What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Over the past few days, a lot of the publicity when it comes to depositions in front of Congress was on Pam Bondi. However, Bondi wasn't the only person speaking to Congress. We also had Tova Noel, the guard that was on duty when Jeffrey Epstein died. Well, now she's saying that her life has been upended and that the Epstein controversy and what happened in that jail has led to people going so far as to threatening her life. And unfortunately, there's a lot of unhinged people out there. And when people make threats like that this day and age, it has to be taken seriously. Right? And as I've told you from the beginning, I don't think that Tova Noel was in on it. Like, she wasn't, you know, somebody who planned it, wasn't somebody that was relied upon. But I believe that the table was set and she played her part willingly or unwillingly. Does that mean anybody should be threatening this lady's life? Hell no. Anyone doing that, they should go to jail too. Fuck is wrong with people? The idea is for a robust investigation, not vigilante justice that plays right into their hands. They want to paint all of us as crazy people. That's what they want. If you want to effectively kill a narrative, paint everybody that's pushing that narrative as crazy. And when you have people that are out here acting the fool, threatening people, becoming unhinged maniacs, it doesn't do anyone any good. Not the person that's becoming unhinged. And it definitely doesn't help promote justice. Right. The more crazy people you have, the more they can use that broad brush and paint everybody as crazy. So today we have an article from the International Business Times and the headline, epstein guard on duty when he was found dead faces death threats over cover up Conspiracy theories. Conspiracy theories, is it? So this isn't a cover up. I mean, I don't think there's any conspiracy about it. Now, of course we can talk about what happened to Epstein in that jail. Nobody knows for sure, but I think that the evidence is certainly there where you can make the case that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered. Now, of course you can make the case the other way too, but I think when you have all of the coincidences, all of the screw ups and all of the nonsense that we've heard in those depositions that were given by people at MCC to the oig, have any of you come away from that confident in the narrative that was being pitched by the doj? I Most certainly am not. And I don't think I've ever seen something that has been more blatant than this cover up right here. This article was authored by Thea Felicity. A former prison officer who was on duty the night Jeffrey Epstein died in a New York jail has told U. S. Lawmakers that enduring conspiracy theories around his death have derailed her life and left her facing harassment and threats, according to a transcript of testimony shared by the Sun. I wonder if that caused her to assault one of her co workers because she got sued for that too. Did this Jeffrey Epstein situation cause that? Just a question. The Epstein guard on duty when he was found dead, Tovin Oel, told the House oversight committee that she was not involved in any cover up and insisted she never conspired in Epstein's death while working at the MCC in 2019. And I agree with that. But will she put in that position with Michael Thomas so this could occur? We don't even know who is making decisions when it comes to Epstein's cellmate. And that's not speculation. We've been through the documents, we've read through all of it. So no, I don't think that Tova Noel is some mastermind here and put together a plan to whack Jeffrey Epstein. I. I've never thought that. But was the table set? Were all the pieces put in the right places? Well, that seems like a very, very likely possibility. And whether there was somebody else in that cell or the message to Epstein himself was you better do it or we will, the results are the same. And the fact that Toven Oell and Michael Thomas were sleeping at the time, never mind all the other policies that were broken, it makes it hard to believe. Now, if it was just one thing, you know, the cameras broke, but they were awake, or vice versa. Cool. I could accept that. I'm not an unreasonable person. And I know shit happens at work. Sometimes things just go south. I get it. But this is a lot more than that. And there's something a lot more nefarious going on, at least in my opinion. The theory has emerged as the public attempts to track Epstein's final hours, including the release of documents tied to to earlier investigations and long standing questions about failures inside the federal jail system. And that's the excuse, right? Oh, these are systemic failures. Well, have any of them been addressed? How about the people that were in place to make sure the failures didn't happen? Were they replaced? Did they get fired? Were they charged? No, none of it happened. So they told you that there was all These systemic errors and. And nothing was ever corrected. Meanwhile, we know for a fact that Tova Noel and Michael Thomas both fell asleep and didn't do their job. And for that alone, they should have went to jail. Especially considering that somebody died. And I don't even care if it's Epstein. Anybody imagine if that was your father, your