Sin City
Learn why@schwabius.com Tonight we have a bit
Bobby Capucci
of a development, some new information, some more context on the plans for Jeffrey Epstein's Palm beach mansion. Now, we know that it was purchased by Michael Glaser and we know that he wanted to knock it down and rebuild it. And it looks like those plans are moving forward and he wants to have
Real Estate Expert
this all accomplished by April.
Bobby Capucci
Now, we read an article previously from the planning commission down there in Palm beach and they seem to be on board with this idea and this project that Mr. Glaser was going to undertake because, you know, they didn't want this eyesore there. The neighbors, the community, they don't want people coming there and looking at this house and gawking at this house and staring at this house and, you know, it's just not a good look for the neighborhood or property values.
Sin City
So I never thought for a second
Bobby Capucci
that the planning commission or council or whatever you want to call it would
Sin City
not be okay with him knocking this place down.
Bobby Capucci
And all signs point to him getting the okay and this project beginning very, very soon. Like I said, I think it would be a great idea if he offered the survivors the chance to come in with some sledgehammers and do a little bit of remodeling themselves. I know it's not much, but I think that if I was in a position where I could go to a place where I was abused and take out some of my frustration on the walls with a sledgehammer, hey, I think I'd be all up for it.
Sin City
So I think that would be a
Bobby Capucci
cool gesture from Mr. Glaser here and I wouldn't doubt if some of these survivors wouldn't take them up on it and head back there and get their smash on. Because we know destroying shit is therapeutic, right? They have Those places where you smash the dishes, they have places where you destroy cars with sledgehammers or bats or you pick your weapon. So we know that it's cathartic to destroy some shit sometimes. And if I was Glazer, I would at the very least, at the very least put out that kind of offer. But either way, the fact that he's going to destroy this, get rid of this eyesore, get rid of this den of horror and put something new there in its place, something hopefully beautiful, I think that's a good thing for the community and I certainly think it's a good thing for the survivors to know that not only is Epstein gone, his, his legacy tarnished and smashed, but the very houses that he conducted this abuse in are also either getting destroyed or undergoing huge facelifts. And that is exactly what we're going to be talking about in tonight's article in regards to the Palm beach mansion. This article is from the Daily Mail
Real Estate Expert
headline, Jeffrey Epstein's 18 million dollar Florida beach estate to be demolished. Developer who bought the property wants to destroy the home by April and build a new pad.
Bobby Capucci
I like when they have like the hip lingo in these headlines, but build a new pad always cracks me up.
Real Estate Expert
But it's a good plan, right?
Bobby Capucci
Let's get this thing destroyed, let's get it out of the way and let's get something else built there in its place. And while it's just a small, little, tiny fraction of the process, I think it's nice to know that for these survivors and anybody else who might have been involved abused by Jeffrey Epstein, to know that that property on Brio Way is no longer going to be the eyesore that it is now, the stain where Jeffrey Epstein and his co conspirators abused all of these girls. You can't get rid of the memories, obviously, but you can get rid of the place where the abuse took place. And I love that that's what's going on here. Now don't get me wrong, there's, that's not, that's not the motivation for this man, right? He's a businessman. He's about making money. He knows destroying this place and erecting a new, more modern property is going to put more dollars in his pocket. But that's okay. Our goals align. Our, our end game is the same. Getting rid of this property. And if he's making a few bucks on it, hey, good for him. This article was authored by James Gordon. The Florida mansion where Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused young girls has been bought by a real Estate developer who plans to demolish it, but he needs to ask for permission from the neighbors before raising it to the ground again. Put yourself in the shoes of these neighbors.
Real Estate Expert
I highly doubt any one of these
Bobby Capucci
people is going to be like, no, I object. I don't want you to knock down this disgusting place where all of this heinous crime took place.
Real Estate Expert
I want you to keep it right
Bobby Capucci
next door to my house so I can explain to my kids what happened there. Highly doubt that conversation's happening. Pretty sure most people are going to
Real Estate Expert
be like, when are you showing up
Bobby Capucci
with the wrecking ball and the demolition crew?
Real Estate Expert
Todd Michael Glaser, a Florida real estate developer, has signed a contract to buy the property and is hoping to close on it.
Bobby Capucci
But by January 15, a mere few days away, folks.
Real Estate Expert
So it shouldn't be long before Mr.
Bobby Capucci
Glazer has all of this wrapped up,
Real Estate Expert
has a bow on it, and has
Bobby Capucci
himself a nice new piece of property in Palm Beach. A piece of property, by the way, that is absolutely gorgeous. I don't mean the house. I mean the property with the 120ft of Intracoastal Waterway, the views, beautiful, pristine property. And I'm sure that whatever Mr. Glaser decides to put there is going to be epic. Anytime you have that kind of property sitting on a waterway like that, I'm sold. I could sit there, fish, listen to music. Yep, count me in. And it just, it just boggles my mind to think about it. To have all of that power, all of that wealth. I know I say it all the time, but it's a point that needs to be driven home. And to use all of that power and all that wealth for the things that these people used it for is just. I can't comprehend it. I can't wrap my mind around it. That is just evil personified. He plans to tear the property down and replace it with a 14,000 square foot art modern home. And if everything goes according to plan, he hopes to have the place flattened before April 1st. So coming up very quickly, I hope somebody livestreams that if any of you live down in Florida and this place is about to be demolished and you're able to get over there and get some video of it being demolished, obviously, if you're allowed.
Sin City
You know, I know here in Vegas,
Bobby Capucci
whenever they're tearing stuff down, casinos and whatnot, implosions, there's usually people that are there watching because big crowds, etc. Etc.
