The newly released U.S. Department of Justice files on Jeffrey Epstein have laid bare not just the scale of his abuse network but the years of inaction and institutional negligence that preceded his 2019 arrest. Documents show that detailed victim...

And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When you hear the name Jeffrey Epstein, obviously the first thing you think of is that he's a disgusting piece of who abused a bunch of girls. And you're right to think that way. But the Jeffrey Epstein story is so much more than that and it goes so much deeper and it affects just about every facet of of our lives. And one of the biggest issues for me that got me interested in the story in the first place was the FBI and the DOJ and their misconduct when it comes to handling this case. So when I first started talking about this back in 2019, that was the path I was on. That something was fishy and there was a lot of information out there that just didn't make sense. And when you started putting it all together, it was obvious that the investigation itself was tilted and that the investigation was meant to narrow the blast radius to only include Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. And why would the government fail to investigate something as egregious as what Jeffrey epstein was allegedly doing. Well, because he was working for them and with them. That's why. But one of the biggest issues that I've always had is how this case was handled. And that's why I've always called for a robust investigation, because there's never been one. We've never had a real investigation here. And like I was saying in the previous episode, talking about wexner, I mean, how can you tell me there's a real investigation if you never even spoke with les Wexner? Like, please make that make sense. It's like saying that you're gonna do an investigation into the sinaloa cartel, but you have no desire to see what the chipitos are up to. How can you call that an investigation? It's not. And the same goes here. They never had a real investigation. And the whole entire point was to make sure that the blast radius didn't affect other people who were paying the bills. Other people that were well situated. Or as we like to call them now, the epstein class. So in this episode we have an article from the guardian and the headline epstein files place renewed attention on u. S. Authorities. Failure to stop them. This article was authored by Victoria b. Campis. The department of justice release of millions of Jeffrey Epstein files has not only prompted questions about his crimes, but renewed attention on authorities. Failure to stop him after an accuser reported him in 1996. This new cache of Epstein files has provided more insight to authorities and what they were familiar with when it comes to allegations against him in the years that followed, including the time between his sweetheart plea deal in 2008 and his federal arrest nearly six years ago. Oh, they knew plenty about him. And not just what Maria told them. They knew what Jeffrey Epstein was. They were utilizing his services. Believe me when I tell you they knew what he was. They didn't care. Because the means justified the end. While it's known that accuser Virginia Roberts attorneys met with federal prosecutors in 2016 about Epstein to no avail. Recently disclosed files indicate that detailed information was provided to federal authorities, including years before that. Sit down. This included allegations against Andrew mountbatten. Windsor documents indicate that he appeared on the FBI's radar about 15 years ago. They don't investigate that kind of stuff. They only investigate stuff that has to do with us now, with our friends, not with people at the top of the rung. Right. The so called masters of the universe, Queen Elizabeth's son. God forbid you do something wrong. See how quick that changes. A woman whose name is redacted from These documents gave an interview to FBI agents about Epstein and Maxwell in 2011. With federal prosecutor in attendance by phone, her account echoes Robert's public and legal allegations against the sex traffickers. And not only that, Corn Reed, the grand jury documents that were released, it's clear as daylight the actual investigator who was investigating the case and who gave testimony in front of the jury, the grand jury talks about how these girls were confirmed to be underage. So what is the debate even here? Like, there is no doubt that these girls were underage. Were they all underage? No. Were they all groomed? No. Were they all abused? Most certainly. The US Embassy in Australia told the country's national police. The Federal Bureau of Investigation Miami field office is assisting the Palm Beach Police Department in Florida with an ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, a U.S. citizen. And it went nowhere. It went absolutely nowhere because it was killed by. And when you have lawyers like Alan Dershowitz and Jay Lefkowitz