The congressional committee overseeing aspects of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation has too often projected disorganization rather than discipline. Hearings have at times devolved into partisan sparring, with members appearing more focused on...

What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Over the past seven months or so, one of the questions I keep getting asked has to do with the Congressional investigation and whether I think it's legit or fugazi. And unfortunately, I think it's fugazi. I've said that from the very beginning, that it was all theatrics and kayfabe, and it remains. So. Do you really think that James Comer really wants to get to the bottom of what happened here, or do you think he's trying to run cover for the people that don't want this investigation to progress? I mean, look, we should definitely hear from Bill Clinton and we should definitely hear from Hillary Clinton. I don't have any beef with that whatsoever. As you know, I think that both of them were enabling Jeffrey Epstein for years. But there's no doubt that it was the dog and pony show during the deposition of both Hillary and Bill Clinton. And the fact that it wasn't public is a joke. All of these should have been public. Bill Barr, Alex Acosta, Hillary Clinton, Les Wexner, Bill Clinton. Enough is enough. But it's not about getting to justice. That's what it comes down to when we're talking about the congressional investigation. Not Massey, not Ro Khanna, not the discharge petition, but the investigation being led by Comer and his little proxy, Anna Paulina Luna. Make no mistake, they have one goal. Laying cover down for the administration. That's it. Not about justice, not about the survivors. Certainly not about the survivors. I mean, look at what Anna Paulina Luna said. Oh, these girls are all traffickers. A lot of these women were turned into traffickers. Come on. We know the truth, and so did she. But the idea was to cause confusion instead of just being very clear and. And saying that Nadia Leslie, Sarah, Kellen Vickers, and Adriana Ross were the women she was talking about. She was very vague and opaque because she knew all she had to do was throw a little red meat out there and all of the buffoons would run with it. And, boy, they sure did. So today we have an article from Politico, and the headline, serious Investigation or Clown show? Clinton's closed testimony on Epstein leave room for disagreement. And again, we haven't seen the transcripts, so we're only basing what we're talking about on what other people told us. So until we get the transcripts and the video, I'm not going to get launched into orbit one way or the other. This article was authored by Maya Kaufman, Jilia Nagisi, and Haley Fuchsia. As House Republicans and Democrats embarked on two days of depositions with Bill and Hillary Clinton, both sides professed to seriousness of purpose to find answers that could aid their investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, while Comer and his friends, if they were serious, would have been at the Les Wexner deposition. There is no good reason for them not to be there. And. And I'm sorry, but it's the truth. This committee is playing serious games. And the funniest thing is they really stepped on their own dick. What do I mean by that? Well, they've opened the door now for Donald Trump to be deposed. Wasn't Comer supposed to protect Donald Trump? And can you imagine how steamed up El Donaldo is going to be when he has to get in that chair at some point? Because it's coming. Maybe not while he's in office, but it's coming. And he can thank Mr. Comer and his pal Luna. They left with completely different versions of what transpired behind closed doors. Of course they did. And that's why I'm telling all of you to reserve your judgment. Wait until we see the transcripts, because, you know, both sides are playing loose with the truth. Both sides want to pitch a narrative, and that's how it works. So that's why I wait to see the actual transcript or the actual documentation that we're being told about. Unfortunately, it's hard to trust anybody when they're telling you anything these days, especially when it comes to such a politically charged issue as this one. Republicans said President Donald Trump was now exonerated. Democrats said Trump was no such thing and called the event an unserious clown show. And amid dueling news conferences and social media posts throughout Thursday and Friday, the public is now left with starkly divergent narratives In a congressional probe that shows few signs of ending anytime soon. This is what I warned of. Guys, look, just be very careful. Don't give in to your inner base emotions. I know it's easy to do that, especially here. You want to throttle everybody involved, right? All these people are absolutely disgusting and vile, but what they're relying on is people retreating into their bunker and making this a political issue. It is not. Now, of course politics are involved, but there is plenty of scumbaggery to go around. But for me, the buck stops with the guy upstairs. If you're the boss, the president, the buck stops with you. And that's under the best circumstances possible, right? Under these circumstances where Trump is named in the files more than anyone besides Ghislaine and Jeffrey. Basically, yeah. Probably somebody that has to answer some questions and probably somebody that I'm not gonna trust when they're telling me to move on. Now that might work for your base, that might work for, you know, the cat turds of the world, but the rest of us, we're not going anywhere and we want answers. I don't care how many wars you crack off either, by the way. I refuse to get sidetracked. We are going to talk about this topic and we're going to keep demanding justice and ramifications for the people that were involved. And there is no shiny object on this planet that's going to make us deviate from this course. The split screen underscores the politically fraught nature of the House investigation, which is unfolding as the electorate clamors for someone to be held accountable for the years that the sex trafficking operation of Epstein and his co conspirator Glenn Maxwell went unchecked. Oh, it was checked. They just ignored it. They knew about it. They didn't care. And I remember trying to tell people about this years ago and they all looked at me like I was Alex Jones. Homie, I'm not telling you that there's skin changing aliens. I'm telling you that the people that are lording over you are corrupt. And guess what? They are. And now the curtain's been pulled back and everybody can see in the room. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee spent hours grilling both Clintons, the former Secretary of State on Thursday and the former President on Friday about Epstein and Maxwell. In compliance with a pair of subpoenas issued by by the panel as part of its long running Epstein investigation, Republican and Democratic committee members took turns chiding each other for their characterization of the Clinton's testimony while also selectively leaking Comments from inside the room to support their respective party lines. Not a word about the survivors, not a word about me. And you, all about their kayfabe wrestling. All of them, it's just a big joke to them, just another political battle. Well, I assure you, to the people who were harmed, it's a lot more than that. And to those of us who are watching, it's a lot more than that to us, too. And I am sick and tired of these elected officials and their WWE wrestling like behavior. Okay, stop with the bullshit. None of you care. None of you want justice. All you want's a gotcha moment. The Republicans, all they cared about was getting Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton to sit in front of them. And now the Democrats, of course, what they want, the golden goose, is Donald Trump. And look, I get it, I understand. But if that's your only goal and you have tunnel vision and that's all you think this is about, you're wrong. And you're causing big problems. Because the more political theater that we see here, the more. The more political theater that they engage in, the larger the divide becomes between the populace. And that's what they want. They don't want us together. The pitchforks and the torches, that is the last thing they want. They want us divided, they want us arguing. And they want us focused on anything but the Epstein files. The question is, are you going to grant them their wish? Don't fall for the bs. Stay on target. Especially right now. They're going to attempt to use your emotions against you. And with the heightened situation around the world, they're going to do everything they can to steer the narrative away from Epstein and towards the new shiny object Oversight Chair. James Comer said that Bill Clinton told the committee that Trump never said anything to me to make me think he was involved with Epstein. And left Republicans confident that there was no reason now to depose the President. Wait, so Bill Clinton is the co signer? And that's good enough for James Comer? Didn't the Republicans tell us for years about the Clintons and how they're going to lock them up? But now all of a sudden, Bill Clinton's the paragon of virtue and somebody we should listen to? Yeah, okay. I guess

Yeah, they're real serious about an investigation here. Exonerated by Bill Clinton. In other news, Michael Myers has been exonerated by Jason. Representative Robert Garcia of California, the top Democrat on the committee, said repeatedly the former president's deposition Friday sets a precedent for Trump to testify under oath and that comer's remarks were were not an accurate description of Bill Clinton's testimony. Yo, I told you that this was the plan. The only reason they were willing to throw the Clintons under the bus is because they want Trump that bad. And some of the younger members of the Democratic Party, namely the Democratic Socialists, they don't care about the old guard, so they're more than willing to throw the Clintons out the door if that means that Donald Trump is going to be in the hot seat at some point. So it's give and take, right? They thought that the risk was worth the reward. Democrats said Bill Clinton's deposition raised additional questions about Trump and Epstein's falling out. Trump has long said that he kicked Epstein out of his club, Mar a Lago in Florida, Years before Epstein's 2019 arrest on sex trafficking charges because he stole people that worked for me. While the White House has said that Epstein was banned for being a creep. We've heard like nine different stories. Look, they had a falling out for sure. What that falling out was. That is still up for debate. Neither of the Clintons have ever been accused of misconduct in connection with Epstein, nor has Trump. Bill Clinton has maintained that he was acquaintance of Epstein and traveled on his plane several times internationally while Secret Service details were present, but stopped communicating with him at least a decade before his arrest in 2019 on federal sex trafficking charges. Behind closed doors, Bill Clinton testified that Trump told him he and Epstein had great times together, according to a person in the room who was granted anonymity to describe the private deposition. Yo, people don't want to realize it, but it's true. Bill Clinton and Donald Trump were friends. Donald Trump was a New York liberal for all these years leading up to 2016. Then he flipped the script, became a Republican, and all of a sudden the Clintons aren't his friends anymore. You want to talk about Kayfabe, this is it. Especially considering the way Donald Trump's talking about Clinton now. Oh, I'm sad he's being deposed, this, that, the other thing. The mask certainly slipped. Donald Trump was running around in the same circles as Bill Clinton with the same scumbags. Democratic Representative Maxwell Frost said. Bill Clinton testified that Trump told him the falling out with Epstein was over a land dispute. He's been caught in multiple lies as it relates to his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, frost said, referring to Trump. I got bad news for Mr. Frost. Same goes for Bill Clinton and just from the opening statement alone, he perjured himself. Now