What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. A couple weeks ago, Katherine Rumler went and sat down with Congress and had a conversation with them about her friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. And as you can imagine, it was as big of a shit show as we thought. And we know that now because the transcripts have been made available. And the way that this lady was talking about Virginia is completely unacceptable. Because if anybody lacks credibility, it's Katherine Rumler, not Virginia. Imagine yucking it up in emails with Jeffrey Epstein, calling him Uncle Jeffy, all kinds of wild shit, getting gifts from him, enjoying his largess, and then having the audacity to say that Virginia wasn't being truthful or lacked inherent credibility. Well, tell that to all the courts that ruled in her favor. And maybe, just maybe, if you aren't helping your buddy Jeffrey Epstein behind the scenes, all the women and the girls who were abused after Virginia wouldn't have been abused. But as long as you got your handbag and as long as you got your money, it was all good, right? Who cares about those girls from Palm beach that don't have any credibility? So considering Kathy Rumler wants that smoke, well, we're gonna give it to her. Today's article is from CNN and the headline, Epstein's Accuser's Family Blast. Former Obama White House lawyer who said her assertions lacked inherent credibility. This article was authored by M. Steck, M.J. lee, and Annie Grayer. Kathy Rumler, the former Obama White House counsel, told the House panel that she believed that descriptions of Abuse by one of Jeffrey Epstein's most prominent victims, Virginia Roberts, lacked inherent credibility, drawing a fierce rebuke from Robert's family, who accused the lawyer of trying to downplay her own ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Exactly what she tried to do. Oh, well, she didn't have any credibility. So, you know, I thought she was just lying and everybody was trying to blackmail Jeffrey Epstein. Now that might work for somebody who was, you know, some businessman or something. Not saying I believe it, but that line might work. If you're Kathy Rumler and you're the top lawyer in the White House, chances are you know exactly who Jeffrey Epstein is, what he is and what he was doing. So Kathy Rumler wants to talk about a credibility issue, she should just look in the mirror. The statement by Rumler to the House Oversight Committee became public Wednesday when the panel released a transcript of its closed door interview with Rumler about her ties to Epstein. Rumler, who was most recently working in a top legal position for Goldman Sachs, said she now regretted interacting with the late sex offender and believed it to be a mistake. Isn't it always funny how after the fact they feel like it's such a big mistake? They didn't know at the time. So that calls her judgment into question. What was she involved in as Obama's lawyer? Every decision she made should be looked at. If this is the way she feels and this is the way she talks about survivors, God knows what was going on while she was working in the White House. How many fires did she put out? How many people were getting molested by staffers or congressmen or whatever. Let's see it all. You want to talk about credibility? Kathy Rumler. But when asked specifically if she believed Roberts, a prominent Epstein accuser who died by suicide, was a victim of Epstein and Maxwell, Rumler answered, I don't know. I'll take it a step further. She wasn't only a victim of Epstein and Maxwell, she was a victim of Kathy Rumler. Not in the same way. Now, Rumler wasn't in the room abusing her, but she sure ran cover for Jeffrey Epstein and Galan Maxwell, and she's still doing it. So again, the question is, what did she know and when did she know it? She elaborated. If she says that she was, I don't have a reason to doubt that. However, there were allegations that she made that were, I believed, based on my experience as a former prosecutor and as a defense counsel, that were of such a nature that they were, they lacked inherent credibility. But Epstein had all kinds of credibility. When he told you he was being blackmailed. Huh? It was a 17 year old girl. One girl, no big deal. As if that's not a big deal. So all these people, they can take their revisionist history and they can take their and shove it as far as it'll go. Responding to the statement, sky and Amanda Roberts, Robert's brother and sister in law, send a statement to cnn. The only person who lacks credibility is Kathy Rumler, who's trying to get people to believe she didn't know Jeffrey Epstein was actively engaged in sex trafficking. Well, that's true. Just another enabler, Just another Epstein adjacent who wants to talk about the dead, wants to talk about people who can't defend themselves. And what did she think she was gonna get away with it? You thought you were gonna come double barrel at Virginia and get away with it. Well, Kathy Rumler, you're now on the clock. To attempt to cast doubt on Virginia, whose bravery was the reason so many other survivors step forward, resulting in more than 50 people from having to step down from their positions of power is reprehensible. The statement said she should be ashamed of herself. Unfortunately, the shameless never feel shame. Jamie Schlitler, a public relations representative for Rumler, disputed that Rumler was broadly dismissing Virginia's allegations in an email before Robert's