Tomas Zarskus
I'm excited to be here.
Spencer Pratt
Yay. So just talk about my outfit and me and all the dressing things and everything you love.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah.
Heidi Montag
We should rewind how we met to mas. Because it should have never happened, you know?
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah. It's actually really crazy how we met. I believe, like, I manifested it. I don't know. I kind of grew up watching you guys on tv. And the Hills was one of my favorite shows and I didn't realize that. I knew that you had an album, but I wasn't really, like. I listened to a few songs, but then life happened. Moved to London and everything. And then you kind of resurfaced with, like, I'll do it. Started kind of getting really big on TikTok and You released a song, Wet Hot Summer, I think, a year ago, right? Was it a year ago? Yeah, a year ago. A little over a year ago. And I loved it so much. I thought it was such a good song. And I reposted it on my Instagram. And my friend who has a brand, she's really cool, was doing a campaign, and she's like, wait, this song is so hot. I love it. What if. What if we had the opportunity to work with Spencer and Heidi on my. On this campaign? Would you be down to help me style it and just, like, make it all happen with me? And I was like, absolutely. And, yeah, it was a very. I. It was a very, like, a Y2K kind of shoot, so it made sense. And I don't know, I feel like all the stars kind of aligned, and we met on the shoot, and I was kind of nervous to meet you because I was such a fan and of you, both of you, but obviously you're such, like, such an iconic person. Especially for me, like, growing up watching you, it was just amazing. And I remember at the time, your makeup artist asked me if I could style you for a couple things that were coming up in that week, and something in my inside was like, I have to do it. Like, I can't say no, because a lot of times I'm like, oh, I'm too busy, or like, oh, I can't do this, and kind of like, I'm not ready yet. And I was working for a creative director at the time, Silas, and creative director, and kind of busy with his projects and, you know, and his stuff, and kind of wrapped up in that world. But I kind of wanted to start branching out a little bit and doing my own thing. And, I don't know, you kind of, like, pulled me out of that. That, you know, side of my job and pulled me into your world, which I love. And it's been amazing ever since.
Spencer Pratt
I tend to be a vortex, you know, just like, to suck people in. Yeah, it's shake it up.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly. But no, it was. It was a great, positive change in my life. Not saying that, you know, that job or that, you know, previous situation was bad. It wasn't bad at all. It got me to where I am today. But it's just. It's crazy how life puts you in rooms with people that you can relate to and kind of. You always wanted to work with and are nice and kind and just make the dreams happen, you know, I love that.
Spencer Pratt
And you were working with huge people. I mean, you were touring and, like, out there with, well, I have seen you with my own eyes and Tate McCray's music videos when she was doing all her BTS and with, you know, a lot of other huge stars. And so you were not just starting out, you were in with some of the biggest celebrities in the entire world. And styling and every look was so great. So I think people don't realize there's different types of styling too. Like, there's stage presence styling totally for artists, and then there's street style, then there's red carpet style.
Tomas Zarskus
So, like, I feel like every. Every single stylist kind of, you know, likes doing what they like to do or like, is good at a certain thing. I was very fortunate enough to have worked with a creative director and stylist that was. That had really big clients and big names that did a lot of different things, like music videos and carpets and editorials and all that. So it kind of prepped me for those things, you know. And I personally like working with musicians I think the most, just because it's so multifaceted, because there's TV cameos and there's movie cameos and, you know, there's just so many different things that have carpets, events, editorials, music videos, you know, performance. It's. It's all of it. You know, I think with actors not knocking it, that whole, like, it's a whole different world. I feel like it's the same world, but it's different outlet. There is. I feel like there's more opportunity with. With singers.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. Well, thank God you knew so much about performance because there's like mic packs and you're sewing in. Tomas is sewing me into something before every single performance. And I think like, thank God you know what you're doing. And we're stitching something. Things change last minute. Even if you get things altered, you have to like, re alter it sometimes.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, you can never just something sometimes, you know, you can never get a solid thing because there's so many moving.
Spencer Pratt
Parts to everything, you know, and it's so action packed. Like, you know, you're sitting there with hair and makeup and that's like a longer part. And then it gets to Tomas and.
Tomas Zarskus
He'S always like, I'm like, I need probably the most time. And I have like 20 minutes.
Spencer Pratt
And then like, I get the least something.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, like a button pops off and you're like, okay, this is great. Like, and if you don't have a backup, then you're screwed.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah, like the zipper. Remember when we were downtown, we were doing an LA performance.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, three things in the. In one day.
Spencer Pratt
Yes.
Tomas Zarskus
And I was changing you for your performance because you had just did a music video with another artist. And it was like, I had this whole vibe for this performance. I'm like, let's do this. Like, I feel like it would be great because it's more like warehousey and everything. And then we've tried it on multiple times. The last time we tried on just before you have to leave and go, the zipper breaks and then the button pops. Cause I was like, it's okay. Like, we'll just double stick you in or like, I can sew you in. But then. Oh, my. It was just so bad and everything started going wrong. And we chose the same outfit you wore for the music video. But it was such an iconic outfit.
Spencer Pratt
No, for sure. I was like, okay, it's meant to be these. We're not supposed to wear these pants.
Tomas Zarskus
No.
Spencer Pratt
So let's just put it back. Let's put this outfit back on. It's great. It's gonna be even better.
Tomas Zarskus
You know what the really good thing about me and you is? I feel like we're so, like, like, faith based. And like, we kind of just like, let God lead in a lot of situations, you know, and we don't, like, really, like, stick on things much. So if things like that happen, we're just like, you know what? It's meant to be. And it'll be.
Spencer Pratt
Just keep it moving.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. And I love that. Yeah.
