Interviewer / Questioner
What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up where we left off with Ted Waite and his conversation with Congress. Now it's Mr. Walkinshaw doing the questioning. Question thank you. Mr. Waite, what was your understanding of the relationship between President Trump and Epstein while you were dating Maxwell? Did you have any understanding of the relationship between Epstein and Trump? Mr. No. What was your understanding of the relationship between Trump and Maxwell at the time you and Ms. Maxwell were dating? Did you ever discuss it? Not that I can recall. So never throughout your relationship, you can't remember her mentioning at all any interaction she might have had with President Trump? No, because, I mean, he wasn't President then. Walkinshaw Donald Trump at the time Answer yeah, I don't remember any discussions question and no discussion of her or Epstein's opinion of Donald Trump at the time? Answer not that I can recall. Question I think that's all the questions I have. Thank you, Ms. Subranium. Thank you to answer both of my questions, but just to clarify, you are not aware of any of Ms. Maxwell's interactions with young girls while you were dating her, Is that correct? Answer, no. Summer Anium. And what did she say she was doing with Jeffrey Epstein at the time you were dating her? She described her role as estate manager, property management. Question. Did you ever visit any of those properties yourself? No. Question. And what did you think estate management meant? Answer. Typically hiring the housekeepers, the chefs, the drivers, working on decor maintenance. And did you ever visit Jeffrey Epstein's island? Wait, no. Did you ever fly on his plane? Wait, no. Did she ever bring up any details about estate management during the course of the relationship or talk about her work with Jeffrey Epstein with you? She never got into specifics with me. So you were dating her, but she never really talked about her work with Jeffrey Epstein? She was, at least what she told me she was minimizing and ramping out of, you know, the job with Mr. Epstein. She talked a lot about other businesses that she was investing in or other activities that she was doing, but not a lot about it. I don't recall any specific details about what she was doing for Mr. Epstein. Question. Since you're here, there's rumors out there that some form of extortion. Some people were wondering, were you ever told to give 10 million in exchange for information?

Interviewer / Questioner
Or will you offer $10 million in exchange for withholding information on Ghislaine Maxwell's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein? No. Okay. Thank you. That's all I have. Thank you. She said I can sneak in with some questions. So I'm going to pick up along the same theme that we were just discussing. I would like to introduce minority exhibit B, question one page. Again. I'll give you a moment to look it over. Question. So this is a similar account statement for October 2008. It appears to be Ms. Maxwell's personal account rather than the LLC we described previously. And there's a payment part way down. Looks like an October 23rd that appears to you from yourself for just under three grand. This was the only transfer during that time period that didn't match the $30,000 number. We wanted to just ask you whether you recall what this payment was for. I do not. Do you have any recollection of the distinction between at least the payment going to a personal account versus the others going to the llc? No. You can put that one away. I'll introduce minority exhibit C. Have you had a chance to look it over? Yes. Great. So this is an account statement from Ms. Maxwell's personal account. September of 2010. And it looks like on September 24th, there was a transfer from you for around $7.2 million. Quite a bit larger than the other payments we looked at. What was this payment for? This would have been at the end of our relationship. And what was the nature or reason for the payment? Ms. Maxwell was devastated by our breakup. I just felt it was the right thing to do. Not uncommon for people in my situation to do that. It was. We lived a fairly extravagant life. In hindsight, if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't have done it. Was the payment intended to go toward or living expenses? Yes. Did the payment have any connection to her legal trouble of any kind? No. And did the payment have any connection to the legal troubles of Mr. Epstein of any kind? No. All right, I'll introduce minority exhibit D. Question. I'll give you a moment to look it over. It's three pages, but all you need to focus on is the first page. So this is an FBI tip sheet from an anonymous caller in July of 2020. And we can see on the first page, towards the bottom, the caller says that the FBI should speak with you specifically. And Maxwell was the one in charge of getting the girls. And wait, was there and knows what was going on. Just to start with, do you have any idea who this caller may have been? No question. Do you have any sense of why the caller would have said this about you? Answer. No question. And to reiterate, do you have any knowledge of any role Ms. Maxwell may have had in getting girls or young women for sexual activity with Mr. Epstein? Answer. No question. I'll introduce Minority Exhibit E. Mr. Scaldini, just with respect to Exhibit E, did the FBI ever contact you? Mr. Waite? No question. I'll give you a moment to look that over as well. There's only a little bit of content specifically related to you at the very end of the document. But you're welcome to look the whole thing over. Ms. Callan. Yeah. I just want to note for the record that this is an FBI document, not any