and the rest of that so called dream team, what do you think's gonna happen? Why do you think Epstein hired all those people? Do you think it was because, you know, they're just great inside the courtroom? That's not what it was. It was for their contacts, for who they know, for how they can get the ball moving. And we see how that worked out for him. Right, because they accelerated this all the way up to DOJ brass and that ended up with Jeffrey Epstein getting that plea deal. Oh, no, it wasn't Acosta, like people want to tell you. It was Philippe. It was Mukazi. It was DOJ brass who gave the final. Okay. Now, it might be Acosta's name that was signed to it, but we all know he didn't make that decision. The accuser, who was told in late 2008 about Epstein's plea deal as she was found to be one of his victims, contacted federal authorities in South Florida. Three years later, Federal agents questioned her at the U. S. Consulate in Sydney. On March 17, 2011. This woman provided an extensive account of Epstein's abuse and alleged participation of co conspirator Glenn Maxwell, as well as other men as a teenage girl during the late 90s. The woman, who describes suffering at the hands of several predatory men after leaving a rehab facility, told agents that her father, a maintenance man at Donald Trump's Mar A Lago club, secured a job for her as a locker room attendant there. Well, we all know who this person is, right? Who did they get from Mar a Lago? The woman, then an aspiring massage therapist, was reading a book on this subject, Maxwell came up to her and claimed that she was looking for a traveling masseuse. So this is when Virginia first reported them. What did they do about it? Well, that's right. Nothing. Not a goddamn thing. But sure, all these girls should just come forward and have confidence that people are going to listen, that people are going to do something, because, you know, that's what's happened in the past, right? And with the way people are talking now, I'd be surprised if anybody ever comes forward ever again. Not long after the woman traveled to Epstein's Palm beach home, where he abused her. She told agents she ultimately traveled and that the sexual abuse continued and that he trafficked her to other men. Roberts, who died by suicide last spring, had long alleged that Epstein and Maxwell made her engage in sexual activity with the former Duke of York. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. The former prince, who was removed from royal life or over his relationship with Epstein, was arrested on Thursday in England. He has staunchly denied any wrongdoing. Wasn't me. I wasn't in that picture. I was eating pizza. Say what now? You were doing what? Did you happen to have any grape soda? All right, all right. I just digest. I'm just kidding with that. But really, pizza as the alibi. Pretty ironic, no? Pretty funny, if you ask me, and certainly not believable. Oh, yeah, I was getting a slice, bro. Come on. They have a special up there. Two slices and a can of Coke. Four bucks. Oh. Oh, great. I gotta get to Woking. Maxwell, who was found guilty alluring teenage girls into Epstein's predatory orbit, has insisted on her innocence. Epstein died in jail while awaiting his sex trafficking trial in 2019. FBI documents that chronicle the interview also detail menacing actions against this woman. She told federal agents about receiving phone calls from men purporting to be FBI agents seeking information about her knowledge of Epstein. She said that her attorney and Epstein called her by phone a few weeks after these men contacted her and that he said if she did not say anything to investigators would take care of her. And this is another big problem. You know, you got people out here who talk like, oh, these girls never came forward. They didn't want to, you know, testify against Epstein. They were a canted. They got paid off. Are you kidding right now? They got paid off. And if you know anything about being poor, you know how enticing that money would be. The release of Information regarding this 2011 interview comes as victims and advocates continue to show that law enforcement officials repeatedly had opportunities to meaningfully hold Epstein and Maxwell accountable. Before his 2019 arrest. The chronology makes clear that had Epstein been interdicted, others would not have suffered the same abuse. 1,000%. 1,000%. Everybody was negligent in their duty, and a whole lot of people need to explain why. Maria Farmer, a painter who worked for Epstein in 1996, filed a report with the FBI stating that he stole nude images of her siblings. This FBI report states that Farmer took artistic photos of her younger sisters for her personal work. Epstein stole photos and negatives and is believed to have sold the pictures to potential buyers, the report said when maintaining

