The nearly six-hour congressional interview focused on why Bill Gates continued meeting with Jeffrey Epstein after Epstein's 2008 conviction, what Gates knew about Epstein's conduct, and whether Epstein attempted to gain leverage over him. Gates...

What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode we're going to pick up where we left off with the Bill Gates interview with Congress Spectre. We can go on the record. Mr. Gates, during the majority's first hour, we discussed one draft email that was sent by Mr. Epstein himself. There is a second, somewhat similar email. I'll enter that into the record as Majority Exhibit 3. It's an email also from July 18, 2013, this time at 1:33pm It's Bates marked as EFTA 01967-5528. I'll give you a second to look at it. Have you seen this email before? Only as part of the release of the Epstein files. So you had not seen this email until it was released publicly by the Department of Justice, is that right? That's right. Question had you seen any email that was similar to it or close to it, or you'd seen nothing like this before? Nothing like this? Question what was your reaction when you saw this in the Epstein files? Answer it looked like. It looks like Epstein is suggesting, well, it's an email to himself, so who knows if he ever sent it to Dr. Nikolic. But it looks like he's musing on using a mixture of facts and falsities as an effort, almost like a blackmail, to advance some goal in improving Dr. Nikolic negotiating position as part of his exit from my employee question. I'll read parts of the email into the record, starting with near the top. It's at the third sentence. You've decided to discharge me from my job. Had Larry, you're a PR person tell me that I engaged in morally inappropriate behavior and then asked me to be a major actor in a cover up. So that you can maintain the reputation that you've worked so hard to achieve. End quote. For the record, is it fair to say that the person being referenced here, Larry, your PR person, is Larry Cohen? Answer well, Larry was not my PR person, but in a word, speculating on who a person who, particularly in the email and to himself, you know, generated literally dozens of false things. That sentence may refer to Larry Cohen, but he was not my PR person. Question Fair enough, but was Mr. Cohen involved in any way in the discussions about Mr. Nikolic? Dr. Nikolic departure? Answer yes. Question thank you. Did you direct Larry Cohen to tell Mr. Nikolic that he had engaged in morally inappropriate behavior? Answer no. Question Did Larry Cohen, to your knowledge, ever tell Dr. Nikolic that he had engaged in morally inappropriate behavior? I don't believe so. Question have you talked to Mr. Cohen about that? Answer no. Question have you ever had any discussion with Mr. Cohen about this email since seeing it in the Epstein files? Answer no. Question do you believe that Dr. Nikolage had engaged in a morally inappropriate behavior? Answer well, depending on how you characterize, is not telling my wife about affairs I'd had. That's the extent of it. Question did you ever tell Dr. Nikolage explicitly to keep these affairs, his knowledge of these affairs, private? Answer no, I did not. In fact, you'll see an email from me where I say during the exit negotiations that if they're trying to change the terms away from what was agreed upon before Epstein's involvement, that we won't reach agreement. And that involves, I mean, you can pull all the exact email, but I say if that involves things being disclosed about me, I'll just bear the pain. But I'm not going to change my offer to Dr. Nikolic as part of the exit agreement. Question I understand. Let's go back a little bit further, though. When Dr. Nikolic first became aware of these two affairs at that point in time, I think I asked you earlier if you had ever discussed the affairs with Dr. Nikolic, but did you ever initially tell Dr. Nikolic that you expected him to keep this as a secret for you? I did not. So you just assumed that he wouldn't share it? We never discussed it. How long? From the start of the first affair to when you told me. How long was that? Probably several years. Several years or seven? Sorry, I said several years. Several years. So over the course of those several years, you never had a conversation with Dr. Nikolic asking him to kind of keep this a secret? I did not. I'll continue reading. It's a little bit further down, still near the top, it says, larry has now asked me to recommit to a confidentiality agreement and have categorically told me that you were of firm mind that we should no longer have any direct ongoing business relationship with a total disregard for its impact on the public perception of my reputation. You have requested that I diligently avoid the truth, tell people that Bill will not invest with me, and craft answers that suits yours and Melinda's needs. I think you've already answered part of my questions about this, but I guess I'll ask in a different way. Did you have any as part of his position or otherwise, did you have any confidentiality agreement with Dr. Nikolic about anything? I'm not sure. You're not aware of whether you had any legal non disclosure agreement or anything of the sort with Dr. Nikolic? I'm not. And let me just be