brother, whatever. And I don't want to hear, oh, well, they're in jail. Who cares that when the state takes custody of you, they have a responsibility to make sure you're relatively safe. Now, does that mean everything is going to be protected and you're going to be in bubble wrap? Of course not. But this is something completely unacceptable, especially considering there's been nothing done in the aftermath. When we heard about how systemic all this was, Epstein, the disgraced financier waiting trial on sex trafficking charges, was found unresponsive in his cell. Was on August 10, 2019. His death was ruled a suicide by hanging by the New York medical examiner, a finding later supported by the U.S. department of justice, though it's remained the subject of persistent public doubt. Yeah, it was disputed by Michael Bodden, who was actually present when the autopsy occurred. So, again, I ask you, do you trust the state of New York, the federal government? And if you do, great. Awesome. But my question then would be, what have they done to garner that trust? Because every time I turn around, there's another scandal, another shit show, and nobody doing anything about it. So keep that in mind next time they tell you that. Oh, it's just a systemic error. Oh. It has nothing to do with personnel. It has nothing to do with anybody setting the table. Okay, cool. So who was punished in the aftermath? Certainly not Tova Noel or Michael Thomas. They got suspended sentences. Noel, who was initially charged in connection with falsifying records during her shift, told lawmakers that the circumstances inside the MCC were shaped by what she described as systemic breakdowns rather than individual misconduct alone. It's not our fault. It's the system's fault. No, it's her fault. She fell asleep. Did she or did she not fall asleep? She did. So she can bullshit all she wants, but I've read the transcripts. Unlike Congress, we know they haven't read them because they don't really care. They're looking for a gotcha moment. But I've read them, and I know that everything Tova Noel's claiming here has been shit on by captains and lieutenants and everybody else. Now, that's not to say there wasn't some systemic error. The there was. But to Use that as the only reason why we're in this situation is not only unacceptable, it's ridiculous. Because here's the truth. If they would have done their rounds, if they didn't falsify that paperwork, Jeffrey Epstein might still be alive. So even if they didn't do it on purpose, even if they weren't bought and paid, they still up. They still went to sleep. And Jeffrey Epstein died as a result. So is that systemic or is that individual? Yo, we live in a world where nobody wants to take self responsibility for anything. It's always somebody else's fault. My advice? Take a look in the mirror. About 90% of your problems self made. She pointed to severe understaffing, poor training, and weak communication between management and frontline officers. We know that's a lie, too. We know that there were stickies. We. We know that everybody knew that Jeffrey Epstein needed a cellmate. But instead of reaching out to somebody, instead of doing the right thing. Tova Noel, well, she was on the computer, she was sleeping. She was doing whatever she wanted. But sure, that's the system's fault, right? My responsibility to conduct counts and rounds was improperly executed because of severe understaffing, a lack of adequate training, inadequate communication between management and. And frontline correctional officers, and other systemic failures, she said in testimony describing what she referred to as the MCC way. So all of that made her go to sleep. Severe understaffing made you go to bed. Oh, no, you have to work overtime. How horrible for you. When I was working in entertainment, there were times where I would work three, four weeks, and I'm not even kidding you with no days off, 18 hours a day, manual labor, unloading trucks, setting up concerts, the whole thing. I didn't fall asleep at work, so please save that. And if you're too tired, call in. So I get it. There were issues. They were understaffed, the training, not great. But at the end of the day, you have to take self responsibility. And if you're not up to snuff and your training's not good enough, why didn't you contact the captain? Why didn't you tell the other lieutenant? Hey, look, I'm not comfortable here. I need to get more training. I guess that would be personal responsibility, too. And as we see, she's allergic to that. Noel and another officer had been accused by prosecutors in 2019 of falsely recording that they had completed required checks on inmates in the special housing unit. Authorities alleged that during their shift, no proper monitoring took place for roughly eight hours before Epsky was Found unresponsive. Not alleged. That's what happened. Like, what are we doing here? We're gonna rewrite history. Alleged. No, she fell asleep. Jeffrey Epstein died. That's what we know for sure. Okay? Anything besides that is speculation. Both officers later entered deals with prosecutors, and charges were dropped in 2021, closing the criminal case. But not the public debate surrounding it. It was a deferred prosecution. Okay? They weren't dropped. They were deferred. Meaning they had to go through the steps, whatever they were, to get the