Sin City
And I would think a place like
Bobby Capucci
Epstein's pad getting torn down in Florida, there'd be some people showing up. So if this place does get knocked down in April and any of you can get down there and get some footage if you live close by or whatever or pictures or whatever, that'd be awesome. Because let me tell you what, this place deserves to be burnt to the ground. This is the kind of place if I had a dragon, I'd come riding in right above it and yell Dracaris. Because that's how much of an eyesore it is. That's how disgusting it is to think about what went on in that place. Before such a demolition can proceed, Glaser must ask for permission from the local neighborhood in order to raise the six bedroom main house and three bedroom staff house. I'm pretty sure that he has talked with the commission or a couple of the commissioners have come out and already given it the nod of approval. I'm pretty sure we read that article. We've read so many articles it's hard to keep track. But I'll dig back and look. But I'm pretty sure that we've heard from commissioners here and they seem to be on board already. So it's probably they're just waiting for
Sin City
the finalized okay, you know, the whole
Bobby Capucci
panel to vote or whatever it may be. But I can't see them not giving the okay for this place to be raised. Such a request is necessary because of the pricey nature of the posh enclave which usually prohibits such demolition projects during the winter months when wealthy snowbirds flock to so called billionaires row for its
Real Estate Expert
warm climate, white sandy beaches and palatial homes.
Bobby Capucci
Must be nice.

Meanwhile, these dudes are hanging out playing naked volleyball games on the beach. Neighbors who are usually against something like this will possibly be for it, Glaser told the Daily News. Again, I definitely agree with that sentiment. Pretty sure that the neighbors are going
Sin City
to be okay with it.
Bobby Capucci
He'll probably have to do it in the off season, right when there aren't so many of the so called snowbirds down there, but I think that they'll be able to come to some sort of agreement. Then again, you know these billionaires, they're fickle as hell.

We have all these gawkers. If the house is gone, what are they going to take a picture of? So we might be able to get it knocked down early, which I want to do just to get rid of it, he said. Palm beach is going to be very happy that it's gone. He added, and I can only imagine
Real Estate Expert
about the Gawker situation, I can only imagine how many people show up there
Bobby Capucci
and they're like, alright, well we just watched this Netflix documentary about Jeffrey Epstein. We're in Palm beach, let's check it out, let's go see what this place is all about. So if I was a neighbor, I would want to alleviate that. I wouldn't want people traipsing through my billion dollar neighborhood. I wouldn't want people showing up, standing around, gawking, spitting, doing whatever else it is that the masses do. So why wouldn't I want this place to be knocked to the ground if I was some scumbag billionaire that didn't want the smelly public near them. I mean, for their own motivations, not even for, you know, touching on the right reasons. Right. The right reasons obviously are because this house was a place where a ton of crimes were committed and the world's better off without it. That's pretty, you know, good enough logic for most people. But with billionaires, they always have to be getting something out of it, right?
Real Estate Expert
They always have to be squeezing the
Bobby Capucci
rock for a little more blood.
Real Estate Expert
It's wild.
Bobby Capucci
People came out to the site, sent emails, people show up at my, showed up at my house in Miami Beach.
Real Estate Expert
I have a woman telling me she's calling the epa, something about nuclear medicine, he said.
Bobby Capucci
So I can only imagine what the, the hubbub around Glaser and people contacting him about this property. We all know there's some wild people out there and people, some people following this case, it's no different. There are some wild people out there that are a bit brazen and they're going to send emails, they're going to call people and they're going to demand questions in their own, I mean, demand for Answers in their own way. And this, this, this guy Glaser's like, look, I just want to knock this house down, be over, be done with this shit and move on. So I think it's a good idea just to let this dude get that done. I don't know anything about like nuclear
Sin City
medicine or any of that stuff.
Bobby Capucci
And you know, God bless, but let's be real, folks. Let's just get this house knocked down and move on. If this guy's gonna pay 18, $19 million that's going into the compensation fund and he wants to knock this place
Real Estate Expert
down the next day, more power to him. If he wants to drive over this
Bobby Capucci
place in a gigantic monster truck that
Real Estate Expert
he outfitted for the cause, more power
Bobby Capucci
to them, who cares?
Real Estate Expert
As long as that $18 million shows
Bobby Capucci
up in the compensation fund and this stupid ass disgusting place gets destroyed, who cares? A woman's group wants to go in
Real Estate Expert
and do a prayer.
Bobby Capucci
I've got neighbors praying I can knock this thing down. He said, I'm trying to get this thing knocked down. The waterfront Palm beach estate just over a mile from Donald Trump's Mar a
Real Estate Expert
Lago was, went on the market in
Bobby Capucci
July for 21.995 million. And when it went on the market for that price, remember, I thought it would get knocked down a few million. I was thinking like, I don't know, 20 million right around there. No, all the way down to 18 million. And then we see the shave that the townhouse got a significant amount. 63. I mean 25, 23 million down to 65 from 88.
Real Estate Expert
So we see the, the toll that
Bobby Capucci
Covid has taken on high end real estate, obviously. And we see that Epstein and the estates taking it in the shorts here because of the time frame and the fact that, well, it's a place that is wrapped in infamy. The property has been locked up for over 18 months since Epstein's arrest and has been graffitied with the word graffitied with the words gone but not forgiven in blood red paint. And gotta figure that people are pissed off, right? I'm surprised that that's all that's happened now, even when that occurred and someone wrote graffiti on the wall. My comments then and my comments still are, that's stupid. It's just gonna cost the estate money to get rid of the graffiti. And in turn, you're taking a few more dollars out of the pocket of the survivors to. So don't be a moron. Never a good idea to deface property or destroy property, especially when it's Counterproductive.