family members had issued their statement. That is simply not what happened. Schlichler wrote in the email. Ms. Rumler was responding to a specific discussion about specific allegations. She was expressing skepticism regarding particular claims that had not been substantiated. Not every allegation Ms. Roberts ever made. Oh yeah, let's just parse them. The ones that are the most damaging for my friends, they're fake. But the other ones, well, we'll go with those. Here's an idea. Kathy Rumler and your little attack dog Jamie Shitlicker, or whatever her name is, shut up, okay? Just shut up. Probably a good idea. Usually when you find yourself in a hole, it's a great idea to stop digging. In 2019, Roberts publicly alleged Epstein trafficked her and forced her to have sex with his friends, including Prince Andrew. Now Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family when she was 17 years old. The former Prince has repeatedly denied the allegations after paying out a fat ass bag. I guess that was fake too, because the Royal Family's in the business of paying out $17 million over allegations like, do these people even listen to themselves? Typically when someone says I was sex trafficked to someone, they say who, when, where. Not multiple world leaders, multiple foreign presidents, said Rumler. She added that since she didn't investigate the case, she would have asked the chief investigator about what evidence they uncovered and whether they interviewed Roberts. Are you kidding me right now? Let's just go through the names. George Mitchell, Bill Richardson, Jean Luc Brunel, Glenn Dubin, Marvin Minsky, and those are just a few of the names that were given to us by Virginia. But sure, multiple world leaders, multiple foreign presidents. Kathy Rumler has no idea what she's talking about. Or then again, maybe she does and she's just attempting to obfuscate. Rumler announced in February she would resign as the chief legal officer from Goldman Sachs after stories published detailing her ties to Epstein were published, including from CNN's K file. She was supposed to leave the firm by the end of June, but Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon asked her to stay on as an advisor until her successor was named. Goldman Sachs declined to comment to cnn. Robert's brother and sister in law said in a statement, Kathy Rumler enriched herself while girls and young women suffered and had their lives destroyed because she enabled their abuser. Facts. All of that's a fact. And we're not talking about just somebody who was floating around life. We're talking about the number one lawyer in Obama's White House. I mean, are we going to address that? Are we going to talk about the absolute corruption decade after decades in the White House when it comes to Epstein? Every single one of these administrations has been Epstein adjacent. And God damn it, people like Virginia have been ringing the bell for years. And that's why when people try to make this strictly political as far as lining up on a side, they're never going to understand just how vast all of this was and how many people were involved. Nobody wants to believe their quote unquote team could be involved in some like this, but. But I assure you both teams were and both teams are. Ruemmler also asked by investigators about an email from September 2015 in which she wrote, I want to think about whether there are any counterclaims that could be brought against VR. With VR referring to Virginia Roberts. I mean, can you imagine? And then to have the audacity to question Virginia. This scafuza was working behind the scenes with Jeffrey Epstein after he was already convicted to try and destroy Virginia's credibility. If that doesn't make Kathy Rumler one of the most reprehensible pieces of trash that we've talked about, I don't know what will. And listen, I give everybody the benefit of the doubt. As you know, I wait until we have the transcripts till I could read them before we go scorched earth. But now that I've read the transcript, you better believe Kathy Rumler is one of the most reprehensible people that we've talked about, at least recently. At the time, Roberts had sued Ghislaine Maxwell for defamation for saying that her abuse allegations against Maxwell and Epstein were obvious lies. When pressed if she wanted to bring any counterclaims against Roberts, rumors said she had no memory of the email, but that she was sort of in a generic way trying to show that I'm being somewhat responsive when Epstein's asking my views. And again, that was the common way that I would respond to him. I didn't have any direct involvement in any of this. Rumler added, well, how do we know? Time for a special counsel, right? If everything's on the up and up and there's nothing to hide, then what's the big deal? Let's get ourselves a special counsel and let's get rocking. Committee investigators broadly sought the press rumor on her relationship with Epstein, presenting her with various emails, many of which were made public by the Justice Department and asking her to explain. In February 2016, email chain Epstein asked, we all set for a day of joy? To which Rumler responded, best massage ever. But not your kind of massage. The transcript shows. Yeah, she had no idea. Nah, I had no idea what was going on. But Epstein's getting his kind of massage. The you talking about? Who do you think you're talking to? You think we're stupid? I assure you nobody's buying what you're selling. Hey everybody.

