what's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick back up where we left off with the Daily Mail article talking about Glenn Maxwell's family and their latest statement. And the author of this article once again is Brittany Chain. The controversial deal stated, if Epstein successfully fulfills all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the United States also agrees that it will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co conspirators of Epstein, including, but not limited to, four of Epstein's assistants. This did not name Maxwell specifically. So the real question is, how did Jeffrey Epstein get that kind of deal in the first place? Why was he given a deal where even unnamed co conspirators were going to be protected? Can you show me a deal like that that's ever happened before? Because I can't find one. We're talking about a once in a lifetime kind of deal for a guy who was molesting kids. And still to this day, we have never got an explanation as to why somebody would think that's a good idea. They had the goods on Jeffrey Epstein. They could have put this under the prison in 2008, but they decided not to. They kicked it back down to the state. And we all know that the state is. Is not going to be as severe as the federal government. And how do we know that's the truth in the case? Well, look at how easy Jeffrey Epstein had it when he was out on bond, when he got out on bail, when he was committing probation violation after probation violation on a daily basis. Nobody did to stop him. And that's because it's easier for Jeffrey Epstein to spread that money around in a place like Palm beach than it would be federally. And all you have to do is look at how things worked out down in Palm beach when it comes to the terms of his house arrest and his actual arrest to know that the fix was in. We've already established that somebody tipped him off to being raided. So what, you think that the fix wasn't in the whole way around? It most certainly was. And when you add all of that up and you add on top of it the fact that there is this NPA with a bunch of unnamed co conspirators that are being protected, what you're left with is a deal that should have never happened. A deal that nobody else in the history of the country basically has ever received. So the question once again is why Jeffrey Epstein? What made him so special? Why would a guy like that rate to get such a deal like this? And they still haven't even answered that basic question. And considering that you really think we're ever going to see any kind of real files or any kind of real transparency, it's never going to happen. But the 2007 deal applied only to the U. S. Attorney's office in the southern district of Florida. Prosecutors found a loophole in which they were able to target Maxwell in New York, which treats such agreements differently to the vast majority of American states. Glenn Maxwell's lawyers are asking the court to resolve this difference between the districts. A filing seen by DailyMail.com states, and to be clear, Glenn Maxwell is not making any new arguments. She's not showing up with any new evidence. What she's doing is what she's been doing from the very beginning, trying to rely on loopholes and technicalities because the evidence doesn't line up with the narrative she's pitching. So all she can hope for is that the government up and that there is prosecutorial misconduct. But we've had multiple courts now say that that's not the case, from district court to the appeals court. And now I'm guessing the supreme court's going to tell her the same thing. You did what you did, you're in the place you belong. Shut up, do your time, and maybe when you get out, you can have some semblance of life. And considering the damage you did to these survivors, you should be happy that you even have a chance at perhaps having that. Because a lot of these survivors that you helped abuse, they're gonna have to live the rest of their lives with this shit hanging over their heads. Every time they close their eyes, every time they think about, you know, the past, every time something triggers them, they're gonna have to think about what Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein did to them. And there's no loophole or technicality that's gonna save you from that fate. We had the trial, we had the do over. You've had your chance at appeal, now it's over. Just accept your fate for what it is and for people who Think Maxwell has something left to give? You are absolutely incorrect. If she had anything to give, she would have given it up a long time ago. What, she's going to go sit in prison and sit on information? That is not how it works. When you first get arrested and you sit down, they'll 302 you, you'll have a proffer session and they'll make you king or queen for the day. That means if you give them all the information they're looking for and, and you tell them all the crimes you've committed, you'll get immunity for those crimes and you'll get good time. As far as the judge is concerned and as far as the court's concerned, Maxwell didn't do any of that. Didn't even attempt to do it. And that's because Maxwell was never a key cog when it comes to the backroom dealing and the actual plots that were being put into play. She