plaskett. And when I say we, I mean, you know, the general public, wait till they stumble on that. Because right now, if you look at Twitter or X, whatever you want to call it, you got people who are talking about things that we talked about three, four years ago, and they're talking about them like it's this big, you know, revelation. So people are going to stumble on this other stuff, and they're going to be very shocked to find out that a lot of their faves are going to be caught up. So I would reserve the victory dances for now. And I would also urge you against trying to politicize this. And remember that we're talking about real people here. We're talking about over a thousand people who have been abused. They still haven't had any kind of justice. So while all of you are trying to use this as a cudgel to hit each other over the head with, the people who actually suffered are forced to sit back and watch this sideshow. And how do you think that makes them feel? I'm sure they're not feeling great about it. Oh, you can find time to fight. You can find time to throw allegations around, but there's no time to arrest anybody that was involved. There's no time for an investigation. Makes sense. This article was authored by Brittany Chain. Ghislaine Maxwell's family have broken their silence to insist she is innocent and was subjected to government misconduct in an unscrupulous effort to blame someone for Jeffrey Epstein's crimes after he died. Oh, yeah, that's exactly what happened here. We all know that Ghislaine Maxwell, she was just coerced into everything. She had no part, no role, nothing. In fact, it's obvious to me that Ghislaine Maxwell is just the most misunderstood woman in the history of the world. That's what her family wants you to think. President Donald Trump and his Attorney general, Pam Bondi, are facing MAGA mutiny amid claims they botched an investigation into Epstein's laundry list of crimes. Is it just a MAGA revolution, though? Are the Democrats calling for committees and this, that, and the other thing I keep seeing about a MAGA revolution. And while you're right, there are a lot of people that. That voted for Trump that are fired the up. Don't act like it's not a situation that the Democrats are trying to utilize either. They most certainly are, but I think that they're making A big mistake. I mean, how can you have one of your colleagues, a sitting member of Congress, being investigated by Jeffrey Epstein, but you're calling for investigations of other people? What does that even mean? How about some accountability within your own caucus? How about all the people from the Democratic party who have taken money from Jeffrey Epstein over the years, including Chuck Schumer's dumbass? I see him talking about files. Really, buddy? Is that really what you want to do, considering your own deep ties? And like I was just saying, with Stacy Plaskett, can you imagine if it was insert Congressman here that was on the other side of the aisle? They'd be going bananas. There'd be articles, you know, exposes, the whole thing, but nothing about Stacy Plaskett. Ask yourself why. If Epstein's such a big deal to those on the left that are trying to make this a political tool, then you should start with your own house and clean that up.

But Bondi maintains that years after rampant speculation, there is no evidence Epstein ever held a client list implicating high profile associates. No, I told you that. For how long? So Trump's not wrong about that. And that's not what I have a problem with. My problem with Donald Trump is the way he's dismissing this like it's no big deal. That shit is unacceptable. And anybody who's doing that, I have to question why. But I've told you for years now that the client list was nothing but bonk a bunch of fugazi. Misdirection operations like this, they don't use client list folks. Not at all. And anybody telling you that Ghislaine Maxwell was anything more than a manager, they're lying too. Well, you think Lane Maxwell was privy to everything that was going on? No way. No way in hell Glenn Maxwell is being penalized for what she did as far as her behavior with Jeffrey Epstein. And I assure you there was no prosecutorial misconduct when Glenn Maxwell was molesting those girls. That's all on her. Has nothing to do with the prosecution. Maxwell was convicted in 2021 two years after Epstein was found dead in his cell while awaiting trial for child sex offenses, her family now maintain our sister Ghislaine did not receive a fair trial, claiming prosecutors stopped at nothing to convict her due to the public's appetite for her to face justice on Epstein's behalf after his death. No, that's not the truth. We all heard from the survivors who said that Glenn Maxwell abused them. We all heard about Ghislaine Maxwell bringing girls across state lines, gaining their trust, and then leading them directly to Jeffrey Epstein for him to abuse. So please explain to me, like I'm as dumb as Candace Owens why Ghislaine Maxwell should be let out of prison. According to the family statement, Maxwell is prepared to file a writ of habeas corpus which would allow her to challenge her imprisonment. Oh, sure, go ahead. Challenge away. Ghislaine Maxwell. You're not going anywhere. And for all the slow people in the back, she has nothing left to offer. There is no names to offer up. There is no information to offer up. Nothing. You know the only other person that could have offered up real names who knew the inner workings of what Epstein was doing? That was Jean Luc Brunel. And, well, he. He died in a jail cell too. I know, I know. Just another coincidence. This challenge would be on the basis of new evidence such as government misconduct that would have likely changed the trial's outcome. The family argues that Maxwell should have been protected under an agreement Epstein entered with the Department of Justice in 2007 in which they vowed not to prosecute any of his co conspirators after he paid fines to paid victims millions of dollars and served 13 months in prison. And this vile ass family, they have the audacity to put victims in quotation marks like there were really no victims. No, nobody got abused by Jeffrey Epstein. Everything was on the up and up. Just a bunch of 14 and 15 year old girls from the local high school that wanted to get assaulted. Right, Team Maxwell. Isn't that what you're telling us is that we are trying to pitch us? And remember, we're not just talking about the women that were a little bit older. We're talking about the women that were at this high school. But according to Ghis Maxwell's family, oh, there were no victims. This is all just a big misunderstanding. Just a bunch of people that are telling stories. And Ghislaine Maxwell. Ghislaine Maxwell is a pillar of the community. She's a real salt and earth type. Just ask her family. But whatever you do, don't ask the victims counsel representing Maxwell, David Oscar Marcus said, I'd be surprised if President Trump knew his lawyers were asking the Supreme Court to let the government break a deal. He is the ultimate dealmaker, and I'm sure he'd