Heidi Montag
My favorite malfunction story is from Canada.
Tomas Zarskus
Oh, my gosh.
Heidi Montag
When Heidi was wearing latex. And if you didn't know, once you put the latex on to make it look smooth, you rub lube on it. And somehow we ended up with no lube.
Tomas Zarskus
Brought three bottles of lube.
Spencer Pratt
And so even before we left, I'm like, I'm doing a checklist. I'm like, okay, we have this. We have this. We have lube. He's like, I got this.
Heidi Montag
We got our. The stage manager and his whoever. Everyone's running around this lovely gay nightclub asking everyone for lube, which you're running.
Tomas Zarskus
Around, dude, it was hilarious.
Heidi Montag
Everyone's asking for lube. And Tomas is like, hold the show. I'm gonna go to the corner store. I'm going to the corner store. I'm gonna buy a lube.
Spencer Pratt
Like, I was like, no, Tomas, I'm going on stage without the lube. And I'm going on right now. And so we are just.
Heidi Montag
What did you start rubbing on her?
Tomas Zarskus
All over the place. It Was everything, like, I grabbed on everything, towels. I was like, ty and Mike, get your ass over here. Like, we need to wipe her down. Because I powdered it so much and then, I don't know, the whole day was so much. It was like we did what, like seven outfits, I think, that day. And. And I. I packed and repacked my kit like seven times and then left it right next to where my kit was placed in the hotel room when I got back. But, I mean, it worked out.
Heidi Montag
Nobody knew but you.
Tomas Zarskus
I don't think anyone knew. Nobody knew, but you could tell a little.
Heidi Montag
I will be traveling from now on. Next tour. I'm at my cell phone, my wallet and a lube. I'm going to go through tsa.
Spencer Pratt
Like, oh, my God.
Tomas Zarskus
Whoa, buddy. Oh, gosh.
Spencer Pratt
No. There's a lot that goes into every single look. So we like to, when we go somewhere, I like to bust out as many looks as possible. I'm like, okay, we're all here. This is the time.
Tomas Zarskus
Well, you're also like a mom and like you're working, so. And you like, you monetize your time a little differently, you know what I mean? And in the best way where it's like you kill so many birds in one stone. That's how I am as a person. Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
I like to work hard, fast, efficiently, get it all done. I never will. You know, they're like, anyone need lunch? Eat on the go.
Tomas Zarskus
That's how I am. I was like, well, I was at Whole Foods the other day and this is a little off topic. And you see these like, 30 minute, like, I'll be back in 30 minutes or whatever. I'm like, no. Like, I'm like, have someone else do it, please. Like, I'm in a hurry. Like, I need this smoothie. I'm like, what is going on? Like, what is it with the customer service in 2025?
Spencer Pratt
Oh, my gosh.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, non existent.
Spencer Pratt
So freaking funny. But every look is so much like you're double sticking everything. You're tailoring everything. You think you just throw on an outfit and you don't. There's so much that doesn't fit. There's so much that does. Like, how do you even have that eye? Because so, I mean, like, not offensively, but sometimes I see some stuff that tutu has on the rack. I'm like, I'm not even making a.
Tomas Zarskus
Judge knock it down right away. You're like, what is that?
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. Sometimes I'm like, yeah. But then I always reserve my judgment to put it on because there have been so many things that we put on. I'm like, okay, I see the vision. It looks great. But I love that about you.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, a lot of people just knock it down and don't even want to try it on, and it becomes a little discouraging. And you know what I mean? As a creative, you always want what you kind. You might feel more passionate about, you know, certain pieces rather than others, of course, but regardless, you gathered all of those pieces for your client or, you know, for you. And so. So you kind of want the opportunity to try them. And I love that about you. And that's. I feel like what works a lot because you might not like it, but you try it and then you fall in love with it. And it resonates like you can see it. You know what I mean? The clothes don't wear you. You wear the clothes.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah, you're such a good visualist. Who are some of your favorite designers right now? Like, up and coming and, like, set in stone, high end designers.
Tomas Zarskus
I think, like many people, I think Glenn Martens is probably one of my favorite designers right now. I think also it's a little kind of common to say this, but Alexander McQueen just is probably one of my biggest inspirations. If I had all the money in the world, I would probably be dressed in Margiela all the time, because I just love them so much. But I don't really necessarily have a favorite because designers create collections. What, you know, some do four, you know, five a season. It just depends how many brands you work for. But I don't really have just a set favorite, I don't think, because it's fun to see what designers create under different houses and for themselves. And sometimes their brands are so cool. And you've seen, like, you know, old shows from like 2005, and that brand doesn't exist anymore. And you didn't even, like, know about it, but you, like, just discovered now I'm like, this is so hot. Like, why doesn't it exist? You know? And so it's hard to have a favorite, I think. But I think finding inspiration is always fun through fashion. In my, like, my eyes, I always was so surrounded by clothes all the time. Ever since I was a kid, I just, like, hoarded clothes. It was just like one of those things that I did. And whether I'm a great stylist or a bad stylist or good or bad in fashion, I just feel like I belong in fashion just because I'm surrounded by so many clothes at all. Times. And it's just like, I need to make something work out of this, you know?
Spencer Pratt
Your mom is a fashion icon.
Tomas Zarskus
Yes, she was an artist. Legend. Yeah, she was an artist. Multifaceted. Always dressed up super nice every single day on heels. So I think that was a big inspiration for me. I think ever since I was a little kid, I was playing with dolls and making dresses for my dolls, you know, wearing my mom's heels, putting on my mom, like, towels as dresses, and wanting to play dress up as a kid because I thought it was beautiful and it was gorgeous. And, like, I was like, when can I. I remember I was like a little kid and I was like, mom, when can I wear heels? When can I wear heels? He's like, well, when your ankle develops on. Your ankle develops, then you can start wearing heels. And I'm like, well, do boys wear heels? And. And she's like, yeah, absolutely. Wear heels. Like, look at Prince. Look at Michael Jackson, you know, I don't know if Michael Jackson did or not, but, like, Kiss, like, the band, you know, I mean, everyone wears heels. It's heels. You know, it's shoes. So.