Real Estate Expert
So I always thought that was a bit silly.
Bobby Capucci
I get the idea behind it, right, And I sympathize with the motivations behind it, but it's really just a counterproductive move and it doesn't do anything but cost money in the end. And every single dollar matters at this point. He declined to confirm the price, but said he received a discount. Sources told the paper the sale was around 18 million. Glazer is known for building extravagantly designed homes for wealthy and demanding clients, such as a home on Miami's Star island that recently sold for about $49.5 million. I don't know if you folks are familiar with the game Grand Theft Auto. I'm sure some of you are, but there was the Miami version. There was an island, I guess that was based on this Star Island. Hell, it might have even been Star Island. And I remember causing all kinds of havoc driving my car around there in the game. It's pretty funny that this guy built there. Ironic the things that you remember, huh? I haven't played that game in a very long time and it's doesn't shock me that a guy like this would be building on an island like that. I mean, $49.5 million, that's an obscene amount of money. Can you imagine having $50 million to spend on a house? Imagine what sort of good you could
Real Estate Expert
do in the world if you had
Bobby Capucci
that kind of dough. He was also one of the developers of the 1000 Museum Tower designed by the late Zaha Hadid in downtown Miami. In June, Glaser confirmed that he had bought a 1925 mansion in Palm beach for 17 million dol, which he intended to restore to its former glory and where he intended to live with his wife Kim. Now I can only imagine what his
Sin City
own pad is going to look like. You got this developer, you know, whipping
Bobby Capucci
up all of these fancy ass houses and developments and shit. I can only imagine how sick his
Sin City
pad's going to be.
Real Estate Expert
Glaser has been developing property in the
Bobby Capucci
Palm beach area since 2017.
Real Estate Expert
In February, he and partners Philip Levine,
Bobby Capucci
Scott Robbins and Jonathan Fried sold a
Real Estate Expert
spec home at 113 Atlantic Avenue for 9.41 million to a scion of the family that founded Cumberland Farms.
Bobby Capucci
According to the Real Deal, and the Real Deal is a real estate website magazine. The hyperlinks in here, if you're interested in like real estate and stuff, you can click on that and take a look at what they have to offer. But again, every one of this dude's properties, everything he's selling and slanging is for big money. This isn't some guy that's just messing around.
Sin City
Right.
Bobby Capucci
And I can only imagine what he's going to do with that property at El Brio Way next door at 111 Atlantic Avenue. Another spec home that the partners developed is under contract and is expected to close in July. Glaser said the Partners also developed two spec villas with a courtyard at 237 Brazilian Avenue in Palm beach, which recently hit the market for $7.9 million each. The site reported pocket change compared to the 50 million. Right, let me just go to the bank and pull out that 7.9 million. Maybe I can go make 97 transactions like Indike to get that 7.9 million to get me one of these houses. What do you think about that? You think they'll. They'll. They'll report me for structuring? Pretty sure I'll have the FBI at my house if I tried to pull that off. Epstein, who died in jail awaiting his sex trafficking trial in August of 2019, bought the Palm beach property in 1990 for $2.5 million.
Real Estate Expert
Hell of a profit.
Bobby Capucci
I mean, if. If this was a regular sale and Epstein and Epstein's estate, or Epstein was making a 16 million dollar profit on it, it would be a good move, right? But think about this. It was on the market for 22 and they're only getting 18.
Real Estate Expert
And that all has to do with,
Bobby Capucci
in my opinion, the infamy of the place, of what occurred there. And Glaser's no dummy. He saw that as an opportunity and he pounced. The Property has roughly 170ft of water frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway with space for a dock. I mean, I can't even imagine. You wake up every morning, head on out to your little Intracoastal Waterway, have yourself a breakfast, whatever it is you like. Nice Baileys with your coffee if you're into that. A smoke, if you're into that. Your fishing pole, your jet ski, your boat. Never mind the private planes, the jets, the other properties. Literally the whole world at your fingertips and you choose to abuse, traffic and rape women. There's no other explanation. Besides, some people are just born evil. And Epstein is one of those people.
Real Estate Expert
The six bedroom, roughly 14,000 square foot
Bobby Capucci
house with a large swimming pool was designed by architect John Vaugh in what is described as West Indies style. Built in 1952, it was one of a number of properties where Epstein groomed and sexually assaulted underage girls and women as part of a sprawling sex trafficking scheme. Prosecutors said, yeah, look, one of the, one of the key places, right? Certainly one of the places where a lot of bad went down. And I still don't think we know the full story about Palm Beach. All of those little high school girls.
Lady Luck
Hey, everybody, lady luck here. And we're celebrating America's 250th birthday. Now, all summer long, I'm going to be celebrating, celebrating by playing on spinquest.com which is an American owned social casino. Bobby Capucci
There is a lot more there. And this story, I, I honestly, this story is still far from being told, in my opinion. There are so many different layers, so many threads to pull on.
Real Estate Expert
Now don't get me wrong, we're coming
Bobby Capucci
to a fulcrum here. We're coming to a point where the rubber's certainly meeting the road with Ghislaine Maxwell being on trial, with Jean Luc Brunel being arrested, with Prince Andrew living in infamy. So we're moving right along. There's no doubt about it. But there are many levels and layers and different subplots to what's going on in the main story here. The house was where the crimes that would eventually lead to his downfall were first reported in 2005. Well, that's incorrect. Remember, Maria reported him in the mid-90s. Epstein had been recruiting teenage girls for massages from Palm Beach High School, and one eventually confessed to her mother what was going on, who then went to the police. Dozens of victims were underprivileged middle and high school girls recruited in and around Palm Beach county between 1998 and 2006. Middle and high school age girls, middle school, seventh and eighth grade. Think back to when you were in
Sin City
seventh or eighth grade and think about
Bobby Capucci
what you were into then, what your life was like. Would have you been able to deal with this sort of criminal element, this sort of person like Epstein and Maxwell grooming you, procuring you, promising you the
Real Estate Expert
world, especially if you came from a broke home?