charges dropped. And obviously, that was to control the blast radius. They didn't want this becoming what it's now become. And I don't know how much more evidence you folks need. Noelle told lawmakers that she believed the legal resolution would allow her to move on. But instead, she said that she's been engulfed by suspicion, online theories, and personal threats. Well, nobody should be threatening this lady. And I think that the problem, obviously, is much bigger than just Tova Noel. She's just a little part of the story, right? And my biggest beef is that she just refuses to accept responsibility. Like, have a little bit of remorse. Yo, I screwed up. I fell asleep. I shouldn't have done that. But I most certainly didn't have anything to do with any of the other stuff that happened. But, no, it's woe is me. I'm the victim. It's nonsense. You're not a victim. You fell asleep, dude died. That's the system's problem. Sounds like a you problem. I've received threats from strangers. I have witnessed strangers pontificate about whether I'm a murderer or that I'll end up dead. She said, describing harassment at her home and her workplace. Yo, anybody who shows up to somebody's house or workplace is a psychopath. The is wrong with you. Stop it. Get help. In the words of Michael Jordan. She added that repeated media coverage based on what she called new theories with little to no factual basis had kept her tied to the case years after the fact. That blame the government. It's their fault. They haven't given us the right information. And everything they've told us about what happened in that jail has proven to be bs. So why should anyone believe the narratives that are being pitched? Her testimony also addressed specific details that have periodically resurfaced in public debate. One concerns Internet searches linked to Epstein made during her shift, including a query referencing latest on Epstein and jail shortly before his death was discovered. Suspicious, but not evidence. What it tells me is that Tova Noel was sitting at that computer searching the Internet like anybody else does when they're bored and she fell asleep. Does it make her an evil monster? I don't think so. It makes her incompetent as a prison guard, but not a monster. And it doesn't make her a part of the COVID up. I think she was the tool, that's all. Just like Michael Thomas. Noel told lawmakers she did not recall conducting a direct search and suggested that she had encountered news through routine browsing. She also responded to questions about bank transactions flagged as unusual by her financial institution. Noel said the deposits were personal savings and unrelated to Epstein or anyone connected to him. I have never been approached, offered, asked. Anything that's concerning my money has nothing to do with Epstein at all, she said. And that's probably true. Right? But it's suspicious and it's something that should have been investigated more thoroughly. Not because I think that Noel had anything to do with it, but for the sake of being thorough. Epstein's death has remained a boiling point for conspiracy theories fueled by documented failures at the jail and the sudden removal of a high profile inmate awaiting trial. A 2023 inspector general report identified multiple lapses with the BOP, including staffing shortages and broken protocols, but concluded there was no evidence of homicide. Noel told lawmakers she was never properly trained for the unit where Epstein was held, and argued that institutional failures, not individual intent, best explain what happened that night. She also dismissed claims linked to a brief orange flash seen on surveillance footage near Epstein's cell, saying it had no connection to her duties. Okay, who was it? Who was it then? Somebody was in the video. Are we just going to make pretend that didn't happen? I would like to ask the world to allow me to heal and move on with my life, she said. I'm not a criminal. I didn't conspire to cause Mr. Epstein's death. Even as the official investigations have repeatedly reaffirmed the conclusion of suicide, the case continues to generate theories in public circles. Well, because nobody trusts institutions. And why should we? Especially considering, as they want to say, it was all systemic. Right. Well, if that's the case, nothing's been fixed. Nothing has been put to rights. Certainly nobody's been held accountable. So if the failures around Epstein were so systemic and they were so widespread, how come there's never been any kind of investigation into that? Can we get some hearings? Can we have congressional oversight? That's the job. Right? And if this was so systemic, then we need a full accounting of just how far it goes and how many institutions are affected. And the fact that we haven't seen that, the fact that we haven't seen, you know, all these different committees, investigations, oversight, leads me to believe that this is all just part of the COVID story. Lets just call it systemic and then we can refer to the OIG investigators report and that'll back us up. And unfortunately, like I've told you guys for years, that OIG report was never meant to get to the bottom of anything. It was all part of the whitewash. Just like everything that's come after it, in my opinion is part of the COVID up. All the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