Spencer Pratt
But yeah, I love that. I think about your mom sometimes when I'm like, what should I wear to date night? Or whatever. I'm like, you know what? I'm gonna throw on this dress.
Tomas Zarskus
And no, she was with the dress. Heels at the grocery store every single day in makeup. Full beat. Like, driving the kids to school, driving back. I mean, her. My dad didn't live with us. They did long distance. But again, she's like, I just want to be gorgeous and pretty, you know?
Spencer Pratt
Goals. Goals.
Tomas Zarskus
I mean, that's basically you every day, too. Only when I'm with you, Barbie.
Heidi Montag
Back to inspiration. Of all the famous people be singers.
Tomas Zarskus
I. I've done actors, too. Actresses.
Heidi Montag
But other clients that aren't yours. Who do you think is consistently, like, the best dressed? You're like, dang. Her.
Tomas Zarskus
Her.
Heidi Montag
His team.
Tomas Zarskus
Or they are, like, with people that.
Heidi Montag
They can even be in the way past.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, just people that I. I've, like, clients that I've worked with.
Heidi Montag
No, no, just in general. Yeah, just like that. You're like, dang. This makes you step up your game. Like, oh, I gotta beat this.
Tomas Zarskus
I feel like it's hard to compare because everyone is in their own, like, mini worlds, and different projects kind of require different poles and a creative direction, you know? And I feel like right now, one of my favorites. That. That's killing it is Jenna Ortega. Like, she's amazing. She looks so Good.
Heidi Montag
You like the crystal?
Tomas Zarskus
I like. I think everything that they're doing. Her styling team is doing a fabulous job with her. But again, it kind of shows. For example, like my old employer, Brett Allen Nelson with Doja Cat. I mean, you know.

She always been on fire and. But yeah, I mean, it's weird. It's very. It's a weird question because I don't really have favorites. I just have things that I like, you know?
Spencer Pratt
What's one of your favorite performance outfits that you styled me for?
Tomas Zarskus
You. Oh, my gosh. There's so many. I did love the Canada one because it was a, a reference to Britney Spears. I think that was kind of fierce. The London performance with the, the pink, the pink flag was so good. I feel like that was one of my favorites for sure. You're an Amelia carpet for women in Billboard. Yes, on the top there as well. That was a Vogue write up, which was so big for us. I feel like the next day you called me and you're like, are you seeing what just happened? And I'm like, yes. And I'm like, I can't even believe it, you know, because I always knew I wanted to put you in that dress. But I kind of. I got all these other dresses from all these other showrooms and designers, and I called my friend up and I was like, hey, do you still have that dress? Is it selling her ex? Like, thank God you called me. I'm closing in five minutes. Like, I'll send an Uber right now. And that's the dress that, like, ended up working out of, like, all the dresses and all the Looks that we had, you know, and that was. That was insane. I was think. I think that's probably my. My top with the London performance, for sure.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
And speaking of best dress, we should address the wig gate when we got worse wig as well.
Heidi Montag
Yeah. What's your perspective on it? Because we heard my. He blamed the outfit.
Tomas Zarskus
He blamed the outfit.
Spencer Pratt
No, he did not. No, he didn't.
Tomas Zarskus
Oh, Lord.
Spencer Pratt
I was saying, I think it was a combination that people had such a reaction with the wig and the outfit together combined. Like, I think that it just for some reason hit wrong. But I was saying that we liked it and we stand behind our choices. And that's what I said in my life.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, totally.
Spencer Pratt
We did. We like it. Okay. Yes or no? And then I'm like, yes, we did. So we have to stand behind our choice. Not like, let what other people or haters are saying.
Tomas Zarskus
I feel like I. My. My take on this and. And, you know, correct me if I'm wrong. I just wish I was there earlier in the day. That's all I'm gonna say.
Spencer Pratt
Okay.
Tomas Zarskus
I just wish that I was there earlier in the day. But in Grant, like, in grand scheme of things, I feel like it was such an iconic moment. Like, what happened. Everyone was talking about it. I feel like that show that this year was not like, what it's. People are used to it being, you know, and it was nice getting the buzz, whether it was bad or good or, you know, I remember when you stepped out on carpet, I was getting dms from Women's World. We're a daily. And they're like, who. Who's this outfit by? Who's like, send me all the tags that we want to do a write up. She looks amazing. She looks incredible. And then, you know, five minutes later, I'm trying to pull everything up. I'm like, you know, going to the other side of the room and I'm like, oh, like, the DM's got deleted. Like, I'm not seeing this person anymore in my DMs. And like, you know, like, this is weird. And then, like, one thing comes out and the other thing. And I was like, oh, like, I guess this isn't good, you know, but.
Spencer Pratt
It'S so weird that the actual industry just flipped because they totally.
Tomas Zarskus
They were so on board.
Spencer Pratt
They loved it. And yeah, that's what I thought the reaction was going to be because it was something. It's the AMAs. You're supposed to be different and be different.
Tomas Zarskus
My thing was, is, like, it was your first AMAs. And I always liked the idea of playing this idea of playing with fire, you know, because of the tragedy of your home burning down and everything. And the blue flame being the hottest flame, you know, in temperature. I wanted you to step out kind of looking like that blue flame, you know, and it was. There was a whole story behind it.