was another piece on the chessboard, no doubt about it. But she willingly abused these girls. She willingly engaged in this behavior with Jeffrey Epstein. And that's why she's in prison. Not because she's serving time for somebody else's crimes, because she's serving time for her own. The family wants Maxwell's sentence to be vacated and for her to be referred for re sentencing, accusing the court of also applying an incorrect guideline range and offense level. Yeah, to too little. Should have been more. The Maxwell family's comments come at a time of heightened interest in the case after Bondi's memo attempted to shut down long held theories of an Epstein client list. Well, look, I have to tell you, they're not wrong about that. There's never been a client list. So I'm not going to beat that dead horse more here. But let's be clear. There is no client list. And the fact that people were pitching that shit to you for so long, it's bad news. And if I were you, I'd be very, very skeptical of the people that were pitching that. What sort of motivation do you have by pitching that there's some client list that doesn't exist, trying to get clicks, trying to drum up interest In a case like this, you have to make things up. There is so much there. I don't understand why people have to make things up. There is so much salacious bullshit. That's true. You. You don't have to make things up about a Wendigo or about a Chupacabra or about Bigfoot riding in on a unicorn. Save that nonsense. There is plenty Here. Back in February, Bondi told Fox News that a list of Epstein's clients was on her desk for review. I told you then that was a lie. I told you back in February that she was bullshitting you and that there's no list. And I caught some blowback from people that support President Trump. Shockingly enough, those same people are silent now. Well, I wonder why. Look, you can't trust the people in power to do the right thing. It doesn't matter who gets elected, it doesn't matter what administration's in office. Power protects power, and that's how it's always been, and that's how it's always going to be unless we change. But unfortunately, we keep voting for the same people and we keep sending the same people back to Washington. So when you do that, you're going to get the same results, Right? So it's no mystery to me why we find ourselves in the position that we find ourselves in. Questioned by reporters about the claim in recent days, her spokesman clarified that she had been referring to files in the case generally. Well, that's what I said from the jump. Just say the files. Why are you trying to talk about a list? See, the problem is people are disappointed. They thought Tom Hanks was going to be on this so called list and Oprah and, and all these other people, all these other Hollywood stars. But that's not what Epstein was up to. Oh, sure, he palled around with some people from Hollywood and some of the people you know were at his parties. But as far as the compromise operation, that wasn't for famous people. That was for scientists, that was for world leaders, for business magnates, and it wasn't for everybody. People get confused a whole lot when it comes to Epstein. And I keep hearing this word client thrown around like Jeffrey Epstein was Heidi fucking Fleiss. That's not what was going on here. And more times than not, the people spinning that bullshit are also the same people that were talking about this list. Maxwell's brother Ian told the Spectator that his sister has always denied any such list existed, saying his family was not surprised by Bondi's memo. My sister has always maintained that there was never such a thing. It never existed. He said if you prick a conspiracy, the balloon goes down and people wonder why they've been fooled. He called out Elon Musk and other high profile social media influencers for giving tremendous currency to conspiracy theories about the list, ultimately giving it a life of its own. That was always going to become a thorn in Trump's side. Well, I Don't disagree with that. And that's because I think they should have been truthful from the very beginning and, and told people what was what. But instead, they let the bullshit fester. They gave it fertile ground. And people in the know, who knew better, they propagated the myth of this list existing. And unfortunately for the Trump administration, now these chickens are coming home to roost, and it's becoming a gigantic problem for them. They've reached the end of the road. It's finished. For what it's worth, I think the president would be pleased that they've concluded that he said, yo, you know you're on the wrong side of history when the Maxwell family's singing your praises. Donald Trump needs to reverse course, and he needs to do it now. But instead, he keeps doubling down. And look, it's one thing to say the list doesn't exist, because it doesn't. It's another to act like what Epstein was up to was no big deal and just dismiss what's going on here as just a sick sideshow, especially considering the real sideshow is the fact that you folks in D.C. are trying to cover this up. That's the real sideshow. President Trump last week rebuked a reporter for asking about the Justice Department's memo telling them that the catastrophic flooding in Texas