clear. You with him or the Gates foundation or any of the other ventures, do you know if those entities had non disclosure agreements with Dr. Nikolic? Answer. You know, Dr. Nikolch, I assume when he worked for the foundation, which had ended, you know, a long time before this, there may be a standard non disclosure as part of that. I don't know. Likewise, when he joins Gates Ventures, there may be some standard non disclosure, but I was never part of any discussion about that with anyone, including Dr. Nikolic. Question and if there was a non disclosure agreement with Dr. Nikolic that you were not aware of that wouldn't have anything to do with the affairs, is that fair to say? Answer no. As I told you, I sent an email that if they were trying to ask for a change in the exit package, then I said I would just bear the pain of whatever disclosures resulted thereafter. Question by Mr. Grant. Question and since the topic of non disclosure agreements have been brought up, at any point, did you or any of your representatives or agents ask anyone to sign a non disclosure agreement or other agreement in connection to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell or any of their crimes? Answer no. Question and have you or any of your representatives or agents had conversations about non disclosure agreements with victims or their lawyers related to Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell? Answer no. Question and at any point did you or any of your representatives secure a settlement in connection to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell or any of their victims? Answer no question thank you Mr. Spectre. Doing the questioning again now. Question I'll continue reading. I'll read just a portion of this one. It starts with I can assure you that if the shoe was on the other foot, I would have said, boris, this is not your fault. Mr. Gates, can you point out where he is? Mr. Morin Yep, Gates okay, there you are. Question I can assure you that if the shoe was on the other foot I would have said, boris, this is not your fault. I confessed to Melinda. You didn't. It was in a moment of weakness and I promise that will do anything within my power to make it right for you. I have more money than anyone needs and I do my utmost to structure something that you will not be penalized for my error. I'll end reading the quote there, but he goes on to kind of describe what it is that you should have done for Dr. Nicolic. Again, I think I asked you about this a little bit earlier, but it seems to be characterizing the nature of Dr. Nikolic departure as being about, you know, your confession to your ex wife to your then wife. Did your wife ever meet with Dr. Nikolic directly to discuss this answer not to my knowledge. Question the next portion that I'll read, it's a little bit further down near the bottom. What I did receive, however. Question okay, let's track that. Okay, here we are. Question what I did receive, however, was an unfriendly, strongly worded email telling me how employable I am and that I should not look for you for any significant financial help in the future. Tad insulted the injury. You then subsequently, with tears in your eyes, implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda, and the description of your penis.

You also made clear to me that I'm not to refer to redacted as that is another topic that must remain between the two of us. In return for all these requests, which I would have done without a second thought, I am not to attend meetings with Melinda. I should continue to provide the same level of service and dedication that I have so diligently until you are ready to discard me and our friendship sometime after the first of the year. So there's a lot going on here. Just initially, Dr. Nikolitch, or again Mr. Epstein seems to be referring to a strongly worded email and it seems you may have sent that to Dr. Nikolic. Do you recall what that might have been? No. I mean at some point I told him that would he have talked to me about leaving and go do venture capital? That would have to happen fairly quickly because Melinda and I agreed that he should leave my employee question your discussion in person or over email with Dr. Nikolic about his departure, were they in your view generally cordial or was it a contentious interaction? Answer well, there's two times. There's the time before he involves Epstein where I would say there were cordial. Then he sort of cedes to Epstein and Epstein. You know, none of the stuff of this came up in email, but at most he made veiled threats like we should remain friends. But I chose not to change the exit offer that I made and I made it clear that I would bear whatever disclosures came out of our failure to reach a fair exit agreement question. So over the course of you not being willing to change your position, things may have gotten a little bit more contentious between gets cut off by Bill gates, not with Dr. Nikolic. But you know, Epstein actually came out to Seattle one time during these discussions and you know, it was weird because I said, you know, I got an offer that treats him fairly and if you heard ask for more than that, I'm not changing it. And in fact I did not change it. We reached the agreement and Dr. Nikolic left my