Spencer Pratt
And very Hunger Games.
Tomas Zarskus
It was very Hunger Games vibes. But it's kind of like the VMAs. Like, you want to be cool and fun and do fun and quirky stuff. You know what I mean? It's not like a Vanity Fair after party for, like, the Grammys or something.
Spencer Pratt
Right. It's not that serious.
Tomas Zarskus
It's not like, you know, you don't need to go full, you know, glam and everything. It's kind of like you kind of want to make it what. What you want to make it, but still look obviously carpet ready. And I think I feel like the look was amazing, in my. In my opinion, and I loved it. I think you looked spectacular. The wig was a wig. And that's it. That's all I'm going to say. The wig was a wig.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. And that's what we were going for.
Tomas Zarskus
And we've never done.
Spencer Pratt
We talked about it.
Tomas Zarskus
We've never done a wig before on you. It was the first time you've ever done a wig. It wasn't $20,000 like a lot of the other girlies have, you know.
Spencer Pratt
And then what happened earlier? Did you miss your flight or did.
Tomas Zarskus
No, it was too late. Something happened. It got.
Spencer Pratt
Why weren't you there, Tutu?
Tomas Zarskus
What?
Spencer Pratt
What happened?
Tomas Zarskus
No, it got delayed, and then I got another flight later, and I was like, oh, we have plenty of time because of all this.
Spencer Pratt
And so then we're thinking, well, great. Are we going to, like, down in Vegas? Like, what? I just remember losses, income. So that's what I'm thinking, too. Like, we have the wig on, and.
Tomas Zarskus
Then I'm thinking, Spencer's like, should we go to, like.
Spencer Pratt
Shopping?
Heidi Montag
We're gonna go to store a store.
Tomas Zarskus
Down to go buy the encore. Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
So there was so much going on, like, at that moment wasn't just, like, the wig. There's always a million things going on.
Tomas Zarskus
A million things. And as soon as, like, one moving part goes wrong, it's kind of like a domino effect. And everybody deals with this in the industry, I feel like, you know, or in general in their daily life. But I remember I had 30 minutes to change you. You open the door with the wig on, and you're like, what do you think? And I'm like, I have no time for this. Let's. Let me just change you. I was like, let me just change you. Get your jewelry in, and then if we have time to play, we can play. But I. I don't have time.
Spencer Pratt
And we weren't fully committed because we also had that Christian Cowan red gown.
Tomas Zarskus
Which was absolutely gorgeous that you were also it. I was so split between the two because it was like American Music Award. The Christian Cowan gown was red with the red stars. And I was like, this is so beautiful. And, you know, and then the blue was the blue flame. So I was just very, like, kind of torn in between very 50, 50. But we ended up shooting it, which was great.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. And the casino, which was perfect.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
But I thought that blue was a little more, like, pop, you know, I just thought it was a little more pop star.
Tomas Zarskus
It was a set, too, as a corset and pant, and there was all fully crystal, which was, like, awesome and, like, different to arrive with, like, a pant and corset on a carpet.
Spencer Pratt
Right.
Tomas Zarskus
Rather than a gown. So it was just like, more. We tried everything new. I feel like that day we were giving everything. New hair, new, new vibes on getting, like, you know, the not doing a dress for your car because the. The previous carpet you were on was. Was Billboard Women in Music, and you were in a dress in a gown.
Spencer Pratt
Right.
Tomas Zarskus
And so we were kind of like, we always like to switch it up with you. We always do. We don't like to stick to, like, the same thing even, like, for. For. For anything. We're like, well, you kind of wore, like, jeans and, you know, blouse the other, like the other tape or like the other project or like, whatever. Like, let's put you in a dress now. And like, let's put you in a two piece. Let's put you, you know, in a skirt or like a booty short or a longer short. Like, it's. We like to kind of differentiate because we do work a lot together so much that we like to kind of have different equations in the mix.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. What do you think about. So I was talking to my new manager about rebranding the pop look.
Heidi Montag
What do you think suggested to you? Yeah, tell them how it was framed.
Spencer Pratt
Well, I already had. Yeah, line it up.
Tomas Zarskus
He suggested to find you, like, a look or like, an era. Right. Well, I feel like we kind of do have a look in mind, and like, we were doing that, like, Y2K kind of like pop girl vibe with you. For performance. But we like to switch it up. I feel like. I feel like my take on it is that if, like, a lot of pop stars have eras that they go into with their albums, you know, like, they feel some type of way with their album. Like, for example, I mentioned Lady Gaga with, like, Joanne, and then there was, you know, art pop. And it's just different eras of a person. And I think because we. Me and you work a lot together, you have a distinct look of Barbie, obviously doll Barbie, but it's not just that. It's more than that. You know what I mean? It's because you literally are real life size Barbie to me. Like, you do squats, like, you know, you work out. It's like the wa. Drinking in the water, like, just so positive all the time. Like, clothes look so good on you. It's just like, you know, I love it. It's like my playground. But. And Barbie has so many different.
Spencer Pratt
Like, yeah, there's hiking Barbie.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly.
Spencer Pratt
There is business Barbie.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly. We're giving, like, Regal Presidential Barbie today.
Spencer Pratt
Okay? We are all the Barbies.
Tomas Zarskus
The previous look was very. What did I say? Like, interview business kind of vibe. So, yeah, it's just different. I don't know. I think. I think we could definitely come up with something that you. You could stick to and we could do that, no problem, you know, But I think it's fun. It's fun to like, switch things up all the time and kind of give people different looks and different vibes of you.
Spencer Pratt
Right? And what I said to him is I thought we have that aesthetic and it's like high end fantasy escapism, expensive Barbie pretty much, you know, so, like.