given some of Epstein's victims were initially recruited to provide massages, Rumler was asked to explain what she meant. Rumler said that Epstein had gifted her a visit to the spa at the Peninsula Hotel in New York City and that her email was meant to be a joke about Epstein's prior conviction. That's something to joke about. That's something to kid about. A child that was abused by Jeffrey Epstein. That tells you everything you need to know about about Kathy Ruemler. This is a vile woman. And if she was making these kinds of decisions as a private citizen, what was she doing when she was a government employee? Everything she worked on should be looked at. It won't be, but it should. So what I was making here was an offhanded joke that certainly sitting here in 2026 is an extraordinarily poor taste, but it was a joke about his prior criminal history, Rumler said, according to the transcript. Committee investigators also presented rumler with a September 2014 email where Epstein wrote, girls, careful. I will renew an old habit. Habit that he never ended. Sick, degenerate, twisted fuckbag. Rumler said that this exchange was likely in reference to an in prison meeting with she told him not to refer to women as girls. Rumler was also presented with a 2016 email from June where she and Epstein were discussing a possible hedge fund job opportunity. After Epstein suggested that the hedge fund CEO might just be interested in a woman, Rumler responded, oh, Jesus. Meaning you're going to trade one of your Russians for my comp. I mean, don't tell me she didn't know about. Okay, I'm tired of it. I'm tired of the. I'm tired of all the people trying to massage this. I'm sick of it and I'm reaching the end of my rope. You know, I've tried to be more like Sun Tzu in my old age, but these, they're really bringing the Machiavelli out of me. Rumler said that she knew some of Epstein's staff were Russian and Eastern European, but she never saw anyone under the age of 18. She argued that she made the comment as a way to deflect because, in her view, Epstein was trying to insert himself into a potential job negotiation when she hadn't been offered anything and wasn't seeking his help. Oh, yeah, sure, sure. Kathy Rumler. I didn't want any help from him. I was just glazing him and giving him some cyber fellatio in those emails out of here. I regret emailing him. And this is. This is a joke that certainly doesn't land very well today, Rumler told the committee. In March 2015, Rumler wrote to Epstein. Darling, I am not one of your young things. She told the committee she was being snarky after a long travel day to China. Remember, he had a girlfriend, and she was probably 15 years younger than me at the time, Rumler said, adding, he also had staff, you know, several women in their, you know, late 20s, early 30s who were on his staff who traveled with him. So basically saying, don't. Again, don't mansplain me. I'm cranky. Oh, yeah, don't mansplain me. I'm a big feminist. Shut your yappy ass up. With questions about her job status swirling publicly, Rumler would not commit to recommending that her successor at Goldman Sachs would not have ties to Epstein. I think that is not a question for me, she said. In the American legal system, we hold people accountable for their conduct. We don't hold people accountable for their associations. Yeah, tell that to people sitting in prison on RICO charges. And she knows that. She sent a lot of them there herself. In my opinion, a very, very bad policy to start. Impute misconduct by people solely as a virtue of their association, she said, adding, it would be a very dangerous road to go down because we're not doing that already. There shouldn't be social consequences for your bullshit. I mean, come on, man. Look, I'm not talking about cancel culture. That's ridiculous. You don't cancel people for opinions. You cancel people for enabling Jeffrey Epstein. There's a very big difference. If you're engaging with a human trafficker who's hurting children and women, you should be wearing the scarlet letter. Rumler said she had disclosed her association with Epstein to the bank before she joined in 2020. I said that I knew Epstein, that I had communicated with Epstein and I had dealt with Epstein, that he was not my client, but that he was a primary advisor to my client, and that he had asked me while he wasn't my client. He would certainly ask my views on things from time to time, she said. So you were just working for free? Big shot lawyer Kathy Rumler working for free. I wonder why you would do that for Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, I'm sure there's people in the country who don't have the means to afford a lawyer. Why not help them? Oh, that's right. They're not buying you handbags. Ruler said she knew Epstein professionally as a lawyer because the two shared a mutual client, a bank, and that her interactions with Epstein were as a lawyer. Rumler said she never represented Epstein as his attorney or or was compensated by him, and she was one of many people Epstein asked across his professional and social circles for advice. He asked my views from time to time as I think he asked others as well. And I tried to be responsive and give him my views. But again, he wasn't my client. I didn't work for him. He wasn't paying me, wasn't my responsibility. It was somebody else's responsibility. Rummler said. Boy, if that doesn't sum up what all these morons have told us during these testimonies, then I don't know what does. And I know that we're going through the Ted Waite deposition right now and we're going to continue going through that, but it doesn't hold anywhere near as much weight as this Ruler testimony. So we're going to jump into that as well. And over the next few days, the weekend especially, we're going to go heavy on that Kathy Rummler testimony because I think it's important that all of you hear for yourself what this woman had to say. And on top of that, we have two other stories that were following the Tyler Robinson trial and now the Brian Coburger attempt to get a new trial.