Bobby Capucci
Of course not. And that's exactly what they were trying to do. That's how they were maneuvering. That's the way they were moving. The scummiest of the scum. Epstein pleaded guilty to Florida State prostitution charges in 2008 and served 13 months in a local jail. However, the sentence ended up being a work release program. Must be nice.
Real Estate Expert
It really must be nice to just
Bobby Capucci
live in the world of the so called elite where you can be involved in abusing girls in seventh and eighth grade and get yourself out on the work release program. After his conviction, Epstein continued living high life and he would jet between his homes in Palm beach, his Manhattan Upper east side townhouse, Paris, his New Mexico
Real Estate Expert
ranch, and a private island in the
Bobby Capucci
U.S. virgin Islands, Little St. James, which were also venues for abuse.
Real Estate Expert
Facts, all of that's facts. Got girls who have said that they've
Bobby Capucci
been abused on his every single property Epstein has, every plane he has, everywhere he's ever been, girls have come forward and said they've been abused by him.
Real Estate Expert
He was arrested again at Teterboro Airport
Bobby Capucci
in July 2019 on federal charges of sex trafficking minors in New York and Florida and died by suicide, allegedly in
Real Estate Expert
jail a month later. The New York townhouse is still on the market with a reduced asking price of $65 million, according to the website of the listing agent, Adam Modlin of the modeling group.
Bobby Capucci
Now, we talked about that recently and look, there was no doubt that it was getting a shave at this point. All of the signs pointed to that. With the market the way it is in New York and only 10 houses in that price range or homes in that price range have been sold this year, you knew that it was gonna be pain. And I think that it might even drop a little bit more. Folks, honestly, you know how these investors are. They smell blood in the water and they're gonna try and leverage this as best as possible.
Real Estate Expert
And I wouldn't be surprised to see
Bobby Capucci
the final ask come down to about 63 or so. Maybe, I mean less, maybe 60.
Real Estate Expert
The sprawling East 71st street home saw its price decrease some 26% from its
Bobby Capucci
original asking price of $88 million, according
Real Estate Expert
to the Wall Street Journal.
Spinquest Announcer
So
Real Estate Expert
it's coming, right?
Bobby Capucci
The train has left the station and there's no going back. Property in Florida, sold, property in New York on the market, Virgin Islands. I'm sure that that's in motion as well. Now, Zorro Ranch, on the other hand,
Sin City
well, that's for another podcast because as
Bobby Capucci
you all know, I can go forever when we're talking about Zorro Ranch, but it's a good thing that Michael Glaser is going to get this place demolished. What's up everybody and greetings from Sin City. Well, Jeffrey Epstein's Palm beach mansion had

a meeting with a bulldozer.
Sin City
That's right, folks. Jeffrey Epstein's mansion, old mansion, I should say, in Palm beach, has begun to be demolished. Usually I get up to report on these stories and I feel sick over it. Right? Hardly ever any good news to report when we're talking about this disgusting case. But every now and then we get ourselves a little gem. And that is exactly what it is to see this man's mansion get absolutely destroyed.

Sin City
I think it's a fitting end to
Bobby Capucci
that house of horror.
Sin City
A fitting end to a place where not only innocence was taken, but where dreams were smashed and crushed. So it's a good day whenever a place like that is destroyed, knocked down, sold and forgotten in the annals of history. Because that certainly is not a place anyone should want to even remember after it's destroyed and after all of this is said and done. The fact that something new is going up there is a good thing. It signals change, right? Moving into the next level. And that's what's going on. Things are moving, things are changing. And what once was basically the base for Epstein and his criminal enterprise is now being razed to the ground. Epstein's dead. Maxwell is in jail, looking at serious prison time. And the story continues. Even though Maxwell's in jail, even though Epstein's dead, you still have the other lieutenants who were very much responsible for making sure this whole entire operation ran smoothly. Now, while I'm very excited that this place is getting knocked down and a new start is beginning down there, I would really, really like to see some more indictments for the other co conspirators that the Fed said they weren't going to forget about.
Bobby Capucci
Right. Remember?
Sin City
Well, I remember Pepperidge Farm remembers, and everybody out there listening, I'm sure, remembers as well. So let's get some more indictments to go along with this appetizer of Jeffrey
Bobby Capucci
Epstein's Palm beach mansion being destroyed.
Sin City
Right? That's just a little appetizer. It's like getting some, you know, getting yourself some stuffed mushrooms before the meal, little something to wet your palate. But, you know, the, the real meal is coming later and that real meal is Maxwell. Well, being convicted.
Real Estate Expert
Let's jump into this article from the Palm Beach Daily News and let's see
Sin City
what they have to say about Jeffrey Epstein's Palm beach house being destroyed. Headline exclusive.

Real Estate Expert
Finally, that's the one word comment developer Todd Michael Glaser offered as Cruz on Monday began knocking down the infamous Palm beach mansion that was home to the late sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. A place where he sexually assaulted underage girls and young women in what prosecutors
Bobby Capucci
said was a multi year sex trafficking scheme.