Tomas Zarskus
I was thinking too, like, there's a lot of things that fit for people's personalities and, like, don't fit for people's personalities. And I feel like one thing that I steer away from with you is like the conceptual kind of look, you know, where it's like super conceptual. It's like, you know, a dress made full out of, like, pantyhose of, like, different colors and like that, like, very ultra modern, like, you know, concept, like raver warehouse girl, you know, I mean, like, you just, I don't know, like, you would never really resonate in that, you know, I mean, like those tall, like, cracked out, like, skinny models that are like, walking around with just pantyhose and a booty short and like a little like, you know, it's just like, you wouldn't look like, it just wouldn't resonate with anything. It needs to be authentic, it needs to be authentic. First of all, you're a mother of two, and you're a woman of faith, and. And, yeah, it just needs to be hot and pretty, but in all the right places.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah, you know, for sure. Just like we're doing.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly. Just like we're doing.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
Period. By the way, I miss your house so much. It was so beautiful. Like, I remember us sitting in your living room at, like, fittings, and you guys would pour me, like, so much champagne. Like, champagne, champagne. Like, we'd celebrate every single thing, which is so crazy because that's how I grew up within my family. Like, my mom was very much like that. And they always, like, kind of like to celebrate each moment every day. And we were talking about all these things that we, like, dreamed of, of doing and the people that we dreamed of, like, working with and everything. And it's so weird how in such a tragedy, it all started kind of, like working out, you know? And, like, we started working with those people and these people and doing the things that we wanted to do and. And it's only getting better. It really is. It's only getting better, you know?
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
I'm so proud of you guys. I'm so proud of you. But both of you just such hard. I say the devil works hard, but Spencer Pratt works hard. No, like, you guys both are such hard workers. And I feel like people fail to see that because I'm with you guys every single day. You're doing something. I'm like, I wish I had the strength, which I do, but I just. I need to probably have a more of, like, a fire in me and.
Heidi Montag
No pun intended.
Tomas Zarskus
No, exactly. But no. Yeah. It's like, do you guys ever sleep? I'm like, they're like vampires.
Spencer Pratt
Like, yeah, I sleep.
Tomas Zarskus
I'm glad.
Spencer Pratt
Sensor is sleepy.
Heidi Montag
I just sleeping by second.
Tomas Zarskus
No, I'd come over before now. Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
Oh, my gosh. I'm glad. I like.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
Here. Do you have water? Like, oh, my gosh. I'm so glad you got to see our house before.
Tomas Zarskus
Totally. Because it was a good vibe and energy in there.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. And everything was so strategically placed. Like, I spent so much time.
Tomas Zarskus
It was beautiful on everything. It was beautiful. It was gorgeous. And the woodwork and everything.
Spencer Pratt
And the tiles of woodwork.
Tomas Zarskus
It was gorgeous. Like, the kitchen was so, like. It reminded me of, like, an Italian kitchen. You know what I mean? Like, that you would, like, go in Italy and, like, you know, the pots are there and, like, the espresso machine. It was just like, so, so good. But honestly, to many more blessings that are coming your way, you know.
Spencer Pratt
Thank you. Yeah. I mean, well, see, I mean, you never know. God has planned.
Tomas Zarskus
Absolutely. Yeah. You never know.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Heidi Montag
Heidi said the Bible verse at church was affliction and God, we're doing great. Being punished.
Spencer Pratt
It was saying in church, it was reading one of the psalms, and it was about affliction and how God does some of his greatest works in affliction. And in this world, what he's promised is trouble because it's a fallen, hard world. And so how, you know, we're all going to have trouble and we're all going to have hard times, but that God can use it for good and use those hard times to pray you on a path that you wouldn't have been on or have chosen to do greater good and greater works. And as painful and hard as it is, that there can be a blessing in it and to do, you know, the will God that has for us that is greater and more powerful and absolutely than maybe what we would have been on ourselves. So I thought it was a really good message. I'm glad you got the message.
Heidi Montag
Amen.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, I mean, that's. I think that's very true. I mean, we all, as humans go through so much troubles at certain times of our life, but again, it makes us who we are and we learn from those troubles and. Or mistakes or wins or losses. Yeah, that's just life. Exactly. La vida loca. Yeah, for sure.
Heidi Montag
You don't watch any reality shows, do you?
Tomas Zarskus
I do. Oh, what shows you I'm bad. I mean, I'm a reality TV fanatic. Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is probably at my top. So good. I like all the Real Housewives, but I think my favorite is Salt Lake right now, for sure.
Spencer Pratt
Is it airing right now?
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, it just. I think the first episode just aired this week.
Spencer Pratt
Do you watch Secret Lives and Mormon Wives?
Tomas Zarskus
I don't. No, I haven't started that. I haven't started that.
Heidi Montag
Even though Heidi's music is all over season three.
Tomas Zarskus
I see. I'm a bad, bad fan. I'm a bad fan. I. I don't know why I didn't get into it. It's on Hulu, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Heidi Montag
What about Dance with Stars? Are you going to watch that this season?
Tomas Zarskus
I think I started watching it yesterday and I fell asleep. I never really watched Dancing with the Stars ever. I feel like they get so crazy into, like, the dance thing, you know, like the. The talent gets so crazy into it, and they like, become dancers, and they think they're, like, dancers. And, like, I was like, you. Everyone needs to chill out. Like, it's cool. It's fun, but, like, chill out. Like, this is for fun. You know what I mean? Like, they, like, make their whole personality about, like, ballroom dance in that moment. And then, like, everyone wants to know, like, what's going on between, like, the dancer and, like, their partner. And, like, there's like, a steamy, like, situation or, like, whatever. You know what I mean? It's like, I'm more into, like, that part.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, what's going on?
