And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. As the noise continues to pick up around Jeffrey Epstein and what Jeffrey Epstein was up to, I think it's important that we remember that there were real people who were abused here. Real women, real survivors, not just names and certainly not a hoax. So in this episode we're going to continue talking about the accusers who have come forward. And this time we're going to hear from Tila Davies. This article was published by CBS News and the headline photo shows Jeffrey Epstein with alleged teen victim. She did not realize he had a predatory plan for her. And there's no author here, so we're gonna say CBS staff a woman who says she suffered lasting damage from sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein when she was 17 years old sued as a state on Thursday. Tila Davies is joining other women who are speaking publicly about pain. They have long confronted it largely alone. Davies, 34, join the growing list of women who have sued the wealthy financier pedophile who died in August after he was found unresponsive in his jail cell and what a medical examiner labeled a suicide. A message seeking comment was left with a lawyer for Epstein's estate. And what you're going to notice as we go through these different allegations is that a lot of these girls have basically the same story. And what's interesting about that is that these girls don't even know each other for the most part. So they all have the same story about the same man, about the same people, about the same operation. And of course that lends credibility to what they're saying. When you have a bunch of people with the same story and they don't know each other, very hard for them to get together and make it up. She filed her lawsuit in Manhattan federal court, where a magistrate judge on Thursday urged lawyers for the estate and victims to negotiate how victims can be compensated for for injuries. Bennett Moskowitz, an attorney for the executors of Epstein's estate, said there is an extraordinary opportunity to avoid litigation and conserve judicial resources. What he meant by that was getting people to sign NDAs and then paying them peanuts. These girls got roughly a million dollars each. That's it. Meanwhile, the U. S. Virgin Islands got over, what, $200 million? 270 when you add everything all up, but the survivors, the girls that actually got abused. Yeah, we'll just give them a couple pennies and then make them sign NDAs. Make them sign a contract that says they can't go after anybody who's ever been employed by Epstein. Now, how in the is that okay? How is anybody okay with that? And the whole entire compensation fund was nothing more than a hustle. It was nothing more than a hustle. I mean, do I have to really point it out to you? If the US Virgin Islands gets more money than the people that are in the compensation fund, what does that tell you? Especially considering the allegations that were made against the usvi. The USVI shouldn't have had anything. Not a dollar, not one single cent. In fact, they should have been paying out a ton of money, but they weren't. Instead, they were stuffing their pockets as fast as they could. He said that a team of three would manage future claims, including Kenneth Feinberg, who oversaw the process for paying claims to victims of the 911 terrorist attacks and the BP oil spill. Yeah, because that worked out so well for them. Right, because everybody got so rich. It was a big joke then. It's an even bigger joke now that we know some of the details and we know the payouts. Davies appeared at a news conference with attorney Gloria Allred, who read a statement from her client that described herself as the perfect victim for a predator who took advantage of vulnerable underage teenagers and young women. Allred showed an undated photo of Davies with Epstein in a helicopter that she said showed them flying over the US Virgin Islands. Under the photo was a caption. She is smiling because she did not yet realize he had a predatory plan for her. Well, yeah, that's how it always worked. Right? Let me lure you in, get you into the Web, and then from there, I'll start to break you down piece by piece. And that's what we've seen time and time again when it comes to survivors who have come forward talking about what they suffered when they were with Epstein. Allred said her client had a difficult childhood that included being homeless for a year at the age 11. And again, you're going to notice a lot of this as we keep going forward. This is what they do. These are the exact girls they were looking for to do this. Sort of disgusting, too. Oh, a girl that doesn't have a father. Perfect. A girl that might have run on to hard times. Great. Oh, this girl's mom's a drug addict. Even better. Because to them, you, your kids, like I've said before, you don't mean anything to them. You're expendable. All you are is a piece to be moved. Not a human being. Not somebody with dreams or hopes or anybody who loves them or somebody who loves anybody else. You're just somebody to be used. Another avenue of pleasure for these sick degenerate. According to the lawsuit, Davies was raped and sexually abused by Epstein at his residences in New York, Paris, Florida, New York, and the US Virgin Islands. No investigation in New Mexico? None. The state kicked it to the feds. And the feds didn't do no, not a God dang thing. Oh, sure, they may pretend they were doing something, but Zorro Ranch never raided. Ask yourselves, how is that even possible? Now, imagine if El Chapo had seven houses in America. Do you think any of them would be left unrated? Look at Diddy. They raided all his houses, right? Why didn't they raid Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico pad? Why'd they wait? Why didn't they raid all the houses simultaneously? You know, in, like, every other investigation that's ever happened. But I guess it's just another coincidence, right? It took me a long time to break free from his mind control and abuse. Davey said in her statement, I still have flashbacks. It still hurts. She said she was speaking publicly to set an example and inspire all victims of sexual abuse to conquer their fear and tell someone. And silence was certainly another tool that was used by Epstein and. And his associates. One of the biggest weapons they had was silence. Knowing that these girls weren't going to tell anybody or, hell, that they didn't have anybody to tell was all part of it. The lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages, said the abuse ended when Epstein sent her home for good after she told him she was suffering from bulimia. Couldn't have that, right? Epstein couldn't have anybody with any kind of issue like that. You. You gotta go. Just like when you aged out. It was not the first time that Davies had appeared publicly. She also spoke along with other women at an August court hearing after Epstein's death. I'm still a victim because I am fearful for my daughters and everyone's daughters. I'm fearful for their future in this world where there are predators in power, a world where people can avoid justice if their pockets run deep enough, davey said at a hearing. And still to this day, that's what's happening.

