What's up everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, there's a lot of questions that remain unanswered. But I don't think there is any question that we're witnessing one of the biggest cover ups in the history of America. And the person at the helm of that cover up is Pam Bondi. Now, of course, she gets her marching orders from Donald Trump, but she doesn't have to follow his directions if she doesn't want to. She's doing it willingly. She's doing it because she cares more about protecting Donald Trump, the administration and the donors then she does about justice. And she's brazen about it. It's not like she's, you know, being coy. She showed up to that hearing ready to scrap. Right? Had a hit list, the whole thing out here like it's a battle rap, lady. We're talking about thousands of people who were abused and a whole ass country who was on to your and who is tired of being lied to and deceived. And she gets up there with so much contempt for the rest of us. Right? Oh, she'll couch it as I'm just being somebody who's strong for the administration. But that's not your job. Your job is to pursue justice wherever it leads, even if it leads to the White House. That's your job. Your job, Todd Blanche's job, is not to protect the administration from embarrassment. It's to follow the law and to do as Congress instructs you. But of course, Pam Bondi and the rest of the wild, out of control knuckleheads that are running the doj, they're doing whatever they want. So once again, I ask you, when is Congress going to step in and stop them? Today we have an article from USA Today and the headline, it's up to Congress to disrupt Pam Bondi's Epstein cover up. This article was authored By Chris Brennan, U.S. attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice have been openly violating a federal law for two and a half months to shield President Donald Trump from transparency in the metastasizing Epstein file scandal. 100%. And look, let me say it again. I don't think that we've seen the evidence that points to Donald Trump taking part in this abuse. Not concrete evidence. But I do think that there was certainly enough of an allegation and strong enough allegations for there to have been a real investigation into those allegations made against Donald Trump. And the big problem here is that that information, the 302s and the corresponding documentation that go along with it were hidden from us. So that's a big problem. And it leads people to ask the question, if there's nothing to see, why are you hiding it? And that's why I'm telling you that the COVID up is going to be worse than anything for all of these people that are involved. Mark my words. And now Bondi will get a second chance at explaining herself in Congress. But based on her last performance before the U. S. House Judiciary Committee in February, expect only more pathetic theatrics and zero acceptance of accountability. At some point that has to end. And you know what's going to happen, right? The next administration's going to take the reins and then when their person gets up there to be questioned, they're going to have the same exact theatrics, the same histrionics and then the other side is going to cry about that. But remember that you're cheering for Pam Bondi and her bullshit. So that means that you're approving it, right? So when it happens from the other side, I don't want to hear. But you know you're going to because that's the way it goes. If my quote unquote team's doing it, it's okay. But if the other side does it, time to throw a fit. Meanwhile, those of us who haven't been in sourceled by either side are looking at both sides saying you're ruining the country. Stop your. It's time to come to the middle and have some discussions. But no, let's just dig those bunkers deeper. It's all hella tiresome, honestly and it's exactly what these people want. Still, something has shifted since Bondi rolled into that February 11th House hearing with pre printed dim witted insults for the Democrats who wanted to know why so many documents from The Epstein files, especially ones naming Trump, have been withheld from public release or deleted from the DOJ's website soon after being released. Hold up, Are these the same Democrats that just voted for us not to see the hush fund? You know, the one that all their buddies used to pay off accusers who accused them? Talk about hypocrisy. And this is what I mean. It's both sides playing politics, trying to throw some red meat to their base, and it's all getting very, very tiresome. And at some point, the adults need to step up and take the reins back. The problem is we don't have any adults left in the room. Just a bunch of wannabe influencers playing politics. Republicans largely back Bondi after her last hearing, even after the Attorney General inadvertently revealed that her department was secretly tracking what members of Congress search for when given private access to unredacted Epstein files. Oh, I'm pretty sure they're searching everybody. So if you access those files, they're probably logging it. Oh, what, you think that's above them? I don't remember who we're dealing with here. People that would actually try and glaze over what Jeffrey Epstein did. They're capable of anything. Now, five Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee joined all of the Democrats on March 4 to vote 24 to 19 to subpoena Bondi to explain why she has been instrumental in orchestrating the White House's cover up of the Epstein files. Well, let's be very clear, okay? She's just doing what she's told to do. The person at the head of this whole entire cover up is Donald Trump. He's the one giving all the orders. He's the one telling these people what they should and shouldn't do. And in my opinion, the buck should stop with him. Now, of course, Pam Bondi should go. There is no doubt about it. She's not capable of doing this job. Where are all those arrests for, you know, the election. I thought the election was stolen. What happened to that? I thought Leticia James was going to prison. And James Comey and everybody else, anybody in prison, how those prosecutions going. But the good news is the dow was over 50 for a minute. U.S. representative Nancy