Well we know that he was trading that kind of nasty and furthermore, who is he trading it with? Who is sending him that? Anybody who sent any kind of CSAM should be arrested. No like that should be a priority in my opinion. Nothing left to investigate. Say what now? The document also said that Epstein asked for pictures of young girls at swimming pools and threatened Farmer, stating that if she tells anyone about the photos, he'll burn her house down. Epstein did serve a brief period of time in the Palm beach jail on Florida state level prostitution charges, including procuring someone under 18. Under his sweetheart plea deal, he was granted work release. One person, one girl and over 40 came forward. But sure, everything is cool. Nothing to see here, just move on. Hey, did you hear there's going to be an alien reveal later? And honestly I wouldn't be shocked to find out if there are aliens that Epstein was abusing them too. Officials said that Epstein abused others between his plea deal, which allowed him to avoid federal prosecution, and his arrest years later. One adult victim alleged that she was abused at Epstein's office during his daytime furlough. The Virgin Islands sued Epstein's estate in January 2020, stating that flight logs from 2011 to 2019 show that he brought underage girls and young women to to his private island where they were deceptively subjected to sexual servitude, forced to engage in sexual acts and coerced into commercial sexual activity and forced labor. That's what the government says in the usvi. But sure, let me listen to some unkept, slovenly looking scumbag who spends her time talking on Twitter. Oh, okay, yeah, that sounds like a great source. As recent as 2018, air traffic controllers and others at the airport reported seeing Epstein leave his plane with young girls, some of whom appeared to be between the ages of 11 and 18 years. The lawsuit states the Virgin Islands that Epstein trafficked and abused these girls and others in the Virgin Islands through 2018. Spencer Kuvan, who who did not represent Virginia but is an attorney for multiple Epstein victims, questioned why federal agents did not take action following the 2011 interview. If that information was credible, and there is every reason to believe it was, then the obvious question is why meaningful action did not follow, said Gouven Kuvan of Goldlaw. Survivors did their part. They spoke. And when institutions failed to act on the disclosures, the system, not the victims, were, must answer for that. It's deeply troubling. Survivors like Virginia showed extraordinary courage in coming forward. He also said the lack of urgency is institutional accountability must include examining why those opportunities were missed. Asked what Transpired following the 2011 interview, the FBI said it declines to comment. The Justice Department did not immediately respond to a question about what happened after that interview. There needs to be a lawsuit, a class action lawsuit filed by all the survivors, every last one of them, against the United States government, the same way that happened with Nasser. That needs to happen here. And people who are involved, they need to be held accountable. Anybody who didn't file reports, you know, swept things under the rug, anyone who gave that kind of order, we need to hear from them. Because it's obvious that this wasn't just one mistake, that this wasn't just one thing that ended up slipping through the cracks. It was systemic, it was planned, and it was ongoing. And I want to know who signed off on it, who gave the okay, who told the investigators that, you know what, we're not going to investigate this any further. Close that down. That's the kind of information we need. And whoever those investigators are, they, they should be brought in front of Congress and they should be under oath, too. Because this wasn't just one or two bad decisions. It was the whole entire system being tilted in the favor of Jeffrey Epstein. And now, rightly so, the people of America and the people of the world. Well, we want to know why. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.

Host: Bobby Capucci
Date: June 18, 2026
In this episode, Bobby Capucci examines the repeated failures of U.S. institutions—particularly the FBI and DOJ—in the Jeffrey Epstein case. Drawing on newly released Epstein files and a recent Guardian article, Capucci argues that systemic, bureaucratic dysfunction—and deliberate suppression—allowed Epstein’s abuse to continue for years. He critiques the so-called “investigations,” highlights missed opportunities to stop Epstein, and calls for real institutional accountability.
"When you hear the name Jeffrey Epstein, obviously the first thing you think of is that he's a disgusting piece of who abused a bunch of girls...But the Jeffrey Epstein story is so much more than that and it goes so much deeper..."
— Bobby Capucci (01:30)
"It's like saying that you're gonna do an investigation into the Sinaloa cartel, but you have no desire to see what the Chipitos are up to. How can you call that an investigation? It's not."
