what's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we left off with the Truth Commission from New Mexico and their interim report, Zorro Ranch Employees review of EFTA and other publicly available resources reveals only some of the personnel employed at Zorro Ranch. Much of this information is drawn from Epstein's email archive, which spans from May 2009 through 2019. Staff who worked there before 2009 or who were not named in emails are not captured here. There is little available documentation that sheds light on Zorro Ranch personnel and operations prior to 2009. Available information shows that Zorro Ranch staff levels fluctuated over time from a few as three to as many as seven or eight. The number does not include contractors. There were also some turnover among employees, with many not lasting more than one or two years, while other employees were employed for longer durations. There's no record showing that many of the Zorra Ranch employees were ever interviewed by the FBI or other law enforcement. The commission has identified many important members of Epstein's extensive Zorra Ranch staff network and a handful of others. However, the number is certainly considerably larger and will no doubt grow as review of of the EFTA documents and subpoena returns continue. Identification of Zorro Ranch staff is crucial, as employees and contractors may have information or knowledge about activity at the ranch and the conditions and circumstances that facilitated Epstein's criminal wrongdoing. Moreover, only a few of these employees and contractors were known to have ever spoken to law enforcement. Zorro Ranch was operational from the mid-90s, and key players in Epstein's orbit, and including Maxwell, Indyke and Kahn, involved themselves in daily management and operations of the ranch, as did Epstein himself. They also gave close attention to personnel and staffing decisions. For example, Kahn emailed Epstein on September 19, 2012 with the subject line Zorro Payroll informing Epstein, I believe that this payroll has gotten very frothy. Seems strange that our new housekeeper Cynthia, who been with us for two weeks, makes more money than Louella Epstein and Zorro Ranch management paid close attention to ranch employees and contractors and closely monitored outside contracts. They were particularly alert to press inquiries. For instance, on March 12, 2011, Karen Gordon emailed Epstein with the subject FYI. In the email, Gordon relayed that a reflexologist providing foot massages at at the ranch had been contacted by phone the day before by a Los Angeles reporter who was looking for information on GM and yourself. The reflexologist acknowledged nothing and asked how he got her number. Gordon had Wendy Martinez forward the reporter's details to Epstein. Some Zoro Ranch employees lived on the ranch itself. Ranch employees were issued cell phones and some had use of permanent ranch vehicles. Epstein was particular about who could and could not enter the main residence. Some employees had access to the main residence while Epstein directed that other employees were disallowed entrants to the main residence. Epstein required employees and contractors to sign non disclosure agreements purportedly to protect the privacy of his frequent celebrity guests. Epstein often gave employees, including low level employees, significant annual bonuses, sometimes comprising more than 10% of their annual compensation. Again, the email capture only go back to 2009 and an understanding of Zorro Ranch employees before then is not fully disclosed. Some of the only evidence detailing activity prior to 2009 was obtained through interviews of a reflexologist and massage therapist, both of whom were retained through outside contacts to provide services on an as needed basis. Key Zorra Ranch employees thus far identified include the Bryce Gordon. Gordon is a New Zealand national who co managed Epstein's New Mexico and Virgin Islands properties alongside his wife Karen from approximately 2003 to 2019. Originally based at Zorro Ranch before relocating to Little St. James by by 2016, Gordon and his wife were responsible for ranch operations and maintenance, including oversight of employees and contractors, vehicle maintenance and construction projects. The FBI interviewed Gordon on February 8, 2007. Gordon stated he had worked on Zoro Ranch for four years. He stated that there were five to six full time employees and some seasonal employees. He stated that Epstein spent approximately 50 days a year on the ranch, usually in the summer. He would show up with 24 to 48 hours notice staying for two to three weeks at a time. Epstein arrived by aircraft, Albuquerque or Santa Fe and would be driven to the ranch. He was accompanied by his personal assistant, his bodyguard, his personal trainer and sometimes his masseuses he traveled around the ranch by helicopter. Gordon was directed to build the spa massage place on Little St. James island and also had knowledge of Epstein's ballet and massage room construction on Little St. James Island. Records also show that 19 panels of soft Sounds Class A studio foam soundproofing material costing 5,700 was shipped to Gordon. Deutsche bank wire transfers indicate that Gordon received approximately 200,000 a year through a company called Lee McKenzie Consultants LLC. In a June 21, 2009 email, Epstein chastises Marcinkova for treating Gordon disrespectfully and suggests Gordon threatened to quit, a result Epstein did not want. Epstein made Gordon a bequest of 2 million through his August 2019 trust. Karen Gordon Gordon is a New Zealand national who co managed Epstein's property alongside her husband Bryce Gordon. Originally based in Zorro Ranch before locating to Little St James by 2016, she was involved in the day to day operation and logistics for Epstein's island the States through 2019. Carlos Delgado Delgado was a ZDC employee who was hired July 16, 2012. In an email to Epstein dated June 12, 2012, Bryce Gordon Sal