What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Jeffrey Epstein and his lawyers tried to convince everyone that he was just a tier one sexual predator, which would be the lowest designation for a sexual predator. And him and his team were so adamant about this that they argued it in front of a judge. Now, you would expect that from his legal team, right? What you don't expect though, is the New York prosecutor's office to back him up. And that's of course what happened with Cy Vance and the prosecutor's office in New York. They tried to argue in front of the judge that Jeffrey Epstein should be declared as a level one sexual predator. And the judge was mortified. The judge was absolutely disgusted and shocked that prosecutors would even attempt to argue that. So of course, she classified Epstein as the worst of the worst, like he should have been classified. But the fact that the prosecutor's office even argued that in the first place is bananas. How are you going to get up there and argue that Jeffrey Epstein is Not a Level 3, Tier 3 sexual predator considering everything you knew, considering all the evidence you had? And thankfully, the judge wasn't buying the BS and made sure that he was classified as the worst of the worst. So in this episode, we're going to dive into an article from the New York Post talking about Jeffrey Epstein and one of the new interviews that was released as part of the Epstein file dump headline. Jeffrey Epstein calls himself Tier 1 sex predator in newly released interview this Article was authored by Samuel Chamberlain. Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein described himself as a Tier 1 sexual predator in a videotaped interview released by the Justice Department on Friday. And remember when he made the comparison about somebody stealing a bagel and what he did, he really thought that he did nothing wrong. In his mind, everything he did was on the up and up, especially considering it was condoned by people in the government, whoever those people might be. Now, I'm not saying that it was the CIA itself, you know, like the head of the CIA sitting down and putting this together, but this was being run as a black side operation, right? Definitely being run off the books. And Epstein knew that he had all of that protection. He knew that he had all of that insulation. And that's why he was so brazen with what he did and how he conducted himself. The financier who was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell on August 10, 2019, while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges, clarified that he was at the lowest level of perversion in response to questions from an unseen unidentified interviewer, which is not true. Although the caveat to that is, in New Mexico, he didn't have to register as the worst of the worst. And of course, that's a different discussion for a different day. But that's one of the reasons he chose New Mexico in the first place. And he was looking to get those same kind of conditions in New York and then down in the usvi. Remember, this dirty rotten son of a was trying to get the sex offender laws changed there as well. And he had a bunch of people in government helping him out. So this was always his end game, right? To make it seem like he didn't do anything too bad. I'm not guilty. I wasn't somebody that was attacking children. I was going after prostitutes. Meanwhile, the quote, unquote, prostitutes are children. How can you say that a child's a prostitute. Children cannot consent. They can't be prostitutes. So you're not soliciting an underage prostitute. You're soliciting a child. And. And you're engaging in child abuse, you sick, degenerate piece of. There's no nuance. There's no gray area. There's no sugar coating it. Jeffrey Epstein was a child molesting piece of. And anybody that enabled them, well, they're a piece of, too. During the rambling hours long Sit Down, Epstein was quizzed on whether any of his wealth came from handling dirty money. That's where all of his wealth came from. Every last dollar. And I'm telling You right now, if they would give me access to his bank accounts and all the transactions, I would be able to prove all of that. And I'm just a. Never mind a forensic analyst who's going to dive in and go crazy and look at all of the financials, tie everything together, see where they were going, see where they're originated. And anybody who accepted money from Jeffrey Epstein during that time or. Or sent them money would be caught up in a RICO investigation. But for that to happen, we need to live in a country where justice mattered. And unfortunately, that is not the case. No, it's not. He responded later adding, that was the case because I earned it. You earned it by advising the worst people in the world, the interviewer said, that do enormous bad things and just to make more money. And that's true. That's exactly the kind of people that Epstein was working with, the kind of people that Epstein loved. Anybody that could provide him with a little bit more wealth or an inroad into more power, that's somebody that Epstein was trying to collect. And he was good at it. He had a menagerie of people that included the most powerful people in the whole entire world. And the vast majority of those relationships are still unexplained. And I think that's one of the biggest problems for a lot of people. You have all these people that are being outed, all these people that were obviously deeply entwined with Jeffrey Epstein financially and otherwise, and there's no repercussions. Nobody's getting bracelets, nobody's getting hemmed up, getting perp walked. That kind of is just not going to fly this time. And I think people across the political spectrum have had enough. How are you going to release all these files and then at the same time tell us that nothing's going to come of it, nobody's going to prison, nobody's being investigated. Yo, if this is not a cover up, I don't know what is. Ethics is always a complicated subject. Epstein responded before discoursing on donating money to polio vaccination efforts. And in the developing world, that's always their go to, right? Well, I donate money, I'm a philanthropist. And they try and wrap themselves in that armor, but the only reason they're giving money out is so that later on down the road when they get nailed, they can use it as a shield. It's no different than Bill Gates's ass. Every time he gets caught up, what does he say? Oh, well, I'm just a philanthropist and I'm helping people here, helping people there. Meanwhile, you're enabling people getting abused here in America. And if the emails are to be believed, you are doing a lot worse. And frankly, when it comes to Bill Gates, I believe he was doing a lot worse. Can I prove it? No. But I believe that. And I think that the evidence that's been provided is pretty damn strong. When your own wife is divorcing you because of your relationship with, with Jeffrey Epstein, that signals to me that there's a lot more going on there than you're willing to admit. And then you find out all this other stuff and it all looks terrible for Bill Gates. But he's just one of many, right? There are a ton of people that need to be held accountable here. Now, that doesn't mean I think everybody was involved in the abuse, but I think all these people were, at the very least enabling that abuse to occur and they need to answer for it. And as far as ethics goes, pretty funny that Epstein of all people would even talk about ethics. Dude didn't have an ethical bone in his body. So it's not shocking when he says ethics is always a complicated subject. No, it's not. Either you're ethical or you're not. And spoiler alert, people that put profits over people, well, they don't have any ethics.

