Kahn managed the Epstein Victims Compensation Program which paid out over $121 million to more than 135 claimants. He also oversaw the sale of Epstein's properties, including the 9 East 71st street townhouse in New York City, $51 million, the Palm Beach, Florida mansion, Little St. James Virgin Islands and Zoro Ranch. Vasoski was a key prosecution witness at Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking trial in 2021. In his testimony, he described Maxwell as Epstein's number two responsible for managing all of Epstein's affairs outside of business, including household operations, property management and staff oversight across all residences. Vasoski testified that Epstein and Maxwell were were like a married couple. Flight logs from Vasoski's flights constitute some of the most important evidence implicating Epstein and others. Vasoski denied witnessing any sexual activity on any aircraft, testifying absolutely not and never when asked if he found sex toys during aircraft cleanup. Epstein allegedly paid Vasoski's legal fees. Vasoski most frequent passenger included Epstein, 185 shared flights, Glenn Maxwell 153 and Bill Richardson, five. Epstein made a bequest of $1 million to Vasoski in his 2015 trust. Also, according to testimony Vasoski gave at Maxwell's criminal trial, Epstein gave him 40 acres of Zorro Ranch on which he was to build the house. At the same trial, Vasoski testified that Zorro Ranch manager Bryce Gordon told him that he arranged for masseuses From Santa Fe 10,000 waves to visit Zorro Ranch to perform massages on Epstein. Dave Rogers Rogers was flight operation coordinator and served as pilot for Epstein. He worked closely with chief pilot Larry Vasoski and handled travel scheduling, crew visas, international landing permits and lodging logistics for the flight crew. Rogers was interviewed by the FBI on August 15, 2006. Rogers told the FBI that he observed countless females on Epstein's aircraft. He believed that they were aged 21 to 23, non allegedly underaged and he never witnessed sexual activity or observed sex toys on the aircraft. Gene Brennan Weibrocht Weibrocht was a certified public accountant for Epstein's Virgin island operation. She was also a bank signatory on Deutsche bank accounts and as were Epstein and Dyke and Beller. Epstein paid tuition for her children $19,551 for daughter Michelle at Wake Forest and $12,754 for son Thomas at Elon University. She was named as the beneficiary in Epstein's last trust with a bequest of $1 million. It's expected that Weibrecht may have knowledge or information about financial transactions related to Zorro Ranch. Harry Beller Beller was an accountant at HBRK Associates incorporated, located at 575 Lexington Avenue, New York. Beller served as key financial operative in Epstein's network. He managed Epstein's JP Morgan account, executed wire transfers of 25,000 or more on Epstein's behalf, handled cash funding for Epstein's checking accounts and managed 15.3 million loan facility. Beller earned $227,263 through DKI PLLC, Darren Indyke's law firm. Beller was subpoenaed by the FBI in August of 2007 to testify before the grand jury in the Southern District of Florida. Beller is expected to have personal knowledge regarding the financial structures and transactions necessary to operate and maintain Zoro Ranch. Cecile De Jong De Jong was the wife of former U.S. governor John de Jong. She served as office manager at Little St James Enterprise, managing purchasing, vendor payments, staff, payroll and contractors for Epstein's USVI operation. She's named in the USVI v. JP Morgan lawsuit which alleges she attempted to secure student visas and work licenses for young women connected to Epstein. De Jong may also have knowledge or information about the management and operation of Zorro Ranch. Bella Klein worked for Kahn and Beller as a financial administrator for Epstein. She worked closely with Kahn and Leslie Groff to manage Epstein's financial infrastructure, including processing wire transfers and handling sensitive operational tasks. She also played an administrative role in Epstein's tuition payments to others. Epstein paid for tuition and summer camp expenses for Klein's daughters. Grof appeared in over 200,000 document references, more than any other person except Epstein. Multiple witnesses alleged that Grof scheduled massages involving underage girls at Epstein's New York and Palm beach residences. Grof was part of Epstein's inner circle which also included Maxwell, Kellen and Marcinkova. The 2007 federal non prosecution agreement granted her immunity from criminal prosecution as one of Epstein's co conspirators. According to her testimony, she was born in North Carolina in 1979. Maxwell recruited her for Epstein and Kellen has stated that Maxwell abused her. She was known to have begun recruiting other women and girls for Epstein. The Palm Beach Police Department investigation identified Kellan as central to Epstein's operation and named her as a suspect in connection with principal in the first degree for unlawful sexual activity with a minor and lewd and lascivious molestation. Although only Epstein was named on the arrest warrant for those charges, evidence against her included handwritten notes attributed to her reading I have Girls Forum and I have two girls forum. Documents show that Kellen accompanied Epstein on 365 flights. On Epstein's aircraft. Flight manifests show that she flew with Epstein, Maxwell, Jean Luc Brunel, Naomi Campbell and numerous unidentified young women. Flight manifest phone records, handwritten notes and other evidence supported the Palm beach police conclusion that Kellen helped Epstein arrange liaisons with girls. Nadia Marcinkova Marcinkova was born in Slovakia in 1986. Epstein arranged to have Marcinkova admitted to the United States in 1999.