Delgado was hired as seasonal help. He stated that Delgado was not to work in the main house. His wife Norma was briefly employed July 16, 2012 to August 12, 2012 with the idea that she and her husband would reside on the ranch in a partially furnished house. Monolito Royal Royal was employed by ZDC as a Zorro Ranch staff member. From January 1, 19, 1996 until June 2012, Manalito was involved in operational and maintenance matters such as receiving estimates for home repair pool maintenance, vehicle maintenance and picking up visitors from the Santa fe Airport. On October 8, 2010, Epstein was informed by email that Manalito had relocated a rock carving sound on Zorro Ranch and that as of December 2008, all rock art on Zorro had been recorded with the Archaeological Society of New Mexico Rock Art Council. One of Manalito's regular duties was to check and clean guns on a weekly basis. This responsibility was communicated to Manalito by written checklist by ranch management James and Nina Herrera. The Heras were husband and wife interviewed as replacements for addition to the Gordons. It was contemplated that they manage at least some of the ranch. It's not clear whether they were ever employed. Amber Chavez Chavez was a ZDC employee who was hired Aug. 27, 2012 as a security guard, according to an FBI Tactical intelligence report dated August 12, 2020. On June 16, 2020, a man and woman from Artesia, New Mexico attempted to burgle the Zorro Ranch property. The couple attempted to break into a storage container at the Zorro Ranch property. Property security guards Amber Chavez and Cynthia Cano contacted the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department, leading to the burglar's arrest. Steve Chavez Chavez was a ZDC employee who was hired October 19, 2009. In an email dated June 11, 2018 from a person whose name was redacted to Larry Vasaski, Leslie Groff, Darren Endyke, Richard Kahn, Bella Klein, Carlooz Zolrak and Steve Chavez, the sender acknowledges receipt of an old email from Larry Vasoski informing We will depart Santa Fe at 7pm tonight Monday arrival Atlantic PB1 12:15am N2 12JE these flight plans were later changed the to reflect a different departure and arrival time on June 12, 2018. Cynthia Kno Cano was a ZDC employee who was hired September 4, 2012 to be a housekeeper. In an email from Epstein to a person whose name was redacted what appears to be Karen Gordon Cano was hired to be a housekeeper with the understanding that she would live off site and would provide would be provided a cell phone. Bradley Royster Royster was a ZDC employee who was hired September 17, 2012. He was employed as a ranch hand and lived on the ranch. He was terminated March 10, 2013 due to ranch operation restructuring. Prior to his termination, Karen Gordon and Darren Indyke exchanged emails. Indyke sought information about Royster's employment and about the accounts and sensitive material he could access before approving the the termination. Wendy Martinez hey guys, Lady Luck here.

Martinez worked as staff member for Epstein from 2011 until June 2012 when she resigned by email. She worked directly with Epstein on matters relating to ranch maintenance and operation. She also communicated with Richard Kahn on matters related to property management. She exchanged emails with Sarah Kellen and others regarding Epstein flight plans, guest arrivals and supplies. For example, on July 7, 2011, she exchanged emails with Sarah, probably Sarah Kellen regarding lodgings for Epstein's guest and Aspen, Colorado venture capitalist and longtime Epstein associate Joe Pagano. On June 18, 2012, Martinez resigned without notice, stating, I have always enjoyed my job and all aspects of it. I feel that I was an asset here for you and your guests. Unfortunately, there are other people that think differently and they have done their best to make sure I do not further myself here or you. I can no longer do my job at 100% with the controlling, deceitful, demeaning and distrusting ways that are put in front of me daily. It was mentally and physically exhausting me and making me sick. Wendy Nunn Nun was a Zora Ranch employee with a higher date of January 10, 2005 who was employed at least through 2010. Little else is known about her. Corinna Schuliac Schuliac, a Belarus native and naturalized U.S. citizen, was a dentist who was reportedly Epstein's girlfriend. While Schuliac was not a formal salaried employee of Epstein, she did hold roles that were functionally part of Epstein's personal and business operation. Epstein used his influence and prominence of a 5 to 10 million dollar donation to get Juliak admitted to Columbia University's dental school. After she was initially rejected, a DOJ document shows Epstein made $631,000 in tuition payments to Schuliac alone. Schuliac was the largest individual beneficiary of Epstein's estate in Epstein's final trust. August 8, 2019, Schuliac received $50 million in cash plus a $50 million annuity. All six Epstein properties with $5 million in operating funds per property, 48 loose diamonds and 32.73 carat D VS1 diamond ring. Between 2013 and 2016, Schuliac's parents in Belarus received at least 80,000 from Epstein. Schuliak was reportedly the last person Epstein called from prison before his death. Massage Therapist and Masseuses the masseuses were not normally flown to the Ranch but were hired by Epstein's assistants who also kept financial records and usually arranged the massages. The names of the masseuses were obtained from 10,000 waves Day Spa or by referrals. The assistant named Redacted said that the masseuses are all checked out and that they are all professionals who are licensed massage therapists. Approximately five different therapists were used in the past. The working and personal relationships among those responsible for management and operation of Zorro Ranch were primarily among Epstein, Maxwell, Indy, Kahn, Grof, Kellen, Marcinkova, Bryce and Karen Gordon, Larry, Vasoski and Rogers.
