Jeffrey Epstein’s entire operation, once you strip away the tabloid sleaze and the lurid headlines, always comes back to one thing: he was a broker. A fixer. A middleman who existed in the gray zones where powerful people needed plausible deniability...

The Lapsed Fan Host
Boss, what's the most dreaded question that you can get when you tell people you host a podcast called the Lapsed Fan? Ugh. It's. What is it about? And why is that, do you think? Because to like pro wrestling is to lose the respect of others. Now what if we told you there's a podcast that explains exactly why that is and why it's kind of deserved. For over a decade, we've taken fact finding missions through the thicket of half truths that is wrestling history. We watch old matches, call out carnies, laugh at our own jokes, and have so much fun doing it that some people actually can't handle it. Think wrestling is an escape from real life? Think again. Same power games, same office politics. Same people lying to your face. Just with entrance music and absolutely no company health insurance under any circumstances. All I offer is opportunity, not benefits. As do we, Vince. The Lapsed Fan podcast. Come for the wrestling history. Stay for the uncomfortable truth about why it used to be better and why you still care.

What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. You want the truth about Jeffrey Epstein? Not the sanitized PBS version. Not the Buckingham palace fairy tale. Not the lone predator billionaire myth spun by the same institutions that funded his plane fuel. No, the real Epstein. The one that they keep buried under 40 layers of classified ink. Because saying it out loud would set half of D.C. and every intelligence agency from here to Tel Aviv on fire. Look, Jeffrey Epstein wasn't just a pervert with a plane. He was a middleman. The kind of guy governments use when they don't want their fingerprints anywhere near the crime scene. A fixer, a broker, a human router for black ops, grey money and red flag operations that never officially happened. And in exchange for doing the dirty work, in exchange for being the guy they could count on when. When official channels would blow back too hard, they let him run one of the most industrial scale kompromat machines in modern history. They looked away while he burned through girls like they were disposable evidence bags piling bodies into his operation with the full knowledge of the very people who claim to protect the public. At least a thousand girls, according to the DOJ's own numbers. A thousand lives torched so he could collect leverage like other men collect baseball cards. A thousand futures erased. So some intelligence handler could pick up a phone and say, jeff, we need a favor. And no, he take care of it quietly, invisibly, off the books. That's who Jeffrey Epstein really was. Not a playboy, not a financier, not a tragic accident of the system. A strategically tolerated predator whose crimes were treated as a cost of doing business. And that's the part that they're still terrified of. Not his death, not. Not the island, not even the names. They fear the truth in high definition, the 360 degree view of a man who operated with their blessing, their protection and their silence. They fear the receipts. They fear what happens when the public stops seeing a monster and start seeing a middleman. Because once you see that, once you understand what he was actually doing, the question becomes unavoidable. If Jeffrey Epstein was the middleman, who the hell was running the store? Today's article was published by Fox News and the headline Epstein boasted he briefed Russian diplomat on how to handle Trump in newly released emails. This article was authored by Greg Wenner. Jeffrey Epstein cast himself as a political insider after Donald Trump's first election. Newly released House oversight email show offering foreign leaders insight into the new president and boasting that he'd already briefed the top Russian diplomat on how to handle Trump. I don't doubt that for a minute. Jeffrey Epstein was deeply ensconced in Russia. In fact, they got a lot of their victims from Eastern Europe and the reason they did that is because there was no trail. Right? You couldn't follow these women. It's not like they're going to show up and start talking about what happened to them. A lot of times their society isn't down with it all. A lot of times nobody's gonna believe em. A lot of times in a place like Russia, if you speak out against the powerful, well, we all know what happens. And Jeffrey Epstein was very much aware of all of that. That's why he chose to prey on women from these war torn areas, these areas that are developing, these areas that aren't very rich. And if you think that the Russian government and people within the Russian government had no idea who and what he was, you, you're crazy. They did too. The trove of emails made public this week by the House oversight committee spans 2016 to 2018 and reveals Epstein trying to re establish himself on the world stage by courting heads of state, billionaires and diplomats, all after he was already convicted. How much more evidence do you need to see to realize that this is a gigantic ass club and you are not a part of it? Just like George Carlin always told us. You have all these diplomats, all these world leaders, all these so called people who care about other people and they're going to Jeffrey Epstein for advice. They're using Jeffrey Epstein's services. Now look, this isn't before he was arrested. This isn't before we knew what he was. This is after. So what's the defense here? In my opinion, there is no defense. There should never be any sort of association with anybody like Jeffrey Epstein, especially when you know what he is. But when it comes to these sorts of people, you know, the power brokers of the world, the ends always justify the means, even if the ends mean that your children are getting molested. The convicted sex offender who died in federal custody in 2019, positioned himself as a man with rare access and understanding of Trump, offering his analysis to global figures eager to make sense of the new administration. The