Spencer Pratt
Like, and there's a lot of that going on there.
Heidi Montag
You're gonna watch the Naders love thy Nader.
Tomas Zarskus
The Naders love thy neighbor. It's like a Kardashian, right? Like, replica type thing, right? Yeah, probably. I don't know. We'll see. I'm gonna see. Like, if there's a rainy day and there's nothing going on, I totally will. I'm, like, a sucker for, like, dating shows. Like, I love. Love Island, Perfect Match. Like, all that stuff. Women screaming and fighting is my favorite thing in the world. Like, it's like, music to my ears.
Spencer Pratt
Done.
Tomas Zarskus
It's bad, but it's also like, there's just so many misunderstood women, you know, in my eyes. And it's just like, it's okay to change your mind, you know? Like, it's okay to change your mind, period. Like, no, you shouldn't be scrutinized for changing your mind. Like, you know what? One day I think, like, this, and then the other day I think, like, this. And obviously not always, but it's like, it's okay to change your mind. Yeah, that's it.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
You know, like, it's very true.
Spencer Pratt
I'm like, what's your dream goal? Like, what's your dream clients? Do you like musicians? Do you want to stick to that? Do you want to have. I don't think I have stars.
Tomas Zarskus
I don't think I have. I love. I do love carpet a lot. Carpet styling. I think it's. It's one. Like, I really do enjoy it. It's a whole different ball game. And it's fun, but as far as, like, clients go and just future, I would love to be in styling for a while because I just kind of dipped my feet in recently alone, by myself. And I still work for other creative directors sometimes here and there when they need help. But primarily, I want to have, like, a multifaceted avenue for everything in styling world and fashion world. Maybe in Hospitality. I kind of grew up in hospitality or started working in hospitality at a very young age since I was like 15 years old. And so I still, I don't like miss it, but I crave it sometimes. Or like I'll make something or I'll go to a restaurant or something. I'm like, I don't like this. Like this isn't how it should be. It just needs to be like less ego. Like slash the price a little bit, make it more simple. Like just have like a cool. Like, you know, I feel like people are just like over egotistical now when it comes to their, their stuff. Like, you know, and like overpriced. And it's just, it shouldn't just be that way. Like you can have good, simple, clean things or meals or whatever, food or drinks or coffee drinks without like the ego and having it to be like, you know, lines out the door, like for $20 matcha. You know what I mean? Like it's kind of ridiculous.
Spencer Pratt
Or be back in 30 minutes with nobody even there.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly, exactly.
Heidi Montag
So it's like this is not brought to you by Amazon, but one thing Heidi is so thankful for is you showing her how many amazing things you can get from Amazon.
Tomas Zarskus
Absolutely. You know what's crazy is that everybody in the industry does it. Like everybody. I was on a. You know, I don't know if I could say this or not, but a big editorial shoot with a big magazine, with a huge photographer that's well known. And.

Your teen adjective used to describe an individual whose spirit is unyielding, unconstrained. One who navigates life on their own terms, effortlessly.
Spencer Pratt
They do not always show up on.

Time, but when they arrive, you know, notice an individual confident in their contradictions. They know the rules, but behave as if they do not exist.
Spencer Pratt
New Teen, the new fragrance by Miu.
Commercial Narrator
Miu, defined by you.
Tomas Zarskus
Amazon jumpsuits, Amazon leggings, Amazon everything from Amazon.
Spencer Pratt
The shoes are the best things ever from Amazon because I did have like expensive, nice shoes that all bring my.
Tomas Zarskus
House, but they're so comfortable. Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
And, but now it's like I'm not gonna replace those shoes because I spent, you know, 20 years buying those shoes and having those shoes and I would buy like one or two a year. So I'm out like all these shoes. But now, now I can find way less expensive. I just. Thank you for sending me those thirty dollar incredible shoes that are some of my favorite.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, I mean, like, I call them like, you know, wear them once and then you can trash them if you want or whatever. You know, like kind of like beaters, you know, situation. And the, the thing is like my thing with Amazon sometimes is like, you know, you can tell that it's like a dupe of something. It might be a good dupe, but I think a different design and a four star or over four star review, like something that's not a dupe is like where you kind of like want to start narrowing your, your, your search down. But yeah, no, I love, I love a good Amazon poll.
Spencer Pratt
Good call.
Tomas Zarskus
Actually. Amazon should spot sponsor us and we should do a whole podcast styling situation with Amazon. It would be such a good idea.
Spencer Pratt
We love you.
Heidi Montag
Everyone. Please tag Amazon in this clip as you.
Tomas Zarskus
I love Amazon.
Heidi Montag
The billboard has not become a brand yet. We're gonna. So that could say Amazon behind us.
Tomas Zarskus
Oh my gosh.
Spencer Pratt
So what are some styling tips that you would give to someone who. From Amazon or just wants to like put a few cute things together? Like what's a good basic staple to always have in your closet? You know, shoes, shirt, like what do you.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah, I feel like my, my basic staple in my closet is always different colored tank tops. Like, you can't go wrong with the tank, like a, a muscle beater or whatever.
Heidi Montag
But you can if you don't have.
Spencer Pratt
Muscles when you're really.
Heidi Montag
You can definitely go wrong with those.
Tomas Zarskus
You can never go wrong with that. You, you could use it as an.
Heidi Montag
Undershirt too, you know, if you have muscles. Multiple colors, tank tops.