Sin City
Multi decade, honestly. I mean, we could roll with multi year, I guess, but we know that this was happening throughout the decades. And it's a, it's a shame that
Bobby Capucci
it was allowed to occur for so
Sin City
long and they had this man within their grips for so many different times, and somehow he skates while other people involved with him don't. Talking about previously before the sex trafficking stuff. All of a sudden, Jeffrey Epstein just has a horseshoe shoved up his rear end. But finally it broke the right way. Finally things started happening. Epstein was arrested and, you know, everything else to get us to here and the fact that this place is being knocked down now and that Michael Glaser, this real estate character, is so into it. Well, definitely a good piece of news
Bobby Capucci
to report on for once.
Sin City
You know, the developer Glazers, like, man, the last thing I want is to have this disgusting eyesore. I mean, you look at that house, right?
Real Estate Expert
And don't get me wrong, it was opulent, it was big.
Sin City
But like the, the interior decorating was terrible. I mean, what did he have? The Russian guy from the Sopranos Pine Barrens episode, do the interior decoration. You know, the episode with Christopher and Paulie when they're lost in the woods after they Go to collect the money from the Russian cat, and it goes south. They think they, you know, they're taking him out to kill him. He gets away. One of the greatest episodes of all time, by the way, if you have not seen that episode of the Sopranos, you gotta check it out. One of the greatest episodes of all time. So they go and get this guy, right? And they were just supposed to collect the money from him. So it turns out that he wasn't dead after they thought they killed him in the house, right? So they put him in the car, take him out to this place in Jersey called the Pine Barrens, and they're going to have him dig his own grave. So when they kill him, they could put him in the hole. Well, things go not the way that Paulie and Christopher expect.
Bobby Capucci
And the.
Sin City
The Russian cat hits Christopher with a shovel. Long story short, they get in touch with Tony and Tony's explaining to them who this guy is, that he's X
Real Estate Expert
spetsna, he killed 16 Chechens, all kinds of stuff.
Sin City
Well, the phone conversation gets broken up between Christopher and Tony, and Christopher says
Real Estate Expert
to Paulie, he says, you're never gonna believe this. This guy killed 16 Czechoslovakians. And he's an interior decorator.
Sin City
And Christopher.
Real Estate Expert
Christopher goes, really?
Sin City
His apartment look like shit. And it's one of. Honestly, one of the greatest episodes of all time.
Real Estate Expert
But that's.
Sin City
I always think back to that quote when Christopher's like, really?
Real Estate Expert
He was an interior. He was an interior decorator. His apartment looked like shit.
Sin City
And that's what it reminds me of every time we talk about Jeffrey Epstein and the decorating in his house. Christopher's reaction with the conversation. I don't know why that triggers that for me, but every single time I have, like, vivid images of the Pine Barrens episode.
Real Estate Expert
The Lakeside Mansion at 358 El Brio Way is being raised to make room
Sin City
for a new house to be developed
Real Estate Expert
on a speculation by Glazer, who paid a recorded 18 and a half million
Sin City
dollars for the property in March.
Real Estate Expert
So he's.
Sin City
He's gonna build something else there. He already was talking about some of the plans. He has some more modern property, something that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood, like, you know, the Epstein property in its current form, or old form, I guess you could say now
Real Estate Expert
was very old, right?
Sin City
Very old, not updated, different style and wasn't, you know, catchy like some of
Real Estate Expert
these new properties are.
Sin City
And that's the kind of developer Glaser is. I'm sure that whatever he puts on this site is going to be pretty incredible.
Real Estate Expert
Glazer previously told the Daily News that it would be personally satisfying to him to knock down and replace the house. Hell yeah. Any sort of human being with any
Bobby Capucci
kind of heart or a morality compass
Sin City
inside of their body would want to be, would want to take part in knocking this place down.
Real Estate Expert
I would have gladly come over with
Sin City
a sledgehammer or drove one of those fork, I mean, bulldozers to smash into this place. Gladly, gladly have done it for free, by the way.
Real Estate Expert
Palm beach real estate broker Lawrence A. Mons, who represented Glazer and helped put together the sale, broke his customary rule about not commenting publicly on transactions in which he was involved.
Sin City
And that just shows you the significance of this property and what it means that it's going to be knocked down and scattered into the dust of history. I can only see that as a good thing, right? Another piece of Jeffrey Epstein's sordid, disgusting legacy chipped away.
Real Estate Expert
I only got involved in the sale
Sin City
of Jeffrey Epstein's residence to ensure it
Real Estate Expert
would be wiped off the map of Palm Beach. Moans told the Palm Beach Daily News.
Sin City
Yo, that's, that's crazy. Lawrence Mones is a, a pretty top notch real estate person in that neck
Real Estate Expert
of the woods and he wasn't having it either. Look, no, everybody's sick of this shit. Nobody wants to, wants to look at that place anymore. Nobody wants to see the, that the house in Manhattan. Nobody wants to hear about Zorro Ranch
Sin City
not being raided anymore. And this guy, Lawrence Mones, who works in the real estate industry, made sure
Bobby Capucci
he got involved to get rid of this blight.
Real Estate Expert
So cheers to that, Lawrence Mones.
Sin City
Good on you, pal.
Real Estate Expert
Permits were issued for the demolition late last week. Town hall records show early Monday, demolition crews from BG Group of Delray beach used heavy equipment to begin pulling down the walls of the mansion.
Bobby Capucci
God, that's glorious.
Real Estate Expert
Make sure you watch the video.
Sin City
I was watching it like it was a sporting event. Had a couple of cheers maybe, you know, eating a hot dog with one
Real Estate Expert
hand, had the other hand in some
Sin City
popcorn, you know what I mean? It's like a sporting event for me watching this place get knocked down. Maybe I should make some odds on how long it takes for different parts of it to fall. All kidding aside, though, if you're looking to have a bit of joy in your life for a little while, make sure you watch this video, click on the link, watch the video and enjoy.