was more important. Trump has urged his supporters to not waste time and energy on the issue, as he continued to be pressed on it yesterday. He said Bondi had handled the controversy very well and that it was ultimately up to her. Oh, sure. Up to her, huh? Mr. I'm in charge of everything but this. They're setting Bondi up to be the fall guy, or fall woman, I should say. Just like they set up Acosta, whatever she thinks is credible should be released, he told reporters, before denying his name appeared in any of the records. But his allies, including House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson, have called for transparency. Leading MAGA voices, including Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Steve Bannon, and Megan Kelly, have also joined the call for the files to be released. How can anyone not want them released? Like, I don't understand. What are you worried about? Redact victims names? Everybody else gets outed. If you were breaking bread with Epstein, so what? That's your bad. Why were you doing it? Nobody made you go and have his food or accept his hospitality, but you did. So if your name shows up in the files, well, you're gonna have some questions to answer, and maybe it'll teach you a life lesson about who you choose to spend your time with. MAGA loyalists, among many others, have long theorized that the financier pedophile did not kill himself in his cell in 2019, as the coroner ruled. But this was also rubbish by Bondi's new memo, and in which she ruled out any foul play. So it's just MAGA people, huh? The Democrats aren't setting up a committee or anything like that. The truth is, any decent person, no matter your political bend, should be absolutely outraged by all of this, ian Maxwell said. Maxwell's statement has not changed his sister's opinion. She has long believed Epstein was murdered. I think there is more substance to different and opposing views that he was murdered, ian said. That is and remains my sister's view. For what it's worth, Ian said, while people seem to think this involves some James Bond figure slipping into the prison, he suggested a separate theory entirely. It seems to preclude another way in which that may have happened. Him actually paying someone in prison to kill him. Suicide by internal killing. I think he's close, but I don't think it was Epstein paying somebody to kill him. I think that the message was sent by Tartaglioni and then Epstein did what he did. When you look at this in hd, I think that's the only real plausible scenario. But of course I remain open to whatever evidence is out there and I'm not just going to get locked into one theory or another. If more evidence is provided, we'll follow it wherever it goes. As part of the probe into Epstein's death, around 11 hours of footage taken from inside the Metropolitan Correctional center in New York City on August 9th and 10th, 2009 was publicly revealed for the first time earlier this month following his arrest on multiple charges including sex trafficking. He was found unresponsive in his cell early in the morning of August 10th and was later declared dead in the hospital. The FBI and DOJ investigation into his death has concluded the same as the coroner, that Epstein committed suicide by hanging. CCTV footage from outside the cell appears to show the orange clad pedophile being led to his cell by a guard and being trailed by a second one at 7:49 on the night of August 9th. The two guards and Epstein can be seen walking across the common area as they move toward his cell, according to US News site Axios. The DOJ said that while the footage, which was taken between 7:40pm and 6:40am the next day, doesn't show a cell door, it would capture anyone moving to it. According to Axios, investigators examined the footage and found that between 10:40pm on August 9 and 6. 30pm on August 10, when Epstein was locked in his cell, no one was seen entering the area around his cell. The joint FBI and DOJ investigation concluded that Epstein was not murdered, nor did he blackmail powerful figures or keep a client list. The memo from the FBI and DOJ announced that no one involved in Epstein's case will follow Maxwell to prison, as no further charges will be filed. So let's just call this what it is. An insult. And not just to the survivors, but to the truth itself. We have the DOJ walking away from one of the ugliest, most well connected criminal networks in modern history. And in doing so, they left the door open for revisionists like Maxwell, but to try and rewrite history. But Glenn Maxwell was convicted in a court of law. The jury heard all the evidence. And the girls, now grown women, they stood up there and told us what she did. And yet here we are, watching her family try and suggest that it was all some kind of mistake. Look, the Maxwell family, they might have their own resources to push their own version of events. And the doj, they might be happy to let the whole thing drift into the rear view. But we're not going to forget. Not the crimes, certainly not the complicity, not the cowardice, and not the survivors who were brave enough to speak when everyone else was trying to stay quiet. The case may be closed, but the story isn't over. Not by a long shot. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
