What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we left off with the Sarah Kellen interview with Congress. Ms. Brignac, we're ready to go back on the record. The time is 1:05, and the majority begins their second hour. Ms. Brignac, question, Ms. Kellen, we briefly discussed your compensation, but can you describe how it fluctuated throughout your time when working for Mr. Epstein? I started at $25,000 a year. I believe it got up to $100,000 a year at one point. And then he cut everyone's pay when he went to jail, and it ended at $75,000 a year at the end of my employment. How much did he cut your pay by? I guess it would have been 25% if it was 100,000 and then 75,000. Did you receive compensation beyond that salary? He would give me a few gifts, though, through the years. Did he pay for your housing? He gave me an apartment to live in. He had maybe 10 apartments that different. Staff members. Timmons, was that at 3:01? Kellan? Yes. Timmons. Okay, thank you, Brignac. And did anyone live with you at 301 E. 66th St? Kellan? No. Brignac who are your neighbors? Kellen in relation to Jeffrey? The pilots all had an apartment. His girlfriend had an apartment. The chef had an apartment, while he had a private chef. Jean Luc Brunel had an apartment. Timmons. When did you move out of the apartment? Kellen? 2012, when I became engaged to my second husband, Timmins. By 2014, there were seven different women living there. Did you overlap with any of them? Kellen? I wasn't there in 2014, so I wouldn't have known who. Who was there? Timmons. I don't know if any of them were still there. They came right around that time. But there were no other women in your orbit while you were there in 2012? There were no other assistants. Kellen. I know one of his girlfriends was still living there that I knew. Timmons. Do you recall the name? Kellen? Redacted. Brignac. Question. And that's redacted, correct? Answer yes. Question what were the names of the other pilots and chefs that lived at the address?
B
Answer.
A
Larry Vasoski, David Rogers, Larry Morrison, Adam Perry Lang, and I believe Darren Indyke had an apartment there as well. In the beginning of my employment. I don't remember if any other chefs lived there. And then at one point, they used two of the apartments as offices when he was in jail to save money. Question Were you abused at this apartment? Answer no question. Did he, Mr. Epstein, pay your rent at the apartment, or did he place the apartment in your name? He never put it in my name, although he always dangled that carrot in front of me. In the beginning of my employment, he said, if you make it working five years with me, I'll put the apartment in your name. And that never happened. And then he kind of continued it in the later years as well. He kept saying he was gonna put the apartment in my name, and it never happened. And then when he was kind of like, pushing me out of the apartment when I was engaged to Brian, I reminded him of his promise and he just sort of ignored it. Brian being Brian Vickers. Correct question. Thank you. Did he pay for your medical appointments? Yes. Did Mr. Epstein pay for your education? I don't believe I got any extra education when I was working with him. Did Mr. Epstein offer you any personal loans? He gave me gifts. I didn't understand them to be loans. Did you ever ask him for a personal loan? No. Did any other associate of Mr. Epstein receive personal loans? Any other associates receive loans? I'm not sure. Ham, can we pause for a second? They go off record, they come back. Sorry. She wanted me to mention that he. In the very beginning, before I started working, he asked if I had any debt. And he paid off my credit cards during, like, the very first interview I had with him that first week. Ms. Brignac. Thank you. Timmons. Approximately how much was that? Kellen? Like 1500. Ms. Hamm, I'm sorry, clarify one more thing. On the medical appointments, you also received health insurance, right? So he would pay for the doctor's appointments and he provided medical insurance, Is that right, Kellen? Uh huh. Ham. Okay, Tolan. And you mentioned gifts. What type of gifts did you receive? Kellen? He bought me jewelry, clothing. He gave me money on two accounts that I remember. He gave me a mini moke for my birthday one year. Luggage, that sort of thing. Tolan. And was the money that was just a gift? It was for no purpose, specifically, Kellen. So