Real Estate Expert
They tore into it again and again, starting on the east side where vines still clung to the walls, blooming with flowers that were soon crushed and eating through house towards the waterfront.
Sin City
Man, that is such a fantastic visual.
Real Estate Expert
We don't get very, very many good
Sin City
visuals in this case, right? At least I certainly don't stuff that. You know, you lay there at night sometimes and you think about it, and it really, really gets me going. I can't tell you how many sleepless nights I've had since this investigation. Since we've started talking about this case in October of 2019, it's been such a grind and such a heavy topic to discuss every day that I cannot even begin to explain to you how much I am looking forward to this playing out. And then to think about how much of a grind it is just covering it now. Think and try and put yourself in the position of the people who actually lived it. And then I look at the grind, and I say to myself, this ain't shit, bro. Buckle down. Keep it moving. Keep rocking.
Bobby Capucci
If all of these girls who were
Sin City
abused by Epstein can carry this burden
Real Estate Expert
for this long, we can see it
Sin City
through till the end of this trial.
Real Estate Expert
But boy, oh, boy, let me tell
Sin City
you what, I cannot wait for the convictions to come in this case. There are some other people, I guess, that would love for this case to keep going on forever and ever and ever and ever, but not me. This case has taken up so much of my time, so much of my life, that I just cannot wait to see all of these people that we talk about, you know, the core four, Maxwell, Indict Khan, for those people to be punished,
Bobby Capucci
because it's been just.
Sin City
This is day after day.
Bobby Capucci
Talk about a slugfest.
Real Estate Expert
And it just weighs on you, right?
Sin City
This kind of heavy sort of content, this sort of material.
Real Estate Expert
It's not easy to talk about.
Sin City
It's not easy to digest. And guess what? It certainly, I would guess, was not easy to live. So that's why we continue to talk about it on a daily basis. That's why we continue to try and bring just a little bit of light to it.
Real Estate Expert
You know, in our little neck of
Sin City
the woods over here, we just, you know, we do our little part right, and there's people out there with way, way, way, way, way bigger platforms that are fighting the good fight, too. But me personally, I know that it's
Bobby Capucci
going to be
Sin City
a very good day for these survivors, especially when this thing is finally said and done and when somebody takes a bulldozer.
Real Estate Expert
Not just Epstein's house.

But to the rest of his legacy

by noon, debris littered the ground as broken windows pierced walls that remained standing and still intact was much of the second floor balcony that overlooked the water,
Sin City
connected to the pool patio below by a graceful spiral staircase.
Real Estate Expert
The residence had stood since 1952 on an acre facing 170ft on the intracoastal Waterway at the end of a quiet dead end street in the estate section. With a total of 14,223 square feet. The three structures being raised include the main house, a pool cabana building and a separate building used by household staff. The swimming pool is also being demolished and filled in.
Sin City
You know, I tried to talk my parents into filling in my pool when
Real Estate Expert
I was younger and turning it into a roller hockey court.
Bobby Capucci
Yeah, it didn't work out so well for your boy.
Sin City
My parents have a junior Olympic sized
Bobby Capucci
swimming pool in their backyard and they
Sin City
were always complaining about how, you know, pain in the ass to take care of this, that the other thing.
Real Estate Expert
So I offered a great solution.
Bobby Capucci
I was like, look, we can turn
Real Estate Expert
this into a roller hockey rink, right?
Sin City
And then we can switch it into a basketball court every now and then. Unfortunately, they weren't into it.
Real Estate Expert
So I have a sneaking suspicion that Mr. Glaser isn't going to be making
Sin City
a hockey rink in his backyard either, unfortunately.
Real Estate Expert
Epstein hanged himself in August 2019 in
Sin City
a new York City jail cell, allegedly
Real Estate Expert
after he was arrested on federal charges of conspiracy and sex trafficking of underage girls. Fort Lauderdale attorney Brad Edwards represents about 50 clients in various legal actions who say they were abused by Epstein. The demolition can be viewed in some ways as cathartic, he said. I, I agree with that and I thought of, I said that from the
Sin City
jump that it would be a cathartic experience for some of these survivors, right?
Real Estate Expert
Seeing this place destroyed, it's significant.
Sin City
It might not be to other people on the outside looking in, but to
Real Estate Expert
these survivors who were abused there, it's significant. I think that the symbolic power of destroying the House of Horrors cannot be overstated.
Sin City
Edwards said, hey, that's funny.
Real Estate Expert
I call it the same thing, Brad.
Sin City
Great minds think Alike there, pal.
Real Estate Expert
I can imagine there is going to be some amount of relief that the nightmare of what went on at that house has been buried to some degree. 100%.
Sin City
It doesn't fix everything, right?
Real Estate Expert
It doesn't make the things that happen
Sin City
any better or make them go away,
Real Estate Expert
but it's a step in the right
Sin City
direction, and it's one more shot to the face of the Epstein enterprise.
Real Estate Expert
Epstein paid 2.5 million for the Palm beach house in 1990, Palm Beach county courthouse records show in 2011, he transferred its ownership from his name to an entity named Laurel Incorporated, a company registered in the U.S. virgin Islands.
Sin City
Oh, you know, all on the up and up, too. There's no offshore shenanigans going on over there. I mean, it's not like the Finson files pointed us in that direction or. Or the Panama Papers. Nah, nah, none of that ever occurred. Right.
Real Estate Expert
The house was designed by West Indy style architecture by the late John L. Volk, a prolific Palm beach architect. Epstein extensively remodeled the house in the mid-1990s.
Bobby Capucci
Record show.