employee. Question we'll get into that meeting in Seattle in a little while. However, I'll note for you now that it seems to have occurred on August 8, 2013. This email is from July 18, 2013. So this email seems to predate whatever that meeting was. I'm just trying to understand, you know, maybe it was strongly worded email, maybe it was something in person. But when did the contentious nature of the interactions with Dr. Nikolic or Mr. Epstein arise? Answer There was never any contentious nature with Dr. Nikolic and it's hard to characterize the Epstein stuff because there was never a direct threat of any kind. There was always this veiled language like we should remain friends, you know, which made me wonder what Dr. Nikolic had shared with him. But as I said, I responded to all of that with a great deal of clarity. You can introduce that email or not. Question so the portion that I just read, it also makes reference to the fact that you the email says that you implored me to please delete the emails regarding your STD and your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give Melinda and the description of your penis. Did you ever tell Dr. Nikolic to delete emails in general? I did not. Question did you ever send Dr. Nikolic an email that included the three things I just described? Answer I never had an STD. I never described my penis to Dr. Nikolic. What's the other one I've said I may have indicated some concern about whether I had an std. I don't recall that. But I never had an std. I never gave medicine to anyone covertly. And just for the record, during the time you were concerned that you might have an infection, did you ever discuss or consider surreptitiously giving antibiotics to your then wife? I did not. Alright folks, we're gonna wrap up right here. And in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we left off. Episode: The Bill Gates Epstein Related Congressional Transcripts (Part 8)
Date: June 28, 2026
Host: Bobby Capucci
In this episode, host Bobby Capucci continues dissecting the recently released congressional transcript of Bill Gates’ testimony regarding his connections to Jeffrey Epstein, with a particular focus on communications involving Dr. Boris Nikolic (a former Gates advisor), Larry Cohen (a Gates PR associate), and the nature of disputes and confidentiality expectations around Gates' extramarital affairs. This is Part 8 in a series focused on Gates’ congressional questioning, highlighting new evidence and unpacking how Epstein is alleged to have manipulated information for leverage.
Gates is questioned at length about the existence of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or confidentiality pacts with Nikolic.
Gates insists he was "never part of any discussion about" any NDAs involving Nikolic, whether with himself, Gates Ventures, or the Gates Foundation (06:20).
Gates emphatically denies ever asking anyone to sign an NDA in connection with Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, or any of their crimes, and denies any settlements or legal arrangements tied to their victims (07:30).
Quote:
— Gates (07:30): “No, I did not. In fact, you'll see an email from me...if they're trying to change the terms away from what was agreed upon before Epstein's involvement, that we won't reach agreement, and that involves...if that involves things being disclosed about me, I'll just bear the pain. But I'm not going to change my offer to Dr. Nikolic as part of the exit agreement.”
The transcript describes an "unfriendly, strongly worded email" from Gates to Nikolic, bluntly ending financial expectations and referencing sensitive correspondence on sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and requests for antibiotics (09:40, 11:39).
Quote:
— (Epstein/Email, read by Bobby, 09:40):
“You then subsequently, with tears in your eyes, implore me to please delete the emails regarding your STD, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda, and the description of your penis.”
Gates’ rebuttal: categorically denies ever having an STD, never describing his penis to Nikolic, and never covertly giving medicine to anyone (13:23).
Quote:
— Gates (13:23): “I never had an STD. I never described my penis to Dr. Nikolic. I may have indicated some concern about whether I had an STD. I don’t recall that. But I never had an STD. I never gave medicine to anyone covertly.”
On non-disclosure agreements:
“At any point, did you or any of your representatives...ask anyone to sign a non-disclosure agreement...in connection to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, or any of their crimes? No.” (07:30)
On Epstein’s manipulation attempts:
“It looks like Epstein is suggesting, well, it’s an email to himself, so who knows if he ever sent it...using a mixture of facts and falsities—almost like a blackmail...” (Bill Gates, 02:00)
On the “strongly worded email”:
“Question: Did you ever send Dr. Nikolic an email that included the three things I just described?
Answer: I never had an STD. I never described my penis to Dr. Nikolic.” (13:23)
On maintaining boundaries with Epstein:
“At most, he made veiled threats like ‘we should remain friends.’...I made it clear I would bear whatever disclosures came out of our failure to reach a fair exit agreement.” (Gates, 12:18)
