What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Now, I know this is going to come as a surprise, but the DOJ has not exactly been honest with us about the methods that they used when it comes to redactions. And now, according to a new report, that there was a flag list, which was a list of topics that should be flagged as they're going through the documents, so. So that those documents could be reviewed further to make sure they weren't politically explosive or damaging to the administration or the administration's friends. And, of course, who was directly in the middle of all of it? You guessed it. Todd, baby Billy Blanche. In this episode, we have an article from Raw Story, and the headline, scrambling DOJ rushed to shut Epstein case as Flag List Surfaced big names. This article was authored by Jordan Green. Days after an explosive meeting at the White House Situation Room last July to address a crisis threatening to engulf the Trump administration, FBI Director Cash Patel sought clarity on how the scandal might implicate powerful men linked to Jeffrey Epstein, addressing Patel as boss and citing prior discussion between the two. An FBI official from the Bureau Information Management Division responded by sending the director an email with a collection of spreadsheets named Flagged Item Lists based on guidance calling on FBI personnel tasked with redacting material from the Epstein files to flag items of interest for discussion with DOJ attorneys. The FBI official informed Patel that the list included public figures, potentially classified information, potential CSAM, etc. So there's a lot we don't have, okay? And the people out there that want to think that all these files have been released, stop being dumb. I mean, honestly. Oh, they're duplicative. They have nothing to do with what's going on. Cool. Let us see them. Let us decide that. Because at this point, nobody trusts you, Todd Blanche. Nobody. The guidance to flag these sensitive items from the Epstein files came from the Department of Justice. Assistant Director Shannon Perry informed Patel. Heading the effort for the Department of Justice was Todd Blanche. Then the Deputy Attorney General and formerly President Donald Trump's criminal defense lawyer, Blanch, is now awaiting confirmation as Attorney General from the US Senate. Like I've told you from the jump, Todd baby Billy Blanche and his disgusting fingerprints all over this, and he's gonna have to own it. This is his legacy. Keep that in mind. This Epstein nonsense, that's going to be Todd Blanche's legacy. That's what people are going to remember him for. The man who whitewashed the Epstein scandal. Talk about a shitty legacy. The email from Perry and other documents about sensitive items flagged for review by the DOJ is, including references to public figures, was quietly released by the FBI last week and are being reported here for the first time. The material in the flagged items list had already been turned over to the Department of Justice four months earlier. Perry told Patel in a July 21, 2025 email. Remember, this all started about a year ago now when this all blew up again. And this has been going on since. And the fact that we still don't have a special counsel after all this bullshit is just insane to me. I mean, how much more nonsense are we going to take now? Hopefully, if there's a new Congress after the election, they get their shit together, but I'm not confident. We all know that power protects power. The items were produced as part of the approved project plan per DOJ's guidance titled Flag Items of Interest for discussion with DOJ attorneys that were redacted. The internal discussion at the FBI about public figures potentially implicated in the scandal was starkly different from an awkward public memo jointly released with the DOJ exactly two weeks earlier that cited an exhaustive review of investigative holdings relating to Jeffrey Epstein and the federal agency's commitment to transparency. Remember the nonsense they tried to pitch to us with that letter? Oh, there's nothing left to see. Nobody needs to be investigated. You need to move on. Meanwhile, they're hiding a bunch of bullshit, they're protecting a bunch of people, and they're lying directly to the American public. The material, the agency said, did not expose any additional third parties to allegations of illegal wrongdoing and did not uncover evidence that that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties. Imagine going through everything we've went through, looking at all those documents, all those court documents, all the allegations, and thinking there's nothing there. I mean, it's absurd. It truly is absurd. A DOJ spokesperson told Raw Story that any guidance on how or what the flag was given for the purpose of general awareness in preparation for disclosure, the Spokesperson statement is jarringly at odds with the July 7, 2025 memo that was a product of the document review. The memo specifically stated that it was the determination of the DOJ and FBI that no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted. The DOJ did not respond to a request for clarification on the statement. Of course they didn't. They're not beholden to you. What you think the taxpayer pays the bills? Two weeks after the release of the doj, an FBI memo attempting to put concerns about Epstein's arrest. Perry was forwarding Patel material specifically flagged so top administration officials could scrutinize possible links between powerful men and the notorious sex traffickers. Most heinous crimes. So basically going through everything and making sure their friends are protected. What we have here, folks, is a cover up that's happening in real time. Not one that happened 50 years ago, not one that happened after JFK was killed. But right now, as we speak, and it's being managed by Todd Blanch. The email included A list of 6 criminal cases linked to Epstein. Among them an FBI investigation launched by the Miami field office in 2006. That case file includes a video file capturing a 2009 FBI sting operation resulting in the arrest of Alfredo Rodriguez, the former house manager for Epstein's home in Palm beach, on suspicion of selling the so called black book containing phone numbers of young women and girls that Epstein abused. Not just that, but everybody. That black book had all the names of all of his associates, everybody that was dealing with them, all of his friends and everybody that he thought that, you know, was in his circle. A description of the video capturing the conversation between Rodriguez and an FBI undercover employee that was flagged for the DOJ's review contains just the sort of details about potential involvement by Epstein associates that Trump supporters had avidly sought. The two talked about the girls other employed by Epstein and Epstein's associates, the description reads. The two discussed things that happened between the girls and Epstein's associates. There are associates named during the conversations. So why don't we have that? Why wasn't that released? Who they trying to protect and why? Aside from Glenn Maxwell, Epstein's partner who was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021, the description does not name any of the associates cited by Rodriguez. But when the video was released along with millions of other records3 through the Epstein Files Transparency act in January 2026, the associates mentioned by Rodriguez were revealed to be former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and attorney Alan Dershowitz, among others.