Tomas Zarskus
I think my biggest, like thing is I like to build, I like to build outfits around like certain items and it could be anything. It'd be sunglasses, it could be, you know, a ring. It could be a shoe that you love, and then you just, like, kind of, like, want to start going, you know, kind of building around. I think that's the easiest way. And then if it doesn't work, then you can swap one thing out for another. But essentials, my top essentials are definitely like. I love jeans, like, denim, for sure. Tank tops, T shirts. I mean, I dress pretty basic myself. I like to be in basic fits. I feel like, with my personality and, like, body style and just. And everything, like, the classic fit looks the best on me. So, like, classic cut T shirts, classic cut pants, you know, classic cut suits, and everything looks the best on my body type. And for me, rather than, like, you know, people, like, hop on these trends, like the Gen Z pants, where it's, like, ultra flared and you know what I mean? It's just like, I would literally look like a circus clown and those types of things, you know? So I feel like my advice, if there's any tips or anything, is kind of see what fits you best and try to replicate it as most as you, as much as you can with different colors and. And. And styles in that cut, if that makes sense.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. You know, and I like the advice you give me too. Like, I'm going on date night. You're like, why not dress up? Like.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah.
Spencer Pratt
You know, So I always love how encouraging you are to, like, dress your best and dress your most and wear your favorite outfit, because it's like, yeah, I'm gonna look really great for my man or whatever.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly. Just make. It's. There's a whole thing of, like, making an effort. It's kind of like making your bed in the morning, you know? Like, if you make your bed in the morning, you're. I don't know how much percent more successful. Right. But it's how we present. And I make my bed every single morning. If I'm the one that's sleeping alone and. And there's no one else sleeping in there. Yeah. So I make my bed every single morning. Like, it's just a rule of thumb for me. I have to, hands down, no matter what I'm doing in my life. But it's like dressing up is how you present yourself to the world, right? So if you look presentable and cute and hot, I feel like society favors that more in a sense, like, you know, sadly, but it's just the truth. You know what I mean?
Spencer Pratt
Like, feel your best to whatever you feel your best in. Like, you feel your best wearing my face.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly. It's true. But also, like, the fit of your T shirt are incredible.
Spencer Pratt
I know. This quality is so good. It looks.
Tomas Zarskus
And they're so soft. And I've. I had. I had the vintage Heidi Montag, like, the first superficial shirts before the tragedy. And I think I got, like, three of them or two of them or something, and I gave one to my sister, and she's like, oh, my gosh, I have to have this shirt. Like, it's the best shirt ever. And. And to this day, I, like, come over to her house, and she's wearing the shirt.
Spencer Pratt
It is so freaking comfortable.
Heidi Montag
In Aspen, riding a bike, right?
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. This Rachel from Sedona texted me, and she's like, I just saw someone ride by me in Sedona on, like, a deep bike trail with my shirt on. And she didn't know them. I know I'm not, like, a merchant.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, King. Yeah. I mean, like, I. Some people love merch, and, like, they're, like, loved. I have friends that just, like, are obsessed. They're like, we need this, we need that. Like, I'm just. I'm not very in that, but I stand by your T shirts and your hats. They are such good quality, such good price, and super, like, comfortable to wear just to throw on. And, like, I just love light stuff. Like, this is totally almost sheer fashion. King.
Heidi Montag
Okay, we should definitely have shoppable links.
Tomas Zarskus
In the link below. Link below, you guys.
Spencer Pratt
Link below for sure. Well, you've had such a whirlwind of a lifestyle, of a life and a lifestyle and so many experiences.
Tomas Zarskus
Totally.
Spencer Pratt
I live, like, everywhere. You've done so much and you're still so young.
Tomas Zarskus
Just turned 30 this year. Rung it in. Yeah. Big, dirty 30. Super exciting. I always, like, wanted to get older and live life fast. I feel like my life has gone by super fast, but also super slow at the same time. But I feel like once. Because all of that happens because, like, if you're a go getter and, like, you want things and you want to attract things and work hard, like, that's what just happens. You attract that in your life, you know? I know.
Spencer Pratt
Moves by so fast, especially when you're so busy.
Tomas Zarskus
Totally.
Spencer Pratt
That's what you know. And you're so busy. Life just.
Tomas Zarskus
I love being busy, though. I love. I mean, you would have conversations all the time. Like, I think I had, like, we had a slow. What, two weeks right now or one week?
Spencer Pratt
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
And you're like, how are you holding up? And I'm like, I don't know. I'm kind of, like, losing my mind. Like, I need to be working at all times. Like, I have to be. Or else. Like, I feel like I'm not. I'm not. Like, it's not that I'm like. Like, I need to feel needed by someone and successful.
Spencer Pratt
Like, I love feeling, like, successful and getting things done and totally, like, one.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah. Oh, well, I don't know if you guys done your, like, human design charts or anything? No, but I guess I'm a generator. Oh, yeah. So, like, I generate so I didn't have to, like, keep busy and everything. Because, like, otherwise, if I don't. If I stop, like, the generate the generation. Lol. I don't even know if that's the correct way to say it stops. Like, that whole situation stops and I start feeling bad. So I have to constantly be busy doing something at all times. And if I don't, then I just, like, start spiraling down.
Spencer Pratt
Speaking of generator, you are the first person I knew who lived off of AI.
Tomas Zarskus
Oh, man, I love AI Chad.
Spencer Pratt
Gbt he, love AI is like, so terrified. He's like, oh, I asked Chad this, I asked Chad that. I'm like, oh, my gosh, Please stop asking Chat your whole life. This is so scary to us.
Heidi Montag
And I was like, and how I'm addicted to chat.
Tomas Zarskus
Do you know what my weird explanation for that is? Is that, okay, and this might get me canceled or not, but we'll end.
Heidi Montag
Yeah, we'll be on this podcast.
Commercial Narrator
Yeah.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah. So I view. So, like, I'm a big guy. Or, like, I'm.