Mace, a Republican from South Carolina who has pushed for the release of the Epstein file, said in a social media post, the committee wants to know why the DOJ is more focused on shielding the powerful than delivering justice. Pretty simple. Her boss told her to. I mean, are they really that dense? They don't understand what's going on here, we know the answer to that. They know what's going on, but they're playing politics. Notice none of them talk about the NPA or getting rid of it. Instead, they focus on this shit. And I gotta tell you, it's all performative. What's gonna happen to Bondi anyway? Even if she perjures herself again, nobody's gonna do anything. Not like she's gonna be sanctioned. Not like anyone's gonna step up to the table and do their job from an oversight standpoint. So what's it even matter? It looks like Bondi will finally face some tough questions from members of her own political party about she has botched the release of the Epstein files and that's long overdue. Well, I would say so, but I have my doubts if the Republicans are going to hold her accountable. They haven't done so yet, but they're going to now. And frankly, as terrible as Kristi Gnome is at her job, Pam Bondi is just as bad. I mean, you're going to get rid of Kristi Gnome, you might as well get rid of Pam Bondi, right? Let them both go and be part of the Shield of Americas, whatever the that is. And speaking of the Shield of Americas, how much is that costing me? U. S? Representative Thomas Massey, a Republican from Kentucky who co sponsored the Epstein Files Transparency act, was the only member of his party who who challenged the Attorney general in the February 11 hearing. Massie later mock Bondi's performance on social media and then did news interviews to criticize her. And now, of course, they're coming at Massey hard. A whole bunch of people with Arab or Islamic last names donated to Massie, and they're trying to make it out like it's Hezbellah who is donating to Massie, or like Hamas showed up in Mass, no pun intended, to give Massie some money. But the truth is it's citizens who gave him this money who happen to be Arabic or happen to be Muslim, who agree with what Massey's doing and what's wrong with that, but they're not entitled to do the same thing. They can't donate money because they're a different religion or something. I don't get it. What's the beef here? Especially as they rake in a bunch of foreign money of their own. So I don't understand the criticism when it comes to that. Especially because it's private citizens who are donating the money. Now, if the country of Qatar was donating money to Thomas Massie, you better believe I'd have some questions. But when you have private citizens doing it, people should mind their business. Worry about your own bag, worry about your own money, worry about who you're donating to. Worry about what you're doing. Probably a good idea.

Buses need more room than cars. Everyone can help keep our roads safe. Next time you're driving, remember to give buses plenty of time and space to finish turning before driving ahead. Lets all plan to share the road safely. Learn how at www.sharetheroadsafely.gov Bondi made herself an easy target for critics in that hearing. Her testimony was all about defending Trump while dodging questions about the Epstein files. At one point she declared that the Dow Jones Industrial average is over 50,000 right now and that's what we should be talking about at a hearing about Epstein. Let's talk about the Dow. Nah, there's no cover up here. You have to be head all the way in the sand to not see that there is a cover up here, that there's been a cover up here and there continues to be one. And unless we force the issue, that shit's going to continue. The Dow Jones is now below 48, 000 by Bondi's logic, if you dare to call it that. We're now free again to talk about the Epstein files. When. Well isn't that nice? The Pam Bondi rules. The rule of the Dao we'll call it if it's over 50,000. Hush hush. We can only talk about the Dow Nothing else. But if it's under 50,000, we'll all bet her off. Is this lady insane? Like, seriously, what is wrong with her? The Epstein Files Transparency act was passed in the House and Senate in November with all Democrats in support and just one Republican voting against it. That was 427 to 1. And Trump, who desperately tried to defeat the legislation, reluctantly signed it into law while insisting the files were some sort of hoax, a show of disrespect to the women who accused Epstein of abuse and are still calling for justice. And that's one of the biggest problems. When this dude came out and called it a hoax and call people traitors, he declared war. And the independents out there, they were listening, and that's why he's losing all that support. With independence now, of course, with the war popping off, that's going to get some people rallied around them. There's no doubt. That's what war does, right? People rally around the flag, rally around their country, and they want to win the war. I get it. But me, personally, I'm not getting thrown off the scent. I'm going to continue talking about this, continue demanding transparency, continue demanding justice, just like I have been for the last seven years. And guess what? When the hostilities with Iran finally come to an end, and they will, this story is still going to be there. It's not going anywhere. The law set a Dec. 19 deadline for the DOJ to release the documents compiled during investigations into Trump's former friend, the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who died in federal prison in 2019 during Trump's first term while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. The files also cover the crimes of convicted sex trafficker Ghisne Maxwell, Epstein's longtime accomplice, who is now serving a 20 year prison sentence. While Trump openly muses about pardoning her bro. That would just be one of the worst decisions in the history of worst decisions. Imagine pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell. Good God. The law called for transparency, but the DOJ has released only about half the 6 million documents in the Epstein files. And Bondi insisted in a February letter