Still to this day, people with dough, people with power, people with prestige can do whatever they want. And then you'll have the President of the United States get up there and call you a weakling if you care that these people are getting away with it. And that's something I just can't abide by. If you thought for one second we were going to sit here on this podcast and let that kind of bullshit occur, you have another thing coming. And the main reason is because there's a lot of women out there like Tila Davies, a lot of women that we still haven't heard from. And if it was my daughter, my sister, my friend, my mother, the last thing I would want is anybody to be moving on. The Davies lawsuit was filed the day after another woman anonymously sued Manhattan federal court against Epstein's estate, alleging that she was manipulated at age 16 by Epstein to be completely independent on him before repeatedly sexually assaulting her. Yeah, again, this is what he did. This was the mo. And look, I don't even have to tell you, as we go through these stories, you're going to see that emerge for yourself. You'll be able to put those pieces together because these women all tell basically the same story. The woman said in the lawsuit that she came to the United States as a young child with her parents from a war torn region of the world, the lawsuit said. She was living in New York and enjoying success as a model with numerous spreads in major fashion magazines when she met Epstein in 2004. The abuse over more than a year led her to quit modeling and feel humiliated, angry and and suicidal, the lawsuit said. And I can't even begin to imagine the damage that Epstein and Jean Luc Brunel did in places like Yugoslavia, places like Ukraine, places like Eastern Europe in general. We know that those scumbags were busy running a pipeline of girls from Eastern Europe through the modeling agency MC2, directly to Jeffrey Epstein and directly to the apartment building on East 66th. And numerous girls have come forward talking about that, how they were put there in that building. They were told they were going to have modeling careers and then they were given to Jeffrey Epstein's buddies. Time and time again we've heard that story. And a lot of those women, a lot of those girls were from Eastern Europe. And of course, that's another fold in the protection for Jeffrey Epstein and his operation. If the girls are in Eastern Europe, how could we ever get access to them to find out what happened? And that was all part of the plan to have these women, these girls in other countries where they could do whatever the they wanted. They had that pipeline directly to America, to Europe, and especially also to the Middle East. Nobody really talks about that, but there's no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was locked in when it comes to the house Assad, very close to the people that in that family, especially mbs and also like I said previously with the Khashoggis. So Jeffrey Epstein was committing these crimes on multiple continents. And I think that if we ever found out the true scope of what Epstein was up to, especially with Jean Luc Brunel, I think that it would be a very, very eye opening experience for a lot of people because the operation that they were running caused massive pain and suffering for a very, very large number of women and girls. CBS News does not identify the alleged victims of sex crimes unless they give their consent, which several Epstein accusers have done. And yeah, look, there's been a lot of women who have come forward and given their name and there's others who haven't. Some that filed under Jane Doe or Lisa Doe or other pseudonyms. And in this series where we're highlighting all of the voices of the survivors, you're going to hear from all of them. So get your barf bags ready because we're going to be diving into the belly of the Epstein beast. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

Episode: Teala Davies And The Lawsuit Filed Against Jeffrey Epstein
Host: Bobby Capucci

In this episode, host Bobby Capucci delves into the story of Teala Davies, one of the many survivors who filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate. This episode spotlights Teala Davies’ story as representative of the broader abuse, manipulation, and ongoing injustice endured by so many. Capucci not only criticizes those who enabled or profited from Epstein’s crimes, but also pledges to continue telling these stories—"diving into the belly of the Epstein beast"—until real justice is done.