one was to help pay for my wedding. And then there was one. I went to see him in New York, and I was expressing how stressed I was at the time. My husband and I gutted our apartment in New York. And a few months after that, he was in the hospital with emergency open heart surgery, and he couldn't race anymore. He was a professional race car driver. So, like, basically he had no more income and he had to pay. Like, he used his entire life savings to, like, try and rebuild the Apartment, but we couldn't get it back to livable, and we couldn't refinance without it being livable. And it was just like, super stressful time. And I was telling Jeffrey about that, and he just got on the phone and told his accountant to wire me money, which I assume was to help alleviate some of my stress. Miss, back to the payment on the apartment. Did you understand that the other associates of Mr. Epstein that lived there also had their rent paid, or was the apartment placed in any of their names? I'm not aware of them being placed in any of their names. And I never really understood, like, how it was, like, I assumed Jeffrey on the apartments, the way he, like, acted with him, but I never really understood who properly owned them. I think his brother and another, they had a partner in the building, Anthony Barrett, who Jeffrey was friendly with, but I didn't quite understand the dynamics of all of that. Question. Did Mr. Epstein ever assist in setting up a business for you? Answer, Mr. Endykeep help set up my SLK Design interior design company. Question. Did Mr. Epstein ever use SLK Design to help young women or girls acquire visas or passports? Answer. He had me hire an assistant that helped me with design a design project. She was an assistant, and she was hired under SLK Designs. Question. Can you describe the conversation to me that came out of that taking place? Who told you to hire her? Jeffrey. Who was the assistant? Okay. Did you express any concerns about the hiring decision? No, because she had gone to school for interior design, and she was helping a lot with sourcing furniture and fabrics and interior design projects. Ms. Kellen, you have described your previous husband, Brian Vickers, and documents that the committee has reviewed reveal that Mr. Vickers did communicate with with Mr. Epstein. What was Mr. Epstein's involvement in your relationship? I had not told Brian about the abuse in the beginning and positioned Jeffrey as more of a father figure to him because I was ashamed of disclosing what had happened to him. So that's kind of the context of that. Brian viewed him in. I think he, like Jeffrey, wanted to be involved with our prenup and was giving advice on that. I don't think they had a lot of communication. I mean, I saw some of the emails online. Some of them I weren't aware of. Who introduced you to Mr. Vickers? I met him through one of my friends. Her husband was friends with Brian, and we met at a brunch in New York. And what was Mr. Epstein's reaction to you getting engaged and leaving your job as his assistant? Kellan? He started getting more Difficult towards me and being more dismissive of me. He, you know, was like, when can you. When are you going to move out of the apartment? And was trying to kick me out of the apartment pretty quickly. He kept saying, when are you going to go to Brian's health insurance? And I was like, we're not married yet. I can't go on his insurance until we're married. When I wasn't traveling with Jeffrey 247 like I typically was, he was like, this isn't working. We're going to have to cut your pay. Or, you know, he just became more hostile towards me just because I wasn't at his beck and call 247 anymore. Brignac. Question, Ms. Kellen. I will now read a list of individuals that the committee has identified as associated with Mr. Epstein. And at the request of your counsel, this will be a list. Some of these might be repetitive from the minority's hour, but for clarity on the record, I'm going to run through them again. For each name, please state whether you witnessed any inappropriate behavior from the individual. If the answer is yes, I will not ask you to give information about the victim. Ham. I'm so sorry. Can I just clarify? You mean, like, inappropriate sexual behavior? Brignac. Correct. Ham. Being rude. Okay. Inappropriate sexual behavior. Question. Ghislaine Maxwell. Yes. With myself. Question. Les Wexner.