now look, I would caution you not to take everything Epstein says as 100%, you know, Canon truth be skeptical of everything he says. This is a manipulator. This is a man who is trying to, you know, massage every single situation into his favor. And casting people as, you know, his puppets, or saying he has access to people doesn't exactly mean he's telling us the truth. So I take everything with a grain of salt. But what I will say is this, when we're talking about this portion of it, of what Jeffrey Epstein was up to as a middleman, as the broker, there's no doubt in my mind, no doubt whatsoever. That's who he was, that's what he was doing. That's why he was very valuable to the powers that be. And this all goes back to the time of the Iran Contra affair, right when Congress decided to vote that they couldn't have these sorts of clandestine activities, meaning our intelligence services. It had to be on the books. Well, what did they do? They skipped over it and just started hiring middlemen like Jeffrey Epstein. That's how they avoided that whole entire trap. And don't even get me started on all the money that's missing. You know how much money is missing from the defense budgets over, over the years? Forget it. Trillions of dollars. Where did that all go? I'll tell you where it went. To run operations like this piece of shit operation right here. I mean, how do you think they fund all these black sites all around the world? You know, the shitholes they have in, like, Pakistan and shit, where they bring people for a little bit of extra talking to? What, you think that's just money's falling out of the sky? They're picking it off of a tree somewhere? No, it's your tax dollars that have been lost. And God forbid you demand accountability. You're the asshole. You're the problem. It's all a big hoax. Like, the whole last thing is stomach turning. The fact that so many people still defend this shit is bananas to me. In one 2018 exchange, former council of Europe Secretary General Thorburn Yaglin thanked Epstein for a lovely evening and said he would meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's assistant. Epstein replied that Jaglin should tell Russian President Vladimir Putin that Lavrov can get insight on talking to me, adding that Vitaly Churkin was great. He understood Trump. After our conversations, Churkin, Russia's longtime ambassador to the United nations, died in 2017. The message show Epstein repeatedly pitching himself as an interpreter of Trump's behavior. They all knew what was up. They all knew who their middleman was. They all knew that Jeffrey Epstein was a guy with access. I mean, be for real. You think it was just a random email? Epstein woke up one day and was like, ah, you know what? Let me fire off this email. Of course it wasn't. He was well known in Russian intelligence circles. They knew exactly who he was, what he was up to, and the kompromat ring he was running.

Every intelligence service knew, and the truth is, a lot of them used his services. It is not complex, he wrote to Jaglind. He must be seen to get something. It's that simple. Earlier emails show Epstein attempting to broker access around Trump's 2017 inauguration. Dubai Ports magnate Sultan bin Salayam asked whether he should accept an invitation from Trump ally Tom Barack and whether it would be possible to shake the president's hand. Epstein advised that the events would be very crowded, but offered to help arrange meetings before or after in Washington or New York. So why would he offer that if he couldn't do it? That's something people need to ask themselves. And remember, this is before Epstein was arrested the second time. So context matters. The time matters, the timeline matters. All of it does. If we want to get to the bottom of it and find out the truth, be because that's all I'm really interested in. I'm not interested in hit pieces. I'm not interested in trying to, you know, slam people with shit that's not true. I'm interested in getting to the bottom of what happened here. And if that means ruffling some feathers on the way, then so be it. I'm not beholden to either of these dumbass political parties, and I never will be, especially after what I've learned over the past five or six years. It has been absolutely eye opening how many people in power truly don't care about us. Epstein also stayed in touch with prominent American financiers and political figures. In December of 2016, he exchanged notes with Hyatt heir Tom Pritzker, boasting that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had sent him a tent, carpets and doll. Pritzker joked the gesture might be code for I love you. Isn't Pritzker another one that Virginia accused? Oh, that's right, he is. Are you catching on yet? Are you paying attention? The moral of the story is these rich people are fucking degenerates. The whole lot of them. In a separate 2018 chain following Trump's summit with Putin in Helinski. Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers asked Epstein, do the Russians have stuff on Trump? Today was appalling, even by his standards. Epstein dismissed the idea, replying that Trump was totally predictable and offering to explain by phone. See, this is interesting too, because if Epstein was really out to try and hamstring Trump, don't you think he would have said, yeah, the Russians have compromise on him. But instead, Epstein dismisses the idea. And I know a lot of people listening to the podcast are going to be shocked to hear this, but I thought the whole entire Russia thing was a bunch of half baked nonsense. And I said it when it was happening and I said it was going to cause problems down the road because people are going to look at that and then say, oh, look, they're just trying to get him again if anything ever pops up. And here we are. So that's why it was a big mistake. There wasn't enough there, right? There was nothing concrete, nothing that's going to move the base, nothing that's going to get the other half of the country to believe the narrative. Whereas here, there's a lot to go on. And not just innuendo, not just people saying things. There's an actual paper trail and that paper