— Bobby Capucci (03:35)
Capucci walks through the now-public grand jury testimony confirming underage victims.
He details how, despite overwhelming evidence (including girls in the 11-18 age range), no meaningful action was taken—and points to active suppression:
"So what is the debate even here? ...There is no doubt that these girls were underage. Were they all underage? No. Were they all groomed? No. Were they all abused? Most certainly."
— Bobby Capucci (06:50)
Prince Andrew (Duke of York) operated under a “masters of the universe” status—and was shielded by the system.
Recounts how a crucial early victim (widely interpreted as Virginia Roberts) landed at Mar-a-Lago as a locker room attendant, was recruited by Maxwell, and suffered escalating abuse.
Despite reporting to the FBI and giving interviews in 2011 (Sydney consulate), nothing substantive happened:
"What did they do about it? Well, that's right. Nothing. Not a goddamn thing...But sure, all these girls should just come forward and have confidence that people are going to listen, that people are going to do something, because, you know, that's what's happened in the past, right?"
— Bobby Capucci (09:55)
FBI documents detail how victims were harassed by Epstein or his proxies and threatened into silence:
"…[He said] if she did not say anything to investigators would take care of her. And this is another big problem. You know, you got people out here who talk like, oh, these girls never came forward...They got paid off. Are you kidding right now?"
— Bobby Capucci (11:30)
Capucci highlights the outsize influence of Epstein’s legal team ("the so-called dream team"), who fast-tracked settlements and plea deals, and powerful DOJ figures who signed off.
"It wasn't Acosta, like people want to tell you. It was Philippe. It was Mukasey. It was DOJ brass who gave the final. Okay. Now, it might be Acosta's name that was signed to it, but we all know he didn't make that decision."
— Bobby Capucci (07:35)
The system failed repeatedly, shielding Epstein and associates rather than victims.
"[Prince Andrew said,] Oh, yeah, I was getting a slice, bro. Come on. They have a special up there. Two slices and a can of Coke. Four bucks. Oh. Oh, great. I gotta get to Woking."
— Bobby Capucci (10:30)
(Satirizing Andrew’s infamous alibi in a tone blending outrage and dark humor.)
Quotes survivor attorney Spencer Kuvan:
"Survivors did their part. They spoke. And when institutions failed to act on the disclosures, the system, not the victims, were, must answer for that. It's deeply troubling."
— Spencer Kuvan (17:45)
Capucci advocates for:
"This wasn't just one mistake...It was systemic, it was planned, and it was ongoing. And I want to know who signed off on it, who gave the okay..."
— Bobby Capucci (18:45)
| Timestamp | Segment | |-----------|----------------------------------------------------------------------------| | 01:30 | Opening: Institutional failure and systemic rot behind the Epstein case | | 03:35 | Critique of "investigation" scope (Wexner, blast radius analogy) | | 05:50 | New files, timeline of missed intervention opportunities | | 09:55 | The Roberts/Maxwell FBI interview: blatant institutional neglect | | 10:30 | Prince Andrew "pizza alibi" satire | | 11:30 | Victim intimidation, payment and coercion tactics | | 14:35 | Maria Farmer’s report, child exploitation evidence | | 17:45 | Survivors’ voice, attorney commentary, the demand for real accountability | | 18:45 | Call to action: congressional hearings, lawsuits, and criminal charges |
This episode of The Epstein Chronicles forcefully argues that failures in the Epstein case were not isolated, but endemic to the highest levels of law enforcement and justice administration. Capucci demands a reckoning—not simply for Epstein, but for the powerful individuals and bureaucracies that shielded him for decades.
"This wasn't just one or two bad decisions. It was the whole entire system being tilted in the favor of Jeffrey Epstein. And now, rightly so, the people of America and the people of the world. Well, we want to know why."
— Bobby Capucci (18:52)