to Congress, just three days after her disastrous Judiciary Committee stunt, that all the Epstein files had been released. Clearly, the job is not done if the only job is protecting Trump. And I honestly have no idea how you can look at this as anything but that at this point. Protecting Trump and the people that donated to Trump and the people around him. Media outlets for weeks have been scrutinizing the Epstein files as they trickled out in batches well past the December 19 deadline. Some documents that mentioned was a picture Trump vanished from the DOJ website after journalists viewed them. And if you don't think that they're logging us as well, you're crazy. They are. I wouldn't be surprised if they're making a database. On February 26, the Justice Department said that it would investigate whether it improperly withheld or deleted files, including FBI interview summaries, of a woman who told agents in 2019 that Trump had sexually assaulted her when she was a minor. The Wall street journal on March 3 reported that the DOJ had withheld more than 4,000 40,000 documents from the Epstein files, including that woman's unverified allegations against Trump. A spokesperson told the journal that 47,635 files were taken offline and that the department was conducting a review. Another review, huh? I guess all that time you had previously with all those lawyers wasn't good enough. Or is it you guys just missed it and you had to go back and reevaluate. God forbid President Trump is embarrassed. And just to be clear, I'm not saying that those allegations are true. I don't know what I am telling you. And what I'm confident about is that no real investigation took place. That's my beef. And I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but. Time for special counsel. The Department of Justice on March 5 told USA Today that it was restoring about 50, 000 documents that had been removed from its website after media scrutiny drew attention to the matter. On March 6, DOJ released FBI interviews with a woman whose accusations the White House called completely baseless. And look, they might be. Can we have a real investigation, though? Is that too much to ask? God forbid, what if it was your daughter? Let's state the obvious point here. A government agency credibly accused of running a cover up to protect the president can't credibly review the behavior of the people accused of running the COVID up. Point blank, period. Bondi proved that recently when, in response to a growing tide of ethics complaints filed with the state Bar association against DOJ lawyers, she proposed a way to stall independent investigations into that behavior. She offered a new federal regulation that would suspend bar association probes until the DOJ first investigated a complaint with no timeline for how long that could take the DOJ of the COVID up. Baby, they ain't ever met a cover up they didn't like, especially if that means it's going to protect Donald Trump and his buddies. You see the theme here, Bondi is not in the justice business. She's in the COVID up business. And if protecting Trump requires tossing a childish tantrum in Congress or using government regulation to hide bad behavior, that's exactly what she's going to do. And that's exactly what the House Oversight Committee members, Republicans and Democrats, should question her about. Plow through her theatrics to disrupt her covers. Well, I hope so. I really hope they do, but I don't have any faith in it. The Democrats are going to play politics and the Republicans are going to play cover. And the rest of us, well, we're just going to get played. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the Description box.

Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: May 25, 2026
This episode of The Epstein Chronicles, hosted by Bobby Capucci, centers on allegations of a continuing cover-up in the Jeffrey Epstein case, with a particular focus on U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi’s role in withholding key evidence and obstructing Congressional investigations. Capucci dissects Pam Bondi's controversial actions during Congressional hearings and the wider implications for justice, transparency, and accountability, particularly regarding potentially damaging information about former President Donald Trump. Throughout, Capucci maintains a fiery, uncompromising tone, scrutinizing both Democratic and Republican actions and calling out hypocrisy across the political spectrum.
On Bondi’s brazenness:
On perpetual partisanship:
On the DOJ monitoring Congress:
On the futility of current oversight:
On lack of justice for victims:
| Timestamp | Topic | |-----------|-------| | 00:44 | Opening critique of Pam Bondi’s allegiance to Trump and centrality in cover-up | | 02:02 | Discussion of lack of concrete evidence against Trump, need for investigation | | 03:49 | Critique of theatrics and partisanship in Congressional hearings | | 05:12 | Calling out Democratic hypocrisy on hush funds | | 06:24 | DOJ’s secret monitoring of Congress members viewing Epstein files | | 07:09 | On lack of real consequences for Bondi’s alleged perjury | | 09:41 | Defense of Thomas Massie and campaign donation controversy | | 11:36 | Bondi's distraction with the Dow Jones at congressional hearing | | 13:03 | Details on the delayed and partial release of Epstein documents | | 13:35 | Trump's musings on pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell | | 16:10 | Insistence on the need for a special counsel and lack of trust in DOJ self-investigation | | 17:05 | Details on Bondi’s proposed regulations to stall ethics investigations |
Capucci’s analysis paints a picture of deep politicization and institutional resistance to transparency in the Epstein scandal’s legal aftermath. Through biting commentary and pointed critiques of both parties, he argues that real accountability is impossible under current conditions—unless Congress asserts itself forcefully against the executive branch’s ongoing obfuscation. The episode leaves listeners with a sense of frustration and urgency, echoing the demand for a nonpartisan, independent investigation into the full scope of Epstein’s network and the officials who may have abetted its concealment.