again, I'm not going to go too deep because I don't have the transcript, but let's not act like this is one way traffic. Both of these dudes are lying through their teeth about their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Stop defending them. Bill Clinton's office did not immediately return a request for comment. The White House referred back to an earlier statement from press secretary Carolyn Levitt, who said the president has always remained consistent and that he kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club Mar a Lago, because frankly, Jeffrey Epstein was a creep. Well, somebody's lying. And considering both of these dudes are notorious liars, I have no idea which one it is, but I can tell you this much. Their lips are moving so lies are coming out. The Republican led committee is expected to release videos of the proceeding as soon as this weekend. Democrats on the committee requested full unedited versions to be made public, with each side promising their version of events will then be vindicated. My guess is somewhere in the middle neither side cares about you. Both sides think you're stupid and they're going to try and dog walk you every opportunity they get. Republicans are under increasing pressure to have something to show for their investigation and are eager to find a win in the Clinton's testimony. Well, maybe if they showed up to ask questions of Les Wexner, they would have had something. But they were too busy that day. Way too busy. Comer said Friday his panel will call in additional witnesses as part of the ongoing probe, saying lawmakers had refrained from from naming any of these individuals before the Clinton's deposition. He suggested names could be announced before the deposition of the co executors of Epstein's estate, which will take place in the coming weeks. Well, those are going to be good ones. But the problem is Comer's involved and his band of merry morons. So they're going to run cover. Obviously they don't care about getting to the bottom of it. They don't even think that the survivors will were abused. According to Luna, the survivors are traffickers themselves. This is the kind of bullshit we have to navigate, and it's all by design. I didn't want to do anything that jeopardized losing them, he told reporters Friday, referring to the Clintons. As lawmakers left the deposition site in Chappaqua, it also appeared likely the panel would soon subpoena Commerce Secretary Howard Nutlik. I mean, Lutnick, who has faced calls to resign over revelations in the Justice Department's material about the extent of his relationship with Epstein. Representative Nancy Mace of South Carolina, a Republican on the oversight panel, said she was on board. Well, yeah, everyone should be on board. Lutnick's an absolute tool. And when all of this started to go down with Lutnick, I cannot tell you how many of my ex co workers from Canterbury hit me up. Yo, Bobby, you see this shit? Is Lutnick in hiding yet? When they gonna get him? He still owes me my IPO shares a whole bunch of and that's just from Kanner's gaming division. Nevermind Actual Caner Fitzgerald Lutnick recently acknowledged that he visited Epstein's island in 2012 with his family after he previously claimed their relationship ended before Epstein was convicted in 2008 of soliciting a prostitute. Lutnick has not been accused of wrongdoing in connection with Epstein's crimes. We have a lot of questions about anyone who spent time with Epstein post conviction, comer told reporters when asked about calling in Lutnick to testify. Oh, don't worry, they'll call him in and then they'll exonerate him too. And this whole dog and pony show that this congressional committee is engaging in is embarrassing, it's disgusting and it's getting in the way of real justice occurring. But then again, isn't that the goal? To try and confuse people, to try and slow things down and to try and make everything go away? They were just waiting for a new disaster. The stuff with ICE didn't do it. All the other stuff that they tried to interject didn't do it. So now we have a war. And they hope that because of this war everybody's going to be focused on that. Well, that's probably true. A lot of people will be, but not me. We're gonna be right here swimming through all this muck, looking for that clarity. Alright folks, that's gonna do it for this one. Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: May 21, 2026
Host Bobby Capucci scrutinizes the ongoing Congressional investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, dissecting the recent closed-door depositions of Bill and Hillary Clinton. He questions the legitimacy, motives, and transparency of the investigation, calling out what he describes as theatrical, partisan gamesmanship designed more to shield political interests than deliver justice or answers for Epstein's survivors. Capucci rails against officials on both sides, warning listeners not to be manipulated by political narratives or distractions.
On Accepting Political Narratives:
"I remember trying to tell people about this years ago and they all looked at me like I was Alex Jones. Homie, I'm not telling you that there's skin changing aliens. I'm telling you that the people that are lording over you are corrupt. And guess what? They are." (06:59)
Regarding Trust in Politicians:
"If you're the boss, the president, the buck stops with you... Under these circumstances where Trump is named in the files more than anyone besides Ghislaine and Jeffrey... Probably somebody that has to answer some questions." (07:35)
On False Exoneration:
"Exonerated by Bill Clinton. In other news, Michael Myers has been exonerated by Jason." (10:57)
Bobby Capucci delivers a sharp, no-nonsense critique of Congress's handling of the Epstein investigation, blasting political fakeness and constant partisan spin. He urges listeners to reject emotional manipulation, stay laser-focused on the demand for genuine accountability, and not be distracted by political games or world events designed to make the Epstein scandal fade away. Throughout, his tone is direct, unfiltered, and highly skeptical of all involved power players.