Real Estate Expert
Yeah, he definitely went in, did a
Sin City
couple, did some remodeling, fixed it up a little bit, you know, kind of modernized it. But honestly, with that kind of money,
Real Estate Expert
that house is a complete eyesore.
Sin City
I mean, I guess it would have
Real Estate Expert
been cool in the 50s or 60s
Sin City
or something, but we're talking about the, you know, 21st century here.
Real Estate Expert
A white box. When designer Daniel Maynard of LaBerge and Maynard presented the demolition request to the board in December, he said little remained of Volks interior detailing. I spoke to a person who worked on the renovation, and it appears everything was gutted. So there's nothing left or very little of the John Volk period. It's essentially a white box. Well, yeah, that's what it looked like. Generic as hell, right? Again, you would think a mansion like this, you would put some doskis in it and make it pop. The property offers views of Tarpon island and Everglades island, smaller islands that lie just west of the barrier islands and that comprises Palm Beach. Epstein was initially booked in Florida in 2006 after police said he had sex with underage girls whom he paid for massage sessions at the Palm beach house. Michael Ryder, the former Palm beach police chief who years ago led the initial investigation into the accusations against Epstein at the house on El Brio Way, responded to her request for a comment Monday.
Sin City
And we know that Michael Ryder was
Bobby Capucci
one of the only people who really
Sin City
was going hard in the paint here. When we're talking about law enforcement or the higher ups.
Real Estate Expert
The former owner of this house did unmeasurable damage to the lives of countless children and was able to corrupt the legal system to the point that the cart.
Sin City
The courts have called it a national disgrace. Now, this is Ryder saying this, okay, Somebody who knows what's going on in the situation, somebody who has seen the paperwork, somebody who has seen the evidence.
Real Estate Expert
While it is critical that we learn from this tragedy, it is nearly as important we follow with doing everything possible to erase any connection of him from our community, said Ryder, a Palm beach
Sin City
resident who today runs his security and investigative firm.
Real Estate Expert
In 2008, Epstein entered a controversial plea deal that led to his conviction on two state felony counts that included solicitation of a minor. He served nearly 13 months in the Palm Beach County Jail before being released for a year of probation on house arrest until August 2010.
Sin City
Well, we know that he didn't do a year right. He was in and out all day. Just went there to sleep, wasn't there,
Bobby Capucci
like a real inmate.
Real Estate Expert
His plea deal let him avoid harsher federal charges similar to the ones he was facing in New York when he died. Last week, justices of the federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a 74 ruling against Epstein Survivor Courtney Wilde that said she had no legal recourse to unravel the 2008 no prosecution agreement that stemmed from his arrest in Florida. What a travesty. What a travesty and miscarriage of justice that is. I'm not gonna go too heavy on
Sin City
that, considering I've talked about that at length already, but, man, oh, man, they should be embarrassed of themselves.
Real Estate Expert
Epstein could have faced a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison had he been convicted on the federal charges he was facing when he died. In July, authorities arrested Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell in New Hampshire on multiple charges related to Epstein's alleged sexual abuse. She remains jailed without bail.
Sin City
Oh, but she remains running her mouth. And the suck squad continues with their nonsense.
Bobby Capucci
And I see that Newsweek.
Real Estate Expert
Newsweek, huh? Is going hard in the paint with their.
Sin City
It looks like some pro Ghislaine type of literature should be embarrassed of themselves.
Real Estate Expert
But it's Newsweek.
Sin City
What do you expect?
Bobby Capucci
Talk about a rag.
Sin City
And the authors over there.
Bobby Capucci
Wow, what a joke.
Sin City
Just go ahead and read some of the articles. I'm not reading any of the articles from that. That rag on the podcast, because. Straight garbage. What's going on over there? But, man, oh, man, talk about puff pieces.
Real Estate Expert
New house in the works. Glaser spent much of his career in real estate development, restoration and renovation in Miami Dade county before entering the Palm beach market about three years ago. Among his most prominent projects in Miami is the 1000 museum condominium tower downtown.
Sin City
Now, I don't, I've never seen any
Bobby Capucci
of these projects, really.
Sin City
I don't, you know, know much about architecture, but I'm sure if you check
Real Estate Expert
out in Google or whatever, you could
Sin City
check out some of these properties.
Real Estate Expert
And in this actual article, there's a
Sin City
picture of one of them.
Bobby Capucci
Pretty badass looking house, no doubt about it.
Real Estate Expert
Acting opposite Lawrence A. Mones Associates in the March sale was listing agent Kerry Warwick of the Corcoran Group, who represented the executors of Epstein's estate. The architectural commission has not yet reviewed plans for the house Glaser wants to build on the lot, but he told the Daily News last fall it would likely measure about 13,000 square feet. Any design must be signed off by the architectural board.
Sin City
So it's kind of like a homeowners
Real Estate Expert
association or a grand collection of Karens and Carls.
Sin City
Right? That's all an HOA is, basically. So they'll have to sign off on
Real Estate Expert
it and make sure that the plans fall within the scope of the community. The Palm beach house was among several homes Epstein owned across the country and
Sin City
in the Caribbean and in other countries.

His historic Upper east side townhouse at 9 East 71st street in New York City sold in March for $51 million after being listed at $88 million, according to published reports. The townhouse sold to an ownership entity linked to retiring Goldman Sachs executive Michael D. Daffy and his wife Blake.
Sin City
Property records show they plan to renovate the residence.
Real Estate Expert
New York Times reported an independent survivors compensation fund has been established. But in addition to survivors, others are pursuing money from Epstein's estate, including creditors, according to media reports.