trail is going to lead us to victory if we ever follow it. And that's why they don't want the files to be released, because they know if those files are released, it's going to add a lot of context for people that have been following along and we're going to be able to fill in the gaps and that's why they won't release the files. He thinks he has charmed his adversary, Epstein wrote. He has no idea of the symbolism. He has no idea of most things Together. The communications paint a picture of Epstein trying to leverage his reputation and relationships for renewed influence, using his connections in Washington, the Middle east and Europe to insert himself into Trump's era global intrigue. And look, I don't know what kind of access he had. I mean, I'm seeing reports now that Jeffrey Epstein spent Thanksgiving down with Trump and the Dubins. I mean, if that's true, and I certainly can't confirm it one way or the other, but if it's true, that's going to open up a whole other can of worms. When reach for comment, the White House told Fox News Digital, these emails prove literally nothing. That's true. They don't. But they add more context, they add more meat to the bone. And the more context you have, the more meat on the bone. The better off you're going to be when you're trying to figure out what's what. The House Oversight Committee released the cache of Epstein related documents this week as part of its ongoing probe into the Justice Department's handling of the financier's previous plea deal and his wider network of contacts. Well, if anyone thinks that the plea deal wasn't a bunch of garbage, you're crazy. Probably the worst deal ever signed in the history of America. And as far as Jeffrey Epstein's role as a middleman and a broker, as an asset, like I've told you from the beginning, that's becoming crystal clear. And at some point, that's going to have to be addressed by the powers that be. Now, they'll try and deny it. They're going to ignore it. But the more they deny it, the more they ignore the fact that we know Epstein was working in some capacity for the government or governments, the deeper the hole gets for them and the less credibility they have. Because there is no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was a lot more than just some lone wolf pervert with a lot of money and an airplane. Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence asset. Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: April 13, 2026
This episode of The Epstein Chronicles dives into Jeffrey Epstein’s role as a global “middleman”—someone whose true power lay in brokering introductions, exchanging favors, and leveraging kompromat, all while maintaining connections with world leaders, financiers, and intelligence agencies. Bobby Capucci dissects the newly released cache of Epstein’s emails and communications (as reported by Fox News) and explores how these documents illuminate Epstein’s post-conviction efforts to remain a critical behind-the-scenes operator in political and financial spheres.
(01:39) Capucci opens with a fiery takedown of sanitized Epstein narratives:
“You want the truth about Jeffrey Epstein? Not the sanitized PBS version… No, the real Epstein. The one that they keep buried under 40 layers of classified ink.”
Epstein is described as a fixer and broker, a “human router for black ops, gray money and red flag operations,” acting for intelligence services who needed plausible deniability.
Quote (03:19):
“A strategically tolerated predator whose crimes were treated as a cost of doing business. And that’s the part they’re still terrified of—not his death, not the island, not even the names. They fear the truth in high definition.”
(04:10) Overview of the Fox News article (by Greg Wenner):
Quote (04:35):
“You have all these diplomats, these world leaders, all these so-called people who care about other people and they’re going to Jeffrey Epstein for advice… After he was already convicted.”
“He chose to prey on women from these war-torn areas… If you think that the Russian government and people within the Russian government had no idea who and what he was, you’re crazy.”
“That’s how they avoided that whole trap. And don’t even get me started on all the money that’s missing… Trillions of dollars. Where did that all go? To run operations like this piece of shit operation right here.”
“He was well known in Russian intelligence circles. They knew exactly who he was, what he was up to, and the kompromat ring he was running.”
“Are you catching on yet? Are you paying attention? The moral of the story is these rich people are fucking degenerates. The whole lot of them” (11:13)
“There’s an actual paper trail and that paper trail is going to lead us to victory if we ever follow it. And that’s why they don’t want the files released… it’s going to add a lot of context.”
“There is no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was a lot more than just some lone wolf pervert with a lot of money and an airplane. Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence asset.”
(01:39) Capucci:
“They fear what happens when the public stops seeing a monster and starts seeing a middleman.”
(06:41) Capucci:
“It’s all a big hoax. The whole last thing is stomach turning. The fact that so many people still defend this shit is bananas to me.”
(13:28) Capucci:
“The more they deny it, the more they ignore the fact that we know Epstein was working in some capacity for the government or governments, the deeper the hole gets for them and the less credibility they have.”
(15:35) Capucci:
“Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence asset.”
This episode delivers a blunt, unfiltered examination of Jeffrey Epstein’s true function in elite circles: not simply as a wealthy abuser, but as a key facilitator for deals, compromises, and clandestine operations at the behest of intelligence agencies and the global elite. Through dissecting newly released email evidence, Capucci underscores the systemic nature of Epstein’s impunity, marshaled by the world’s most powerful brokers, and insists that only relentless exposure of the buried documents will reveal the full scale of this transnational scandal.