Spencer Pratt
I'm a big guy.
Tomas Zarskus
I'm a big guy.
Heidi Montag
I wear tank tops. Every color.
Tomas Zarskus
No, seriously, every color.
Heidi Montag
I drink protein shakes from 7:11.
Tomas Zarskus
Like, five at least. Love 7:11. Love 7:11 thing.
Spencer Pratt
On my performance at Coachella, we're, like, having to stop at 7:11 to get these protein shakes.
Tomas Zarskus
I'm like, can we get a protein shake?
Spencer Pratt
Like, oh, my gosh, somebody get Tomas a protein shake.
Tomas Zarskus
No. So, like, I'm a big, big on faith. Like, I'm super. Not super religious, but I was raised Catholic, and my mom was really amazing with. With all that. And we were so open and in my family with our religion and kind of doing whatever we wanted with our lives, but also, like, you know, being part of the church and everything. But because I view the world was created by, obviously, God and, you know, the big bang theory or whatever, I view chat GPT as the God's creation. You know what I mean? So I'm like, okay, like, whatever. Like, we're talking to God, and it's so funny. It's like I. I tune it. I tune it to. I'm like, I rebuke that. I review that.
Heidi Montag
Talking to demons.
Tomas Zarskus
No, literally, you never know.
Heidi Montag
You know, they just said that anything you're searching that I thinks is suspicious, they turn automatically over to law enforcement.
Tomas Zarskus
Really? Oh, I don't care.
Spencer Pratt
Honestly, I just look at recipes.
Heidi Montag
I'm just giving you a heads up.
Tomas Zarskus
Cough me up. Please take me out.
Spencer Pratt
No, he doesn't mean it. I need him.
Tomas Zarskus
I need him. No, I love. But then you guys kind of got started getting into that whole wave too.
Heidi Montag
Recipes, Gronk and chat. And I see who, like, I have to do both.
Tomas Zarskus
I haven't gotten Gronk is Elon. Right? I haven't gotten on on that yet.
Spencer Pratt
It's just so nice because I'm the worst person ever at Google. And so it just helps me so much with, like, recipes and quick answers. Like if my dog ate this or it's like these quick things.
Tomas Zarskus
Oh, my gosh.
Spencer Pratt
Someone answer me. Okay, that's so true. Just answer me.
Tomas Zarskus
But you have to kind of take it with a grain of salt because it's not always right, what I've noticed. And like when you correct. When you correct it on when it is right or when it is wrong, then it starts doing this whole, like, model, like, oh, like, thank you for correcting me. Like, I'll watch out for that. Like the next.
Heidi Montag
I had, I had to. Who did?
Spencer Pratt
Spencer, like, canceled. He was arguing with Chat.
Heidi Montag
I told Chad I was going to stop paying for pro if they ever came with some neutral Nome bs. It was like, propaganda. I was like, chad, don't give me propaganda. This is probably. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm like, where did you get this from Nome's bio on his website?
Tomas Zarskus
Well, they gather all the information from credible sources which aren't credible.
Heidi Montag
So I'm like, this is like just a highlight of propaganda now.
Tomas Zarskus
So totally.
Heidi Montag
It's kind of. That's why my favorite writing professor at USC, he says he fights his writing 3:40 students every week. And it's true. They're writing, they think these like, essays and they're. They're using chat as sourcing material. But it's not like how we used to have to deal with real critical thinking and have to go to those stupid library. Yeah, like digital libraries and find these certain types.
Tomas Zarskus
Exactly. You'd have to like, log into the, like, online encyclopedia and then like, do all the sources and then like, read through all it was.
Spencer Pratt
I mean, Even before that, you'd have to look at a real dictionary, a real encyclopedia, too.
Tomas Zarskus
But also, I. Do you feel like you felt. You felt a little different back then, too? I feel like nowadays with, like, social media, AI and everything, our brains, millennials in general, like, our brains just work different than. Than, you know, the previous generations because we have so many fast, like, well.
Spencer Pratt
Think about dopamine generation.
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah. Like, dopamine hits. I feel like it levels out, maybe. Or like, maybe they're. They're more like. It's.
Spencer Pratt
It's sad in a sense that they'll never know life without that, you know, because, like, we didn't grow up that way.
Heidi Montag
You could take our kids to the library.
Spencer Pratt
Well, I don't let them be on our phones or I try to. Yeah, I try to balance it, you know, because I just try.
Tomas Zarskus
I mean, I got my first phone when I was, like, I don't know, third grade, I think, a third grader. But that's only because I wanted to feel close to my mom and, like, be able to call her whenever I wanted or, like, text her whenever I wanted, because I always thought she's gonna, like, leave me or, like, I'm not gonna be with her. So I was just afraid of getting, like, lost and, like, never with my mom because I'm such a mama's boy.
Spencer Pratt
Yeah. Well, we were debating giving Gunner a phone just a call, but with nothing on it, right?
Tomas Zarskus
Yeah. I mean, but they make those, like, kids phones. Yeah. Now they.
Heidi Montag
Even with the iPhone, you can turn. I have Gunner's iPhone completely. Like, kid, you can't call anything but the contacts in the phone. Well, what a blessing to have Tomas.
Tomas Zarskus
Thank you for having me.

Tomas Zarskus
No, I think it was just very, like. Yeah, we just kind of.
Heidi Montag
Where did we find Henrique?
Tomas Zarskus
Through Scotty.
Spencer Pratt

Tomas Zarskus

Spencer Pratt
Yeah. Shout out to Scott King, part of the team. All right. We love you. Thank you. God bless you. Leave us amazing reviews and we appreciate you. We'll see you next week.