And Jeffrey Epstein and all of his friends most certainly put profits over people, especially if those people are your children. Instead of asking me whether that money should be given to these children for vaccines, I think you might want to ask their mothers who receive the vaccine, who know their child now won't get polio, and ask them if Epstein should have helped these people with their money. Well, how about we ask the girls that you abused? Let's ask if you help them. Pretty sure you didn't help any of them, buddy. Pretty sure you ruined all their lives. Maybe we should ask Carolyn. Maybe we should ask Virginia. Oh, that's right. We can't ask them because they're not with us anymore. The whole entire nonsensical BS about using these charities and using your charitable givings as a shield is really disgusting. And unfortunately, that's one of the biggest go to's when it comes to these people like Epstein who end up getting hemmed up. You see it all the time. And it doesn't matter who the person is. Every single one of these types of people will always fall back and try and say, well, I was charitable, I gave this, I gave that, and that should wipe out all the evil that I did. And in their mind, they truly believe that. When the interviewer asked Epstein, what percentage of people do you estimate would say, I don't care, I want the money for my children? The notorious New Yorker fired back. I would say, everyone says, I want the money for my children. I think if you told them, the devil himself said, I'm going to exchange some dollars for your child's life. He gets cut off by the person doing the interview. Do you think you're the devil himself? Epstein was then asked to which he answered, no, but I have a good mirror. Well, I think you're the devil or close to it. And I have to tell you, I don't know of many parents who are going to accept anything from Epstein knowing what he did. What? There's nobody else out there that could provide that money that's going to provide, you know, help for people who need polio vaccines. Jeffrey Epstein and his corrupted ass dollars. The only person and only source where that could come from. Stop it. It's unclear when the interview was recorded, but judging by Epstein's appearance, it may have taken place shortly before his July 2019 arrest. The video was one of 2,000 released by the Trump administration on Friday, along along with up to 3 1/2 million pages of documents and 180,000 images. In accordance with the Epstein File Transparency act signed into law by Trump this past November. And also as part of the release, there was a long form interview with Steve Bannon, and I'm thinking about adding that to the podcast. I think it adds some context and I think it's something that you folks should listen to, so we'll see how things go. But I think that that interview in its entirety gives you a little bit of an idea of where Epstein's mind was at, and I think it's very revealing and very telling. Now, the interview is like three hours long, so I'll probably clip it down and we'll add it as multiple parts, but we'll see how things go because there is a lot to get to. So with that said, we're gonna wrap this one up right here. And like usual, all of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

This episode dives into startling revelations from a recently released videotaped interview with Jeffrey Epstein, exposing Epstein's own characterization of himself as a "Tier 1 sex predator." Host Bobby Capucci analyzes the interview’s implications, highlights the failures and complicity of powerful institutions and individuals, and discusses how elites and prosecutors sought to whitewash Epstein’s crimes. The conversation centers on accountability, the manipulation of language and status, and the larger questions about justice and systemic corruption.

Epstein: “No, but I have a good mirror.” [11:35]

Bobby Capucci maintains a blunt, passionate, and sometimes profane style (“sick, degenerate piece of…”), consistently expressing outrage at injustice and hypocrisy. He draws on colorful analogies, direct challenge, and calls for accountability, with a focus on stripping away elite protections and euphemisms. His delivery is urgent, skeptical of institutions, and squarely advocates for the victims and for real justice.
For listeners seeking a deep dive into Epstein's manipulations, enablers, and the ongoing struggle for transparency and accountability, this episode underscores the ongoing need for scrutiny and action.