agree that when the United States gives its word, it should keep it. With all the talk about who's being prosecuted and who isn't, it's especially unfair that Ghislaine Maxwell remains in prison based on a promise the US Government made and broke. The only problem is it has nothing to do with a promise that anyone made or broke. The assistant U. S. Attorney in Florida can't sign a deal that binds all the other districts. That's not how it works. That can only be done through special circumstances, and that wasn't done here. So Maxwell would be shielded for crimes that fit within the NPA's. Ambitious, but besides that, it's fair game. And remember, she wasn't charged in Florida. She was charged in New York. And I have bad news for people out there that want to commit crimes. If you commit a crime in New York and one in Florida and you get immunity for what's going on down in Florida, that doesn't transfer up to New York. But that's their argument. What they're trying to say is that this mpa, it protected her no matter where she went, whether it be Florida, New York, anywhere in the United States. But unfortunately for her and her team, that's not how the law works. And that's why I think this argument, like the rest of the arguments Glenn Maxwell has made over the years, will fail. Because no matter the carrying on, no matter the narratives, no matter what her lawyer says, the evidence that we heard and saw at trial tells us the real story. And that real story is Glenn Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. All right, we're going to wrap up episode one right here. And in the next episode, we're going to pick up where we left off. The Epstein Chronicles – Spin Cycle: How the Maxwell's Are Laundering Ghislaine’s Guilt (Part 1)
Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: May 7, 2026
In this episode, Bobby Capucci dives into the latest developments following the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) decision to formally close the federal probe into Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirators—a move that effectively ends potential legal action against anyone not already incarcerated or deceased. With this bureaucratic closing of ranks, the Maxwell family springs into action, launching a campaign to recast Ghislaine Maxwell as a scapegoat and a misunderstood victim. Capucci systematically dismantles these narratives, critiques the politicization of the case, and re-centers survivors in the discussion, all while maintaining his passionate, no-nonsense commentary.
“They officially announced that they're closing the federal probe into Epstein's co-conspirators. That's right. Case closed, curtains drawn. No more charges, no more names. No more justice. It's over. A quiet, bureaucratic shrug at the end of one of the most horrific criminal enterprises of the 21st century.”
“They want you to believe that Ghislaine is some kind of scapegoat and that she paid a price that was far beyond what was fair. That she, too, is a victim in all of this. Not a predator, not an enabler, but a misunderstood woman caught in the undertow of a corrupt system.”
“Yo, let's stop that bullshit right there. Ghislaine Maxwell wasn't framed. She wasn't persecuted. She wasn't the fall gal for Epstein's sins. She was his co-conspirator. She recruited girls. She groomed them. She participated.”
“But the Maxwells, descendants of empire, of dynastic wealth and media power, don't take kindly to accountability. They have spent years trying to bend public perception, fighting her conviction in court and in the press.”
“I don't think they understand what they're stepping into though. If you think the left doesn't have their own problems when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, you have not been paying attention.”
“We're talking about over a thousand people who have been abused. They still haven't had any kind of justice. So while all of you are trying to use this as a cudgel to hit each other over the head with, the people who actually suffered are forced to sit back and watch this sideshow.”
“I've told you for years now that the client list was nothing but bunk, a bunch of fugazi. Misdirection. Operations like this, they don't use client lists, folks.”
“She wasn't charged in Florida. She was charged in New York. And I have bad news for people out there that want to commit crimes. If you commit a crime in New York and one in Florida and you get immunity for what's going on down in Florida, that doesn't transfer up to New York.”
“According to the family statement, Maxwell is prepared to file a writ of habeas corpus…But that's their argument. What they're trying to say is that this MPAA, it protected her no matter where she went…But unfortunately for her and her team, that's not how the law works.”
“And this vile ass family, they have the audacity to put victims in quotation marks like there were really no victims. No, nobody got abused by Jeffrey Epstein. Everything was on the up and up.”
On DOJ's Closure:
“No one else will be held accountable. And everyone not already in prison, which is basically no one or dead, gets to slip quietly back into their penthouses, their boardrooms, and their diplomatic immunity…that perfect government-sanctioned silence.” – Capucci [00:48]
Against Rewriting History:
“That conviction wasn't the witch hunt. It was a mirror held up to her actions. And that sentence was earned…what we're witnessing isn't just the arrogance of one family. It's the rot at the heart of the elite community.” – Capucci [02:51]
On Political Opportunism:
“Don't act like it's not a situation that the Democrats are trying to utilize either. They most certainly are, but I think that they're making a big mistake…If Epstein's such a big deal to those on the left that are trying to make this a political tool, then you should start with your own house and clean that up.” – Capucci [06:10]
On the “Client List” Myth:
“Anyone telling you that Ghislaine Maxwell was anything more than a manager, they're lying too. Well, you think Ghislaine Maxwell was privy to everything that was going on? No way in hell.” – Capucci [09:31]
On Survivors:
“We're talking about over a thousand people who have been abused. They still haven't had any kind of justice…Oh, you can find time to fight. You can find time to throw allegations around, but there's no time to arrest anybody that was involved. There's no time for an investigation. Makes sense.” – Capucci [05:26]
Capucci’s tone is unwaveringly direct, passionate, and sharply critical of both institutions and individuals dodging responsibility. He balances hard-hitting commentary with factual breakdowns, employs sarcasm when addressing weak or cynical arguments, and consistently advocates for the victims being overlooked.
Bobby Capucci’s “Spin Cycle” episode cuts through political spin and elite PR campaigns, refusing to let Ghislaine Maxwell’s family—or anyone—launder her role in Epstein’s crimes. With the DOJ stepping back, Capucci insists the pursuit for truth and justice must continue, focused not on power games, but on accountability and the survivors left in the case’s wake.