Episode Title: The Man Who Bought Epstein's Palm Beach Mansion And His Vision For It
Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: July 4, 2026
In this episode, host Bobby Capucci explores the fate of Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous Palm Beach mansion, focusing on its sale to real estate developer Todd Michael Glaser, the community’s reaction, and what the demolition of the “house of horrors” signifies for survivors and the broader public. The discussion covers the symbolic and practical implications of erasing one of the most notorious crime scenes in the Epstein saga and dives into the real estate maneuvers, legal outcomes, and lingering questions tied to the ongoing case.
New Owner & Demolition Plans:
Real estate developer Todd Michael Glaser has purchased Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion for approximately $18–18.5 million with the explicit plan to demolish the building and put up a new, modern home in its place. Glaser aims to have the demolition completed by April. (04:20, 36:45)
“He plans to tear the property down and replace it with a 14,000 square foot art modern home. And if everything goes according to plan, he hopes to have the place flattened before April 1st.” — Bobby Capucci (07:04)
Community & Official Response:
Local planning commissions and neighbors are largely supportive, motivated by the desire to rid themselves of the property’s negative legacy and the constant onlookers attracted by its infamy.
“The neighbors, the community, they don't want people coming there and looking at this house and gawking at this house and staring at this house and, you know, it's just not a good look for the neighborhood or property values.” — Bobby Capucci (01:14)
“If the house is gone, what are they going to take a picture of? So we might be able to get it knocked down early, which I want to do just to get rid of it, he said. Palm Beach is going to be very happy that it's gone.” — Bobby Capucci quoting Glaser (11:27)
Emotional Resonance:
The demolition is seen as cathartic for survivors of Epstein’s abuse, a physical and symbolic removal of the site where many crimes occurred.
“I think it would be a great idea if he offered the survivors the chance to come in with some sledgehammers and do a little bit of remodeling themselves... because we know destroying shit is therapeutic, right?” — Bobby Capucci (01:58)
“The demolition can be viewed in some ways as cathartic, he said. I...said that from the jump that it would be a cathartic experience for some of these survivors, right? Seeing this place destroyed, it's significant.” — Bobby Capucci citing attorney Brad Edwards (45:20)
"I think that the symbolic power of destroying the House of Horrors cannot be overstated." — Attorney Brad Edwards (45:57)
Discounted Sale and Real Estate Perspective:
The mansion’s price was significantly reduced due to its notoriety. Similarly, other Epstein-owned properties, such as his New York townhouse, are also selling below asking.
“When it went on the market for [nearly $22 million], remember, I thought it would get knocked down a few million... all the way down to $18 million.” — Bobby Capucci (14:36)
Compensation Fund for Survivors:
Proceeds from the sale will contribute to the victims’ compensation fund, widely acknowledged as an important step toward justice.
“If this guy's gonna pay 18, $19 million, that's going into the compensation fund and he wants to knock this place down the next day, more power to him.” — Bobby Capucci (13:43)
Notable Legal Update:
The episode briefly references a court decision denying survivors further recourse for Epstein’s lenient 2008 plea deal, highlighting ongoing legal frustrations.
“What a travesty and miscarriage of justice that is.” — Bobby Capucci on the 11th Circuit Court ruling against survivor Courtney Wilde (50:09)
Sense of Relief and Humor:
Bobby’s tone, while serious about the crimes, includes moments of levity and cultural references. He compares the demolition’s satisfaction to scenes from The Sopranos and describes watching the demolition “like it was a sporting event.” (36:27–36:39; 39:36)
“If I had a dragon, I'd come riding in right above it and yell Dracaris. Because that's how much of an eyesore it is.” — Bobby Capucci (08:17)
"I was watching it like it was a sporting event. Had a couple of cheers maybe, you know, eating a hot dog with one hand, had the other hand in some popcorn..." — Sin City [co-host/persona] (39:36)
Insider Insights on Real Estate and Development:
Profiles of Glaser’s previous projects (e.g., Miami’s Star Island, 1000 Museum Tower) contextualize the type of development anticipated and the region’s luxury market.
Recap of Palm Beach's Role:
The mansion’s history is outlined—from its 1990 purchase by Epstein for $2.5 million, through extensive remodeling, to its use as a key operational site in his trafficking scheme.
“It was one of a number of properties where Epstein groomed and sexually assaulted underage girls and women as part of a sprawling sex trafficking scheme. Prosecutors said... Certainly one of the places where a lot of bad went down.” — Bobby Capucci (21:28)
Demolition Details:
The episode describes the physical process: main house, staff quarters, and swimming pool all being razed, with visuals provided via linked video content.
“Permits were issued for the demolition... demolition crews from BG Group of Delray beach used heavy equipment to begin pulling down the walls of the mansion.” — Bobby Capucci (39:20)
"They tore into it again and again, starting on the east side where vines still clung to the walls, blooming with flowers that were soon crushed and eating through house towards the waterfront." — Read from Palm Beach Daily News (40:09)
Ongoing Legacy and Unfinished Justice:
The host reflects on the still-unfinished broader story, referencing Ghislaine Maxwell’s arrest and trial, and the need for further accountability.
“While I'm very excited that this place is getting knocked down and a new start is beginning down there, I would really, really like to see some more indictments for the other co conspirators that the Fed said they weren't going to forget about.” — Sin City [persona/Bobby] (30:58)

Bobby Capucci’s coverage of the destruction of Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion is both a detailed examination of practical real estate developments and a meditation on what it means, emotionally and symbolically, for the survivors and community. The erasure of the mansion is cast as a rare “good news” development in a bleak and ongoing saga—one that offers a glimmer of catharsis, even as the fight for full justice continues. The episode weaves in moments of irreverent humor, sharp critique of the elite, and heartfelt advocacy for victims, making it an engaging and informative listen for both those intimately familiar with the case and newcomers alike.