Well, I wonder why Dershowitz was running for the exits. Remember all the big blustery talk, all, oh, I can't wait to speak to Congress. Then the dude bounces, doesn't show up. Just ghosts. The whole process. Sit all the way down and shut all the way up. Nobody wants to hear it. Mr. I kept my underpants on here. Mr. Epstein says, Mr. Brock, I'll fly to fly you to New York. And some of the girls that came along the way. Rodriguez says in the video, which Raw Story reviewed, you can bring this guy down like, in no time. Barack told the Wall street journal in 2023 that he met with Epstein at his various mansions, but never participated in any party or any other inappropriate event with him. And never met with any girls or minors, not even with adult women in the context of any inappropriate behavior. Well, that's not what Virginia said, so believe what you will. Rodriguez told the undercover employee that Dershowitz would typically sit at the pool with a glass of wine. Although there was hanky panky upstairs, Rodriguez said he never saw any indication that he took part. Although there were sometimes naked or topless girls around the pool, he saw nothing. Him and Epstein weren't friends. Come on. I was just his lawyer. I was just over there every now and then. No big deal. And when I got my massage, I kept my underpants on. Rodriguez was convicted of obstruction of justice in 2012 for hiding the black book and attempting to sell it. He died from cancer in 2014 after serving his sentence. Rodriguez's testimony has been completely discredited. Dershowitz told Raw story he was a criminal. I never saw any females at the pool, naked, topless or otherwise. Complete fabrication. Okay, well, you call him a liar. I feel the same way about you. So I don't Believe your story, Mr. Dershowitz. That's my personal opinion. Dershowitz was also flagged by the FBI as a public figure linked abstein around the time of the controversial memo and the meeting of top officials at the Situation Room to strategize about how to insulate Trump from the furor surrounding the administration's handling of the Epstein files. Leslie Backsheis, a special agent in charge of the New York field office, sent an email to FBI colleagues on July 10 alerting them that Dershowitz was referenced in the Epstein child sex trafficking investigation in two FBI witness interviews. Minutes later, Charles Yarborough, assistant director of the FBI's Criminal Investigation Division, forwarded the email to Patel. Got to protect Trump's homies, right? Got to make sure everybody's hooked up. Can't let the COVID up be exposed, can we? Dershowitz was not considered a subject in the investigation and no evidence was uncovered during the investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved in the abuse of minors, bakshees wrote. She went on to summarize the two witness interviews and look, I'm not saying that he did. What I am saying is that he lies about his relationship with Epstein. They were a lot closer than he says and I think there's plenty of witnesses that have come forward and painted that picture. Another witness told the FBI that they met Dershowitz at Epstein's home when he was alone without his wife and he received a massage. In contradiction to public statement previously made by Dershowitz, both proffers are provably false, Dershowitz told Raw Story. I never had sexual contact with anyone other than my wife since the day I met Jeffrey Epstein. I never did anything improper with regard to Epstein. I have been the victim of disprovably false accusations. I asked the FBI to investigate the false allegations against me but still doesn't have the courage to go speak to Congress. Got it. The FBI did not respond to a detailed set of questions for this story. Blanche, who was up for confirmation as Attorney General, wrote in response to a question posed by Senator Dick Durbin that the FBI pursued all investigative leads in its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell, blanche wrote. Consistent with the long standing principle of federal prosecution as outlined in the Justice Manual, several experienced prosecutors and investigators have reviewed the material and determined that additional prosecutions are unavailable at this time. In response to questions from Senators, Blanche refused to comment on whether Department of Justice has initiated any new investigations related to Epstein sex trafficking ring since the beginning of the second Trump administration. The documents were released by the FBI in response to a Freedom of Information act lawsuit filed by the nonprofit Democracy Forward Foundation. Despite the Trump Vance administration's attempts to forestall transparency to its handling of the Epstein files with delay tactics, Democracy Forward with will keep fighting in court to ensure the public has access to more of these important documents, said Dan McGrath, special counsel for oversight at the nonprofit. So how many more examples do we need that there's a cover up underway and that that cover up is being managed by none other than Todd Blanche. Episode: The Epstein Flag List and the Rush to Close the Case
Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: July 31, 2026
This episode unpacks new revelations about the Department of Justice’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case, focusing on internal efforts to flag and potentially suppress documents or information deemed politically sensitive. Host Bobby Capucci dives into the details of the so-called “Flag List,” revelations about the involvement of high-profile individuals, and the persistent lack of transparency surrounding the ongoing investigations into Epstein’s criminal network. Capucci brings his signature, unfiltered tone—calling out government officials by name and challenging official narratives—while drawing from a freshly reported Raw Story article by Jordan Green.

Bobby Capucci’s style is direct, passionate, and openly skeptical of authority. He doesn’t mince words about the lack of transparency or what he sees as the government’s ongoing protection of elites. His language is informal, occasionally profane, and aimed at rallying listeners to demand accountability:
This episode passionately outlines what Capucci sees as a systemic cover-up in real time, managed by current high-ranking legal officials, with chilling new details about how information on powerful Epstein associates has been handled. Capucci makes a case for pressing harder for transparency, pushing for a special counsel, and holding officials like Todd Blanche to account for what he portrays as a deliberate whitewash of the Epstein scandal. All source materials and referenced documents are noted as available in the episode’s description.