Steven Sinofsky. Answer no. Question. Are there any others that you witness conduct, engage in sexual conduct? Only towards myself, Philip Levine and Frederick Fakai. Mr. Timmons, can I jump in? So, Philip Levine, when did you first encounter him? What year? Ms. Kellen Pretty much right away. The instance that I referenced was in 2002, 2003. Jeffrey and Galan rented a house in San Tropez for the summer, and Philip came to stay with them part of the time. TIMMONS and that's when the first instance occurred. Kellen huh? TIMMONS and he sexually assaulted you, Is that what you said earlier? KELLEN Correct. At the house and then again on the beach. We were kind of walking, and I think it was Jeffrey and Ghislaine were walking ahead of us, and there was me and Philip. And then there was like this wooden kind of shack on the beach. And he just kind of grabbed my hand and pulled me into the shack. TIMMINS okay, so that's 2002. Kellen 2002 or 2003. It was pretty early on in my employment. BURLESON Was this on the island? TIMMONS no, this was Kellen jumps in and San Tropez. TIMMONS what other further contact did you have with Philip Levine after 2003? I don't remember any specific contact that I had. I just knew that him and Ghislaine were very friendly. Timmins so you never saw him again after 2003? Kellen it's possible, but I don't remember. Timmons but in 2003 in St. Tropez I hate to ask you to do this, but can you give me additional details about the interaction? It was at night. Jeffrey and Ghislaine had gone to bed, and their bedroom was upstairs. And then Philip was staying in a bedroom downstairs, and we were both still awake. And he brought me into his bedroom and said, you know, you must be so lonely always with them and never not having your own life and kind of not being able to do or be with anyone kind of was basically forced himself on me. Question. Ms. Brignac Now, Ms. Kellen, the question was whether you witnessed any of those individuals in engage in sexual activity and you had prompted whether I was asking of your general awareness, can you answer whether you were aware of any of those individuals having engaged in sexual misconduct? HAM Aware at the time that she was employed for Epstein? BRIGNAC Correct. KELLEN I wasn't aware. BRIGNIAK did you ever witness Mr. Epstein giving cash to young women or girls? HAM this is where we understand that some of the allegations are. So I don't want to speak about the victims, okay. BRYNIAK and understanding the scope for clarity on the record, are you refusing to answer that question? HAM yeah, I'm asking her based on the parameters that we that she's prepared to discuss today that we don't want to get into other victims. Kellen and I would like to be able to answer all the questions, but I just need to, like, listen to my counsel. TIMMONS if you were given immunity by the Department of Justice or this committee, please, would you be willing to answer more questions? Kellen. 100%. Timmons do you think that the answers to those questions would result in additional people being indicted or held accountable? Kellen. I don't know. I mean, I don't. TIMMONS Can I direct that to your lawyer? Kellen. Sure. Ham. Yeah, I think it's hard because I'm not sure what she. The DOJ knows honestly. Brignac and I understand the scope, but for clarity on the record, we. We have a few more questions. Did Ms. Maxwell or Mr. Epstein ever ask you to introduce young women to girls or clients or friends of Epstein? HAM I think you can answer that. Kellen no, I'm sorry. Could you re. Ask. I'm sorry. Sure. Did Ms. Maxwell or Mr. Epstein ever ask you to introduce young women or girls to clients or friends of Mr. Epstein? Kellen no question. Brignac did you ever witness Mr. Epstein have sexual contact of any kind with young women or girls? Ham you can answer for yourself. Myself, in three instances I mentioned before, with Ghislaine and then to other women. Brignac. Thank you, but that wasn't the question. Did you ever witness Mr. Epstein have sexual contact of any kind with other young women or girls? Ham. Yeah, we're not talking about that. I don't want to put her in a position to talk about other victims, but she is able to talk about her own experience being victimized by him with other people present. If you want information. Brignac and just for clarity on the record, you're refusing to answer that question. KELLAN I'm listening to my attorney. Brignac thank you. HAM I mean, this was the scope. I appreciate the committee's position, but this is voluntary, and coming in here, we wanted to make sure that she was able to provide information to be helpful to the committee while protecting herself and understanding that sustained questioning on some of these topics is very difficult for her to get through. All right, folks, we're going to wrap up right here. And in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick up where we left off. The transcript provides insight into Kellen's compensation, living arrangements, and the nature of her relationship with Epstein, as well as her interactions with high-profile associates within Epstein's orbit. The testimony touches on her experiences of abuse, refusals to elaborate on possible knowledge of other victims, and revelations regarding financial arrangements, gifts, and business involvement.
“I started at $25,000 a year. I believe it got up to $100,000 a year at one point. And then he cut everyone's pay when he went to jail, and it ended at $75,000 a year at the end of my employment.” (01:16)

The language is somber and direct, with Kellen providing concise, factual answers except where legally constrained. There is an undercurrent of tension as legal counsel frequently intervenes to limit responses regarding other potential victims.
This episode provides a rare look inside the operations of Epstein’s inner circle, specifically through the lens of Sarah Kellen’s experiences and limited disclosures under binding legal advice. Despite refusals to provide witness accounts involving other victims, Kellen’s testimony elucidates the roles of various figures, her relationship with Epstein, and patterns of control, abuse, and manipulation that characterized her tenure as his assistant. The episode closes with the promise to continue analyzing these transcripts for further insight.