communication between Mr. Waite and anyone that we've discussed today. I would have described it that way myself. Anyway, is there any particular place we should focus our attention? Yeah, there is. Just a little bit, as I said at the very back, that relates to your client. But you're welcome to look at the whole thing other if you'd like to. Scaldani. Thank you. Question. So this is an FBI intake form summarizing outreach from somebody named Peter Naminkos. And Mr. Naminkos called the FBI National Threat Operations center in July of 2020 to report information about Ms. Maxwell. Do you recognize the name Peter Nominkos? Answer no. Question have you ever met or interacted with, as far as you know, somebody by that name? Answer not that I can recall. Question so towards over the course of the document, Mr. Namiko says. Pardon me, he said that towards the end, the owner of Gateway Computer, Ted Waite and Jeffrey Epstein, were in some sort of relationship beyond friendship at this time and from context, the time he is describing is around 2012, do you have any idea why Mr. Nomikos might have meant by a relationship beyond friendship? Answer no. I can just assume we both had a relationship with her at some point in the past. Question And I think Mr. Nomiko's claim was that you were in some kind of relationship beyond friendship with Epstein. Question Jeffrey Epstein. Callan. Yeah, I think he misunderstood the question. Wait. Oh, Callan. I think your question is, did Mr. Wade and Jeffrey Epstein have a relationship beyond friendship? And the answer to that is no. Not even friendship, to be clear. Question. You're correct that that's my question and I would have happily clarified that for your client. So the claim, I think from Mr. Nomikos was that yourself and Mr. Epstein had had some kind of relationship beyond friendship. Do you have any idea why Mr. Nomikos would have said that? Answer no. Ms. Callan, do we even know gets cut off by Ted Waite? That's not the way I read it, but yeah. And do we even know that this person is a real person? Because this is just someone who called the FBI. I don't think I described it as anything more than that. Okay. How would you have characterized your relationship with Mr. Epstein in 2012?

Interviewer / Questioner
that there was no relationship. Mr. Skaldani, for the sake of thoroughness, did the FBI ever contact you in response to this? No. All right, I'll introduce minority exhibit F. Question by this is a short document. I will give you just a moment to look it over. So this is an email chain from October of 2004 between yourself and Ms. Maxwell. The subject is WG Wicked Ghulaine. Ms. Maxwell first says forgot to mention what price I exacted for my car and funding of the 318 year olds trip. You reply do tell you naughty girl. More importantly, do you recall what this email chain related to? No. Do you recall having any understanding of who the three 18 year olds were? No. Question do you recall whether Ms. Maxwell had a lot of interactions with 18 year olds that you would have been aware of? Answer no. Other than like kid, friend, friends, friends, kids, children or something? Question yes. So given that context and looking at this email, I understand sitting here now, do you have any sense of what she might have been relating to with the 318 year old strip? Answer no. Sorry. Question I'll introduce minority exhibit G. Question so this is an email chain between yourself and Ms. Maxwell in April of 2004. It looks like context is describing planning for some kind of trip. If I could just direct you to the top of the second page. So the last four digits at the bottom corner would be 9059. And if you look at the top of that, that's the email from Ms. Maxwell that reads massage is booked for four in the hotel room, not a hotel masseuse. So I'll ask you in a literal sense, did you ever receive a massage from somebody who was introduced to you or arranged by Jeffrey Epstein or Glenn Maxwell? Answer I assume a therapeutic or a sports massage? Question do you have any recollection in this example what sort of massage that would be in relation to? Answer I don't recall for Sure. I think this email looks like I was playing in a golf tournament and I always had back trouble, so it could have been, you know, for my back. Question and do you have any recollection of that kind of massage having been arranged by Ms. Maxwell other than looking at this email? Do you have any specific recollection of that having been something that happened more than once? Or is it just looking at this email you believe that this time that occurred? Just looking at this email? I typically get weekly therapeutic massages. And do you have any recollection of this particular massage or who the masseuse was? Answer no Question. Do you have any sense either recalling back to then or sitting here now of the phrase not a hotel masseuse and what that might mean? Answer, I assume that there were, that there were better quality or sports oriented. Question, did you understand Ms. Maxwell to have any kind of specific expertise related to massages? Did she ever talk about massages or say, hey, I know a lot, an awful lot about masseuses if you ever want me to arrange one. I remember one time she stretched like stretch me and was quite good at that. But it was like, you know, I don't recall her talking about being a massage expert, you know. Question and did you ever agree in sexual activity with someone who gave you a massage and was introduced to you by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell? Absolutely not. I think that is a good time to go off the record. All right folks, we're gonna wrap up right here as well. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
